Nobody knew how you knew each other. Kento always gives off this stoic vibe while you're the life of the party. All of your friends, especially Satoru, tease how both of you are like polar opposites but still attract each other. Maybe he was the one made for you after all, and Nanami Kento is your other half.

You spend most of your time together, either cooking or lounging in his kitchen, telling him stories that he has probably heard before. You and your theatric movements are trying to describe what happened, and he is just humming and listening to everything.

"And that's it, Ken; that's what happened to the book that I was just reading, but," you pouted, "I really wish you could read it so that we can talk about it."

"I don't need to read it now; you've told me the whole plot anyway."

You sighed, "Oh, I saw a good book at the bookstore earlier; we could buy two of it so you can read it together with me."

He snatched his phone. "No, you can't."

"You too, my love." You answered, "I'll see you later." You didn't finish your sentence as a gore, painful premonition flashed in your eyes. If you were to ask someone to describe your cursed technique, you'd never be proud of it. You can see flashes of the future—an oracle of a definite future with no power to reverse it.

"I'll see you later or in another lifetime, Kento. I will scour the whole world to be with you," you promised him.

Your opinion on plastic surgery?

critical of it. the industry creates and profits from insecurities and preys on mentally ill and vulnerable people, especially women of all ages. its often a superficial fix for societal problems (impossible and harmful beauty ideals and the importance of physical attractiveness in general) and individual problems (body dysmorphia, gender dysphoria, low self-esteem, trauma, etc). its addicting, especially the injections. i know from my own experience that these things dont alleviate deep-rooted issues in the long run and once youre hooked its difficult to stop.

i dont judge anyone who gets plastic surgery (it would be hypocritical considering my own choices) but i do hate those #proudplastics (women who brag about having had plastic surgery done). and i do worry about its rise.

when i was young, it was rare to see anyone who had obvious procedures done, now its everywhere: social media, advertising, shows and movies, and even just on regular people. anytime i go outside i see several people - women in the very most cases - who have injections or (im good at spotting those) nosejobs, eyelid surgery, and i have even seen some bbls. while i understand that celebrities are under enormous pressure to adhere to beauty ideals and even set new standards, i do think that women like kim k and ariana who were already objectively gorgeous but still had so many procedures done are a part of the problem. i consider plastic surgery to be a social contagion.

i think before and after photos and videos should be banned from the web entirely and plastic surgeons should not be allowed to advertise on social media. the only good thing is that procedures done by a certified doctor are not a big health risk, but due to the popularity a lot of women go to sketchy doctors because they couldnt afford it otherwise, which has already cost lives. a lot of plastic surgeons should be shot because they operate on people who are clearly mentally unstable or it poses a huge health risk.

im not against it entirely but it should be a last resort and generally discouraged and thats the opposite of what we are witnessing at the moment. im super worried about the development of normalisation and how this is affecting already toxic beauty standards.

After an intense mission, you found yourself and the other Shadows lounging in the common room. Almost everyone was accounted for but the Commander, your eyes scanned the room trying to find him.

“Looking for Graves?”, one of the boys next to you spoke up nudging your arm, “We’ve all noticed”,

“Noticed what?” playing dumb was the smart option, you couldn't have the other Shadows thinking you had a thing for the Commander, it wasn't professional, especially in the life-or-death situations you found yourself in with the Company.

“We all know you like him” another Shadow had chimed in on the conversation, “He’s got a girl back home ya know, tough luck” this got a laugh out of the others as they looked at you awaiting your next move.

You slowly leaned back into the chair you were sat in, bringing a hand up to your mouth as you lightly bit your thumbnail, “That’s too bad, isn't it?” you were no longer looking in the room for Graves, your eyes found him in the hallway fiddling with a key to his office. “Well looks like it’s time for me to go” you stood up lightly patting the boys' backs next to you as you walked towards the Commander's office. Straightening your jacket as you approached the door, you heard wolf whistles from the common area which you responded to with a middle finger in their direction.

