First off, not to kiss ass, but I really love your writing! I follow three people, one of which is my best friend, and you’re one of them. I always come back to your account for content! Anyways, I just wanted to voice my appreciation real quick. lmao

Aside from all that yapping, if you’re alright with it, I’d love to read some Alastor x reader headcanons, specifically about Alastor’s shadows, and how they act (and if they’re a little naughty sometimes with the reader 😏💀) before Alastor and reader start dating. Maybe they try to encourage him to ask her out? Idk, I just have random ideas floating around in my head. I completely understand if you’re uncomfortable with the idea or just too busy with others, but I just wanted to request since I saw your post about it!

I feel like Alastor’s shadows are so under appreciated but they’re also probably the biggest Alastor haters out here, like they probably piss him off a lot of the time when he isn’t doing business. Alastor’s shadows are almost always out to get him

Maybe it’s revenge, who knows, but Alastor hates it

When he first met you his shadows were over the moon about it

They always know what he’s feeling, even before he’s ready to admit them

So after you two first met they started to approach you more

You didn’t notice them at first, going on about your tasks in the hotel

Until you were cleaning a mirror and saw them behind you dancing

You just laughed and shooed them away lightheartedly, but it didn’t work

They tended to bounce between following Alastor and following you around

You had been taking a bath when one of them showed up, peering above the side of the tub

“Go away you, I need some sort of privacy” You said laughing, a bit of water spilling over the tub and within seconds the shadow was gone

Now we all know his shadows tell him any and everything

But they’re just as involved in the gossip as Angel

They’ll go to him and tell him things about you, who you were with, what you were doing, even down to the scent of your perfume

“Hello dear!”

“ Hello Alastor. Anything I can help with?” You asked. He grinned, his smile stretching ear to ear

“ Well I was just curious if you happen to know where the princess could be?”

He asks, his eyes flicking to the wall behind you for a minute.

The shadows dancing in with your own, making cringy gestures to Alastor, teasing him.

“ Oh actually I think she left to an interview with Vaggie earlier today. But that was the last I’d seen her.” You reply, but you don’t notice them behind you. His smile strains, pulling you close and walking down the hall.

“ Well my dear since we are under unsupervised vision why don’t we go out for lunch! My treat of course.”

He’s casual, as if he didn’t just steal you away from his shadows who still wanted to mingle in your presence more.

Whenever he talks to you they’ll just get really excited and cheer a lot behind you, pointing to you and making little kissy faces

he hates it

When you two start dating they only get worse in their antics

They constantly follow you around, acting as if they’re your shadows

Sometimes they take things from you to mess with you but it’s all in friendly spirit

You were doing your hair once and got distracted because one hand insisted on dancing with you

Alastor can never really have you to himself thanks to them, which he absolutely hates

“ Do you mind?”

He’ll ask, the static in his voice only louder as he clutches you to his side. The shadows stand and cross their arms, giving him the sass right back

“ They’re just having fun.” You say, and he lets it slide only because it doesn’t entirely bother you

Now they have joined in whenever Alastor and you try to get alone time

This is also the only time they aren’t against Alastor but more against you

If you ever thought of backing up into a wall to get away from Alastor think again because he’s right behind you sweetheart ;)

If you ever do flirt with them they’ll get really excited and run to Alastor about it, excitedly whispering what you’ve done

If you ever need Alastor and he isn’t near, you’ll usually have his shadows bring him to you

The perks of being with Alastor is he can never really run as long as his shadows are wrapped around your finger ;)

It was late and the hotel was quiet. Sitting in a warm bath Y/n ran the soap over her arms and down her torso, unwinding from the busy day. Until she saw shadowy eyes staring at her from above the rim of the bathtub.

“ Oh hello.” She said smiling, pausing in her actions. The shadow did nothing, sitting still and watching her shyly. “Do you happen to know where Alastor is?” She asked, leaning over a bit so the water flowed off her body easily, her torso now visible.

The shadows eyes went wide, nodding furiously. “Hmm, how about you,” she said, now eye level with the shadow, getting closer. “ bring him to me.”

The shadow had never disappeared quicker, and in its place was a confused Alastor, now kneeling in front of the tub, noticeably lost.

“Oh, Hello my dear! Something the matter?”

He asked, before she grinned, her hand reaching forward to pull him to her by the tie.

“ You’ll find out.”

Bonus:

“Dear they are actively trying to take you from me.” Alastor says, his smile strained and eyes twitching.

“Don’t be so mean, they just need some love too that’s all. Isn’t that right?” You coo, the shadows huddling around you more in a group hug. You giggle as some tickle your sides.

Ella giggled as she sneaked her boyfriend Max in her room, letting out a louder laugh as he almost tripped.

“Cállate! My parents!” Ella whisper shouted.

cállate: shut up

“Sorry!” Max whisper shouted back as they got on her bed.

She shook her head before pulling him in for a kiss, her climbing on top of him and straddling his lap.

