★ I think Dazai would be confused on how to go about bonding with a child, because what do infants do? Sleep? Eat? So he takes every chance he gets to feed and rock the baby in his arms.

★ He plays peekaboo with the child, too. He also makes as much eye contact as possible because he read somewhere that it's a good way to communicate non verbally with a small baby.

★ When it reaches about 4 months old, as long as your child is laughing, that means he's doing something right. Until your child is bigger and is able to express their deeper emotions and feelings, he will settle for the amused squeals and laughs.

★ He also reads to the kid, turning the book around to show them them the pages while they sit in their tiny little baby swing. When he reads picture books, he goes all out, voice impressions and everything.

Scenario !! ˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥

Dazai sat on the floor, staring at the newborn baby in her little swing. His legs were criss crossed as he observed her, watching every small movement she made in her little swaddle. He watches with adoration, still so amazed that he could create such a beautiful thing; such a miracle. He had never previously imagined himself having a family, especially not so soon, but he couldn't be more thankful now that he did.

He's torn from his thoughts when he hears the soft cries of his daughter, her face contorted from her recently peaceful one to one of sadness, and so did his. "Aw, what's wrong, honey?" He says, gently picking her up. He hushes her softly while rocking her back and forth in his arms, to no avail. Her cries become a little louder and he starts to internally panic a bit. "Hey, hey, you're alright, I promise!" He murmurs to her. "Are you hungry? Is that what it is?" He says, setting her back down in her baby swing for a moment and dashing off to the kitchen.

He makes her a bottle, shaking the formula and mixing it up while simultaneously speed walking back to his daughter. He sets down the bottle and scooches closer to her swing, taking her back into his arms and holding the bottle up to her mouth. She starts to suck on the top piece, slowly but surely draining the bottle. He smiles while watching her, removing the bottle from her mouth after a bit. He gently wipes her any excess formula from her mouth, giving her a bit of a break.

Dazai readjusts her posture in his arms, supporting her head as her small little eyes open and stare at him. He stares back, almost as if he were intimidated by the young baby. He felt silly about it, but at the same time he couldn't really help it. "Don't worry, I passed my good genes on to you." He says playfully to her. Her face makes a small grimaces again, and he knows it's probably because she wants the rest of her bottle, but he can't help but feel a little offended.

"Hey...you're not a very nice baby, are you? You probably got that from me, too." He murmurs, an eyebrow raised as he feeds her the bottle again. She seems content, which makes him smile. He feels her squirm a little bit and he quickly removes the bottle from her mouth, a bit of liquid remaining. He again wipes any remaining formula off her face before holding her to his chest. He sits down on the couch and carefully lays down, his head leaned against the armrest of the sofa.

He resumes his activity of just staring at her, so bewildered and actually astonished over what his life has come to. Positively, ofcourse. His fingers lightly caressed her head that was littered with teeny tiny baby hairs already. He can't keep himself from grinning, so proud of himself for not running away from a situation for once. Sure it has been difficult and he had his insecurities along the way, but he had a lovely partner to help him out of those holes he unintentionally mentally dug himself.

That support from you helped Dazai a great deal, as did holding his daughter for the first time. He actually cried when he did. He felt as though she was the most fragile thing in the entire world; a fragile thing that could be tainted solely by the blood on her fathers hands, the sins he has committed, yet every day she proves to be the most heaven-sent thing he has and ever will come across.

While he's sucked into his own thoughts, he can't help but smile subconsciously at the life has made for himself and refusing to let his past hold him back. He couldn't be happier, and he truly believed nothing would ever make him more ecstatic than his unforeseen family.

I love your headcanons for the Tomasino family - I was actually thinking about writing a fic for them soon, once I finally get out the last chapter of tomorrow I'll do things different (unfortunately, life has been kind of kicking my butt lately, so that chapter is late, but I should have personal things level out soon and it will be finished).

