I think ive set up a healthy way to do my project for religion and still have some free time, so yayyyy.

Mixed terminology used for Wally’s bits, cuz idk. Not sure if I wrote this good, so lemme know what yall think.

Wally groaned softly as his eyes fluttered, head pressed back against the stiff pillows that the infirmary always gave out to the league members residing there. His red hair was tussled, and his body littered in bruises and bondages, a result of his last mission that had ended him in the infirmary in the first place.

Some days he lets you kiss him after eating him out, but you guessed it was just one of those days. Now it was just trying to find out how to get him back into one of those medical paper dresses again before someone else barged in.

After several posts and headcanons and theories, I have come to a conclusion: Dick and Jason have a more or less similar relationship to Steve and Bucky. Think about it.

The “Golden boy” and “sweetheart” who is constantly praised and looked upto, yet only the other one truly knows how feral the other is cuz they knew them long before shit hit the fan and they KNOW that chaotic gremlin hasn’t gone- it’s just been better at not getting caught.

IMAGINE:

Jason coming back from the dead just to hear everyone talking about Dick as if he’s a God, and stopping himself from dragging his brother down there cuz only ONE of them has put people in hospitals, left every criminal with PTSD and Jason aint it. Sure, he’s making up for it but Dicks got a fucking head start.

Jason being the only one who can see right thru Dicks bullshit and is full aware of chaotic-feral-no-self-preservation-don’t-believe-me-then-WATCH Dick fucking Grayson. It’s why during operations he loves pairing up with Dick cuz the guy has sheer unconventionality and Jason is HERE for it.

Some new hero: Oh my god Nightwing’s so calm and always knows what he’s doing!

Jason *flashbacks to last night when Dick tried to cook pasta and ended up blasting his bathtub and frantically calling Jason over while the pasta kept exploding in the background and he didn’t want to piss off Alfred*

Justice league: Nightwing always knows the right things to do, and knows how to act in every situation.

Jason *thanking god his mask was on so no one could see him dying cuz before he died Dick had literally stolen the Batmobile and allowed Jason to joyride; was also the same person who taught Jason how to hit clean cuts and decimate any opponent by any, and I mean ANY means necessary*

New teen titans: Gah Nightwing is so professional!!

Jason *remembers when Dick yelled “want some GROUND for your coffee DIRTBAG?!” Before throwing sand in their faces and absolutely demolishing them by fighting dirtier than Jason had seen anyone*

And Dicks grateful cuz Jason’s the person all his guard crumbles in front of. One who knows what he’s thinking, knows the real him. Someone he doesn’t have to pretend in front of, and would help him no matter what happens, even if he gets a earful later.

Jason’s the mother hen, and Dicks the idiot who would throw himself in danger every chance he gets.

It’s also why all the OG teen titans and Jason both meet up for tea just to talk about Dicks shit and silently agree to form an alliance. It’s their bonding point and now they hang out a lot too.

Dick has a feeling something’s going on, but he’s too afraid to ask.

I'll Make You Believe

While the whole "asking a ghost how they died is the worst taboo ever, so don't do it or you'll be in a world of hurt" headcanon is always fun to implement to either create temporary conflict or simply move the story along, I think it'd work just as well on both ends if it was only a minor offense.

Like if you were to ask a once living ecto being how they died the most negative response you'd get would either be some variation of "None of your business puny mortal" or an explanation using the most vividly graphic, stomach turning details as an act of petty revenge as well as insurance you never ask again.

So what could possibly be a way more serious, far more dangerous no-no when it comes to ghosts instead? Well, how about stating ghosts don't exist/there's no such things as ghosts? The reason why being you're invalidating the trauma they've experienced in their last moments.

Makes no difference whether you were aware of this or not. If they find out or worse, it's said to their face? You better hope they'll settle for beating you black-and-blue. Because the alternative is becoming a ghost yourself by the time they're done with you.

Now in dpxyj fics when Danny interacts with Wally and the whole "ghost are/aren't real" argument between them comes into play it's usually depicted as a trivial disagreement. But what if you were to make it more angsty by inserting this take on lack of ghostly etiquette?

Let's say after getting to know his teammates better Danny starts talking about his origins (in vague detail) and exploits, only to eventually be interrupted by Kid Flash declaring that he can't possibly be a ghost as they don't exist. And Robin, Aqualad, Miss Martian, and Superboy all become quite alarmed watching Danny go from easygoing to looking ready to beat Kid Flash to a pulp, as he's now fighting back his ghostly nature. To avoid giving in to the urge he abruptly leaves with a dismissive attitude, much to KF's confusion.

From there it spirals. KF, not realizing he's poking a hornets nest continuing to voice his skepticism whenever the opportunity comes up and each time Danny barely manages to keep it together. Until one day Danny in an explosive rage snatches up KF and in a tone colder than ice tells him he knows what he is, what he went through to reach that state, and that he has no need to justify any of it to him.