Ella hasn’t had sex and has not been planning on it, the farthest she goes is making out, and Max is okay with that.

Max pulled away from the kiss for a second, “What if we get caught?” He asked, sort of breathless.

Ella scoffed, “I’m not stupid, i told my parents i was going to bed early. Unless they come to watch me sleep and i don’t know about it, we’re good.” She jokes going back in for another kiss as their lips move against each others.

“Hey, Estrella?” Ella heard Matt call from the hallway.

Ella quite literally felt her heart drop to her ass, “Shit! Get in the closet!” She yelled in a quiet voice, getting off of Max and pushing him to her closet, closing the closet door and quickly getting under her covers.

“Hey, baby?” Matt says as he walks in holding a laundry basket, turning on her overhead light as he entered the room.

She didn’t have enough time to fake sleep so she just acted like she was trying to fall asleep. She sits up and fakes a yawn, “Yeah, dad?”

Matt smiles at her, “Sorry, i know you said you were going to bed but mom wanted me to tell you to not forget to put these away before school tomorrow.” Matt says, putting the basket on her desk chair.

“Okay, thanks. Night, dad.” Ella smiles, almost getting away with Max hiding in her closet. Almost.

Ella felt her stomach start to hurt as she heard the noise from the closet, hoping her father hadn’t heard.

“What was that?” Matt asks curiously, walking to the closet and opening the door.

Surprise, surprise. Max was there.

Matt lets out a frustrated sigh, “Max! Lovely surprise! Can i ask you what you might be doing in my daughter’s closet at almost eleven o clock at night?” Matt asks, sarcasm hinted in his voice.

Ella sits up, “Da-”

“No, Ella. I’ll deal with you later. Max, im gonna have to ask you to leave, buddy.” Matt says as he clean clenches his jaw, Max nods.

“Bye, Ella!” Max calls out before walking downstairs, he lived two houses down so it’s not like Matt sent a 14 year old to walk home by himself, he’s not that cruel.

Matt turns around as his face with red with anger. “E-”

“Get out, loser! No one wants you here!” Ella yells, grabbing her pillow from behind her and throwing it at Mailo.

Mailo laughs, “Oh right, you only want Max in here so you two can make-”

“Shut up!” Ella cuts him off.

“Alright, both of you chill out. Estrella, that’s not okay that you lied to us. There’s gonna have to be some sort of consequence.” Y/n shrugs, she never really gave Ella a consequence, they were both relaxed parents and Ella usually never lied.

Y/n looks at Matt, he looks back with a confused look, “Why are you looking at me?” He scoffs.

“Because you found Max. You have to give the punishment.” Y/n whisper shouts even though Mailo and Estrella can still hear them.

“I’m not good at giving punishments!” Matt whisper shouts back.

Y/n puts her hands up, “Neither am I!”

“Grounded for a hundred years with no phone and i get her room!” Mailo calls out.

“Cállate, pendejo!” Estrella yells, grabbing her other pillow from her bed and throwing it at him.

Estrella shrugs, “Okay, i’m sorry i snuck him in.” She looks down.

Y/n gasps, “Do not try and guilt trip your father! Okay, everyone out of the room, let’s go!” Y/n says, “Night, sweetheart.” Y/n drags Mailo and Matt out of the room.

“I feel bad..” Matt whispers.

“Dad, no! You can’t give in! Los ojos! Los ojos! No lo hagas! No lo hagas!” Mailo says very very dramatically, gripping onto Matt’s shirt like someone’s dying. Y/n let’s out a laugh and pushes Mailo’s head playfully.

Matt gives a sad smile.

“Go to bed, Mai.” Y/n says, ruffling his hair.

“Okay.” Mailo starts to walk towards his room but turns around quickly, “Can i still get Ella’s room?” He puts his hands together as he pleads.

“No!” Ella answers for Y/n. Y/n letting out a laugh as Mailo groans and dramatically walks to his room.

“Should we lower it down to one week?” Matt asks.

“No! Matt she lied to us. I feel bad but as long as this doesn’t happen again it’s okay. We’re just not used to her lying to us, and i hope we don’t have to get used to it.” Y/n sighs, resting her head on Matt’s shoulder.

“Me too.” He says, kissing Y/n’s forehead.

Whenever the truth about Recreation TM comes to light, i dont think Adrien’s going to be mad at Marinette for lying to him????? And i am looking forward to it IMMENSELY . Like. My GOSH can you IMAGINE the potential fight. Think of the new situations for emotionally charged identity reveal fics this opens up. Imagine him finding out his dad was hawkmoth and hes like “yeah okay that checks” and is hung up on ladybug lying to him because theyre supposed to be best friends. Niffty Redesign! (3/7)

Holy shit was not expecting to finish in the same day much less in like… under 4 hours??? IDK IM HAPPY WITH HER THOUGH!!!!

My biggest inspiration this time was lovebugs and specifically this LPS lovebug

Yes im colour picking Niffty from a littlest pet shop. Who is gonna stop me? Hasbro? They don’t even own LPS anymore!

