Heyy, i wanted to request a Eresermic im which Aizawa has a biological daughter, but she is being bullied and they noticed when she was already thinking in ending it all.
I understand if this is too dark, i just lived something similar and my parents blamed me, so some confort would be apreciared hahaha
Thankss, i love your writing 🩷
(Oh my gosh, this hits so close to home because this happened to me. My parents grew up in the era where if boys were mean to you it was because they like you. So when I begged them to do something about my bullies, they did nothing. Needless to say, my childlike innocence was the only reason why I’m alive. Although I may be doing better than I was back then, nothing can erase the trauma from the unintentional neglect from my parents. I hope you don’t mind, but I’ll be basing this somewhat off of my own experience and I’ll be putting it in the Pro Heroes x Inner Child Series)
Erasermic x Aizawa’s Bullied Daughter Reader
(TRIGGER WARNING: This story has mentions of bullying, harassment, allusions to suicide and suicidal thoughts, depression and other potentially triggering topics. Please be advised)
Since you basically have two dads, you refer to Hizashi as papa and Shouta as dad
Your quirk was called restraint. Basically if you called someone by their real, full name, you could temporarily restrain them as long as you focused on them
But just like your dad, you also had to be able to see your target
But unlike your classmates, you were a late bloomer. You developed your quirk at age 8, which led to you being bullied by your peers
You knew that your dad’s worked really hard and that their jobs were really stressful at times. So the last thing you wanted was to be another source of stress for them. Which is why you didn’t tell them about the bullying
You were 11 when you just couldn’t take it anymore. You tried to deal with the situation on your own, you tried to fight your bullies who even started making fun of your dad’s being a couple
You tried not to let anyone’s words affect you but after so many years, you started to believe them too. And you began to bully yourself
You would tell yourself that your dad’s already had enough stress on their plates and that you were just a burden on them. You had started to mentally and physically beat yourself up
The bullies had started to use their quirks on you, resulting in bruises which you would hide with makeup that your Aunt Nemuri had gotten you since you started to develop acne
Since your dads would get home late, you had plenty of time to get home and cover up any wounds
One day, you just had enough
You decided that you were better off dead. You decided that you would take your own life after you got home and would leave a note before leaving the house so your dads wouldn’t have to deal with the body
Unknown to you, Aizawa had gotten a call from one of your teachers who was concerned about you. She had seen you fighting and decided to give Aizawa a call since your grades and overall performance had declined significantly
Aizawa had informed Hizashi of the call and they decided to go home early and wait for you. They believed that you were going through puberty and the hormonal changes were effecting your performance and were the cause
Imagine their surprise when you get home, covered in bruises, a busted lip that was still bleeding and a completely dead look in your eyes
Seeing their precious baby in such a state they immediately started to worry and begged you to talk to them
They had prepared your favorite food for dinner and even got you your favorite dessert as a treat. Seeing how sweet they were, you broke down and confessed your pain and your plan
Hizashi was balling his eyes out and wrapped you in his arms while Aizawa had clenched fists with tears in his eyes.
Aizawa made the call to your school demanding a talk with the principal and the parents of your bullies. While Aizawa was setting that up, Hizashi had you sit on the couch while he tended to your wounds, disinfecting them, cleaning them and bandaging them
He told you that he loves you even though you’re not his biological kid, you’re HIS little listener, his favorite kid in the whole world. He then picked you up and smothered you in hugs and kisses
Aizawa came back into the room and brought the food
That night, you guys are on the couch as you snuggled together under a blanket and watch your favorite movie
The next day, Aizawa and Hizashi dropped you off at UA with Nemuri, while they had a talk with your teachers and bullies. They decided that homeschooling would be the best for you right now since they want to make sure you heal mentally, physically and emotionally from this before you go back
They had told Nedzu what happened and he agreed that for the meantime, until you were mentally stable again, the safest bet would be to have you do your homeschooling at UA where you’ll be surrounded by people who can help you and prevent you from doing anything detrimental to yourself
Needless to say, they love you and you are their whole world and you’re the reason why they fight to come home. You’re their motivation and the reason they fight to protect
(I hoped this helps you and that you guys enjoy this)

A Wishful Time - Pt 5
Omega Bakugou x Omega Reader x Alpha Kirishima

Note: This story is OMEGAVERSE. This story takes place in a historical non modern setting so please take note of that when it comes to the jobs in society that the characters take and how they act. Bakugou Katsuki is an OMEGA. Reader and him are AFAB but there IS smut this chapter.
WARNING: SMUT, Threesome, Knots, BREEDING KINK (Cause it isn't a glitch1d fic if Eijiro Kirishima doesn't have a breeding kink), riding, knots and slick, Katsuki has a pussy btw. Just so that you guys don't get jumpscared if you forgot
[Masterlist]
Just like all news in Yuuie, it spread like wild fire that the two of you were being pursued by Eijiro the moment you entered the dining hall with neck ties around your necks. Suddenly the next big thing was the wedding that was to happen for the three of you. The next big wedding, which was going to be for the Kirishima family. To say that Takeo was ecstatic would be an understatement. He was absolutely thrilled to hear about the news and see the two of you wearing neck ties that dripped in his son’s scent. To say he couldn’t stop boasting about it would be a damn lie. Yua was pretty happy about the arrangement too, finding much happiness knowing her son was to be with Omegas that she deemed well fit for the family.
To say you and Katsuki were excited would also be an understatement. Katsuki was sure he nearly slicked his panties when he saw the smirk that Eijiro had on his face at the sight of the both of you walking into the grand hall with the scarf neck ties that he gave you. The two of you got swept up in so many preparations like getting your dresses and the flowers and the food, all that Eijiro tried to handle but he thought it best to leave all those planning stuff to you. He knew that whatever it would be like, as long as he got to marry the two of you, he couldn’t care less.
However, he did regret allowing you two, his mother, Tamami (who’s punishment had long ended as Takeo couldn’t bare to see his daughter sad anymore- spoiled her with a bunch of new kimonos too), Hizashi and Masaru work together. Because the next thing Eijiro knew was that it was time for a wedding and the town was bursting in white.
The wedding was beautiful to say the least. The ceremony happened in the church at sunset like all weddings. Eijiro was sure that the two of you were the most beautiful Omegas in the world. He couldn’t even remember most of what the priest said because he was busy staring at the two of you wondering how he got so lucky. It was a rare occasion that Katsuki himself had a smile so big and beautiful that Eijiro was sure it wasn’t real. You were so happy to see your best friend just as happy as you were and for one thing, that your greatest dream of being together would come true.
You sat next to Eijiro as he laughed loudly at a joke made by Tetsu. You laughed yourself moving to sip on wine while you were at it. It was late, the sun having long set and the smell of beef and smoke filled the air along with laughter and song. Your wedding was a cause of huge celebration that Kirishimas took very seriously. No cow was spared as a huge feast of dripping delicious beef with apple cider was served to everyone. Your new Alpha sat between you and your best friend, dressed as handsome as ever, his black hair holding braids in his hair holding flowers.
Takeo let out a loud boisterous laugh just like his son and other children, an arm around his wife. He picked up his large jug of apple cider as he stood up, clearing his throat. Him standing up was cause for everyone’s attention to go to him. The light from the bomb fire shone onto his face, illuminating his face as he cleared his throat. “I’d like to toast to my son and his new wives.” He motioned over to you, Katsuki and Eijiro. Everyone clapped and cheered, Eijiro smirked as he tightened his hold on the both of you. “To my new daughter and son-in-law,” Takeo looked to you and Katsuki with a smirk on his lips. “Welcome to the family.”
Yua nodded her head as hse stayed at her husband’s side. “May you be blessed, happy and-”
“And fruitful!” Takeo emphasised making laughs fill the air. You and Katsuki couldn’t help but look away flustered making Eijiro chuckle.
On that note, the music continue to play but you and Katsuki had your attention taken by Hizashi, Yua and Masaru. By the look on their faces, you instantly knew that it was time for the party to end for you two and for a different sort of occasion to start.
You turned to look at Eijiro, putting your other hand to cover his. “Eijiro…” The large black haired Alpha looked to you as he smiled lovingly. “Katsuki and I are heading to your home.” You told him softly.
At what you had just told him, Eijiro nodded his head understandingly. However, knowing what was going to happen in the next few minutes made the Alpha reach out to grab his cup of cider and down the entire thing before blood rushed down to his cock too quickly. “Alright.” He nodded his head as he looked over to you and Katsuki. He moved Katsuki’s hand up to his lips and gave him a gentle kiss. “I’ll see you both soon.” He stated truthfully.
Katsuki hummed. “Yes, you will.” The two of you stood up from the bridal table and moved away from all the loud laughter, the music, the drunken tails and the light of the large bomb fires.
You looked to Katsuki who had flowers in his hair and his eyes trained forward. You reached up and grabbed his hand causing him to turn to look at you. You gave him a gentle smile, filled with love and content. You watched him ease as he tightened his hold on, red sharp eyes always so soft when he looked at you. The two of you walked side by side, as you finally reached Eijiro’s home. You opened the door, allowing Katsuki in and you closed the door right behind you.
“Quickly!” Immediately you and Katsuki were grabbed as you were dragged off towards the spare room next to the bathroom. You both barely got time to react as you were both stripped out of your wedding clothes.
“HEY!” Katsuki shouted as he was shoved next to you. “WHA-” He could barely complete what he was going to say as the both of you were splashed with water. You gasped as you were now wet.
Yua looked at the both of you sympathetically as she stood before the both of you. “Sorry you two, we have to be fast about this.” She told you gently as Masaru and Hizashi went to quick work on scrubbing you both clean rather roughly (Masaru seemed to take more care to Katsuki than Hizashi was to you- He seemed like he wanted to peal your skin off). “You both know from your education what is going to happen tonight and-”
“Don’t take it all at once!” Hizashi interrupted her with a bright smile on his face.
Masaru whipped his head to look at the blond Omega with wide eyes and a blush to his cheeks and ears just like Katsuki. “Hizashi!” He chastised silently.
Hizashi looked to Masaru confused, his eyebrows furrowed as he raised his hands up confused. “What did I say?! It’s true! I don’t want them to hurt themselves.” He motioned to the both of you as he moved to hand you a towel, allowing you to finally dry off. Hizashi put his hands on his hips as he let out a low chuckle. “And if he is anything like his father, lord knows that they shouldn’t take it all at once. Right Yua?”
Said redheaded Omega had her eyes closed as she took out a deep sigh. She shook her head, a blush on her own cheeks as she looked back at the two of you. “Hizashi is… correct. You’ll understand soon but remember as much as this is about finalising your marriage,” She took a few steps towards the both of you, her smile warm and motherly. “It is also about loving yourselves.” She took both your hands. “And loving your new Alpha who has been waiting far too long.
You were alone again, Katsuki bustled around the bed, pushing in the quilt that was scented by the entire Kirishima family at the bottom of the nest. You carried one final pillow to add in to the side, trying to make the nest as bountifully soft as it looked. You and Katsuki had your own little nesting room downstairs under the stairwell but for tonight you had used up most of the items from your nests back at your homes to fuse one together. It wasn’t the first time you both made a nest together, especially after Eijiro proposed, the two of you barely spent a night away from each other, but now this nest was special.
Katsuki carefully got out of the nest, moving to look back at it. He looked it over with a critical eye, a frown on his face as he focused on the bed. You could see the critical eye of a designer in him. You chuckled as you moved to wrap your arms around him. “Katsuki…” You spoke sweetly as you placed a kiss to his neck. “It’s fine. We’ve done a great job.” You reminded him sweetly as you scented his neck.
You felt the blond’s shoulders relax at the feeling of your skin against his. He let out a sigh as he turned over to you. You cupped his face in your hands as he closed his eyes. “I’m sorry. I just…” He started lowly.
You shushed him sweetly as you placed a kiss to his forehead. “He’s going to like it. Its big enough for the three of us and more.”
He nodded his head, trusting your words. The fire in the hearth blazed on, providing the only warmth and light to the room. The both of you stood in each other’s arms, naked as the day you were born, smelling fresh out of a bath but your scents hung thick in the air. Katsuki looked up at you with fire in his eyes and love in his soul. He put a kiss to your lips making you giggle, but accepted the kiss gratefully. You were both just waiting on Eijiro, but you had time to kill until then.
Katsuki pushed closer to you, bringing you both chest to chest as he cupped the back of your head and kissed you earnestly. You hummed into the kiss, moving your hands to rest on his thin waist. Katsuki keened as he moved his lips to your neck, need bubbling in his abdomen since the beginning of the day. He let out a heavy warm breaths against your necks, between kisses and licks making you whine into the air. “Nest.” He breathed out.
You nodded as the two of you moved to fall back into the soft nest you both made. Katsuki had you straddling him on top, your legs at either side as he kissed you once again, but this time wanting more. You didn’t mind the mess of saliva around your mouth as you felt his hands roam your own body as you did to him in turn. His hands moved to grasp your ass, pulling your cheeks apart his fingertips brushing your nether lips.
You gasped against his mouth. His name falling off your lips. You moved your own hands to cup his puffy fat pecs pulling a whine out of him. He always got more sensitive near his heat. Maybe that’s what was getting into him. You couldn’t help but smirk at the motion. He dragged a finger down your slit, allowing the slick that had accumulated to drip down onto his own waiting and aching cunt. You pressed down, pushing your sex against his, making a sticky wet sound that had you both whining.
The door to the bedroom opened and you both turned towards it. Eijiro paused at the sight in front of him. Shirtless with his pants hanging low was the Alpha of the day, who felt as though this was some wet dream that he had when he was younger and a newly presented Alpha. He took a deep breath in, his eyes almost fluttering shut at the smell of arousal and slick in the air from the two of you, mixing together so harmoniously.
You then heard a pleased rumble from the Alpha’s chest, his own scent coming to your noses showing his love for what he was seeing. You and Katsuki both looked to one another before immediately scrambling onto your knees in front of him. You were kneeled next to one another, waiting for him to come closer.
The large Alpha closed the door behind him as he walked inside. He moved to stand at the foot of the bed, in front of the both of you. You could both already tell that the Alpha was aroused by the two of you, his cock straining in his pants as he stood in front of the both of you. He put his hands underneath your chins, forcing the two of you to look up at him. You purred at the feeling of his warm hand as you pushed further towards him. Katsuki keened as he sunk lower into the nest, almost dropping right then and there.
Katsuki was getting closer to his heat and it was effecting you as well. With the way things were looking, it would seem like tonight would be more than just about consummating your new marriage. Eijiro rumbled as he gently caressed your faces. He leaned back to take a good look at you, making you both nervous. It was time for the Alpha to asses the both of you which was quite the agonising experience.
He moved to you first, looking over at your face before travelling down your body. Every full, flat, curvy, straight part of your body was under his scrutiny. Every scar and every imperfection open for him to see.
“Present.”
A simple order that had you instantly moving to turn around, your chest down against the bed putting your ass up into the air. Katsuki had to bite back his instincts, knowing he had to be patient for his turn. Eijiro put his hands on the curvature of your back before moving up to your ass. He hummed before moving down towards your aching cunt. He dragged a finger down your slit making your hips twitch but nothing more. He put his finger to his lips and a loud rumble escaped him. He approved of you. More than just approved, he loved you.
Next was Katsuki, who would never admit to being anxious about this despite what his scent was saying. Eijiro looked over perky puffy tits that were basically calling for attention with standing nipples, he looked over flawless pale skin with a thin waist and wide hips. Eijiro used the same order on the blond, forcing him to do the same as you, fat ass out as he allowed Eijiro a beautiful sight of his sex on display just for him. Eijiro squeezed the blond’s ass before dragging a finger up Katsuki’s slit making the blond’s ass push back, wanting him to sink his fingers inside his hot heat.
Eijiro licked at the slick on his finger with another rumble. He approved of Katsuki. He approved of the both of you. He loved him.
At the indication, you both moved to grab a hold of him.
You both wanted to drag him into your nest, making him laugh as he barely got time to pull his pants down. The two of you needing him enough that you didn’t care about his now naked state until you both had him pushed down against the bed, facing up to look at you. Your Omega made you stop and gape at the size of his cock. It made slick gush out of you at the sight of that thing claiming you and your best friend. Katsuki was always more of a physical learner as he moved to grab a hold of it, his fingers barely touching as it was so heavy hard that it could barely stand.
Eijiro sucked in a breath at the feeling of Katsuki’s hands on him. Just like how he did, you both assess him. You both looked over the large Alpha. He was a perfect example of an Alpha mate. He had a good big body that would no doubt ensure that your pups would be just as strong as him. Large calloused hands of work and experience and yet you knew those hands would also had blood stained on them to protect the both of you. However, where you and Katsuki were more focused on was between his legs.
Katsuki moved his hand up and down Eijiro’s cock drawing a groan out of the Alpha. With Katsuki inspecting his cock like it was something he had made himself; you became aware of the pair he had behind it. You let out a chirp, gaining Katsuki’s attention. Large big breeder balls. Big enough that you were sure you could only fit one in your mouth at a time. Katsuki watched as your pupils grew in fascination and need. You swallowed down hard as you placed yourself between his legs, quickly gaining Eijiro’s attention away from his cock. Katsuki tilted his head as he dropped Eijiro’s cock and moved beside you.
You glanced up at Eijiro, into his ruby eyes. The Alpha wasn’t entirely sure what that look in your eyes was about. Or he didn’t until he felt your warm hot mouth wrapped around his balls. Immediately a moan came out of his chest as his thighs tensed for a second before relaxing. The moment you witnessed his reaction it was as if you were trying to swallow him whole, appreciating and licking every part of what made Eijiro a breeder almost as if giving thanks to it. He was so big, probably so full of cum and it almost made you gush at the thought of him putting all that seed inside you.
Katsuki watched the way slick dripped down your thighs as your Omega put you in the mindset of pleasuring your alpha, thanking him for what he would give you in the future. Katsuki placed a kiss to your neck before returning back to Eijiro’s cock. It was thick that’s for sure. Big and thick and made to fill up an Omega. It ran hot in his hand, a slight twitch at all your actions and had a prominent vein that ran up the shaft that Katsuki just wanted to follow with his tongue. So, this was an Alpha’s cock? He had heard only bits and pieces from blushing Omegas about their Alpha’s but he didn’t expect this. It made his Omega preen in approval.
Good Alpha. Give us great pups. Perfect Alpha for Y/N and us.
Katsuki noticed that as he stroked it, something was coming out from the head of it. Precum… he thought. If his Omegan studies in Alpha biology taught him anything, it taught him that that was a good sign. He leaned forward and decided to do what his inner thoughts wanted and licked up the underside. The groan that left the Alpha vibrated through him and straight to his cunt. Katsuki glanced at you as you whined in need at the sound of Eijiro.
Katsuki hummed as he looked down at the cock in his hands. So that was a good thing. The blond placed his mouth around the head of Eijiro’s cock making him moan once more. Eijiro wasn’t sure what the hell they were teaching Omegas but he was sure that he wasn’t going to last very much longer with the both of you treating his sex as if it was a gift sent from the heavens. He sat up as he grabbed the closest of the two of you, that just so happened to be Katsuki.
The blond let out a surprised, chirp, red eyes growing wider as Eijiro sat up, separating you from your new favourite thing to put in your mouth. You frowned but watched as Eijiro sat Katsuki on his lap and grabbed you too. He wasn’t sure how he was going to do this with two Omegas, but whatever worked, worked. He took a moment to actually think without his dick in the way.
Which was harder than he thought.
“Omegas. Present.”
The both of you glanced at each other but moved to present in front of him. Next to one another, he could swear the view was the best thing in the world. He hummed as he noticed the two of you were already very wet. So he decided it would be best to slide a finger inside the both of you. You gripped onto the blankets tightly at the feeling of your hole stretch around one of his full fingers. Katsuki let out a small squeak at the feeling but nothing more. Slowly, Eijiro moved his finger in and out, getting the two of you to adjust to the size of his finger. You weren’t entirely sure why he was stretching you out first, and not just knotting one of the two of you already but you weren’t going to complain.
It was an odd feeling at first, you had never thought to put a finger up there, even in the throughs of your heat where you were aching and had no idea what to do, you always just went to the one thing that gave you the most pleasure and that was your clit, but now… you couldn’t deny that your Omega felt relaxed feeling that something was finally inside of you. You hummed as you moved your ass back to try and take more of his finger inside you.
You were both so warm and wet around his fingers, it made him wonder how on earth either one of you would feel on his cock. He watched as your cunts stretched to allow his finger to move and wiggle inside you, slick dripping past his finger, to your thighs and down his hand. He noticed that you both seemed ready for a second finger so he followed suit.
Katsuki let out a whine as he buried his face in the blankets that made the bottom of the nest that the two of you had made. The stretch burned and yet deliciously so. The sounds he was making were embarrassing and honestly it was only hitting him now that he was nude in front of an Alpha, in front of his Alpha. It made him feel all the more insecure again and yet what more could he be insecure about when he was stuck face down already.
Why couldn’t the stupid Alpha just put his knot in already and get all of this done with?
Katsuki turned to look at Eijiro. He whined as he pushed back against his finger making him chirp in surprise at a certain part inside him getting brushed against. “Knot.” He pleaded. “Just… just put it in already. We can take it. Just-”
Eijiro stopped as he took his fingers out of Katsuki and put a slap to his ass. The blond Omega let out a groan, his eyes going hazy for a second. Eijiro frowned as he looked down at Katsuki. “No. Stretch or Omega will get hurt. No hurt.” His broken speech showed just how much his Alpha had control over him right now. You could see it in his eyes too, deep ruby eyes that looked down stern and were yet blown out hugely by black pupils. “Patient.” Katsuki whined but Eijiro let down a low growl and another slap to Katsuki’s ass forcing the Omega to arch more in a whimper. He let another final warning before pushing in two of his fingers again.
You were happily enjoying the feeling of two- now three, of his thick fingers inside you, finding it all such an odd but wonderful feeling. Katsuki looked over to you as you wiggled your hips and purred in content at the feeling. You met his gaze, your eyes warm and inviting. You giggled at the blush over his face, moving to nuzzle your face beside his. He relaxed at the physical contact, letting out a purr of his own at the feeling of you against his own skin.
With Katsuki distracted by you, Eijiro could finish stretching you both open as he made his decision on what to do next. Your were much more pliant and for the most part, it would be easier to have you later than Katsuki.
With that, Eijiro pulled his fingers out from you and Katsuki’s soft and wet cunts. You let out a breath, missing his thick large finger inside you. Eijiro bent down and pressed a kiss to your spine. “You’ll be right after Katsuki.” He whispered down to you, moving his hand up and down your thigh comfortingly. You smiled back at him and nodded your head. Since you were okay with it, Eijiro focused on Katsuki.
He looked down at the blond Omega. A rumble came out of his chest as he analysed him. Katsuki was looking back at him with unsure red crimson eyes that were filled with anxiety but also filled with lust for the Alpha behind him. He shuffled back to have his ass up and right against Eijiro’s cock.
“Katsuki…” Eijiro spoke lowly, a hand resting on Katsuki’s flank, trying to be as comforting as possible while the other guided his cock too his entrance. “Are you okay with this?” He asked softly.
Katsuki didn’t answer immediately, looking away from the redheaded Alpha for a moment. It only took him a second before he looked back at him with a determined look, his face set into a cute frown as he raised his nose. “I can take whatever it is, big red.” He spoke confidently.
Eijiro looked down at him speechlessly for a moment before chuckling. He nodded his head, not surprised and also happy to see Katsuki’s spitfire energy back.
With Katsuki’s approval he decided to go forward with the plans off the night. The Alpha took a deep breath as he pushed his head to Katsuki’s hot lips. He sucked in a breath as he saw the slick that spilled onto his tip. He could feel his self-control slipping within milliseconds. He slowly pushed in, his cock, the head slipping in. Katsuki sucked in a breath at the intruding feeling, his eyes widening at the fact that he actually had an Alpha’s cock inside him. Eijiro felt like he was in heaven, Katsuki’s warm heat wrapped around him so tightly made the redheaded man drunk on the feeling as he pushed further in with a groan.
Katsuki moaned as he held the blankets and furs underneath him, a yelp escaping his lips at the almost painful feeling of almost the entirety of Eijiro’s cock inside him. Eijiro stopped, knowing not to push him too much the first time. Despite not having the entirety of his cock inside of the blond, he still felt just as much in heaven regardless.
A groan escaped the Alpha’s mouth as he looked down at the way Katsuki’s hole sucked on his cock, pulling and keeping him inside. “Fuck…” He whispered as he couldn’t keep his eyes off of where him and Katsuki were joined together. “Such a good Omega. You’re so perfect for me.” He praised.
Katsuki buried his face into the nest, feeling flustered, a purr erupting from his chest at the praise that he was receiving. He could barely breathe nor think straight. He was perfect. He was a good Omega. Good Omegas can take their Alphas like this. And Katsuki?
Katsuki was the best omega there was.
His purr increased in volume as his back arched more, his hips wiggling, trying to keep Eijiro’s attention.
You let out a low giggle as you watched Katsuki enjoy himself in the throughs of pleasure. You ran a hand through his soft blond hair, trying to allow him to relax and enjoy himself. Your Katsuki let out a chirp as he raised his head, pressing against your hand. He looked up at you, his beautiful eyes all for you. You reached down and kissed his forehead, causing his eyes to close shut at the feeling of your affection.
Before Katsuki could bask in all the attention and praise he felt Eijiro pull out almost entirely leaving just the tip of his cock in before pushing back in. The dragging of his thick cock inside of him, made the blond Omega moan unhindered. His pussy spasming as he clenched around Eijiro’s thick cock. With such a positive sound out of one of his Omegas, Eijiro slowly built-up a pace, fucking into Katsuki’s cunt.
“Oh…” Katsuki moaned. He had never felt anything like it. Nothing as completing as being one with an Alpha like this. His husband. His Alpha. “Yes… yes, Eijiro.” He spoke softly into the sheets as his ass moved back against Eijiro’s pelvis. The blond Omega couldn’t stop himself from moving his hips back, meeting Eijiro’s thrusts as he purred loudly.
Eijiro’s large hands gripped Katsuki’s hips so tightly it was almost as if he was afraid that the Omega would disappear. Katsuki’s tight cunt squeezed his cock perfectly, the feeling of him massaging his cock with his soft velvety insides made Eijiro’s head face up with a low groan. He looked back down at Katsuki who had a sultry look on his beautiful face, crimson eyes filled with lust and wanting. Eijiro couldn’t help but smirk. The spitfire Katsuki, the one who was tough and unpleasant was here purring out a storm for him, smelling as sweet and divine as dessert.
With Katsuki adjusted to Eijiro’s cock, the Alpha decided to fasten up his pace. Eijiro pulled Katsuki up, his back against his large chest as he kept one hand on the smaller man’s hips and the other over his chest. The change in position made Katsuki moan as he sunk back, eyes fluttering as he looked up at the Alpha he was now mated to. The mark on his neck throbbing. His eyes, as perfect as dolls, looked up at the Alpha as he purred. His smaller body fitted perfectly against the broader tanned body of his Alpha.
Before Eijiro could even do anything, you moved up onto your knees in front of him. Eijiro’s greatly dilated pupils watched you as you moved to face Katsuki, the Omega who was now wrapped around his cock had his attention moved over to you. You moved to kiss the blond Omega, your hands moving up his pale slim body. Katsuki shivered at the ecstasy of your touch, your hands always knowing how and where to touch him without a hint from him. Your thumbs moved to his large pecs, your thumbs brushing against his perked up pink puffy nipples making him gasp.
Eijiro’s eyebrows raised in surprise, knowing he was sensitive there now. With you occupying Katsuki’s front, Eijiro moved to hold onto the Omega in front of him. His large calloused hands gripped Katsuki’s pale skin as he pounded up into the Omega. The harsh thrust made Katsuki’s glistening lips separate from yours with a cry.
Eijiro let out a grunt as he fucked into Katsuki hard and fast, slick dripping down his cock. Katsuki’s body jostled forward into your hold as he did so. Katsuki’s arms were wrapped around your neck as you had your head buried between his pecs, biting and sucking at them.
Katsuki’s eyes rolled back at the relentless assault onto his insides. Eijiro’s thick cock hit a spot inside him that had him seeing stars. “FUCKING- EIJIRO!!” He cried out as Eijiro continued the assault on his insides. The large Alpha let out a loud growl as he tightened his grip on the Omega. “THERE! RIGHT THERE! Right-” You had your hands holding his full pecs, kissing and sucking on his right nipple. You twisted and pinched his left one, his areola puffy and pink. His breath stuttered as his hips twitched. The pleasure and pain were too much all at once. A mewl stumbled out of his lips, his pussy tightening as you fondled his tits. “I- I-” The words were taken right out of Katsuki as he felt a sort of pleasure run over his body that he had never felt before.
His cunt tightened around Eijiro viciously as a high pitched keen escaped his throat. His thighs shook as he held onto you tightly. Katsuki’s orgasm wrecked through his body like a wave crashing down on the shores. Slick squirted out of him, wetting his thighs. You shushed him sweetly as you held him in your arms, his mind blank and empty.
Eijiro let out a groan at the feeling of his spasming pussy. “Oh fuck! Yes.” He growled as he tightened his grip, fucking him through his orgasm. You could tell by the look in his eyes that Eijiro had lost himself to the throughs of pleasure as his Alpha seemed to only have on goal in mind. His rapidly growing knot sat at the base of his cock, moving in and out of Katsuki as he fucked him harder. Saliva dripped from his fangs as he was focused on purely breeding Katsuki. “Fuck, fuck, fuck! Such a good fucking Omega.” He growled. “Gonna take my knot. Gonna give me pup.”
Katsuki mewled as you finally let go of his nipples. He gasped, his lips separating as he took in air. He moved back against Eijiro, moving his head underneath Eijiro’s as he moved his arms to wrap around Eijiro’s neck to keep him against him. “Give it to me.” He whispered in pleasure. “I want it.” He nodded his head pleadingly, begging him to do so. “I want it so bad. Give me your knot~”
Eijiro’s large hand took Katsuki’s jaw, angling it away before licking over the fresh new bite mark at his neck. It made the blond Omega mewl at the electricity that ran up his spine. Eijiro could feel his building orgasm. He was getting restless as he moved to bite Katsuki’s mark again. At the taste of the blond’s skin, his blood and his tightening muscles that made up his soft cunt, Eijiro’s couldn’t help but to come undone.
His eyes rolled back as he let out a deep groan as his cock twitched as his knot pushed inside of him. Katsuki yelped at the large knot that was pushing his hole to his limit. It was so big and thick, fitting Katsuki so well that he was sure that he was going to break into two. Eijiro groaned as he spurt cum inside of Katsuki’s warm unprotected womb. Katsuki sunk back, relaxing with a purr from his chest. He looked down at his abdomen, looking down at his distended stomach. Eijiro’s cock and the amount of cum inside him. It made him feel surreal. It made him feel… whole.
Eijiro took his teeth out of Katsuki’s neck, letting out a heavy breath. He looked down to see Katsuki was purring up a storm, his soft tufts of blond hair resting as his head leaned against his neck. Eijiro let out a stuttered breath as he put a kiss to Katsuki’s head. He looked up at you, where you sat in the nest with a content smile, happy to see them enjoying each other. Your eyes moved to Katsuki as you pushed yourself up. A small chirp and purr came out of you as you moved to put your forehead against his, putting a hand to his side. Katsuki’s red eyes opened tiredly as he looked at you. His eyes were soft as he reached a hand to you. You moved to hold onto him, your purr growing in volume as you nuzzled his face. Katsuki had a soft blush on his face as he held you. Surprising the blond, Eijiro rumbled loudly as he moved to nudge his nose against the nape of Katsuki’s neck before settling his head on top of the blond and putting a hand to your own neck to hold you too.
Katsuki was so grateful to be here. He couldn’t believe he was here. He couldn’t believe that he was between the two people he wanted more than anything in the world. Tears came to his eyes as he felt so happy.
“Eijiro! Alpha! Alpha right there!”
You hopped up and down on Eijiro’s dick, your face warm with a flush as Eijiro held your hips to fuck up into you as you bounced down on him meeting his thrusts. Your Alpha lay back in your nest, a tired smirk on his face as he watched you jump up and down. You had your hands resting on his chest as he moved up and down his cock, your thighs burning at all the effort you had put in.
You flipped your head back, your hands moving up to your chest to grab at your nipples as you bounced. You let out a loud moan as you closed your eyes for a moment. Eijiro noticed that you were starting to get tired but so desperate to reach that high. He let out a soft moan as he held your hips and took full control. You let out a choked groan as you tightened around him, causing him to grunt.
Katsuki, Eijiro and you had been fucking like animals since the moment the three of you were alone. You barely even ate anything because you all seemed so insatiable with each other. You couldn’t stop yourselves from touching and holding each other. Eijiro found it hard now to even think of a time where he thought that the two of you were so innocent and virtuous when either you or your blond best friend had your pussies wrapped around his cock or sitting on his face.
If this is what married life looked like, Eijiro regretted not claiming the two of you sooner.
A growl came out Eijiro’s mouth as his eyebrows furrowed, his feet planting onto the bed as he fucked into you viciously. You gasped as you looked down. The lewd squelches of your creamy cunt felt so loud but nothing compared to your moans. You rolled your eyes back in bliss. “YES! YES! FUCK-” A squeal interrupted you as your body tensed. Thick slick dripped out from your cunt where the two of you were joined, his cock getting doused in a layer of thick creamy slick, dripping down him.
At the feeling of you cumming on his cock, your cunt milking him for everything he got, he groan as he slammed his knot inside you. You relaxed down where you sat on top of him with a sigh. You enjoyed the feeling of more of his warm cum entering you, staying safe all within your womb. You hummed as you reached down to rest your hands on his chest again as you rolled your hips against him, grinding down on his knot and cock.
The door opened behind the both of you, exposing Katsuki in a loose oversized shirt that belonged to Eijiro and an apron. The smell of breakfast wafting in from the kitchen. He leaned against the doorway as he watched the both of you. Love marks and bruises littered his neck and body, the shirt being big enough that you could see them all. “Breakfast is ready.” He notified you two. “Alpha.”
Eijiro hummed as he tilted his head to look past you, the sunlight falling in from the kitchen window making Katsuki’s hair illuminate in the sun. He motioned with one hand for Katsuki to come forward. The blond Omega blushed but walked over to him. “Omega.” Eijiro rumbled as he took Katsuki’s hand as he pulled him closer to the two of you.
