GUIDELINES are over here!

FOR ALL ROMANTIC/SEXUAL CONTENT (WRITINGS, AUDIOS, ART, EDITS, ETC.) AND RAMBLINGS ON THIS BLOG, CHARACTERS ARE ALWAYS 18+. if they’re younger than 18 in canon, in any romantic/sexual content and ramblings, they have been aged up to 18+. BY DEFAULT, all characters will be portrayed as 18+, unless it’s stated otherwise; and if they are stated to be portrayed as under 18, it’s not going to involve anything romantic. (I used to add a thing into the posts saying as such, but given how much content I create, it got tiring having to tack it on every single post.)

Please do not use the ‘submit’ feature OR IM me to make requests; I only accept requests through asks. When the askbox is physically open and you can send me asks, then requests are open. When the askbox is closed, requests are closed. If you try to circumvent that, I will tell you requests are closed. The SUBMIT feature is for people to submit their own work if they would like it displayed on this blog. There are character limits for different types of content, just to prevent me getting overwhelmed and spending lots of time on a single request. One ask counts as one request, so, you can send multiple requests, but per request the character limit applies. Character limit for reader inserts and scenarios is 3. Character limit for headcanon sets is 5. Character limit for reactions is 10. You are more than welcome to send multiple requests, but the limit applies per each request. If you want, say, headcanon sets for eight characters, please send them in two separate asks. (Such as, “relationship headcanons for Beast, Dagger, Doll/Freckles and Joker” as one ask, and “relationship headcanons for Jumbo, Peter, Snake, and Wendy” as another ask. I hope this makes sense!)

Be patient with me, please!! This blog is quite popular (which I never expected haha) and I can have anywhere from 50-100 requests at any given time. Even with me being excited to write, it takes time, and I do work part-time, not to mention I run other blogs. I also put things into the queue immediately after they finish so that my content can stay fairly consistent when I’m active. In addition, I do not work on ‘first in, first out’, instead going wherever my inspiration for certain characters/concepts lies at any point, so I do requests rather out of order most of the time. It may be a while before you see yours finished, but I do guarantee you that asking me a lot whether it’s done/if I’m working on it will not speed things up! Sorry in advance.

I do lots of research, but, sometimes my facts in content (whether historical facts or canon events facts) might be inaccurate. Most of the time this is because I’m choosing ~aesthetic~ over accuracy, but I’m also not perfect and may mess up. (I promise you, I will NEVER live down the Cheslock oneshot where I somehow blanked on the fact that June 4th was the cricket tournament and not the last day of classes. 😂)

If you request Grell or Doll/Freckles, please specify which pronouns you would like me to use when writing! I headcanon Grell as genderfluid and Doll/Freckles as bigender, so for Grell I am just fine using ‘he/him’, ‘she/her’, and ‘they/them’ pronouns; for Doll/Freckles, I am fine using ‘she/her’ and ‘they/them’ pronouns. If you don’t specify pronouns (or make it clear by using them in your ask), I will simply go with whichever ones feel right to me in that request.

I do art, audios, and video edits in addition to writing! Video edits are usually done without request because I pick the songs based on my own tastes, but I do often ask opinions on which one my followers want to see. And you can always request art and audios!

If I am not comfortable writing a certain request/topic/etc., I will answer the ask VERY QUICKLY so that whoever requested it isn’t waiting for something I don’t think I can write. This is for my own sanity to avoid adding something “to answer later” to my drafts and forget, and for yours so you know up front if your request won’t be filled. If I do not answer the ask quickly, then it is in my drafts waiting to be filled!

I don’t do drama, fandom OR personal. This is a place for all my followers to feel safe and welcome, because that’s how my followers have always made me feel here. Do NOT bring any of your drama around here; it will be ignored, and you will be blocked. I simply refuse to engage with it.

Okay this one is VERY hard… I really had to think about this for a looong time.. I will explain myself as to why I chose each character :)

1.Din Djarin

OKAY HEAR ME OUT!! I‘m a sucker for Pedro Pascal, but I just love Mandos character in itself! He doesn’t let anyone get close to him but at the same time he builds trust quite fast. Most of the time. He knows who he can trust and is always on guard.

He is daddy. No like literally he has an adoptive, green baby on his side at all times. If you can gain his trust, he can be quite friendly and caring. I cannot tell you how many feelings explode inside of me when he says „Go! I‘ll cover you!“ LIKE AHHHH

2. Anakin Skywalker

Do I need to explain? He is so much like me!! Especially the high ego and the stubbornness..DO NOT COME AT ME LIKE „Oh so you think you can change him?“ HELL. NO. I would not be able to change a single thing about him, especially when palpatine lures him to the dark side. I would try to get him back of course but he was so gaslighted he would not change his mind.

Still he is handsome and has a great personality, even if he‘s a Jedi he still keeps his personality. He just shits on Jedi rules (relationship with padme) I don’t know why I like him so much, it’s just something I know for a fact. Legit grew up like that.

3. Ahsoka Tano

Final Fantasy

This one is pretty easy ngl. No hesitation while choosing at all.

1. Sephiroth

Gorgeous hair, gorgeous face and a habit of killing people. What can I say. My dream men. At first I hated him but then I read like one fanfic on accident and I saw him in a completely different light. Suddenly when I played the game myself I would scream in my pillow like a mad women.

2. Cloud strife

He has so much sass it’s adorable. That oke scene where he was all dressed up? I questioned my speciality all over again. He literally slayed in that dress. I wish I looked like that on prom :,(

He is so cute and he is the only one that I would big spoon… like- ever. He is the only one that gets that privilege.

3. Tifa

Another girl boss. I‘m not a pervert and chose her because of her body I‘m head over heals for her kind and caring personality. She is just sooo sweet!! And suddenly I can bark very well..

Tifa just had to be here. I feel like she would be the best girlfriend ever. I MEAN- caring, kind, brave?!?? She has sooo much to offer

Slasher boys

Okay hard choice again… but I feel like Michael doesn’t really have much personality and he doesn’t talk.. what am I going to do??? So I chose as my favorite slasher…

GHOSTFACE!

Not the dbd ghostface!! I mean ghostface from the first movie. Scream 1996!! Stu and Billy are just something. I mean if they actually like you and stuff one of the two might talk to you as ghostface and leave you alive ?

Not many slasher boys talk and Ghostace has the most personality.. I can just imagine maybe trying to talk to him..? I‘m a lot like Stu on my good days.. soo I figure that he and I would go well together.. as for Billy? It would be hard. Way harder then trying to befriend Stu.

Coming Attractions!

First Monday of the month, so here we go!

As per usual, this is also an Open Question Night--anything I've posted about here or on AO3 is fair game; my askbox is always open but tonight I'll be keeping an eye on it and responding. I do take prompts, but no guarantees on how quickly I fill them.

Not a whole lot to report this month--mostly because moving took up A Lot of time/energy/etc., so I didn't get as much writing done as I would have hoped, so just a quick blitz through:

OTP Meme fills-- I'm still super behind, haha. I caught up on June, but I need to do July, August, and September for all five ships this month, so that'll be fun.

PodTogether-- It got posted! It ended up being not quite all I'd hoped it would be (our plans were a lot more ambitious than our execution, haha), but the three bits that did get finished/posted I think turned out pretty well. I do enjoy doing this event a lot; next summer should be less busy for me, too, so hopefully it'll go a little smoother/I'll get a little closer to whatever my partner(s) and I end up planning (although I think I might take Leverage off my fandoms list next time; we'll see.)

Other SW-- No real updates here, other than we at SWBB got an ask about next year's event already (signups don't open til like December!!!), so I'm going to dig up what I started last year and hopefully actually finish it so I can participate. I've been involved with that event for so long that it felt weird to only do modding/betaing/podfic and not Write for it this time. (Precipice!verse has the same update it has for the past several months. It will not die until I leave this fandom, but it hasn't been getting much/any active focus lately.)

