1. DRUNK DANCING: A month after we got together, we were at Arthur’s 18th birthday. We got drunk, singing and dancing to the worst playlist in existence (Lorenzo’s) and, somehow, Arthur got to capture this moment I barely even remember.

3. THE MONZA INCIDENT: I had red lipstick the night you won in Monza, you told me it looked pretty, I asked you to kiss me, you did. Fast forward 8 minutes it was all smudged over your lips, you were 10 minutes late to the post-race conference, and Sylvia almost banned me that night. (I’m still kind of banned from your driver’s room)

Proofs that Pedro Pascal & Y/n Y/l/n are dating

I saw those kind of fanfics a few times and I liked it very much, so I was like, I should try too. But idk it doesn’t feel the same, there is something missing, and I don’t really like it 😂 (when am I satisfied of my own writing? Yes. Never.)

Pedro and y/n are known to be very close friends since the first movie they did together a few years ago, back in 2019. But, since then there have been numerous rumors about them being in a relationship. This is some moments when the internet nearly exploded when they’ve been seen/spotted together, moments that could confirm their relationship. Of course, they never publicly confirmed or denied anything. It’s like they are playing with it, or they just don’t care.

1) (your birthday) 2022, 11:31pm

Y/n posted a video on Instagram. Someone was inside, in the dark (at first we couldn’t see anything, but we could hear some whispers). We can hear a door opening, and y/n talking to someone before laughing. The door’s closing, when then can hear a male voice (that looked A LOT like Pedro’s voice), then the light was turned on and screams. That’s right, it was a surprise party. And it was indeed Pedro next to y/n.

With the video, there was a picture. A selfie that y/n took, with everyone behind her. But right next to her, there was Pedro.

The caption: “Thank you Pedro for organizing this, I love you so much. I’ve never been more thankful for my friends than today. Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone”

2) Y/n appears a lot in pictures with Pedro when he is out with some friends and vice versa. They seem to be spending a lot of time together. We also noticed that wherever Pedro was, Y/n was in the same city, during the same timeframe. We don’t know who follows who, but where one goes, the other is there too.

3) 18th August 2022, 4:13pm

A friend of Pedro posted a picture of them together. His friend was sitting on a chair, outside, Pedro was standing next to him. They were both only wearing bathing suits. But, we could spot y/n in the reflection of the glass door behind. She was standing there, holding her phone on her right hand, and on the other holding a glass.

4) 7th September 2022, during the afternoon

Y/n was spotted in New-York, walking in the streets, probably doing some errands. She was alone, but it was how she was dressed that raised some suspicion. She was wearing a large pink sweatshirt (the same that Pedro was wearing during the lie-detector interview), with a pair of black jeans.

Later in the afternoon she was also seen getting in a car that looked like Pedro’s. But no one actually saw who was driving.

5) 16th march 2023, around 7pm

One day, after Bella posted a lot of behind the scenes pictures on The Last of us set, Pedro did the same. He posted a few pictures and videos. In one of the picture, it was a group picture, Pedro, Bella, two infected, and.. y/n. What? It seems like they always move together.

6) 2nd April 2023, 2:56pm

Javiera, Pedro’s sister, posted a picture on her Instagram. It was a group photo. There was Pedro’s family, all gathered around the table, having lunch together. His entire family was here, but we could spot y/n next to Pedro. So if it was only family, why was she here?

The caption: “Happy birthday brother. We’re all here for you, just like you are for us. Family’s everything. Love you.”

7) 2nd April 2023, 9:07pm

They were spotted by paparazzis leaving a restaurant. No one seemed to be with them. Pedro’s wearing a very nice suit, and y/n’s wearing a black shiny dress. She’s holding his arm, and they’re both laughing. As they arrived to his car, he opened the door for her before closing it and going to his side. It really seemed like they were on a date. Are they making it official???

1108: Facts and observations

•Day 0

1108 started on the 8th of November of 2015.

Jimin uploaded a video of him and Jungkook to twitter:

On the 26th of January 2016, Jk uploaded a small snippet of a song he was covering.

•Day 100

And on the 15th of February of 2016, Jk uploaded the entire song Nothing Like Us and noted to listen to the lyrics as they were expressing what he wanted to say:

In Korean culture, parents celebrate 100 days after a child is born. This is to indicate that the child made it through the first vulnerable phase in their life. In the same manner, the 100 days are celebrated by Korean couples.

And this is what Jk had to say 100 days after the 8th of November of 2015:

On 08/11/2016, a year later, Jimin posted another video of them:

On Oct. 28, 2017, Jungkook treated Jimin to a trip to Tokyo. It was because of this trip, that Jungkook released gcfTokyo on Nov. 08, 2017.

A fan used the images in the video and was able to determine the hotel and room jikook stayed at. It was room number 1108.

On the 25th of April 2018, a day before the 900 day milestone, Jimin had a vlive where it was obvious he wasn't alone in the room. He kept looking to the side, laughing shyly and explained:

As you all may know 10:13 is also known as Jimin ssi, or Jimin time. It only makes sense that this day would be special to jikook too.

On the 16th of August 2018, Jimin tweeted a series of 3 tweets:

Jungkook was the only member that appeared in the photos with Jimin. It is also interesting to note the 2 butterfly temporary tattoos he had on his hand.

On the 22nd of December 2018, when fans uploaded their selfies on fancafe, the fans let Jk know that Jimin had uploaded his own:

On the 2nd of February 2023, Jimin answered a question on weverse at exactly 23:08. The question is now deleted.

•Day 2684

During Jungkook hosted a series of lives on White Day, 14th of March 2022. His first live was started at 8:11 pm:

During these lives, Jk changed to various outfits and had an extensive playlist. One of the songs that was included was There For You.

•Day 2855

On the 1st of September 2023, Jk hosted a short live to thank the fans for being present with him during so many birthdays. He ended his live quickly and it lasted 8:56 minutes:

My impressions

Based on Korean customs, celebrating different day milestones is typical in a Korean couple.

While some may think that jikook started dating on the 8th of November 2015, I think that's when they decided to be intimate with each other.

I feel like a jikook kiss had already happened since the last time Jimin asked Jk for a kiss publicly was in September 2015 for Jk's birthday. From there, one can only think that things proceeded quite quickly.

I think that in recent years, we have observed less mentions of 1108 because of BTS' popularity and so many fans expecting something from jikook.

It's possible that jikook has decided to not make these milestones known like they did before, but every now and then, they still reference that number. Who knows when they will do it again.

But who is counting, right?

I honestly hate LinkedIn and I stopped using it. Everyone seems to think that they’re some next billionaire with a trillion dollar idea or some spiritual guru with half baked understanding of spirituality and I’m sick of it.

“Today I helped an old woman cross a street and she gave me her great grandmother’s pearl necklace worth millions in return uwu here’s a selfie of us 😗” like stfu. I’m sick of seeing these fake Mother Theresas.