Then he leaves once more before he really loses it. Before going after him Miss Martian informs KF of how Danny opened his mind to her and that for his sake she hopes he never shares those memories of what he went through with him. Feeling bad now, KF tries to apologize once Danny returns. Which results in failure again and again since Danny keeps giving him the cold shoulder.

After having yet another apology disregarded KF, in mounting frustration blurts out that he wishes he understood what has Danny so convinced he's a ghost, unaware a certain wish twisting genie he was warned about had been invisibly lurking in the vicinity the instant Danny was elsewhere. Along with the rest of the regulars, as soon as KF's denials had spread to the Ghost Zone Desiree was on the warpath, intent on showing just how real ghosts truly were. By sheer spite and determination she beat everyone else to him, just in time to hear him say the forbidden word, presenting her with the perfect means of retribution.

With a "So you have wished it so shall it be" KF is magically transported to an underwater submarine, occupied by Black Manta. Unable to run as freely without potentially damaging the sub and causing it to flood, the fight upon his unexpected arrival is drawn out to the point KF starts to feel his hyper metabolism weakening him. It's when he's close to dying of starvation that one of the more incompetent goons sends him crashing into the stash of ectoplasm Manta had smuggled with the intent of using it to pollute the waters of Aquaman's Kingdom. The last thing KF sees before blacking out is Desiree looming over him with a smirk of satisfaction.

Do you think speedsters could keep themselves in real time by listening to music? Because if they’re speeding the music will sound slower? I just had that thought listening to a bart playlist and I think it’s a cool concept. Especially like if Bart used the technique at school and it just added to his issues with teachers. I could totally see his teachers getting super pissed at him for listening to music in class but it keeps him from slipping into speedtime so he’s more present and aware. (I’m not projecting haha I swear! Music totally doesn’t ground me and I’ve totally never been yelled at for listening to it in class haha)

Dick calls Wally his sun/sunshine. There's no reason for it, just that it's a fitting nickname for Wally and he likes being able to call out for Wally using this nickname. Wally likes it too, and always responds to it.

Wally calls Dick his moon/moonlight. Again, there's no reason for it other than the fact that it fits Dick, and he responds to it. At first, Dick blushed like mad hearing it, but he got used to it quickly.

Jason Todd

It's not often that someone steals his clothes, so he won't expect it and will be confused about where his clothes have gone before he sees you wearing them. When he does catch you wearing his clothes, it'll be a nice surprise for him.

When the two of you are relaxing together or settling down for the night, he'll be more than happy to lend you his clothes for you to get comfortable in. He finds something comforting about you wearing one of his shirts while the two of you cuddle up together, so he may even have one ready for you to wear before you even need to ask.

He's going to be a bit bashful at first about other people seeing you wear his clothes, especially if it's obvious. He won't complain about it though or try to stop you, he just has to get over the first stages of embarrassment before he's fully comfortable letting himself be more open with displaying his relationship with you.

Jason obviously likes to see you wear his shirts to bed more than anything, or seeing you around his apartment while wearing them. He mainly enjoys it so much due to how big they are on you, ending up being quite baggy and loose on you even if you tuck it into a pair of shorts or any pj's.

Attractive - Jason is always attracted to you, but seeing you wear his clothes does sometimes help him get into the mood after a long day. When he sees you relaxed and wearing his clothes he either can't help himself from wanting some intimacy with you or desperately wanting to cuddle.

Kid Flash

Just like any other person, he's going to like the fact that you wear his clothes, maybe even more than the average person would on particular days. It shows him that you're comfortable around him and brings some kind of domesticity to your relationship.

Just like Jason, the times you usually wear his clothes would be during times of comfort, like late at night or when the two of you finally get a day to yourselves. However, he also isn't opposed to you wearing his clothes throughout the day or when the two of you go out to places, just as long as they don't make you look too ridiculous.

He wouldn't mind at all if you decided to wear some of his clothes while other people are around, especially if you're in the comfort of your own home or at his place. He may question it a little bit if you ask to wear his clothes out in public, but it won't be something he refuses.

Anything of his that you decide to wear will be fine, he doesn't mind if it's one of his shirts or an oversized pair of shorts that you want to steal from him. He doesn't really have a favourite piece that you decide to take, he likes each of them on you pretty equally.

He finds it incredibly attractive when you wear his clothes, whether they're quite big on you or fit you well he doesn't care and he finds it attractive just as much. There's something about you wearing his clothes that make him feel closer to you and shows a deep level of comfort you have towards him which makes him just that much more attracted to you every time he sees you wearing something of his.

So, there will be some of my hcs for kryptonians in this.

This ended up a lot longer than I had planned, so I hope yall enjoy lmao.

- When you joined the justice league, you only really did it because you thought you had no other choice.

- As someone with non-human like powers, you felt as if it was your responsibility to assist where you could. As a spider wearing hero once said, with great power, comes great responsibility.