BSG-- Signups are still open for GBB! We could use a few more artists and betas. Story detail submissions are coming in, and I'm excited for what I'm seeing. I also want to get a little more into actively working on TOB over the next few weeks/by the end of the year. It's been floating around in the back of my head for so long and I thiiiiiink I've named all of the people and patched enough of the plotholes to get started...of course, now I need to figure out exactly when/where I need to start (especially since...you know, need to introduce a bunch of OCs plus explain why Baltar ends up in a different position...so yeah XD) I do still have various crossover snippets that might get worked on (like the one I reblogged the other day; there's also the Zeb and Helo one that I thought turned out pretty well); plus The Blood of Angry Men which I do genuinely plan to write at some point, but structuring it is a complicated question XD (Zarek character study/backstory piece; mostly focused on everything that initially sent him to prison, told through the lens of him looking back on it as he faces down his execution in S4; some stuff about charisma and followers he's lost/led to their deaths; the balance between him believing in his rhetoric and wanting power/using that rhetoric to gain it...a lot of really interesting things to think about here, lol)

Les Mis-- P&J will update soon; I'm also working on Acheron which I'm super excited for. I've written snippets of dialogue for Provenance (companion to P&J) but that won't get posted until the main fic is complete (because it's probably more fun to watch Ari solve as much of the puzzle as is possible given modern-day available records/evidence before filling in some of the gaps with a somewhat more traditional-style fic, lol)

Castlevania-- Not really much to say here other than at some point I will pick up Incinctus; also when Nocturne starts airing I will probably be Very Tempted to do a more active/actual crossover with Vampire Chronicles (bookverse) because. Like. The Theatre is right there lol (I know the vampire rules are very different in the two canons; which is part of why Marius existing in Incinctus is only a quick Easter Egg cameo; also Alucard and Armand would hate each other so much lol and I love them both so I'm not...suuuuuper interested in writing about that XD) Anyway, we'll see how much Nocturne actually draws me in, but at the moment I'm looking forward to it.

...I think that about covers it! Moving is exhausting and expensive but while unpacking/setup is still going on we are Fully Moved at this point, so...yay! Hopefully next month will pick up some.

L and M for the fanfic ask?

Wow, thanks so much for asking! I feel incredibly happy ahh~ Just the fact that you guys sent in a letter for me to answer is actually so touching to me.

L: How many times do you usually revise your fic/chapter before posting?

So, I’m sorry to say this, but...I actually don’t tend to revise my fics a ton before I post. I really should revise them more, especially because sometimes I’ll look back while reading my posts and realize I have some kind of plothole or typo. I might look over it a second time before I post, but that’s usually the extent to which I read over it.

But if you’re curious about my first couple fics/drabbles before I got any requests like Sweet, Comfort, or A Love That Killed, I actually revised those quite a bit since I was in an Ouma-crazy phase (still kind of am...). I was also somewhat trying to make sure it would be something more exceptional for my debut online, haha. I went back, reread and kept editing for a bit, but I didn’t really make any major changes. Mostly small things, like phrasing and diction–making sure I was describing exactly what I wanted the reader to see. The idea of my drabbles or fics usually stays the same, so not much change there; there’s usually some kind of image or starting point that I hoped to portray, so the actual content doesn’t change much from the first draft.

So, TLDR; the answer is usually I revise it twice, and for fics that I had been sitting on for a while before posting, maybe anywhere from 5 to 10 times.

M: Got any premises on the back burner that you’d care to share?

Oooh... So, I recently saw this post on giving your name to a faerie who asks, and that’s what’s running through my mind right now. I’m thinking about making that an extended imagine/x reader with our favorite little gremlin as the faerie, but I’m also tempted to use a character like Kaito or, more likely, Shuichi instead of the reader because it’s so much easier to flesh out plot and reactions when your characters have more solid personalities. Or if I get lazy, I might just keep it at a short length because I need a lot of continuous insight on the story and flow in order to write long fics. Otherwise, it tends to come out clunkily and I cringe at it until I get rid of it.

Other than that, I’m not sure. I was hoping to write something for femslash February, but I’m not fully assured on what ship I want to write for or what scenario, etc. although I’m rather partial to Kaede with basically any girl and Shuichi. After looking at ministarfruit’s artwork for femslash Feb, I’m really feeling the Kaede ships. Chabamatsu is super cute!

And, of course, I have my lovely requests from you all to fulfill! I’m working on the Kokichi one, even though I know I should work more on the ones that have 8 characters...I just hope to get out a request soon rather than later, although I am 1/8 of the way through one of those requests, haha.

If you guys have any thoughts on the faerie story or femslash Feb, let me know! No guarantees on taking suggestions, but I’ll definitely take any feedback into account. I should hurry on the femslash Feb, though, since it’s almost mid-way through February already.

The Obey Me Brothers: Cuddling / Sleeping Headcanons

AN: Sorry this took a while!! I decided to write for all the brothers because I have a tiny rough draft of cuddle headcanons back from like, the first week I started the game. Mammon’s was the first I came up with, and I filled in the rest from my impressions of the boys from the first 4 lessons. They’ve evolved since then, and I hope they’re alright!! Take care 💙

Brother x reader writing style. Gender neutral reader as always. Written on mobile primarily so excuse any formatting mistakes please ;u; I only go on PC to add finishing touches and a read more

Some things may come off as suggestive, but aren’t really intended that way except for Asmo’s - this is fluff through and through

Lucifer

- Ideal cuddles: Likes to have you lay on his chest in his bed. He doesn’t want his brothers intruding and annoying him or pulling his attention away from you, so his room works best. There’s something about being able to look down and immediately see you there that almost gives him butterflies. It settles him immediately. He’s canonically not a morning demon, but waking up to that sight and knowing you trust him and feel comfortable around him gives him enough motivation and hope to do anything. Getting through the days becomes a breeze when he knows he can return to that most nights. He’s also a real delight to see on those early mornings - tired, but his smile brightens up his eyes, and his hair is a mess over the pillows. He’s not stressed out yet, so he’s fully relaxed and looks quite elegant.

Sadly, he’s often busy, and regularly misses out on sleep. At times like this, he likes having you curled up in his lap whilst he works, so long as you don’t distract him. He’ll press occasional kisses to your temple and you can nap or read or just lay there and listen to the music he always has playing when you’re in his study.

- He has to be very close to the MC to let them cuddle up to him, and initially he’s a bit stiff and awkward because he kind of forgot what this feels like. For the first while he’s quiet every time you cuddle him, wrapping his arms around you and leaning his head against yours and staring off into the distance. He’s touch-starved. Give him a moment.

- Once he settles and starts to get used to affection, if you two are alone he’ll walk up and put his arms around your shoulders and pull you in for hugs, leaning his chin against the top of your head. One time, months into whatever relationship you have, he does it in front of his brothers without thinking, and whilst he feels embarrassed after he realises he doesn’t mind - somewhere between him seeing it as staking a claim, because he’s still the avatar of pride, and between feeling comfortable enough in your presence that he can’t bring himself to care how they’ll react.

- On his rare days off, will absolutely whisk you off somewhere else for a day out in the Devildom and a night in a cabin or hotel or something where no one will bother the two of you and he can hold you in his arms for as long as he wants to and talk to you about everything that comes to mind, completely free and relaxed. He’s one to mumble about something or other when cuddling, unless he’s working, so when the two of you are just relaxing together he’ll ramble about something or ask you questions and listen to you talk.

- Once Luci said something that made you laugh whilst you were laying with your head on his chest and he knows he’s never going to forget about it. Will intentionally try to make you laugh so that he can experience that again. He was an angel once and yet, nothing feels more like heaven to him. Only thing is he’s not above teasing and tickling you to get a reaction out of you, so long as it’s one that might end in you laughing and smiling up at him, and you’ll feel his own laughter rumbling about in his chest.

Mammon

- Ideal cuddles: In your bed - it smells like you and it’s tidier than his room, probably. He likes to have his arms wrapped around your midsection whilst facing each other, on your sides. He also doesn’t mind if you use his chest or shoulder as a pillow, so long as you both have your arms around one another. Often times he’ll bury his face in your hair to take in your scent and because it’s soft and calming. By the time you wake up, he’s going to end up wrapped around you like a koala.

- Adores cuddling on days off when the two of you don’t have to leave for longer than a few moments at a time, especially in a place where his brothers won’t bother you; think, staying in a cabin where it all feels so domestic, you two can wake up whenever you want and make breakfast together and stay practically attached at the hip the entire time, sinking back into bed or laying together on the sofa whenever you want. No responsibilities, no pressure.

- Plays with your hands, or runs his fingers along your side, or tucks one arm up behind your back to hold you really close and play with the strands of hair at the base of your scalp / top of your neck. So long as it doesn’t disturb you heavily, he tends to have some kind of motion, not one to stay still for long.

- He’s quite warm, almost rivaling Beel, so you might have to ask him to loosen his grip on you if you get warm easily. If you do, he pouts and suggests he lowers the temperature of the entire room instead, or buys thinner blankets or gets rid of blankets all together.

- He tries to stay up until you fall asleep because it feels so peaceful and he really feels like he’s protecting you. Also, no one can criticise him or be rude to him when they’re sleeping. Even if you don’t ever talk down on him, his brothers weigh him down, so watching over you whilst you rest in his arms makes him feel so much better without worrying that you’re judging him.

- One time you two were cuddling and he just started crying quietly, because damn, he’s the luckiest demon in all the Devildom and even Lord Diavolo would be jealous of him right now. He’s an emotional cuddler, and will randomly tear up or start chuckling to himself. He’s quiet and doesn’t usually voice his thoughts when cuddling but you can tell he’s thinking constantly and always really happy.

