faux pas:
A social blunder.
A false step; a slip; a mistake; especially, a breach of good manners; a lapse from chastity, or any act that compromises one's reputation.
triangulation:
A surveying technique in which a region is divided into a series of triangular elements based on a line of known length so that accurate measurements of distances and directions may be made by the application of trigonometry.
The network of triangles so laid out.
The location of an unknown point, as in navigation, by the formation of a triangle having the unknown point and two known points as the vertices.

To run away; to flee; to escape.
Flee; take to one's heels; cut and run.

One of my favorite French phrases that I say more often than 'Freudian slip'. Yes, I know that they don't mean EXACTLY the same thing. It's just an excuse to use more French in my day-to-day speech.
I'm hearing this word a lot whenever I force myself to watch social media-type content when I want to see what everybody's complaining about currently. It's a shame that those folks don't realize that they are all saying and doing the same thing over and over again. Eight definitions came up for that word, so I chose the top three. However, none explained how the word was being used in the video clips I saw, so I looked for more definitions. Turns out, triangulation is used in trigonometry, geometry and psychology. This is the psychology definition: triangulation is a term used to describe when a person uses threats of exclusion or manipulation. Its goal is to divide and conquer. A form of manipulation, triangulation involves the use of indirect communication, often behind someone's back. In the list of toxic behaviors, triangulation may be the most well-known. Isn't that crazy? This is the definition that was used. I'd never heard this word before...I guess I've never been manipulated. These are words used by therapists. A lot of people on those platforms are in therapy and have a lot of trauma. If someone attempted to do this to me, I'd be able to spot it from a mile away and scarper LOL. This is why I'm always alone, because I don't allow manipulation to happen. People are inherently exploitative. In order to give something, someone has to take. I've never allowed anyone to take from me. I play chess with people (not the physical game, I mean in life) I am able to see another's motives 5 moves ahead. I'll never let anyone get too close, 'cause the moment I do, they'll take advantage. I'm on a mission to find the word for that chess tactic....that I learned at like 2. Shoutout to mommy and daddy.
A British woman used this word twice in a Netflix show called 'Selling the OC' that I "watched" while I was working. She was describing folks running away every time she spoke. I thought it was funny. People used to do the same with me. 😁 I don't talk to people anymore obviously. Crazy how they all want to talk to you when you don't want to talk 🙄 but when you're ready they scarper. Did I make a faux pas?

Hiii my loves, today I would like to introduce you guys to a great time transposing method that was developed back in the 1980's to travel through different realities, but the fun part is we are gonna use it for the void state. It's super fun and easy method and hardly even spoke about in our community. The reason I want to share this method because I absolutely love methods that were developed in the 19's, the methods were practical and easy. The fun part is it takes about 10 minutes, ready to enter the void state? 🖤

What is the Arlinski method :
The transposing method is taking your consciousness,and body at times to another place or the void state. You can do this while walking, sitting it laying down. There's no hazards attached to this method. You need no guide. You are control of every single thing. Do what you want with this method, you are unlimited. Transposing is like dreaming, but this is another dimensional experience all together. You will have no fears or beliefs, just command yourself to be in the void and you will.

How to do the Arlinski method :
1. Find a comfortable quiet place, where you can either lay on your back or side. You can even do this before bed or in the morning <3.
2. As you laying down, slow down and relax your body TOTALLY. To help, tell yourself " relax, relax , relax, ". Let go of everything and de - tense all muscle's.
A simple technique to do this goes like this : tighten all your muscles, hold it, release it all slowly and relax.
3. Remember you are not clearing out all your thoughts, but watching them come and go. Your thought process will naturally begin to slow down.
4. Begin to slow your body down. Don't strain yourself in this doing this. Don't push this breathing, keep it relaxed. Slow down your breathing, Taking less air, each time your breathe. Slowing your breathing will help relax your body and slow it's function. As your breathing slows, it will obtain a certain rhyme and you will begin to experience vibration because your body will start to synchronise. Among these experiences, you will ringing in your eyes, your body will start to tingle, these just symptoms that you avoid ignore because you body is starting to separate it's consciousness. You will feel a shift in vibrations and you will feel a wave come over you as you reach full body synchronisation. You will feel a detached feeling from your body or even a floating feeling. This is you and your body syncing together. They are ready to be directed by you and your place of choosing. You are pilot, the navigator giving your mind instructions to take you to your desired place. You can repeat the word " void , void' . And your mind will instantly take you there.

