things suguru does that makes you quiver.

- can pick you up.

no matter how big, or tall you are… that man is launching you up into his arms without a doubt and it second thought.

- whispers in your ear.

his voice melts into your ear and comes out the other a gold bar. he leans into all his whispers so his soft warm breath is hitting your ear.

- kisses your forehead ALL the time.

i always picture suguru as a forehead kisser along with choso (he’s a different story) so delicate and affectionate, but also a cheek kisser. your cheek and forehead is easily accessible so that’s where he kisses you the most

- you could listen to him explain stuff all the time.

it doesn’t matter what it is, when, or how a topic comes about but when he explains things it’s so soft; he doesn’t try to undermine you, make you feel ignorant, he’s your personal search engine.

- his clothes.

this man is comfort clothes himself, if he could morph himself into a hoodie he would. he has sweats stacked on sweatshirts stacked on t shirts, he’s not big on fashion unless he NEEDS to be.

- smooth talker

he’ll convince you to do something without you even realizing it.

“hey, take off your panties.”

boom it’s off. he doesn’t use that to manipulate you or make you do something you don’t want… it’s more to get you loose with things; a comfort if you will.

- protective of the ones he loves.

a family man most def! he loves his girls and he loves you. no one comes between you and him. if someone comes at you the wrong way all hell will break loose, he is NOT having it.

- respectful

manners! this man has manners, he’s respectful. now that’s a turn on for anyone really, yes, please and thank you.

- does anything you ask without question.

you need help bringing the groceries in? that’s no problem, he’s going to be outside before you even pull into the driveway!

need help with errands? “okay, i’ll be back” this man is at your every call and he LOVES it.

it lowkey pisses me off when people say Snow hates Katniss just because she reminds him of Lucy Gray

cause like.. no. he hates her because everything she does is a painful reminder that he had a choice.

when she pulled out those berries, he hated that she would rather die with Peeta than leave him behind for a life of glory and wealth.

whilst he was prepared to kill Lucy Gray for the same result.

when she volunteered in her sisters place at the reaping, he hated that she would rather die than leave her sister behind.

because he’d never do the same for Tigris, even though he arguably “owed” Tigris more than Katniss did Primrose.

when she stepped in to stop commander Thread during Gale’s whipping, he hated that she would rather put herself in the crossfire than let him die.

because he had every opportunity to, but he would never do the same for Sejanus. instead he sent him to his grave.

throughout the entire book Snow keeps choosing money and power over love, and throughout the entire book he tries to gaslight himself into thinking he didn’t have a choice.

Katniss’s actions to some extent forced him to confront his own choices. they forced him to realise that if he hadn’t acted the way he did, he could’ve still had the people he loved by his side.

then there’s the obvious thing with her you know, making the gamemakers and the regime look stupid and well, becoming the unwilling symbol of a rebellion but shh

3 am and you're sitting on the kitchen floor and you keep your phone aside and everything is silent and you realize that this is the first time in a week that you've had silence alone. Have you missed it or have you been avoiding it? A bit of both, always a bit of both. It's been a while since you made spaghetti and it's March already — the moon has missed you (and other lies to hide your irrelevancy). twenty seven is old enough to not repeat a mistake for the third time and yet young enough to say fuck it and do it anyway. there's not much I know now, there's not much I want to know. I just want to be on the beach when the days are gorgeous and eat food without my body hating me and read books that speak to parts of me that can't articulate for themselves. I just want to hug my friend and make my mother smile and write a few lines that will be understood by someone somewhere. It's still these very things. It's always been these very things. Even at 27 when I'm sitting alone on the kitchen floor at 3 am. Especially then.

Not me randomly getting smacked in the face with the reason I used to love Doctor Who as a kid. Because the idea that there was a funny ridiculous genuinely kind person that could just…show up one day. Just show up and bring a world full of wonders. He could show up and ask you to come traveling with him. Time and space and travel and not just a whole world to see but worlds. And you could go and travel and come back a minute later and nobody would ever know you were gone. Nobody would miss you or come looking for you. There’s such an absolute freedom in that idea. An absolute escape. You could just escape. Escape your problems. Escape the 4 walls you were stuck in. And yeah, there would probably still be problems in space but they’d be different problems. Fantastical problems. The concept of the Doctor made the world seem bigger. I remember wishing so badly he was real.

the choice they made with Medusa in the pjo disney+ series is GENIUS! she's so complex in the dew minutes she has on screen and i love it!!