Im making Niffty a bit tanner because while I see it a lot in other fandoms, I don’t ever see tan asian people in the Hazbin fandom, tbh this place seems like its allergic to melanin in general. There’s also a lot of stigmatisation around POC women in Hazbin like I’ve mentioned before. I plan on having Niffty deal with a decent chunk of stuff later on, a lot of it relating to obessions and romance and learning how to manage feelings like that and keep relationships with other people.

I wanted her socks to be cute but also held up by a garter belt so you can gather she’s got something going on. People seem to stray away from the topic of Niffty and sex or romance because they see her as a child or have infantalised her in some way. Yes ik I talk about this all the time but like GOD it pisses me off.

Her maid dress is actually a much darker shade of hot pink to the point its not really hot pink anymore but it is I promise

Niffty’s main sins are lust, wrath, and envy, seeing as she is a lovebug and also her current backstory is killing a lover out of jealousy. The redder pink parts are supposed to be a mix of lust and wrath so I hope that comes across well?

The same thing can be said about her clothes and all that. With her dress and the reddish hearts it’s supposed to be like “in one sin there’s another” but idk how well I pulled it off. The stitched up heart is also supposed to represent her hopeful/eventually redemption. I’d like to give Niffty more character than just “crazy small lady” so I’ll be trying to balance being somewhat like that with also being a bit sensible. I think it definitely could be done but I have doubts Viv will do much with it.

It really sucks that the POC characters and especially women they just get reduced to one or two traits and then thats it. Viv already is terrible at writing women and I think writing Niffty for her is just boring because, again, she cannot write women. 90% of this rewrite is me saving the women/hj

There will be more indepth Niffty content from me eventually, as of now this is my backbone for her design and overall story. Btw I think her rubber gloves are cute but make really annoying squeaking sounds 24/7. No idea if I’ll pull off another fast design like this, but we shall see!🐐

this guy would try to be smooth af every time you come over to hang with jihoon…like you go to the kitchen to get water, and hosh is there making a sandwich or something and he’s like “oh hey y/n, didn’t see you there…” even though he’d lowkey been procrastinating on making his sandwich (which, truthfully, he wasn’t even hungry for), hoping you’d come outside LOL. you respond like. uh. hey………….??? and you get your water and get back to jihoon’s room. hosh counts this as a win – he’s bragging to his roomie after you leave like “they’re totally into me…this acting aloof thing is so working.” (jihoon replies with nothing but a look of disgust). but hoshi can’t keep up the facade forever, methinks. he’s an excitable and energetic person, after all! eventually he would start to act more like himself around you. you come over one day and hosh runs over to you, phone in hand, showing you his screen. “y/n, did you watch the new episode of haikyuu yet???? nishinoya looks so cool!!!” and talk a bunch about it with you. the more comfortable he becomes with you, the more touchy he becomes as well, putting his arm around you and perhaps touching your shoulder now and then. he also gives me the vibes of someone who’d just go for it (again, after clearing it with jihoon). one day you’re leaving and he catches you in the hallway – you’re kinda nervous (ahhh!!!! he’s hot!!!!) and you’re like “uh what’s up soonyoung?” he smiles cheerfully; your curiosity is so cute to him. he takes a deep breath and says: “would you wanna go out sometime without me?” well?????? do you say yes??????? ;)

Unironically i think wonwoo would be the most normal about liking mingyu’s friend lol. every time you come over, he just says hello and asks how you’re doing, casually trying to get to know you. if you and mingyu (and sometimes cheol and vernon) watch a movie in the living room, more often than not wonwoo joins with you guys because he’s “bored” and “has nothing else to do”...but really he just wants to hang with you. i think he’d be really sweet about liking you!! if you mention something (like a drink or snack or something) that you like, he’d definitely get it for you the next time he stumbles upon it at the grocery store. he smiles to himself every time (including in the grocery store) he thinks of you – which, as you start to come around more, is becoming more frequent. mingyu doesn’t actually realize that wonu likes you, but the latter eventually caves in and admits it to his friend. mingyu encourages him to go after you!!! so one night, after a considerable amount of contemplation, wonwoo decides to take the plunge and he calls you. “hey – would you want to get coffee with me next week?”