I was talking to my sister and she had this idea for something where one of Henry's brothers survives and finds him in the 50s after he links back up w Joe and Vito that she wanted me to write. Since you have so many headcanons for them I was just wondering if you wanted to talk to me about them a bit, if there are any of your headcanons you'd like me to include or anything you'd like to see in the story? Even just the ages (oldest to youngest) because since there is no lore I'm a bit confused about what fandom canon is for them.

I really love thinking about the connections they had and what they did together and how they must've loved little henny a lot and probably protected him as well as they possibly could. all the while being rude competitive older brothers at the same time lmao.

no I'd love to - either dm or asks whatever's comfortable / suitable at the time. fleshing out characters is funner when you've got someone to bounce off, especially when they have literally nothing in the canon lore istg. and no pressure either - I promise I wouldn't find it annoying lmao

I love the idea you've got going honestly - I have another ask going on about why was henry the only one? we should've gotten that idea, henry breaking down the spot because he should've emotionally broken on screen mhm, especially with this whole family theme going on the entire series? you make a series about family and yet don't let one of the protagonists in the second game see them? let alone talk about them more often. the writers gave him six brothers and for what, for the shock factor? not good enough, at least ONE of them should've made an appearance like come on.

Todoroki Shouto

Given how defiant Todoroki is towards Endeavor, it’s not surprising that Endeavor would choose to have another son to live up to his expectations. Expect nothing less from a man who would enter a quirk marriage, just so that his child would inherit a strong quirk.

Todoroki had an idea that Endeavor was going to pull something; there was just no way he’d let his only successor snatch away his dream of becoming the no.1 hero, and surpassing All Might.

Even so…never in his wildest dreams did he think Endeavor would pull such a reckless stunt.

Endeavor admits that Todoroki has a strong quirk, but a quirk is merely a quirk, if its potential is not maximized fully. Which is why he thinks Todoroki’s personality and strength is growing weaker.

Todoroki is enraged. Not only is Endeavor putting his mom through pain once more, just for his selfish desires, but he is also bringing a child to earth, in order to achieve his goal? Todoroki knows very well what kind of hell Endeavor would put this kid through, and he really doesn’t want someone to experience the same thing he did as a child.

Todoroki wishes to send his point of how immoral his decision is, across and what better way to do that, than making use of his quirk? Just so that he could show Endeavor how heartless his actions actually are.

But truthfully, to Endeavor, morals are nothing. As we all know, his goals are what matters most.

When the younger brother was born, Todoroki couldn’t stand looking at him. The heartbreaking sobs coming from his mother just fueled his hatred for Endeavor, and his brother, though deep in his heart, he knows that his brother hasn’t done anything wrong.

He feels immense guilt for being unable to prevent this from happening, towards his mother and his brother.

A close relationship between the brother and Todoroki wouldn’t be possible; the sight of his brother is enough to set him off. As his brother grew, the hatred he felt for him melted away, and what consumed him instead was thoughts of the reason his brother is currently existing.

He ends up shouldering the blame. Thoughts like, “What if I had done my role as his successor? Could this have been avoided?” constantly haunted him.

He wouldn’t dare to visit his mother while she’s awake, but would rather sneak in while she’s asleep. He feels that he doesn’t have the right to visit her.

➳ It wasn't such a bad idea to play around once in a while

➳ So you bought a pack of Cookies and Cream pocky to play with Yamaguchi

➳ He wasn't too big on the idea at first, since you two are just FRIENDS after all

➳ Not for long though

➳ But you managed to convince him, saying that it'll be fun and stuff

➳ He reluctantly gave in eventually

➳ You gave him the advantage of biting his end first, and you scooted closer to bite yours

➳ When I tell you you could feel the heat radiating from his face

➳ The both of you started the game after you counted to three

➳ You started off pretty slowly, then you sped up after noticing Yamaguchi's pace slowing down

➳ You were nearing the middle of the pocky, when all of a sudden Yamaguchi picked up the pace and reached the middle of the pocky

➳ But he didn't stop there

➳ Instead of moving away and claiming his victory, he continued biting until he reached your lips

➳ You were shocked, obviously, so you just sat there and stared at Yamaguchi's closed eyes as he continued to kiss you

➳ After what felt like an eternity, he finally pulled away and looked at you. As soon as he noticed you're a blushing mess, a small smirk formed on his face

➳ “Well, wasn't that fun?”

