but i forgot T_T BASICALLY you know the do re mi fa so la ti do? that is called a scale and the syllables you say in that scale are called so-fa syllables. now. the tonic is the home key or the first note in a scale. in our example that is 'do'. if i started with re, (re mi fa so la ti do re) then the tonic would be re.

here it is on a piano. the letters below it is its key degree equivalent, basically do=c, re=d, etc. now so that i have a visual, do going to re is considered a whole step because of the black key between them. re to mi is also a whole step because of the black key between them. but mi and fa is a half step because they dont have a black key between them.

oh god okay this is gonna be long im sososo sorry. also most of it is points i got from the youtuber leapalot that i agree with

most of why i dont like clint comes down 2 his weird obsession with emily …

- clint stays at the saloon until 12:00 on most days. i dont think its bc hes an alcoholic like pam but i think its bc hes watching emily the whole time (emily works at the saloon until 12:30)

- at the festival of ice hes making a snowman and says “emily started helping me without any provocation … does that mean something? *gulp*” then emily says something like “wow this snowman needs a serious makeover … who made this?” which is just really funny 2 me

- during clints 3 heart event he says: “im a nice guy if you get 2 know me i swear!” ok classic incel line … after you give him advice on how 2 treat women he tries and fails 2 ask out emily and says “sigh im doomed” … youre DOOMED bc you cant ask out emily ??? this might be a reach but i dont think he should put his whole future happiness in the hands of 1 person

- clints 6 heart event: HES WATCHING EMILY FROM THE BUSHES. COOL WOW. hes waiting 4 emily 2 stop talking 2 caroline, but you convince him 2 go ask her out by threatening 2 stop upgrading your tools, so he does ask her out (but she obviously still thinks of him as a friend)

- at 8+ hearts with emily, she can say “i think clints mad at me, he doesnt look at me anymore … i always thought we were friends” so he just ignores her when he realizes she will never like him romantically ??? jesus christ dude

heres some stuff that doesnt have 2 do with emily:

- hes just generally gloomy and not fun 2 talk 2. like im sorry your family made you eb a blacksmith but its not really fun hearing you constantly complain abt how boring your life is

- at ginger island he can say “oh no … i forgot 2 clip my toenails” wow gross thanks clint

- at the dance of the moonlight jellies he says something like “i wore my special shoes tonight and no body noticed” nobody cares about your special shoes clint we’re all here 2 see the beautiful natural event that happens once a year sorry and also you dont talk 2 any body and have no friends besides emily and the farmer so who would notice anyway

- um ok so something that is kinda creepy is if you buy the telephone and call clint 2 ask when hes open something he can say is “hello? oh … *player name* … your voice sounds really nice over the phone …” then after telling you when he closes he SLAMS down the phone, probably embarrassed over what he said

- (THIS NEXT THING ONLY HAPPENS IF YOURE A GIRL FARMER BTW) so if you invite him 2 the movie theatre, in the lobby he said “oh .. a … are we on a date then?” NO ??? then during the movie he drinks from his flask so he gets drunk and he says “*whispers* … if youre um … tired … you can put your head on my … my shoulder. heh … or not!” NO THANKS IM GOOD. then after the movie he says “hey … that was kind of fun … right?” no not really. and if youre a male farmer he just complains the whole time and says the movie was alright.

tldr: clint is a gloomy, creepy incel with no friends who acts like emily is some prize that is the key 2 his happiness and completely ignores her and plays the victim card when she doesnt like him romantically. i can understand if he has social anxiety, especially since his family pushed him 2 be a blacksmith but i dont think its an excuse 4 how he treats women.

he doesnt know why but the sight of that cat annoyed him that he went to school with a frown on his face

now Tsukki didn’t know what to tell him bc he wants to give no attention to a certain cat that’s been following him on their way to school,,, yk for some odd reason he can’t give a name to

its been a few hours and even during classes, Tsukki sees the cat once again through the window, chilling on a tree branch

you gave him a smug look when you landed perfectly on your feet and saw the dumbfounded look on his face lmfao what is going on

and that hit Tsukki once again,,, the cat reminded him so much of you that it pained him so much both mentally and physically also psychologically but yk

Tsukki sat down on the grass, reluctantly reaches out a hand towards the cat,,, and takes it back, like what was he doing lol

but you looked straight into his eyes, which made him subconsciously reach out to you once more and this time you gave him no time to pull it back because you nuzzled you whole head under his palm

Tsukki then gave in, caressing the cat’s fur as gently as he could

“oi TsukISHIMA!!”

Hinata called for Tsukki and the rest of the practice went by like normal disregarding how Hinata kept teasin him how he was bein soft around a little mammal for a split second swswsws

so practice ended just like that, you were wandering around gym waiting for Tsukki to appear bc you didn’t want so many opporunities to slip by when you already have him around your wittle paws yk? and you concluded Tsukki’s a whole tsundere

as a matter of fact, Tsukki’s pissed off bc he knows he’s become fond of the stray cat

Yams goes and tells Tsukki he had somewhere to go before going straight home so it’ll be Tsukki goin home alone tonite

Barbie Princess and the Pauper

I want to talk about what might be the greatest movie ever created: Barbie the Princess and the Pauper. I’ve been in love with this movie since I was three years old, aka when it came out, as you can propably tell. Beware that spoilers are below.

Barbie movies tend to get a lot of shit in the media, mostly for not being inclusive seeing as the characters generally are white and thin, and I don’t mean to invalidate those issues because I do see them. However, in this ’essay’ I want to tell the story of why they, especially the princess and the pauper, are still such amazing and nurturing stories. I’ll focus on what parts I think makes it such a story and perhaps you’ll find ways to incorporate them into your own stories, or at the very least be inspired by them.

In case there is anyone who hasn’t seen the movie I’ll summarize it;

Barbie is Princess Anneliese, only child of the Queen to a kingdom who is running out of money. Their main income has always been there gold mines but they have secretly been emptied by the Queen’s advisor, Preminger, as he wants to force the Queen to marry him (so that he will be king) to gain access to his immense wealth (the gold from the mines). The Queen choses to arrange a marriage between Anneliese and a neighbouring rich King, Dominick, instead. Erika on the other hand is a poor seamstress who dreams of being a singer but is stuck paying of a loan that her parents took from an evil dressshop owner. Both her and Anneliese are driven by their sense of duty and when they by chance meet and realize that they’re identical except for their haircolours and a birthmark they instantly become friends. Before Anneliese and Dominick can meet, Preminger kidnaps Anneliese and makes it look as if she has run away to avoid the marriage. Erika pretends to be Anneliese in order to keep the proposal available and thus save the kingdom while Julian, the man Anneliese actually wants to marry, tries to find her. As you’ve probably figured it eventually ends well with Preminger imprisoned and the arranged marriage called off. During her capture, Anneliese is held in the mines for sometime and realize that the stones in it are actaully jewels so they don’t need Dominick’s money anymore and she can marry Julian instead.