my bias wrecker <3 lmao jihoonie strikes me as the nervous type. i feel like he’d be slightly annoyed that he can’t relax at home because you’re always there hanging out with soonyoung. he’d leave his room to get coffee and see you sitting on the couch studying with soonie and think like “god damnit WHY ARE THEY HERE!!!! this man is a bumbling idiot who’s whipped for you LMAO!! you’re friends with wonu – you guys are in the same major, so you often do hw together, study or just hang out and watch movies together. mingyu is always around when you’re over at the apartment, he kind of follows you around like a golden retriever lol. lowkey overstays his welcome HAHAHA; he doesn’t really leave you or wonwoo alone ljdjkfjasdk. wonwoo is kinda like “??? what are you doing ???” when mingyu emerges from his room with his own study materials and plops down on the living room floor next to you. mingyu replies “studying. obviously.” very casually as he looks up at his friend from where you’re both sitting on the floor. wonu is confused as to why mingyu wants to study with you two, but once the older boy realizes that his friend likes you, it’s hard to actually be annoyed with him about it. mingyu always shoots smiles your way and subtly touches your arm when talking to you; he always takes the seat next to you if it’s vacant. wonwoo is lowkey grossed out watching his best friend be such a huge simp, but mingyu does not! care! you are cute and he’s going to spend time with you, deal w/ it wonu!!! would definitely ask you to hang out alone at some point, but not before running it by wonwoo. i think mingyu would be very clear with his intentions from the beginning, which is why he’d want to spend time with you whenever you’re over. his eyes are shining with affection when he asks if you want to go for a walk in the park with him (wonu is asleep peacefully on the floor, you both put a blanket on him LMAOO); will you go with him?

However, playing videos at max volume was not okay, you couldn’t believe you had to point out that the movie playing should be louder than a cellphone.

Ok I’m glad that we’re getting sword af again but I’m disappointed it’s audio only. Like is it bad that this announcement kinda ruined my day a bit? One of the things people like the most is seeing the cast interactions I mean a majority of the posts I’ve seen about sword af are about their interactions and reactions to things (and several posts about the seating arrangement for next season only to get no seating arrangement 😔). Also like I don’t really do podcasts. I can’t focus on audio only things for that long and (even though I’m definitely going to try to listen to season two) I don’t think I’m going to be able to listen to season two because I can’t focus that long when there’s no visuals. Everyone keeps saying budget is the reason for it to be only audio but smosh mouth and smosh Reddit stories are their podcasts but both of them have video too. Cut the video for smosh mouth if you have budget problems not the show where acting and reactions and interactions are so important. This is just going to hinder the sword af experience like I don’t understand why they did it?? I just can’t believe they delayed sword af season two for like 5 or 6 months only to make it audio only. I’m so sad that I’m probably not going to be able to enjoy season two as much because I’m not going to be able to get into it like I can when I can actually see everyone.

Also the wording really got me too like “rejoice!! 80% of what made sword af so good has been taken away!!! Hazzah!!!” Like wtf?! I keep seeing people saying we should be grateful we even get a season two and like yeah. I get that but also it’s going to be a completely different experience now and we have a right to be a little disappointed about that. I need to vent this to someone and idk why but i just feel like you’ll understand me idk but….

I’m terrified about next week’s episode… like I feel like there is so much within the fandom that is hanging onto next week’s episode being a definite thing on whether or not buddie will go canon, and it’s been stressing me out seeing all of the discourse… I have so many strong feelings about the idea of Tommy (who has always pissed me off as a character from the Begins episodes) and how so many people just suddenly out of nowhere love the guy and compare him to Buck and Eddie when there has literally been barely anything comparable to the two of them as characters since he’s been back. Not only that, but the theory of Buck and Tommy being a thing as a potential for Eddie to come to terms with his feelings doesn’t make me feel comfortable— Not in a “omg i just want Buck and Eddie to jump into bed with each other and call it a day” because i don’t… I just know us queer people are still only seen as tokens half the time, and I’m worried that if they pair Buck with a guy (while Yay for bi!Buck) who is a character that A) is from his past, and B) is for some reason all of a sudden adored by a bunch of people (for reasons i will never understand)… I’m afraid they will just put he and Buck together and call it a day, and just keep Eddie and Buck as “brothers” when that is such a disservice to both of them… If Buck does become confirmed as bisexual, I have no issue with him exploring his sexuality with other men who aren’t principal characters because that won’t have any bearing on the finality of buddie as a ship, but I’m afraid that by putting Buck and Tommy together will somehow be ABC’s way of saying “Eh this will do” because of the way so many people have suddenly jumped onto the bucktommy train.

On top of that, the idea of getting jealous!buck would make me happy if it weren’t for the fact that it’s Tommy, and I am terrified that the writers are trying to wrap him up in this glittering duct tape bow and say “we’re not going to give you what you’ve been asking for for 6 years, but we’ll give you this cheap knock off” due to the speculation that Eddie will somehow reaffirm that he sees Buck as just a friend being the catalyst for Buck exploring his sexuality with Tommy.

It would be painful as a longtime buddie truther, but it would also be painful as a genuine fan of the characters because i feel like that would ruin everything they have built together over the past 6 years, and it would be a cop-out because they don’t want to go that route, even though they are the ones who have set up buddie in this context on so many different occasions…. sure a lot of buddie moments can be real things that happened in platonic relationships, but the framing and subtext has always been this will they/won’t they dynamic, and it feels so icky to me for them to make Buck Bi, and have him NOT end up with Eddie.