➳ Your blush darkened and you narrowed your eyes at him

➳ “You sly little….”

➳ “You should've expected that coming though~”

➳ “Well, you sped up all of a sudden!! How was I supposed to see that coming?!”

➳ You grabbed the pocky box and took another stick out

➳ “Let's do it again. I won't lose this time.”

➳ Let's just say that this went on for a pretty long time and at the end of the day, you decided it'd be best to just confess your feelings to him

➳ (Which was also "coincidentally" the sole reason you wanted to play a pocky game with him)

『Matcha flavoured Pocky』

➳ Unlike the matcha pocky, your first kiss with your boyfriend was, minty

➳ You and Akaashi just started going out and one day, during a sleepover that was held at Bokuto's house, all of you decided to play pocky game since it was the 11th of November

➳ Of course, as a new (and also the only) couple in the group, the both of you were targeted as the ones to play the game first

➳ You felt a bit conflicted about this matter. Of course, it would be a dream come true to get to kiss Akaashi (who would even let that chance slip by) but you're also not sure if you wanted your first kiss to be because of a party game

➳ Akaashi noticed your reluctance and figured that you might not be ready to kiss him yet, since you two just started dating after all

➳ (Not gonna lie, he was pretty dejected but he valued your feelings first and foremost like the gentleman he is so he won't force you if you don't want to.)

➳ “I'm sorry, but can we pass this one up? I don't think L/N is ready to--”

➳ “We'll do it!! I mean-- I'll do it! I'm totally okay with doing it!”

➳ You quickly interrupted Akaashi and grabbed the Matcha pocky box from the table before taking one pocky stick out

➳ “L-let's do this…”

➳ You bit one end of the pocky and moved closer to Akaashi to make it easier for him to bite his side of the end

➳ Kaori and Bokuto both whistled at your boldness which made you blush even harder. Akaashi sent a silent glare their way in an attempt to make them shut up, to which they did (but not without smirking and grinning like cats at the sight of you and Akaashi)

➳ The game started and you could feel everyone's stares digging a hole inside you

➳ The two of you started at a pretty slow pace, and it felt like the pocky was kilometres long given how long it took for you to reach the middle

➳ As the both of your faces started to get closer, your heart thumped louder and louder, making you worried that Akaashi would hear it

➳ You took a glance at his face, and just as you did, almost as if he noticed your glance, he looked back at you

➳ Seeing Akaashi's beautiful eyes staring back at yours in such close proximity made your brain stopped working for a moment and in a state of panic, you accidentally snapped the pocky in two and stumbled backwards

➳ Akaashi blinked in confusion at the whole situation, which just made your brain short circuited and steams started to escape from your ears

➳ You became a stuttering mess and you couldn't sit back up until Akaashi held out a hand to help you

➳ As soon as you got to sit up straight again, you immediately buried your face in his chest and murmured “It's my lost….”.

➳ Akaashi finished biting the leftover pocky and held you closer to him

➳ “That was a good game,” he whispered back

➳ Everyone started to give you two lovebirds teasing grins and laughs

➳ The game continued with you still buried in Akaashi's chest, with you occasionally giving curious glances to see exactly what was happening

➳ After some time, everyone started to get sleepy and decided that it was time to sleep

➳ After what just happened, you honestly didn't really feel like sleeping

➳ So instead you whispered Akaashi's name and gestured for him to come closer after you two were ready to lay down on the futon

➳ “What is it, L/N?”

➳ He came closer to you but was surprised when you suddenly pulled the collar of his shirt and tiptoed just enough to reach his face before planting a kiss on his lips

➳ The kiss smelled and tasted a bit like mint, since you two just brushed your teeth and all, but you honestly weren't complaining at all. It was refreshing

➳ Right after you parted your lips, you tried to look at him straight in the eyes (keyword: tried) and explained your actions

➳ “S-sorry I suddenly snapped the pocky….it was an accident...well, kind of. Besides that, I wanted our first kiss to be special so uhm…”

➳ Akaashi understood your intention now and he couldn't help but to give a soft chuckle at your flustered self

➳ “W-what's so funny??”