Here’s the reality of content writing. I’ve been working in a media house for years, whether as summer internships and for the past year or so, full time. Content in todays world can only be one of two types if you want to truly make an impact on the audience.

Either you’re the FIRST to deliver some important information - this can be in brief too. But your biggest competitor here would be Twitter. Twitter or X, is the fastest Media house in the world. They can deliver news faster than any tv or newspaper company.

OR, you create detailed reports on something that has been trending that week. Here you have to offer full insights, history, analysis, your own opinions, thoughts, predictions - if you’re going to copy paste from another article or blog then your post is useless. Why would I read your post when I could read the same thing from a reputed blog?

If your posts don’t have value that only YOU can provide - insight that only YOU can provide - thoughts, opinions, ideas that your brain has come up with - it’s of no use then. Why would I as a recruiter hire you if you’re in incapable of having original thoughts and ideas? Why would I pay you to do what someone else can do, probably at lesser cost?

Think over this.

I can’t decide your subjects for you. You have to do it yourself.

Ranking Twisted Wonderland - Part 1

In August of 2020, I joined Tumblr for the first time. That same year, I posted a very early version of a ranking/countdown of my favorite characters from Twisted Wonderland: a game that has basically come to define my page. I write about a lot of things on here, but Twisted Wonderland is my “flagship fandom,” as it were.

I have revisited this idea of ranking my favorites from the game’s main cast of twenty-two students from Night Raven College a couple times since…but I was never happy with any of those attempts. I decided that, to celebrate my 3rd year anniversary here on Tumblr, and just as many years in love with the game, to do something special and try to rectify this issue: a comprehensive, two-part countdown/ranking of ALL those twenty-two characters, listing them from my least favorite to my most favorite, and - furthermore - explaining WHY they had they place they did and what I loved about each character. That, dear readers, is what you are looking at now: the first part of that ranking. (The second part will be posted tomorrow.) Each half will cover eleven options; this first half will cover choices 22 through 12; tomorrow will follow the top eleven. I based my decisions on a number of things. One, obviously, is just personal bias, and that’s naturally something one simply has no control over: sometimes you’ll like certain characters more than others “just because,” and one just has to deal with that fact. The remaining factors, however, are slightly more technical: for example, how excited do I get when Cards featuring the characters come up? Are they ones I always go for, or ones I always skip? Also, in my writing, how much do I like playing with that character, or how much do I want to play with them? For those who know my page, I’m specifically talking non-kinks there…although I should add that I will be taking kinks into account. That sort of just gets lumped into “personal bias.” On one final note there, this is a list of my favorite CHARACTERS, not my favorite CRUSHES: for me, personally, there is a difference. This was not easy to make, and there are multiple characters here where I honestly wish I could rank them higher, or where it’s all a matter of my mood (like, some days I like them more than others, if that makes sense). The fact is that I genuinely and truthfully love ALL of these lads; there really are no bad characters in the entire bunch, at least in my humble opinion. Also, again, I’m specifically talking the 22 “Main Students,” so no side characters, no staff members, and certainly no Grim. With that said, let’s begin. Here is the start of my rankings of the central cast for Twisted Wonderland: From “Least Good” to Best!

22. Cater Diamond.

Cater is a fun character with a lot of energy, who represents a common dichotomy that runs through most of the characters in this cast. At first, he seems like a typical social media junkie: obsessed with self-image, overly cheerful, practically speaking a language made up of hashtags, and seemingly ready to take a selfie with everyone and everything in breathing distance. However, underneath this, there are other sides to Cater he seems to try and keep hidden: he has a rather sneaky side to him, and there’s also hints of something terribly sad beneath his mask of smiling enthusiasm. At times I think that superficial side gets a bit annoying, which may or may not be the point…but it’s never enough to make me hate him. Unfortunately, it is enough to make him place at the bottom of the ranks.

21. Silver.

Silver ranks low because he’s sort of a cypher to me. There’s a sort of mysterious quality to the character, perhaps unintentional, as I find him to be one of the hardest characters to fully get a grasp on in a lot of ways. It’s telling that he is the only major character in the cast (minus Grim) whose last name is never given; he’s simply known as “Silver.” However, again, this doesn’t make him a character I dislike: for one thing, I enjoy that sense of mystery, because it feels like - with what we DO know about the guy - there’s a lot of interesting things waiting to be discovered still. He’s also one of the more unique characters in the cast, since he’s one of only two who is based not on a Disney Villain, but on a Disney Hero: the character is inspired by Princess Aurora herself, with a dash of Prince Philip thrown in, which makes him all the more intriguing when you realize his master (and adoptive big brother, by all accounts), Malleus, is based on the nemesis of those characters. I’m curious to see how that fact plays into the story; at the moment, Chapter 7 is not available in English, and I’m trying to avoid spoilers as much as I can. I know that Silver gets a big boost as a character due to the events of that chapter, but since I haven’t seen it yet…right now, he gets lower points. I am 90% sure that, when I see that Chapter, this fact will change and he will be given much higher placement. As it stands…this is where he sits.

20. Sebek Zigvolt.

Poor Sebek. I actually want to like this guy more than I do, but no matter how hard I try, I just don’t. Sebek definitely has his appealing qualities, and he’s probably one of the funniest characters in the game. It’s rare that scenes with Sebek don’t leave me snickering and rolling my eyes with amusement at his over-boisterous, Malleus-obsessed personality. His ego is a funny thing, and there’s a lot of humor that comes from seeing his pomposity punctured. However, at times those same qualities, much like with Cater, can be a bit grating. It was actually hard to choose between him and Silver, as far as which of the two I liked most. I ultimately decided to put Sebek over Silver simply because I think he’s a bit easier to understand and get into the head of.

19. Trey Clover.

The great paradox with Trey is that what I like about him is also what lands him so low in the ranks. Trey is the single most level-headed character at NRC. He’s sort of an encouraging big brother figure, and his more mild-mannered, practical personality makes him a great contrast to Riddle, as well as many of the other characters in the game. While he’s ostensibly inspired by one of the Card Guards, he actually seems to be based largely on the King of Hearts: a humbler figure than his housewarden, but with his own sneaky side, a trait he shares with Cater. However, the problem with Trey’s generally more “normal” personality is that, by being a character who, by design, tends to fade into the background a bit…he does exactly that, especially when you consider all the wild and colorful characters who surround him. As a result, I can’t really rank him any higher than this.