Now, as for why this is an amazing story:

• The friendship between Anneliese and Erika. When they first meet Erika is singing in the street as she tries to earn money to pay off her debt, Anneliese gives her a bit off money and they start talking. They are both shocked when they see that they’re practically identical and start talking about their lives. It quickly becomes apparent that neither is satisfied with their current lives, Erika doesnt want to work as a seamstress and Anneliese doesn’t want to marry King Dominick. What I personally love the most about this scene is that it’s Erika who points out their similarities, despite how obvious it is that Anneliese lives a much more privileged life. I think that it shows what a caring and emphatic character Erika is that she is able to see through that and still see their similarities. Later on in the movie, it is ultimately their friendship and the lenghts they go for each other as well as their senses of duty that saves the kingdom.

•The pets. While the humans fight against Preminger, Anneliese’s cat Serafina and Erika’s cat Wolfie both go above and beyond to help them as well as get their own character arcs. The most obvious of them being how Wolfie comes to terms with the fact that he barks instead of meowing like normal cats. Serafina’s arc is more subtle, she is very strong and confident throughout the entire movie but if you pay attention it becomes apparent that she becomes less vain throughout due to the rough situations she goes through to save Anneliese. The two of them even get their own enemy in the shape of Preminger’s arrogant dog. Oh, and Wolfie and Serafina also fall in love and have a litter with super cute kittens!

•King Dominick. When he is first introduced, he has disguised himself as a servant because he wants to see what it’s like when they don’t know that he is king. This speaks to the fact that he doesn’t want to marry just anyone, he actually cares about the person and not the title. His first meeting with ’Anneliese’ is actually Erika and it is clear that be becomes smitten. Shortly after he hears her sing to Wolfie in her quarters when she thinks that she’s alone and that only strenghtens his feelings for her. Later on in the movie when it is revelead by Preminger that Erika is an imposter, Dominick refuses to believe the lies he spews about her and Julian and even goes so far as to assist Erika when she flees from the dungeon. Even after he knows that Erika isn’t the princess he thought that she was he still wants to marry her regardless, showing again that it isn’t the crown or power he loves. That creates a powerful opposition to Preminger btw who does everything out of deisre for power and status. Erika originally turns down his proposal as she wishes to travel the world and try her chance at singing now that she is finally free from her debt to the shopowner, still Dominick continues to love and support her. He waits patiently for months until she returns and only then do they live happily ever after together.

•Now that I’ve talked about Dominick I simply have to gush about Julian as well. He’s the servant who fell maddly in love with the princess despite knowing that they couldn’t be together. He knows Anneliese so well that he realizes she is kidnapped based on the SCENT of the letter ’Anneliese’ aka Preminger left claiming that she had run away. I mean, anyone who recognizes the fricking scent of your letters is instantly marriage material. He then goes out of his way to bring Erika to the castle and teach her how to act like Anneliese so that the marriage arrangement doesn’t fall through, a marriage that would have no doubt broken his heart but he still fights for it because he knows that Anneliese would never want to see their kingdom fall apart even if it means that she will have to sacrifice herself. He is selfless and supports Anneliese constantly, his love for her is complete and incredibly beautiful. When Anneliese confeses her love to him in the mines he still can’t believe it despite that he is such a wonderful person and that makes him very human to me.

•Preminger. I hate the man, but I love the character. His only motivation is power and that is something I find incredibly realistic now that I’ve grown up. He doesn’t care for either Anneliese or the Queen despite trying to get them both to marry him, which becomes extremly clear when he tries to murder Anneliese and Julian out of his own convinience. Preminger is actually quite smart and strategical and if not for the fact that his two goons are complete morons [Noun: loving] he might have actually succeeded. Don’t get me started on those two, they are so ridicolously comedic that I can’t handle it.

•The soundtrack. I’m a sucker for music in general, especially in children’s movies but the songs in this one are my favorite. They’re emotional and raw and play in extremly well with Erika’s ambitions to become a singer once she is free to live her life as she wishes. She, for example, uses a song to lull her prisonguard to sleep in order to escape which is not only clever but also teaches kids that words are powerful.

•I could continue ranting about this movie forever but I’m going to conclude by talking about how strong both Anneliese and Erika are. I’ve mentioned previously how responsible they are because of their duties but I want to evolve further on why they are such amazing role models. Anneliese doesn’t just do the right thing when she thinks that she has to, when mistaken for Erika and locked in by the shopowner Erika works for she helps the other seamstress with the dresses because Anneliese simply refuses to let her do them all by herself. And Erika, she shows that you can follow your dreams even if you fall in love and that sometimes taking risks is worth it. Erika stepped in as Anneliese despite knowing that if caught she would be tried for treason and possibly executed, but she did it for her friend and for her kingdom. Back to Anneliese, when she was stuck and left to die in a mine she kept calm, found a way to save her kingdom, confessed her love to her best friend (Julian) and came up with a genius idea that saved their lives. If those things don’t scream bad ass female role models to you I don’t know what to tell you.

The battle was brutal, i just wish this whole thing was over, or it was just a dream, but it wasn’t a dream. I was actually standing here, with a bunch of students, my best friend, Draco Malfoy, right next to me, Voldemort in the middle and all the death eaters on the other side. All except one, Draco. I knew this time would come, i was just hoping it wouldnt be soon, i havent even admitted my feelings yet. He wont go with his family, right? He knows better, right?

“Potter’s dead. There’s no point in fighting anymore” Voldemort smiled. He’s truly evil, how Could you smile at a time like this? “Draco! Come with us!” Lucius Malfoy says. Draco looks as if hes on the verge of tears, his eyes look around, pain in them. “C’mon Draco, you heard your father, join us, join your family” Voldemort says. I look over at Draco. “Please Draco, don’t go.” I whisper, tears filling my eyes. “What are you saying young woman?” Lucius says. “I said nothing” i reply, quickly. “I’m sorry.” Draco whispers, beginning to walk to the other side. I grab his arm, pulling him towards me. “You cant go, you cant leave me Malfoy.” Tears stream down my cheeks. He looks into my eyes, obviously hurt. “I have to.” He says. “No you dont, its your path, your family doesn’t decide your path” I say. I pull Draco in, putting my arms around him.

I hold him tightly, leaning in, my lips touching his soft ones. Draco responded immediately, kissing me back. It felt as if this moment was built up, as if we have been waiting for years, which we have and this moment has finally come. It felt like my world was spinning, electricity traveling through my whole body, like everyone and everything was disappearing, we weren’t in the middle of a battlefield. We are just two teenagers finally connecting after all that time, it was just us. He grabbed my waist, pulling me closer. I pulled away, breathing heavily. I put my head on his chest. “Stay. Please. Don’t leave me” i whisper. Draco puts his hand under my chin, lifting my head. “I won’t, i won’t leave you, i promise” He whispers before giving me a small peck on the lips and then giving me a kiss on the forehead.

Draco turns around, facing his family. “Young Man! Get over here THIS INSTANT! Enough Stalling!” Dracos father raises his stern voice. “Listen to your father Draco” Narcissa says. “NO!” Draco says, grabbing my hand. “But we’re your family.” She says. “No you arent, My only family is Hogwarts.You’ve forced me to make the wrong decisions My whole life. Everything i did for you guys, it was never enough” Tears streamed down Dracos face, hes never cried before, in front of people at least. “This girl is hypnotizing you! YOURE CHANGING MY SON! HOW DARE YOU” Lucius yelled at me. “It’s not her! This is my decision!” Draco yells back. “You dont deserve to be dracos father! He has worked hard his whole life, hes tried his best for you but you’ve always shut him down. This is your fault!” I yell.