Katsuki’s ears went red but he swallowed hard as he continued with what he wanted to say. “Your mother stopped by.” He informed him. “She wants us there for dinner. Everyone will be there.” Eijiro hummed as he held Katsuki’s hand, brushing his thumb over his knuckles while moving his other hand up and down your side. “Do you want to go?”
Eijiro was silent for a moment as he thought. He smiled gently before looking up at the both of you. “It seems, my beautiful wives, that our three days of heaven are over.” He spoke gently. “It is high time we see our family again and get to work on what is needed to be done.” He said with a heavy sigh. “But oh how I wish I could just stay in here with you two for all eternity.”
You chuckled you leaned down to lay on top of Eijiro, your arms keeping your head up as you looked over at him. You placed a kiss onto his jaw as he moved his hands up and down your back. “Eijiro, you have us for the rest of eternity. Should you need us, we are here.” You remind him. “Whatever it is, whatever you want.”
“Katsuki, can you sit on my face? I’m thirsty.”
The question made the blond perk up with a surprised chirp, his face flushing a deep red making you both chuckle. You reached a hand over to your best friend, taking his other hand, amused by his reaction. Katsuki looked away from you and Eijiro with a frown. “You will spoil your breakfast.” He stated simply as his excuse not to wind back into bed with the two of you.
Eijiro let out a soft whine at not being able to get one of his new favourite drinks. You chuckled as you moved to moved some of his black strands of hair out of his face. “Alpha, what do you need from us to do at home while you’re busy?” You asked him. It was something that needed to be discussed considering that you were now married in the Kirishima family and chores might be different that what you and Katsuki did back at home. Katsuki nodded, wanting to know too.
Eijiro hummed as he thought for a moment. “You might need to talk to my mom and Tamami about all of them, because I’m not entirely sure what femmes do.” He let out as he scratched the top of his head. “All I know is you do everything and if you all disappeared, I’d be a very lost masc.” You giggled along with Katsuki but nodded at what he was saying. It made sense to ask Yua considering she was the Head Omega of the Kirishima family, she would know everything. “But that can wait till later.” Eijiro slowly sat up, keeping one arm around you as you sat up, holding you as he did so. “Right now…” You felt his hand move up and down your back making you purr against his chest as you closed your eyes and relaxed. He let out a low chuckle as he looked up at Katsuki who was pulled over to be wrapped up in Eijiro’s arms. “I just want to enjoy my family.”

Tumblr media
you fell to the ground with a pained thud, and you scowled as you stared up at the sky. “damn it,” you huffed as you sat up, and you rested on your knees.
“i’m so sorry! are you okay?” izuku held out a hand to you and you allowed him to pull you up before you dusted off the knees of your costume.
“‘m fine,” you brushed back a few strands of hair that had escaped from your ponytail before you got back into position. “i’m ready now.”
“need to focus, kid,” your dad’s voice called from a few yards away where he was helping hitoshi with his capture weapon. to anyone else, he appeared bored, bored of correcting your mistakes and calling out your lack of attention, but you recognized the concern in his voice. you knew he’d be talking to you later and you briefly considered faking sick to avoid the inevitable conversation. “try again, then take a break.”
you nodded as you turned towards izuku again, eyes narrowing as you focused. you had been sparring for what felt like hours at this point, and you wanted to perfect this new takedown. your close combat skills were usually your strength, but you couldn’t focus today.
izuku nodded briefly at you before he was off, and you quickly countered his first attack. the two of you continued to spar, each getting a fair amount of blows in before you finally saw the opening you needed. you jumped into action and when izuku was finally pinned, you leaned back against the ground and let out an ‘oof’ as your back hit the grass, your eyes screwed shut from the sun. you enjoyed the feeling of the sun for a minute, and a moment later, you heard shifting beside you. you squinted your eyes open and reached over, shoving at izuku’s arm as he sat beside you.
“you did good today,” you said and izuku smiled at you.
“thank you! you did, too.” a brief pause. “i asked mr. aizawa if we could go off campus and grab dinner for everyone, i think it’s shoto’s night to cook.” you shuddered at the thought and nodded.
“good idea.” you sat up. “let me get my gym bag and say bye and we can go.” izuku nodded and you stood up, and you walked over to grab your things. hitoshi was finishing his cooldown stretches, your dad watching from a few feet away. you walked up to him and butted your head against the back of his arm. you smiled as your dad’s arm wrapped around your shoulders and his hand ruffled your hair.
“good takedown,” your dad commented before he looked at you. “still coming home tonight?” you nodded, gnawing at your lip. you switched between your dorm with your class and your room in the teacher’s dorms; you loved your classmates but sometimes you needed a break from them. and your dad’s was the best place to get that break. you missed your old house, but you still have the cats and hizashi and your aunt nemuri are close, so it was still pretty nice.
“gonna do dinner, watch a movie, then head over,” you let your eyes flutter closed for a moment, enjoying the rare moment of peace with your dad. he briefly rested his head against your own before he patted your shoulder.
“should shower first, too. don’t need you stinking up the house,” a subtle smirk made its way to his face and you glared up at him.
“just for that, i’m not going to.” you stuck your tongue out at him, narrowly ducking from the stray edge of capture weapon that shot out at you. “rude!”
you exchanged goodbyes with your dad, called out a goodbye to shinsou, then jogged over to izuku. you and izuku walked off campus and you talked about classes, upcoming exams. you were texting the class groupchat about dinner orders when he asked a question that made you pause.
“you seemed really distracted today. is everything okay?” you and izuku were close, you and him quickly becoming friends, and you had the same friend group.
“i’m a little worried about my weekend with my dad,” you admitted after a minute, and izuku stayed quiet, having learned when to let you rant. “he knows something is bothering me and i’m worried about him asking me. i can’t lie to him, he’s my dad. but i’m also terrified of how he’ll react.” izuku stayed quiet for another moment, and you sighed. “i’m thinking about telling him.”
you could practically hear the gears turning in izuku’s head until it clicked. your crush on momo wasn’t glaringly obvious, but you had let it slip to some of your friends (izuku, hitoshi, and ochako). your entire friend group knew you were bisexual, hell you’re pretty sure your entire class did, but your dad didn’t know. and you didn’t know what was worse- telling him about it or him realizing you’ve been hiding it from him for so long. and you were scared. scared of how he’d react, scared if things would change.
“do you want to tell him?”
“yes. no. i don’t know? he can tell something is up and today just confirmed it. it never should’ve taken me that long to knock you on your ass. he’s gonna ask what’s bothering me and i just… i can’t lie to him if he asks me.” your phone vibrated and a quick glance left you smiling once you saw the text. “he’s bound to find out soon, and it would only be worse if he found out from someone else.”
izuku nodded, a sympathetic smile on his lips. “it’ll be scary, but i know you can do it. if you want any of us there with you, we’d all be happy to.”
“thanks, zuku. this is something i need to do myself, though. but if it goes bad, i may hide in your room after.” izuku wraps an arm around you and pulls you into his side, and you wrap your arm around him. “thank you.” no other words were said as you walked into the restaurant and the nervous pit in your stomach started to fade away a little.
-
dinner came and went, and now your class had spread out across the common room to watch some pre-quirk era movie about this hero that resembled a spider.
“sero! do you think you could-“ denki started and without looking away from the screen, you spoke.
“don’t even think about it,” you said and denki’s friends started laughing.
“okay, sensei,” denki huffed and you instinctively shot a glare at the blonde. denki yelped and hid behind hitoshi, who wrapped an arm around him.
“dude, she’s not actually aizawa, you don’t have to hide from her.” you rolled your eyes, an amused smirk on your lips.
“she looks just like him! look at that,” denki whined. living with aizawa, naturally you adopted his facial expressions and even his ‘teacher voice’ at times. denki would forever be haunted by the resemblance you had to your father when he had accidentally woken you up, your eyes might as well have been glowing with the glare you had given him.
“well he is my father,” you drawled and momo giggled from beside you, and you willed yourself to keep your expression calm.
the rest of the movie played out and you had started to fall asleep on the couch. you froze as you felt a blanket drape over you and someone lean down.
“goodnight,” momo whispered, her lips brushing against your cheek before she excused herself to bed. a minute later, you peeked an eye open and were grateful to see you were the last one in the common area. what the fuck, what the fuck, what the fuck-
“coming to bed?” your dad’s voice startled you and you jumped off the couch. he raised an eyebrow at you and you nodded.
“sorry, yeah. just started falling asleep,” your dad’s gaze was disbelieving but he dropped it for now.
“have everything you need?” you felt for the phone in your pocket and nodded, and you tucked yourself into your dad’s side as you yawned. “let’s go.”
you woke up the next morning to the smell of coffee and the faint hum of the television. you stretched and yawned as you sat up before you stood and walked to the living room. you were greeted by the sight of your dad, coffee mug in one hand and pen in the other as he graded papers.
“morning,” you greeted as you walked to the coffee maker and you poured yourself a mug. you took a seat beside your dad a minute later, and you looked down at the papers as you leaned against him. “how’d i do?”
“good as usual,” your dad turned to kiss your temple, and you smiled. a comfortable silence filled the room as you watched your dad grade, occasionally looking up at the TV screen. it was quiet, it was peaceful. and then your dad spoke again.
“i’ve noticed you’ve been a little in your head lately. distracted easily, not as focused as usual.” a brief pause. “is everything okay?” you swore your heart stopped and you set your mug down with a shaky breath. your dad set his pen down and turned to face you, his focus fully on you. “kid?”
“i’ve wanted to tell you, i-i was just worried you’d get mad.” you whispered and he frowned.
“well, you’re sitting here now so you haven’t been arrested.” the blunt statement shocked you and you couldn’t help but smile a bit. “i’m your teacher, so i’d know if you were expelled, suspended, or failing anything. none of your classmates ever come to me with any complaints about how you treat them. i don’t see what you could’ve done that would make me upset with you.”
“it’s nothing i did. it’s just… i don’t know how to explain it. just something i… discovered?” you could practically hear the gears in his head turning.
“is it about school?” you shook your head.
“do you remember the crush i had on hitoshi?” you decided to finally get to it and your stomach twisted and turned. he didn’t have his capture weapon on, you could realistically make it out the door before he could get it. you wouldn’t make it far, but you could make it to nemuri’s or hizashi’s. no, you needed to tell him. you could run away after.
your dad nodded. “didn’t that end a while ago? when he started liking someone else?” you nodded.
“i had never had a crush on anyone before hitoshi and when he told me he liked someone else, i was upset. i had my friends to help me through it, and i got close with one of them. i think i really like them, but…”
your dad stayed quiet, waiting to see if you’d continue talking or if he could talk. you took a deep breath before you looked your dad in the eyes. “i like momo.” you whispered. “i, i never liked another girl before and i didn’t know i could. then denki talked to me about it and said i could be bisexual? and i am. bi.”
the silence was deafening and you felt your hands start to shake. you wanted your dad to say something, anything, but you were scared of what he would say.
“have you asked her out yet?”
“i’m sorry, i’ll go back to the- wait, what?”
“why are you apologizing?” your dad asked and suddenly, his expression softening. “did you think i would react badly?” your vision immediately became blurry and your eyes began to burn. seconds later, you were pulled into your dad’s chest and you latched onto him. you sobbed against him, tears soaking through his shirt as he rubbed your back. “you’re happy, you’re healthy, you’re not hurting anyone. that’s all i could ever ask for,” another sob left you at his words and you shifted to look up at him.
one hand combed through your hair and the other cupped your cheek, thumbs wiping away stray tears. “i-i don’t know why, but i thought you’d be mad at me,” you whimpered and your dad shook his head.
“never. you can’t control who you love, it would be illogical to get mad over something you had no control over.” your dad leaned back against the couch, and you curled into his side. “besides, would be extremely irrational of me to get upset over you being bi since i’ve been dating hizashi for the last two months.” it took you a minute to process his words and you sat up.
“what?! you and hizashi?” your dad nodded, amused smile on his face and you stood up. “come on, get up. i need to go talk to him if you thought you two could date without telling me!” laughter filled the dorm and as you walked down the hall a minute later with your dad trailing behind, you couldn’t be happier. maybe now you could finally ask momo on a date.

Shota Aizawa x Fem. Black Reader
Tumblr media
I wrote this to flesh out the possible relationship between Aizawa and an OC for my fanfic.
Want more from me? 𝙼𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝
☆*: .。. .。.:*☆☆*: .。. .。.:*☆
🐱Beauty at the Café🐱 (MHA or My Hero Academia)
Warning(s): Reader is a rich MILF (Kid is in his class), Bold=English
You and Aizawa have frequent meet-ups at a quaint little cat café...it's about time you met his friend Present Mic...
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
The first time you ran into each other was purely coincidence.
He heard of this newly opened cat café that was popular, yet somehow quiet and far from packed.
And he liked cats, so why not check it out?
You sponsored the café due to the owners being young, you wanted to support them as a fellow cat lover and owner. They wanted you to try out all their dishes for your opinion.
You noticed him as he sat down at a table next to yours.
"Oh. That you Eraser head?"
He slowly turned his head, recognizing the voice, "Ms. [Last Name]."
You leaned your head on a fist with a pearly white smile, "I'm both surprised and unsurprised to see you here."
"What's that supposed to mean?" he asked dryly.
"You kinda seemed like a cat kind of man, that's all. Funny we ran into each other, though."
"What are you doing here? This isn't usually the area people in your class enjoy."
You chuckle, "Even the rich like cheap when we're modest—But actually, I'm here on business."
"Business. Sounds about right for the richest woman in the world," he turned his attention to a soft-looking Birman.
"Cinnamon."
"What?"
"That's her name. Cinnamon."
"Oh."
Eventually, he would sit at your table with you. And eventually the length of conversation grew.
Once he realized you weren't some snobby rich lady, he was quite a bit more comfortable with you. But he wasn't too surprised, your daughter acted far from spoiled. Had no idea she was a rich kid until he met you and learned you were her mother.
He was glad one of his favorite students had a good parent to match.
And even though he didn't want to admit it, he was really starting to warm up to you.
He wasn't the biggest fan of the business suits, heels, and overall made up look. He wasn't one to care about appearance that much.
But your coiled hair, thick and natural...
He loved the feeling of freeness it gave off, it took away the intimidating classiness that clashed against his...he didn't know.
And he supposed you weren't always dressed to work, sometimes he saw you in casual and steetwear. Baggy clothes, tees with the faces of old rappers, heavy boots and cardigans.
He admittedly liked when you wore comfy clothes better.
But he thought you could pull of anything.
You best accessory to him other than your hair was your smile. Which was saying a lot coming from a guy who wasn't the happy type.
But there was a problem.
Someone was onto him, noticing he was going out more.
Hizashi.
So Aizawa tried to be slick, hide you from him...
But he should've known his friend better than that.
"You don't need to come with me."
"I just wanna see what's so great, that has you coming here every other day! You never go out this much."
"I like cats."
"Sure, cats," the blonde smirked, "You met a woman there didn't you?"
"No."
"You did!" he gasped, "Is she there now?"
"I don't know."
"I want to meet her!"
"That's not necessary."
When Hizashi laid eyes on you, he had to lower his shades, he was in complete disbelief.
"Huh...she's actually very pretty."
Aizawa glared at his friend, "What's that supposed to mean?"
"I just thought it'd be someone sadder-looking, like you. That seemed like it'd be more your type."
Aizawa can only sigh, then you happen to look up mid-bite.
You smile and wave to the familiar pro-hero as he approaches, "Hello, again, Aizawa. How've you been since the last time I saw you?"
He groans, sliding into the booth seat across from you, "Could be better. Got tailed this time."
You lean forward on a fist in intrigue, observing the person accompanying him, "You're a friend of Aizawa's...Present Mic, right?"
"You can call me Hizashi!"
You and Hizashi seemed to get along swimmingly, which made Shota feel both fond and annoyed at the same time.
Then he lost you both when you started speaking in English.
"Nah, there ain't no way!"
"Yeah, that's what he did," Hazashi was cackling like a hyena.
"That villain was tweakin'! What did he think you was finna do? Let him just do that? Crazy!"
Apparently when you were comfortable, your English became more casual. Aizawa thought it was cute.
Then he decided he did enough social interaction for one day.
But just as he and Hizashi went out the exit, he sharply turned to him.
"What?"
"Give me your phone real quick, Shota."
"Why?" he narrowed his eyes in suspicion.
"Just trust me."
"I'm not trusting that smile," but Shota gave it to him anyway.
Hizashi ran back inside and Aizawa impatiently waited until the blonde came out with a goofy grin, handing him his phone back.
"Why are you smiling like that?"
"You can thank me later. And look, you already got a text!"
Aizawa looked down at his phone. Your name was on the screen and lo and behold, there was a single text.
'I had fun! It was nice to see you again Eraserhead o(^▽^)o'
"Whoa! Is that a smile I see?"
The minuscule smile was gone, "No."
"It waaas!" he gently elbowed his lonely looking friend.
"It wasn't.
"You think she's cuuute," he poked Shota's side.
"...Whatever."
"You didn't deny it! Who would've thought you could pull?
"Shut up, idiot.
'coffee's on me next time if youre up for it.'

Please do!