Summary of the Arlinski method :
♡ Relaxation: Start by relaxing your mind and body. Find a comfortable, quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
♡ Breathing Control: Gradually slow down your breathing. Take deep, slow breaths, making sure not to strain or create tension.
♡ Body Synchronization: As you continue to slow your breath, your body will begin to synchronize. You might experience vibrations or sensations in your body, similar to ringing in your ears.
♡ High Vibration: Your body will reach a high-frequency vibration state, signifying the beginning of the transposing process.
♡ Transposing Phase: During this phase, you can guide your consciousness to any place or time you desire. Your mind will act as a navigator, and you provide clear instructions. Repeat " void , void, " and you'll be there Instantly.
Enjoy the Experience: Once you've arrived at your chosen reality, you can interact with it and enjoy the experience.

This technique is when you either can set a timer for 10 minutes, and straight robotically affirm. It’s better if you do this like 3 times a day, especially if you waver when robotically affirming! This method is so powerful and helps to saturate your subconscious with your dominant thoughts you want to manifest. You can play a subliminal in the background while your affirming, or play a game, anything ! As long as you affirm 10 minutes straight. You can also do longer then 10 if you want, but minimum 10 minutes. Some people may ask “isn’t this coming from a state of lack because you shouldn’t force yourself to affirm straight” no..it isn’t. I just realized this was such a limiting belief i had for such a long time that you had to think “from, and not try to “want or get” your manifestation. Sammy Ingram slapped me right out of these victim state beliefs, and the fair Anwser is no. Your subconscious isn’t going to be like “well are you thinking from you desire? Are you wanting this from a place of lack? If so, nope. Not having it. I’m not going to give it to you.” NO. your subconscious doesn’t have a mind, brain, or soul of its own. It’s literally you. Plus, if you really want your desire and you know exactly how to get it, stop being lazy and affirm and persist. As well as, your subconscious just knows that your focusing on __ (your desire) more so that’s what it’s gonna display in your reality. Plus, I promise you after doing this your going to feel so fullfilled!

Since you all haven’t been getting off your behinds and applying the law, how about we do it together?
Or you’re not invited to sit with us on the steps of the Met.
From now on, you’re going to persist in having your desires. You already know how (my master list exists for a reason).
At the end of each day, I will make a post and you will comment under that post, and tell us how your day went and how you’ve been consistently persisting and enjoying having your desires in imagination.
When you do that, i’ll make a post with all of the participating users, congratulating you all on manifesting your dream lives and to continue living in the end.

💭 — IGNORING THE 3D EXPERIENCE:
i’m literally SHAKING.. yesterday i was going through something and i just- didn’t want to go through it anymore… so i started telling myself [ technically i was hearing God to tell me to do this, so i thank him really ] to ignore what was happening around me and to affirm my problem away.
WHEN I TELL YOU IT WENT AWAY????? now not immediately after i started affirming but after like five minutes it FINALLY went away and i was sitting in shock? it’s literally THAT easy i cannot even explain how easy it was.. i have been doing EVERYTHING WRONG.
immediately made my night better.. i’m still so in shock because i’m so accustomed to thinking i have to do so much to get things to make me feel better but.. I DONT, and for me this goes back to a lot of scripture in the bible for me to ignore the 3D so idk why i wasn’t doing it??? anyways, YALL IGNORE IT!!! whatever you want is yours, just ignore whatever is in front of you and PERSIST i promise y’all it’s going to come to pass i PROMISEEEEE.
and if anyone has this question: no i did not move or do anything, literally i was laying down watching dashie and coryxkenshin while affirming, you don’t have to do anything special to get it!

this post serves as a bunch of manifesting exercises that i have tried and do. its simply a collection of some of my favorite manifesting exercises and it can serve as inspo or something that you'd like to try

manifesting is super fun and effortless and i think that its important to make the manifesting process fun and enjoyable and not overcomplicate it or make it seem harder than it rly is. ENJOY getting everything that u want ✨
robotic affirming - it's exactly as it sounds. its how i manifest a lot of my desires, this is def specified taste though so it won't be for everyone but i rly like it personally cuz i manifest fast with it. all u do is just choose an affirmation (1-2) and affirm it as much as possible ; while doing mundane tasks, in bed, in the shower, repetition is the key to this one. i use this for just about anything.
voice memos - this gets u into that state of mind where you're like "it already happened" so you'd make a voice memo of u talking about ur desire as if you already had it. so if im manifesting a new makeup product my voice memo would be : "today i used _ it was so GOOD. it made my lips so moisturized, i love the way it looks on me and it even smells nice" etc etc. or think of it like ur sending a voice message to a friend being super excited that one of ur manifestations materialized. i use this for sp's a lot.
saturated mind - since i like to write, i'd write vaunts and scripts and affirmations lists and when i had the time/when i wanted to do it, i would sit with a subliminal and put it on loop, and i'd time myself for x amount of time (at least 10 minutes for me) and just VAUNT and READ all of it nonstop. while writing its important to use repetition and speak about my desires in the present tense and use affirmations are customized to ur desire.
eavesdropping - this one is pretty fun i think, its just imagining that someone (friend, family member, classmate whatever) is talking about u regarding ur desire. its called the eavesdrop method bcuz its like ur eavesdropping on ppl talking about you, except their speaking about u positively.
writing a story - write a story about urself in relation to ur desire. for example, lets say u rly like cookies. you'd write a story about urself receiving the cookies, eating the cookies. how you felt when u saw the cookies, how it tasted etc etc. and be GRATEFUL as though it happened already. saying "it is done" always triggers that feeling of fullness for me.