Lightly knocking on the door, “It’s meeee” you spoke in a sing-song tone,

Graves opened the door, “Whaddya doin’ here, I thought y’all were hanging out down the hall?”. Stepping aside, allowing you to step into the office as he closed the door behind you.

“What? I can't come hang out with my favorite Commander?” you laughed sitting in Graves’ chair, resting your feet on the mahogany desk as you got comfortable.

Phillip tsked, and motioned his finger to signal you to remove your feet from the desk, complying to the orders as he spoke, “I’m your only Commander,” he laughed to himself as he stroked his jaw looking at you. Graves had a feeling he knew why you were sitting in his chair, in his office, pushing the limits from the second you walked in his door. It took everything in him to not give in, and he wasn't sure how much longer he was going to last.

You spun the chair around to look at the shelves behind the desk, some family photos were tacked on the bulletin board. One caught your eye, Phillip Graves and the girlfriend. It was a cute photo, as much as you hated looking at it. The photo was worn with creases distorting the image a bit, it looked like it was taken on one of Graves’ deployment days. He looked slightly younger in it, but still handsome nevertheless. You could feel his eyes on you as you hovered over the bulletin board.

“Where’s my picture, Phil?” you got up, moving to the front of the desk, now sitting on top of it.

“We haven't got a photo to put up there” he scratched the back of his neck, looking very obviously flustered at the idea.

“Well, when are we gonna take one?” you smiled sweetly at him.

Despite how innocent you looked asking Graves, he knew your intentions, he wasn't dumb, it's exactly why he played into them. The attraction to you was impossible to ignore, despite having a girlfriend, but she wasn't here, you were.

“I’ll take a picture whenever you want doll” he let the nickname slip out, it wasn't something he called anyone. It was reserved for his girlfriend, at home, but for some reason, his words wanted to push the boundary to pull you in more.

“Doll,” you toyed with the name he had called you, “I like it, that my new call sign?”,

“Let’s keep that one in between us, yeah?” the Commander was now making his way towards you, his eyes were darker than usual. “Why’d you come in here” he now stood in front of you, his hand had made its way to the zipper of your jacket, slowly zipping it down to reveal a plain white shirt.

“I think you know Phillip,” you looked up at him with hooded eyes, placing your hands on his chest.

“Say it for me”

“Break up with your girlfriend” you whispered slowly. Graves let out an exhale as he tipped his head back slightly.

“Now…” you could see the wheels turning as he thought about what you said, “This ain’t right” he mumbled.

“I never said it was, but here we are” your hands moving from his chest to his waist pulling him in closer. His hands moved to cup your face, closing the gap as he leaned in placing a slow kiss on your lips, both of you finally giving into the temptations.

The two of you finally pulled away to catch your breaths, smiling at each other. The Commander rubbed his fingers on his temple, “What am I gonna do with you?”

“Come find me in the morning and show me,” you snuck out of Graves’ grasp, now heading to the door to leave.

“I’ll see you then doll”, Phillip nodded his head at you as you let yourself out.

You slowly shut the door behind you, the Shadows in the common area looking shocked as you threw them a wink while you headed back to your room to prepare for the morning.

Embracing Your [Unique] Features

I see plastic surgery, adjustments, and fillers on beautiful women on a daily basis. From minor adjustments to full face changes. I’ll be the first to admit that I am NOT against plastic surgery or fillers. You should do what makes you happy. However, you shouldn’t get these life changing procedures solely to look like someone else.

For decades, main stream media has portrayed a certain look for women to strive for. For years, it was the “blond haired, blue eyed-white girl”. Now it’s the “dark long haired, full lip-bombshell”. It’s sad because the media has led gorgeous girls to believe they have to look like someone else to be considered attractive.

This post is to show you the benefits of embracing your unique attributes. Often, what these girls forget is that the women we deem ‘beautiful, sexy, or confident’ actually don’t fit the beauty standard.

The women that society puts on a pedestal have notably embraced their unique features and had an easier time branding themselves because they looked unique instead of a walking clone.

