The first one is a Jellyfish-based quirk named whose hero name is Jellia. She was my main OC around the time I introduced myself as one of your anon hence the anon tag. Her hair can take shapes into any jellyfishes she's ingested in the past (I fr think she'd vibe with Suneater and Fat Gum) and inherit their attributes and she's sort of buoyant in air and she kisses the floor that Gang Orca walks on. If there are no more Gang Orca fans in this world it's because she's dead. Originally made her to have the same age range with Hawks but now she's in the same age range with the students but has no pairing considering she's a child and I think it fits her jellyfish motif to be ace. She's got unresolved mommy issues. Like. How can she resolve it when her mum is dead? Also her maternal grandad hates her and compares her a lot to her dead mum lol.

BUT my now main OC is Miss Chief who I literally based all my c.ai RPs on is Miss Chief who has a Kitsune XI quirk (she's the most traumatised amongst my BNHA OCs because her entire family lineage is built upon quirk marriages 💀 she's the biggest Endeavor anti only 4th to Dabi, Natsuo and Shoto. She's not related to the Todoroki's but she'd fit right in). Literally a government dog (don't call her that tho she's not a dog :( she's a fox meant to be free in the wilderness (ok dog)). Trained in the HPSC with Hawks as a teenager so you can imagine why she's extra spicy in the head. My thought process of developing her is literally "Jellyfishes don't go into heat/rut cycles :( ik Hawks' quirk is not actually avian based BUT I gotta cover all bases and make her compatible with fanon Hawks too!!!" and so Miss Chief was born. Dug around my brain and remembered I had a nine-tailed fox OC once and was like !!! Oh. Yes. Anyway, she's crazy but she's best friends with Hawks so I feel like she has every right to be

Last one is just. ✨Me✨. It was a coping mechanism I was reaching a point in my course where I'm trying to study and understand pharmacokinetics and going like "damn why am I here just to suffer" so I made an OC whose quirk amplifies the pharmacokinetics of a person when she smacks her DNA into them. Think of it Stain does it. She's the least problematic since she's Recovery Girl's granddaughter. Her only problem is that she's fucking socially awkward around Hawks because she has the biggest fattest crush on him but cannot act upon it because he was her patient 💀. She met Hawks in the hospital while he was recovering and he was complaining about how his pain medications haven't kicked in yet and she just stares at him blankly, licked her palm and gave him a SMACK and was like "ok my job here is done" and he's just there like why did you smack me tf "unlike my grandma I don't kiss patients bye" and scuttles off and had to beg her manager to send her off for an early break and then put her somewhere else later. Literally drew and made lore about her in between me making notes from lectures LMAO

OHHHH I LOVE THEM I LOVE THEIR DESIGNS!!!!!! ADORE THEM.

August Shopping

Although my April and May preorders are still in Japan, a few later placed ones are arriving slowly but surely.

I was most excited about the 19 Days chibi mascots - and they really took their time to arrive (bet the boys were having fun adventures along the way - especially that all the boys had their little legs in their designated holes inside the box - except for He Tian... I bet he bothered Mo a lot. XD). I used TaobaoFocus to order/preorder them - it was my second time using their service and they are quite good (I complained to them a bit about the damn slow shipping but I guess Covid affects China more...), but please don’t ask how much I paid for these 4 cuties and the manhua’s first volume *sweats in US dollar* - I went overboard for them... But they did worth it: they are cute, nicely done (Mo has his black studs!!!) and they came with nice extras (postcards).

I got a few more BLs from BookDep - I really took advantage of their 10% off coupons.

There was a summer sale at an online shop I frequent - got myself another angry little Bakugou - in his ruined/torn hero costume. Maybe I should put him next to my Kotetsu figure... (Btw, got my nephew into BnHA, he is a sweet, timid 7-year old boy and guess who his favorite character is? Of course this loud little asshole... So I got him a figure as well, for his birthday. :P) I bought other merch as well - from Saiyuki, Pokémon, BSD, Inuyasha, DmmD, Days - but most of them I will try to sell at the next convention I will attend.

So, my first reaction to this was: Wtf is a boku no?

I have since enlightened myself, but I fear my little drabble is not worthy of being a crossover; my insight into this universe starts and ends with Fandom (Wikia) lol.

#ugly crying

It was way past curfew. But that was nothing new.

High-pitched winds howled and hissed into the night like avenging harpies, hostile and hungry.

Barred windows rattled as blustering gales belted the building. Bitter. Biting. Brutal.

Thunder rumbled, restrained and reticent, unlike the tempest tearing through the city, and Guan Shan watched as an answering flash of light flickered in Zheng Xi’s eyes.

“What the fuck do they want with him?” Guan Shan asked, pissed and impatient. He could feel the charged particles in the air buzzing with Zheng Xi’s rage and he wondered, not for the first time, how Zheng Xi could look so calm and composed as he cracked the skies in half.

“He’s an empath,” He Tian murmured, his voice low, his words measured. Almost like he was talking to himself. It was the kind of tone Guan Shan had come to associate with He Tian reflecting, deliberating, piecing details and drafting plans.