- He gets shy easily enough but he’s also possessive, and he’s not one to turn you down. Because of this he honestly doesn’t care where the two of you cuddle, or who sees. His grip gets a little tighter around you if his brothers walk in and you’re curled up together on the sofa or something, but he wants to be held 24/7 and any mild temporary discomforts are more than worth it when he’s with you.

Leviathan

- Ideal cuddles: Please lay on top of his chest. Literally just lay on top of him. He melts every single time. His bathtub bed is perfect for this, because there’s really no other way to lie unless you want him to lay on top of you, so he prefers cuddling there - that, and it helps him stay cool, and he gets to be in the safety of his own room. In an actual bed, he’s the little spoon all the way. It’s hard to convince him you truly like him, but when you cuddle up against his back and wrap your arms around him he feels a little safer believing you might be telling the truth. It also makes him feel really safe and comfortable, a barrier from the outside world that he rejects daily.

- It doesn’t happen very often, but Levi is one of the brothers most likely to sleep in his demon form, and occasionally when you’re cuddling he’s so relaxed he takes on his demon form without really thinking about it. He says sorry and, half asleep, offers to turn back, but if you’re not uncomfortable then he starts to do it more often. He’s mindful about his horns and prefers to cuddle in his bathtub so he doesn’t tear any of your pillows or accidentally jab you with his horns.

- He’s somewhat cold to the touch unless he forces himself to raise his internal temperature. You’re unlikely to overheat whilst cuddling with him, but you’ll need a thick blanket or you may end up shivering after a few minutes, at which point he’ll try his best to be warmer and apologise profusely. He hates being warm, though - best to just go for the layers of blankets.

- Y’know that one thing where (usually) a girl goes up to her boyfriend and climbs into his lap whilst he’s gaming? Adores that. Oh, it makes him so, so happy. The first time you do it he drops his controller and after a minute of startled silence where you wonder just how red his face can get, he wraps his arms around you tight enough that you feel your spine click, and he buries his face into your neck and stays there for as long as you let him. He’s so flustered and yet, you can tell he’s happier than he’s ever been. It instantly cheers him up no matter how bad his mood is. It’s even better if you’re playing a game on a handheld system whilst he plays or watches something and the two of you are just, wrapped around each other but still doing your own thing. He just wants you close to him. He just wants to know you like him. Please give this boy cuddles.

Satan

- Ideal cuddles: Like Mammon, in a bed he likes to have his arms around your waist and for the two of you to be facing each other. Your room would be ideal but he would really rather be in his so much he ends up cleaning all the books off his bed just so he can cuddle up with you. He also likes the idea of cuddling up under a tree somewhere, or in one of those plush window seats, where you two can look out over the Devildom and he can point out different places and talk about them all - Satan has connections everywhere, and you’ll feel like you know everyone by the time he’s done.

- Satan isn’t particularly warm or cold. His temperature varies with the seasons, but he’s mostly just lukewarm. This means you’re unlikely to overheat or be too cold when you cuddle, which is always good.

- He likes to read to you or have you read to him, or ask questions back and forth to prod at each other’s minds a bit. A talkative cuddler - there are brief moments of silence, but he’s thinking constantly and he wants you to be involved in that, just like every aspect of his life. There’s usually a clear connection between one of his thoughts and the next, and he’ll have calm discussions about thinks with you in his arms.

- Only falls asleep first if he’s really, really tired. Otherwise he’ll stay up and read or talk to you until you fall asleep. Like Mammon there’s something about the peace, something about knowing you trust him, that you don’t see him as his anger, nor as his false personality that he puts on to please the others and maintain a decent status in comparison to Lucifer. You just see him as he is. He thinks about this a lot as he pets your hair.

- Speaking of petting your hair, he has a tendency to run his nails over your scalp when you’re in his arms. If you’re uncomfortable it would be best to tell him early on before the habit is set in stone. His main source of affection comes from the stray cats he feeds outside, so he just uses whatever knowledge he’s gained from that. This also means he’ll take one of your hands in his arm press gently into your palm with his thumbs, like he’s pressing the pads on a cats paw.

- Feels close to normal when he’s cuddling. Like he was never born solely of one emotion, because he feels so many in those moments that he really could be a whole on his own. He’s not one to hide this, and will openly vent to you about it. As well as this, he’s quite likely to come straight to you if he isn’t feeling well and needs cuddles to settle down. The only exception is if he’s really angry and is worried he might hurt you by accident. Even then, if you can get close enough to take his hand or wrap your arms around him, there’s a large chance he’ll settle enough to hold you in kindness and he can begin to heal.

- He doesn’t talk about it openly but one time he’s in an awful mood and you grab his head and hold it against your chest until he lets out all his emotions and feels better and it becomes his favourite thing in the world. He loves to cuddle with his head against your chest and your fingers running through his hair. You can tell that he adores it because he ends up purring and nuzzling his face against you. Unlike Luci, he hasn’t been to heaven, but he’d be able to describe the feeling of it much better than God himself could using just that embrace as his reference point.

Asmodeus

- Ideal cuddles: “Whatever you want, honey.” He isn’t picky, he just wants to be touching you in any way possible. However, he really likes laying with his head on your stomach or chest - especially if he can press light kisses against them. He wants some skin-on-skin contact, even if its holding hands or one of you burying their face in the other’s neck, or pressing feathery kisses to the insides of your wrist. It soothes him. He can’t stop himself from grinning if you nuzzle into his neck.

- He’s just the right temperature for cuddles. He’s on the warmer side, but whatever the perfect temperature is for you, he’s there. When he sleeps on his own, he likes to have a lot of blankets piled up, and then have a fan on to balance out the temperature, and he’ll push for the same setup when you’re cuddling together.

- One of the brothers who will go up to you when he wants attention. He’s the least shy, and will happily throw an arm around you anytime, anywhere. Honestly if it doesn’t bother you, he’d pull you into his lap in public or in front of his brothers and cuddle you close to him. The only problem he could possibly imagine is that other people are jealous of the two of you, so you’d really have to sit him down and explain if PDA isn’t at all your thing. Happy enough to link pinkies if that’s all you’re comfortable with, but he needs a lot of affection, so expect him to essentially trap you in his room later so you spend time with him.

- King of gentle kisses and soothingly rubbing your arms / back if you’ve not had the best day. He doesn’t mind whether you two talk or not, but on bad days he’s the best to go to - he’ll listen to everything you have to say, and verbally destroy anyone who’s annoyed you, all whilst holding your head to his chest and tracing shapes against your back.

- Loves loves loves listening to you talk about your day and then filling you in on his own. He’s a gossip but harmlessly, and will talk about whatever’s trending currently, keeping you up to date on everything. If he really wants to show you something or take a photo with you he likes to cuddle up with an arm around you and hold his phone in his other hand, scrolling through whatever social media he’s found this really interesting or horrible thing on. Otherwise he’s quiet enough, with mumbled words of affection and some suggestive jokes (and touches, if you’re comfortable. He won’t go anywhere with it if you’re just cuddling). He’s just happy and he wants to soak in it for as long as possible; he finally understands how people feel when they fall for him, he says

Beelzebub

- Ideal cuddles: Big spoon. Preferably in his bed rather than yours. He wants to wrap his arms around you, especially if you’ve already got your arms wrapped around yourself so that he’s essentially holding your hands at the same time. He buries his face at the base of your neck / top of your spine. He also really, really loves just having you cling to him in some way, and will carry you around like that - usually he loves having you curled up in one arm whilst he goes about his day or eats.

- He is so warm, but if you’re laying down he’ll insist on having a blanket because it keeps him safe from the monsters in his closet :( You’ll definitely need something to cool you down, and he gets into the habit of getting you a glass and a large jug of water before you cuddle up together because you have to stay hydrated and it should help you cool down at least a little. Get him a thin blanket and a fan of some kind and it should just about balance it out.

- He’s the opposite of Belphie, in that he doesn’t tend to cuddle for long periods of time - he wants to, and pouts any time he has to get up, but even if you help him not feel quite so hungry, he still needs to eat regularly. If you’re asleep he’ll move as slowly and carefully as possible so that he doesn’t wake you up. If you’re awake he’ll gush out apologies and then ask if you want to be wrapped up in the blanket and carried along with him. If you say no he pours a fresh glass of water and rushes out and back because he really wants to spend time with you.

- Sometimes he just gets really excited and happy and he’ll grin at you wordlessly.

- He’s quiet but in the early morning, when he wakes up, even if you’re not awake he’ll press soft kisses against your shoulders and the back of your neck and whisper whatever comes to his mind. He tends to repeat over and over that he really cares about you and that he’s really glad you’re here.