“STUPEFY” “NOO! Y/N” was all i heard before everything went black.

‘Someone take me home’

“HOW COULD YOU” Draco screams, rushing to Y/n, who flew back due to the blast, unconscious. “PETRIFICUS TOTALUS” He yells, casting the spell at his father. “LUCIUS” Narcissa yells out, rushing to her husband.

A couple hours later

My eyes began to open, seeing people around me. I sat up, quickly. “Where’s Voldemort, i have to beat him, is everyone okay?” I rambled. “Hey, hey, hey, its okay, everything’s okay, we beat Voldemort.” Draco smiled. “HARRY?” I practically yell. Harry smiles, walking over to the bed. “You’re alive?” I ask. “Of course.” He says. “I’m glad you guys are here.” I say, tears streaming down my cheeks. “We wouldn’t leave you” Hermione says. “Yea what she said” Ron smiles. I giggle, crying. Draco hugs me. “You’re beautiful, even when you cry.” He whispers into my ear. “We’ll give you guys a moment” Ron winks and walks out of the room, Hermione and harry following.

“I’m glad you’re okay.” Draco says. “Did you really mean that kiss or was it just to get me to stay?” He rubs his neck. “Of course i meant that kiss, dumbass. I like you, i have, for years.” I say smiling. “I can say the same” Draco smiles, leaning in, my lips touching his. Butterflies swarm my stomach again. I wrap my arms around his neck, our lips moving together, like they were made for eachother. We kissed until we lost our breath. “Do you wanna be my girlfriend, Y/n?” Draco asks. “Of course!” I giggled, kissing him again.

alright it was short in pages but it was kinda eventful in info dumping and plot relevancy

mostly bc i didnt understand wtf was going on but knew it had to be important somehow

legit the terms used??? IM LOST

so basically CA wants to couple up with both vriska and kanaya??? thats what im getting from this?? but kanaya and CA were also giving each other advice on how to get a “moirail” while CA was also asking each other to be “austsicifiingng” that word which will bloom to “kissmsmsmemmss” that one along with vriska who idek if shes aware of their plans

i mean CA is kinda pushy and i dont like them....but the last line made me realize that damn ur right, this is kinda how 13 year old romance used to be (idk about now tbh but it was like that in the past als idk about u but i REALLY liked that line delivery too)...anyways, nobody knew what they were doing in middle school. romance was a weird concept and u were just trying things out for the first time. claiming someone as your boyfriend/girlfriend without knowing what to do or how things worked out, bc you only saw it as the necessary thing so you experimented with relationships. especially since you were only coming to terms with your identity, what you liked and discovering yourself for the first time. so i can kinda give CA a break for that...... people can always change and go “well the way i acted was bad so i will try my best to get better when it comes to romance” which ill understand and respect if it were to happen. now that doesnt mean things wont end up going south and they never get better. always depends on the type of character and how hard they wish to improve after being called out on the matter. we just have to wait and see how it develops and how they grow as a character. however we havent rlly met CA yet, this is simply the first conversation. i still dont understand troll romance and i obviously wont give a final verdict on their character just yet, but i feel its something i might want to look into/analyse in the future when we have more information given to us about both topics.

The bar is more like a club, except for the fact there's no one so extremely intoxicated that they're acting a fool. No, it's actually quite prestigious for being underground. White and gold outline outline the area and it smells like expensive cigars and leather. Live jazz music plays in the background, setting the mood for the couples huddled together in love booths. It's nice, beyond nice— whose daddy paid for this?

In a red dress, you stir your gibson cocktail, awaiting the signal from your boss over the earpiece. It's already been an hour and there's been no sign of the suspect. Maybe you've been played. As time passes that seems more and more likely. At this point you were ready to turn in and call it a night. Places like this were no fun unless you had someone with you. And honestly, being alone in a place like this wasn't the most comfortable. There were eyes looking your way from singles and couples a like. Who knew there would be so many swingers.

There's a patterned knock at the door that makes you perk up and glance through your peripheral. The body guard looks through the slit in the door, moving to mention something about the password. The club was always tight on security, afterall. To get in you needed to prove you were coming with a member or waiting for someone who was one. The whole process is quite time consuming when you're faking your identity.

Finally, the door opens and you can see a tall man in a dark grey suit walk in. Curiously you turn your face to place your chin in the palm of your hand. Eyes travel up the figure before finally reaching the face of the mystery man. Not the suspect, but he's even better. A fond smile comes to your face at the realization of Daisuke Kambe. The name has a familiar taste on your tongue and it's honestly quite uplifting seeing such a 'friendly' face. He looks the same after three years and you wonder briefly if he's undercover too or if he has paid his way in. Daisuke was never frugal when it came to getting what he wants. Where he was lacking in words, he made up for it with expensive charm.

Oh how you had missed him.

Meeting his eyes, you raise both brows in question before turning away to down your drink. You push the glass to the bartender, holding a finger up before glancing over at daisuke, who sits in one of the booths across the room. He narrows his eyes at you in question, jutting his chin over to the bar before nodding to the door.

So he's on a mission afterall.

Your eyes shift to the door as well with a nod. He seems to understand well, but it's not a surprise after the time you worked together. It was a brief two years, but during it you learned to communicate in silence. His eyes told you much more than his mouth ever could. Now thinking of it, all the Kambes were better with actions than words.

A few conversations have picked up after twenty more minutes of waiting. Perhaps if there wasn't another man in the area, the other's advances would have moved you. You weren't picky with your men, but you weren't one to settle for second place when first is still an option. Still, it kept you distracted for the time being. Besides, Daisuke looked was busy with a man himself.

You lean in, placing a hand on the chest of some patron with a giggle before the door opens once again. This time you're quick to look, seeing another man trail in. The static in your earpiece comes alive, the voice on the other side stating that it is in fact your target. The patron you were with turns his head as well and smiles before pardoning himself to shake the hand of the man. You briefly recall the suspects name: Vince Aiko.

Now the party was getting started. You wave them over, batting your eyes with a small smile. You don't miss the woman that walks in behind them, but she doesnt stop at the bar anyway. Instead, she heads over to the raven haired across the way. You resist the urge to follow her figure, instead keeping eyes on the two men and starting conversation.

The goal was simple. Get the target alone and eliminate him. Usually you weren't one for death, but the police weren't helping in this case. The company you worked for took it into their own hands, given the okay. Even if it wasn't your task to kill him, someone else would. No jail time would follow as apart of the deal, so there were no repercussions against you for killing the scum. It's a win win.

The other man had gone to the restroom by now, leaving you alone with Vince. He smells lavish as well. It was clear he belonged here by the way his hair was combed back and how whitened his teeth were. He has money and it's not ruining out anytime soon.