18. Rook Hunt.

Rook is one of the most oddball characters in the game…and as you can imagine, that’s saying quite a lot. He’s also probably one of the creepiest. He’s inspired by the Huntsman from “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” but you probably wouldn’t guess it at first glance. He arguably changes the most from his source material: Rook is a fashionable Frenchman with a flamboyant personality. He’s a poet and a seeker of things of beauty, with more romance in his heart than a dozen Harlequin novels. He’s also seemingly fearless, which is part of what makes him occasionally unsettling: you can snarl at him, threaten him with all sorts of horrible forms of destruction, show off muscles and claw and fangs…and he just reacts with some over-the-top variation of, “That’s magnificent! Show me more!” But perhaps the thing that makes Rook truly unnerving is that he seems to adhere to the logic of “The Most Dangerous Game.” Rook is OBSESSED with hunting; he uses it as an analogy for almost everything he does, and he seems to treat just about everyone he finds interesting like a hunter stalking their prey. He has many secrets, and a lot of them are to things we don’t WANT the answers to. He’s equal parts fun and frightening, and I’ve come to like him more over time (something that can be said for a lot of characters in the game), but he still ranks fairly low in my books. He’s just not a character I’m that interested in writing for.

17. Ortho Shroud.

It’s about this time in the ranking that I start to feel REALLY bad about placing some characters particularly low. As I said before, I love all of these lads, but I naturally like some more than others. Ortho is unique among the cast just due to the simple premise of his entire existence: he’s an android who has been programmed to behave like the little brother of Idia Shroud (the Hades character of the game). This means he’s not only the youngest character of the cast - an eternal child who presumably never grows any older (Peter Pan sympathizes) - but he’s also the only one of the crew who isn’t an organic being of any kind. Ortho is another example of the dichotomy of darkness and light that most of these characters have: on the one hand, he’s an adorable little sweetheart who just wants his big brother to be happy and have more friends to play with. He’s inquisitive, enthusiastic, and somehow manages to be innocent while literally being a walking Internet browser at the same time. On the other hand, Ortho is armed to the teeth with weapons of mass destruction and all kinds of crazy gizmos and gadgets, which can lead to some…alarming situations, since he doesn’t always emotionally process issues properly. He seriously sees no issue with blowing annoying people to smithereens. Equally split between scary and sweet, Ortho is the most adorable little murder machine you could ever meet.

16. Lilia Vanrouge.

Much like Epel, Lilia is someone whose outer appearance - a seemingly youthful, self-admittedly adorable, and rather spritely young lad - is the polar opposite of who he really is deep down.The difference is in how that is expressed. Beneath his Puckish exterior, Lilia is a wise old man…who if you will pardon my French, gives nary the slightest of f#cks. He’s an ancient warrior, older than ANYONE at Night Raven, who comes to the school for purposes of his own. He’s forgotten more about history, human and fairy alike, than any textbook author will ever know. He’s practically a father figure to both Malleus and Silver, and - just like Epel - he knows how to use his appearance to his advantage. He lures people in with his slight looks and eccentric personality, or uses them to throw people off the scent, before promptly showing them just how wicked he can really be. He reminds me a lot of characters like Sans from “Undertale” or the Doctor from “Doctor Who”: to paraphrase the latter show, Lilia has the demeanor of a prattling jackanapes…but inside, it’s a whole other story. He’s one of Night Raven’s fascinating characters, as a result, but I simply enjoy others a lot more.

15. Epel Felmier.

Speaking of characters who can be scary and sweet, Epel is the definition of that classic meme, “Looks like a cinnamon roll, could actually kill you.” Well…maybe not KILL, but certainly beat the tar out of your wagon. Epel, at first glance, is an effeminate, childlike lad with big baby eyes and a graceful physique. This is the total opposite of who he is inside: Epel is a country boy, born and bred, who’s used to rough labor and a rugged lifestyle. He has a thick Southern dialect, loves action and fast vehicles, and can whoop your arse in about three seconds flat if you let him. Epel’s whole story arc in the game, in fact, is learning how to balance his inner fire with the doll-like appearance of his face and form…sometimes a bit against his will. He wants so badly to be seen as a Manly Man of Manly Man Manness, but he’s always finding people who underestimate him based on his girlish demeanor, or who try to teach him to be more refined and reserved than he truly is under the surface. He’s the living embodiment of the Poison Apple: a tempting, beautiful, delicate-looking thing with a hard, thick, juicy, and downright dangerous undercurrent. The result is honestly pretty funny, as well as interesting.

14. Idia Shroud.

Like I mentioned earlier, Idia is the character based on Hades in this game. This flame-haired computer genius is probably one of the most interesting twists on their respective source you’ll find in “Twisted Wonderland.” When people think of Disney’s Hades, they think of a confident, fast-talking, Mephistophelean figure with a smarmy attitude and a wry sense of humor, whose attempts to be smooth and slick are contrasted by a raging inferno of a temper. Idia is interesting in that he’s actually none of these things…or, at least, not at first glance. Idia is a reclusive, anti-social misfit who literally is afraid of people EXISTING anywhere NEAR him. He prefers to stay shut in his lair playing video games and watching anime or old horror movies than to be anywhere close to another living being, for fear that he’ll BREATHE wrong around them. (No, that is not an exaggeration.) Online, however, Idia actually shows another side to his personality, which is much closer to Hades, and he can be very passive-aggressive or downright mean-spirited when he feels he has some security to be. Idia appeals on two different levels, as a result: he’s one of the most sympathetic and at times downright cute characters in the game, but his nasty side - where his inspiration really shows - is just as entertaining, especially in the unique way it’s presented.

13. Vil Schoenheit.

Vil is another case of a character I’ve come to enjoy and understand more as time has gone on. In fact, when I look back on older stories I wrote featuring Vil, I sort of cringe because I feel like, when I wrote those, he was one character I didn’t really understand well enough to properly handle. Nowadays, I think I’d do a few things differently…but I digress. Vil is based on the Evil Queen, and he lives up to his predecessor well. He is vain, without question, but it isn’t a vanity usually played up for comedy: just like the Queen, Vil is cold and authoritative, not easily fazed by fear or agitated worry. He keeps a stiff upper lip, presenting himself with poise and elegance that virtually no one at Night Raven can surpass. Even when he is overcome with emotion, he tries to rein it all in. All of this is a well-sculpted mask to hide his personal insecurities and professional stresses. Vil is one of the few major characters in the cast with a big job to do outside of the school: he’s a CELEBRITY, and a multi-talented one, at that. He’s a skilled actor, singer, dancer, model, photographer, costume and makeup designer, beautician, AND director of both film and theatre. Top it off with martial arts skills, a talent for poisons and potion making, and the fact he somehow juggles all of that ON TOP of trying to attend a prestigious college and keep his grades in the upper ranks…and I think it’s fair to say Vil is the definition of an absolute unit. But despite all his success and all his accomplishments, hiding under his painted lips and flowing robes, Vil has personal esteem issues he tries to keep tucked out of sight. He’s just as paradoxical and fascinating as his source material, and a wonderful reinvention of the Evil Queen in his own right.

