i would've given genuinely anything for the rest of team RWBY to somehow find out that jacques slapped weiss because they would've fucking demolished his ass.

like blake already hates the fucker and the SDC this just gives her a more personal reason to beat the shit out of him.

and we all know that yang is fiercely protective of her team and considers weiss her family, so yk for a fact that she would've ripped his stupid moustache off his face before beating him senseless.

also like i get ruby's not an extremely violent or angry person and all and it probably does seem strange to her and yang, who grew up in a fairly loved home with their father, summer and qrow, but i would like to bet she would NOT hold back against jacques for this.

anyways yes, just team RWBY kicking the absolute shit out of jacques schnee while weiss should at least get to break his nose.

I was on a rewatch of v4 for a fic I was writing (before promptly tossing it out) and got to the Kuroyuri scene between Ruby and Jaune and thought, 'Hey that looks familiar!'

Then I remembered that the writers admitted they don't rewatch old material, so this scene in v9 is likely just an accidental parallel.