It took you until he ordered a drink and didn't have to pay to realize he was the owner. The assumption that it was daddy's money grew stronger. He was outwardly trying to flex wealth he didn't even own. He wasn't trying to be subtle when he asked for the most expensive bottle or paid the band to play his favorite song. It was entertaining, yet disappointing. At least Daisuke spent the money without mentioning anything about it. At this point you just kinda wished the guy would shut up.

Placing a lingering touch on his shoulder, you lean in again. He smells like a new car. He places a hand on your upper thigh, quickly catching on to your advances.

"Why dont we go to the back."

It's not a question, it's a demand and it's exactly what you wanted. Right in the palm of your hands. With a giggle, you take his hand and stand while plucking the toothpick out of your glass and pulling the olive between your teeth smoothly. Walking past Daisuke and the woman at his booth, you wink.

The backroom looks like how it sounds. Behind another door and a pink curtains, you enter a red room. It has a single loveseat in the shape of a heart and there's champagne and wine on a side table. There's a dark blue light overhead that contrasts the rest of the room like a spotlight. There's no music except for the quiet hum behind the doors, but the further you go away from them the quieter they get. He takes your hand and pulls you to the loveseat.

"I'm can't say I'm surprised. My friend out there thought you were in to him, yet here we are... Is it the money that gets you going?"

His eyes trail over your figure and you understand what this room is for exclusively. You resist the urge to roll your eyes or push him off as his fingertips skim your arms and you play along.

"What can I say? Rich men are the sexiest."

You play with the collar of his suit, looking up at him through your lashes and parting your red lips. He stands up taller to glance down at you, trying to assert his dominance. It's sad knowing that's how he got off. He wants control and he wants you on your knees, the only other thing he could ask for at that point is for you to lick his dress shoes. It makes you sick.

His fingers stop at the thin strap on your dress, fiddling with it before starting to slide it down. You push him away and into the seat behind him. Taking a hold of his tie, you lean down to his ear to kiss underneath it.

"Why rush when I can give you a show."

He chuckles when you turn around and you roll your eyes. What an idiot. I almost want to laugh. You move your arms up, brushing your hair off your shoulders before reaching for the top of the zipper. Glancing at him with a smirk, you shake a finger and turn to face him. His fingers rake up his thighs, reaching out to touch you but you smack his hand away with a tsk.

"Lookie, no touchy."

You start to make a round behind the chair, fingers grazing his shoulders and pulling at the fabric. Once behind him and forcing his head forward you take out the earpiece and reach for your thigh. There's a gun there in the holster and a knife beside it, hidden by the red drapes. Thank god the for the slit. When rounding his other side you pull the firearm out and aim it at his temple, stabbing the knife into his thigh before he can jump up.

"Sit down, sicko. Don't try anything or I'll put a bullet through your skull."

You stick the earpiece into his ear, waiting for the receiving in to chime in.

"Who let you think a soundproof room was smart? It's like one of those double sided mirrors in here. Honestly, you're such an easy target."

His eyes glower at you like his expression alone will make you back down.

"You slut! I'm gonna kill yo-" He's cut off by the earpiece. They ask for information, stating that if he complys his life will be spared.

"I'm not stupid-"

"Beg to differ."

"-I know you'll just kill me anyway. I'm not telling you shit!"

The earpiece goes back off and you take it from his ear to listen to the other side. Two words is all you need to finish the assignment. Kill him.

"This could've been so much easier for you if you just listened. " You feign a pout, clicking the safety off. He struggles against the metal, rambling on about killing you and the company, finding you and blah blah blah. Having enough of his whines, you silence him with a quick pull of the trigger. You look down at the body on the floor and then at yourself, cleaning up quickly before leaving the room, making sure to step on his back in the process.

There was maybe ten minutes before his bodyguards would notice he hasn't left the room. You go to make your leave, but not before stopping by Daisuke's booth. You stand a bit aways, watching him try to get information out of the girl before his eyes glance over to meet yours. A one-sided smirk creeps onto your face. He was never very shameless when it came to things he did and the way his eyes did a slow once over of your body was deliberate.

How you missed that look. It's the same bedroom eyes from the nights you spent together in the sheets. You start to wonder if the body under his shit looks the same and if his fingers still produced magic without even trying. Were his lips still as soft?

Now isn't the time for that. You narrows your eyes and go to slide into the booth beside the girl after you notice the disgusted look she gave you. Shame is her freshly manicured nails were to get messed up in a fight. Not that she was trying to pick one, but-

"Long time no see, Kambe."

Daisuke quirks a brow and gives you a warning look when the girl glances at him. You shrug, placing your head in your hand.

"You know her?"

"Of course he does! I miss the sex we shared every night."

He chokes on his drink, shaking his head. What has gotten into you? You're lucky he had finally gotten the break they needed in the case before you came over. Still, you were way out of line with that one.

"Y/N, this is Lily. Y/N was just kidding, we used to work together. "

When he scowls at you, it actually scares you because he means it. He could take you down with him if need be. He adjusts his suit jacket and clears his throat before continuing, "Thank you for your time, but I suppose i should get go-"

"Aiko's dead! Code red!"

Daisuke looks over with his tongue to his cheek as if to say you fucked up and you're not ever hearing the end of this if we get out alive. Honestly, he might just leave you behind if in sacrifice fkr the case. You shrug in innocence, already calling in help for an escape. Until then you'd have to fight them off. Apparently these dummies were smart enough to notice who Vince went in with and they are quick to lock eyes with you. And so did the rest of the club goers.

You make a move to get up, sliding out of the leather seat with hands in the air in surrender.

"Would you believe me if I said he did that himself?"

It starts with someone attempting to grab you before people go ducking under tables. All those grueling hours of training for really coming in handy now. You just barely miss the grabbing hands, taking the bottle of wine on the table and breaking it. Lily gasps at the shards, going to hide under the table as well and tugging on Daisuke to follow. You gesture the broken bottle about, thrusting it forward.

The men simply laugh and go for the kill. The bottle doesn't last long and you move away from the table for the fight.

Hell is broken loose and it isn't long before Daisuke resorts to joining the fight. It shouldn't surprise you, but it does. He punches one of the guys with a right hook, grabbing the collad of his shirt and throwinf him into another. For someone so weak looking, he sure was strong. It makws you swoon.

"I really do miss us, Daisuke. Just like old times."

He scoffs, continuing to fight beside you. He hates fighting and always has. He finds it undignified and perfers to just dodge and have them attack each other if he can't pay it off. But right now there was no room for negotiations.

"Now isn't the time to relive the past, y/n."

It stings, but you know it's true. Daisuke was the kind to get straight to the point. It's part of the reason he was so easy to work with. Suddenly, it makes you upset to realize that this was in the past.

You hear a car screech outside, trying to land one more punch on some bald guy before looking at the door. You tug at Daisuke's suit, practically dragging him towards the door before pulling out your gun and pointing it at the rest of the men standing. The hesitate. As much as they want to go after you, none of them want to die for it.

