Meet Frannie and her adoptive dad!

He is named Eric, he has a wife named Maranda.

Eric and Maranda, can’t have children so they opted for adoption.

They where in a shelter to find child in need. Or two!

« When they saw Frannie outside hanging on the fence looking at the other kids.

They came to her asking if she was lost.

Frannie replied with a nod.

They asked her if she wanted to enter the shelter and if her parents where around.

Frannie replied with a small..

-“I was going to but.. um.. no I don’t have parents around, I escaped from them..”

-“Wow that’s..” Maranda said after a pause, then she glances at her husband before continuing with “Do you want to talk about all of this in the shelter?”

-“Yeah that would be nice..” Frannie replied. “You’re the best people I have ever met since I came here.”

-“Oh? So you’re not from around here?” Maranda questioned.

-“I’m not even supposed to be.. like this..”

-“Puberty makes all of us feel that way” Eric added. “We’ll see you at the front door ok?”

-“Um, that’s not what I..” Frannie tried to explain, but then gives up to take on their kindness. “Yeah, I’ll meet you there” She smiled. »

Frannie is now part of their family. She tries to explain to her new parents that she is actually a plant and not a human.

Eric is having none of it, he just thinks she is good at cosplaying.

Maranda lies about believing her to keep her passion and dreams. Even tough she doesn’t believe it. She doesn’t want to hurt her feelings.

here's lore (copied from my instagram): Since Benny shot him (six) in the left side of the head his right side of his body, more specifically his arm and hands fine motor functions, got really messed up. Before the Benny Incident ™, he liked to sketch and stuff - so in order to use things properly Doc Mitchell recommended that he make his left hand his new dominant hand via sketching. Hence, drawing poor pictures of Boone and eventually his other companions :)

A Mother's Needs

This is part of the scrapped project I was working on and decided to just put it here with the other stuff. I'll go more about Chimeras below. The world building itself isn't being scraped just the series of stores LOL

I'm not going to write a lot of context about this world besides experiments are very common and became normalized. Most people are known as "mutations" but when mutations become bad they then become what's known as "Chimeras"

Chimeras are failed experiments mainly of organic life forms (especially humanoid creatures). They're a mixture of this organic life that are somewhat "zombified" that are sentient. Their bodies have gone through extreme changes causing them to be in a lot of pain and stress, making them extremely aggressive. Due to their stress Chimeras will attempt to eat anything as of attempting to duel their energy for a fight. But due to their bodily changes they can no longer digest food, so in the end this food is vomited up. This can be up to hours to weeks for the food to regurgitate back up. The stench of attempted digested food reeks of rot