And I know people are quick to point out Ryan and Oliver in these recent interviews and everything as some sort of evidence towards buddie canon, but I would think a lot of us have been in this carousel long enough to know that if the possibility of a popular queer romance on a show is one of the BIGGEST marketing tactics that shows use. I’m not saying that Ryan and Oliver themselves are queerbaiting because of how much they’ve supported the buddie fandom over the years, but something in me feels like a lot of their PR appearances lately have been to intentionally cause speculation so that they don’t lose the buddie portion of the viewers when they rip the rug out from under us…. (again not blaming Ryan and Oliver AT ALL because they have no say)

idk if any of that makes sense and im sorry for like the novel i just wrote in your asks lmao but i just needed to get that off my chest and you are one of the few people I have seen who also seems to dislike Tommy’s character, and could maybe possibly see where I’m coming from with my anxiety on this whole thing because it’s been making me spiral lately….

I have to admit, so far this is one of my all time favourites. The comedic timing, the very real story line, the confrontation of previously opposed characters? Wonderful. But the pièce de résistance? Crosshair’s character description rings true again. “Severe and unyielding” Tech had said. I’ve rambled about this a lot recently, but the boiled down version is that when Crosshair commits to something, he commits all the way. Like how he committed to the Empire so hard that he hunted down his brothers. Or when he finally decided the Empire was a bunch of shitbags and shot officer shitbag (I forget his name) in the face. He has now decided to commit to Omega, for whatever reason. And it shows. Because even when she tells him to go, he’s literally only a minute behind her. He lets her employ her own strategies despite his preference and experience. He’s ready to beat up Captain Dickhead (did they even give him a name?) for sitting down across from her. He tells her to get into the ship first while he lays down cover fire.

Crosshair’s next “severe and unyielding” decision is Omega’s safety. And I couldn’t be more excited to see where it goes!

AND I cannot believe how much I suddenly like his character. I was so disinterested in him for like s1 and maybe 90% of s2 but now I am more interested in what becomes of him than I am in what the deal is with Omega’s M-count.

I’m saying it now. These seasons hyper focuses are: Rex, Echo and Crosshair (in that order) (for now, we’ll see)

very long post about cabanela. rotating that man in my head sorry

ok ive also been trying to piece together what we know abt jowd n cabanelas history and personalities since their current personalities r basically traumatised ‘laugh bc if you don’t you’ll cry’ versions.

so im guessing jowds more of a stickler for the rules whereas cabanela’s an instinctive kinda guy (a la lassiter and shawn from psych)

then we get to the relationship and trust between them. the way cabanela is convinced jowd would never do sth like that EVEN when he straight up confesses. the trust jowd has in cabanelas powers of deduction, that he tampers with the crime scene and hides evidence to stop him from investigating, and makes a plan to give him the evidence only after jowds dead.

later we see the way cabanela approaches the situation… he’s no longer as much of a wild card (and lynne also says after that incident he changed). he takes the route he thinks is the best to save jowd and dedicates everything to it

even at the expense of being misunderstood/villainised by people he loves and cares about. plus he makes sure to do it all aboveboard bc he knows how important it is that jowd is exonerated, not just free - it feels like the whole thing really sobered him up because in the end he knows it was his fault.

then we have like. post divorce era jowd and cabanela idk im thinking cabanela’s pissed bc he knows jowds lying but is frustrated at his insistence to just be executed. so he doesn’t share his investigations with jowd, and likewise all jowd knows abt cabanela’s movements outside prison is what the guards/lynne say: that he only cares abt his spotless record and moving up in the world.

and maybe the spotless record thing is a holdover from cabanela’s younger days? i can see it being a point of contention between them so itd make sense that jowd would believe that. meanwhile cabanela’s realised that the one good thing about his record is using it to climb the ladder and save Jowd.

then we have this scene, which of course makes me feel insane. that jowd the stickler for the rules is the last minute hero, while cabanela the wildcard hotshot is the one doing the legwork to set it up is such a delicious subversion to me. partners that need each other and work together or whatever. plus the idea that this is a running thing

also this thing where he just jokes about things and plays it off. it makes me crazy sorry

If you were awake you would be extremely concerned for his well-being, but you aren’t. You’re peacefully asleep, curled next to him, hands still laced together as you try to steal all the warmth in his back, glued like a cat. He’s still wide-eyed and the image from his nightmare keeps appearing over and over, tormenting him. If he weren’t already living in literal hell he would’ve thought he fell somehow deeper and his soul was being tortured. It hurt, it hurt and it didn’t even happen and he couldn't help the way his eyes got wet because he didn’t even notice he was crying. He actually had to separate himself from you and as you notice his body missing from your arms, you jolt awake. You just heard a sob, didn’t you? As you rush to hold his face and asking what’s wrong over and over he can’t even bring himself to tell you, it’s stupid and dumb but it hurt him so, so much, MC. Hold him tightly, don’t let go as you rub circles into his skin and tell him over and over how much you love him, you adore him and he is your one and only, the most perfect first-man and the demon you want to spend all eternity with. Keep whispering sweet nothings until he falls back asleep in your arms.