Hi I was thinking if you could do aizawa having a sibling or daughter. Like a younger sister or daughter who he teaches and do some type of angst with them. Like him not paying much attention to her or she’s caught doing something (like smoking,drugs) or both. Something like that. Thank you 😊

How Would You Know Anymore?! - Aizawa x Sister! Reader
Tumblr media
1354 words + You're the younger sister of Shota and ended up being in his class. You weren't expecting any special treatment at all but Shota was acting like you didn't even exist or was on the verge of being too harsh. No inbetween. You eventually start to act out and threaten your own position in class 1-A. Quirk: Can temporarily cancel or stun someone's quirk by touching them. As you train, the amount of time the person is without their quirk is lengthened. Eventually, you'll be able to control how much time it is.
~
Y/N's POV
I was sitting at my desk, tapping my pen on the desktop. I was staring off into space while everyone was working on our English homework. A hand slammed down on top of mine, effectively stopping my tapping. I glanced to see it was Bakugou who wasn't even looking at me.
"Cut that out. It's annoying." He muttered while still working. I sighed and dropped my pen when he took his hand away.
"Y/N?" I looked up to see Hizashi looking up at me. He waved me up to his desk. I got up and walked up to him. I could see the concern in his eyes as he talked quietly. "What's up? You seem distracted. A lot lately."
"I've just a little out of it lately." I whispered.
"Do you know why?"
"Yeah. But I don't want to talk about it." I said.
"Would you want to talk about it with Shota?" I barely held back the scoff. I shook my head. He narrowed his eyes at me. "Fine. Head back to your desk."
"Yes sir."
Later, the class was out on the training field and Shota was giving some evaluations. He was going through everyone, giving detailed instructions, until he got to me last. He just gave me a look before speaking.
"Needs improvement." He said before walking away. I stared at him in shock before throwing my arms up in frustration.
"That's it?!" I yelled. He stopped and looked at me.
"Is there a problem?" He glared at me.
"Problem? Like you would know! For real!" I snapped. He didn't say anything and I scoffed. I turned and stormed towards the locker room.
"I haven't dismissed you!" He yelled.
"I don't give a fuck!" I replied without looking back. Knowing my brother, I knew he would use his capture weapon. I timed it and dodge rolled out of the way just in time and continued walking.
I got changed quickly and speed walked to my secret spot in the school. It was a small nook outside out of sight from prying eyes that I come to when I need to de-stress or wind down from the day. I plopped down and pulled out the hidden pack of cigarettes. I light one and take a drag. I will admit, my methods of de-stressing has changed drastically since school started. Since my brother started acting like I was that spot on the mirror you ignore until its absolutely annoying enough to clean.
I thought about the past few months. How things have changed and how this drift has come up between me and my brother. I cringed when I though about how disrespectful I've been to some of the teachers lately. I sat there for a while before a cough interrupted me.
"Shit." I looked up and saw Midnight with her arms crossed over her chest and a disappointed look on her face. "Hi, Midnight."
"Nezu's office. Now." She said firmly, holding out her hand. I set the carton of cigarettes in his hand.
"Yes ma'am." I put out the cigarette and walked towards Nezu's office. Midnight followed and explained everything to Nezu. I heard him call Shota and I internally groaned.
"I'm very disappointed in you, Y/N." Nezu said. I looked down ashamed. "Acting out, cussing out teachers, and now caught smoking on a strict no smoking campus."
"I'm sorry, sir." I said softly. The door burst open and I turned to see Shota.
"What's going on?" He asked with a stern look on his face.
"Aizawa, Y/N was caught smoking." Nezu said plainly.
"What? Y/N!" Shota turned to me with a mixture of emotions. "Are you serious?"
"What's the matter? You do it!" I snapped.
"Yes. But I am an adult. I also don't do it on school grounds. Y/N this is so unlike you."
"How would you know anymore?! It's not like you even pay attention anymore!" I glared. He paused and something flashed across his face. He turned and spoke to Nezu before looking at me.
"Come on. We're going home." He waved me on.
The trip home was silent. Inside it was ever worse. He went to the kitchen and grabbed two water bottles. He handed one to me. He sat down and sighed.
"What's going on?" He asked softly. I was surprised for a second but remembered who I was talking to. I sighed heavily and dropped down next to him.
"Ever since the Sports festival..." I started to explain. "You've basically been..." I trailed off.
"I've been..." He gently urged.
"You've been treating me like barely a blip on your radar. You barely treat me as an equal to the other students. I don't expect to be treated as your sister at school of course, but you don't even treat me like a worthy student."
"Y/N..." He sighed, leaning his elbows on his knees. He started rubbing his forehead. "I'm sorry."
"Really?" I was surprised he apologized so quickly.
"Yeah. I got so in my head about being careful to not treat you with any favoritism as my little sister that I took it too far and didn't even treat you like my student." He looked at me. "The incident at the USJ struck me with the reality that you were doing this and I couldn't accept it."
"Shota. I'm okay."
"I know." He sat up straight and pulled me into his side. I hugged him and he rubbed my arm. "I just never thought as you were growing up that you would follow in my footsteps."
"Are you kidding me?" I looked up at him." You were and are my hero Shota. Of course I would follow in your footsteps."
"Well you are not going to get to if you keep acting like you have been at school. I'm pretty sure Nezu had half a mind to suspend or expel you. And I know it was partially my fault but it needs to Stop now."
"You're right." I sighed, setting my head on his shoulder. "I'll do better if you do better."
"Deal." He said as he held out his hand. I took his and shook it. We sat there for a few minutes.
"Shota?"
"Yeah."
"How am I really doing? You know in training?" I asked hesitantly.
"You are improving very well. Of course there are things you need to work on. Like your footwork. You need to find your rhythm. I can help of course but you may ask Ojiro or Iida for some advice too."
"Thanks." He nodded before he stood up. He walked into his room before going and grabbing something out of his work bag. He held up the pack of cigarettes Midnight confiscated from me and his own pack.
"We both quit?" He asked. I smiled and nodded.
"For sure." I got up. He tossed them into the trash. I hugged him.
"I am sorry Sis. Really." He hugged me back. "Although, you have detention for the next two weeks though." I groaned.
"That's fair."
"And you're grounded for 2 weeks too."
"Seriously?!" I pulled away and looked at him.
"Yes." He looked at me, daring me to challenge him. I sighed heavily.
"That's fair too, I guess."
"You may get a break if you're good." He said. "You can start by... I don't know. Making your shrimp tacos with that tomatillo sauce for supper."
"Shota!" I could see him hiding a smile. "Real smooth. You're lucky I love you."
"Love you too, sis.”

The day the outbreak started
"Bottom floors are flooded with the dead! We managed to block the door to prevent them from coming in but the door won't hold in any longer!" Hizashi told Shota after he and Toshinori came back.
"We don't have much time. It won't take long before they come in and come after everyone in those rooms." Toshinori said as he worried about the students locked in the classrooms. "We should've taken them outside so that they have a chance of running."
"No." Shota said and stared at the end of the hallway where pounding was coming, "The streets are filled with those things. I barely made it."
"Shota...we can't take them with us." Hizashi said as he stared at his friend, already knowing what he was thinking. "The military aircraft won't allow it. With how small it is, barely half of us will even fit!
"That's bullshit." Shota scowled, "They can’t just leave these kids here, they’re humans, not a life you can just toss away! There has to be another damn aircraft!"
"They did say another aircraft would wait in Hosu." Toshinori tried to reassure Shota but he knew it wasn't working. Instead, the pounding of the door caught all their attention, "We should go, now."
"C'mon." Hizashi tried to move Shota, "We did all we could. The dead would have a hard time getting into the classrooms. It would give some time for the students inside to escape through the windows."
"...This is messed up." Shota whispered, "We shouldn't leave them here."
"I'm sure the aircraft would come back and rescue them when we tell them there's people here." Hizashi once again tried to move his friend forward but he was beginning to get frustrated, "Shota, move it."
"No." Shota yanked his arm from his friend's grip and began to move into a different hallway, "You two get out of here. I still need to do something."
"Wait!" Hizashi and Toshinori tried to grab the black-haired male's attention, "Where are you going!?"
"My daughters are still out there! I'm not leaving them behind!" Shota then turned to face them, "I'll see you guys! Stay safe."
The two blondes watched as their friend ran off. They watched as his figure got further away and turned through a corner, his figure out of sight. They mentally wished him good luck and moved to the roof of the building where a military aircraft would arrive.
Running down the hall, his mind raced as he thought about his daughters. Were they safe? Did their school evacuate already or were they trapped in a room? Or maybe...something else happened?
He had to push his thoughts back as he tried to get to his daughter's school. When he arrived at the hall door, he quietly listened in case anyone was behind the door. When he heard nothing, he hesitantly pushed it and peered inside. The hall was dark from the power going out.
He calmed his nerves before slowly entering and closing the door behind him. He watched his steps as he tried not to step onto the fallen corpses of the school's students. He avoided looking at their body as he felt like he failed to save them. He wondered if his students were doing okay in the dorm.
Walking further, he stumbled a bit as he tripped over a body. He grunted as he caught his fall, but his body shook as he heard a growl and a hand grabbing onto his ankle. He twisted himself and with wide eyes he watched as the student tried to maul his ankle.
His survival instincts kicked in and tried to shove the dead off of him. He kicked the girl's student face and mentally apologized as the girl was shoved off and tried to grab onto him once again.
Shota didn't get the chance to run as other deads nearby turned to his direction and began to move towards him. He cursed as he realized he was surrounded. Acting fast, he moved into a classroom behind him and loudly shut the door but with his back unguarded, he failed to see another dead student pounding onto him.
He grunted as the dead grabbed onto his shirt. He tried prying him off as well as not letting go of the door but it was difficult and if he wanted to leave, he had to let go. With a deep breath, he moved away from the door and slammed himself onto a desk until the dead removed himself.
He then looked around and picked up a nearby scissor. When the dead neared him, he sunk the scissor into its head and repeated the action with him and the dead toppling onto the floor. Blood sprayed everywhere and a pool of blood began to form underneath them.
The male then let out a heavy sigh as he dropped the scissor and moved away from the body. He peered at the body and then back at the door where the dead were pounding.
How the hell did this even happen? It was all Shota could think as he moved his way to a window and looked down. He opened it and climbed out, his feet kept him steady as he kept an eye on a shed that was placed beneath. He was thankful he was on the third floor and a drainage pipe was next to him to help him climb down.
He worried as he climbed down the pipe as it would wobble from his weight. When his feet were able to reach the shed, he jumped onto it and then safely jumped onto the floor. He crouched as he moved around the school building and avoided anything that could trigger the dead nearby.
It seemed like most of the students were inside the school or in their dorms as civilians were mostly outside. When he reached the front of the gate, he anxiously looked around for a clearing where a dead wasn't lingering but it was impossible as the road was completely filled.
He instantly made up his mind and decided to make a run for the forest that surrounded the school. He dodged every mangled hand that tried to clutch onto him. He kept low once he no longer spotted any dead and quietly continued forward.
He figured he would try the nearest school which would be Eri's and then head for F/n's. He first had to look for some sort of weapon. He cursed himself for leaving the scissors behind.
Exiting the forest, he stayed near a bush and watched as a few dead walked around and cars left unattended. He looked inside the car from the bushes as the doors were left open. From what he could see, a bunch of suitcases were left so he moved to a different direction where he spotted a lonely dead man stuck under a car.
Shota closed his eyes as the man was most likely run over and died from his injuries. He then spotted a pistol near his waistband. He hummed as he looked around for any dead and then moved forward to the man.
Getting on the floor, Shota hurriedly reached his hand out to the gun as he was worried the growls would alert any dead nearby. He let out an annoyed sigh as his hand couldn't reach it. He moved half of his body under the car and when his hand touched the gun's handle he quickly grabbed it.
His eyes peered at the gun. He's never used one but he did know the basics so maybe it shouldn't be hard to figure it out. With a weapon on hand, he steadily walked to Eri's elementary school.
However, his heart dropped when the school came into view. All the windows were broken and the front door was broken down. The school playground was coated in blood and Shota feared the worst as he thought of Eri. He hurryingly rushed inside only to be met with silence.
"Eri!" Shota yelled out as he frantically moved room to room. "Eri! Where are you!?"
When he moved into a room, he saw Eri's shoe coated in blood. His heart shattered as crumbled onto the floor, tears soon beginning to brim his eyes. Through his blurry vision, he spotted a bloody paper a few inches away from her shoe. He sniffled and picked it up. His eyes widened and his heart was put at ease.
"They said we would be heading to Sorston. I'm okay, dad. Eri." Shota blinked tears away and looked up, a relief washed over his face as the wall ahead was marked in red paint. It read, "Place secured".
He gathered himself and placed the note in his pocket and left the elementary school. He wondered if F/n was also with Eri or was still in her high school. He then decided to head for his oldest daughter but the sun was beginning to set down. He needed to be quick but it was difficult with the dead trying to eat him.
He stayed near cars as he traveled to the high school. He knew he should've sent her to U.A. It would've been much easier to keep an eye on her, but her persistence and wanting to be with her friends had him cave in.
He regrets coddling her so much.
"Fuck." Shota angrily whispered as the road was blocked by a horde of dead. There was no way to continue unless he wished to die. He stared at his gun and shook his head. Noise would only draw them to him. He then peered at the sky, at least a couple more hours before the sun was gone.
Letting out a low sigh, he figured he would come by tomorrow early. It'll give him some time to pack a few things and get going to Sorston and find Eri. Steadily making his way home, he checked his neighborhood and was surprised it was empty.
"Seems like they managed to get away." Shota figured and headed to the front of his house. Once there, he opened and closed it behind him as he continued further into the house, but a sound crashing alerted him. He moved to where the sound was heard.
Nearing his daughter's room, his hands shook as it held the doorknob. Holding a deep breath in, he quickly opened it and aimed his gun, but let out a sigh of relief and tightly hugged his daughter, "F/n! H–How did you get here?"
F/n sniffled and showed him a bloody bat she was holding, "The teachers took us all outside and told us someone was coming, but when we turned around they locked the doors and we were left alone. Some guy came in and began to order us to run into a nearby truck, but a classmate shoved me back and the guy rescued me as we got left behind. He gave me his bat and he had a gun and tried to get me to a nearby house, but...I heard a crash and a car was on top of him!”
Shota eyed his gun and wondered if it were the same person, but shook his head and rubbed his daughters hair, "I'm glad you're okay."
"Dad...where's Eri...?" F/n whispered asked, afraid to hear the worst but her father reassured her.
"She's fine." Shota began to move around and grab a duffel bag made for traveling, "We need to get out of here and go get her. Then, hopefully, find an evacuation site."
"Where would we go?" F/n questioned as she watched her father pace around grabbing useful things.
"For now Sorston. It's where Eri is and we need to get her before we do anything else." Shota then handed F/n an extra backpack she used for middle school, "I need you to pack your stuff. Don't pack a lot, just things that might be useful."
F/n eyed her bag, a solemn look on her face, "Dad...how are you so sure that Eri might even be there? If someone did manage to get her, what makes you think they didn't find any trouble on the way there? Sorston...is far. Very, very far."
Shota stopped packing and instead stared at the duffel. Although it was painful, his daughter was right. He even saw what those things could do but he'd rather not even think about it, "F/n, pack your stuff."
The h/c haired girl stared at his back for a few seconds before heading to her room and packing a few clothes and a photo of a smiling F/n, Eri and Shota. She then headed to Eri's room and grabbed her small apple plush that the little girl loved. When she was done she stood by her fathers side as he boarded the front door with the living room couch and closed every curtain.
For now, they would rest and tomorrow morning their travel would begin.

Love Like Ghosts (Chapter 16) - a Shigaraki x f!Reader fic
You knew the empty house in a quiet neighborhood was too good to be true, but you were so desperate to get out of your tiny apartment that you didn't care, and now you find yourself sharing space with something inhuman and immensely powerful. As you struggle to coexist with a ghost whose intentions you're unsure of, you find yourself drawn unwillingly into the upside-down world of spirits and conjurers, and becoming part of a neighborhood whose existence depends on your house staying exactly as it is, forever. But ghosts can change, just like people can. And as your feelings and your ghost's become more complex and intertwined, everything else begins to crumble. (cross-posted to Ao3)
Chapter 1 Chapter 2 Chapter 3 Chapter 4 Chapter 5 Chapter 6 Chapter 7 Chapter 8 Chapter 9 Chapter 10 Chapter 11 Chapter 12 Chapter 13 Chapter 14 Chapter 15 Chapter 16 Chapter 17 Chapter 18 Chapter 19 Chapter 20
Chapter 16
The knock at the door comes as you’re putting on your shoes to leave, bright and early when the sun’s barely risen. Your mom calls out for you to go get it, since you’re closest, and you open the door just in time to get one of the nastiest shocks you’ve ever gotten in your life. “What are you doing here?”
“Good morning to you, too,” Hizashi says. He’s wearing a leather jacket with spikes on the shoulder pads and horrible triangular sunglasses, tinted yellow. “As to why I’m here at your parents’ house, I wouldn’t be if you’d stayed in your hotel like you were supposed to.”
Tomura did this. Why did Tomura do this? You hear footsteps down the hall and your mother almost knocks you over in her attempts to get a look at who’s at the door. “Are you Tomura?”
As pissed as you are that Hizashi’s here, the look on his face when he realizes he’s been mistaken for Tomura cracks you up. You lean against the doorframe, wheezing, while Hizashi tries to recover. “No, ma’am. I’m one of their neighbors.”
“Oh,” your mother says, puzzled, while you pray to every deity you can think of that she hasn’t realized that “they” refers to you and Tomura. You and Tomura, living together. “You’re a ways from home.”
