Dp x Dc fic idea
Part 2
So I've been re-watching Yu Yu Hakusho lately and was struck with an idea. What if there was a tradition in the Infinite Realms that the Ghost King would conduct a multiverse level fighting tournament? It probably started as control measure of some sort or stress relief for extremely powerful beings and the Ghost King is the only one who's true neutral enough to judge and powerful enough to kick their asses if they misbehave.
And the final prize is that the Ghost King would grant you a wish? As well as one time access to Zeroth Hour? And that's a reward no one can resist.
I'm imagining a scenario where Darksied or something was gearing up to once again invade Earth, and the JL and affiliated all prepared to defend the planet but before the attack could be launched, a green blob appeared right in front of Darkseid and somehow it actually makes the tyrant flinch. That made everyone pay attention. And then the blob announces the beginning of the tournament and Darkseid promptly packs up and leaves, leaving the heroes dumbfounded.
So something like this:
The air was rife with tension. All eyes were on Metropolis, at the gaping maw of the portal opening right above the city. The forces of Apokolips were once again invading. Darkseid had declared war.
Earth's heroes stood grim, ready to give their lives in defence of the planet. Their gazes were fixed on Darkseid, standing in front of his army, surveying his opponents. His general stood behind him, primed for combat.
Abruptly the pressure doubled, and the heroes tensed, readying for battle.
Darkseid raised his left hand, to light the spark of war. But before he could bring it down, the space between the two factions, right there in the middle, twisted.
And from the distortion, a titanic, green, humanoid...blob appeared.
The heroes stared. The New Gods stared. The creature did not stare, as it had no eyes, nor did it care.
It then spoke, with a solid, booming voice completely incongruous with its make.
"Uxas of Apokolips!"
The heroes watched in bafflement as their greatest foe jolted.
"The Infinite Realms hereby declares the beginning of the Grand Tourney. You are cordially invited to participate on behalf of Apokolips."
Among the Earth forces, one John Constantine felt dread overcome his body as he realized what exactly was happening. Shit, was it that time of the millennium already?
Captain Marvel seemed to be on the same vein of thought as the Wisdom of Solomon as well as the knowledge of his predecessors filled him in on what was going on.
The Dark members in the know had similar reactions. All across the planet, and in the dimension, magical entities who had tuned into watch the fatal confrontation, felt excitement racing through them as they realized what this meant. Other beings? Not so much.
Batman was cataloguing these strange turn of events carefully. Superman was puzzled but still held himself ready. Green Lantern was trying to figure out why exactly his ring was behaving strangely and giving out sparks. Martian Manhunter was analyzing the curious psionic readings he was getting from the creature.
Wonder Woman and Aquaman however had the dawning expression of recognition on their faces, which did not go unnoticed by their Gothamite colleague.
Surprisingly the Flash was looking at the creature as if it wasn't the first time he saw it. That too was noted by the Dark Knight.
On the Apokolips side however, there were no signs of puzzlement. Instead it looked like excitement was spreading like wildfire through the army, and even Darkseid looked eager.
The creature took note of none of these developments and continued.
"The first event is the Great Hunt. As an invited participant, a hint would be provided to you should you accept".
It bent its great, gelatinous head towards the Apokoliptian ruler.
"Do you accept, Uxas of Apokolips?"
In response, Darkseid stepped forward. "I accept."
And in a flash, before the New God appeared a pitch black card, and the creature announced, "Uxas, Ruler of Apokolips, Participant Number R813."
It straightened to its full height. "Your first hint is on Apokolips, young ruler."
And the next second it was gone, with the same exact warping of space it had come from.
The two factions were left alone, sans eldritch green goop.
Most of the heroes had one thought: What the fuck just happened and did the green goop thing call Darkseid young?"
Darkseid did not waste anytime however. He turned to his army and ordered, "Retreat!"
And just like that the great army filtered back through the portal they had come from, and the mortals heroes of Earth watched, perplexed. They still held themselves at the ready, in case this was all a ploy of some sort, and half of them believed it was. After all, what could make an obsessive tyrant like Darkseid turn back?
A good portion of the heroes were trying to figure out what the Grand Tourney the creature had mentioned was.
And those in the know? Well they knew chaos was incoming.
The portal closed and just like that, Earth lived to see another day. Via interruption by magical goop.
..............................................................................................................................