12. Ace Trappola.

It was difficult to decide who would rank higher/lower between Ace and Deuce. These two are the MC’s best friends in the game, and as such, they’re pretty prominent figures throughout the entire run. They have some part to play, to varying degrees of size, in every chapter of the Main Story, and they appear quite frequently in the various Events that branch off of the same. Because we spend so much time with them, we know more about them than a lot of other characters, and they often help to act as voices of advice (sometimes good, sometimes bad) for the player. Ace lost the battle, but do not misconstrue that to mean I dislike him. Ace is a cunning trickster who is skilled in sleight-of-hand magic tricks, and is an expert card player. In direct contrast, however, Ace is also a person who lacks what might be called a “shut up filter.” He always speaks his mind, without hesitation or holding back, very rarely trying to sugarcoat or hide anything. Even when he tries to be a bit more crafty and weasel his way through things, he usually gets caught. You might say that Ace is a person who starts fights, while Deuce is a person who simply chooses to try and finish them.

I don’t have time for you being stupid. I have to get this right, because let me be honest. I have a man crush on Bruce Wayne, and if he ends up watching this and you’re being stupid I’ll never forgive you.

We don’t know if he’s dead! And that’s what I’m here to talk about today.

Jason Peter Todd was born August 16th, 2000 in Gotham City, New Jersey, to his mother Dr. Sheila Haywood and his father Willis Todd. However only a few months later did Willis Todd marry Catherine Johnson, forcing Dr. Haywood to have to relinquish custody.

If I ever have a kid-

I need to do an episode trying to figure out how many Robin’s there actually are… I think there have been five?? Six?? I don’t know… stop distracting me with Batman! We ended up scraping the visitation part because apparently this time of year Arkham breakouts are common, and I don’t want to get fear gassed.

Jason did decent at school, until he stopped showing up, school records are really spotty after third grade. Apparently he was reading and understanding college level stuff, but that’s really all we got on it.

Not a lot on this guys younger life it looks like.

No there isn’t, not any social media posts, or news articles, or anything if that sort about Jason until a few years later in 2012, when Jason became the ward to the one and only, Bruce Wayne.

Ah, Bruce Wayne, you love him, I love him, uhm- I actually don’t know much about Bruce Wayne other than the fact he’s one of the few rich people who give away a shit ton of money.

Bruce Wayne is a billionaire CEO, with a heart of gold, and some say he sleeps around, but as long as he’s not hurting anyone. Also! He’s a dad! Bruce Wayne is a trusted person within the Foster Care over in Gotham. He takes in the extreme cases that would probably leave the kid with a bunch of trauma.

Well, with what I’ve heard about Gotham, he must have like a billion kids with just a bunch of trauma

Let’s see what I remember from research, cause I did not write anything down for this. His first ward was Richard Grayson, who goes by Dick, was taken in after he watched his whole family fall and die on the trapeze.

As I said before, Jason was brought into Mr. Wayne’s custody after the death of both his father and his step mother. His father’s death was unknown, and his step mother died from a drug overdose… in front of Jason.

Uhm- Tim Drake? His was more interesting to watch unfold because there’s a whole other multimillion almost billion dollar company that Tim’s parents owned, and there was a lot covered up by lawyers and stuff, but Tim ended up with the Waynes

Then there’s the only female in the place, Cassandra Wayne, she is selectively mute, and overly protected by her adoptive family, nothing was shared with the media about where she came from.

Damian Wayne is the only blood son to Bruce Wayne, he didn’t even know about the kid until… like last year? Two years ago? Again, not a lot that I remember.

And then there’s been rumors of him taking in another kid, but nothing for sure yet.

Jesus, Ryan take a breath, and go back to Jason, because now I’m hoping I believe your theories about him being alive cause what this family didn’t need is another death.

Look, Shane. I’m going to be straight with you here. There are three possible theories I think could be plausible. So let’s jump right into them.

Theory one, is that Jason Todd is alive and in hiding from The Joker. This is the second most popular idea, and one I hope is true. There really isn’t anything else to this theory, besides a picture of someone that looks a little like Jason in the middle of Asia.

Doppelgänger, probably. Lemme see. I don’t know… this kinda looks like someone edited it.

Yeah, like it looks really distorted. I don’t know if I think it’s real, but it’s what people online were talking about.

Crazy, that people online would doctor fake photos of a kid who had died.

Exactly, which is why people think he’s alive, cause who would do that?

Theory two is that Jason Todd died as his family said he did, looking for his birth mother. Apparently he was in the Middle East, found his mother, but then both were found dead in an explosion caused by the Joker.

So the Joker, who is Gotham’s Prince of Crime, was somehow in the Middle East? I don’t buy it

I didn’t either, until I looked just a little deeper, and found that the next week Superman and Batman stopped the Joker from murdering the United Nations. So he was in the area.

Oh my god. If.. I know on this show I try to goof off, but it’s hard when it’s a kid. How old was Jason?

Only 15. He just got back into the swing of things at school, getting all A’s, he was in the Drama program and the Poetry club. If you scroll down a on Dick Grayson’s Instagram you can find a selfie of Dick and Jason, Jason being in his school uniform only a week before he died. The two seemed to be really close, with how much Grayson posted of the two of them, and then it was radio silence from the man until a year after Jason’s death, where he made a memorial post, along with Bruce Wayne, who made the Jason Peter Todd Memorial Foundation, which helps families in Crime Alley.

Look, not okay with the kid dying, but it makes me kinda smile to see that his family got together to do something like this in his name.

I don’t think you understand the length of what this fund does. It provides special housing for single mothers, has opened up two clinics that help with drug abuse and addiction, and keeps kids in warm clothes and in school.

That’s- wow. Okay, you are making this “he’s dead” thing seem like it’s the only thing that happened.

Well, theory 3, is that he died-

Wait what?

He died, and came back to life.

This, I think, is worse than you saying ghosts are real.

We live in a world where someone can run at the speed of light! Yet you draw the line at ghosts and maybe hopefully someone who isn’t dead.

Yeah, but that’s science. Okay whatever where’s the proof of him being alive.

Okay, looking at the timeline. Jason Todd died at 15, in 2015. And the Wayne’s kinda were quiet for a year and a half, besides the foundation they set up, even with Tim, nothing really new was happening.

And then things seemed to go back to normal, they all frequented gala’s again, and all the other social stuff they did-

Shut up, anyways, in 2018 a picture appears, not even the front page, of Dick Grayson walking and laughing with someone who looks a lot like if Jason Todd grew up for a few years, and then decided to dye his hair.

Listen, Ryan. People have doppelgängers. We just saw the other picture and it’s clearly fake- Jesus Christ that looks exactly like Jason.

Exactly! And I started looking around more, finding pictures of the Wayne family around Gotham from news sites, and every once in a while, that guy pops up. Never in the picture, but always somewhere in the background like he wasn’t wanting to be seen. Like i mentioned in the beginning, there was a picture from a week ago that looks exactly like him.

