Who am I?

A little about me...

Call me Jae, or J! I am a k-pop fanboy in his 20's, specifically stanning BTS, Stray Kids and ATEEZ (though i'm a baby atiny, so please be patient lol). I love all things music, whether it be K-pop, alt, old rock or movie soundtracks, I love it! I love survival video games like Subnautica and The Forest, love old cheesy horror/slasher films, and I love collecting vinyl records. Obviously however, I have the biggest hyperfixiation being k-pop, specifically my favorite groups lol. Now as an adult man, its difficult to express my passion for these artists and their music, but hey, that's what the internet is for! I write as a hobby and as a passion project really, even having some of my own novel ideas in the works with original characters and plot. A lot of what I write however is fanfiction, specifically self-insert where I can be part of the things I love so dear. I made this blog to post some of my writings! I write specifically x male reader, mostly BTS. I take requests and answer questions, and I will try to post as often as possible, yet I am a college student so honestly whenever I can I will! <3

I've seen BTS live in concert eight times, including the KCON in August 2014.

Every one of those times, became one of the highlights of my year. I don't want to overstate it, but BTS are literally one of the most phenomenal performers I've ever seen.

And I've seen Epik High, Twenty One Pilots, Radiohead, Shinee, Kendrick Lamar, Beyonce, ONE OK ROCK, Big Bang, AC/DC, Burna Boy, Janet Jackson, Coldplay, EXO, Foo Fighters, Slaves, etc in concert.

BTS are something else.

You sent in this ask some time ago @onthecuterside, and the truth is I agonized over it. Because how am I supposed to choose my favourite concert?

It's impossible to. Each concert was tied to different circumstances for me that made each one take on a quality of its own. But I did select a couple to potentially talk about:

The Speak Yourself concert in Seoul on October 26, 2019

The Wings tour in Seoul on February 19, 2017

...I saw recently fans were posting clips from the SYS tour. So, I'll talk very briefly about the Wings tour.

BTS were so young back then, but the energy they created was electric. Like I got goosebumps just now remembering and writing about it. The Wings Tour DVD is something I recommend every fan watches at least once to get a sense of the sort of energy, inexperience and sincerity they had (and still do). [I can provide a streaming link of the concert DVD via DM for anyone interested]

Not Today started with a few hiccups if I recall correctly. It's not really evident in the DVD but I remember the sound was a bit inconsistent in some areas, as if they were still getting used to the volume and deciding how hard to sing/rap. Their introduction was cute, and it was easy jamming along to the setlist. By the time it got to Baepsae, I was very awake. But it was Reflection that did me in.

It's Namjoon's solo song. He just stood in front of a mic in a white-ish button-down shirt, and he seemed a bit nervous at some points singing it. The Wings emblem that was moving the entire time, when contrasted against the blue background, was such a simple and arresting sight. I hadn't actually heard the song before that day, and so hearing it for the first time, hearing the lyrics of what he was singing... It stuck with me.

I remember screaming myself hoarse during Cypher Pt 4, and I probably blacked out during Blood, Sweat & Tears - imagine, it's the end of the show, Jimin's visuals after dancing and singing for more than one hour, high on adrenaline...

It's not captured in the DVD but just before the final chorus, I remember there was this look Jimin gave right before moving to the center, and y'all, I had a revelation.

I don't want to rub it too much in people's faces, but I knew BTS was different and were going to dominate no matter what, after seeing them live in February 2017. I wasn't even an ARMY then, I didn't have an ARMY bomb, and I knew that if the next year didn't end with BTS on everybody's lips (more than it already was at the time), then something must've gone very very wrong.

It's not their best concert ever IMO (the SYS concert and a few others are contenders for that), but that entire Wings era was incredible.

We have more announcements

-we're signing agreements and paying and buying very large companies today and I say it that way because we're gaining control and shares over 80% of them the others will probably purchase next week there's a list of them

-Shell oil, Sunoco oil, Mobile oil, citgo gas and oil, Arco gas and oil, Occidental petroleum the remaining shares in whole, 76 and associated companies which are subsidiaries, Wawa, Marathon, and those last two were additional over the weekend and they want to sign this morning. There are several gas stations in the Washington DC area that want to sign over and today and I think they'll catch us at the pump it turns into a comedy but it's supposed to become a tragedy. The company is above or buying usually 30% of the stock some are a little less and some are a little more but we'll have control and share over all of the above we are going to call the shots and tell people what to do

: several other companies have come to us over the weekend and we're signing presale agreements shortly

*7-Eleven, Mobile oil the oil parts division, Sunoco parts division, shell parts division, Arco parts division, 76 parts division, and several more mentioned above in addition there are White hen as a pre-sale agreement, of course. And in there a couple more gas companies and oil ampm and the rest are smaller usually a subsidiaries yes there is one company that came to us and we were surprised it's the trucking fueling station luvs and we are going to try and set that up for today for presale agreement they're huge keep in mind they're keeping most of the employees on board and we are going to stop people who are terribly and terribly bad and we have security forces usually they're combined with local people