And there you have it! Personally I think a scenario like this is hilarious. Imagine you're on the battlefield, facing a gargantuan, godly army, readying yourself for a battle that could kill you. And then the battle was cancelled cause your opponent had somewhere urgent to be.
I don't have a clear cut idea on what Zeroth Hour is beyond it being a great timey-wimey, wibbly-wobbly thing, so any ideas are welcome.
The Tourney only happens once every 100,000 years, and it takes place across the omniverse, on different terrains, different timelines, different dimensions and so on. The card that Darkseid got acts as an access key to tournament sites he doesn't normally have access to. The card also monitors participants and is programmed to hell and back to not allow the participants to misuse it. There are dire consequences if you do.
There are 14 stages in total, and the final, combat stage is conducted in a ever evolving, ever changing battle ground on the edges of the Ghost Zone.
Faerie here is not the Fair Lands in DC, and does not follow the dc fictional mythology.
Infinite Beings do not take part in the Tourney.
The last victor was a half dragon, half god prince from Dimension 976123065. He asked for the opportunity to court Princess Dorothea. It was a reality show moment for the Ghost Zone.
Also some extra details:
The JL would of course come to know what the Grand Tourney is, and then realize that if Darkseid won, he would get the anti-life equation that way. And before they could panic their mind would be blown by the fact that apparently, Darkseid is not likely to win at all, cos there are bigger players in the game.
Constantine would be forced to admit that even if you don't get an invitation, you can still participate if you register. Though you won't get the opening hint or any other boosts until Stage 5. He can't understand why anyone would want to considering that those who do get invitations are on the level of Darkseid and higher.
Batman would insist they check it out.
Constantine would say that he has no idea where the registration office is.
Captain Marvel would chime in that the office was most likely in the Faerie.
Constantine would then insist that they have no business messing around in the Faerie. JL Dark would nod vehemently in agreement.
Batman insists they at least watch the tournament. Constantine gets conned into organizing a watch party.

*Sigh*
Y'know how people are genuinely MAD about Damian killing Dick in Injustice? The people who HATE Damian for doing that in ONE universe? I mean sure it is a video game, a comic, and a movie but still.
Well... guess who killed Jason, Tim, Bruce, AND enslaved the entire planet in DC vs Vampires. DICK GRAYSON!!! (srry for the spoilers)
Where are all of the people who are mad about that?
Tumblr media
Poor Timmy...
Tumblr media
I mean...look at that!
Tumblr media
Ok technically that was Ollie who shot Jason but it was Dick who wanted to turn him into a vampire but it was also Diana who bit him...(confusing)
OH! And he turned Damian into a vampire!
Tumblr media
AND broke Cass's arm!
Tumblr media
That entire issue was hard to read and I was almost crying at the end so LET ME RANT!!!
(DC vs Vampires #6)
OH! And you who guys are mad at Damian? Look at this!
(DCeased: War of the Undead gods #8)
Tumblr media
For context, Damian sacrificed his life to destroy the biggest bad in the universe, and even impressed Darksied!
Tumblr media
"The child" Is Damian.
Read it, it is a great run.

Can we get a ranking of speedsters most to least likely to kill
This thing is gonna be an upside down pyramid. Jesus, okay.
Tier 1 (Have killed, will kill)
Jay, Max, Dawn, Don
Tier 2 (Have killed, will kill again but is more prone to torture when angry and/or threatened)
Barry, Bart, Wally
Tier 3 (Hasn't killed but will if needed)
Avery, Ace, Jesse, Jenni
Tier 4 (Actual child)
Irey, Jai, Wade
My explanation for this? Simple. Tier 1 is all people who have actively fought in wars. Jay fought Nazis, he killed people in WW2. That's just what happened. He doesn't feel bad about it. Jay avoids killing people now because he isn't at war currently, but he will kill and has killed if he absolutely has to.
Max has also fought in wars and he has had a long and storied past throughout history. The man has seen and done things. Not all of them good. But yeah, Max has killed. Will he kill again? Unlikely. Unless someone is threatening his daughter or Bart, in which case, yes, it's very likely.
Dawn and Don also fought in a war and killed entire platoons of Dominators. They're unlikely to kill again because they're dead. But if they weren't dead? I'm pretty sure they'd still be fine with killing people in wartime situations.