Wait, is this a theory from the internet or something you came up with?

Both, kind of? I saw someone make a bad joke about it, and then it kinda stuck in my head as I looked for more information. Apparently there is a mythical pit that could bring someone from the dead.

Okay, yeah. Mythical revival pit. As if any living person wouldn’t be all over that.

Look man, that’s just the information I found. But I really really hope that Jason is alive somewhere safe, or resting peacefully.

The most believable for me is that he did pass away. But I’d love to be wrong.

That being said, I got really sad looking through all of Jason’s life, I felt like I was being more invasive than usual. So I talked with the crew and Buzzfeed, and we are donating all revenue from this video to the Jason Memorial fund in Gotham.

But the mystery of Jason Todd, still remains….

Young Royals has taken sweden and the word by a storm.

In November the dark season two will be released. This time Edvin has had to fight to understand prince Wilhelm.

It's been exactly one year since the first season premiered and Edvin has spent the day taking selfies with fans from Candada, Mozambique and Brazil.

"they've come here just to celebrate the anniversary. It's so cool you can't even grasp it"

Edvin has been an actor since he was five but the last years success is like nothing he's ever experienced before. In order to not lose himself he had to take a step back and reflected on where to draw the line. Part of it was changing his behaviour on social media.

"Before I'd take a selfie and people would quickly find out where I was and seek me out and it would turn a bit hysteric. Now I post the picture when I leave."

In his summer talk Edvin talks about learnign how to be personal but not private.

Sometimes I might not want people to discuss my hair or my style. I'm not the same person that I show on social media. It's not about putting up a shiny facade. It's about protecting certain aspects of my life.

In the second season of YR Christmas has passed and Wilhelm returns to Hillerska. His brother is dead and he feels betrayed by his mother and second cousin August. At the same time he tries to win Simon back, his great love.

Edvin describes the second season as much darker.

"We are not afraid of showing that he's in a sad and dark place but it's a nuanced portrayal of the darkness"

This time he's had to work hard to understand his character. Wille is in a place he's never been in himself and it wasn't until he he stopped trying to defend Wilhelm’s actions that he came to a realisation.

"It was a beautiful moment. I sat in the kitchen with the script thinking why why why. Then it hit me - I don't need to defend his actions I just need to understand them. Then I got another perspective and it really helped."

So I saw this post about how Jimin posted the sonf “Okinawa” on his weverse post and it was exactly 80 months after November 8, 2015. (I’ll send the link separately)

The person who posted about this also did some math that got them to the date November 8, 2015.

So, he posted it on weverse on July (07) 08, 2022 - 08/07/22 or 07/08/22 at 4:04 am.

The person did this math: 8+7=[15] 7+2+2=[11] 4+4=[8] or it could be 2207 = 11 and 8 so it would be 11/08. Some have said that 04:04 AM could also be interpreted at 40+40 = 80 (80 months after November 8th)

My problem is I feel like a lot of this math stuff is inconsistent. There are times jikookers do math for the date and they either include the full year (so 2022 or 2023) or they only include the 22 or 23, which ever is more convenient, if that makes sense. Or they do math to get to 11/08 or 08/11, which are two different dates. I’m pretty sure in Korea the month is before the day, so 08/11 is august 11. They do things a certain way that’s convenient to get the result that they want.

What are your thoughts on this? Also, do you know if posting after every 10 months in a relationship is a thing in Korea? Does this make Jimin posting a love song (I think? It was released on Valentine’s Day so I think it may be) after exactly 80 months a significant thing?

Oh boy, do I have a lot of feelings about this topic. I think math or number-related theories in terms of ANY ship drive me to the brink of insanity, and I'll explain. BTW for anyone who might be reading this who doesn't know how I feel about shipping in general, I am not anti-Jikook, I do not belong to any particular shipping group -- I believe that shipping is fine, as long as you don't assert 'realness' in a space where nothing has been confirmed. So, if you can, please stick with me until the end...

Now with that out of the way... I agree with what you say about the math being inconsistent for a lot of this stuff. Sometimes I also feel it's pulling at strings to get a theory to work, so what seems like an innocent time or post is suddenly hyper-analyzed until it fits into the compact shape of a proposed agenda. And yes, you are also correct about Koreans using the Y년/M월/D일 outline. Sometimes I scroll through these countless number-related posts and my head hurts after reading all of it. This might just be me, but sometimes it seems like these people are looking at every single post, tweet, or live time stamp that is posted by Jikook and they see it like it's some sort of Zodiac-esque cipher that they have to crack. I can already hear the future questions flooding my ask box... But what about South Korean couple culture? Don't you know about how they keep track of days/weeks/months/years over there? People have counting apps for MINUTES! The 100th day, or the 1000th day is--

Yes, South Korea is a country with a fierce and vibrant couple culture, from matching outfits to celebrating the first week of being together, it is a country that is no stranger to the romantics of things. The whole celebrating every 100 days thing is legitimately a real practice by some Korean couples. HOWEVER, that does not mean that every. single. post. is related to someone's interpersonal relationships. I know that many Korean Jikookers also point out these scattered postings and point out the date, so there is a real cultural value in keeping track of the time and dates.

I know you brought up the specifics of Okinawa and whatnot (I'll get to it), but I'm just speaking in general where people have taken a selfie posted by, let's say, Jungkook -- and suddenly the time stamp perfectly adds up to 13 (Jimin's favorite number!), or maybe we're not supposed to add on this one -- but look! What if we looked at the time stamp in PST (definitely not KST bc they sat on the beach together in California that one time, so by that logic it must PST), so that miraculously makes it 11:08--

I can manipulate the numbers however I want. I own the agenda. I control the agenda. Obviously, this is a bit of an exaggeration, but you get my point. I don't think that a random selfie taken on a Tuesday afternoon is a dedicated love letter to Jimin. Also not making fun of Jikookers... they're allowed to have their fun and their theories. As long as it's promoted as a theory, there's no harm. If someone says it's 100% actually what's going on... then I have a problem.

If it's within the proper context, then perhaps I would be willing to play the numbers game. I just think that a lot of these calculations are too inconsistent for me to be comfortable with confirming a pattern, but what do I know, I nearly failed every math class that I ever took, and I suppose a cipher is never meant to be easy. Technically, the concept of 11/08 being Jikook's anniversary is entirely speculative in and of itself... I'm entirely within my right to say that, and I'm not saying that fans aren't allowed to think that, but like I said, it's never been confirmed, so all of these arrows pointing to 11/08 might just be a fun coincidence, or in terms of certain calculations -- a premeditated conclusion. I get that people think that 11/08 is their anniversary DUE to some of these calculations, or the release of GCF in Tokyo, or some other postings and whatnot, but at the end of the day, it is still speculative. So it's like, what came first, the chicken or the egg, 11/08 or the circumstances surrounding 11/08? (BTW it's totally the egg).