Feeling cold was highly unusual for you, especially since Belphegor was a rather warm demon. Besides being cold, waking not being in a mess of limbs was even weirder. Never spoken, it was a silent agreement that your dear demon was rather clingy. Clinginess disguised as trying to use you as a pillow, of course. Thing is, at this point in your relationship, separating Belphie from your body was easier said than done, the brothers risked tearing you apart before detaching him from you. So, you already feel a weird vibe when the first thing you see as you open your eyes is his back. Weird. Weird. Weird. Maybe he’s playing hard to get? As you try to snake your hands around his waist he actually lightly smacks you and pulls away. Huh? How dare he get you so used to his body and now depriving you from it! As you raise and let yourself on top of him you ignore his hissing and whatever, he won’t do anything to you. He would never, ever again. Noticing you won’t move he stops fighting it but still won’t move, and now you’re uncomfortable in an awkward position, you didn’t think this through, as always. You move to stare him right in the eyes and ask what’s wrong. You have to pry multiple times until he finally murmurs his newest nightmare, you almost want to laugh until you notice how serious your baby is. He mumbles about how it makes sense, he’s hurt you before and therefore could never trust him completely, he understands that and yet… And you shut him up with a tender kiss right in his cheek. Silly, silly boy. Rubbing your noses together you chuckled as his arms pressed you tight against his chest while he sobbed. Needless to say both of your eyes were puffy and Asmo was horrified, but you were happy.

Satan is pissed. But he doesn’t even know why. All he knows is from the moment he opened his eyes he was ready to punch the throat of whoever came into sight. None of his brothers dared approach him as his threatening aura was more than enough to keep even the measly entities roaming the Devildom away. The only one who had the audacity to approach such fearsome devil was you, as usual. This time, however, something weird happened. He tends to feel better, warmer and happier when you’re by his side and while he felt better than he did minutes ago he still somehow feels angry, a kind of rage boiling in the pit of his stomach was brewing and he wasn’t sure why, and that was enraging him more. Why couldn’t he be more than his sin?! He thought he was getting better but all he feels now is anger and he thought he had already gotten over that phase with your help and… and… And now he’s a little numb. It wasn’t until Solomon offered to hypnotize him, to find the root of the problem as he was too exasperated being angry at the air, that he found out what was wrong. It was a motherfucking dream he did not even remember at this point, boy did he want to punch the air again. But he didn’t, he talked to you about the dream and after soft caresses and petting a bunch of stray kittens he actually felt lighter than ever. His mood had changed so drastically some students thought an apocalypse was coming and a mess almost happened in the Devildom, but hey, your man is in a tender mood feeling reassured and cared for.

You were a pigeon in your dreams, flying happily around the air minding your bird business when you hit a window. But that window felt too feathery-like, and the falling felt all too real. It made sense when you woke up, abruptly, on the floor with a feather in your mouth. Huh. Lucifer was wide eyed, completely startled, staring at you from the higher ground (aka the bed) in his demon form. You can’t even be mad, you don’t even know what to feel. What kind of weird room-com movie was this scene from? Feels like a low budget experimental one. It takes Lucifer a minute to compose himself and get out of bed to aid you. His hands feel strangely tense when helping you up and he’s trying not to look at you. Lu–, MC you have to take the feather out of your mouth, Lucifer what the fuck was that. When he claims it was nothing you don’t believe him but also don’t feel like scrutinizing. And you didn’t, until his body became stiff when you tried to cuddle him. Now, mister man, what’s wrong? Like the stubborn prideful buffoon he is, you have to blackmail the answer out of his lips, and he admits, rather shamefully, that it was a dream that caused all that. You stare at him, and he stares at you, and you stare at each other. Yes, a buffoon indeed. Smacking his chest lightly as you roll over and go back to sleep you roll your eyes, you’ll make fun of him in the morning.

I think they would be at each other’s throats. Like sure they’re great friends but when it comes to their best friend, even they won’t work together.

April doesn’t mind too much working together, as long as she can still be friends with you. She can get aggressive sometimes, but manages to be willing enough to cooperate; Donnie, however, would rather destroy all his tech than to coordinate as a group/pair.

He’s already controlling as a Yan, and with how he is as a person sometimes, he just doesn't want to have a partnership with someone to achieve what he wants to have alone. I've referenced this briefly, but he can actually be quite clingy if you give him the right type of affection (validation). His friend reassures him so much he can’t help but crave more.

Diana is protective of you which comes to the conclusion he thinks April is too brash. He fears you might get hurt by her terrifying energetic personality and not mention her never-ending weirdo magnet.

Another thing to point out is how controlling he is. He wants you to follow the guidelines he’s set up for your benefit. And April often steps out of said guidelines with her personality. So he gets a little pissy when she exhibits her “bad influence” on you.

All in all, Donna just doesn’t want to share you.