➳ “Nothing, it's just…..you were too cute so…”

➳ You silently screamed at him and lightly punched his arm as he continued chuckling. The both of you were still careful so as to not make any noise and wake up the others though

➳ (Kind of useless though since they were just pretending to sleep and already witnessed your lovey-dovey couple moments)

『Tsubu Tsubu Strawberry flavoured Heart Shaped Pocky』

➳ It all started with a stupid dare by Kuroo

➳ Of course, how could you chicken out and refuse if that was the case?

➳ Apparently, Kuroo’s older sister bought too many boxes of pocky and gave him some. He thought of sharing them with the team and brought them to school

➳ After practice was done, however, he got a brilliant idea

➳ He distributed the boxes to everyone but when he got to you, he got a different way to give them

➳ “Here you go, Y/N. A heart shaped pocky, special just for you, the manager. Tsubu tsubu strawberry flavoured.”

➳ “Oh, I’ve seen this type of pocky on the internet before. They look so cute! But I didn’t manage to find them anywhere. Thanks--”

➳ Just as you were about to take the box from him, he retreated back his hand and held the box higher and out of reach from you

➳ You looked at him with visible confusion, and he smirked down at you

➳ “Well, this is a special type of pocky you know? It feels like a waste to just give it to you like that.”

➳ “Didn’t you say that I got the special one because I’m the manager?”

➳ You’re starting to get annoyed at his attitude but you tried to cover it up with a forced smile

➳ “Still, this is the only heart shaped pocky I got from my sister…..Hmmm what should I do~?”

➳ You tried to grab the box from him, but he only held the box higher and on top of that, used his other hand to push your face away from him

➳ You finally ran out of patience and started to go full on feral mode at him

➳ “KUROO TETSUROU JUST GIVE ME THE DAMN POCKY!!”

➳ This is why no one messed with you regarding the subject of candies and sweets

➳ It was quite a scene, and Kai had to step in to ease the fight

➳ Kuroo finally lowered his arms and you took that as an opportunity to snatch the pocky box

➳ But he used the same trick again and moved his arms away before you could reach it

➳ “I’ll give you the pocky, under one condition.”

➳ You looked at him with extreme irritation. His name’s going to be in your blacklist for sure now

➳ “What?” You said, rather begrudgingly.

➳ Kuroo smirked in victory. He turned away from you and faced the direction Yaku was in.

➳ “Yakkun! Come here for a sec!”

➳ Your heart literally jumped out of your chest at that moment. Kuroo’s planning something, and whatever it was, you’re not gonna like it

➳ “So here’s the thing. I’ll give you the pocky, but only after you complete a pocky game, with Yakkun. How’s that?”

➳ Your face turned dark red at his proposal.

➳ “Are you crazy?! There’s no way I’ll do that!”

➳ You whisper yelled at him so as to not raise any suspicion from Yaku.

➳ “And why won’t you, hmm?”

➳ Seeing his teasing grin and narrowed eyes, you knew at that moment, that Kuroo knew of your crush on Yaku.

➳ “W-what-- how do you--? Don’t tell me you knew?”

➳ “Knew what? Are you hiding something perhaps?”

➳ You gritted your teeth in frustration. Oh, he knew alright. And he’s gonna pretend as if he doesn’t

➳ “Whatever, and why should I even do this?”

➳ “To get your desired special heart shaped tsubu tsubu strawberry flavoured pocky?”

➳ Phew that was a mouthful

➳ He swung the pocky box in front of you, tempting you even more

➳ Just as you were about to agree to play the game, a realization struck you

➳ “Ha! Nice try there, Kuroo. What makes you think Yaku would even want to play this game with me?”

➳ “Play what game?”

➳ You literally jumped from your position in shock when Yaku’s voice suddenly came up behind you, earning a snicker from Kuroo

➳ “I dared Y/N to play a pocky game with you, and if they did, they’ll receive this special pocky as a prize.”