Skin tone

Dita Von Teese has never been shy when it comes to embracing her extremely pale skin tone. She has admitted that her style and persona doesn’t fit the normal beauty standards. She could’ve easily spray tanned like most celebrities do to get a darker complexion but instead she embraced the fair skin she has. Now, whenever you see Dita in a photo, magazine, or video there’s no second guessing - you know that’s her because of her unique aesthetic.

She even brings attention to her fair skin by adding dark lipstick and hair. Her beauty doesn’t come from looking like anyone else but herself.

Hair

When it comes to having their own hairstyles that suits them, Beyonce and Ariana Grande nail it. Beyoncé has switched up her hair numerous times but the color and styles still scream “Beyonce”. The honey brown tone and curls are what I think of when I imagine Beyonce’s face. Imagine if Beyonce decided to be ‘on trend’ and get a lace front wig & baby hairs like everyone else has. Instead, she drops “Lemonade” and brings cornrows back in style! She is aware of the colors, curl patterns and styles that work for HER. Don’t worry about what style is cool at that moment. Instead, figure out what looks good on YOU. Wear hairstyles that you actually like and that suit you best, not what someone else has.

Style

The icon herself - Ms Rihanna Fenty. I do not have to explain because we all know Rih is known for her avant garde style and iconic looks. She is the queen of “NEVER playing it safe” when it comes to fashion. I understand that Rihanna has a team of people who’s job is to ensure she’s best dressed. However, that doesn’t deny the fact that her style is original and unconventional. Rihanna doesn’t look to see what everyone else is wearing or what the trendy items are, she creates the trends.

I know that we all can’t be Rihannah’s, but you can be that girl in your own city, town or neighborhood that’s known for having her unique style and fashion. You will never get credit or noticed for looking like everyone else, but you will get credit for having a style that is your own.

Personality

Lastly but mostly importantly, your personality. Meeting someone who has their own opinions and not the opinions of what they see on social media. I miss meeting people that had their own unique personality and vibe. Your weird, hilarious, loud, or odd personality is what makes you unique and memorable. People will easily forget you if you’re just like everyone else.

A lot of these blogs try to tell you the “proper” or “right” way of thinking, behaving, and speaking. The truth is, you’ll get far putting on an act but people will eventually see right through you, or worse - get bored with you.

Cardi B is where she is today not because of her talent, but because of her out of the box personality. She’s loud, obnoxious, and says whatever the fuck comes to mind. People love that about her because they are too afraid to do that themselves.

Issa Rae’s quirky and awkward personality is what makes her a cultural favorite. She isn’t afraid to be herself, in fact she embraces it. While everyone is trying to be a bad bitch or hot girl she is just being Issa. She is so well liked in the community not just for talent and shows, but for her awkward & funny personality.

To reiterate, I have no problem with plastic surgery, enhancements or even changing behaviors about yourself. I just want you to consider why you’re doing it. If you truly believe you need to make these changes in order to excel in life or feel better, then do it.

But, if you think these changes will make you appear as someone else then you should reconsider. Everyone has something that is different and unique about themselves which help them stand out. Use those unique attributes to your advantage.

if i were ariana grande, i'd feel so fucking violated and disgusted that a woman was impersonating me extremely closely, and then doing onlyfans.

ariana has always had a bizarre amount of women making themselves look and act identical to her, and one of the most famous ones for doing so, that'd make tiktoks acting and singing like her, opened an onlyfans. ariana already called the tiktok impersonators degrading and creepy a couple years ago, let alone one now making porn essentially wearing her face (even editing the porn photos to look as close to ariana as possible). i have seen someone describe this whole thing as a 'manual deepfake'.

and the most disturbing part is that, once again, it was the second this girl turned 18 that she made an only fans. she has been doing the impersonations since she was 14-15.

so, it's hard to blame her, she's been sexualised and groomed online by men since she was barely a teen, but just...taking advantage and exploiting another woman like that...i'm just trying my best to blame the male market for viewing and making a young teen girl popular on tiktok because they thought this MINOR was attractive for playing ariana, and then following her making porn the second they won't go to jail for doing so.