-other presale agreements are coming up today and they are gigantic. One of them we have to mention is a distributor for Walmart they are gigantic and they also handle Sam's wholesale club. They are like Lane but they are a little bit bigger and the name of the company is Westland is a gigantic firm there's only three that do this and two of them have come to us but this is the second and I said that way because it is a matter of them being respectful of us a little but there trying to over burden us but we're accepting we're meeting today to hash out the final details this company should not be underestimated as a potential problem it should also not be overlooked as a massive solution but we do mean solution in a way in a few created and make it into one and that was our father and mother. Their global distributors they have their own ships and trucks the fleet is in disrepair all of it they have their own planes and trains the trucking is superb and with the presales agreement we are required to go in and inspect they're a bit nervous about it but we are explaining we understand they were over taxed and we will apply the appropriate measures and make repairs and replace seals as necessary and her son and daughter say to remove the assembly and replace it and redo the seals and replace those onto other vehicles and we're going to try and enact that we don't have time to tear it all apart and eventually they'll have all new running gear. There's a time-saving measure that we needed.

Along with the above we have some other large companies that are coming to us today for presales and we are going to mention them and we'll have to get back to the sales companies and they want us to announce these good boy and they make it difficult

*acceler metal and they're selling the whole company now there are several subsidiaries and they're selling them in hole and that means all of the parties involved and it is a humongous sale it's humongous okay off gigantic the steel factories they have steel factories for their military stuff that are quite a lot bigger they're about 10 times the size but that's square footage they're really about 50 times the size because they're humongously tall they're like 2 miles high we're going ahead and purchasing the rest of these companies within acceler Metallica there are five other companies and they are very big us steel, California steel, Pittsburgh steel, China steel, and last but not least Southern steel and it's a newer company they were pretty big they're taking over pieces of other companies and gobbled up small ones in the south and we mean all the Southern States on the Gulf of Mexico shore and Plus North Carolina and South Carolina and yeah the max took it over over there but they let them run it and I said they can't stand this hokey assholes and it's going on right now that we're signing a presale now these are global companies they just have different names and exceller metal they have a lot of companies everywhere with different names and it's about 90% of the steel industry we are purchasing 40% and we will have about 80% interest and across the board and some of the companies will own out right two of them that are mentioned above

*along with these companies there are other things to consider that are occurring they are selling off assets that are related to these companies and we don't mean company corporate headquarters we mean places like condominiums where they're living where they're using these plants houses apartments complexes and huge ones that are adjacent we are assigning presales and we need security forces to go there and monitor all these guys moving out. And he is imitating Mac because Mac was laughing and he told him to shut up and he sounds like him Jesus Christ and he's saying that to him so he says across the board and he's talking about his posture being bad we're moving on and we do have a few things to talk about we are in receipt of several warnings and we're going to issue those in a moment we have also an issue with the weather and with John remillard we need to catch up with we're going to publish because these companies are so big we need hours to sign on as well

After I had the quick version done, I was.. uhh... too lazy to redo. So I just went back in and mildly changed the eyes, hair, mouth and shaded the background which I previously actually forgot pfft XD Suit and glove uhh.. a huff of surprise leaves your lips when your back hits the wall, shoto’s hand placed firmly against your sternum. he stands there, looking straight into your eyes until a grin starts to take over your lips, causing him to awkwardly remove his hand and back up. “sorry,” he mutters, turning away to pant. “didn’t mean to do that.” his cheeks flush further as he talks, and your grin only grows.

“baby?” denki asks as he gently pecks your cheek, causing you to pause your spotify playlist and look at him. “hm?” “can i kiss you?” the second you nod, his lips are on yours and he’s pulling you into his lap, his grip on your hips tight as he kisses you desperately.

dancing with izuku; it starts off slow before he starts to spin and dip you, the both of you moving around the dance floor steadily, the only couple left under the bright lights of the dance floor. the song begins to reach its climax, getting slower by the second; the dance finally ends with your forehead against his.

after a dinner with friends, you and izuku are both a little tipsy and giggling in the back of the uber. when you both get back to your house and into the safety of your shared bedroom, you pounce on each other, quite literally. you straddle his waist, and he leans up to kiss you; something mildly stiff presses against your crotch, and a a low curse falls from your lips. he groans, spurred on by the need to feel you as he starts to grind against you. your hips roll against his, pulling a choked groan from him. “c’mon, baby, please. you’re doing so good.”

bothering shoto while he’s on a phone call by sitting on his lap and trailing kisses down his neck; he doesn’t acknowledge you at first, and only sends you a mild glance as he listens to the ‘important’ person on the call. a pleasured sigh slips from his lips when you move to pepper kisses across the soft skin of his collarbone, and the caller doesn’t notice.

katsuki will make out with you anywhere. a highway mcdonald’s bathroom you stopped at for a rest stop during a long trip? yes. the back wall of his hero agency, both your figures masked by the shadows? yes. in fact, that’s one of his favorite places to make out with you. he’ll press you against the brick (rip your back) and just attack you with his lips. it’s kind of scary lmao.

when keigo gets home from work on a bad day, he finds you and practically collapses into your arms. “what’s wrong?” you ask, brushing a bit of hair from his eyes. “long day,” he sighs, moving his head so that his lips ghost faintly against yours, “just kiss me.”