Tier 2 is a little bit more complicated. Barry, Wally and Bart have all killed people. It's a last resort for them but it's still always an option. If they have to kill the bad guy to save the civilian then they'll kill the bad guy no questions asked. Some people have to die for the time stream to function correctly? Sure. Okay. Especially bigger bads like Darksied. They had absolutely no problem killing Darksied. Oh, and you better watch out if you threaten their loved ones because the people they love are worth dying and killing for.
They don't like it. They really don't like it. But they'll do it.
(Honestly though? Bart is unnerving unfazed by it)
Tier 3. So... This may come as a surprise but I actually haven't read all the LoSH comics? So while I'm fairly certain Jenni hasn't killed anyone, I can't say that 100%. Either way, she'd be down for it if it was the only option.
Avery would 100% be down for murder. So would Ace. That's the Iris West influence right there. Those two kids are not afraid to get their hands dirty and, while I'm fairly certain they haven't yet, I have no doubt that they will. These two just inherited Iris' moral code and she's totally fine with homicide.
Jesse surprises me because she's gotta have killed someone. I'm wracking my brain and nothing comes to mind but I don't buy that for a second. She's just got that homicidal energy, you know? She's 100% done it and will again, I just can't remember when it was.
Tier 4 is the children. Now... to be clear. I'm not saying that they haven't killed anyone because they are children. No, I'm actually fairly positive they have killed a significant amount of people. I'm saying that they are children and therefore do not understand the concept of death. They don't really understand that they've killed people and I don't really think they are any more or less likely to kill again. Until they understand it they are just destructive forces of nature. No malice or intent. Just sheer raw power.

a rant/series of ideas
So I've posted these on SB before but to put it simply, the phandom is stagnant. The same ideas are repeated over and over again mixed up but too similar to tell apart. Over on ao3s dp crossover section I've noticed a ton of these stories are created after the author reads a prompt here so I figured I'd gather the posts I've made on SB and post them here in hopes those authors can see them. I'm just copy/pasting these so they will look weird as they were originally posted on SB and I can't be bothered to edit them.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So yall know how d.c. crossovers are really common. Well I just had a small idea to add to the list of why heroes don't usually kill, batman especially. Obsessions can help make ghosts and few people are more obsessed than villains, the heroes know this and don't want to risk powering up their rogue gallery more, especially since hell is real and as we saw with deathstroke/slade it's easy to make deals and return. Just another angle to add for those crossovers. Last thing anyone wants is a ghost/demon empowered joker running around.
We have tons of danny phantom dc crossovers but not a single one has Cujo join the super pets for adventures. This is a crime that should be rectified immediately. Best pup should be allowed to play with Ace and Krypto and fight animal crimes.
What aren't there any stories where danny is in the marvels zombies storyline, or dceased, or blackest night, or even the new dc vs vampires storyline.
Why are almost all horror stories about him being tortured when there are perfectly good zombie apocalypses he can fight in. I'd love to see danny wield a black lantern ring and be in total control because he's already dead and as such doesn't need to eat hearts to gain power.
I'd love to see danny get bite by a vampire only for them to taste what's basically deadmans blood. We need less secret sibling, torture filled, betrayal fics and more danny pulling a doomslayer and fighting trigons armies when he invades.
Pariah Dark pulling amity into the gz would have gotten international attention just like cannon. Something that's brought up but never really explored are meta humans rights clashing with the anti ecto laws, I'd love to see the various magic users testifying in congress, debunking the fentons beliefs that ghosts aren't people and as such deserve the same rights as everyone else.
Also I'd love to see walker put in control of arkham, blackgate, or Belle reve. He'd have those places on lockdown, and the thought of the joker trying to escape only for walker to toss him back in his cell is hilarious to me.
All these DC crossovers but not one shows an alternate danny in the justice lords, injustice, or crime syndicate version of the league.
I'm tired of rereading the same stuff, let me read about an evil crime boss danny or one who rules over the GZ like how the justice lords rule earth, or one that sides with superman after metropolis gets nuked. So many alternate worlds, timelines, and dimensions to choose from and they always pick the same ones.
Forget JLU, YJ, or TT let me see danny in the justice league dark apocalypse war movie as a trigon possed Dan Phantom and have him fight Darksied
The infinite realms is so underutilized in the dc crossovers, and just the phandom in general.