➳ You internally screamed and tried to keep yourself from murdering this rooster head but Yaku’s unexpected reaction made you forget about the murderous instinct for a moment

➳ “Oh, okay. Sure, let’s play it then.”

➳ “W-wait, are you really, REALLY sure you wanna play it with me??”

➳ “I don’t see anything wrong with that. Besides, you’ve helped us -me especially- a lot by being our manager already. Helping you with something this trivial is the least I can do.”

➳ You tried to hide the blush that was creeping up your face and Kuroo, noticing your heating face immediately nudged your arm while displaying a much wider grin than before

➳ You excused yourself for a moment and took out your phone before googling “Can you stay friends with someone you just kissed?” in the case of you two kissing after the pocky game

➳ “Well then, here you go. I’ll give you mine since I still have some more at home.”

➳ Yaku took the box of pocky from Kuroo after he fished it out from his bag and opened the packaging. He took one out and bit the end without the coating

➳ Noticing that Yaku's ready for the game, you put back your phone inside your uniform pocket. You gulped once and tried to calm your nerves as you moved closer to him to bite your side of the pocky

➳ When you scooted closer to him however, he didn’t notice your presence until you were directly in front of him and biting the pocky with a heavy blush on your face

➳ Yaku stared at you with his wide, brown eyes for a moment before snapping the pocky into two out of reflex and fell on his back

➳ All of the others stared in shock at Yaku who’s now on the floor, covering his face with one hand. It was pretty obvious that he was blushing, even if he tried to hide it. His reddening ears gave it all away

➳ “Yaku, what’s wrong?”

➳ Kai was the first to break the silence. You were still shocked at his overreaction so you were just standing there with the half broken piece of pocky still in your mouth

➳ “Wait--I-- I just--- Uhm--- I thought we were playing a pocky game???”

➳ You had probably never seen Yaku this flustered before in your entire life. It was certainly a sight to see, but it just made your blush grew darker on your face

➳ “And you were….Wait, don’t tell me, you don’t know how a pocky game works?”

➳ Kuroo guessed with a snap of his fingers, as if he just made a great discovery

➳ “Don’t each person just take a pocky for themselves and it’s a game where you compete on who can finish their pocky first?”

➳ Kuroo covered his mouth to prevent any laugh from escaping and your soul had probably left your body at this point. The second-hand embarrassment you were feeling was no joke

➳ Kuroo tried to explain the rules of the game to Yaku, which just ended up making the libero blush even harder than before

➳ “Who even invented this game….”

➳ He whispered underneath his breath after Kuroo’s explanation. He looked at you who were surrounded by the first years poking their fingers at your arms and asking, “Are they dead?” with a troubled sigh

➳ “Okay….let’s do this again.”

➳ He finally got up and took out another pocky stick. Your soul finally returned to your body when he was in front of you and holding out the pocky with his mouth

➳ “It’s okay if you don’t want to do it, Yaku! I don’t want you to feel uncomfortable or anything….”

➳ Yaku silenced you by grabbing both your shoulders firmly, but not so much with force, as if he’s treating a fragile thing

➳ “It’s okay. I really don’t mind if I’m playing this... with you.”

➳ You bit the other side of the pocky and tried to focus on eating without thinking too much on what he just said, which just ended up in a total failure by the way

➳ The both of you went on a steady pace but when you finally almost reached the middle of the pocky, you both simultaneously stopped and stared down awkwardly, trying to avoid eye contact with one another

➳ Many thoughts ran through the both of your heads, and all of it were more or less the same

➳ “What if I accidentally kissed him/them? He/they probably wouldn’t like that….”

➳ “He/they would probably even hate me if that happened…..”

➳ After several seconds had passed, you two finally decided to continue biting on the pocky. And simultaneously once again, might I add

➳ This just resulted in the both of your lips to brush against one another in the end, and you swore your heart just escaped from your chest when you felt the sensation of Yaku’s lips brushing against yours

➳ You and Yaku both moved and turned away from one another, too embarrassed to face the other

➳ “Well, you’ve cleared the dare, so here’s your prize.”