You push him to there door and nudge him to open it. There's a revved engine outside waiting for you, and apparently now another guest. He takes the hint, pushing the door open and taking the gun from your hands as you flee. There's one shot fired, but you know the victim won't die. He may seem heartless, but he wouldn't kill someone unlwss he had to. He knows when someone will save someone else and he knows what's in people's conscious. He had always been good at reading people when he cared enough to.

The night has turned from blue to black and you aren't sure when. It's suddenly too cold to wear the dress and it's starting to rain. This has really been one hellish night. The passenger waves you over from down the block in a hurry. There are sirens in the distance—they must've called the police to arrest everyone else involved. That's always how it went. They gave the company the ok to take the case and then come in to finish the job and take the credit because of the unsavory ways you deal with the suspects. If you weren't always in such a hurry and you didn't want to be arrested, you'd be pissed. With a huff you kick off your heels and run down the pavement with Daisuke hot on your trail. He didn't usually flee scenes like this, not anymore at least. He'd be lying if he didn't miss the rush of it. He'd be lying if he said he didn't miss the past life he lived.

When you get to the care, it starts to pour and Daisuke puts his suit jacket over your head and shoulders before pushing you into the backseat. Caring, yet impatient. His attitude makes you roll your eyes and shove him when he gets in.

The car pulls away just before the police arrive and it's quiet except for the low hum of some tape playing. The radio didn't work and the volume knob was stuck, so you'd have to strain your ears to actually listen. But it seems no one minds.

You take off the jacket, handing it back of to him and he puts a hand up to say you can keep it. He says something along the lines of, "It'll still be raining when you get out. Give it back later." Is he insinuating you'll meet again?

"Or I can give it back tomorrow morning, if you feel like staying over. "

The sudden bravery shocks you and apparently it takes him aback as well by the look on his face. His face drops back to deadpan almost as fast as it lifted and he scoffs, looking away and out the window.

"I really do miss you, Daisuke. In more ways than one," you say quietly, looking down at the jacket and running the fabric between your thumb and forefinger. He glances back over at you before dropping his gaze to your hand and with a sigh he places his over your own and squeezes. It's a conformation, a returned feeling, but of what exactly —you aren't sure.

It'd be enough for tonight.

The OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) in FF7

This thing actually caught my eyes while reading a few theory about FF7R and the word OCD appear in their certain analysis, in IG, youtube comments and some posts in tumblr too. Dunno why but they always relate Biggs with OCD. I looked back to the scenes where Biggs appear and... Okay, i understand why they thinj Biggs has OCD or perfectionist

A lot of people, including the psych students themselves easily confused with OCD and perfectionist (I got confused by it quite often too). Now, is Biggs OCD or is he just a perfectionist? Let's take a deeper look at it

Biggs is not a famous character. So fans dont really care about him, but I do

Disclaimer : i'm not a psychologist. Im an intern and still studying. Psychiatric is not my major field but i got assigned there as an intern for quite a time and we got exposed a lot about psychology too. We didnt learn them professionally like the real psyche students, we learned (and still under training) through real life experience + a little bit from the books.

So there might be wrong interpretation here and there. Pls correct me if I'm misleading u. And pardon my english. Pls dont use any of these terms to diagnose urself. Remember, I'm a student, not a professional.

I kins of blame the social media for portraying OCD in such a nasty way, when someone with OCD is actually suffering inside.

OCD is not just about 'clean clean, must clean this place till squeaky clean' and OCD is not about being perfectionist. OCD and perfectionist are two different thing.

Perfectionist is more to a demand demeanour, eg "I want the cake to be like this. I want it to be pink. No, not that pink, it must be neon pink with slight purple. Do it again. No, i dont want that pink. Do it again. Ahhh yess, nice pink." Someone with perfectionist, after they got their result, they will immediately bcome calm and satisfied. Perfectionist is obviously different from OCPD (Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder). OCPD falls under Personality Disorder and it is different from OCD. Im not going to talk about that

Look at how OCD got spoken from the media perspective. It is very much resemble to Biggs, dont u think? In reality, someone with OCD always feel stress about everything around them, and they will find it hard to complete their task.

OCD has two components - Obsessive and Compulsive

| 1. Obsessive. It is a repeating thoughts about something and often occur until it makes someone feel stress about it. Eg, u think that ur hand will get bacteria infection if u touch a chair, door, fridge or when holding someone's hand. This thought always appear in ur mind everytime u touch the door, chair, fridge or somebody's hand, but when u touch ur shoes, u never think about the bacteria (in certain cases, some patients become scare of everything they touch)

| 2. Compulsive. It is a repeating of the same actions to fulfill the 'obsession' in order to reduce the stress acted upon them. Usually the 'action' has a specific ways in which the patient believe he has to do it like this or that way or else he will fail. Eg, after touching the chair, he will immediately wash his hand 10x from left to right. He believes the hand washing wont be effective if he starts from right to left

Another sign of OCD is when someone re-checking the door lock few times. Its normal for us to re-check once/twice the door lock for confirmation, but for people with OCD, they will re-check the door lock for about 6-10 times and still not feel satisfied and later they stress out. And also the OCD people, they tend to get annoyed when something is not in particular order and they will immediately fix it eventhough they know they're wrong.

I met a funny woman at the hosp arranging our students' books according to its thickness, when I asked her why did she arranged our books like that,

She replied : "Doctor said I have CDO"

Me : "Sorry, CDO? Never heard of it"

She : "It is actually OCD but I feel so stress hearing that term so I put it in alphabetical order. CDO, much better"

We both had a good laugh. Her case was not serious though, but she was feeling miserable with her thoughts and decided to meet a psychiatrist. I would say she was still in early stage for someone with OCD, but may lead to severe if left untreated

It is really hard to satisfy and convince someone with OCD and they always feel stress about something they shouldnt care too much about. U can say OCD is a fastidious type, and they're actually more than that

If we want to relate this condition with Bigg's case., urmm. The only time where I can spot him being different than the other characters is when he's busy sweeping his front house and when he pat Cloud's head during the Sector 7 plate fall.

The cleaning stuff isnt exactly weird thing for a human to do. But it is something odd, I mean, he just finished his mission with Jessie and survived a jump from the plate, and yet he still have the energy to sweep dry leaves, AT NIGHT! He can wait till tomorrow though and should get himself a proper rest.

Wedge says Biggs has a habit of overthinking stuff

And there we see Biggs sweeping the dry leaves. It might be because he is trying to distract himself from doing his bad habit - overthinking. But urm , i think there'll be higher chance for someone to overthink when doing house chore like Biggs is doing. This is where lots of people say Biggs cleaning the house at night is bcause he has OCD or he's a perfectionist.

But I dont think thats the case. For real, he is completely normal. No sign of him acting weird in that scene. If he really does have OCD or he's a perfectionist, we'll see more of him arguing with Barret about unnecessary stuff. He cant become one of Avalanche's strongest member (not exactly strong, but hey, he's trustworthy). Also, if u notice, Biggs have one earring on his right ear. Someone with OCD will feel irritated by it bcause his ear doesnt look 'balance'. OCD people, even in mild case, they want everything about them to be balance and in good order.