Belphegor

- Ideal cuddles: In the attic on his nest of pillows and blankets, curled up so that you’re both mainly on your backs but somewhat facing each other. No matter what he’s going to end up curling up against your side by the time he wakes up anyway. He also really likes sleeping on top of you, but this is a bit risky because he sleeps like a log and its hard to wake him up when you need to get up to eat or use the bathroom. If you’re not in the attic, the only other place outside of your rooms that he likes to cuddle up together to sleep is the planetarium, looking up at the stars together.

- He’s on the cooler side, but likes being warm - he’s used to the kind of warmth Beel produces. Because of this, he’s liable to snuggling in as close as he possibly can to you to absorb some of your heat. You’re going to become his own personal radiator.

- Unlike Beel, he will cuddle forever. There are very few things stopping him from just sleeping constantly, with the main reason being that he wants to spend time with you and Beel. In fact, you’re going to have trouble getting out of his grasp once he wraps his arms around your stomach and pulls you down onto his pillow nest. Its best to devise a system and let him get used to it - tapping on his arm or hand 3 times, or something like that, and he’ll release you. He’ll also push for you to wake him up. The only other thing that will make him release you is if he brushes a hand against your side and you’re ticklish and laugh, in which case he’ll grin and start tickling you instead.

- Like Levi, if relaxed enough he’ll slip into his demon form. It takes less energy to be in that form anyway, and he likes letting you play with his tail when you’re cuddled up together. Acts annoyed if you start poking and prodding at him because you don’t often get to see the boys relaxed in their demon forms, but he really enjoys it. Purrs if you pet his horns.

- He’s not at all talkative but likes to listen. However, he’s liable to falling asleep very, very quickly, so it’s not worth saying anything too important to him; he’ll listen, and he’ll remember when he wakes up, but he’s not going to respond effectively in a timely manner.

- Belphie smirks and grins a lot, but sometimes he wakes up earlier than you and he looks at you until you wake up too, and you’ll see his lopsided smile as he beams at you, content. Mornings are okay like that, he decides, even if he grumbles and complains when you tell him you have to start getting ready for class.

I hope this is the right place haha. Could you do a female Eivor and female reader. The reader goes on a raid but it doesn’t go a planned. Maybe captured and tortured (sounds rough I know. A damsel in distress situation) then Eivor comes and rescues her. Thank you!

Thank you so much for sending in a request! This is not only my first request, but also my first kidnapping (kinda) fic! I feel like I'm officially a fanfic writer now! Also, happy pride month everyone, happy indigenous history month to all the indigenous folks out there! As a side note, my requests are still open, so feel free to send them to my askbox everyone!

CW: water torture, knifes, blood, brief mention of hot metal torture situation (none of the above are in a lot of detail!), angst, fluffy ending

Possible spoilers (very vague mention of storyline related thing)!

It had been days, maybe even a week since you had been captured during a raid that had gone rather poorly. While you were striking down soldiers with your bow from a nice, high branch at the top of a tree, you were spotted and a group of soldiers came after you. You had no choice other than to jump down from your high vantage point, and in doing so you sprained your ankle. Because you were injured and unable to really run away, the group of soldiers eventually caught up to you. Since then, you’d remained in the cell you had been placed in that night, hands and feet chained, the metal beginning to cut into your flesh. You had been questioned a few times, usually regarding what Eivor knew about the Order. You never answered any of the questions they asked you, partly because you usually didn’t know what to tell them. Eivor told you very little about her work dismantling the Order of the Ancients because she didn’t want you to get involved with it somehow, which would greatly endanger your safety. When they didn’t get the answers they so desperately wanted, they would either pour buckets of freezing cold water over your head, or slowly drag a knife along your flesh in a spot of their choosing. Though the cuts were not deep, likely in order to keep you from bleeding out, they stung when the water was poured over you, and were quite painful. Not to mention that having water repeatedly poured over you left you almost permanently wet, or at the very least damp, leading you to not be able to produce any body heat.

Though the days of torture and going with little to no food or water passed on, you knew that Eivor would find you eventually. She loved you, and had promised that no matter what happened, she would always keep you safe. Though the raid had not gone as planned and you had been captured, you knew she would keep her word; she always did. You trusted your lover, and knew she would do whatever she had to in order to get you back.

At some point, you had either passed out or fallen asleep (you weren’t sure which), and now someone was shaking you awake rather violently. You opened your eyes, hoping that it was Eivor, but instead saw one of the soldiers who had captured you. You felt tears spring to your eyes as you were hauled off to another room, dreading what was to come, and not knowing how much more you could take.

As usual, you were placed in a chair, your wrists strapped to the arms of the chair, and your ankles to the legs. You knew what to expect at this point; question after question, and you giving them no answer, then either being cut or having freezing water poured over your head. However, you noticed today that there were no buckets of water in the room today, and that there was a brazier sitting next to you. You had an idea of where this was going, and you did not like it. Though you knew it was of no use, you began struggling against your restraints.

“Now, now, darling. There won’t be any escaping happening here,” one of the soldiers says, directly in front of your face. You take the opportunity presented to you, and spit at him. This gets you a slap in the face that leaves your skin tingling and your ears ringing. But, you don’t regret spitting at him; not at all.

“Well, now that the spitting is hopefully out of the way, time for some questions. You might want to cooperate today, love. We’ve got a new toy to try out on you and I don’t think you’ll like it very much,” he says, lighting the coals in the brazier sitting next to you. He then places a long, metal poker into the fire, and you watch as the metal turns bright red.

“Now, what do you know about the Order? Who is that heathen’s next target, huh?” he asks you. When you don’t answer he goes to grab the metal poker. He holds it just above the skin on your collarbone, and says “Are you sure you don’t want to ans-,” before getting cut off by a door slamming open, and a knife slitting his throat. As the body of the soldier is pushed to the side, you see the person wielding the knife, and it’s just who you had hoped it would be. Eivor drops the knife, now covered in the blood of one of the men who had taken you, and falls to her knees, begging to unfasten your restraints. You try to speak, to tell her how thankful you are, but she hushes you, telling you to save your strength. Once your restraints have been severed, she takes off her cloak and wraps it around you before picking you up. You’re grateful for the warmth of her large cloak, and even more grateful that you’ll soon be back in Ravensthorpe.

You begin to wake up and notice that you’re snuggled up in several soft furs, being held by who you can only assume is Eivor. The last thing you can remember before you passed out is the jostling from being on top of a horse, and Eivor holding you closely, whispering to you that you were safe. You open your eyes and see Eivor looking down at you. Once she realizes that you’re awake, she pulls you even closer to her, and whispers “I’m so sorry, my love. I have failed you.”

You reach up and wipe away a tear that has slipped from one of her eyes and say, “But, you haven’t! I’m back home thanks to you.” You wrap your arms around her middle and squeeze as tight as you possibly can, so happy to be back in the arms of the person that you love the most.

“I thought you would be safe if you were further away. I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have assumed that,” she says, her voice strained.

“Eivor, I’m usually fine. There was no way for either of us to know that someone would spot me. None of what has happened is your fault, nor do I blame you. I’m just glad to be back here, with you, in your arms,” you whisper to her, leaning up to kiss her cheek. You press your head to her chest, suddenly feeling tired again.

“Y/N, I would have done anything to get you back. Your safety will always be more important to me than anything else, and I love you more than words can say. Now rest my love, you have been through a lot,” she says before placing a kiss on top of your head.

You return her affections, and feel yourself begin to drift off. You’re comforted by the warmth and the safety of being in Eivor’s arms, and allow yourself to be lulled to sleep by the beating of her heart.

“Is there anything else y’all want?” Nick asked from the bar stool he was seated on, scribbling down a quick shopping list. Both Karl and Alex shook their heads, Nick just about ready to head off before you piped up from the sofa in your open plan apartment, a sly yet lighthearted smirk present on your lips.

“Yeah, actually. Popcorn, crisps, sweets, and just any snacks you can find, really. Also, make sure you guys cancel your streams tonight - we don’t have any lore planned, do we?” you looked at each of your boyfriends who you met through the Dream SMP, and they returned your gaze with very confused expressions. Even so they shook their heads again to provide an answer to your question.

“I mean, I was gonna hop on the server with Will for a bit, but I can leave that until tomorrow if you’d like?” Alex asked, obviously curious as to what his partner had in mind. You were quick to assure him that your little idea could wait for a day the four of you were free, though you weren’t completely convinced that it would even happen at all if that were to be the case; you’re all very busy people.

“If it’s something important to you, baby, then I’m sure we can work something out,” Karl said with a soft smile, both Nick and Alex humming in agreement. “Although, dare I ask why you want us to cancel our streams?” he asked sheepishly. You considered keeping it from them, but gave in to the anxiety-inducing question of whether it was really important enough or if you were just being clingy.