➳ Kuroo casually put the box of pocky on top of your head and left the gym to head back home, followed by the others, intentionally leaving you and Yaku alone in the gym

➳ Okay, maybe you can at least lift Kuroo’s name from your blacklist after this. After all, he did help you get closer to your crush…..kinda

One of my many many theories is more of a headcanon that I'm sure will never be proven in canon but I like to think of it that way. I think what happened to kurapika and leorio was far more than what we saw in canon, same goes for killua and gon. For example kurapika once said "Leorio told me about you guys wanting to get game." Obviously there are a lot of scenes that we hadn't seen yet and there are times that I think somethings are missing. I'll start with leopika and get to killugon. 1/7

For example in the very start the one kurapika was REALLY interested in was Gon, he followed HIM around here and there but slowly he warmed up to leorio after realizing how similar they actually were and how leorio actually had a better intention than him, it even got to a point that he chose him to team up with him in the hxh exams and helped him getting his plate (while he already got his from tonpa) so until this part all the development was going + but nothing HUGE.

Then right after that they tried to defend killua and went to save him with gon and there comes an important timeline that we missed. They stayed with killua's guard for 3 weeks to train, a perfect and long time that could mean a lot could have been happening between them! until now kurapika was friendly, relayed on friends and wasn't distant but right after that when they got killua back he cut all his ties with everyone and got very very distant out of no where!

Then the next time he talked to leorio was when he was comletely broken and goal less, knowing he had no where to go after finishing his revenge and trying to relay on his friends again, he even used their help getting the troup and ended up chosing them over revenge. Then when it was over he got sick and the ones that took care of him were melody and leorio for days, another timeline that could mean so much happened between them and the tricky part is that right after that kurapika left and cut his ties again with everyone even more than before.

See the pattern? Every time we miss a part of the story line pika changes afterwards from trusting and close to distant. Because right after he leaves he cuts all his ties again even harder and we never got any explainations over WHY he kept changing on those times, something MUST have happened between them in those two timelines, specially he second one. Samegoes for Killua and gon, we couldn’t see all that happened between them while they were together.BUT we saw some pictures of them with different clothings etc hanging out with each other. ALSO we know killua suddenly got interested in gon’s pervious love lives, got jealous over gon and palm going on a date (probably) and latter on called himself and gon lovers by saying “a lover’s suicide will happen” refering to himself and gon.

SO the question is, did really something happen in those timelines that leaded things together?By calling refering themselves as lovers, was killua just talking about how he was feeling or did he and gon already sorted things out together? I think a lot happened between leopika and killugon that we never saw on screen but that is simply just another long headcanon. 7/7

huuuh I can see what you mean there and I think it’s possible stuff happened. There is definitly parts we’re missing - how Kurapika warmed up to Leorio, or some conversations they probably had.

Now, I have myself more very specific reasons to think Kurapika isolated himself because he was getting too close. I talked about it more in details there, but to me it’s most likely Kurapika’s personality and the results of endangering people.

After the Zoldyck Arc we know Kurapika tried to join the Mafia right away, was told he wasn’t good enough, had to train, and also had his master teach him how to use his Nen as a specialist, so with his red eyes, so with anger. So it’s not exactly the funniest time for Kurapika either. Although we know that I think it’s Killua? who had shared some phonecall with him. So Kurapika didn’t cut himself completely before joining the Mafia. He was focused on his goal, and again, he wasn’t using exactly the most healthy stuff.

When he was working with the Mafia he was mostly blinded by the Troupe, aside from when he got panicked when Killua and Gon got in danger. But there, he also kept his distance with them and told them to keep their distances until the Troupe’s fake death, in which he lowered his guard.

As I was saying in my previous post, the Mafia is kind of a merciless environment, Kurapika doesn’t appreciate it, and considering the events that lead to it, it’s no real wonder Kurapika would rather keep them all away from it.