You have an entire dimension that can take you any when and anywhere you want/don't want and you don't use it to let superman meet his parents before krypton blows up, or any other orphan superhero for that matter.
Hell you don't have to save his family, you can set up a stable time loop where this meeting is what convinced them to send him to earth rather then any of kryptons dying colonies.
Have Pandora meet wonder women, I don't think I've seen anything more then a passing reference about her in any dc stories to date. The 4 armed ghost of a Greek Goddess would absolutely be something the Amazon's would want to meet.
I'd love to see more stories exploring the factions in the gz like make up a rivalry between the far frozen and Atlantis before the yetis died out and less stories about Lazarus pits being ectoplasm, and Danny bring the lover/secret brother to the entire bat clan.
Give me poison ivy possed by Undergrowth or the joker being terrorized by the box ghost because joker gas doesn't work on the dead. Hell weather wizard/ any other weather villain teaming up with vortex would be fun. Or have technus hijack brainiac/amazo, now that be a good threat.
Let's see Danny put on the helmet of fate and fight klarion because he's not at the same level as the cosmic forces of order and chaos rather then the gz being some super dimension that John "I sold my soul to 30 devils, 10 gods, an angel and a fae" Constantine is too scared to touch. Pariah was powerful, but he ain't Darkseid, Trigon, Child, or Nekron powerful.
Let's see more, superheroes deal with ghostly shit rather then Danny runs away/moves to Gotham for the 30th time. Like lets say the flash has to deal with Kitty and Johnny joy riding in Central city but he can't touch them or freakshow stops in Gotham and kidnaps Jason since the phandom is obsessed with making him a halfa or halfa adjacent. So much potential and none of it explored!
So, yall know how the phandom likes to make ectoplasm an emotional conduit. Where ghosts either can feel / feed on emotions and ectoplasm can have emitions without being a ghost, usually when talking about the pit rage Jason has in the DC stories. Well, let's roll with that and add the Emotional Entities that the lantern corps use.
If ghosts feed on emotions then the lanterns are basically walking snacks, if they sense emotions then the lanterns are walking flash bangs, and if ectoplasm can have emotions then let's have some ghosts get lantern rings simply because they are emotions given physical forms.
Also, yall know how the Danny defeats pariah and becomes king stories are a whole thing, why doesn't that apply to Dan?
Rant/prompt ideas done for now but I have so many more. Let's bring some life back to this half dead phandom.
Got some more questions
1: I know you said Lois and dick definitely would say no to tattoos but what about those stick on tattoos that disappears after a couple of days or goes away when underneath water?
2: let’s say you were writing a manga/comic series about the duo, how would the series end? Happy ending, bittersweet?
3: besides comic books, do they read other types of books?, like goosebumps, diary of a wimpy kid, maybe captain underpants, etc…
4: does the duo create an in-universe comic about them and share it to the world?
5: is the comic series, war of the Superman/new krypton canon to your universe? Like Chris getting aged up and down, thara sacrifices herself to stop a red sun, etc…
1. Now those tattoos are acceptable. Here’s where also Dick and Lois differ in their approaches; Dick will allow Jake those tattoos along as the image is relatively appropriate for the public as he doesn’t want his boy to get into trouble with his school teachers and staff. Lois meanwhile is fairly lenient with whatever of those tattoos Chris wears since she can admit to having less “appropriate” ones she wore herself back in the day.
2. A happy enough sort of ending that implies future adventures to come for the two, whether it be a mere few in universe days later or probably picking up their story years later with them grown up. They remain friends and allies no matter what, any character development arcs and directions being fulfilled through the story having merit for both future expansion and as reference for any sort of sequel series. I can see also any of the more sympathetic or at least compelling antagonists the two faced in this series having been changed by their various encounters with our heroes, leading to them returning in a sequel series, possibly as allies, either genuine or of convenience.