Another theory (and again, it's a theory, I'm not necessarily saying I subscribe to this, but it's just another unique perspective) that I think can feed into these inconsistent calculations or strange timestamps can all be chopped up to the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon, otherwise known as frequency illusion. You notice it once, and then you start to see it everywhere... and that makes you question, has this always been like this? Or has it actually increased in appearance?

I'm not calling anyone who believes in 11/08 crazy -- again, I don't necessarily think anyone is in the wrong for believing that. They took it upon themselves to form their own conclusions with the content at hand, and they are within their right to do so. I'm just saying that there is a chance that 11/08 or any timestamps in relation to 11/08 or 5813 or whatever other numbers that are often used as contextual proof could have simply existed before shippers took 'notice' of it.

I think it's incredibly healthy to hold a semblance of doubt when dealing with non-confirmed theories. Theories are tested: they are either confirmed, or they are thrown out if any new material challenges their perspective. It happens. People who refuse to change their viewpoint in light of new evidence or confirmation are often the ones you need to look out for...

Anyways... earlier I said I'd be more willing to accept numbers and dates with actual context rather than a post made on a random Sunday afternoon. It is true that on many 11/08 days, Jikook have posted something either individually or something related to each other, whether it be a selfie or something else... But, you know, people are allowed to take these postings with a grain of salt if they so choose.

So... about Okinawa. I feel like I drag my anons on for way too long but we're finally here! So let's talk about it.

The whole Okinawa debacle, as I'm sure you and other seasoned Jikookers are aware of, started with a silly little Twitter user by the name of JAKSAL_5813.

But yeah, they essentially joined Jungkook's IN THE SEOM club with the name 'Kookmin Are Dating'. And what is interesting about this feature in the game is that members have to be manually accepted. So it wasn't like they had just gotten lucky and squeezed into the queue before anyone else did. Also, JAKSAL changed their name from Kookmin Are Dating at the request of another fan. They changed it to JAKSAL, which will be important later.

Now... I look at this incident in two different ways: 1. Jungkook read their name and accepted them. Jikook confirmed? 2. Jungkook randomly scrolled through the thousands of requests from fans and chose at random. Kind of like how Taehyung chooses what Weverse posts to respond to. I just know his phone was HOT with all of those requests...

I see these both as equal possibilities, and it's just something that I think we'll never know. So for this, I'll put it into the very expansive folder of Jikookers always being at the scene of the crime. Seriously... Jikookers are fucking everywhere. The amount of dedicated Jikookers who won Jimin's FACE art contest was kind of insane. Also, a few won the raffle for the YET TO COME in Busan concert. Well, if there's one thing that Jikookers have, it's luck.

Anyways, people think that Jungkook and Jimin are familiar with the Jikook account, JAKSAL_5813. JAKSAL made a post about the song Okinawa on June 18th, and shortly after on July 8th, Jimin also made a post about Okinawa. Jimin also made the post at 04:04 am KST, and people saw that as a callback to 11/08, (04:04 actually being 40 + 40 = 80) 80 months since 2015/11/08. Many jikookers see 2015 as the time when Jikook allegedly started dating. This one... again, it's using 04 and 04, and then they switch the places of the fours to make them forties... and then we add them... because if we added 04+04 it would just be eight, and that wouldn't give us anything go off of, now would it?

80 months is interpreted to be anywhere between 2433 and 2435 days which if you add these numbers up you get 12 and 14, and what's in the middle? 13! (I just pulled this one out of my ass... no Jikookers have ever pointed that out... or I don't think. I'm no good with this number stuff, so I'll leave the sleuthing to the experts.)

Of course, it was contextualized as such due to the romantic and dreamy nature of the song lyrics, and people pointed out that Jikook have gone to Okinawa... but like, with the other members. The other members were also with them... in Okinawa... anyways, it doesn't matter... If it was more in line with Tokyo I'd be willing to give it a bit more credit but it's true... But perhaps it's not about the location but the lyrics themselves and the fact that Jikook went to A BEACH together... it didn't necessarily have to be Okinawa.

BTS SEASON'S GREETINGS 2018 ^^ So... anyways, back to JAKSAL. Does Jikook know/support JAKSAL? For this one, I sort of saw it as a reach, and I'll explain why. Yes, it's a very odd coincidence, but I will say that even if JAKSAL requested to be in Jungkook's Seom club, he still would've had to have sifted through THOUSANDS of requests to specifically pick them. And then, with the name change, he would have had to have gone back and noted the name change, and then went to lurk to find them. TBH, Jungkook is ARMY's number one fan, so it's entirely possible that he did try to search for the accounts of the ARMYs who joined his club. But... I don't know, it just seems like a bit much, especially since not everyone uses their Twitter/Instagram usernames for their Seom accounts.

I actually had a similar thing happen to me though, I mean, I posted about Tú by Maye on Twitter and said: Jungkook would love this song... and sure enough, a few days later, he posted Tú on his IG story. Does that mean he was searching himself up on Twitter and found my account? Probably not. The song was over a year or two old at that point, so it wasn't like it was a new release. I just think I correctly guessed his music taste, lol. But I think what gives JAKSAL a bit more weight over me is the fact that JAKSAL had prior contact with Jungkook, even if it was a quiet acceptance.

I don't know. I think PERSONALLY, I'll chop this up to an odd coincidence. A really odd coincidence. Again, this all my opinion, so if anyone else has any differing opinions or comments they'd like to make, just shoot me a msg in my ask box. I promote healthy conversations on here, you know.

But.. there is ONE last theory that I don't see many Jikookers talk about, and I do think that this one is a bit a of a reach too.. and I'll explain why.

So Jimin made the post about Okinawa on July 8th, 2022. Kazuki Takahashi, a Japanese manga artist, had only died a few days prior on July 4th, 2022. Now you may be asking, how the hell is this relevant? Kazuki Takahashi was the creator of Yu-Gi-Oh! and some believe it to not be too crazy to think that Jimin was a Yu-Gi-Oh fan... I mean, he was into Beyblade and Pokemon... so it's not too crazy to think that he might've dabbled with Yu-Gi-Oh as well.

But... how does this link back to Okinawa?

Well, Takahashi was unfortunately found dead off the shore of Okinawa due to drowning, so some people see this as a way for Jimin to honor him.

Um... I personally find that to be... really odd. I mean, I don't find it odd that Jimin might want to pay his respects to a manga artist/creator of a franchise that he liked but... Posting about Okinawa, the place of his untimely death, as a memorial post!? Doesn't that seem a bit... insensitive? It sort of reminds me of the time Australians named a swimming pool after a prime minister, Harold Holt, who went missing after a swim...

But anyways... I just thought I'd talk about this interesting perspective... I'm more willing to believe in anniversary dates than weird memorial posts...

