Meant to take a before photo before I added all the snow. :’)
Just gotta let it dry so I can seal it and add the resin water. Then it’s all done!

Eternithaus - a cc-free lot for Oasis Springs
When I was working on Baumgarten Estates I looked into other buildings the architect Paul Baumgarten did and found this gem (2), which I accidentally stumbled across during my visit to Berlin last October. Of course, I had to recreate it in the Sims and I am so happy with the result. It certainly looks different from the original, but it's a gorgeous mid-century house that fits quite perfectly into Oasis Springs.
More info + download link under the cut!
Eternithaus is a 30x20 unfurnished lot placed in the Mirage Canyon neighbourhood of Oasis Springs, specifically on the Futures Past museum lot. It is designed as a residential rental lot, but I've uploaded it as a normal residential building to the gallery, in case you're not actively playing with the For Rent pack/gameplay yet.
It has a total of 4 rental units, which are all on the smaller side, perfect for a couple without children or a single sim.

TOU: please don’t claim as your own or put behind paywalls etc. If you find any issues (wrong files, etc.) please let me know + tag me if you’ll use the house, I’d love to see it in your games.

Some sort of mob subspecies :^)
Bolt creepers are relatively skittish alone, but will cause mayhem in packs. They live in subtropical dry areas, blending themselves into the sand and canyons. They are around 2-3 ft tall. They launch themselves towards a target like a bolt and explode upon contact.
Dynamites are the most well known subspecies. Living in temperate and polar zones, they have adapted themselves to live in caves just as well as on the surface. They stand at the height of an adult man.
If you were afraid of the dynamite, be prepared for the rocket. Standing at twice the size of the dynamite, they use this to blend in with the rainforest environment they live in. Cultures from these regions often times call them an Elder species, which is definitely reasonable.
What connects all these subspecies together is that they will stalk you dead at night, waiting to pounce. But still, all of them will make a run for it when a feline is nearby.
Also, the rocket is implemented into Minnjörð already. : )
Tumblr media
Godslayer Wardens are the most known subspecies. They live in the deep dark of snowy mountain ranges. Their name comes from how the Wither was slain by one of them. Easily either the strongest or second strongest.
Desert wardens have advanced hearing and ventilation, but weak smell. While being the smallest warden [5-6 ft average], they are the most nimble. You can hide, but you can't run from them. Maybe not as powerful as the others, but can still maul you, if it hears you.
Star-nosed have such thick skin that their spines don't protrude anymore. This makes them pack a lethal hit with their powerful shoulder muscles and claws combined, but their sonic boom is p weak. Also, their nose tentacles can detect the smallest electrical fields. Lo and behold the Godslayer competitor - they stand at a towering height of 10-11 ft.
Windswept live underneath gravelly mountains and cliffs. They have an incredible sense of smell unlike any other warden species, so take a bath before traveling down there. They like to dig nests in gravel piles.

jamesfrancish: Last November I got the chance to follow a little robot around the country for six days straight, all in the name of the Satellite music video for @harrystyles We started in the desert, snaking our way through canyons and endless rows of dormant winter farmland, to red sand dunes dusted with powder, all the way to snowy peaks, where the air was thin and the sky was filled with sequoias. Through it all was a robot vacuum, built and animated by the incredible @pascal_molina who worked magic to bring Stomper to life. Watching @aube_perrie and @christopher.c.ripley think on their feet and frame the world as we moved through it was something else. The entire trip was dedicated to the moment at hand, we’d jump out of the car and set up in a flash to capture a roadside scene just as it was. I count myself lucky to have seen their process of visualization, adaptation and creative fulfillment firsthand 🚀

Perhaps one way to describe Cascade red foxes is sensitive.
Tumblr media
Vulpes vulpes cascadensis, as our Cascade red foxes are known scientifically, are a native species found only in the higher elevations of the Cascade Mountains in Washington state. They are small, topping out about 15 pounds. They are colorful with fur ranging from red to tan to silver to black.
Tumblr media
While being fluffy and furry does help with staying warm during the wintery seasons on the mountain, the Cascade fox isn’t sleeping through winter. They are out and about looking for food. Ok, looking is not always the right verb. Listening for food. Smelling for prey. There are some animals awake through the winter living under the snow. Animals like voles that make tunnels under the snow. By listening, as well as smelling and using all their sense, foxes can locate prey animals under the snow. Snowshoe hares and pocket gophers are also common prey so Cascade red foxes are willing to use all their senses to bring down any small animal for a winter-time snack.
Tumblr media
These little carnivores are wonderfully matched to the snowy environments they inhabit. They do not need any food from humans. Feeding wildlife is dangerous to humans, who might be harmed by food-conditioned animals. Feeding wildlife is also dangerous to animals. They are not adapted to eating human food and get too close to humans. Some of these precious animals have even been run over by cars while begging for food. Learn more about helping wildlife at Keeping Wildlife Wild.
More information on Cascade red foxes in the national park can be found here  https://www.nps.gov/mora/learn/nature/carnivores.htm