3. Oh for sure when they were younger, Captain Underpants was one of their go to book series. As they grew older, the Duo diversified their reading levels and portfolios though in differing directions. For example, Chris found himself draw to nonfiction almanacs, factbooks and other encyclopedias about various subjects he’s into ranging from the modern history of countries around the world to the eras of prehistoric life. By contrast, Jake looks up old classic fictional literature that are usually considered ‘grown up’ for his age but nonetheless he can enjoy. As of this writing, he’s currently midway through Charles Dickens’ ‘Oliver Twist’ after just finished with Ouida’s ‘A Dog of Flanders’
4. I can see them giving that a try given Jake being inspired by the aforementioned literary classics and Chris also having some impressive art skills of his own despite a lack of true training. They’d mostly based the stories they draw based on their own daily lives, both in and out of the costume, even basing some characters especially super villains based on their cranky, kill joy school teachers. They just pray to God, Rao and X’hal that those villains don’t become a reality because otherwise, it’ll just be plain freaky and scary
5. Only tiny elements from that arc are adapted into this canon continuity, mainly the existence of New Krypton and Thara Ak Var being present albeit being a preteen more or less about Chris’ age. Aside from Chris and Thara being younger and attending school together, the main divergence comes from the fact both New Krypton and Earth in general have more stable and warm relations between their peoples and ruling classes. It’s just Kryptonians rather prefer keeping to themselves from most Earth affairs unless it’s a crisis that affect both worlds, i.e. invasions from the likes of the Gordanians, Yellow Lanterns or even most likely Darksied and his army of Apokoliptan New Gods
(Phew) Took a while to get to these but It’s sure worth it my friend @gothicghost2000
Ok, so a friend of mine finally got his lazy ass into seeing RWBY... somehow, someway... it ended with both of us arguing about what game series would it croosover better, I had argued Overwatch, but the bastard had the nerve to say Valorant or Apex legends (disgusting I know)...
Because I mean come on... the AU essencially make itself...
Overwatch itself would have been an effort to make hunters more indenpendant, but for several factors (some of wich would have had Salems Pale, Lanky hands all over) would have been forced to disband.....
Talon would still be a thing, but their influence would be a lot less then what it would have been in the normal overwatch lore (hey, you try to climb the steps to world wide Infamy, when to Imortal wizards/witch are in a millenium long cold war with each other), however this dosent make them any less dangerous...
Ren and Nora would have been adopted into the Yamada clan, but after Genji "Death" I can see them leaving the clan and go to bacon to start over...
I like to think that Mercy would end up being a sort of Mother figure for Weiss and her brother (can't think of a reason as to why and how she would have ended up in that role)...
Reinhard would turn out to be Noras long distant Uncle...
Ruby and Tracer would have been childhood friends that would allways race to see who was the fastest (their tied as of now)
Pyrrah and Pharah would have gone to sactum togeter and have a sort of rival/frenamies thing going on....
Blake.... not so sure what she would do (and nether for Yang now that I think about it)
But for some strange reason I cant help but have the funny mental Image of both Jaune and Ashe somehow knowing each other before he got into bacon (specifeclly her being his ex) and their dinamic would be aking to that of old silver age batman and catwoman bit, where Jaune wants to put this crazy (yet really Hot) outlaw behind Bars and help her "walk" back into the right path, meanwhile Ashe would be anoyed yet amuised by Jaune constant interferance of her plans, that she cant help but want and turn that boy scout knight into the "darksied" and have him become her partner in crime... and poor Pyrrah is force to deal with the sexual tension that those two have for eatch other every time Jaune trys to stop her plans (safe to say Pyrrah hate Ashe guts with a passion... especially with all the risky cloth that she... just so happens to wear when Jaune is around)
So, Yeah what do you guys think, am I right that a RWBY X Overwatch AU would be good or is... ugh... Valorant a better option...
How do you feel about the DCAMU movies? Especially the TeenTitans movies?
The DCAMU is mostly middling to mediocre, with a few standout exceptions that are either decent (Batman vs. Robin, Batman: Bad Blood, Teen Titans: Judas Contract) or terrible (Justice League Dark: Apokolips War).
I've heard that the Death Of Superman films were good but I haven't watched them, mostly because they already did that storyline with Superman: Doomsday way back when and that was a perfectly fine adaptation/film that really didn't need a redo.
Honestly the stuff that's not in-continuity with the DCAMU that they were working on as side projects around the same time is loads better.
For the Teen Titan movies specifically, Justice League vs. Teen Titans was... not good. Damian's character was regressed in order to re-learn lessons he'd already had beaten into him from previous bat-films, the ensemble team was underutilized because Damian hogged the spotlight, the Justice League bits were awkwardly shoved in and also terrible (hello gag-inducing SupesWondy romance!) and just overall it was not a good "first introduction" to the DCAMU's version of the Titans. (You don't waste your Biggest Bad on the intro episode, the continuity made this mistake with Darksied too.)