they tell HER story too. the story of the priestess of athena r*ped by poseidon on the temple's stairs and cursed by the disgusted goddess. the reason why she's a symbol of sa survivors. sure they toned it down, but the essence was there. she's no monster who hates annabeth the second she meets her because she's the daughter of her executioneer. she's a lonely, sad, hurt and bitter woman.

auntie m in the books was deceitful and fooled even annabeth. she only got worried when she learned of medusa's identity. but in the tv series they already know who she is, so medusa had to be be more convincing, genuine in her kindness.

she doesn't leave percy out of her vengance because he's the son of her great love, neither does she punish him instantly for his father's sins. she waits to see if annabeth and percy are like their parents and, when in her mind it's confirmed they are (percy didn't fight for the one he loves – his mother – to protect his friends, like his father stood aside as she paid for his actions and annabeth is proud and refuses to bend her views or admit she was wrong just like her mother), medusa attacks.

The company had stopped hours ago at a small clearing for the night and even though everyone was tired no one seemed to want to go to sleep. You were talking with Bofur about some games you had back in your world.

"Oh and then there's this one called truth or dare" you said.

"How do you play it?" he asked.

"Do you need a board or cards or something for it?" asked Ori.

"No, the rules are simple. Everyone at their turn get to ask someone truth or dare. You choose truth and they can ask you anything and you have to answer truthfully. Dare and they can dare you to do anything and you have to do it" you explained.

"That sounds fun" Kili exclaimed. "Can we play?"

"Sure! I'll start asking. Who's in?" you challenged.

Most of the company said they are in exept for Balin, Oin, Dwalin and Thorin.

"Okay so Bofur truth or dare?"

"Truth"

"Okay umm.. do you take the hat off while bedding a woman?" you asked.

"What kind of a question is that? Of course i do not!" he said smugly.

"Okay now its your turn to ask someone"

The game went on like that for a while. Nori had gone skinny dipping and was now pretty much naked with a towel around him, Ori had to show some of his unfinished art and so on. Until it came to Kilis turn to ask someone.

"Y/n, truth or dare?" he asked grinning.

"Dare"

"Kiss Fili"

"What" said both you and Fili.

"Well the dare can be anything and i dare you to kiss my brother" he stated.

"Well alright then" you told him before walking over to Fili and leaning in before kissing him on the lips.

The kiss only lasted a few seconds but it still left you out of breath. You looked into his blue eyes before he leaned in to kiss you again, this time more passionetly.

You kissed for a long while before he picked you up and laid you on your back on the ground. You pulled away to take a couple of breaths and you were leaning back in until someone interrupted the two of you.

"Alright i get it that you like each other but get a room" said Thorin. You had not realised that you had all eyes on you the whole time. You started blushing but the you blurted out. "Well we could get a room if you could just let us stop in town for even one night"

"Alright then, we will stop in the next town so that Y/n and Fili can have a little privacy" he stated and went back to talking to Dwalin.

His statement earned a few thank yous from the company. You on the other hand were a blushing mess pinned under Fili.

"I will do more than just kiss you once we are in a private bedroom, amrâlimê" he whispered in your ear before getting up and walking to his brother.

Maybe this is 3:30 AM brain, but nobody ever talks about how Mace from LOA pulls some of the biggest power moves (whether that be accidental or intentional)(spoilers for Icebound and Once Upon a Witchlight):

Gideon's entire character backstory is one power move, because yeah trauma that occasionally gets mentioned and affects his motives, but he literally took the chains that imprisoned him, upgraded them, and then slaughtered his captors with them. And he still wears them to this day and uses them to kill and control people!

Also his entire interaction Lorna and pulling the move with her tea kettle, right in front of her, while his husband tries to charisma check his way out of the situation, dude. (Kept vague on purpose, but if you know you know)

Also Taishen, he baby, but he also looked at an eldritch being that is far older and far more powerful than him and any of his friends, that has done absolute unspeakable things, with most of his friends on the verge of death, and tried to defeat it with a 4th level spell he had never used before and w o n.

Dudes, this man rolls absolutely terribly, and still manages to pull of these power moves and I love him for it.

Okay why am I completely hell-bent on destroying my sanity??? Like recently I started watching Lockwood and Co. as a pastime activity and now I’m 3 episodes in??? And I’m invested??? And suddenly I stumble upon the piece of information that dear Netflix has in fact cancelled its season 2??? I mean.. I don’t know how much more of this my heart can take?! First shadow and bone and now this? God it seems my ships, Kanej and Locklyle will forever remain a fantasy? Must i die this very painful death?