“Well, I just thought, maybe, we could, you know,” you stammered, worrying the three a little bit. They exchanged glances, wondering if they’d perhaps done something wrong. “We haven’t really spent much time together recently, and I thought we could maybe have a movie night or something? I’m sorry, I know I should’ve planned this out properly with your guys’ input, it was just a last minute thought. We really don’t have to do it, Alex I know you said you had streaming plans and that was before I mentioned any of this and-”

“Babe,” Alex cut off your rambling before it spiralled into something more, as it often did, chuckling slightly and walking over to you with his arms out wide. You let him wrap them around you and you reciprocated the action, close to tears at this point due to the whirlwind of anxiety racing around your mind over something that warmed your boyfriends’ hearts, instead of annoying them and getting in their way as you’d predicted. “I’m sure we can miss out on a day of streaming to spend some time with each other, right? We have been pretty busy, like you said.” He smiled, looking deep into your eyes before leaning in for a sweet kiss.

Nick cleared his throat upon seeing you trade kisses without him, not even bothering to cover up his laughter. Of course, you sarcastically apologised and gave each him and Karl their own kisses too, Alex doing the same.

“So, is this everything we need?” Nick checked one more time before heading out the door, leaving once you’d looked over the list and didn’t see anything missing.

“Alright then lads!” you turned to Alex and Karl once the door closed, a large grin gracing your face. “Go and grab all the pillows, cushions, blankets, plushies - go and grab every comfy thing we own! If we’re gonna do this, we’re doing it properly, Okay?” they both instantly scrambled to the king sized bed and pretty much stripped it, while you crouched in front of the cupboard that the relatively large TV stood atop. Your eyes skimmed over the many movies you owned, the innocent Disney ones mixed in with the more gruesome and gory horrors like Saw and The Shining.

After a good few minutes of sorting through the discs and picking out a variety of movies to suit everybody’s tastes, stopping at some point to cheer Alex on in a wrestling match on the sofa against Karl, you’d finally found about six hours worth of top quality films. You looked up at the clock on the wall and it had just gone four pm, meaning that if you settled down by five at the latest then you’d be done by about eleven, making it the perfect time to head straight to bed so nobody would be overly tired in the morning. But there was no use worrying about that, this was supposed to reduce stress, and worrying about time was the opposite.

You’d sneakily chosen a couple of very scary horror movies, knowing that Karl wasn’t the biggest fan of them and it’d be an easy way to get lots of cuddles out of him; he didn’t hate them, but they weren’t exactly his cup of tea, either. You stood up and helped him and Alex set the blankets and cushions up on the sofa, collapsing onto them once you were done.

While leaning your head on Alex’s shoulder, he snaked his arm around you and absentmindedly grazed his fingers up and down your arm. You closed your eyes and you must’ve fallen into a light sleep as you were a little dazed when you opened your eyes to see Nick gently shaking you, not remembering him getting back. Alex was in the kitchen with Karl and you could hear them trying to figure out how to pop the popcorn, even when you knew there were clear instructions on the box.

“Hey, love.” Nick greeted you warmly with an even warmer kiss, planting himself beside you and wrapping an arm around you, much like Alex had not even half an hour ago. You leaned into his side and closed your eyes again, listening to his steady heartbeat.

“I love you.” you murmured softly, feeling Nick press a kiss to your temple and muttering a small “I love you too.”

“If you’re tired, we can always do this tomorrow, honey.” he said, causing you to sit up and jokingly look at him with a shocked face.

“After all the hard work and planning that’s gone into this? I shall not wait!” you yelled dramatically, the both of you laughing at your antics. While he pulled out his phone to scroll through Twitter and alert his fans that there would be no stream today, you stood up to check on the other two. It took them a good few minutes to realise you were watching them, positioned against the counter with a fond smile on your face. It was moments like these that really made you consider how damn lucky you were to call these three yours; sure they were dumb idiots, but they were your dumb idiots, and there was nothing that could change that.

They had just about managed to microwave the popcorn kernels without exploding the whole apartment or something stupid, and were beginning to pour all the snacks into bowls. You helped by taking the full bowls and placing them on the table between the sofa and the TV, sneaking a few bites here and there. Once you were all ready and cuddled up, you on Nick’s left, Karl on your other side and Alex beside Karl, the first movie was finally starting up.

You’d gone easy with this one, choosing Tangled, a very well-known classic. If you knew them, you sang along to the songs no matter how in tune you were or not, and if you didn’t then you simply sat back and enjoyed them. The movie ended and you realised you’d have to stand up again to start up the next one in the pile, when Karl offered to do it for you. Before you could even do so much as protest, he stood up and walked over to the DVD player, looking back at you with a horrified face as he saw what was next: The Silence of the Lambs.

“I hate you so much, Y/n.” He said with a loving smile, knowing you well enough now to see right through you. “If you wanted cuddles, you could’ve just asked!” You chuckled as he put the second movie on, returning to your side and resting his head on your chest. The four of you happily munched on the snacks that were almost gone by now, holding each other close if you got scared.

That movie finished, and then the next, and then the next. By this point you were shoved against Alex, Karl lying over the two of you and Nick. It was about half past eleven and you were all clearly tired, so you decided to call it a day and head to bed. You did your usual nightly routine, whatever it consists of, and collapsed into bed, shortly joined by Karl, then Nick, and finally Alex. As usual, you were sandwiched in between Nick and Karl, and you held onto the former tightly.

“Thank you so much for tonight, guys, I really missed you.” you admitted halfway through a yawn, seconds away from passing out.

“I missed you guys too, I really did.” Karl agreed, and so did the other two. You drifted off in a happy silence, glad to have spent the evening with the three men you loved so dearly.

and then i got to like "tsuzuru and kazunari are having a fight?" and jumped on that like a starving wolf bc helllll yeah! i rly adored kazunari in sardine search, i think he was great! hes just so nice and has good vibes. he and taichi are kind of similar i feel? but i think their respective ages contribute to a lot of difference in their characters. why does it feel like this askbox limit personally wants me dead. also i rly liked tenma ragging on them afterwards. like he was mean but. first i adore tenma. second he just felt like. a different meddling type to muku lol? like the vibes he gave me were always like... im going to be a considerate leader and watch out for the ppl under me! therefore im gonna make sure theyre doing fine! aggressively. i think tenmas also just like a friendly person who likes to take care of others in general? like im not saying hes omi or anything but just like. that time he offers his car ride to juza so they can go to school together like hes surprisingly open compared to his initial prickliness. also ive got thoughts abt the tenma juza SSR conversation thing i read. one day ill make a tenma and juza fic and complete a trifecta haha... but thats something for another day! back to the actual story. the way tsuzuru dives right in after kazunari! that was so nice. like its easy to see how much they care abt each other. (5/?)

to the point where like even while theyre fighting theyre like angry but still like fairly quiet bc i think theyre both at least trying to be considerate of each other. ah the moment kazunari didnt respond to tsuzuru trying to talk to him i KNEW he was sick tho. felt proud of myself for calling that one but also the reason i knew is bc i have used the "character being sick during an argument causing them both to make up with each other" trope myself before so uh. like recognizes like haha. anyways the cg there was fuckin beautiful like kazunari looks so sad in the middle bit but then u see his shy smile? like hes sick but hes also like. happy to be there. idk. lovely. i adore kazu i think hes just deeply sweet to other people. tsuzuru telling him "you make everyone around you feel as bright and cheery as the things you design” is so wonderful too (7/?)

now im thinking. ah tsuzuru probably feels quite drained after a script and such (i know i am when i finish any piece--its like the emotions just rush out of me) so i like to think that like yknow. kazunari dropping by his room or whatever helps him set himself back to normal! but also when tsuzurus like oh u left ur magazines here! i suddenly remembered. wait shit kazunari and tsuzuru arent even roommates. wonder how much they bother masumi lmaooo. anyways overall very good story! some more thoughts: itaru and citron were so cute in this event! just like. citron saying itaru winking makes his heart skip a beat and itaru quoting citrons wrong sayings (which. i am also guilty of today i told my brother "we'll jump that bridge when we cross it" so) also i love how yuki is like "thank god i wasnt partnered with that hack" but like. yuki. u could literally just not talk about him. like its so funny to me yuki is like wow i hate tenma but he wont shut up abt him haha (9/?)

i also was a lil taken aback at hearing itaru go "for the lulz" tbh... like it fits him. but im mad it fits him? anywaysss thats all i had for this one! im gonna watch autumn/winter and go say my thoughts on that soon. sorry the ask was so broken up, idk what happened!

I'm putting my answer under a read more because. Well. *waves hand* it got long.

The non-play events can be perhaps a little harder to get into because unlike the plays events that you start with a clear idea of at least the main plot (re: "they are preparing a play, i know the leads so i know who it will focus on"), non-plays events take a little longer to first set up what event they're participating in, how to prepare for it, and then bring up the conflict and which characters are going to have something to do with said conflict. So i can understand that they're a little harder to get into when we know the plays awaits.