“I’m on a mission! See, my husband’s a novelist – Aizawa Shouta, best of his generation – and your daughter agreed to take a research trip up here for him! But it looks like there’s going to be a lot more research than we thought, so Shou sent me up here to help out!” Hizashi gives your mother a smile that would probably be winning if it wasn’t so sharp. “Plus, I’ve got a car of my own. That way we can get back to the neighborhood tonight!”
You can only see your mother in profile, but you see her face fall. “You were supposed to meet the neighbors –”
“Oh, we can stay for that,” Hizashi says before you can say a word. “We won’t leave until after the party! Isn’t that right?”
He’s looking at you. You look back, wondering if he knows just how badly you want to kill him right now. “Right,” you say. You put your hand on your mom’s arm and she looks at you. “I promise I’ll stay for the party.”
She smiles at you, but there’s a line drawn between her brows, and you don’t know what to do about it. Not reassure her, that’s for sure. Hizashi clears his throat from the front step. “We’ve got lots of paper to go through. Let’s rock and roll!”
Your departure’s interrupted by your dad, who’s spotted Hizashi’s goddamn sports car and wants to ooh and ahh over it. Because your parents are both on the curb, you have to wait until you’re around the corner before you unload on Hizashi. “What the hell are you doing here?”
“Ask your boyfriend,” Hizashi says. His smile’s gone. He looks just as pissed as you feel, except you’re a human and he’s a way-too-powerful former ghost who really doesn’t like you. “Two seconds after you left, he started putting the screws to every ghost in the neighborhood, trying to make somebody follow you.”
“Why?” you ask, baffled. “Nobody out here is looking for me.”
“They aren’t looking for you, and they can’t sense you at a distance, but if they come across you at close range they’ll know exactly what they’re looking at,” Hizashi says. He taps the horn at a moped and nearly scares the driver into a crowd of pedestrians. “Your weak human senses won’t let you see them coming, either, which is why I’m here. Call me your early warning system.”
“Okay, but aren’t you going to attract a lot of attention all on your own?” You really don’t like the fact that you’re in Hizashi’s car right now. As far as you can tell, the two of you are still headed for the museum, but you could veer at any moment. “You’re the most powerful one in the neighborhood next to Tomura. People can probably spot you from miles away, and when they come looking for you, they’ll spot me.”
“Not until they’re up close, and I’ll know they’re coming. Plenty of time for me to hide you somewhere.”
The way he says that, it sounds like he’s talking about hiding your dead body. “Why are you doing this? You don’t even like Tomura. Why would you do what he says?”
“So he’d stop trying to bully Shou into it.” Hizashi’s grip on the steering wheel is white-knuckled. “That, and one other reason. If anything happens to you away from the neighborhood, he’ll blow that house apart and come looking for whoever did it.”
And all Hizashi cares about is making sure Tomura stays in the neighborhood, stays a ghost. “You’re manipulating him.”
“As if. If anything, he’s manipulating me!” Hizashi scoffs. “I told him to send somebody else – somebody without kids, somebody who’s got free time on their hands – and he wouldn’t. Of course, his other option was Dabi, so that was never going to happen, even though Dabi owes him for sheltering Keigo during the Garaki thing – I swear, nobody does dick-measuring contests like live ghosts who are insecure about their humans –”
You’re pretty sure Dabi’s not insecure about Keigo. You hope Tomura’s not insecure about you, and even if he was, you’re pretty sure he could beat Dabi in a dick-measuring contest. Every time the two of you hook up you’re a little taken aback by how big he is. This isn’t a great time to be thinking about that. Luckily, Hizashi’s not paying attention. “But no! Instead of sending the neighborhood’s least favorite burnt marshmallow, he sends me. He must be really worried about you if he thinks it’s worth trapping us together in a car.”
You scrunch down in your seat, more than a little pissed off at Tomura. He might not know what Hizashi said to you the day of the fight with Garaki, but he knows it hurt you, and even if Hizashi’s changed his tune towards you, you doubt Hizashi actually cares whether you live or die. What Hizashi cares about is his family. His family, who will be under threat if Tomura destroys his house and leaves. His family, who Tomura will almost certainly kill if Hizashi lets anything happen to you.
There’s only one thing that can be said about it. “This sucks.”
“For once we agree.” Hizashi’s fingers drum against the steering wheel. “What’s the point of going to this museum again?”
“It used to be an asylum. The conjurer’s younger brother was there, and he died under questionable circumstances,” you say. “But he was there for a while before that. There are lots of records of him, and I want to see if he had anything to say about his brother.”
“Sneaky,” Hizashi remarks. “What are you hoping you’ll find?”
“I don’t know. Something. Anything I can use.” You scrunch further down in your seat. “I was useless fighting Garaki, but the stuff I found out about him helped us get ready. This is the only thing I can do that might help Tomura win.”
“You could always die. He’d be so mad about it that his conjurer wouldn’t stand a chance,” Hizashi says. “Of course, he’d probably take half the city out along with him.”
You decide not to dignify that with a response and resign yourself to an hour and a half of Hizashi picking on you, trying to get you to lose your temper. Your phone pings and you pull it out of your backpack to find Tomura’s contact number. He’s texting you. Is he there?
He’s not even pretending he didn’t do it. My parents thought he was you. You hesitate a moment, then send another text. I don’t need a babysitter.
You didn’t need to leave, either. Tomura discovers the emoji keyboard and sends you twelve in a row, none of which make any sense. Tell me if he does anything to you. I’ll kill him.
It says something about you that you honestly think it’s sweet of Tomura to offer, but it’s long past time for you to fight your own fights with Hizashi. You interrupt him in the middle of a lengthy digression about why Tomura chose poorly when he chose you as his human and drop the conversational equivalent of the atomic bomb. “You know, I used to wonder if you forced Aizawa to marry you.”
Hizashi nearly drives off the road. “You what?”
“Yeah. The way your meet-cute went, it sounds like he didn’t really have a choice,” you say. Antagonizing Hizashi is a stupid move, especially when you’re stuck in the car with him, but you’re tired of being his punching bag. “Did you ever wonder about that? Do any of you ever wonder if your humans really wanted you?”
“Watch it,” Hizashi warns through clenched teeth. “If you keep running your mouth off –”
“You say this kind of stuff to me all the time,” you point out. “Except you say worse things about Tomura than I’d ever say about Aizawa. I’m not taking it lying down anymore. So either we keep going like this and I give as good as I get, or we accept that we’re stuck together for the next eighteen hours and call a truce. Your choice.”
Trying to be reasonable with a ghost who doesn’t want to understand is like smashing your head repeatedly against a brick wall. But you can see that Hizashi’s thinking about it. He doesn’t like having his bullshit turned around on him, and he knows he can’t retaliate worse. And you are stuck together for the next eighteen hours. “Tell me about humans, then,” he says finally. “Since you know so much.”
“Can’t you ask Aizawa about humans?”
“There are things he says I won’t get. That he knows I won’t get, because my frame of reference is wrong.” It sounds like it bothers Hizashi. Like it bothers him a lot. “I’m two hundred and nineteen years old. My frame of reference is pretty fucking broad. But apparently it’s not broad enough to get it.”
“Get what?”
Hizashi doesn’t answer. “Here’s the deal. I’ll tell you everything you want to know about ghosts. The kind of shit your stupid brat ghost won’t say. You tell me what I want to know about humans. That’s our truce. Take it or leave it.”
“I’ll take it,” you say, wondering what Hizashi thinks Tomura won’t say about being a ghost. “What does Aizawa think you don’t get?”
“Sacrifice,” Hizashi says. You blink. “If he had to save me or the kids, he’d save the kids, and he thought I’d say the same thing. Like it’s a no-brainer. Why?”
“I don’t have kids,” you remind him.
“The way he reacted, it’s not a parent thing. It’s a human thing. You’re supposed to choose the kids,” Hizashi says. “Why?”
“Um –” You really don’t want to wade into this, but you also don’t want to spend the rest of the day going back and forth with Hizashi to see who can be the bigger asshole. “It’s – when you have kids, they’re here because of you. The only reason they’re here is because you wanted them to be. So a lot of people think your responsibility should be to them over everything else. Over you and over your job and over the stuff you own – and over your spouse.”
“That’s ridiculous,” Hizashi says flatly. “I love my kids. I’d do anything for them. Except let my human die.”
With Hizashi’s conjurer and Eri’s conjurer both dead, this little hypothetical is probably never going to come to pass. But you’re thinking of something else, something Aizawa said about how to convince ghosts to change their behavior. “Think about it this way,” you suggest. “If you saved Aizawa and let the kids die, he would never forgive you.”
“If I didn’t, he’d be dead. It wouldn’t matter.”
“Nobody knows what happens after you die.” You shrug. “It might be nothing, but you might see him again.”
Hizashi glances sideways at you. “It’s not nothing,” he says. Your stomach lurches. “The world we come from is called the world between for a reason. It’s our entire world, but it’s nothing more than a pathway for your kind. Sooner or later, you all pass through.”
You’ve seen into the world between. It’s horrifying. “Pass through to what?”
“We don’t know,” Hizashi says. “I’ve followed those paths. Most of us do, if we stay there long enough to grow up. We can’t cross over, so we don’t know for sure. All I can tell you is there’s something there.”
You think of something Tomura said a long time ago: They embodied themselves so they could follow their humans. Wherever they go. Even after they’re dead. Hizashi laughs quietly. “One of these days I’ll find out.”
He sounds pretty unconcerned about the possibility. Then again, he’s never said he’s scared of dying – only of outliving Aizawa. You don’t want to talk about the afterlife anymore. “Did I answer your question?”
“Close enough.” Hizashi merges onto the freeway and accelerates. “Your turn. Got any ghost questions for me?”
Just one. “What happens if a ghost kills their own conjurer?”
“Nothing good,” Hizashi says. Your heart sinks. “First of all, it’s hard. They’ll draw on their other ghosts to fight back, and you’ll have to blast through those ghosts, too. If you’re permanently embodied, it’s not possible. They’ll just kill you. If you aren’t embodied and you take out your conjurer personally, you’re breaking your link to this world.”
Aizawa told you there was only one way out once a ghost has been summoned. Probably because he never expected things to go like this. “It sends them back?” you ask. “Every time?”
“Every time I’ve seen, which isn’t many.” Hizashi shrugs. “Theoretically he could fight it. If he took out the other ghosts, drained his conjurer, and embodied himself, he’d have a chance. But he’d have to want it. More than –”
“He’s ever wanted anything else, in all his existence.” You don’t need to fill in what you and everybody else in the neighborhood have figured out already: Tomura doesn’t want to be human. “This is more important than I thought, then. If you want him to keep protecting the neighborhood, the rest of us have to figure out how to kill his conjurer.”
You and Hizashi spend the rest of the drive to the asylum talking about conjurers. As the oldest ghost you know of, Hizashi’s seen a lot as far as conjurers go, and he even met some of the other ghosts Tomura’s conjurer summoned. You ask him what they were like and watch his expression turn grim. “By human standards, I’m a monster,” he says. It doesn’t weird you out even slightly to hear him admit it. It’s more of a relief than anything else. “Compared to those ghosts, I’m nothing. We’re lucky none of them are left.”
“If none of them are left, then what’s Tomura’s conjurer going to bring as backup?” you ask. “There’s no way he’ll come alone.”
“More Nomus, maybe?” Hizashi runs a red light and waves cheekily at the semi-truck he just cut off before roaring into the museum’s parking lot at full speed. “Let’s hope this place helps us figure it out.”
The old asylum looks exactly like what it is – a place built hundreds of years ago to imprison people who just needed help. You don’t pick up anything at all from setting foot on the property, but Hizashi hesitates to get out of the car, and once he does, his face goes pale. “You’re not getting that? Damn. I guess if his aura didn’t put you off, this wouldn’t either, but – damn.”
“No, I feel it.” You do, not on the grounds, but with every step you take inside the museum. There’s something about this place – not scary, but sad. From your research, you know this was the kind of the place where people locked up their family members and threw away the key. You imagine being dragged through these doors, never to come out alive, and feel your stomach lurch. “It’s – not good in here.”
“Yeah, no shit.” Hizashi leans against the wall and takes out his phone, only looking up when he realizes you’re staring at him. “This is your party, not mine. Get to work.”
“Oh, fuck off,” you mutter. Of course he won’t make himself useful. You square your shoulders and head for the front desk alone. “Hi. I’m here about Shigaraki Yoichi.”
“Yes, the curator warned me you’d be coming.” The docent looks you up and down. “What’s your interest in this former inmate?”
“I’m, um –” You should have thought of an excuse ahead of time. “I’m –”
“Sorry, she’s a genealogist. She doesn’t get out much.” Hizashi’s there, suddenly, his arm slung around your shoulders and his mouth running a mile a minute. “We’ve got this client, see – old family, not much to go off of, but he’s pretty interested in his family history. It took us a lot of legwork to find this place! We think this Shigaraki guy might be the missing piece in our client’s family tree, so we’re here to check into it. How about we get started?”
In spite of his bizarre outfit, the docent clearly finds Hizashi a lot more credible than you. It bothers you. “What happened to ‘your party, not mine’?”
“The faster we get this done, the faster I get back to my husband and kids.” Hizashi is all business as the two of you step into the archive room and stare down at the table full of documents that awaits you. “All right. Divide and conquer. I’ll take everything on the left, and you can –”
“I’ll take the left side,” you say. The right side has a lot of photos, and you don’t want Hizashi hovering over your shoulder while you’re trying to read. “It’s still my party.”
You’re expecting Hizashi to bitch about it, but all he does is ask you for a pen and one of the notebooks you brought, which you’re happy to provide. Shigaraki Yoichi’s files don’t have an organization system, or if they did, it vanished sometime in the two hundred years since he died. You resign yourself to starting from scratch, pull on the mask and pair of gloves the docent provided, and get to work with the first set of files.
You were worried there’d be nothing useful, but it turns out that this asylum was pretty on top of things as a function of serving mostly rich families. The Shigaraki family was absolutely loaded for the time period, and if Akira’s managed to hang onto even a little bit of that wealth through the ensuing centuries, interest rates will have turned it into a fortune. With this kind of money, Shigaraki Akira could erase his own identity and recreate it a thousand times over, pay off anyone he needed to pay off, make anything that could be traced back to him disappear. With this kind of money, it’s a miracle you found anything about him at all.
But you’re not focusing on Akira right now. You take a few notes based on his brother’s admission paperwork, then open the folder containing the medical chart.
Shigaraki Yoichi was ill almost from birth. It looks like tuberculosis. That’s what the autopsy report says, anyway, and you’re not a doctor, so you can’t come up with another reason why his lungs might bleed. His mental health looks like it was normal for the first few years of his life, with an episode of some kind occurring when he was eight. When he was eight, and his brother Akira was sixteen. Yoichi is described as being tormented by nightmares, even in waking. He’s quoted as raving about cold places in his home, of unseen things touching him, of feeling constantly, unceasingly watched. Reading over it sends a faint chill down your spine, and cold certainty settles in the pit of your stomach. Yoichi might have been crazy. But he was definitely being haunted.
He had a pet – it doesn’t say what kind – that died, withered into a husk as it slept next to him on the bed. The family appears to have seen it as a small sadness, nothing worth crying over for more than a day or two. Yoichi saw things differently. He swore up and down to anyone who would listen that his older brother killed his pet. His older brother, and his friends.
The doctor or worker or whoever was taking Yoichi’s history took the time to point out that all of Akira’s friends, and Akira himself, were confirmed to be elsewhere on the night in question. But not all of Akira’s friends, you don’t think. At least one stayed behind. At least one couldn’t leave.
Your first big shock comes when you learn that Yoichi begged to be sent to the asylum, that he was happy to be there. He kept a journal during that time, too, and you turn the ancient pages carefully, reading the words of a long-dead man who, for the first time in his life, sounds completely sane. It doesn’t take you long to realize what must have happened. Yoichi figured out at some point that the ghost his brother summoned to haunt him was tied to the house. All he had to do to escape it was to leave.
Yoichi lived in the asylum for seven years before anyone from his family came to visit him. The notes say that after a visit from his brother, Yoichi’s mental health degraded significantly. It shows in his journal, too. He draws things – shapes in the shadows, in the smoke from a candle, in the steam – and with every page you turn, he sounds more and more desperate, more and more hopeless. He writes about marks that appear on his body, marks only he can see, and the slow, suspicious deaths of every friend he’s made. In the notes, he’s described as paranoid, fixated on his brother. In his journal, he’s perfectly clear: I will not survive much longer. I want it known to whoever reads this that he did this to me. But I will not go quietly. I will resist him for as long as my spirit holds out, in life and in death. For all his power, he cannot touch the souls of the dead. It is my turn to haunt him.
You tap Hizashi on the shoulder, and he looks up, annoyed. You ignore it. “Can humans stay behind?”
“What?”
“After we die,” you say, and understanding crosses Hizashi’s face. “Can humans stay behind?”
“In theory,” Hizashi says. “Why do you ask?”
You slide Yoichi’s journal carefully across the table to him. Hizashi reads over it. “It’s possible in theory,” he says again. “In practice, your kind’s souls leave this world like they’re being fired out of a cannon. It would take an insane amount of willpower to hang on without a living body as an anchor. I’ve met maybe two humans – ever – who could pull a move like that. Did this guy really want vengeance that much?”
“Not vengeance, I don’t think.” Your eyes catch on one word in the journal entry. Resist. “He knew what his brother was. He wanted to stop him.”
