I want to eat your pancreas ( 君の膵臓をたべたい : Kimi no Suizō o Tabetai) review
It is an anime movie from a novel by the Japanese writer Yoru Sumino which was also adapted into a serialized manga and a live-action film last year.
Rate: Overall 7
Story 7
Animation 8
Music 6
Rewatch Value 5
This movie is not a zombie film, but it doesn’t really sound like a romantic drama either. I felt that it has as much in common with (A Silent Voice) as it does with the live-action Hollywood film (The Fault in Our Stars) .so the story have been done dozens of times before, is very basic: it revolves around an unnamed protagonist (let’s call him Character A) as he spends time with Yamauchi Sakura, a popular classmate whose days are numbered due her terminal pancreatic disease. As Character A helps Sakura ticks off her bucket list, he develops a close relationship and eventually falls for her.
The movie is something you'd enjoy watching it but don't high your expectations. The plot is okay but there was something missing in characters development I've felt like there was something is missing the characters remain so blant. The unexpected plot twist that will make you shocked for an hour it removes one of the characters from the story at in a questionable, and, at worst, utterly nonsensical way. One could greatly reach in linking this weird development to the philosophical message that “death may come from every corner” but the sheer silliness of the situation completely nullifies the intended emotional effect. When you look past the shock value, all that remains is, quite frankly, comical.
After this shocking twist, the plot quickly resumes its original course until the conclusion, leaving much to be desired due to the lack of originality and monotonous presentation.
The art is pleasing to look at I really enjoyed looking at the backgrounds especially the way the draw the sea so for a studio I hear it's name for the first time I really liked its animation . the character design is serviceable. Background art for the movie is quite good and up to the expected standard.
The soundtrack was not memorable but did its job, the opening was nice but I liked the ending much more, the OSTs I can't remember any but it was suitable to the story. The voice actors did a good job though. No real complaints in that department.
If you do end up watching this anime film, stay to the end of the film as there is a post-credit scene which does make the film a little bit better and adds a better conclusion to the ending before the credits roll.

My Annoying Brother (형- hyung : older brother) review
I really don't know why it's commonly called my annoying brother while the Korean name literally means older brother but nevertheless hope you'll find this review helpful..
Rate : Overall 8.0
Story 8.5
Acting/Cast 8.5
Music 7.0
Rewatch Value 7.5
To be honest I've watched it bc I saw one of the main actors is a member of EXO "Do Kyung Soo" so that's what pushed me to watch it without reading the description or any reviews..
First of all prepare a packet of tissues because a lot of tears will be with you during watching it.
The story is nice "as a concept you might have seen it in other movies" but the plot was so good and shows the family bondings are there even after separation for several years without saying hi. It shows that disability will never prevent anyone from reaching your dream whether it was physical, social or financial, you'll reach your dream but you have to work on reaching it.
The cast was amazing as I mentioned EXO member "Do Kyung Soo" was the main reason to watch the movie and he didn't make me feel down, I was really surprised about how good actor he is. His brother "Jo Jung Suk" was good as well he managed to make me laugh at some scenes.
The ending is expected but it was suitable to the plot in my opinion it have mixed feelings of being super happy and super sad at the same time.
The music was not that noticeable during the movie but the ending is so good especially the two main characters yes Jo Jung Suk and Do Kyung Soo are the voices you'll hear at the ending and I'm sure you'll love it
At the end the movie is nice and it's definitely recommended, not a movie you'll easily forget.