After trying to understand Biggs way of thinking and style through his short screentime, I strongly believe this guy has no such thing as OCD or being a perfectionist. Biggs just cares tooooo much about his friends, he thinks 10 times ahead from the bigger picture in which it frightens him about the bad consequences that will occur to people he cherish.

He is the type that always have a back up plan in his mind. He thinks of 5 possible bad things and comes out with 10 solutions. That's the power of an overthinker like Biggs I'll tell ya

Biggs probably cleaning his front house area at night bcause the next early morning, he will need to leave his house for the bombing mission. Better take care of things the night before the big day. He can ditch the cleaning work but he wont do it, not bcause he's a perfectionist/OCD, but try to imagine this, if ur front house is full with dry leaves and rubbish, it will be unpleasant for the neighbours next to ur house to see. Living in the slum means higher chance for u to get sick if u dont take care of ur surrounding hygiene. Biggs is a kind man, and I believe he doesnt want to upset his neighbours

He probably has overthink this matter like "If i dont do this now, I probably dont have time for doing it tomorrow. Maybe I'll broke my leg from the mission and this trash will be left untouched, then there'll be high chance for the children around here to get sick. What if they get infectious disease bcause of this dry leaves? And then the parents will be worried and the Sector 7 Slum will be in chaos etc etc. Time for plan A. Let's clean this place"

Besides, remember the post where I mentioned about Mental Health First Aid? Biggs, as the side character gives the best MFA to Cloud even without knowing what Cloud had gone through. Biggs is just toooo kind with his friends, he cares too much causing him to overthinks about his friends conditions. He can notice even the slightest change in his friend's behaviour and with his own instinct, he cheers for them

Aww man, how can u not love his personality? He's the sweetest side character ever (and kinda hot too).

Soo as the conclusion for my post here, Biggs does not have OCD. He's a side character with a big heart who cares tooooooo deeply about his friends that leads him to overthink too much.

However, if the devs say Biggs really has OCD then my statement about him will be invalid. I'm sure they have put everything in a very close detail look.

Btw, I personally think Biggs kind of portrays the other small side of Cloud, the overthinking part for their romantic partner. But Biggs express his worry through words while Cloud express it through his actions, eg - like how he always keep an eye on Tifa. He never speak it directly like "I'm worry about Tifa, I must help her", he just simply be with her either she needs a help or not. While Biggs clearly says "Jessie been acting weird, I should go if she needs any - help -"

Action speaks louder than words but sometimes our eyes failed to listen.

Twilight: I didn’t really see the point of his character here. Like he rebuilt the engine or whatever on the truck but the thing is that during this he is 15 so he wouldn’t even be able to drive it. And then we barely see him for the entire time so it didn’t give me a reason to like his character. Then at the end he accepts money to tell Bella to break up with her boyfriend? thats shitty to do. Besides you didnt have to wear a tie to do that

New Moon: okay here I started to like him. His character got fleshed out and he became a friend that Bella needed. However once he shifted he became a major dick, and I just can’t get over it. REP ROOM EXPERIENCE

ok I cant believe I’m typing this out right now AHHH!! ok so I went to the tour alone because no one ever wants to go smh! And I went to the 1989 tour alone also so I was determined to make some new friends and have fun! So I went to my seat and I meet this guy with an incredible costume he made a snake out of cardboard and had “REP” in lights on his shirt and I was like oh my god I love your costume and I noticed he had 2 snake rings and I was like hey I have mine too and we took a picture of them and we became like bestfriends instantly! So when it was almost time for Taylor to come on I noticed that people were standing around b stage and I didn’t know if we could stand there so I went and I met Salli aka SWIFTIEGINGER13 on ig @swiftieginger and she is the sweetest most amazing person ! Ok so her and I were at b stage the entire time talking and bonding and now we are bestfriends too lol ! and so when Taylor came out on to the b-stage we DIED! She started crying and I started crying it was a mess! And when Taylor was walking to the other b stage I told her to go to the other side with me but we lost each other, so after I went to the second b-stage I went back to my seat! So I found my other friend with the big snake and he was jamming out having a good time and when I saw him just going crazy having the time of his life I joined him! So THIS IS WERE MY NIGHT CHANGED!!!! Taylor was singing Don’t Blame Me and omg that is my fucking song so I was going crazy (lol)! and towards the end I turn to look at my friend and I see andrea !!!!!! WHEN I TELL YOU I RAN !!! I freaking ran! she gave me the biggest hug and my friend was still dancing! So she looks at him and goes are you guys together ? And I was like yes ofcourse ! And she’s like that is sooo cool! and she started walking towards him and was like so are you guys together! I was like no lol I came alone and so did he so we just kind met here and she’s like so you guys barely met and are dancing like this together? You guys are practically bestfriends and I was like heck yes! and she goes “have you guys ever met Taylor before” WHEN I TELL YOU I FREAKED IM NOT LYING GO LOOK AT MY PICTURE ! My friend and I looked at each other and we were like no and she’s like “you promise me?” And I was like I swear! and she looked at the lady next to her and she’s like “you are going to the rep room!” WE STARTED BAWLING AND SCREAMING SO LOUD AND JUMPING ! the rush I felt during that moment oh my gosh ! My dream was literally coming true and I just screamed!!!