On top of that, the first few events still were a bit tame because since it was early when the app released, i think they didn't go too heavy at once in case some people were still stuck on earlier chapters (esp since especially Winter is hard to unlock)

Totally agreeing with you about Kazunari, and very good point about Taichi as well! they aren't the Puppy Pair for nothing :'D (Yuki took one look at both of them together and just Knew. His suffering knows no end (lovingly)). But yeah i think they have a lot in common, they both are the really bright and friendly figure, both also started in overcompensating a bit because both wanted to be popular in some ways.

But we do have, on one hand, Kazunari who wanted that rather late in his life while Taichi always thrived for that, the fact Kazunari made friends easily and it's just that he was scared of getting to the next level, while Taichi always struggled with this quest for popularity. In a way too both of them were at least scared to share a part of them, Kazunari worrying to show his thoughts, and Taichi being a spy and all of that... which impacts them really differently considering the guilt it puts on Taichi. And then you add their age into the mix, especially the fact Kazu is the oldest of his troupe and Taichi the youngest of his, it makes them fairly similar all while being fairly different.

It's true the fight isn't really similar to their actual fight, though i do love that they had "swapped" their personality for the act and ended up insulting each other for theirr swapped personality. Like, Kazunari insulted part of himself in Tsuzuru's character and Tsuzuru did the same?? and then the fight escalated and the way Kazunari broke character hurts bc it's really that Tsuzuru hit where it hurts. But yeah it still wasn't too relevent to their actual fight, though i think the thing is that their fight was as such mostly because they tend to clash often due to their personalities rather than just this singular reason why, so to have the play go more "it's their personalities the problem" kinda hurt lol. But yeah still agreed that it didn't reflect much on the plot itself

I was rereading the improv bit to answer correctly and man since we're going to talk about Tenma next, i just. Love that when Kazunari, breaking character, his eyes sad, tells Tsuzuru "you have no rights talking to me like that..." it then cuts on Tenma being upset. Bc like. Exactly like you say, he wants to look out for the people under him. and like. Kazunari is his friend. A friend he also snapped at once and insulted for being who he was, so he probably could have relived a bit of his fight with Kazunari seeing those two fights; Except that now Kazunari is one of his closest friend and he doesn't like that.

Also like. It was also because he could still hide under the plot of the improv but it's so rare, and it never happened before that point, that Kazunari stands for himself in a "the way you treat me is unfair"? Like again re: his fight with Tenma, when Tenma snapped at him, while Tenma was unfair with him, Kazunari took the blame, called himself annoying and all yaknow?

The fact Kazunari is starting to accept that he can take more place for himself is something the whole Summer Troupe have been trying to help him work on, but especially Tenma. Tenma is always there trying to push Kazunari to say what he means, to express his feelings, to stop hiding.

And for once, Kazunari does that in front of everyone... and it's because he's breaking because of his fight with Tsuzuru.

I think Tenma probably felt it was even more of a reason to get involved like, this is the thing he's been working on with Kazunari about, and now he's being all hurt about it, not on Tenma's watch!

And i totally agree with your take on Tenma! (and would LOVE to read the Tenma and Juza fic once you get to it :3c). I think, Tenma is really caring and is trying to take a place as a caretaker and all, but unlike Omi, he has absolutely no reference for it.

Omi is the eldest of multiple brothers and everything indicates his parents have always been lovely to him. Add to it how he ended up leader of a delinquent crew he was clearly looking after, Omi has a history of taking care of people, of nurturing them, and he knows what he's doing. Meanwhile Tenma grew up on TV sets, mostly surrounded by adults and not by people his age, mostly getting advice from being ordered around by directors i think. And his parents are distant, hyperfocused on their job, not really nursing with him. So Tenma meanwhile really didn't have a family emotional support and was in situation where he couldn't befriend other kids his age. His only reference was probably Igawa (his agent) and i think for a long time he didn't exactly see it, and Igawa remained mostly professional so there was probably the idea of it not being sincere? That Tenma had to grow out of.

So like, they're both extremely nurturing and caring, but my point is that Omi has experiences in it and is at ease with it, while Tenma has been so alone and in places were he had no support system that even if he wants to support others, he still struggles with how to do it because he has no set exemple. And that's his development in the main story arc, to learn from how Izumi shows she cares in order to care back at them all.

Like i mean the way Tenma yelled at them about their mistakes at first feel like he would have picked it up from some directors on TV set yaknow? Probably hearing them say that with no consequences on others actors, seeing it worked, didn't think "that's an abuse of power and the actors probably all think badly of their director for that" but "wow that works", tried it on his troupesmates and realized this is... not how that works. And it's spending time watching how Izumi encourages them that have him fix his way to approach it.

So yeah i got lost too into it but like. I feel you on Tenma i love him so much and i love his development so to see him get pissed and involved there? was really nice. even if he was aggressive about it. He's still learning.

ANYWAY back to Tsuzuru and Kazunari, totally agree with what you say next. They still care a lot about each other and yeah they're at a point where this consideration they have for each other make their anger more quiet than trying to attack one another (Banri could NEVER-). so yeah totally agree with you!

DLKFJDLKF i LOVE the reasoning on "recognizing that Kazunari was sick". Your writer's powers making you see through... *coughs* unlike Tsuzuru....

AND YEAH ALL YOU SAY ABOUT THE CG.. YEAH. Kinda crying thinking about it again now LDKJFLKDJF It's just. Everything about it is so soft and tender. The things Tsuzuru tells Kazunari are soo so sweet sobs. They're just adorable i love those kids. and also i feel you for Kazu he's just that great huh?

The whole set up about Kazu dropping by his room is so so cute! I love it! Like probably the very first time Tsuzuru braces himself because "oh no i'm not in the mood to stand mister hyperenergy himself" but Kazunari quickly adjust his energy so that Tsuzuru can just recharge without being overwhelmed. Yes it would drive Masumi completely nuts. Which i think is a plus for Tsuzuru like, hey, if Masumi gets annoyed once in a while it's a win. But yeah also i think that Tsuzuru and Kazunari should really have the Artistic Soldiarity of Students in Art school Probably Working Until Very Late To Complete Their Projects. Would love if at the end Tsuzuru gave it back yaknow?

oh god yeah Itaru and Citron were SO cute in it too, i also love the comments Citron makes about Itaru's winks. Just there flirting in front of everyone like those two embarrassing friends huh. (probably with Muku being all starry eyes considering he greatly admires both Itaru and Citron and, well, Romance.). And yeah i love how Itaru ends up so much into Citron's rhythm (and this idiom you said? is glorious actually, 10 points for you)

DLKFJDLKF what a call out toward Yuki. "yes i hate Tenma,no i won't shut up about him, also if YOU say you hate Tenma i'm going to stab you with my needles, have a nice fucking day.". I love their dynamics so much aha

And yeah Itaru is there cursing us the whole time with the fact he's the greatest nerd ever and it fits him perfectly. It makes me laugh so hard.

Hey so I’m sure you get like a billion asks about it but can I just say I looove your Mermaid AU? Like Hot Damn, it’s so fun, and your art’s incredible!!! I really like how you played into Mermaids being naive/gullible, especially with Luffy being naive/gullible. I also enjoy the fact that Luffy’s still strong in this AU. Like, still just as kickass as in canon, it’s just that people are way more willing to trick her into being caught rather than to fight her, which, is the best way to (1/?)

Now to answer the things you’ve mentioned in these asks:

I don’t necessarily think mermaids are naive/gullible in general, but Luffy definitely is, both in canon and in this AU, and yup, as you’ve pointed out, she’s a much more attractive target due to being 1) a girl, 2) a mer. I thought it’d be an interesting combo!

Altho, lemme be honest with you here: that isn’t the main reason why Lu’s a girl in this AU. The main reason is simply because I suddenly wanted to draw Boobs, and realized that in all my many past fandoms, I very rarely draw boobs. I think ladies are awesome, just my fav charas/ships tend to focus on guys, so not much opportunity ^ ^; So I thought it’d just be fun to give myself an excuse to practice, ye know? And the only reason why everyone else isn’t also genderbent so it’s ladies everywhere, is bc well, I still really enjoy drawing muscley dudes too ^ ^; I apologize if it seems a bit “het” (tho tbh, Luffy doesn’t really read as particularly gendered to me either way), but really I just wanted to draw both boobs and moobs if that makes sense >.>;;; it ain’t that deep lmao

The ENTIRE crew is hyper protective, this AU’s defs got a lotta Everyone Loving Lu! It’s defs ASL and specifically AceLu centric especially at first, and yes he’s very protective and has every reason to be ^ ^; Sabo will also definitely be HYPER overprotective (especially given the situation he finds her in...), and the rest of the crew gets increasingly protective too. The original straw hats (yes they’re all eventually recruited) obviously so, but I’m also really excited to think about the potential of Thatch and Deuce in the crew. I’ve already shared some long rambly thoughts on Patreon, hoping they can make it to comic form one day haha!