Also I don't know if anyone saw what was going on with In The Seom... weird stuff.

HOW WE MET (Abby's Version)

Hi friends! This is my first *official* blog post, and the two of us wanted to put together posts about our friendship & how we met / how we got into Duran Duran from each of our perspectives! :)

Kal and I have so many eerie coincidences in our friendship, it’s insane. Seeing the same angel numbers, texting each other the same exact things at the same time, verbally saying the same thing on FaceTime, finding out both of our first "crushes" as kids were Greg (me) and Murray (Kal) from the Wiggles (don't laugh.) You name it, it’s probably happened with us. We both have gone though eras with The Beatles, The Police and Queen (even both having fixations on Queen specifically during our sophomore years of high school). Even with getting into Duran Duran, she got into them July 9th, and I got into them July 11th, all because of the SAME John Taylor edit we both independently saw on TikTok that randomly came up on our FYP before we met, as well as seeing Duran Duran in concert exactly a week apart (stay tuned for posts about that!)

Now, to clarify, the two of us have always known about Duran and have listened to them very casually. The two of us have ALWAYS loved old music (I grew up listening to a lot of Elton John, Bon Jovi, Elvis, The Beach Boys, Metallica, Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Mötley Crüe, and Sam Cooke thanks to a mix of my parents and my grandmother) When I started collecting records when I was 11 (I'll be 21 in May, for context) my Mom gave me her copy of DD's Arena she got in 1984 as one of the albums to “start out” with, along with a few others. (She was a Roger girlie, and her twin sister (my aunt lol) was a Nick girlie! They also had a mutual friend who was a John girlie) Like any girl at that age, I thought they were cute! I loved that it was a live album, which I thought was unique. And, of course, everyone knows Hungry Like The Wolf, come on.

2022 rolled around, along with Season 4 of Stranger Things. I remember scrolling through TikTok in August and stumbling across a Steve Harrington edit with Girls on Film as the audio. I IMMEDIATELY fell in love with the song, it became one of my most listened to tracks that year if I recall correctly. I later posted on my instagram story on November 11th 2022, a mirror selfie of me in my college bathroom with Rio as the music for it. Coincidentally, it was eight months to the day before my fixation started. Weird!

After I was sucked into the Duraniverse by that incredible JT TikTok edit, I made the best decision ever by making a Duran instagram account at the end of July 2023 called thegirlonfilm, after one of my favorite songs that really started it all for me. “I needed to talk to people about them,” I thought to myself, as none of my local friends really knew about them or liked them, and if they did, it wasn’t on the level that I was on. I started joining Facebook groups and started blacking out on eBay, buying posters, books, cds, magazines, vinyls, funko pops, tour brochures, cassettes, you name it. I wanted to do nothing but listen to them and gush about them, blowing up my Pinterest by saving thousands of pins of them. I then snagged tickets for my middle school best friend and I to see them together in Philadelphia not even two weeks later. My feelings for them were VERY similar to my extreme Beatles hyperfixation in early middle school to mid-high school.

Around early August, my account was slowly taking off, and I began following more and more accounts. I started following an account called 111ngel, which was recommended to me as I already had a few mutuals who were following them. We liked each other’s posts here and there, no big deal, occasionally commenting on each other's posts and edits. In early August they tagged me in an edit they made of Nick & John, dm’ing me saying that “they hoped it was okay that they tagged me because they didn’t have many Duran Duran mutuals.” Of course I was okay with it, I was excited that someone actually tagged me in something, and we eventually struck up a light conversation that turned into us talking to each other everyday for the next 6 months.

Flash forward to now, Kal is the bestest friend I could ever ask for, even though we’ve never met irl and she lives over 15 hours away in a different time zone than me. (I’m on the east coast, she’s in the midwest). She's one of the sweetest, kindest, funniest and most caring people I have ever met, and she never fails to make me laugh until I cry. We have a never-ending list of inside jokes and just stupid stuff that makes us giggle. She was there for me consistently through the worst heartbreak of my life, and has been there for me regardless ever since. We have our “Duran Nights” which consists of us staying up on FaceTime together until 4 AM watching interviews, documentaries and concerts, talking about things going on in the Duran community, going Brittany Broski-level feral over John and Simon, or giggling about crap we find on Pinterest (and me destroying her in word hunt on iMessage games hehe) She’s so comforting to be around, as if we knew each other in a past life. We both agree that we're 100% each other's platonic soulmates, as we clicked almost immediately and have such a deep friendship. I’ve never met someone that I could be so transparent with, and she’s really the only person I can TRULY be myself around without the fear of judgement. She's the Simon to my John, the Lennon to my McCartney, the Moon to my Sun. Very thankful for having her in my life. :) <3

3. What work are you most proud of (regardless of kudos/hits)?

I tend towards my Grand Chase longfic, 'Relíquia das Almas: O Conto da Espada'. (The title's translation: Soul Relic: The Sword's Tale.) I published it, once, but it was kinda... awful, so I deleted it and decided to rework everything.

It's much better now, but I have next to nothing written yet 😭 But I am so, so proud of how it's turning out... the plot matured a lot, along with the cast's characterization (including the OCs needed to tell the story), and, most importantly, the thematic explorations at the fic's core.

14. What’s your shortest work of the year?

I have to actually open my writing folder to answer this. 2023 was a blur.

Okay, so! I finished one (1) text this year, but I actually started it last year, on August 20th. Had it done by November, 19th, 2023 🕊🪦

It's a Seventeen oneshot. It's pretty bad, so I'll have to rewrite it.

This year I had a bunch of ideas, for Grand Chase and Seventeen, but the only one I actually began was a Grand Chase fanfic I started back in January... I wrote a whole smut scene, and then I just. Did not.

So, wait, hold on— Lemme explain 🖐

I had this Lass/Azin fic idea, right? But I was going through thooose days when my brain shuts down and I do all the thinking with my [🚫], so I projected it all on a smut fic. And then my creative energy vanished like Spider-man 😭

I wrote 2/5 scenes, 1.745 words, of the actual fic, and that's it. I still like it, though; just don't feel like writing it right now.

So: finished shortest fic — Seventeen oneshot, started last year, that ended up being 9.211 words long; unfinished shortest fic, started and written this year — Grand Chase's Lass/Azin oneshot's smut spin-off, 3.386 words long.

I can't believe I wrote more smut about the fic than the actual fic. This fic's gen, ffs 🖐😭 This is unreal 🖐😭

29. Favorite line/passage you wrote this year?

Fun question! Well, recently I had two ideas that got me very excited to write: a fluffy 5+1 romantic Lass/Elesis ficlet (Grand Chase), and a saucy Jeonghan/Joshua (Seventeen) three-shot that's literally made for me to self project my libido, whenever I feel like writing it ☝️🧐

I won't share my AO3 kpopper profile, but I guess there's no problem in sharing this YoonHong fic spoiler here, even though I don't want to associate this acc with that one.