Meanwhile, April is standing there like, “Bitch tf you mean no??? Literally a higher chance if we work together?”

April wants to have any benefits possible so having Donnie deny her request pisses her off. It angers her to no end.

She won’t try to hurt him in any sense but she’ll make fun of him verbally once in a while.

Donnie is lucid, so lucid. He knows it’s wrong, but he can’t help but indulge himself. He wants to be the only friend you have, the only one you rely on. No one else is better for you than himself.

Which also means he will not hesitate to do everything to make sure he’s the only friend you have. I don’t think he’ll kill April, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he tries to do something: drugging most likely.

It’s honestly just April trying to be a more morally correct person meanwhile Donnie just goes full blast.

i genuinely daydream about this (and s3 in general) an ungodly amount (do i just need to pull on my big girl pants and dive into the foray of writing fic??? probably) and try to juggle what would make sense for the narrative and the characters, and make it less about what i want to see from s3 personally ep1 sex scene cold open + '7 days earlier titlecard'

babes i know this is not at all what you asked for (tldr at the bottom) but bugger it im gonna write out where im currently at with the whole 'i would give all my worldly goods for s3 to go something like this'

ep1 cold opens with another BTB flashback but set after the s2 one (aziraphale and crowley arguing about the brewing rebellion for example, aziraphale tries to warn him again etc, no wing lift), and then hard cut to modern day aziraphale, stood in the exact same position but alone, in his new regalia blah blah blah, roll opening theme

so ep1 is likely gonna be a fair bit of exposition of the second coming, right? maybe there's a timeskip? either way we get glimpses into their existences in the After. im undecided whether crowley would remain in london, or specifically the bookshop? (i think he would, because there's opportunity for a mirror of the 'he saved my books' moment - ie. not let muriel sell a single one - which im sure you can imagine could be Delicious later on), but in any case i think crowley - given that he's keeping tabs on tadfield etc in s2 - would start noticing that maybe the world isn't quite right, Loads of people have started going missing (also dropped as clues in s2), natural disasters etc. Hmm This Is Strange

meanwhile, we get a bit of insight into aziraphale's daily headache in heaven, until they finally get the fax from 'god' about the plane carrying the big JC (and, look, Whoever it is that gets off the plane, whatever theory you subscribe to, let's say hypothetically it's absolutely not jezzy c and aziraphale knows it... warlock? idk). aziraphale realises it's all gone A Bit Wrong, ah shit gonna need to talk to crowley.... rolls credits

(plus im sure there will be new characters plus possible reintroductions of previous ones etc etc that will need screentime)

so they don't interact at all until ep2, not until maybe like 10 mins in - muriel calls mr crowley, he gets to the bookshop and walks in

aziraphale waiting in there, casual as you like with a dainty cupperty (wrong, he's shitting himself), and there's the awkward moment of 'oh when we were last here alone you snogged the living daylights out of me', but they're very much Not Talking (About It)

aziraphale explains what's going on, it's all going wrong, They Can't Find Josh, crowley probably gets a bit shitty with a bit of 'i told you so', aziraphale gets pissed off too because 'he's kinda got a point', but regardless please help

i think crowley would initially refuse - why would he want to be involved at all??? in ending humanity once and for all??? - and would probably leave after a bit of a wessex-flashback-callback of 'we're not having this conversation'/'fine'/'fine!'

idk maybe aziraphale would go back to heaven and start to reeeeeally panic, because the guy they've got in heaven is definitely Not The Messiah, and aziraphale needs to find Him before shit really hitteth the fan, but he needs someone on earth to help him (sigh better go back and ask crowley again)

crowley meanwhile takes this information and possibly works out that actually lol turns out the second coming came a bit early, and yeah probably do need to find him before the world starts going completely to shit - aziraphale comes back and crowley agrees this time (✨a new Arrangement✨) (OH 'THE ARRANGEMENT' WOULD BE SUCH A GOOD EP TITLE)

but it's like. The Arrangement if it was truly all Just Business - they're Not Friends etc

maybe crowley going back to hell in reconnaissance mode would feature here? deploys the beloved tactical turtleneck again? ends up claiming the grand duke position or something? or has been grand duke all along? idk

now i would LOVE another long cold open of flashbacks, but idk if that's gonna happen, probably not. but possibly ep3 is them strategising, sharing intel, Still Not Talking, trying to put the pieces together (i still convinced that warlock/greasy johnson are gonna fit in here somewhere so like. return to tadfield? ripe opportunity to bring back The Them, Anathema/Newt etc)