- Seeing as you were kryptonian, you felt as if you had even less of a choice. So, in the beginning you didn’t actually get along that well with anyone. It was especially tense because, unlike Conner, you weren’t a clone and were a full blooded kryptonian.

- This meant you weren’t only stronger than Conner, but faster, more bulletproof, had higher senses, and possessed traits he didn’t. Like an almost creepy level of flexibility if you trained it for a bit.

- So, because of this, it caused quite some tension between the entire team. Those that were on Conners side, those on yours, and those in the middle just trying to mediate.

- One of those trying to mediate was Wally, who didn’t really see why there was such feelings between Conner and yourself, and just wanted the team to get along.

- As time passed, you and Conner started to work over your differences with the help of the rest of the team, and whilst you weren’t super close, you could work together.

- Now that everyone could get along and trust eachother, Wally and you started to grow closer. It started out as friendship, until it started to become something more.

- You felt drawn to the speedster, but never quite acted on it because you didn’t know how he would react and didn’t want to destroy what friendship you did have.

- Wally was even more of a mess, the teen always going as red as his hair when the two of you were sent on missions together, or how his heart would beat like crazy when it was just the two of you.

- Wally would attempt to flirt with you, but you just laughed and brushed it off, assuming it was just him trying to be funny. Seeing as Wally would flirt with multiple people, you could only expect it to be just that, even if his heart would beat faster when it was directed towards you than when it was at anyone else.

- As you grow older and the team changes with time, you leave the team but still work with them when they need it.

- You and Wally still see eachother, and the warm pull still persisted, the feelings maturing as you age and going from small crush, to a deep need as you become an adult. With the help of the Jor-el ai, you figure out that most kryptonians are drawn to the one their body and mind have deemed their perfect other half, and that you will feel a deep need to be near them and with them, and as you become an adult it turns into lust and want.

- Because the pull and want keeps growing every time your around Wally, you start to distance yourself from him, not wanting to do something you think you will regret.

- On Wally’s end, his crush on you have just grown bigger and bigger, it has even reached the point where he dreams of you at night and will wake up aching at the thought of you.

- When you start avoiding him, he gets scared, thinking maybe he did something wrong. He fears maybe you’ve finally realized how he gets flustered around you, or how he looks a little too long in the shared showers after missions.

- The speedster ends up running around asking others if they know why you’re avoiding him. When young justice doesn’t know, Wally grows desperate and ends up asking the league, leading him to Superman.

- Wally grows frustrated as Clark seems to find the situation quite humorous. Clark finally hints at maybe Wally should ask you instead of everyone else, as it would be rude for Clark to explain it.

- Whoever assigns missions must take pity on Wally as he pairs the two of you together on the next mission. Its even placed at a time that when you get back to base, it’ll be just you two, late at night.

- During the entire mission you barely spoke to Wally, your heart clenching when the speedster started to sound desperate for you to reply, but you had convinced yourself this is what you needed to do.

- It happened after the both of you had showered, and were in the locker room drying off. Wally couldn’t help but glance at your well sculpted body as you had your back towards him.

- What he didn’t know was that you were fighting the almost unbearable pull in your chest and abdomen, that had only been growing more and more ever since you had acknowledged its existence.

- Wally tried to talk to you again, and grew more frustrated as you just gave him one word answers. You couldn’t help but tear up as the feeling of rejection swirled in his chest, so he flickered over behind you using his speed, and grabbed your bicep, trying to force you around.

- You let him turn you, and flinched internally at the heartbroken expression on Wally’s face.

- “If… if I did something wrong, just tell me, okay? I don’t like you ignoring my very existence. If its because of how I feel about you, how… how I’m so stupidly in love it blinds me, just tell me and I’ll stop. Just please, don’t ignore me” Wally said, voice wobbly and tears gathering in his eyes.

- You almost zoned out as Wally told you of his feelings. Unnoticed to you and Wally, your pupils grew, and you took a shaky breath as the feeling that had been inside you for many years seemed to explode and take over all your senses.

- Wally was still talking, running a hand through his damp hair as he tried to apologize but still get an answer out of you.

- He was cut off when you lurched forward, grabbing the back of his neck with one hand, and his chin with the other, as you slammed your lips onto his.

- Wally jolted in surprise, eyes wide open in shock as he stared at your closed ones. He only snapped about of his stupor when you nipped at his bottom lip, the redhead’s hands scrambling up to grab at your shoulders, the speedster giving a small noise at just how hot you were too the touch.

- Wally chalked it up to kryptonian biology, as you flipped your positions, forcing Wally up against the locker and made quick work of working your tongue into his mouth.

- Wally moaned quite loudly as your tongue brushed against his, your taste flooding his senses as you let go of his chin to reach down and run your palm up and down his torso, your fingers brushing the top of the towel he had wrapped around his hips.