Judas Contract pleasantly surprised me, it wasn't outstanding by any means but it did a solid enough adaptation of the NTT comic story with the different line-up they had and offered me boatloads of delicious DickKory that I of course thoroughly enjoyed.
I'm still really pissed that we didn't get the third movie where Nightwing was going to 1v1 his way through Starfire's suitors and a gauntlet of challenges in order to marry her.
Did the DCAU movies do a better job in portraying Starfire than the Teen Titans cartoon?
Yes. At least before she got ripped in half in Darksied war.
For tropes, what about enemies to lovers?
I honestly have trouble with this one. IDK why, it's not like I'm against it or anything, it just doesn't grab my interest.
If I did give it a shot though, I do have a soft spot for Tim/Damian, especially "reverse Robins" style.
Oh! Except now that I think about it, I do have a half-fleshed-out idea for one of these stories floating around, sort've. It's just that the enemies bit is mostly backstory and the lover's portion is a very minor part of the plot.
See, I've got this Fire Emblem inspired Young Justice AU where the kingdoms of Krypton, Gotham and the Blessed Isles (an Amazon/Atlantis/Gemworld alliance) are locked in a three-way conflict and have been for decades. Tim, Kon and Cassie are younger military commandders in their respective country's forces, with other YJ members divided among them as support (Bart & Naomi are with Kon, Jenni & Kelli help Tim, and Cissie & Amy back up Cassie).
TL;DR, they're initially enemies on the battlefield, but learn (with the help of interdimensional new friends Greta, Anita and Slobo) that their nations have actually been manipulated into war by Darksied as the first step of his interdimensional invasion strategy, so they make peace among themselves and form a new rebel alliance to stop him/convince their respective mentors to call off the wars and unite against the true threat. And somewhere along the way the three commanders accidentally arrange their own three-way political marriage.
So yeah, that's the closest I've got to enemies to lovers, lol.
Woe!! Some of my favorite Billy quotes be upon ye!! This kid knows what he's about, knows he's clever, and is soooo proud of being Captain Marvel! He doesn't care who you are, god, or monster, or mortal, or childhood hero, he'll tell it to you like it is! I freakin' adore him.
Tumblr media
“Yes Sivana, you won. The only way you could, by creating a day that never was. But that day’s over now. You got your big chance. Because in all of time and space, there’s only one day where you win. On every other day, gentlemen? You lose, just like the last time.”
- Captain Marvel (The Multiversity: Thunderworld Adventures, 2015)
Tumblr media
"My whole life, I've looked up to the League. You were my heroes. Every one of you. And you… you were more than a hero. I idolized you. I wanted to be you. Whenever I was out there facing down the bad guys, I'd think, "What would Superman do?" Now I know. I believe in fair play. I believe in taking people at their word and giving them the benefit of the doubt. Back home, I've come up against my share of pretty nasty bad guys, but I never had to act the way they did to win a fight. I always found another way. I… I guess I'm saying I-I like being a hero, a symbol, and that's why I'm… quitting the Justice League. You don't act like heroes anymore."
- Captain Marvel (Justice League Unlimited "Clash", 2005)
Tumblr media
“Gods and Men. It’s Tools and Builders, inspiration, and action, and these tools the wizard only trusts to me. Or did you miss the trailer? It’s earth’s mightiest mortal, dude. You wanted my power, loser? Thought you were worthy of this? You never had a chance. Good luck even touching the hem of my cape."
- Billy Batson (Darksied War: Shazam, 2016)
Tumblr media
"Stop invading my mind! I don't care who you are, it's wrong! I become The Captain to serve people in need, not you. So here's how it's going to be-- either I control my own super-self, or I quit and you'll have no representative on earth. Zero."
- Billy Batson (Shazam 2023)
Wait, Barry killed someone? Barry killed Eobard? I thought the Flashes avoided killing people!
You'd think that but no. They actually kill people fairly frequently.
It's definitely not their first option and they don't like doing it, but they aren't the type of heroes who are all 'my one rule is that I will never kill. Killing is the worst thing imaginable and I will never cross that line' ect ect.
The reason why it's so uncommon for them to kill is because of their speed. They don't have to resort to that because they're fast enough to stop villains in other ways. They also won't kill a person unless someone else's life is at stake. Like a trolley problem with an innocent bystander's life on one side and the villain's on the other side.