Note: I write in brazilian, so this is a translation. Sorry if it reads wonky.

so, earlier today i was having a discussion with a friend about how james cameron's avatar had just zero fucking cultural impact, which is kinda nuts considering how huge of a movie it was.

then a few hours later, i learned goncharov fics surpassed the number of avatar fics on ao3.

my friend is terminally offline. so i first had to explain ao3, which they grasped fine. i then had to explain goncharov, which...well, that took a while. but they got there!

then i had the immeasurable joy of informing them that goncharov, a movie we invented whole-cloth less than a week ago has more fan works on ao3 than avatar. the glee on their face was amazing. just fucking transported.

sometimes i get so angry about how the housing market bubble bursting led to the economy collapsing and literally never recovering for the middle class. like...basically wiped out the middle class entirely, if we're being honest.

my bank just offered me a "high yield" savings account. high yield! just a fucking amazing APY! ...the APY is 0.4%. zero. point. four.

in 2006, i worked in a call center for $17.60 an hour and had a savings account with a 9% APY. not 0.9%, a full fucking 9%. i'd only been with the call center for a year and a half, i was 24 years old, my credit was middling at best, and that savings account was brand fucking new with a bank i'd NEVER banked with.

high yield. 0.4%.

my field is in-home healthcare now, and i get paid $9.25 an hour.

the fucking rage i feel at what was taken away from my end of my generation (eldest millennial) and fully denied to everyone younger than us is unreal sometimes.

do y'all even know how much i hate being an "elder queer" at 40? a whole goddamn generation before me was wiped out by a plague that politicians deemed not their problem bc it was killing the "right" people. like. this was OPENLY STATED. i spent a large chunk of my childhood going to funerals. nevermind the fact that killing queer people for being queer wasn't codified into law as a hate crime until i was a junior in high school.

i should NOT be an elder queer, i should be middle at most. i am a middle aged queer. most of the elder queers died.

when i was growing up i didn't go to pride parades, i went to pride marches. because that's 100% what they were in the 80s and 90s.

from the absolute bottom of my heart, LEARN OUR FUCKING HISTORY. a generation was nearly wiped out so you young queers could be here. don't let that have been in vain, please.

Hello Friends! I'm avoiding doing actual work that I'm getting paid for, so I thought I'd document some of my history on Tumblr:

My first Tumblr post was on August 24, 2009. I was a LiveJournal guy, but my gf at the time (Kristi Hart) used Tumblr. I joined because of her.

My first posts for the first couple of years were actually syndicated from LiveJournal. I didn't reblog anything or post any content original to Tumblr. Then in 2011 I started syndicating pictures to Tumblr using a site I'm surprised still exists today called Moby! I just looked, all of the pictures are still there! Here's one of my kids from 2011 at the Salton Sea.

A year later, in June of 2012 I decided my Tumblr needed a focus. I had a pretty large collection of behind-the-scene images from movies, so that became all I posted.

Some random examples: Behind the scenes of Alfred Hitchcock's Rear Window, The Dark Crystal, Phantasm II, Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Neverending Story

That continued on for several months, I probably posted 100+ of them.

In July of 2012 I created my @frankenbuddha account, since @dasenergi was solely "Behind The Scenes" movie posts, I needed someplace to post all my nerdy, lgbt, Buddhist, spiritual stuff.

By the end of 2012, I had given up on the "Behind The Scenes" posts on DasEnergi. They weren't getting any likes.

I abandoned FrankenBuddha and resumed posting all my nerdy, lgbt, Buddhist, and spiritual stuff on DasEnergi.

Two years later, my youngest child joined Tumblr in 2014. They were 13 years old. They came to Tumblr for all the cat posts! So I then used Frankenbuddha to collect all the cat and animal posts I could find, and share it with them. FrankenBuddha is STILL cute animal and humor posts now.

On DasEnergi, I started making a lot of my own memes and then added a bunch of tags to them, trying to attract followers. Here is one that was 100% true "I am desperate to just really connect with one other person." I was so depressed and felt so alone at the time. Here's another, "I have a crush on everybody who is nice to me."

I also posted a lot of selfies, trying to make that human connection with others. Here I am trying to look tough.

I also posted more about my life and my feelings back then. There's this one: "I’m considering shaving the beard. Maybe I’ll find someone who’ll love me if I’m clean-cut." I felt so broken. So unlovable.

Here's a creepy one from a year later, November 2013 - "Why yes, I did just go through the GPOY tag and liked a bunch of strangers pictures. I couldn’t help myself. They’re cute!"

As my tags strategy wasn't working, I was Liking people's posts trying to make connections and build my followers.

For those who may be too young to remember, GPOY is an acronym for Gratuitous Picture of Yourself. I don't think it's used anymore, is it?

Looking back on my archive, I had also realized in 2012-2013 that the only way to get followers on Tumblr was to reblog others work. So I started doing that a lot more.

I've always collected quotes. In high school I would spend my lunch break in the school library reading quotes from Bartlett's Book of Familiar Quotations. In 2013, I see I started posting a lot more text posts of quotes from my archive. I remember Tumblr even had an automated template I'd use for quotes.

Wow, yeah, as I'm scrolling through the archive they're mostly text posts, of quotes.

In 2014 I see I started posting A LOT more, and it seems to be 50/50 memes and text quotes. I also see fewer posts about my life and fewer pictures of myself. My mental health was much better. I wasn't seeking validation from Tumblr. This was the year I had my Awakening experience and fully embraced the magical and the spiritual. This was also the year I started dating Geronimo, my first boyfriend.

Right now I'm scanning through April 2014 and it looks nearly identical to what I'm posting now. Yep! The blog as you all know it now has been around for nearly ten years.

I currently have 302 posts in my queue. I only queue five posts a day between 7pm and 10pm (Pacific time).

@male1971 has been around since September 2016 for all my nerdy posts, most from my childhood. (I identify as a male and I was born in 1971.)

@moovees and @melodiousmonk are both new, created last year for my music and movies posts.

And that's about it for my main side blogs. If you actually read this whole thing, THANK YOU for your interest in my Tumblr history.

I had some cringeworthy moments there, mostly healing from my 15 year relationship with my ex-wife and my five year relationship with Kristi Hart. But I'd like to think I made it out of those dark times a better, wiser, person. (Or I'm in deep denial about how depressed and messed up I still am.)

Part 2...

In simple, when you asked me, what's the matter I didn't know how to tell you what it was... I didn't know how to say hey I'm having truma and a mental breakdown.

. Because I didn't know and I don't know how to say you met me when I was Carefree and now my life... Is different and difficult... And... Life was bliss and now I'm climbing a fucking mountain of pain... But it's worth it, you didn't tell me about the view (again laugh but true)