You look around the archive room, a thought crossing your mind. “Do you think he’s still here?”
“Doubtful. If he really stuck around, he wouldn’t have been tied to this place the way a ghost would be,” Hizashi says. “If he stayed behind and if he went anywhere, it was probably after his brother. Or after anybody who could deal with his brother.”
Somebody was dealing with his brother – Mr. Yagi and his master. Hizashi glances over at the journal again. “How does it say he died, anyway?”
The entry you just read is the last entry in the journal. You reach for Yoichi’s chart again and come face to face with the causes of death: Starvation and dehydration, both severe, with no other complicating factor. You recall a coroner’s report saying Yoichi starved himself to death, and the chart says he stopped eating, but one of the people who cared for him added a note of their own. They said that Yoichi ate and drank as normal, but it didn’t matter – He withered away before my eyes into a shell of himself. Withered. Just like the pet that was killed by the ghost did.
You don’t realize you didn’t answer until Hizashi leans over your shoulder and reads for himself. “This whole thing smacks of Tomura,” he says aloud. You glare at him. “No, I know this wasn’t him. But Shigaraki here has a type of ghost he prefers. They don’t just kill, they torment. They destroy.”
“Isn’t that what you did?”
“Artfully,” Hizashi says. He slides the notebook he’s been sketching in across the table to you. “There’s nothing artful about this.”
You take one look and recoil. “I did this off a sketch in there, since we can’t take photos,” Hizashi says. He turns the page quickly, but the image of Shigaraki Yoichi’s twisted, shriveled corpse is going to stick with you for a long time. “Check this out, though. Shigaraki Yoichi, age twenty-five. Who does he look like?”
Tomura. He looks sort of like Tomura. “What are you saying?”
“Nothing,” Hizashi says innocently. “We’ve got no control over what we look like when we materialize, by the way. It just happens, and not everybody gets blessed with my good looks.”
“Why mention it, then?”
“It’s just funny,” Hizashi says. “How Tomura’s the only one who didn’t go completely fucking batshit crazy, and how he’s also the only one who looks like his conjurer’s crazy little brother.”
“He doesn’t look that much like him,” you say. You pull your phone out of your pocket, realize that you get approximately zero reception in the archive room, and stand up. “I’ll be back. I have to make a call.”
Hizashi shoos you off, and when you glance back over your shoulder on your way out, you see him peering at your notebook. Fine. It’s not like there’s anything in there you aren’t planning on telling the entire rest of the neighborhood once you get back.
The instant your phone gets reception back, you get a truly insane pileup of texts – from Magne, Himiko, Spinner, Keigo, and even Aizawa. But even all their texts together are still dwarfed by the sheer number of texts you’ve gotten from Tomura. You can only stare in horror, and as you watch, another three texts come in.
Two of them are from the ghost friends groupchat. Aizawa’s direct-replying to Keigo. What on earth possessed you to use that word?
It’s just a word! How was I supposed to know it would make him worse? Keigo’s indignance is leaking through the phone. ‘Dead zone’ is metaphorical! It’s not –
You stop reading and call Tomura before he can text you again or blow up the house. “I’m fine,” you say the instant he answers, and before he can say a word. “There are places where phones don’t get good service and the room the documents are in is one of them. That’s why your messages weren’t going through.”
“Then why is it called a dead zone?”
Tomura sounds stressed. You haven’t heard him sound like that since the time he conference-called the ghost friends while you were sick. “It’s just a turn of phrase,” you say. “Humans use ‘dead’ a lot to mean that something doesn’t work. Like something being dead in the water means it’s stopped working. Somebody being dead weight means they’re not helping as much as they should. The slowest runner in a race is dead last. Does that make any sense?”
Tomura’s quiet for a moment, then renders his verdict. “Humans say ‘dead’ too much.”
“Maybe,” you say. Tomura makes an irritated noise. “Hey, can you relax? I don’t know what you were doing to the house, but whatever it was, it probably scared Phantom. She doesn’t like loud sounds.”
“She’s fine. I wasn’t being loud.” Tomura still sounds guilty, which means something got damaged, and based on the fact that the entire neighborhood was texting you, it probably had something to do with the lights. You wonder how many lightbulbs you’re going to have to replace when you get back. “You should have told me about the spots with bad service.”
“I would have if I’d known you were going to freak out.”
“I’m not freaking out,” Tomura snaps. “Did you learn anything? Was there any point to you going?”
“Yeah, I learned some stuff,” you say. “I’ll know more once I call my boss.”
“Is that why you looked at your phone? To call him?”
“I was going to text you, too,” you say. Tomura hasn’t been this clingy in a while. It’s getting annoying – except last night you were upset because he hadn’t called, so you’re clingy, too. “I didn’t come here to get away from you, Tomura.”
“I know,” he says. “I didn’t think you ran. I thought – I don’t know. He didn’t pick up, either. I thought –”
He thought something happened to you. “Nothing happened,” you promise. “I’ll be home late tonight or early tomorrow. Everything’s fine.”
“I should have gone with you.”
Your stomach clenches. “Don’t be stupid. We wouldn’t have anywhere to live if you’d gone with me.”
“That’s not what I’m saying.” Tomura doesn’t follow up with what he’s actually saying, which is good, because you already know. This fight’s been brewing for a month, and you don’t want to have it over the phone. “Just go call your boss.”
“Okay,” you say. “I’ll message you when me and Hizashi are done. I –”
You cut yourself off one word into the slip-up. You haven’t come that close in a while. “What?” Tomura asks.
“I miss you. Bye.”
You hang up the phone, cursing the near miss. You have a rule about telling Tomura you love him, which is that you don’t do it. You call Mr. Yagi instead, and even though it’s Saturday, he picks up right away. “Sir, did you and your master ever encounter a spirit? A human spirit?”
“A human spirit,” Mr. Yagi repeats. “In what sense?”
“Something – friendly,” you say. “Or maybe not friendly. Just not harmful. To you.”
The instant you say it, you realize how similar it sounds to the way you originally thought about Tomura. Dangerous, but not dangerous to you. “I would not have called it human then,” Mr. Yagi says, “but for a time, early in our hunt for Shigaraki Akira, a presence accompanied my master and I. Neither she nor I had words for it. It was not something either of us had encountered before.”
Hizashi said it would be rare, if it was even possible at all. Mr. Yagi’s voice is wary when he speaks. “Why do you ask?”
“Shigaraki Yoichi. In his last journal entry, he swears to stay behind after his death and oppose his older brother,” you say. You hear Mr. Yagi suck in a breath. “Could it have been him?”
“If it was, the strength of his spirit must have been immense,” Mr. Yagi says. “Human souls were not made to dwell here without bodies. To remain with us as long as he did would take a tremendous act of will, and to provide any kind of strength – he aided us in our battles on more than one occasion.”
“So he had power.”
“Great power. Human souls aren’t fragile the way the souls of ghosts are,” Mr. Yagi says. “They cannot be blasted apart. In our early battles, this spirit – Shigaraki Yoichi, if you’re correct about this – shielded me from errors that would have killed me otherwise. Instead I was able to learn from my mistakes. By the time the spirit departed, I was more than able to fight for myself.”
So Yoichi’s mission did succeed. He was able to resist his brother. “Do you know why he left?”
“I assume that once we no longer needed him, his will to remain in this world was no longer sufficient to resist the pull of the world beyond,” Mr. Yagi says. “To resist as long as he did was miraculous.”
“How long ago did he vanish?”
“That will take me a moment. My memory is not what it once was.” Mr. Yagi speaks up again after maybe two seconds. “Between a hundred and a hundred and twenty years ago.”
“Okay,” you say. “Did he ever say anything to you? Were you able to communicate with him at all?”
“I was not, but my master was. I’ll check her journals and let you know what I find.”
You thank Mr. Yagi and hang up the phone. Before you go inside, you text an apology to the ghost friends groupchat for whatever nonsense Tomura pulled. And then you sit there for a second, trying to figure out how to respond to the pileup of crazy texts Tomura sent.
You try to put yourself in his shoes, think about what this looks like from his side. The person you care about has left. They gave you a phone so you could talk to them, only they’re not answering, and the person you sent with them to protect them isn’t answering, either. You know the world’s dangerous. You’re worried that the person you care about will leave you for good. You don’t understand enough about the outside world to come up with alternate explanations for the undelivered messages. Thinking about it like that, it’s not a surprise that Tomura panicked.
It's not your fault, but you still want to make him feel better. Feeling twenty kinds of crazy, you snap a quick selfie and send it to him. Then you send a message – thinking about you – and add a heart emoji to go with it.
It’s not a lie. You are thinking about him. The heart emoji isn’t a lie, either. But it feels weird. This is the kind of thing you’d do with a boyfriend, and Tomura – you remember last night and wince. The two of you defined the relationship. He is your boyfriend. Which makes it not weird at all, except for the part where your boyfriend’s a ghost.
Ghost boyfriend. You have a ghost boyfriend. The thought’s so absurd that you’re still giggling about it when you get back to the archive room. Hizashi looks up, scowling, as you step through the door. “What’s so funny?”
You put your mask back on and make an effort to get your shit together. “I talked to my boss. He says that there was a presence following them – helping them – from the time they started fighting Shigaraki until about a hundred and twenty years ago. After that it vanished. He said he thinks its will just ran out.”
“Huh,” Hizashi says. He doesn’t look convinced. “You know what else happened a hundred and twenty years ago?”
“You got an ear piercing you regret?”
Hizashi’s scowl deepens. “I know you’re not this stupid, human. What happened a hundred and twenty years ago that’s relevant to you, specifically?” You get the answer, but not fast enough for Hizashi’s liking. “If you’re right, if Yoichi stuck around, if he was helping your boss and his master, and if he fucked off purposely a hundred and twenty years ago, where would he have gone except straight to that house?”
“What would have been the point of that?” You look at your notes, then at the pile of papers left. Then at your watch. “Let’s just copy the rest of these word for word. We can go through them when we get back.”
“Fine by me.” Hizashi picks up his pen again.
By the time the two of you leave the museum for good, you’ve copied down everything including the photos, courtesy of Hizashi’s apparent skills as a sketch artist. You’ve also got a bunch of texts – from the ghost friends groupchat accepting your apology for all of Tomura’s nonsense, from your mom wondering what time you and Hizashi will be back, one from Spinner that’s just a list of crazy things Tomura’s been naming his Pokémon. One from Mr. Yagi, telling you that he and Izuku are compiling every mention of the spirit from his master’s journals. A bunch from Tomura that are just pictures of empty space, in various spots in the house, occasionally with Phantom in the background.
It’s so weird that you eventually have to show it to Hizashi, who takes one look and cracks up. “Idiot,” he cackles. “He’s trying to take a selfie.”
Live ghosts don’t show up clearly on camera, even when they’re embodied. Tomura figured that out about twenty photos in. Hizashi, who’s still got your phone and is refusing to give it back, reads the texts aloud. “I’m materialized so it should work. This is stupid. You’re gonna forget what I look like.” Hizashi howls with laughter. “It would be cute if it wasn’t so pathetic.”
You snatch your phone away from Hizashi before he can read any more of your texts. You read the remaining messages from Tomura in silence. Phantom misses you. She keeps going from room to room and crying. That’s not a surprise – Phantom’s barely been away from you since you adopted her. It makes sense that she’d be worried about where you are. You said you were thinking about me. What are you thinking about?
A lot of things. You’re not sure how to break them down, but somehow it feels easier to talk to Tomura by text than in person. He can’t see your face like this, read what you’re feeling from it. He only knows what you tell him. Different things. What you and Phantom are up to. What we should do when I get back. Whether you and Tomura have been sharing space with the spirit of Shigaraki Yoichi all this time. If it was really necessary for you to send Hizashi up here after me. That kind of thing.
It was necessary. So you’d be safe. Tomura types fast. Are you coming home yet?
In a couple hours. I have to meet my parents’ neighbors first so they’ll know my parents weren’t lying about having a daughter.
That was mean. You shouldn’t have said that, but you’re tired and stressed, and you wish more than anything that you were already home. Tomura responds. When are they coming to meet me?
You almost choke on thin air. You don’t want to meet them.
I’m supposed to. That’s what happens with boyfriends in those dumb romance movies.
It’s been a while since you wished you’d been more careful about what you let Tomura watch. You didn’t miss the feeling, and you’d love to never put your parents and Tomura in the same room – but your parents know Tomura exists, and they want to meet him, too. We can talk about it when I get back.
Tomura’s only been texting for twenty-four hours, and he already has some bad habits, like hopping subjects whenever he feels like it instead of in any way that makes sense. Send me another picture.
You’ve created a monster. You sigh and send another selfie, and in the driver’s seat, Hizashi snorts. It bothers you for some reason. “Do you have a problem? How did you get pictures of Aizawa?”
“Took them myself,” Hizashi says with a shrug.
“Did he know you were taking them?”
Hizashi waves one hand. “Technicality.”
“No, it isn’t,” you say. “What did he say when he found out about you?”
“Who are you and what the hell are you doing in my hospital room?” Hizashi says, and you muffle a snicker. “But I’d just saved his life. That bought me a whole lot of goodwill. How did your gloomy brat introduce himself? Flopping face-first in your lap and begging for attention?”
“No,” you say. You’re not about to say that your first official introduction to Tomura occurred in your bathroom right after you stepped out of the shower. “A coyote broke into the yard and attacked me and Phantom, and he saved us.”
“Huh,” Hizashi says. It’s quiet for a second. “People are going to ask how you met him. If you want them to like him, tell them that.”
You sit there, your mind blank. “Say it was on a walk or something,” Hizashi continues. “Don’t tell them he was in your yard.”
“That’s good advice,” you say after a moment. “Thanks.”
By the time you get back to your parents’ house, their party is in full swing. You knew that they invited you for a reason, and that the reason was to prove that they definitely weren’t lying about having a daughter. You know that. And still, it’s – nice. It’s nice that your parents want to brag about you, to introduce you to their neighborhood as their daughter who’s got a job and a boyfriend and a house of her own. It’s nice to hear them talk about you like they’re proud of you.
You’re conscious of Hizashi lurking at the edges of the party, and Hizashi’s words never really left your head. Mommy and Daddy didn’t love you enough. Maybe they didn’t. There’s nothing you could have done to change the way you grew up. But you’re okay now. You’re happy now. If they want to be proud of who you’ve become, that’s fine with you.
It’s fine with you, but you’re still glad to be out of there when it’s time. Your parents are worried about you and Hizashi driving home so late, but Hizashi’s wide awake, and you don’t think there’s any way you can fall asleep in his presence. You’re pretty sure he won’t kill you, but still. “Here,” your mother says, pushing a travel mug full of coffee into Hizashi’s hands. Hizashi protests that she should keep her mug, and she shakes her head. “I’ll pick it up later. We’ll be coming down for a visit soon.”
It’s a good thing you’ve already said goodbye and gotten in the car, and that Hizashi’s car has tinted windows. You’re pretty sure all the blood drains right out of your face.
Even if your mom didn’t see it, Hizashi does, and he spends the first fifteen minutes of the drive laughing about it. “You should throw a party just like they did. Let them meet the whole neighborhood at once, and maybe they’ll be so distracted by the cute kids and what Dabi looks like that they won’t notice what a crusty goblin your boyfriend is.”
You scrunch down in your seat like a twelve-year-old. “I’ll just tell him to stay invisible. And I’ll tell them he’s out of town.”
“Good luck convincing him to stay invisible. They might be the two people in the world he’s actually interested in meeting.” Hizashi gets his snickering under control and sobers up slightly. “What is it with you humans and wanting to hide us from your families, anyway? We’re important, but you all do it. Why?”
“We’re used to you guys. They aren’t,” you say. “Even when you’re embodied, there’s something a little – off. More than just your eyes.”
It’s hard to explain what it is, but there’s something with every ghost you’ve met other than Mr. Yagi. Maybe if you’d known about ghosts before you met him, you would have been able to spot it with him, too. “Besides, I don’t get the sense that a lot of us have families we want to introduce anybody to.”
“That’s sort of a theme. Shou’s theory is that most people who end up hanging with ghosts have had some pretty bad experiences with humans.” Hizashi flips on his turn signal, hops in the high-speed lane, and floors the accelerator. “Your parents aren’t bad. A little cold, maybe. Definitely not bad enough to make hanging out with Tomura the better offer.”
He’s throwing out bait, waiting for you to jump on it. You’re not going to. You sit quietly as five or six miles zoom past, and Hizashi speaks up again. “What, you’re not going to defend him?”
“Nothing I say is going to change your opinion about me or about him,” you say. “Nothing you say is going to change my opinion about him, either. So there’s no point.”
“Stubborn, huh?” Hizashi chuckles. “I like that in a human. You probably could have done better than him, but he could have done a hell of a lot worse than you.”
Any compliment from Hizashi’s sure to have a backhand to it. You’re just tired enough to take this one at face value – ignoring the fact that the person giving it hates you, ignoring the fact that Tomura’s never going to embody himself permanently, ignoring the fact that you’re most likely walking into a fight you’ve been putting off for a month when you get home. You give up on scrunching down and roll your seat back instead. “Thanks.”

Masterlist
You were fully healed, a scar on your face and arm the only reminders of what you suffered at the hands of villains and officers.
That didn’t mean you weren’t suffering mentally still. Your nightmares had gotten worse after the USJ. You felt guilty at how often you had been waking your dads up with your screams and shadows.
