Florist Danny x Cassie

Once a week, 1 flower was on Cassie's desk, and the next week it was 2 flowers, and then 4 flowers. Already, the whole classroom was filled with 524.288 roses that were send as a gift for Cassandra Cain. So much so that the teacher said she should ask her boyfriend not to send them to school. They have no place for it, and Home Ed doesn't need them anymore to make rose jam. They already have too much. + The truth was, Cass already said that to Danny, but he looked so sad that she was okay with him sending the flowers. + Danny is the new florist of Gotham, and yes. His power allows him to create flowers—any flower that exists. And Cass knew it, so she had no problem with him doing it, but flowers, for all the time, she is adorable and the best waifu!! 

Cass:"Danny! YOU CAN'T FILL WHOLE GOTHAM WITH FLOWERS!!!" Danny:" But you are so cute, all should know it!" + Cass was happy as no flower was send to her classroom, only to walk out of school and 1.048.576 Roses to be before her, leading to Danny's car.

+ After that Danny understood the problem, and just used his powers to grow Rosebush all around Gotham, making it shine in all the Colors of Roses. + The mayor had no problem with it. Gotham was now known as the City of Roses and most beautiful city in the US.

Why? If you have read my long ramble about the sentimentality of Mordecai Heller there could be a few factors at play

It could be that having been raised with his two sisters Mordecai can't stomach the idea of gunning down a young girl

It may also be that Ivy is Atlas's goddaughter, and as much of Mordecai's motivation his tied to his desire to find out the truth about his death due to him being a surrogate father to him, he may feel that Atlas would be horrified by him doing it.

It may also be (and this may be my feral Vikdecai side showing) that Mordecai knows how important Ivy is to Viktor as his surrogate daughter, and as he feels guilty about the kneecapping incident already, he doesn't want to do something that would cause him even more pain

Could always be a combination of all three of course