You're going to do better when you take the labels "healthy", "good", "negative", and "unhealthy" and put them far far away in general but from coping mechanisms and emotions in particular
It was truly life changing for me when a therapist told me this:
"A coping mechanism is a method you use to survive and if it keeps you alive it's doing its job. It's only a problem when you apply it to situations it's not meant for. You need to learn how to put it back in your bag of tools and pull out the appropriate coping mechanism for the situation. And if your situation changes back to one where your old coping mechanism still works you can go back to it."
Your coping mechanism isn't "negative" or "unhealthy". You're just trying to take a hammer to a situation you need a screwdriver for
It's about using the appropriate tool for the situation but the goal is always the same: survive
In a similar note you don't have "negative" or "bad" emotions
You just have emotions
And you're not a monster for feeling a certain way.
You are responsible for your actions but even then an actions ability to do help or harm depends on your situation
Is it manipulative to burst into tears and go on a rant about how you're the worst person alive when someone corrects you?
Depends!
Is the person asking just a friend, coworker, etc asking for something completely reasonable?
Then yeah that's not a good look
Is the person someone who will scream and yell and insult and maybe even hit you until you have shown what they consider to be the 'proper' amount of remorse and debasement?
Then no it's not manipulative, it's a survival tool
I know the internet hates nuance but seriously. Having certain coping mechanisms or feelings or having done certain actions does not make you a monster
But it is important to learn how to find the correct tool to a situation.
If you try to use a hacksaw to attach bookshelf to a wall it's going to go pretty badly and cause a fair amount of damage in the process
But don't beat yourself up for owning a hacksaw. At one point you needed it and at least it's there if you need it again

An instant technique for the void state 𖤐⭒๋࣭

So if you looking to bypass the relaxation stage and end up straight into the void state, then I got you <3. I found this technique on shiftyourreality on reddit and while reading some comments, I saw a quite few number of people astral projected on their first try, I MEAN FIRST TRY COME ON!! This method is easy and does not require anything like meditating whatsoever.

Instructions for this technique :
☯︎ Set an intention. Before falling asleep, say something like "when I wake up, I will remember not to move or open my eyes ". Now this will remind your subconscious what you're doing, because when we wake up sometimes we fall back asleep😭 or forget what we're trying to do. If you remember the technique, you can skip this step <3
☯︎ The second you find yourself awake, before moving or opening your eyes, immediately start affirming for the void state. And you'll enter it instantly.
BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP IS THAT YOUR MIND WAKES UP BEFORE YOUR BODY, WHICH PUTS YOU INTO A SUPER SUGGESTIBLE STATE WHERE YOU ENTER THE VOID, ASTRAL PROJECT OR EVEN SHIFT!!

Why does this technique work?
" This method allows you to skip sleep paralysis and the vibrational state and move straight to the exit. You exit your body before you realize your body is paralyzed. " So basically it helps you skip all the needed steps to relax or enter sleep paralysis. "
This technique basically wakes up your energy body/astral body which is your consciousness, instead of meditating to reach deeper consciousness, just wake your energy body up and direct it into the void state by affirming.
I know this technique is short and simple, byeee because entering the void state is meant to be simple and easy. A lot of people succeeded with this on their first and second try and so will you!!!