“[Y/n].” Izuku’s soft voice drew you out of your thoughts and back into the present. The present being a waiting room full of your classmates waiting for the sports festival to start.
You smiled at the green bean, “Are you ready Midori?”
A strawberry shook in affirmation beside you and you giggled softly.
Your breath came out in a slight frost and suddenly Todoroki was in front of both of you, “I’m stronger than you, but you have All Might in your corner,” Spoken to Midoriya, “And you are the daughter of two pros.” Spoken to you.
The cold tone spooked you for a moment, but you still stood up tall and stared at the heterochromatic boy, “But we are still going to bring our best, so you better be ready with everything you’ve got.”
Todoroki simply looked you over once and then moved towards the doors.
“Let’s go, everyone! It’s almost time for the festival to start!” Iida’s loud voice drew everyone else and soon there was a rumble of noise as your class walked down the winding hallways towards the tunnel that led them out onto the open field.
The noise was ten times louder as the crowd cheered. Plus, your pa’s voice was nearly shaking the stadium, “The class that defeated villains in their first week, let’s welcome Class 1-A!”
You couldn’t help fidgeting under the stares and murmurs from the other courses and hero class. Familiar purple hair filled your vision, and Hitoshi murmured low just for you to hear, “Don’t let them get to you. This is your time to show that you’re a hero.”
Hitoshi had been your rock in the days leading up to the festival, as someone who had been called a villain for his quirk, he understood most of your thoughts and struggles. Texting and phone calls about what the festival meant to both of you had been common and when he brought Tokayami into the mix, they both managed to convince you to participate and show everyone that they were wrong to think of you as anything less than a hero.
You nodded and leaned a little further into him, thankful that he was taller than you.
Not noticing the blush on his face, or the envious looks from some other boys in 1-A.
Your honorary aunt, pro-hero Midnight strutted onto the large stage set up in the middle of the stadium, bringing forward some questions and statements from the crowd regarding her outfit.
“Quiet!” A crack of her cat-o-nine-tails had you stifling a giggle into the side of Hitoshi. You loved your aunt.
“Let’s see what the first round has for you!” A large screen on the wall behind Midnight showed a fortune wheel spinning before stopping on the large words: Obstacle Race!
A nudge had you looking up at Hitoshi who smirked down at you, causing heat to flood your cheeks, “You ready?”
You growled playfully, “Let’s go.”

Hiya. How are you?
I wanted to request a Aizawa headcannon in which he has a daughter and they are both kidnapped by a daengeorus villain, so he do everything to protect her and escape. With happy ending please hshshs
Thanks you. Hope you have a great week 🧡🧡
Aizawa x Daughter Reader: Kidnap
(Trigger Warning: this is a Dark fanfic and involves mentionings of kidnapping, abusive relationships, allusions to rape and may be uncomfortable for certain audiences. Please be advised)
You are an underground pro hero. You are 22 years old and have your old man’s quirk of Erasure and your mother’s quirk of Spy Eye
Basically your mother’s quirk allows for her to summon floating eyes that she can remotely control and see with. (Kinda like Gaara’s sand eye technique from Naruto) her quirk mixed with Aizawa’s and gave you the ability to summon eyes that had special effects like quirk erasure, x-ray vision, infrared (heat detection) vision, laser eyes, foresight and night vision
Your drawbacks are dry eye as well as migraines from eye strain
Aizawa is retired, at age 48 and lives in a nice apartment.
You had a boyfriend that you tried to break up with after you discovered his abusive tendencies
That didn’t go over too well. After a fight, he managed to get away and since you didn’t have enough evidence to arrest him and get him put away, you had to collect evidence
What you didn’t know, was that he had learned about Aizawa and decided to kidnap him not knowing that he was a retired pro hero
Your ex had a similar quirk to Midnight’s, he could emit an anesthetic gas that put people to sleep. Thus his job as an anesthesiologist in the hospital
He used his quirk on Aizawa and tied him up with quirk restraining cuffs and blindfolded him. He brought him to an abandoned warehouse to use as bait and texted you his picture saying if you didn’t come alone, then he’d kill him
Of course you tried to save him, but the moment you entered the building, even though you were wearing a gas mask, he managed to get behind you and a fight broke out
In the struggle, he managed to cut the strap on your mask, allowing you to breathe in the gas and fall asleep
After you were caught, your ex had you restrained in quirk restraining cuffs. He then put you both in a car and drove to an abandoned cabin in the woods.
After waking up, you see your Ex with a scalpel about to kill your dad. You beg him not to and that you’ll do anything, just please don’t kill him
Aizawa has tape over his mouth and despite his struggles and attempts to protest, your ex eventually agrees
He then takes you into another room where he begins to beat you up, punching, kicking and cutting you with the scalpel
Aizawa is struggling as he can hear your cries of pain and the thuds from your body being hit.
After beating you into unconsciousness, your ex was planning on forcing you to have his children so that you couldn’t leave.
As he is with you, beating you, Aizawa uses a hidden compartment in his prosthetic leg that holds a utility knife. He manages to break the restraints on himself and breaks down the door as the your ex is about to force himself on you
Aizawa beats him up and uses his skills revealing his identity as Eraserhead. He ties the Ex up and carries his daughter to the car outside.
He drives you both to the hospital where you’re treated and he calls the police to arrest the ex
When you wake up, he tells you that your Ex has a history of this kind of behavior with previous partners and that he won’t be out anytime soon.
Hizashi comes and drops off new clothes for you as well as get well cards
Aizawa asks how long you had been in that situation, he fears that his mistakes as a father had lead to you being with an abusive partner.
You reveal to him that you had no idea about who your Ex really was and that he only acted this way in the last 2 and 1/2 months of their year long relationship
After this, Aizawa has you move back in with him until you get better
(Hope you enjoyed this.)

This was asked for, I hope I did him justice, it was too long for tumblr, i got a little carried away but here's a snippet. Idk why soft mha as dads is ruining my life rn.
Pairing: Hizashi Yamada (Present Mic) x Fem! Reader
Genre: Fluffy/ a little sad
Warnings: Season 6 of the Anime Spoilers, slight mention of insecurities.
Additional Notes: N/A “He’s married?? But he’s sooo loud! His poor wife” you heard two girls in the hallway start giggling while they were talking about what you could only assume was your husband, pro hero and teacher who went by Present Mic. You worked for the biggest support company in Japan as one of the lead designers, always on the forefront of new hero technology. When it came to Hizashi, however, you met him during your time at UA. You adjusted your daughter on your hip as you continued to move down the hallway to Hizashi’s classroom. “Y/n? What are you doing here?” Aizawa asked, looking at you confused. “Shouta, lovely to see you. Hizashi asked me to come, and said something was happening and I needed to bring Kiki with me.” you told him truthfully. A scowl was now present on his face. Hizashi didn’t go into detail but you could sense his worry. The way he cared for you was unmatched. “Oh. That. Yeah, it’s probably going to be better coming from him." His words struck you as odd. “What does that mean?” you asked, tightening your grip on Kiki. “Danger is coming. Things are starting to get bad.” your eyes widen. Hairs start to stand on the back of your neck as you think about what he could possibly mean. “You should talk to him.” Aizawa states. “Talk to who about what?” you feel relieved at hearing Hizashi come up beside you. “Just the man I was looking for.” You hummed. His eyes perk up as he turns to you. “Oh really, for what?” he smirks. You laugh and hand him your restless child. “She has been driving me crazy, your turn. Also you asked me to come.” You spoke as he took his tired child in his arms. “Dada” she mumbled quietly as he got her situated. “Yeah, come on.” he mumbled, placing a hand on your back leading you to his now empty classroom. The kids must be at lunch, you think to yourself as you sit on the corner of his desk. “So, what is it?” you asked, trying not to grow impatient, today was your day off and you didn’t really want to spend it at UA. too many not so great memories. “You know the villain presence is getting stronger since the situation with all might. The liberation front is beginning to cause chaos. Nezu has decided to open the campus as a shelter. It will be safer for you and Kiki to stay here.” His words shook you to your core. You didn’t want to live here, even if it was temporary. “Hizashi I-I don’t want to stay here.” you told him as you rubbed your arm. He sighs. “Y/n don’t do this. You know this place is a fortress. You both will be safe here. If anything happens to either of you because of this I will never forgive myself.” You know he’s telling you the truth. You take your face in your hands and rub it lightly. “When?” you asked. “Tonight preferably.” his response elicits a groan from you. “How long have you known about this?” You asked, growing annoyed. “A few weeks.” He admitted. You cross your arms over your chest. “Why did you wait to tell me?” He sighs “Because you were so busy, and I didn’t think things were going to get this bad.” He shifts slightly, your daughter now asleep in his hold. “How bad have they gotten?” you ask cautiously. He wasn’t a private person, at least not with you. You watched the news, more so recently, but with how the media is you know there are things they are hiding. You know a lot about his students, Aizawa’s, even helped Mae Hatsume tweak some of her work for class 1-A. She is a brilliant child and you were trying to convince your company to snag her once she was closer to graduating. “Midoriya left, the kids want to go after him.” He admits. Your eyes widen “Wh-what? There are children fighting in this war?” You felt tears well in your eyes, you became slightly softer after the birth of Kiki, imagining children in this scenario would rattle even the strongest of wills. “Y/n, please, I am begging you, you need to be here.” He redirects the conversation back. “Fine. Gonna have to let my job know I'll be remote for a while. UA is a decent hike.”
The rest is on my A03! Link attached :D.

New Beginnings?
So this story is inspired by gglitch1dd’s post about Small town My Hero Academia. Honestly go read her story Sweet-bee if you like Kiribaku x reader; it’s amazing! I’ve reread it so many times.
So my story is loosely inspired (I made some changes but barely) and involves an OC. After reading her post and remembering the first season of Once upon a Time, I couldn’t get the idea out of my head and decided to write it. Very much just for fun and considering continuing it; I just don’t have the ending figured out.
Mostly fluff. Let me know if there is anything; triggers or errors.
Italics are thoughts.
Enjoy!
Summary: an unknown quirk sends all of UA and some others to a small town... in an alternate reality! No memories of their real lives and no quirks. A calm, peaceful life where everything is perfect. A bit too perfect.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 A new life?
Lizelle holds Eri close under the desk as a villain rant and raves through the school’s PA system. The red feather necklace around Lizelle’s neck shake as Hawks sends his feathers throughout the building to find the villain.
Class 1A and 1B had gathered for a joint training session with most of their mentors also there to see the progress. Lizelle was there to keep watch over the students’ emotional states as they go through the course because of her quirk ‘Colourful Emotions’.
While she is Hawks’ personal assistant, she is a family friend of Present Mic and had been living with him and Aizawa since she was a teenager until she was old enough to care for herself. She had become close to the 1A class and Eri. And ever since working with Hawks, Mirko had become a good friend.
Everybody had gathered for the training session when something shook the building and a bunch of goons invaded the premises. Lizelle had grabbed Eri who was sitting with her and took cover under Present Mic’s desk while he went down from the presenter booth to join the fight. Then who they assume is the main boss started making threats over the announcement system.
Lizelle focused on the villain’s voice to hear the last part of his speech. He chuckled darkly:
“Aren’t you heroes tired of it all? Don’t you wanna live a normal life…?”
Lizelle gasped as she noticed a strange mist filling the room and everywhere else.
“… and leave the rest of us alone?”
Lizelle peeked over the over desk to notice all the heroes starting to faint. Her necklace stills and she knows it got to Hawks as well. She coughed trying to get the mist out. She heard Eri cough as well.
“Eri-berry, hold your breath.”
Both she and Eri hold their breaths but then a blinding light fills everybody’s vision before it went pitch black.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lizelle groaned as she slowly opened her eyes. She looked around the bedroom while reaching for her phone to shut off her alarm. She yawns, stretches and runs a brush through her long golden blonde hair before making her way out, down the stairs and into the kitchen where Hizashi Yamada otherwise known by his radio show personality, Present Mic is busy cooking breakfast.
“Morning Uncle Zashi.”
“Morning Lizzy. How did you sleep?”
“Pretty well. One thing is for sure. The bed was not the reason for Shinso’s insomnia.”
Hizashi chuckled: “Glad to hear it’s not that at least.”
She smiled as she sat down.
“Thanks for letting me stay in Hitoshi’s old room for now.”
Hizashi smiled at her from the stove: “No problem. You know you are like my own daughter. I’ll always help.”
Lizelle smiled: “Why couldn’t you be my real dad?”
“Then I would to have had you when I was 9.”
“Well you were a flirt since you were young if Aunt Nem is to be believed.”
The two laugh at that.
“Yet I met my soulmate in high school and won him over,” He pressed a hand to his heart.
“More like you didn’t leave me alone.”
The two turn to see Shouta Aizawa walk into the kitchen carrying a very sleepy Eri.
“You didn’t exactly try to get rid of me. C’mon admit it, deep down you liked me.”
Aizawa shakes his head at his husband. He put Eri adjacent to Lizelle’s left before walking to kiss Hizashi.
“Zashi, the pancakes.”
Hizashi looked over to see the pancakes starting to look a little too brown. He quickly moved the finished pancake to a plate. Lizelle smiled at the cute scene before turning her head to the tired girl rubbing her eyes.
She gave a quick tickle to the little girl’s sides: “Morning Eri-berry.”
Eri gave a small shriek of laughter. Lizelle giggled.
“Morning Uncle Shou.”
“Morning Lizzy,” he sits down adjacent to Lizelle’s right.
Hizashi places the food down and greets his daughter with a kiss to her head.
“So what is your plan for today?” Aizawa asks Lizelle as they start to eat.
Lizelle shrugs: “Explore the town, look at living places, look for a job, maybe even visit Shinso on his break.”
“Y’know, if you can’t find anything, you are more than welcome to come help me or Shouta at our jobs.”
“Thanks Uncle Zashi but I don’t see how much help I’ll be at the Sheriff or Radio station. Thanks for the offer; I’ll definitely keep it as a back up.”
“Daddy, Papa, can I show Lizzy around town?” Eri asks with her mouth full pancakes.
“Eri, swallow before you talk,” Aizawa gently said while Hizashi jokingly presses her chin up, “I don’t know.”
“Oh come one Dadzawa,” Lizelle grinned, “Eri knows the town better than me and I can keep her safe.”
Aizawa sighed but looked doubtful.
“Babe this whole town knows Eri is the sheriff’s daughter and not to mess with her. Eri will actually keep Lizelle safe, especially if the League decide to be annoying today. They know not to mess with your family,” Hizashi reasons, “Besides Lizelle is right. Eri knows the town better and this way Lizelle won’t get lost.”
Aizawa sighs again, knowing Hizashi is right and that he is fighting a losing battle.
“Fine, you can show Lizzy around.”
“Thank you, Daddy.”
“Don’t worry, we’ll keep each other safe,” Lizelle gave the little girl a side squeeze.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Eri kisses and hugs her dads goodbye.
“See you two later.” Hizashi waves.
“Be safe,” Aizawa calls after them.
“We will,” Eri giggles.
“Bye Dadzawa. Bye Papa Mic.”
“Bye girls.”
The two girls set off down the street to the right in the direction of what looked like a school. Currently mostly empty since it was Saturday. Maybe some overtime teachers or sport teams, other than that a ghost place.
“That’s my school!” Eri excitedly points.
“Oh really? Remind me what grade are you in?”
“Grade 2. Mr. Togata is my teacher.”
“Wow you’re getting big,” Lizelle squeezes Eri’s left hand.
As they turn the corner, Eri spots something that makes her squeal. Lizelle tightens her grips when she feels the little girl wants to run. Standing outside the gates are two men who turn in their direction upon hearing Eri. Seeing Eri, the two men wave. Lizelle makes sure they get safely across the street. Only then does she let the little girl run to them.
“Hi Eri!”
The tall blond picks up the girl as she happily squeals.
“Hi Mr. Togata! Hi Mr. Deku!”
The green haired man next to them gently pats Eri on the head: “Hi Eri.”
The man Eri calls Deku turns to Lizelle. He greets her with small nervous smile.
“Hi I’m Izuku Midoriya, understudy to Mayor All Might.”
Lizelle shakes his hand.
“So Deku?” She asks curiously.
He shrugged: “A mean nickname I was given when I was younger. I’m trying to put a more positive spin on it.”
Lizelle nodded in understanding: “I get that.”
The taller blond shook her hand: “Hi My name is Mirio Togata. I’m Eri’s teacher.”
“Nice to meet you. I’m Lizelle. I’m a family friend of Hizashi Yamada. I just moved to town and I’m staying with them till I find a job and my own place. Eri is busy showing me around town.”
“Well welcome to Yuuie,” Mirio says with smile.
“And if you’re looking for a job just to keep busy, there is always the Midnight and Fatgum diner/bar and B&B and the library are always looking for volunteers,” Izuku suggest, “If it’s more a specific profession, Yuuie has a lot of businesses. Sure you’ll find something.”
Lizelle nods gratefully: “Thank you. I shall look into those places,” she looks to Eri, “C’mon sweetie we still got a lot to see. Maybe we can even go visit your brother if we are there on his break.”
“Yay!” Mirio gently puts her down.
She grabs Lizelle’s hand again and they continue walking down the street waving goodbye to Mirio and Izuku.
Walking across the street they pass a park and start passing some houses. About halfway Eri points out the Mayor’s House with trees surrounding it. They cross the street and tree line into the second main street where by the looks of it, is the most action. People walk up and down, doorbells constantly clinging as people enter and leave.