Shanks absolutely did not know that Luffy’s a girl, and Mihawk absolutely figures it out, and casually lets slip when he visits. Let’s say that Shanks being shocked is an understatement (and wouldn’t it be hilarious if Ben already suspected but decided not to say anything), and may or may not have tried to immediately go see for himself......

As for Luffy’s wanted poster...you’ll see ^ ^;

ofc, share all you want! omg... I love this idea..... Kakyoin would be so soft anytime a cat approaches him. he’d do a little “pspsps” and hold out his finger for them to smell. and once a cat actually nudges him, he’d just melt! he wouldn’t show it outwardly, but you can see it in how bright his eyes get. I think Kakyoin would be the type to either attract a ton of cats or cats hate him, there’s no in between. 😭❤️ both make for some gr8 scenarios, though!

All very insightful signs. Scorpio + Virgo aspects often make someone very sharp-minded, if not a bit prickly. And while Sagittarius Risings are usually friendly/well-meaning, there are also quite blunt. An Earth Moon with Water Sun is a nice combo though, since it makes one a bit more level-headed than Water Suns usually are, haha.

The placements sound a bit like what I would imagine an alchemist of the times would have as well...

Strong Virgo with background - but strong - fire. If it goes smoothly, it sounds like someone who’s both very passionate and meticulous about their work/main interest/topic they study. I prefer to see Squares (your Sun and Moon plus you Rising and Moon make Squares) as a huge opportunity than a hindrance, it’s just that the energies, or whatever you like to call them, are harder to harmonise.

Another double!Scorpio! Well, I find your combination pretty charming, haha (even though Scorpio with Leo typically gets described as overly dominant - I think that’s a pretty superficial interpretation). Lots of Fixed energy, sure, but I love the passion and tenacity of the Fixed signs - it might be hard to drop/let go of something or someone, depending on the rest of your chart. Still, the Scorpio + Leo people I know (like my sister, who’s also my best friend) usually have the biggest hearts, they’re awfully sincere, etc

All three signs have harmonious aspects to each other. This usually means that someone has an easier time “knowing” themselves & how to use their skills & how to self-reflect. And again: Earth Moons have a pretty grounded effect on Water Suns. For me, this means that I have a hard time relating to all those articles that describe Water Suns as overly emotional and soft

Gemini Sun + Moon, Leo Rising

Sun conjunct Moon usually means a strong personality, of which kind depends, of course. But speaking from experience, any Gemini influence on the Moon (mine is in the 3th House) can make someone hunger for education and/or chronically bored. And despite what tumblr says about both Gemini and Leo, they are signs you can like quite easily and quickly.

By the way, the two sides of Gemini refer to the earthly and divine sides of humanity. Geminis are typically a kind of “messenger”, which can mean that they’re often struck by strong bursts of inspiration out of nowhere. Also, most Geminis I know have both a sunny and a broody side to them, which, I imagine, is only made stronger if both the Sun and Moon are in the sign

Sun scorpio, moon scorpio, rising cancer

Ah, so many double!Scorpios in my askbox... You know, I absolutely love Scorpio Moons. I think it’s one of my top favourite placements, but I’m not entirely sure why - it’s just easier for me to feel a connection to them (fun fact: Capricorn and Scorpio are supposed to be the most unfavourable placements for the Moon, maybe that plays a role here) than to most people

You’ve also got a Cancer Rising and a lot of Water influence supposedly can make someone clairvoyant. I have lots of Water in my birth chart too, and I can confirm that I’m more sensitive than most people, but you know. (Might be a weird place to say that I’m agnostic about anything supernatural, but yeah) And I love the depth and thoughtfulness of Scorpio and Cancer!

Just know that your Water traits are lovely & that it’s not your fate to me everyone’s garbage bin to throw their trauma into.

You’ve got all the signs tumblr treats unfairly & gets wrong all the time. I personally find, looking at people I know/famous people with these signs, that it can make for a very magnetic personality. I think many people are just too slow and lazy to understand Geminis, to be honest... My Aquarius Mercury/Mars/IC loves to listen to Gemini Suns - they know how to talk in a witty/interesting way (if they’re not the more nervous/insecure type of Mercury sign Sun).

Your Fixed energy is good for your Gemini Sun; it can make it less scattered. The contrast between Gemini Sun and Scorpio Rising can be a funny one: the one I know personally is outwardly quite sombre but actually one of the wittiest and funniest people I know

What a lovely combination. All three signs are very reliable & get things done, and the Leo Rising gives warmth to the more cool and rational Capricorn + Virgo placements. What I love about the Virgo Moons I know is that they just get my pet peeves and general grievances with this world, haha

Capricorn + Leo are known for being good leaders, but on the other hand... I know tons of Capricorn Suns who would rather live a hermit’s life. Either way, I find myself drawn to this combo a lot & I often find them quite trustworthy and admirable in one way or another

Oh, I got another Cancer Rising - cool. For some reason it’s said to be rare (though scientifically speaking, Aries/Pisces Rising should be the rarest). I personally found that most of the ones I do know have very intriguing eyes.

Also, Air Sun + Moon is a brainy and quick-witted combination. Another thing I’ve observed is that no one hates restrictions as much as Aquarius Moons do... Hope your more eccentric Moon doesn’t bully your polite Sun and your safety-loving Rising too much, haha. The Fixed placements will do whatever they want and don’t necessarily have much interest in harmonising

Well, I’m very curious about your Aquarius Sun + Taurus Moon. It’s a Square and I think two of the signs that have the least amount of traits in common (except for their Fixed energy), which means I have a hard time imagining it. It’s extroverted, innovative, quick, “light”, brainy energy vs introverted, traditional, slow, artistic (Venus) energy.

One astrologer once said to me that people with a lot of contrasting energies often have Libra Risings to balance everything out. But honestly, in my case, it just feels like I’m everything at once (might be Pisces’ fault). Still, it certainly makes for a better and intuitive psychological understanding of the different personality types of people, which is something Libra placements love to have

Pisces Sun + Sagittarius Rising (I know a few people with this combo) are usually very earnest and open-minded, if not a bit unsuspecting. They simultaneously seem to understand and know more than they let on...

Pisces Sun + Virgo Moon means you were born on a full moon, which is pretty cool. Sun Opposite Moon is an interesting aspect in general. They almost always have pretty intense ideas/thoughts/emotions regarding their identity, like feeling that they’re two people at once, or they have an overly strong sense of their self and are more independent than most other people. And someone with important Pisces and Virgo placements will most likely be someone who absolutely can’t look the other way when they see someone suffer.

this paragraph is dedicated to those surrounding to the meltdown mess that occurred yesterday. to each and every one of you who sent me kind words via my askbox or directly contacting me, thank you. I really want to move past this because I feel by holding on it will make me feel less inclined to write because of my guilt. of course, I do not expect you to forgive me, or trust me in my story of how it went down, because at the end of the day it was my mistake for trusting in someone to write with pure intentions when I didn’t know if she could. im trying to continue on with my best foot forward and im grateful for those of you who trusted in me. CHIYO: I really, really like collecting headbands!! I’ve got a frankly embarrassing collection at home, from Hello Kitty styled ones to more “mature” looking ones. My grandma gave me a lot of my collection, so they’re really important to me! AMAL: I don’t really have time to collect things. Collecting postage stamps would be a nice hobby if it didn’t get so expensive with limited runs or whatever. TATSUMARU: ... Why would... why would I want to spend money on things I don’t need or want? SENTAROU: I collect interesting yarn. But you didn’t hear that from me and if you ever tell anyone I’m legally obligated to kill you. IRIS: Um... hair clips? I have a few sets depending on what I feel like doing! And I buy more every year for my birthday. It... might be a problem. ASTER: Bold of you to assume I know anything about myself, let alone what I have at home. Bold of you to assume I know where my home is, too. I hope past me collected rocks. Not gemstones or anything, just funky rocks. CLAUDE: If it exists in collectible form, I have a few. Don’t even ask me to pick a specific thing, ahaha. My room’s a mess. Wait, Kinder egg toys! Those are fun. HIRONO: I don’t really collect things, but I do keep a lot of physical photographs of places I’ve been to and people I like. Photography reminds me of Megumi, so I like doing it! ALEXEI: Feathers. Call me predictable, but I prefer “dedicated” or “has a very clear idea of what I want in life”. RIRIKA: I collect anime girl PNGs. Never, ever play gacha idol games. Don’t make my mistakes. TSUKINO: I have a TON of plane tickets!! Well, most of them aren’t mine, and sometimes I just beg them off people at airports and they look at me weird. It’s so neat knowing that these little papers can take you anywhere and that they’re from so many cool places, too! BRENDAN: I hoard anything I can fit in my toolbelt and save for later. So like, odds and ends. I, uh... may have a problem with never throwing things away. TIANA: A lot of my jewelry is from lot sales conducted by my aunt. I suppose most of the reason I have so much of it is to feel closer to my family, though I make some of it myself, too. RYOUJI: I collect... what do I collect, actually? I collect dust from sitting in one place for so long. Haha. I’m kidding, I’m always on my feet, please god send help I just want to sleep. TRISTAN: I don’t see the point in keeping so much stuff. Not to sound like a cleaning show host, but collecting things is such a waste of time, space, and money. No offense. KANEMORI: I don’t usually care about things but I got one of those little, what are they called, aquabead bracelets? From a sponsor? And suddenly my house is full of cheap bracelets. Especially those thin vinyl ones, those are the best. Why has my life come to this though.