REVERSE WALL SLAM and maybe a little bit of a spat where some of the anger from the final fifteen is let loose or something - but nothing resolved

probably some more shenanigans of shit going down in heaven, with Cheesus running rampant - angels starting to wonder wtf is going on (and god still has her out of office email on)

maybe the end of ep3 is that they work out what's happening - who JC is, where he is, why the second coming has already started, idk but like major plot pieces start slotting together

so ep4 is where it starts getting hazy but like. i feel that this is gonna be roundabout the time where aziraphale and crowley are in the bookshop researching like mad, trying to piece stuff together, come up with Plans, and maybe crowley goes looking in aziraphale's desk, and unearths the Photo - CUE 1941 FINAL FLASHBACK

and then we return maybe to present day? and this is where they finally get out all the shit that has been building up over the centuries, and culminated in the final fifteen - all the times they've upset the other, lied to the other, etc

tender bit towards the end of this - i need a "my dear" or even BETTER a "darling" thrown in here somewhere

however. i don't think there will be a kiss. a lot of shouting, crying, and maybe yeah stuff coming to some kind of tentative resolution/understanding, but not a kiss. idk i just don't think they'd be ready for it - they might come close to it, like i suspect happened in 41, but they both just honestly say they're not ready but that they meant what they said and that their One Day is coming, they're not done, they're not over 🥹🥹

nownownow hmmmm - end of ep4? angels/demons both come for them; shit's going on in the background, they've twigged this time they're Up To Something, and this time the bookshop isn't protected as it should be - get their arses hauled up to heaven. and major thing? metatron/crowley showdown - not a physical one but a...... 'oh didn't he tell you, aziraphale?'

and then yeah maybe a bit of a pinnacle moment for aziraphale of choosing crowley after whatever is revealed from the fall? because he's keeping his promise dammit and he's choosing their side, always their side

firefight out of heaven (if aziraphale falls in the process im gonna throw hands but also. mmmm whump material) and maybe then the 360 kiss? bc you're so right and i totally agree - im glad they didn't do it for s2, but i do think it was initially intended and I Need It

someone gets injured probably but they all flee down to the bookshop and start preparing for whatever is about to come - heaven and hell vs. them/humanity etc. plus the dream sequence of the bookshop will never leave my mind Ever

idk if they'd stay there tho, maybe get back out to tadfield. further heart to heart probably after the whole fall, all cards on the table, 'is there still an us'/'of course there is you old silly' thing

and whilst i don't think ep6 will be like a huge battle, seems a bit ooc, Shit Goes Down, largely gets resolved in the first half just like s1. vavoom (not that kinda vavoom) (maybe) sorted

second coming gets sorted. idk how. but it does

id love for there to actually be some kind of interaction with god? in a way? even if she just stays silent, and they basically just come to their own conclusions about What The Point Is, and she just. smiles like the mona lisa

then the rest of ep6 is just. pure south downs

you woke up with a smile. the birds were chirping and the sun was a warm hand, waking you up slowly. you stretched, drinking water. “it’s finally friday, and i have a short day today~” humming, you got dressed and left your apartment, walking 15 minutes to the cafe you worked at.

“morning anne!” you changed into your uniform, tying your apron as you started working on the orders.

your manager, anne, pulled you aside. “hey, y/n… i totally forgot to remind you but we have a new part-time worker and he’s supposed to come in and you’re supposed to show him around. can you stay after your shift today?” your smile drooped. “i will pay you for working overtime though, but i’m sorry for not telling you sooner.”

you nodded, trying to keep your smile. “of course anne, i’ll stay a while longer and teach him.” you sighed and went back to finishing orders.

“hello? i’m uh supposed to start working here today…?” a tall dark brown haired man walked up, talking to anne who points towards you. “hello. i’m minho. lee minho.” he stared a little coldly, frowning slightly. why is he mad? i’m the one who has to stay after my shift to teach him.

“hi minho, i’m y/n. we’ll start with restocking. grab that box and follow me.” you grab two bags, minho in tow as you go to the backroom. “alright. it takes a while to remember it but when we get restock orders, you’ll be the main one that puts it away. got it? here’s where the grande, tall and short cups go.” you point at a shelf and then turn to the opposite shelf. “espresso, latte, cappuccino and classic go here.” you reach for the boxes of lids at the top, too short to reach. “shit. the stool’s gone.” you mutter under your breath as you reach again, your fingertips brushing the corner of the box.

minho watches, a slight smirk dancing on his lips. “look at you. so short and small, hm?” he whispers, watching you struggle.

“excuse me?” you turn around, a scowl on your face. “well minho, since you’re so tall, go get it. if you don’t want to move, then i suggest you shut the hell up, yeah? thanks to you, i’m working longer today and this entire time you’ve been looking pissed off.” you huff in frustration, leaving to find a chair, getting the box down, and restocking the lips. “do the cups by yourself. i’m busy and everything better be put back when you’re done.”

“hey y/n! how’s it going with the newbie?” anne smiled, walking over.

you force a smile. “he’s….alright but he was a little rude to me earlier.”

“really? he was super kind and sweet when talking to me about working.” anne looked slightly confused. “well, let’s just see how things turn out yeah?”

you stare over anne’s shoulder noticing an icy stare. minho. he’s supposed to be mopping the floors except, he’s just staring at you, leaning on the counter. when you meet his eyes, he smirks.

“yeah…we’ll see.”