Eri quickly tugs Lizelle to cross to the right of the street while throwing slightly nervous looks to the biggest building on the corner of the left block.
“Everything okay Eri-berry?”
“Daddy always says to avoid that place and be careful here.”
Lizelle looks at the building. Two shops occupy it; Shigaraki’s bar and Dabi’s tattoo parlour. It’s a little rundown but otherwise okay. Lizelle can’t help the negative feeling that reaches her, making her feel on edge. The place definitely looks like trouble. Or at least definitely not the place for a little girl to be.
A man walks out of the parlour. He leans against the outside wall and lights a cigarette. She can only see the tattoos under his eyes, jaw, neck and wrists but Lizelle is positive he is probably covered in them as well as multiple piercings.
Was the flame from his lighter blue?
He pulls the cigarette from his mouth and releases a puff of smoke. Through the smoke he catches Lizelle’s eye. He looks her up and down with his piercing blue eyes before giving a nod. Lizelle gives friendly smile in return and then focuses back on helping Eri across the street.
“New plaything?” a female voice asks from the door.
Dabi turns his head to the blond girl: “Nah that Aizawa brat was with her. Unless we want the Sheriff to strangle us we better not mess with what’s his.”
“Aw, not fair,” Toga complains. Dabi simply shakes his head.
At the corner Eri points to a building on the left block behind the building on the street.
“There’s Dadzawa’s work…”
Then she points to the slightly L-shaped building diagonally in front of the Sheriff’s Station.
“… and there’s Papa Mic’s.”
Lizelle nods.
They past the Post Office, an apartment building behind a small park and past another building they reach the Midnight and Fatgum diner/bar.
“Wanna a milkshake, Eri-berry?”
Eri’s eyes sparkle as she looks up at her: “Can we?”
“Sure. C’mon let’s go in.”
The bell rings as the two enter. They walk up to the counter and Lizelle helps Eri up. A beautiful girl with long blue hair comes walking out from behind.
“Nejire!”
“There’s my little berry. Your daddy called and said I’m off babysitting duty today,” the girl turned to Lizelle, “Hi, I’m Neijre Hado, waitress and the occasional babysitter for this little angel.”
“She is also the town’s resident beauty queen,” a large man comes walking out from the kitchen, almost squatting to get through the doorways.
“And this is Taishiro Toyomitsu otherwise known as Fatgum, best cook in Yuuie,” Nejire giggled, tapping the man’s belly, “And he knows it.”
The man gives a jolly laugh.
Lizelle smiled, enjoying the wholesome energy in this place.
“I’m Lizelle, I’m new and a family friend of this little one’s family.”
“Welcome to Yuuie Miss. We hope you enjoy your stay here,” Fatgum smiles warmly.
“Thank you,” she smiles back. He feels like an uncle.
“So what can we get for you?”
“I’d like a chocolate milkshake and some fries. You Eri?”
“An apple pie and strawberry milkshake please.”
Nejire winked at the two: “You got it.”
Fatgum moves back into kitchen and Nejire cuts out a slice of apple pie for Eri. She then hands a small A6 card to Lizelle, full of numbers.
Upon Lizelle’s confused look, Nejire explains: “Numbers of the business around here. If you are ever in need of a handyman the mechanics shop is the place to call and ask for Eijiro Kirishima. That mountain of man can fix anything.”
Lizelle smirked: “Mountain, huh?”
“Well he is Fatgum’s nephew.”
“Ah, that explains it.”
Nejire giggled: “He works at the shop with his cousin Tetsutetsu and it is owned by Mei Hatsume. That girl is genius with machines and Tetsu seems like he bend steel, almost has if…”
“He is steel himself,” Lizelle gets a weird look on her face before shaking her head. She lifts the page, “The others?”
“Right. The mechanics is behind the sheriff station by the way. Right next to us is the vet/pet shelter run by Tsuyu Asui and Koji Koda. Then across from us is Ojiro’s dojo and next to that we have our Electrician Denki Kaminari. He’s good but don’t worry if he shocks himself. It happens from time to time.”
At Lizelle concerned look Nejire quickly adds: “He’s fine. He is practically Pikachu by now.”
“As long as he is not Pichu,” Lizelle shakes her head.
Nejire laughs, tipping her head: “Well…”
Shaking her head, she continues: “I’m assuming you walked past the school? And of course where the sheriff and radio station is?”
Lizelle nods: “Eri also pointed out the Mayor’s house to me. And the bar and tattoo parlour I was warned from.”
Lizelle gently pats Eri on the head.
Nejire nodded with a tight mouth: “Yeah the league… aren’t bad but they are trouble. So best to try stay away as much as you can.”
Lizelle raises and eyebrow: “The League?”
“The League of Delinquents.”
“I saw a man with tattoos and piercings smoking outside the tattoo place.”
“That’s Dabi. He seems chill, but you don’t want to piss him off. He has an affinity for arson. The one you really have to careful around is Shigaraki. He runs that place and the league. Also Toga; she’s a blonde girl with sharp teeth. She has a weird fascination for blood and sometimes gets a little stab happy. So just be careful.”
“And Shigaraki?”
Nejire shudders a little: “Trust me you’ll know. He just seems dangerous.”
Lizelle nods. Geez you guys go on about these guys like their villains.
Nejire puts back on her smile: “Anyways, we also have Rikido Sato’s bakery, Hanta Sero’s restaurant, Tamaki Amajiki’s flower shop; that’s Fatgum’s adopted son and Mirio’s Boyfriend.”
Lizelle raises her eyebrow with a smile: “Ok cute.”
Nejire giggled: “And both are my boyfriends.”
Lizelle gasped: “Lucky you! Kinda jealous. Of you and them.”
They both laugh.
“You?” Nejire bends her hand at the wrist in a silent question.
“I’m…” Lizelle snaps her fingers into a finger gun/thumbs up and peace signs.
“Ah,” Nejire nods in understanding, “Ok then there are the builders (that are behind Denki and Ojiro’s places), the library’s number, if you want to shop wood personally the lumberjack office; ask for Rumi. She is the boss and she is one the people who knows the woods the best. Mina Ashido’s hair salon, Yuga Aoyama’s Twinkling Styling Palace; it’s mostly a clothing shop but Mina, Toru Hagukure and Aoyama together are a styling dream team. They helped me with the beauty pageants. We also have the Yaoyorozu’s Properties, the gym, the Bank of Iida, the Todoroki Supermarket, and Yuuie Hospital and of course the town hall.”
Nejire juts her thumb to Eri: “Your little tour guide here knows where everything is.”
Lizelle smirks at Eri: “And why do you know everything?”
Eri giggled, finishing up her milkshake.
Nejire smiled: “Sheriff Aizawa wanted to make sure if anything happened, Eri knows all the safe places to go to.”
Lizelle nods with a small smile: “That sounds like Dadzawa.”
As the two finishes up, Lizelle pulls out her wallet. Fatgum quickly pops through the window.
“Uh uh, It’s on the house.”
“You sure?”
“Of course, especially for my favourite customer,” He winks at Eri with broad grin.
Lizelle grins: “Thanks for everything. The food was delicious. And thanks for all the info Nejire.”
The blue haired waitress waves at her as they exit.
Eri points out Ojiro’s dojo and Denki’s Electrics across the street and the vet next door to the diner. They cross the town square over to the library with a clock tower on top of the corner of the building. Across the street at the corner was Sato’s Bakery and next to it Sero’s Restaurant. Next to them was Mina’s hair salon and connected to it Aoyama’s Twinkling Styling Palace.
Lizelle giggled at the name.
Next to the library was Yaoyorozu’s Properties and on the corner Amajiki’s Flower shop.
“Wanna stop by the library real quick? I want to ask the librarian something.”
Eri nodded and the two headed in. Lizelle sighed in relief at coolness compared to beating sun outside. There was a little dark haired girl with purple eyes a few years older than Eri sitting in a dark corner reading by a low light. A dark haired man with Goth makeup came from the office behind the desk. Eri waved to him.
She gave a whispered greeting: “Hi Tokoyami.”
“Hi Eri,” He whispered back in a pretty deep voice.
Huh this man’s makeup makes him look like crow or raven. Cool.
“Hi, I’m Fumikage Tokoyami, how can I help?”
“Oh hi! I’m Lizelle, I’m new to town. I was wondering with there are any positions open here.”
Tokoyami shook his head: “Not at the moment, but if you don’t mind working part time, we always accept volunteers. On certain days we are busier, especially when exam season comes.”
Lizelle nods with a smile: “Yeah I don’t mind.”
Lizelle gives Tokoyami her contact information. Lizelle waves Eri over for them to leave. Lunch is soon if they want to make it on time for Shinso’s break. Tokoyami hands Eri an apple with small smile. The two wave goodbye. As they leave they hear Tokoyami talk to the other girl:
“Shadow, do not read by such a low light. It is not good for your eyes.”
“But I don’t like the bright light!”
Lizelle smiled as the door closes. Must be brother and sister.
Lizelle and Eri continue down the street. They stop outside Tamaki’s flower shop to smell some of the flowers outside. Lizelle looked at bouquet of white and red roses with a smile on her face. She always liked the beauty more than the smell. Mostly flowers smell like plants to her. There are very few flowers’ smells she actually likes.
Lizelle looks from smiling at Eri to through the window when she spots movement from her peripheral vision. Just in time to see an indigo haired man duck out of sight. Lizelle tilts her head to side. He peaks around but ducks back upon noticing she is still looking. Lizelle gives a small smile at the man’s shyness. She offers him small wave before ushering Eri along.
They turn right to the main street. Then a turn left to walk to the hospital. Walking in, up to the front desk, Lizelle asks if Dr. Hitoshi Shinso is on his break. The woman about to ask the reason why she wants to see him, spots Eri. She smiles and waves the two on ahead while giving directions to his office. Eri leads the way.
Knocking on the door, Lizelle hears Shinso’s tired: “Come in.”
“Hey doc, got time for lunch?”
Shinso looks up and smirks: “Hey Lizzy. Hey Eri!”
Eri runs up to him and he easily picks her.
“Yeah sure lunch. We can do that.”
The three sit down in the cafeteria.
“So you enjoying your time here so far?” Shinso asks around the bad cup of coffee.
“Oh yeah this place is great. Everyone is so friendly. Well mostly everybody.”
Shinso frowns, confused before he asks concerned: “You didn’t run in to the league did you? Dadzawa would have their heads.”
Lizelle shakes her head: “Not really. Just saw one of the members. Nothing happened.”
“Ok good. How’s the living situation?”
“Pretty good. Thanks for okaying the use of your room.”
“Sure.”
“Other than that, it is nice. But I would like my own place.”
Shinso gets a thoughtful look: “And a roommate?”
“I wouldn’t mind a roommate. Helps with rent and stuff.”
“How about...” Shinso puts down his cup, “You move in with me?”
“At your apartment?”
“Yeah the apartment building next to the Post office. I have a spare room/ loft. Also I’m barely home because of the hours at the hospital. It will be more like your apartment and I crash there.”
Lizelle giggles: “I know you can’t help it but you should stop overworking yourself.”
He shrugs: “So what do you say? Once you get a job you can start helping with rent if you want to, but you don’t need to. I make more than enough with a doctor salary. Besides I can’t help much cleaning wise and stuff, so the least I can do is pay the rent.”
Lizelle sighs: “Hitoshi I can’t expect you...”
Shinso holds up his hand: “I want to. I have no problem paying the rent but it’s going to waste because I’m barely there. So whaddya say?”
Lizelle thinks about: “I mean free place, not too far from Eri-them, nearby possible work place...”
Shinso smiled and sat up to reach into his pocket.
Lizelle looks up as she makes her decision: “Ok sure I would love to. Oh!”
She backs a little when she found keys in front of her face.
“Here are the keys to the apartment building and my flat. Go take a look at it. If your decision is completely final we can go make you a copy.”
Lizelle takes the keys and smiles gratefully at Shinso: “Thank you. I really appreciate this.”
Shinso just smirks: “It’s not a problem. You’re family. If we switched places you would have done the same.”
Lizelle nods: “True.”
When his break was over, Lizelle and Eri say goodbye and head back. They stop by the park for a bit while Eri plays with some of her friends.
Lizelle stands at the edge to watch Eri when a siren rings through the air. Lizelle jumps and looks behind her to see Aizawa climb out of the sheriff car.
“What’s with the siren?”
“Easy way to get your attention.”
Lizelle smirks: “Well you got it. Here to arrest me officer?”
Aizawa chuckles: “So how is everything?”
“Great. Eri showed me around, I have places for possible jobs and I have a place to live.”
Aizawa raises an eyebrow.
“Shinso offered me his flat because he is barely there because of his hours and the rent is technically going to waste.”
Aizawa sighs and shakes his head: “That boy works hard. Too hard sometimes. I told him he is more than welcome to stay at home. He didn’t listen.”
“Sometimes people gotta learn by bumping their own heads even when you wanna protect them.”
“Unfortunately. So his apartment?”
“Mhm. He gave me the keys to go check it out. Then we will make my own copy.”
Aizawa nods: “Alright. I can take Eri off your hands if you want.”
Lizelle shakes her head: “Nah that’s okay. I’m good with taking care of Eri for the rest of day.”
“You sure?”
Lizelle nods.
“Ok. Well I got to get back to work. Eri!”
Eri runs over with excitement. The two hug.
“I’ll see you two later tonight.”
“Bye Daddy!” “Bye Dadzawa!”
Lizelle let’s Eri play for a little while longer before they head for the apartment.
Outside parked on the street was a gold motorcycle with red wings and the words ‘Fierce Wings’ on the side. Lizelle nodded impressed before opening up the front door and letting Eri through.
At the mailboxes in the wall stand a man a couple inches taller than Lizelle with feathery blond hair. He wore a tan jacket with two red wings printed on the back, continuing onto the sleeves. Considering he was putting packages and letters into the mailboxes with a big bag slung across his body, Lizelle assumed he is the mailman and that the bike outside is his.
Lizelle started up the stairs.
“Hi Mr. Hawks,” Eri greets the man.
He turns slightly to greet her, only slightly seeing Lizelle before she disappears up the stairs.
Hawks blinks slightly before shrugging.
Eri joins Lizelle as they go to the third floor. 3A, here it is.
She unlocks the door and lets Eri in first. It was small but decently sized with a lot of woodwork. Lizelle snorted. This is very cottage-core. Too much for you, Shinso. But the rest of the apartment was more Shinso. Minimally decorated with just the basic essentials aka – does anybody even actually live here? Oh and coffee.
The place was in good condition from just a brief look, just a bit dusty and dirty, Lizelle noted. Eri showed her around while Lizelle smiled at how cute Eri was. Up the stairs were the loft and the other bedroom. Once again minimally decorated and mostly empty.
“Are you gonna stay with Toshi from now on?”
“Uh yeah, I think I am,” Lizelle sits next to her on the bed, noticing a slight twinge of sadness from Eri even though her face doesn’t say anything.
Lizelle slightly bumps shoulders: “Don’t worry; I’m still going to see you all the time. Who do you think is gonna babysit you?”
She nuzzles her nose against Eri’s playfully, grinning at Eri’s giggle, sadness gone.
The two lock up and leave, bring Shinso’s keys back for him and head home.
Seeing nobody else home yet she decides to get head start on dinner. She hears Eri watching TV and by the sound of it, it was some superhero anime. Lizelle smiles as Eri cheers for the heroes. Considering the back story of Eri, it’s no wonder she has a great love for heroes. Lizelle growled slightly, thinking of Eri’s past. If I ever get my hands on that abusive foster father of hers... Thank goodness Mirio had noticed the signs of something wrong at her house; first the wounds on her arms, explained away by saying she’s reckless and clumsy even though Eri was the gentlest and most careful of all the kids in his class; and second Eri’s hesitancy to go home. Mirio got Izuku involved and using his high position in town along with some others’ help including the Deputy Mayor Mirai Sasaki, they were able to save Eri.
Lizelle had heard the story from Shinso and Mic. She was happy to meet two of Eri’s saviours today, but didn’t want to say anything in front of Eri in case of trauma triggers. Lizelle quickly focuses back on the food to avoid burning it. She giggles as she is reminded of this morning with Mic and the pancakes. No wonder people who don’t know us think we are related.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After dinner and telling Mic and Aizawa about their day, Lizelle helps Mic wash up as Aizawa takes Eri upstairs to get her ready for bed.
“So which job do you think of going after?” Mic asks as he dries the plates.
“Well Tokoyami from the library has my contact details if he ever needs my help, but I am thinking of maybe doing some part-time at the diner and maybe somewhere else as well. At least like secretary or cashier considering I don’t have the skills to help at the other aspects of the businesses here.”
Mic nods: “Well, that sounds good. After all you won’t have to worry too much about money with the rent being Shinso’s responsibility and you do need the time to work on your real career. But hey...”
Mic puts a gentle hand on Lizelle’s shoulder so she focuses on him.
“... Don’t go throwing yourself out there and stressing yourself out too much. I know you and I know that’s what you’ll do. You are away from your family. You have no one to prove yourself to here and us to support you. And don’t listen to those negative little voices inside your head because you know those are your family’s words and thoughts, not your own.”
Lizelle smiles and gives Mic a hug: “Thanks Papa Mic.”
The two finish up and retire for the night. Everything here is perfect...
A little too perfect.
