Doing a new series!

Ya see I love to rate superhero/villain costumes. It's my bread and butter. I rate based off look, comfort and most importantly. How easily ur... Breasts, to put it bluntly, would pop out. Luckily for my first contestant he ain't got that problem

A very classic suit. One that you think of first when it comes to the caped crusader. The Cape and adult diaper spring to my mind first

But fr the iconic colours, mixed together beautifully. Blue cape, grey suit, and the blue diaper matches well with the cape

The yellow utility belt SHOULD be misplaced here. But it ain't thanks to the sensational, spectacular, amazing-sorry, wrong hero. The logo is iconic and my lord does it show on those juicy ass pecs of his.

Abs are fine, I can do better. And I guess the biceps work too

Looks very comfortable, like some lovely pyjamas I used to wear as a kid. Not too tight to give ur crotch a fright, so he's good there (won't be able to say that for future reviews)

Tits will not pop out (good job, DC 👍. The bare minimum)

one of the nice things about Kamen Rider is that most of the shows are standalone and (aside from things like crossover movies) don't require watching any of the others to understand. so you can kinda just pick one that sounds interesting and try it out! I have a few personal recs in this post, or you can check out the wikipedia list (under Main Series)!

after some thought, I'm also gonna like...soft-rec Fourze and Gaim, with the caveat that they are not at all the typical Rider tone (Fourze has a much more cheerful and sillier style than usual, and Gaim is a rollercoaster ride through a bizarro fruit-themed weirdoland) (this is not a negative). they're pretty divisive because of that, but I know they've been a few other people's entry points, and I liked them both personally, so! Fourze's head writer also wrote Gurren Lagann, and Gaim's wrote Madoka Magica, and their respective styles are extremely evident in both, so if you're familiar with those then take that as a plus or minus as you will. :')

When it gets super cold in Gotham and snowy, Tim probably stashes coats all over Gotham, just some massive faux fur-lined blankets that were tailored as coats and switches between them while running into action on patrol.

hey did anyone else watch nbc’s powerless, a show that only ran for one season that was loosely set in the dc universe and followed a bunch of people working at a Wayne subsidiary company (with Bruce’s cousin as the boss) who would invent stuff to help regular people Not Die during the various superhero related attacks people encounter in this universe.

it like featured completely normal people (the aforementioned cousin does not know about the Batman thing, he just wants to get a promotion and work with his cousin Bruce so goddam much). one plot point was that one guy had a conspiracy theory that superman was causing time travel to occur by flying around the planet super fast and spinning the world back around or something that everyone else refused to believe, and the episode ended with superman flying around the world super fast and causing the day to reset.

anyways I need more superhero media that is just Regular People who have to Deal With This Shit. Give me grey’s anatomy but they have to deal with people who have weird ass genetic mutations and powers after the star labs explosion. Give me suits but it’s the lawyers of lex luthor and oliver queen, and they know about the whole villain hero thing they each have going on but they’re too focused being horny for each other or whatever that show is about. Hell, given me supernatural but now Constantine is also there and flirting with Dean.

Cultural Fashion: Tsemo

Tsemo is a character from the Avatar Legends: The Roleplaying Game Core Book. She is a post-Harmonic Convergence airbender. Her outfit is inspired by the traditional women’s clothing of Bhutan.

Traditional Bhutanese skirts are called kira (དཀྱི་ར) and are characterized by their elaborate designs of diamond shapes and horizontal lines, which Tsemo’s skirt shares. However, the silhouette of Tsemo’s skirt is A-line rather than rectangular. This modification was likely for ease of movement and to add to her overall airbender aesthetic.

Traditional Bhutanese tops are made up of two layers. The first layer is a blouse called a wonju (འོན་འཇུ་), while the second layer is a short jacket called a toego (སྟོད་གོ་). The sleeves of the wonju are folded over the sleeves of the toego to create prominent cuffs. You can also see the collar of the wonju peeking out of the toego as well. Tsemo’s top has both these details, with her blouse being dark brown and her jacket being saffron. Finally, the anklets she wears resemble traditional Bhutanese bangles called dhopchuu (གདོབ་ཅུ).

Overall, Tsemo’s character design might be one of my favorites in the whole franchise. It’s eye-catching yet practical, and the cultural inspiration is spot-on. Bhutan is a mountainous Himalayan nation that practices Tibetan Buddhism, so it’s the perfect source to draw from for an Air Nomad character.  Bhutanese architecture is also the basis for the Western Air Temple.

I also have to admit that--- for all the issues I have with the Avatar TTRPG--- the art is fantastic. The style is like the perfect halfway point between the rounded ATLA look and the angular Korra look.
