Faynor's Tale Series Chapter2- #1: Nholdr The cold air and gentle breeze bellied the usual warmness of an afternoon as the boat found itself onto a calmer sea. Far beyond the horizon partially engulfed by mists loomed an island. Faynor never felt this kind of cold, for Storsland always enjoyed pleasant summers and peaceful rains. "The air suddenly grew icy, is it not old man?" A foggy sigh escaped Old Yelrik's lips. "Welcome to Nholdr, child" ---------------------------------------------------------------- First illustration for the chapter 2 of my lil series! Our friends Faynor, Roy, Old Yelrik and son Dalrik arrived in an island cold Nholdr in hopes of selling the scales they've acquired from two water dragons fighting! Storsland, land of peaceful summers and calm rain, is one of humanity's home island in the world of Muntemtia. This is where Faynor Shattronbaot and Roy (My ocs) began their journey. While we haven't explored much of the main island itself (Due to my own fault of not planning ahead XD sorry), we did visit places on its sea through the illustrations I've made in "Chapter 1" of my illustration series. Faynor's Tale Series Chapter1- #14: Ogre Isle. "Why would I buy your dragon scales? Begone from my sight, human pests!" Ps: While not as beautiful as their cousins the Jhautnars (a race of Giant Men). Mhaugnars (Ogres) are a sight to behold all around the world of Muntemtia. They are often found deep in caves or remote areas where they spend their lives eking out an existence. Sometimes they do come into cities to raid or trade, but most likely the former.
