If you think about it, all Allah SWT really asks from you is to try. Allah SWT knows His creation. He knows that us humans- we aren’t perfect. So try. Try to lay out your prayer mat. Try to talk to him. Try to complete this fast. You aren’t a bad muslim for making mistakes in your past. No matter how bad it was, Allah SWT’s forgiveness and mercy and love is there to take care of all of it for you.

Enough is enough.

You’re not going to get your children to be pious by force. You’re not going to get them to be “good” by casting them into islamic school or by giving them silent treatment.

When a teenager doesn’t find love in the home, they will look for it outside. When you punish your kids for telling you the truth, you teach them to lie. When you restrict your kids, you teach them to find a way to do the things they want to do behind you. When you make dua’s against them out of anger, when you use ayat to shame them, when you put them down, they will learn to think that this is Islam. And they will hate it.

But it isn’t Islam. It’s your wrongdoing.

Meromantisasi malam- malam terakhir di bulan Ramadan

Malam ganjil terakhir di bulan ramadhan tahun ini. Sekaligus ke sepuluh kalinya aku berpuasa sejak 10 tahun yg lalu. Tak menyangka diakhir2 bulan ramadan ini awalnya sudah sedikit terasa loyo ketika menginjak ramadan di minggu ke tiga dan banyak amal ibadah yg mulai longgar, telat dikerjakan bahkan malah meninggalkan hmmm...hari berjalan seperti biasa. Maafkan hamba-Mu ini Ya Allah yg belum bisa semaksimal mungkin dalam menjalankan perintahMu.

Qoddarullahnya minggu ke empat ramadan ini adikku jatuh sakit sehingga harus diopname dan aku bergantian dengan mamaku untuk menjaga adikkku di rumah sakit. Kupikir aku bakal tidak bisa maksimal menjalani 10 hari terakhir ini. Menariknya di waktu yg sempit ini Allah gerakan hatiku kembali bertemu suatu moment yg membuat hari-hari terakhir dari penghujung ramadan ini semakin terasa manis alhamdulillah.

Maghrib kala itu, selepas iftor aku ijin kepada adikku untuk ikut berjamaah di masjid rs, biasanya sih solat di bilik rs saja sambil menemani adik atau ke masjid tapi tdk ikut berjamaah. Dalam perjalanan menuju masjid sempat terfikir "ah mungkin jamaahnya cuma orang² rs aja" ternyata kebanyakan dari orang² luar yg berbondong² ke masjid sini bahkan sebelum waktunya adzan berkumandang. Shof solat pun kukira bakal tinggal pemain inti saja karna biasanya kan klo udah malam2 terakhir tuh shof solat makin kesini makin maju.

Ternyata dugaanku salah, shof solat sudah dipenuhi sebelum waktu solat tiba sampe2 ada yg gk kebagian shof untuk sholat, umpel2-an pokoknya Masya Allah. Imam sholatnya pun terasa seperti imam di masjidil haram yah walaupun saya belum pernah ke sana hehe modal liat live makkah di youtobe aja. Curiga ramadan taun depan terawehnya di masjidil haram beneran aamiin....Tapi serius tumakninah sekali ibadah di sini sampai kadang kelupaan waktu. Ditambah bau bukhur yg tercium harum di setiap sudut masjid ketika hendak solat. Menambah semangat untuk berlama-lama di sini. Hati terasa tenang dengan lantunan tilawah yg dibacakan jamaah sambil menunggu waktu adzan isya datang.

Tak hanya di solat magrib dan isya' saja, di waktu sholat lainnya juga sama, jadi vibes ramadannya tuh kerasaa bgtt semua orang pada berlomba² dalam kebaikan...aku jadi kayak bersyukur bgtt akan nikmat ibadah yg telah Allah beri dan masih diberi kesempatan untuk menghidupkan 10 malam terakhir dibulan ramadan taun ini. Makasih banyak Ya Allah...

Allahumma innaka afuwwun tuhibbul afwa fa'fu anni

Semoga ibadah puasa ramadan ini kita bukan hanya mendapatkan lapar dan haus saja. Semoga kita selalu diberi hidayah oleh Allah ketika kita mulai merasa lengah dan semoga kita bisa selalu istiqomah dalam mengerjakan kebiasaan2 baik ini, bukan hanya di bulan ramadan saja tapi di bulan-bulan yg lain juga. Semoga ibadah dan kebiasaan2 baik yg kita lakukan di bulan ramadan bukan hanya embel² "lho kan, kalo di buoan ramadan setan pada dikurung, jadi gk ada yg ganggu. Beda cerita kalo di hari biasa" Yakinnn??? Hawa nafsumu apa kabar??

Sejatinya ramadan adalah salah satu sarana dari Allah dalam 30 hari untuk mengevaluasi diri, mengendalikan diri dari hawa nafsu dan membangun kembali kebiasaan2 baik dengan tanda suksesnya selepas ramadan kita masih melakukan kebiasaan baik tsb. Ramadan boleh berlalu tapi amalan baik jangan!

I watched a video on psychology yesterday, it's about the experience of the psychologist who treated more than 200,000 patients!

Here are the things I learned:

The most challenging disease is obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

Obama started the BRAIN project to study soul-body connection and from here began the quantum neurology field.

Humans can't come from nature and nature can't be our God. The reason being, according to a mathematical model developed by someone to see the condition of Earth if human extinct, the Earth becomes greener! Why would nature create something that destroys itself? Meanwhile, if bees were to be extinct, the Earth will turn into a wasteland in 50 years. This shows that humans come externally and were put here temporarily.

Our soul is like a software and our brain/body is the hardware. Without the software, the hardware is useless.

The best book to study things first is the Holy Quran. Through it you will get immense knowledge and you will stay on the right path while pursuing knowledge.