𝟭. set SMART goals ( 📒 )
make sure your goals are specific, measurable, actionable, realistic and time-bound. this will help you maintain focus and track your progress over time. how many times has it been you and your unrealistic to-do list against the world? well, it seems that a mile-long to-do list is not a good ally at all. remember that you are a person and not a machine, and that just dedicating four hours to deep work and concentration is A LOT. be kind to yourself and don't overload yourself with more work than you can humanly do.
𝟮. daily planning ( 🧸 )
mea culpa because i'm the first one who doesn't plan their day. to-do lists generally stress me out and make me feel overwhelmed as if i don't manage to complete all the tasks an asteroid will end up hitting the earth. but i recognize that it is a good starting point. sometimes i have too many things to do and i end up doing nothing in total confusion, but having at least a general list to follow gives me more motivation. moreover do we want to talk about the dopamine released when you tick an empty box? marvelous. maybe don't write down tasks that are too onerous and demanding, break them into several smaller tasks, also try to write simple activities such as "drink a glass of water" every now and then. having these low-commitment activities will help you stay motivated while completing more important tasks.
𝟯. reverse-engineering method ( 🪴 )
start with the end goal and work backwards to plan the actions needed to achieve it. this helps you maintain clarity on the steps to take and focus on the most relevant actions. the best thing to do is plan based on the time available and do your best to stick to your daily goal.
𝟰. timer roulette ( ⏳ )
choose a task from your to-do list and set a random timer between 15 and 45 minutes. work on that task with all your concentration until the timer goes off. this helps you fight procastination and keep your mind fresh.
𝟱. mind mapping time ( 📍 )
before starting a study session, take a few minutes to create a mental map of the subject you need to cover. this helps you see connections between concepts and organize information more effectively.
𝟲. task batching ( 🫒 )
group similar tasks together and tackle them in batches. for example, reply to all emails in one session rather than doing so at scattered times throughout the day. this helps you reduce transition time between tasks and maintain focus. contrary to popular belief, human beings are not truly multitasking (only a few possess this great ability) and when we do multiple things together we do nothing but shift our attention from one task to another, greatly reducing the quality of our performance. if possible, try to avoid these switches that are harmful to your focus and concentration.
𝟳. the pomodoro method ( 🍅 )
okay, y'all probably already know this one because it became so popular in the last year but if you don't, the pomodoro method is a time management technique developed by francesco cirillo in the late 80s. it is based on the idea of working for short periods of time, usually 25 minutes, followed by a short 5 minute break. after four rounds of work, a longer break is taken, usually 15-30 minutes. this technique helps improve concentration and productivity, as it breaks down work into manageable tasks and offers regular breaks to rest and regenerate energy. i personally prefer the 50/10 ratio while i'm studying but you decide which time ratio is better for you, i find it really useful and it helps me a lot while i'm studying for my exams.

ok so this is a reminder for anyone who needs it: START NOW. stop being scared of having your dream life and desires, stop being too lazy to make progress, stop letting intrusive thoughts eat you alive. do you really want to end up like the average person who never got the opportunity to live the life of their dreams? we are the 1% out of BILLIONS of people who know about the law. the 1% that know that we can change anything we want about ourselves just with our thoughts. most people think that they have to work their whole lives for what they want, but we know that this isn’t the only way to get our desires. LET THAT SINK IN!! It’s so simple when you actually think about it. YOU HAVE THE POWER. stop being scared of what you hold within you. stop waiting for a tomorrow, and another tomorrow, and the cycle continues. JUST STOP. there’s no better time than today. the world is yours. mwah 💋

Read this
You are a new person now. You are NEVER going to return to the old state. This is CRUCIAL to your manifestation. The second you look back, is the second you lose.
At the end of each day, you are going to comment under the “Day#” post I make and tell me how your day went and update me on your consistent persisting. If you fail to do so, you will be eliminated and your name will be crossed off of the list. 
Also to the people in the comments, try to spread motivating messages in the comments. We are all in this together.
However, if you get back up on your feet, and continue to persist, then your name will be added back onto the list, but will have a “❗️” next to it. This means that if you fail to persist again, then you are PERMANENTLY kicked off the list.
I will be updating the list everyday and tracking who will remain on it.
The challenge will end in 2 weeks. You will 100% end up manifesting your dream life before then. If you do not (which is VERY unlikely) then you should continue to persist. Then tumblr will have a blast of success stories from everybody’s name on the list. Together we will prove to people how important persistence is, and manifest our dream lives.

Persistence is soo important in getting what you want. There's a lot of people that like to throw "persist" around loosely without really knowing what it means.

Persistence ⋆ firm or obstinate continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition.
Persistence is only effective if it is continuous.
True persistence means that you stick to your new story more often than not.
Example, Chloe has a desire she wants manifested. She'll live in her imagination for a whole day and feel so confident. Chloe claims it is done. Next day, she'll start the day in her imagination however for the rest of the day, she'll let her mind run wild with thoughts not aligned. Chloe will repeat this cycle of living in the end and then returning to the old state. Then, Chloe will think to herself, "I said it's done, why isn't anything happening, where's my desire??"
Chloe is close to making her desird state dominant but the process restarts everytime she returns to the old man for the majority of the time. She says she is persisting because she can live in the end but she will continue entertaining the old story more. She also delays the process by questioning the how and when.
This takes discipline and a mental diet. It also takes a level of awareness because it can easy to go back to our old story unconsciously when it is our dominant state. This can take less than a day, two days, or two weeks to create a decent level of discipline and awareness. It's different for everyone as we are all on our own journey. ♥