So I don’t particularly think It’s an unseen conversation that made it worse. I came more into details in the previous ask of what I think was mostly the reasoning of Kurapika isolating himself after the York New Arc (in short, The Mafia, the fact he screwed his plan over by being reckless and endangered everyone after he gave in to get their help while he didn’t want to at first, that he even had to share his problems only because he left his guard down, the Troupe knowing about them all, and Chrollo getting his Nen back) and he has good reasons to then isolate himself. So again, I don’t think there are secret scenes we are missing to understand his reasoning.

However, I do agree that there are scenes that must have happened. While I can see from the scenes that were in the manga what brought Kurapika to believe Leorio wasn’t a vain money person, there’s probably more we hadn’t seen, of Kurapika getting his attention focused on Leorio eventually.

Of course the Zoldyck arc probably had more moments together (I still smile at the manga when Leorio opens the second door and he comes show his muscular arm to Kurapika, we don’t see what they’re saying since the guard is commenting on it, but I wouldn’t be surprised there’s some teasing in the air.)

Also Leorio and Kurapika’s separation in the Zoldyck Arc is a lot about unsaid. How Leorio picks up something is wrong with Kurapika and Kurapika who smiles and reassures everyone.

The fact that the group shows a lot of caring toward Kurapika at the moment they realize it involves the Troupe (and that they all planned to join him to help him, while Killua and Gon wanted to go there to also punch Hisoka, I recall Leorio had no others reasons than seeing his good friends. that’s the only reason he came to YorkNew, where Kurapika was there for his revenge, Killua just went along anything Gon was going, and Gon first wanting to punch Hisoka and then find the game).

But we know, at least, that those moments we didn’t see they got okay with each others. Leorio and Kurapika actually do talk in the York New arc, alone together, just not for long (we see Leorio waiting for Kurapika and talk together for a whole page before Killua and Gon join them, or of course, Leorio trying to calm Kurapika down in the car), so we can guess that it’s normal occurence.

Of course Kurapika being sick is again, more of what we hadn’t seen, but idk, I don’t see Kurapika being one to really accept being pampered considering how he just went on “I’m fine” while he was still sick. He doesn’t like people worrying for him so idk, while Leorio is trying to help eventually you can wonder how much Kurapika accepted to be that vulnerable in front of them (hell he tried to get up and go back to the Mafia while still sick, that guy istg).

So there’s definitly things we don’t know, but I don’t think it influenced Kurapika’s big decisions to isolate himself, or if so, just to isolate to keep those he cares about safe. Now If I let myself get all shipping goggles over it, I would definitly go the road of “he’s getting too close and if I allow him to get this close it’ll be painful and he could be in danger” but. I’m aware that’s probably just my shipping headcanons ahah.

As for Killua and Gon it’s hard to think we missed much aside from Gon’s apologizes. Also for the Lover’s Suicide, while it’s true it’s a Lover connotation, let’s just remember than in japanese it’s “joined suicide” mostly, and it’s just that it’s mostly associated to lovers. It’s not exactly Killua calling them lover p er se, while he’s more than likely thinking that tho.

As for Killua going jealous I think it’s normal once you get to like, have someone shows interests to the person you like, to get some interests on their lovelives for exemple.

About Killua and Gon, I think we mostly missed them messing around like friends, like they always do, but as we saw everytime, they get closer when they do those.

But it would be interesting to see what else we missed, what we still have to k n o w. There’s still probably a lot we don’t know and I want to know.

Like on that later I’m actually upset because in the DC arc?? As soon as they reunited, we see Kurapika’s startled face, then they have to run into the Zodiac’s meeting, and then BAM, one month later, we never see them again together, and the only time Kurapika mentions Leorio it’s when saying that while he was uncomfortable with the Zodiac, it’s Leorio’s presence that makes it easy. Like??? Show me that??? I wanna know what happened in that one month, I wanna know if they talked about Kurapika’s problems, I wanna know what moments they shared so that Kurapika would be back at smiling that foundly about Leorio.

That’s THAT MONTH I want to know about. That was a dick move to cut this part I’m still upset.