Halloween Party

Pairing: Peter Maximoff x Reader

Request by Anon: just a fun little thing i made in my head- so for halloween, peter and a reader who has the ability to control plants would dress up as the flash and poison ivy

Peter wanted to do a couples costume this year for halloween but the poor boy, bless his soul, wasn’t that into the dc comics. And you simply didn’t really have the heart to tell him that The Flash and Poison Ivy barely ever even interact, he was just so excited for it. He thought it was perfect because their powers matched the two of yours perfectly and I mean he wasn’t wrong. So that was your halloween costume this year. When Jubilee found out she had a good laugh and decided that she would go to the school's halloween party as Harley Quinn to mess with him and there was no changing Jubes mind when she put it to something. That led to everyone deciding to be dc characters so it was a group costume thing.

“Peter are you almost done?” You knock on his door already dressed in your costume.

“Yeah, I’m coming!” Peter yells from inside and you hear him stumbling towards the door. “These boots are so goddamn hard to put on.” The door opens revealing The Flash struggling to put his last boot on. “Woah. You look fucking hot babe!” You can feel yourself flush at his words.

“You don’t look so bad yourself Speedy.” The tight red suit did look pretty good on him.

“Maybe we should just stay here the whole night.” Peter pulls you closer to him while wagging his eyebrows, his hands staying on your hips while yours go to his shoulders.

“Sounds good to me, too bad you promised Ororo that we’d hype her Catwoman costume up.”

“I’m sure Ro would understand.”

“Hmm. Nah, Jubes and I are kinda matching tonight too.” You pull away grabbing one of his hands in the process. “Now let’s go!”

The halloween party was held in one of the fields on the grounds of the school much like every other party. There’s an abundance of halloween inflatables scattered around the outskirts of it and the fake cobwebs in the trees. The two of you meet up with Jean and Scott, who’re dressed up as Robin and Starfire, just outside of the main party.

“Have either of you seen Kurt yet?”

“No, we stopped by his room before coming though. He was still getting ready.”

“Maybe I should’ve helped him put it all on.” You had helped Kurt pick a character to be and get all the stuff together for it.

“Speak of the devil.” Peter says as Kurt walks towards the four of you dressed as the Blue Devil.

“I don’t think I like the horns very much Y/n.”

“Do you want to take them off? I can go get stuff to wash the glue off real quick.”

“No it’s alright. They aren’t uncomfortable, they just don’t feel right.”

“Do you feel too much like a demon?” You were worried that this would happen, when choosing the character for him you told him that if he starts to feel too uncomfortable with it because of how much of a catholic he is, that you would help find him a new costume.

“It’s my Ivy!” Kurt doesn’t get the chance to answer because Jubilee's running up to you clad in the Harley Quinn jumpsuit.

“It’s my Harley!” You bring her into a hug and over her shoulder mouth an ‘are you good’ to Kurt who gives you a nod.

“C'mon let’s go party.” Peter pulls you from Jubilees arms feeling a little jealous with how you called her your Harley. Jubilee sticks her tongue out at him in response and follows the two of you to the dancefloor after grabbing some punch for you and her. “What no punch for me?”

“Only for my girl you can get your own Speedy.” He grumbles to himself before speeding over to the bowl.

“I thought you said you wanted a couples costume?” Ororo asks Peter as she also goes to get some punch.

“You look great Ro! And I did.” The beaming smile he shoots her makes her want to not say anything but she knows she should.

“Then why is your girlfriend in a couples costume with Jubilee?”

“What?” He stammers and drops his cup.

“Yeah, Poison Ivy and Harley are a thing in the comics and whatnot. You didn’t know?” Peter just shakes his head and speeds back over to you feeling like an idiot.

“We need to talk.” You’re back on the outskirts of the party before you know it and look at him confused. “Is it true that you and Jubilee are in the real couples costume?”

“Yeah.” You look at the ground and kick at dirt.

“Why didn’t you tell me? We could’ve done something else instead of me dressing up like an idiot while Jubes tries to steal you from me.”

“Peter, no ones stealing anyone.”

“Then why didn’t you tell me?” You can tell he’s getting worked up. Peter’s always had self esteem issues and you’ve been able to make sure he didn’t feel like he was less than so far. You grab one of his hands to stop his pacing and turn him so he’s in front of you so you can caress his face.

“You were just so excited to have costumes that matched our powers, I didn’t have the heart to tell you that they aren’t even really eachothers hero and villain. I tried to tell Jubes to go as someone else but you know how she gets sometimes. I should have told you, I fucked up there but what was I supposed to do, tell you you couldn’t be The Flash and that you’d have to be Swamp Thing?”

“Swamp Thing?”

“See you don’t even know who he is. It doesn’t matter if we dress up as a couple or not, we’re still gonna act like one. Any costume is a couples costume if you act like one.” He leans in for a kiss.

“Alright you have a point.”

“Now let’s go back to the party, I still haven’t seen Ororo!”