CHIYO: I’d say looks are... most of it? I mean, of course I want to be comfortable, but ultimately I don’t think I’m ever going to stop worrying about passing. It does help that I genuinely like skirts and dresses and stuff, although I’m still kinda insecure about showing too much skin. I like the aesthetic of Howl’s Moving Castle, so I think that’s the kind of fashion I’d like to wear - something simple and crisp. AMAL: For me, fashion is definitely comfort over appearance. I haven’t really thought about what I wear in a while. Bates says I look like a wannabe TA who’s currently sucking up to the professor and I am ACTIVELY CHOOSING to view that as a compliment. Fuck you, Bates. TATSUMARU: In all honesty, what I wear every day is only a slight modification of what I wear onstage. I haven’t even thought about what I would wear if not this. Although this cloak is nice. SENTAROU: Are you kidding? Comfort all the way, but because of my stupid job I have to look at least somewhat professional. Hence, the tuxedo jacket. This is my life hack or whatever, I just toss it on if I need to look fancy. If I had my way, I’d be wearing T-shirts and jackets all the time. I’m not interested in looking nice for other people’s enjoyment, thank you very much. IRIS: As much as I’d love to dress up, I don’t leave my house very often, so there’s really no point in wearing anything fancy. I guess off the shoulder tops would be cute? I don’t really know. Oh, but if societal standards weren’t a thing, I’d love to have a pair of those kiddie butterfly wings! ASTER: ... I mean assuming what I’m wearing right now is close to my normal clothes, I guess this is looking a lot like function over form. But given the option, I think I’d wear more patterns. Like, yeah, I like simple clothing items, but I also want to wear some kind of personality, y’know? I’d keep this jacket, for example. But I want patterns on my pants. CLAUDE: It’s a mix of both for me! Just, y’know, my idea of “comfort” doesn’t exactly match with other people’s. I try to go for an approachable but fashionable vibe! Thin, large sweater tops, scarves, I’d basically be the poster child of every men’s fashion catalogue if I could be, ahaha. HIRONO: Definitely comfort. I’m used to being overlooked, so I may as well be comfortable. Though I’m told if I dress in a suit and fold my arms, my glare is impressive enough to melt holes in steel. I guess that’s kind of cool, but I’d still rather have people to talk to, y’know. ALEXEI: Comfort. Yes, this includes the cape. The cape is comfort. I am comfortable being dramatic and unknowable to man. Fuck off if you have a problem. RIRIKA: Looks, of course. It’s a little hard for me not to be detail oriented, considering my talent and everything, and besides, dressing nicely makes me feel more confident. I like layering things and using repetitive colors or patterns to tie outfits together. Sometimes I’ll focus all of my energy into an outfit in order to kill God or something. I don’t know. TSUKINO: I don’t know what this is! I wish I could be more punkish when I’m flying with like spikes and everything but noooo apparently that’s a “safety hazard” and “a distraction to the instructor”. Well, joke’s on you, safety instructor, but my normal flight clothes have studs on them ANYWAY. I’m gonna fight the establishment in every way, bitch! BRENDAN: It’s comfort. It’s absolutely just for comfort. I’ve had this jacket since I was 12, 13...? I bought it two sizes too big and it’s so worn out now that I’ve had to sew patches into it, but I hate throwing anything away so I just keep it. So I guess my fashion sense is just... “shabby”. I don’t mind, though! I think it gives me character. TIANA: Looks are MUCH more important than comfort when it comes to clothes. A good outfit can make or break someone’s perception of you. Though I don’t like to wear full business attire every day and I can’t imagine doing so at this time, I think it’s wise to at least have a decent collared shirt at all times. As for my shorts and socks... I think I just have a look going on here. Besides, gyaru fashion is quite cute. So roll with it. RYOUJI: Uh... At this point, imma keep it real with you, my fashion sense is a game of “how androgynous can I go without my parents suspecting anything”. I’m kind of dying in this, considering the heat of wearing two layers and a binder, but I also don’t care anymore. I guess I’m okay wearing T-shirts and stuff if I don’t have anywhere to be, but I’d like to at least LOOK competent, you know? TRISTAN: I’m wearing socks and sandals as we speak. So take a guess. I look exactly like a stereotypical gamer because it’s true. KANEMORI: Weird as this is to say, I favor both. I’m never far from a spotlight, between me and my parents and everything, so I have to look at least kind of presentable at all times. Which sucks, but it’s what I grew up with, so I guess that’s just how my life is. I’m used to just wearing T-shirts and stuff. If I had to wear a tie I guess I’d just choke or something.

For Hirono: What's your favorite genre of music?

EKYOU: Uh... anything, I guess? I have what’s described as “eclectic” taste. But I promise I’ll listen to anything people show me, and I’ll do my best to like it!

Uhmm for Iris: How would your ideal romantic date be?

SUMITAMA: E-eh?? This is super cheesy, but... I like the idea of a traditional date! A fancy dinner with candles and everything. SUMITAMA: Oh, but outside of that, I’d really enjoy a date where I can do things I love with someone I love! Walking around a botanical garden, or having a library day... As long as it’s free. I need to save money for textbooks. College courses are evil, don’t do them.

for ryouji: do you keep your room as clean as you keep the kitchen?

ATSUI: HAHAHAHAHA no I wish. ATSUI: The kitchen thing isn’t so much my rules as my parents’ rules, but it’s good to follow - if your kitchen is a mess you’re going to knock something over and regret everything. This may or may not be from personal experience. ATSUI: But my room?? That’s my HOME. That’s my PRIVATE AREA. I’m going to trip over everything in it and no one can say shit. ATSUI: I should probably start picking up all the laundry though.

Alexei, what is the most beautiful bird you have ever seen and why do you think is the most beautiful?

BAZHANOV: Pigeons are underrated. They have iridescent feathers and yet we as humans still consider them nuisances. It’s a shame. BAZHANOV: I would say something real deep about the nature of humanity to ignore beauty but I’m pretty sure that people hate them because they shit everywhere. Which is fair enough, I suppose.

For Chiyo: This is going to sound really dumb, but do you like to read? If so, what sorts of things do you like to read (genre-wise)?

CHIYO: I like kids books a lot more than young adult stuff. You know how young adult novels these days are always either “gritty sci-fi suspense” or “vaguely Eurocentric fantasy” or “heartwarming realistic fiction”? Kids stories are a lot more creative. And with a lot less pointless death. CHIYO: As for what kind of stories, I think fantasy/sci-fi is nice! Especially books that lean on fairytale elements and mythology, it’s like a history lesson and story at once! CHIYO: But, uh, I don’t understand that series with the talking cats. I tried to read it a few times but I think that’s just something you have to get into as a child.

BAZHANOV: Just the one. It’s surprisingly hard to track down decent and inexpensive masks for dramatic occasions. I wish I had more, but it’s also not as if I have the money to procure them. BAZHANOV: ... Unrelated, how feasible is it to break into a bank?

hirono, how did you start ōendan?

EKYOU: After... well, after some family things happened, my oldest brother Rousei thought that I needed something to do. He said ōendan would be good because I’m good at cheering for people, and he said it’s what he did in high school, too. So... I guess I gave it a shot? I’m glad I can encourage people to do their best!! But it’s just not something I’m super into for the sake of myself. But I’m at HPA now, so I shouldn’t be ungrateful, it’s just.... Yeah. EKYOU: Plus, I haven’t had time to pursue photography... It’s kind of driving me up the wall.

If tsukino could do anything other than her talent hat would she do?

CHISAKI: It would be my GOD GIVEN RIGHT as an individual to join some kind of band and go break some hearts and make like ten million dollars! But I’m kinda tone deaf! ... Not like that matters for the kind of music I’m into but hey!!