But yeah, I mean Wally and Barry killed Darksied one time. Barry killed Eobard. Jay fought in World War Two and killed Nazis. Bart's been involved in a lot of 'this death is necessary' time travel stuff. One time Barry killed death itself. Barry once turned Dr. Alchemy into a statue with no way of turning him back.
I would say that Wally is the one most adverse to killing but that's only relative to the rest of his family. Cause Wally will still yeet Eobard into space hoping it'll kill him. Wally was time traveling one time and he saw Hitler and the speed at which he started trying to convince everyone that murder was okay was truly beautiful.
Anyway, yeah, they're all down for murder tbh
It might be the higher echelon of the clones making robots and putting them into the Giant ships of course we could be wrong and I'm trying to say the dark side is where they put the big huge 20x20 pyramid of limestone that they harden and it's floating around and the dark side of the planets and it's in destiny 2 destiny One video games those intend on putting on chips and they put their attach them and they slowly infield the joints in space with water and it solidifies and heals rapidly to the already solid Stone this is why I think they say darkseid in Star wars
It's not me they're talking about they're talking about the dark side and it is intriguing to us that they're running around saying it out loud all day and all night and this is what it is and we found these things out there and we don't want them out there because they're sitting there monitoring them and it's one way they're trying to take over the universe and more and these clones are way ahead of all of you and we have to start attacking them and we can't wait anymore
So...Justice League Dark: Apokolips War, I have a couple of thoughts.
1) Well that movie had some fairly horrifying imagery that I won’t be able to unsee anytime soon. I get that it is suppose to be dark and serious and brutal and stuff, but there was honestly more gore in this film than there needed to be. Even in an R-rated movie, I really didn’t need to see some of my favorite heroes -INCLUDING THE TEENAGERS & CAPTAIN MARVEL- horrifically torn apart and/or mutilated. Not proselytizing or anything, some if just kinda made me feel icky.
2) We knew from clips & trailers that Nightwing would be killed but Damian bringing him back via Lazarus Pit was an interesting surprise that I wish they did more with. I was waiting for it to be brought up again when Raven was fighting Robo!Starfire or Damian was righting Mobius!Batman but it never did. Still, kind sweet that Damian tried to bring him back but also kinda creepy because of the results. Sometimes dead is better.
3) I called Constantine unleashing Trigon to fight Darkseid, but Trigon-possessed-Supes was a real treat...but I’m still a little salty we didn’t get to see Trigon-possessed-Johnny.
4) Speaking of John Constantine, his arc is by far the fullest and most interesting (to me, at least), once again proving that DC Writes REALLY WANT TO WRITE CONSTANTINE and are completely willing to stick him in stories he perhaps shouldn’t be in just so they can. I predict that The DC Rebirth Animated Universe (DCRAU(?)) will have plenty of Constantine Content. It is actually kinda funny how he went from being kind of a cult character to being in seemingly EVERYTHING.
5) King Shark/John Constantine... That is the weirdest The Shape of Water fanfiction I’ve ever seen. It’s not that I don’t believe John wouldn’t bang a giant, man-eating shark dude -It is John Constantine after all, the man who never met a bad idea he didn’t have masochistic hard on for-  but I am unsure of how. It almost got me to the point of googling shark reproduction but not yet.
6) I am still a little disappointed we didn’t see more of John scheming though. I assume the reason Batman wanted Constantine to be the back up plan is because he believe John is the only one who could outwit him...which is probably true but I still wish we saw more.
7) For some reason I always thought that Etrigan HAD to rhyme, but I guess he just chooses to do it! Still, he was funny and I liked his fight with Robo!Wonder Woman.
8) Not a fan of clean-shaven Constantine...Superman with a beard, however, is a daddy.
9) Where was Deadman? All the other characters for Justice League Dark were in the film and I assume he’d be kinda useful.
10) Raven & Robin’s relationship was kinda cute, I’ve never paid much attention to it before but it didn’t spoil anything for me. I did like seeing her in white again (I grew up with the Teen Titans cartoon, so it was a blast from the past for me) and her relationship with Trigon was interesting; the line about even bad parents caring about their kids (which I don’t necessarily agree with) said a lot while saying very little.
11) Lady Shiva was underused, I wish we saw more of her.