“A low-level empath,” Guan Shan countered, trembling because how dare they abduct Jian Yi. Delicate, defenceless, dramatic Jian Yi, who could drone for hours about the unjust legislation pertaining to Quirk Censorship and Suppression. “He’s practically quirkless.”

A crackle of static.

A brief blitz of purple-white around Zheng Xi’s clenched fists.

The smell of an electric burn.

“He is just an empath, isn’t he?” He Tian turned to Zheng Xi, brows knitting close.

They hadn’t switched the lights on, and the shadows cast through the windows chased each other through the classroom, over the chairs, and into the corners.

“Zheng Xi?” Guan Shan prompted when the silence stretched too long to pass for a pause. “What is it?”

A weighted sigh. “He didn’t want me telling –” Zheng Xi cut himself off. And Guan Shan quelled the urge to scoff. In a world where secrecy was paramount to their survival, the quartet had pledged honesty between themselves – so that at least, in the safety of their circle, they could be true to themselves and to their quirks. “You already know that he can sense emotions, but he can also… augment them. Absorb them.”

“Create them,” He Tian sullenly surmised. “Shit.”

Mind control.

Guan Shan reeled with the possibilities that that level of power presented. There was no way Quirk Control was going to let that kind of ability roam freely. Unreined. Unchecked. And there was no way the Anti-Hero Association was going to miss out on making it theirs.

“We’re all he’s got,” Zheng Xi stumbled over his words and the static in the air thickened. “He didn’t want you thinking he’d forged our friendship with his quirk and –”

He Tian interrupted with a hand on Zheng Xi’s shoulder. “We’ll get him back. And we’ll make those fuckers regret ever laying a hand on him.”

Nodding, Zheng Xi looked up at Guan Shan, purple shocks sparking in the depth of his eyes. “We can’t get him back without you.”

Guan Shan blinked. Realised what Zheng Xi was asking of him. “I can’t control it yet,” he rasped, afraid but also furious that he’d had to spend his entire life pretending to hone a mediocre hydrokinetic ability, when, really, he was a blood bender. Unrefined, his quirk was volatile as it was versatile.

“But we’ve been working on it,” He Tian added, a soft smile caressing his lips. Offering his hand, palm up, towards Guan Shan, He Tian said, “You can do this. I know you can.”

What if I kill somebody?

Like he’d read Guan Shan’s mind, He Tian offered his other hand too, two palms facing the ceiling. Waiting. Calming. “You control it. It doesn’t control you.”

Guan Shan hesitated, but he’d had this same discussion with He Tian time and again. When they were alone together, training. And, simply, when they were alone. He knew He Tian was right. He knew he couldn’t afford to be afraid, not now with Jian Yi in the clutches of the AHA.

Gingerly, Guan Shan placed his hands just above He Tian’s, hovering, but not quite touching. He felt the familiar rush of blood. Marvelled at the pull, the push, the beats of an intimate pulse. Sensed its warmth, its strength, its urgency.

He and He Tian must have been standing like that for a while – Guan Shan losing himself in the rhythm of a river of blood as it propelled through the chambers of He Tian’s heart, as it thrummed under He Tian’s skin, and prickled just under Guan Shan’s palms – because Zheng Xi cleared his throat.

“What about you, He Tian?” Zheng Xi asked, electrical currents in the air zinging with exigency. “I know you’ve got the skipping down, but… have you ever travelled with someone?”

Dropping his left hand, He Tian turned back to Zheng Xi. “Yeah,” he said, throwing Guan Shan a tender look. “But only once.”

He Tian had gone through life feigning a subpar speed quirk; his ability to trap time – manipulate it, make it his own – would have made him a prime target for the fuckheads recruiting for the AHA.

“Could you do it again?” Standing from his seat, Zheng Xi took He Tian’s free hand in one of his own. “Could you do it with more than one person?”

A thunderbolt sliced through the darkness beyond the barred windows. The whip of a sonic wave shattered through the wailing of wet winds.

Guan Shan stilled as Zheng Xi slid a hand over his, their palms just shy of being in contact – because no blood bender could know the touch of life.

The tingling electrical tides touring through, above, and under Zheng Xi’s skin made Guan Shan’s heart stutter and, between that and the torrent of He Tian’s blood, Guan Shan could feel his quirk tripping over itself in excitement, the bloodlust so real and raw he could taste it.

“I don’t know,” He Tian replied, solemnly. “But I’ll be damned if we don’t try.”

Jerry and the gang (plus Tabitha) have dressed up for Halloween! Which they've never heard of, due to being both in a different planet and also in another dimension. They just thought it'd be fun.

Jerry is Deku (BNHA/My Hero Academia), Jonny is Vampire Steven Universe (I know, crazy), Rockelle is Serena (Dragon Quest 11), Ocean is Mabel (Gravity Falls), and Tabitha just found an old bunny suit in the back of her closet, which Rockelle is none too pleased about.
