⊹
for you i’d sail across the sky,
bounding o’er the starry divide.
for you i’d sail across the sea,
gliding through tranquility.
for you i’d run across the land,
solely just to hold your hand.
for you i’d walk a solid mile,
so long as that would make you smile.
for you i’d step across the room,
just to smell your sweet perfume.
for you i’d give my every thought,
“does she love me, or love me not?”
for you i’d dream so peacefully,
that way your love would never leave.
for you i’d lay here still as stone,
patiently waiting when you’re gone
for you i’d cry a thousand tears,
reminiscing on our golden years
for you i’d write a million songs,
and sing them softly when you’re gone.
for you i’d rest so peacefully,
because you laid me down to sleep
for you i’d never love again…
because i’ll meet you in heaven.

Trying to find the author of an unsourced poem and being given only the tumblr post I found it in...hello?? Does it not exist elsewhere? Why is this poet so difficult to find I'm obsessed with their work I need to know their identity:
