Expectation VS. Reality as a lefty! I LOVE my University Library. Are these desks not the COOLEST thing!?! Today was the FDOC (First Day Of Class) and I had a good time in Communication and in Spanish. Storytime. I mom now In a class that’s 2 levels above what I placed into originally. You don't need a lot of motivation to start studying, you just need to create a system to simplify your life. To do that the first step that you need is to create a habit. You've probably noticed that there are some rituals you do every day without thinking, that's a habit. That's your goal if you want to study more: create a system that makes you do it without getting exhausted or overworked. Creating a study habit is not that difficult, it actually feels like a video game.Do you know when you're playing and you have to perform a series of tasks to pass the level? It's the same with studying. Normally the process can be a little boring - it is way more fun when you kill the boss - but in the end you need to do it to accomplish your goals. The biggest problem with it is that sometimes it is a long process, for example if you are in high school and want to become a physician it takes years or maybe decades to accomplish your goals. But here are some tips: ✦ enjoy the ride: have fun (make pretty resumes, study with a friend, start a blog) ✦ celebrate all mini victories, can be one week following a new routine or good grades, ✦ create a routine that is easy to follow, practical and that YOU can adapt. I was off from school again today (and will be tomorrow as well) because of weather, so I decided to do something productive! After doing all of my school work for the day, I set out to make a spread for February, and here it is! I'm actually really proud of how this one came together, and am starting to really understand what I do and dont want in my bullet journal! Today was a snow day, so I've been working on much neglected things, like my planner!