Ariana, Selena, Rihanna, Taylor, Camila Cabello and the list can go on and on of these women and many others whose bodies have been criticized and picked apart by the social media and the public over the years. Yesterday, I watched the tiktok that Ariana posted talking about how she’s fine and for people to stop commenting on her body and health. Although, I get why fans tend to worry over their favs when their bodies or appearance changes drastically because in the past many celebs had to practically starve themselves or bring harm to themselves because their labels or team made them keep a certain image. However, I do think that sometimes fans or the media can go a bit overboard with expressing their concerns. For example, if you constantly are talking about how a celeb looks sick, that they're dying, ugly, fat, or that they lost their beauty or are going downhill, then you are crossing a line. Because what if they do have a medical issue or disorder or what if they're at their healthiest and someone commenting that they don’t look like how they did before is not going to make them feel any better. I also think it’s weird that physical looks are so heavily tied to determining the value of a female celebrity or any one for that matter. Like women can never truly look perfect. They are either too skinny or fat, short or too tall, either look too manly, too old, wrinkly, too plastic, their dresses are too short or they cover up their body too much. One example is Billie Eilish, now I’m not a fan of hers but the way the media kind of praised her but at the same time was someone shaming her because of the mystery of her body. She made it known when she was a teen that she liked wearing baggy clothes because she didn’t want people to pay attention to her body more than her music, which made perfect sense. However, people ended up focusing on her body even more especially when some pap photos came out where she was wearing a tank top and people would make comments that she was overweight or on her chest size. She even got more backlash when she appeared on vogue where she was wearing lingerie, I believe and her fans were upset because they felt she was being a hypocrite. My thing is that she grew up, there is nothing wrong with wanting to be covered up just as much as there’s nothing wrong with wanting to dress sexy. I just don’t like how female celebs will get ranked based on their looks like Adele was never seen as attractive but know that she lost weight, She’s hot and a classic beauty or how designers didn’t want to dress Bebe Rexha cuz she didn’t fit their body type. Even the Kardashians, like Kourtney is being praised for showing off her natural body but where was the same energy for Khloe when she was being called Fat and the ugly sister, know she got surgery and somehow she’s plastic and seen as an attention seeker. It’s like Women can never win, but have to be perfect even though there is no such thing as perfect.

First, you're super pretty and you look like a fun person to have around, I don't really know but I'm assuming that you probably like to sign at the top of your lungs when you're out for a ride, and I think I ship you with Bakugo and Kuro.

With Katsuki because I feel like this would be a pretty case of "opposites attract" I don't have much of a reference to point out if you guys are similar or not, but you look like you actually enjoy romance and even if he's a super tsundere he's so soft when he's alone with you, he would probably scoff around about how "You're so needy and clingy" but as soon as you get your hands away from him pretending to be hurt, he would drag you back so fast that it would probably cause you whiplash, he would put you on his lap turning his head away so you can't see the blush dusting his pretty cheeks, if you giggle he would pretend to be mad and just shut you up with kisses, he would pretend to hate if you sing loudly in the car telling you how much you're distracting him but he has the softest look you can probably see the hearts inside his eyes, you bring that fun side out of him that he probably didn't let out while growing up, he enjoys every moment by your side and his favourite thing about you is how much you ignore his cold stares and harsh demeanour like it doesn't affect you, until you're scolding him for going too far on certain occasions, he would apologise softly under his breath and hold you, you are his favourite person (following close is Kirishima except when you guys band together to bother him). He loves you because you are there for him when the ghosts from the past come back to haunt him, holding him close, sometimes in silence, you never judge him and that helps him to be vulnerable with you, when you need advice he would give you the most objective point of view he never lets his feelings for you get in the way when you need a solid opinion because he loves you too much and just wants the best for you, sometimes he sounds mean but that's just the way he is, he would tell you "that's the dumbest thing you have ever done, that's why you need to correct this and that" and if you get sad or mad he would say "Hey, you know I love you, you know what you did or said is wrong and you need to change that" as you can see you give balance to each other lives. (Also you are his only exception so expect a ring at some point in your relationship)