ok so flash forward to the end of the show my friend and I ran to the section we were supposed to but we went outside the stadium instead of inside lol so we went inside and met everyone who was going to rep room and everybody there deserved to meet her so much! They all had such beautiful stories as to why the wanted to meet her and I’m just so happy that everyone in there got to meet her ok so we filled out whatever we were supposed to and we started walking back to the rep room!!!! AHHH I SAW THE DOOR AND MY HEART DROPPED! ITS EVERYTHING YOU THINK IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL ALL THE COSTUMES AND THERE WAS PIZZA COOKIES BROWNIES SODA!! TAYLOR LOVES US SO MUCH OMG! OK AND THEN EVERYONE WAS TAKING PICTURES, WITH THE THRONE AND THE COSTUMES AND IT WAS JUST SUCH A GOOD FEELING ! AND SCOTT CAME IN AND WAS LIKE HI AND HE SAID THAT IT SHOULDNT BE LONG TILL TAYLOR CAME IN AND HE WAS SO NICE HE WAS TALKING ABOUT HOW EVERYONE ALWAYS COMES UP TO HIM SCREAMING ABOUT HOW THE WISH THEY COULD MEET TAYLOR AND THAT HE TELLS THEM HE DOESNT DO IT AND THEY NEED TO FIND ANDREA AND HE CONTINUED AND WAS LIKE IM A SMART DAD I DONT DO THAT STUFF AND EVERYONE STARTED LAUGHING THEN A GIRL ASKED IF HE HAD GUITAR PICS AND HES LIKE YOU KNOW WHAT I DO AND HE TOOK THEM OUT TO GIVE THEM TO EVERYONE AND WE ALL CROWDED HIM TO GET A GUITAR PIC AND HE YELLED “IM FEEDING CHICKENS” AND ANOTHER PERSON TOLD SCOTT “THANK YOU FOR MAKING TAYLOR” AND SCOTT SAID YOURE WELCOME IT WAS FUN AND EVERYONE DIED LAUGHING OK SO EVERYONE WAS JUST CHILLING AND TAYLOR JUMPS IN AND IS LIKE “BOO!” AND EVERYONE STARTED SCREAMING SHE SAID SHE WAS SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG BUT SHES EXCITED TO MEET US ALL AND THAT SHE WOULD SEE US INSIDE !! THEY HAD US LINE UP TO MEET HER AND WHEN IT WAS MY TURN I GOT TO ANDREA AND SHE HUGGED ME AND SHE WAS LIKE “AWW MY LITTLE PERUVIAN” and was oh no lol that’s not me that’s her and I pointed to the girl in the back and she stepped back and took a better look and was like oh my gosh no that’s right you were the one that ran to me and the one that was dancing with that guy! It’s all coming back to me” and I was like yes!! And she goes you guys could be sisters you look so much alike and I was like aw thank you lol I’m Mexican not Peruvian but hey and she’s like ahhhh mexicooo! and she went in and gave me another hug and said I’m sorry hun this 60 year old brain of mine sometimes jumbles things and I was like oh my gosh no it’s ok I forget stuff all the time and I’m only 20! she started laughing and SHE NEVER LET GO OF ME SHE WAS LIKE HALF HUGGING ME THE ENTIRE TIME!!!! so then we were talking basics like what’s your name, are you from here! What was your favorite part and I was like honestly it was when you told me I could come meet her and she’s like omg you are so cute! And she was like so are you and that guy gonna keep in touch and I’m like yes definitely! we already followed each other on instagram and Twitter we got each other on everything and she’s likes that amazing and you came alone? And I was like yeah no one in my family really supports my “obsession” And she started laughing she’s like well they are gonna kick themselves when they find out you met her and I’m like oh my gosh yes I can’t wait to go and tell them! and she was laughing again and said I love the way you say that and I’m like it’s true and I told her that I had been wanting to meet her so I can ask her about how she was doing and I wanted to find her for her and not just for Taylor! And she’s like I know I felt it ! It was so genuine that’s why I picked you! and I was like omg ! And she’s like how do you come to the shows by yourself and I was like I don’t know I kind of had to it was either I come and see Taylor for the first time love by myself or I don’t and I would rather be here with Taylor that miss out cause I didn’t want to do it alone and she’s like wow you are so brave a lot of people don’t do stuff by themselves and that shows how brave you are! and I was like reeling on a high at this point !

I went over the “How to Recognize the Signs of Mental and Emotional Abuse” article and heres whats familiar : 46 out of 64 Signs LOL

-Name-calling. They’ll blatantly call you “stupid,” “a loser,” or words too awful to repeat here. There were too many times my mom would come to my room yelling and threatning to beat, or actually beat me up and call me a whore and a piece of shit. Still does, just doesnt call me a whore now, just calls me stupid and a a piece of shit occasionally. -Character assassination. This usually involves the word “always.” You’re always late, wrong, screwing up, disagreeable, and so on. Basically, they say you’re not a good person. Everyday AALL DAY. Things i used or barely did as a child , and keeps trowing at as an adult. -Yelling. Yelling, screaming, and swearing are meant to intimidate and make you feel small and inconsequential. It might be accompanied by fist-pounding or throwing things. No need to even explain this. -Patronizing. “Aw, sweetie, I know you try, but this is just beyond your understanding.” “Ah nooo, youll never be responsible to have your own life” -Public embarrassment. They pick fights, expose your secrets, or make fun of your shortcomings in public. Yup...

-Dismissiveness. You tell them about something that’s important to you and they say it’s nothing. Body language like eye-rolling, smirking, headshaking, and sighing help convey the same message. Trying to explain to her i dont like something or i dont wanna do something and why, trying to explain certain things she does harms me. And i just get mocked and threatned instead. - Insults of your appearance. They tell you, just before you go out, that your hair is ugly or your outfit is clownish. Every single day. Also to a point that she did this many times in front of strangers, or in front of my friends.

-Belittling your accomplishments. Your abuser might tell you that your achievements mean nothing, or they may even claim responsibility for your success. Yup -Put-downs of your interests. They might tell you that your hobby is a childish waste of time or you’re out of your league when you play sports. Really, it’s that they’d rather you not participate in activities without them. I stopped practising my drawing skills because she would always say i had no future in drawing characters and shitty stuff. Even tho i was starting and practising. That i had no future in it. -Pushing your buttons. Once your abuser knows about something that annoys you, they’ll bring it up or do it every chance they get. Daily picking fights with me, the yells at me for fighting with her and misstreats me. -Threats. Telling you they’ll take the kids and disappear, or saying “There’s no telling what I might do.” Threatning to kick me off the house whenever i refuse to do something she tells me to. For example, a few years ago, i was barely holding on with a minimal wage , she would take a cut out of it, so there was this month i did a whole month without days off to try and gather money to go to barcelona. She knew i had money saved up and threatened to kick me off the house if i didnt give her extra 100 euros for house rent. Usually stuff like this always. -Monitoring your whereabouts. They want to know where you are all the time and insist that you respond to calls or texts immediately. They might show up just to see if you’re where you’re supposed to be. If i go out with my friends or stay in my friends houses, if i go to a concert or anything, she will non stop be calling me and texting until i reply. Even if i already told her who i would be with and where ( i have to tell her always ) And always have to tell what i am doing. If i dont she will be mad for weeks and take it out on me. -Digital spying. They might check your internet history, emails, texts, and call log. They might even demand your passwords. Like the previous one, she asks my aunt to sent her my ig stuff and fb stuff i post, so i had to remove my entire family from my social network. Because she would always come up to me daily “ ah u posted this why? “ wether it would be a selfie or a poem. And is always messaging me on whatsapp and humiliating me and crontrolling wich picture i post on whatsapp. I generaly like to post my user photo of whatsapp as something funny, wether its my face with a filter, or a funny meme. Two months ago i posted a guy with his ass pinned up, wich was hilarious. She kept yelling at me everymorning, and even threatned to hit me , to take the picture down , because it looked bad. The picture was something like this ( not this, but the pose kinda )

- Unilateral decision-making. They might close a joint bank account, cancel your doctor’s appointment, or speak with your boss without asking. ALWAYS does these kinds of things without my consent. I work 12h a day everyday, im always tired, and i barely have money , and she “trying to take care of me “ will settle apointments for really expensive doctors witouth asking me if i even want, and will get mad at me when i tell her to cancel , saying im a big girl that i have to do it, SO i have to take out sometype of time during my busy work day to make a call to cancel something she settled without even asking me , and will be mad for weeks and take it out on me calling me names and shit. And if i dont accept her “ lending me the money for the apointment “ she will get mad and call me ungratfull and stupid. -Financial control. They might keep bank accounts in their name only and make you ask for money. You might be expected to account for every penny you spend. Well yeah.. dont even need to say anything here. - Lecturing. Belaboring your errors with long monologues makes it clear they think you’re beneath them. Or here... -Direct orders. From “Get my dinner on the table now” to “Stop taking the pill,” orders are expected to be followed despite your plans to the contrary. This daily basis. -Outbursts. You were told to cancel that outing with your friend or put the car in the garage, but didn’t, so now you have to put up with a red-faced tirade about how uncooperative you are. Always calling me lazy and shit for not doing HER OWN STUFF. -Treating you like a child. They tell you what to wear, what and how much to eat, or which friends you can see. I am 30 years old. -Feigned helplessness. They may say they don’t know how to do something. Sometimes it’s easier to do it yourself than to explain it. They know this and take advantage of it. Whatever happends she always plays the pity party card “ ahh im old” , “ ahhh i had an aneurism ( even tho she has been fine for two/three years now LOL )”, “ ahh my blood pressure “ She used that as an excuse to always ditch arguments or important discussions when she is loosing, and if i dont shut up she will threaten to kick me off the house or beat me. For example the other day she was shamming me out of nowhere from trying to commit suicide, and i told her she was one of the main reasons. She immediatly started to call me names, tried to hit me, and trow me out of the car. -Unpredictability. They’ll explode with rage out of nowhere, suddenly shower you with affection, or become dark and moody at the drop of a hat to keep you walking on eggshells. She flips randomly during the day, im afraid to leave my room. Or that she will enter my room. -They walk out. In a social situation, stomping out of the room leaves you holding the bag. At home, it’s a tool to keep the problem unresolved. She humiliates me in public then randomly walks out. -Using others. Abusers may tell you that “everybody” thinks you’re crazy or “they all say” you’re wrong. She likes to tell her friends and our family how “ irresponsable”, “immature” and no good for nothing i am, and how i am LEECHING her off... LOL -Jealousy. They accuse you of flirting or cheating on them. Usualy when i game or sometimes, ppl call me and talk to me, and she will eavesdropp my conversation and enter my room to hear better, or later wait until i leave the room , to complain about how i treat my friends so well , and speak so well to them , and how it is possible that i talk to her bad all the time and treat her like shit (? LOL ) Well for starters my friends dont misstreat me or call me names, or try to humiliate me or control me LOL or even pick fights with me. She will get mad at me for not wanting to spend time with her, and spending time with my friends. That im ungratefull and a bad daughter. LOL -Turning the tables. They say you cause their rage and control issues by being such a pain. This, that its my fault. That its my fault everything. - Denying something you know is true. An abuser will deny that an argument or even an agreement took place. This is called gaslighting. It’s meant to make you question your own memory and sanity. For example the other day , olso on the car, with the suicide attempt talk, i was trying to explain why and i told her my most painfull memory of her, was her beating me up for not knowing how to solve a math problem in 3rd grade. That she punched me several times because she tought i had awnsered 7 instead of 1. And she started yelling at me saying i made that up and shit. Like bitch i was afraid of doing my homework home because you would beat the crap out of me, instead of teatching me LOL. She once again used the “ blood pressure “ excuse and tried to hit me and kick me off the car in mid highway. -Using guilt. They might say something like, “You owe me this. Look at all I’ve done for you,” in an attempt to get their way. Ahh this is a classic. She says i owe her everything she asks for because SHE BIRTHED ME AND RAISED ME. And she used this argument to manipulate me in everything. -Goading then blaming. Abusers know just how to upset you. But once the trouble starts, it’s your fault for creating it. Yup -Denying their abuse. When you complain about their attacks, abusers will deny it, seemingly bewildered at the very thought of it. According to her, she just does everything she does because she cares LOL. -Accusing you of abuse. They say you’re the one who has anger and control issues and they’re the helpless victim. LOLOLOL cannot say this enought, SHE ACCUSES ME of being the abusive one , simply because i talk back, because i dont wanna be around her and because i fight with her LOL. Even tho she starts the fights and im just defending myself from her. -Trivializing. When you want to talk about your hurt feelings, they accuse you of overreacting and making mountains out of molehills. Yup -Saying you have no sense of humor. Abusers make personal jokes about you. If you object, they’ll tell you to lighten up. Yup -Blaming you for their problems. Whatever’s wrong in their life is all your fault. You’re not supportive enough, didn’t do enough, or stuck your nose where it didn’t belong. ALSO YUP -Destroying and denying. They might crack your cell phone screen or “lose” your car keys, then deny it. Tried to break my things numerous of times, or trash them or give them away. Wich she did. -Demanding respect. No perceived slight will go unpunished, and you’re expected to defer to them. But it’s a one-way street. Yup... She will happly tell me how to dress saying what im wearing is ugly, i will politely tell her to stop, she will continue to give her “opinion” i will get tired and yell to stop , she will immediatly demand respect and tell me i have no right to talk back at her and that im disrespectfull and stupid. -Shutting down communication. They’ll ignore your attempts at conversation in person, by text, or by phone. Yup -Dehumanizing you. They’ll look away when you’re talking or stare at something else when they speak to you. Yup -Keeping you from socializing. Whenever you have plans to go out, they come up with a distraction or beg you not to go. Also Yup She wouldnt let me go out if i didnt do my bed, and would make up shit just so i wouldnt go out, until i got tired and gave up. -Trying to come between you and your family. They’ll tell family members that you don’t want to see them or make excuses why you can’t attend family functions. Well she constantly came in between my first real good therapist. I was finally seeing a good therapist a few years ago. I was finally relieved and tought i could trust him, all of a suddent she demanded to be in the therapy sessions. So in the sessions instead of talking about what upset me and her constant mental abuse, the therapist gave in to her demands, and started adressing HER issues with me. I remenber the LAST time i decided to attend the doctor. He would first attend my mom , then me. So i came up, and he started his usual talks, and i wanted to talk to him that day about the nightmares i was having and if he could help me. And all of a suddent he cut the conversation off by saying “ ah wait so your mother tells be you have been staying a lot of time on your computer “ “ that you dont socialize with your friends and that you dont go out “ I mean i wonder why i get stuck in my pc and dont go out with my friends LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL She would always cut me off from meeting my friends, she would always control me, so i had less interest or courage to make friends year by year. And gaming was the only thing that brought me joy in my shitty depressed life coz i couldnt develop any interests. -Withholding affection. They won’t touch you, not even to hold your hand or pat you on the shoulder. They may refuse sexual relations to punish you or to get you to do something. She wil straight up give me the cold shoulder, ignore me if she is mad because i didnt do something how she wanted. When i had hand surgery, she refused to go with me, or get me. By me it was ok , she didnt need to go or anything. So after surgery i told the doctors i would take myself home, and why. And they didnt allowe me and still called my mom even thought i told them she wouldnt. She treated me so badly after picking me up from the hospital because they called her. -Tuning you out. They’ll wave you off, change the subject, or just plain ignore you when you want to talk about your relationship. Yup -Actively working to turn others against you. They’ll tell co-workers, friends, and even your family that you’re unstable and prone to hysterics. YUP -Calling you needy. When you’re really down and out and reach out for support, they’ll tell you you’re too needy or the world can’t stop turning for your little problems. YUP -Interrupting. You’re on the phone or texting and they get in your face to let you know your attention should be on them. Yup -Indifference. They see you hurt or crying and do nothing. Yup - Disputing your feelings. Whatever you feel, they’ll say you’re wrong to feel that way or that’s not really what you feel at all. Yup
