#the little middle schooler who had no Quirk when he tried to kill him

AU game 1! 5 headcanons for an AU where Tamaki is (inexplicably) a vegetarian, and the Quirks he manifests from eating all his veggies leads him to intern with Kamui Woods instead?
1- Tamaki is a vegetarian because when he was very little and it first manifested, he grew chicken feathers and was so terrified that he was actually turning into a chicken that would be killed and eaten too, he never touched any meat again. This is in spite of his mother having the same quirk as him and telling him that won't happen, but anyway. Instead he uses vines for reach and thorns for attack
2- his hero name is still Suneater, from Mirio's suggestion, and his hero costume is similar, but kinda leans more "forest elf" I guess- green accents instead of purple. Tamaki is relieved when Kamui Woods approves of him wearing a mask that fully hides his face, instead of a transparent visor.
3- Tamaki takes some supplements due to being vegetarian, including iron. This means he's able to manifest iron as a shield, but tends to only do it as a last resort because it really upsets his stomach. Kamui Woods saw this one time and asked if he could manifest other things not just plants, and had he tried meat before? Tamaki panics and bluescreens while saying he can't, leading Kamui Woods to believe that in a trade-off for his quirk, Tamaki can't even digest meat, let alone manifest anything.
4- Kamui Woods is an interesting mix of private and public- keeps a lower profile from his current home and life, but also had a documentary about his apparently horrible childhood made. Tamaki approves of the former, but not the latter, so while Kamui is a great mentor for fighting technique and rescue strategy, he's not quite getting through to him about any publicity.
5- In his second year, Tamaki and Kamui were on patrol after school when a sludge villain attacked a middle schooler, who caused several fires in retaliation. Kamui Woods was unable to get close due to the flames, and Tamaki prioritized rescue over combat, meaning he was running low on any food by the time he turned to consider fighting Sludgy. Then another middle schooler ran out in front of him and tried to help, and then All Might showed up, and Tamaki held it was the most terrifying day of his life for over a year.
+1- (Until the day he's called in to talk to 1A, which he was happy to do instead of going to his internship, which has been different since Kamino and Kamui rocketing up in the rankings, Tamaki does not like change and he likes the publicity increase even less, and he sees those two middle schoolers again, in that class All Might teaches sometimes, and they're asking him too many questions and scowling at him and they were there that day and at Kamino and here now, and nope, they're cursed, he's not dealing with that, he's out of here, Nejire let go of his arm, he wants to go to 1B and get the vine girl to join the internship to take the focus off him, please no Mirio he just wants to leave-)

……..So after One For All is passed down, the person who handed it down retains some echoes of it. The “embers” of One For All. The residual power still burning like coals, no one’s super sure why. They can go out if pushed beyond their limit, but they stay for a while.
And so. The thing is. To discover this exists, someone has to survive long enough after giving One For All to actually feel and use the embers and understand that they’re there.
And, unless Nana Shimura just gave the quirk to a middle schooler before ever attempting to fight All For One without knowing that she would still have it and still be able to try to win that fight on her own, only one person had time to make that discovery. Third. The man who mentored and handed it down to Shinomori. If the embers were discovered in time for them to be part of the OFA lore she was told by En, then they were discovered by him.
There's a side note here too that at some point they needed to have a chance to experiment with whether the transfer can be done with "any DNA" as opposed to specifically however 1 and 2 transferred it. Either 3 or 4 probably tried out hair as a transfer method when they had more time.
This presents the possibility of giving OFA to Shinomori in advance, not at his death. By the time 3 has identified the Danger Sense guy as the guy to give it too, surely the gameplan of laying low and bringing the quirk into the future must already be the plan. 3 must already know that he won't be able to win against AFO yet, that OFA isn't ready—and if he's going to send it into the future, well, they should figure out what they can about how it works. So giving it to Shinomori with time to train him a little in it and to test if the hair theory works ("is it just any transfer of DNA?") makes a lot of sense for this generation's transfer. Many factors point to them maybe having more time here than a deathbed transfer.
And so I think. I think.
I think that originally Shinomori was not going to be alone.
Maybe he was going to be alone for some amount of time; they were always realistic about the possibility, or even probability, of him needing to pick up and run.
But the original plan being that Shinomori would inherit One For All, and then he would train with Third, and he would use Danger Sense to help hide it. If and when the time came, they prepared him to run. But hiding One For All became the new collaborative goal.
But then Shinomori inherits One For All. And Third still has the embers.
Third can safely send One For All to the future and fight All For One.
And the reason he’s sending One For All to the future is that Third has looked at Second losing his battle and has determined that One For All is not ready yet, not strong enough, and that it will not be for generations. He’s also determined that the world is not safe enough for it right now—maybe later people will rally around it the way some people rallied around Second, the way more people needed to, but for now it needs to hide.
So he’s decided this is a fight One For All can’t win. But he also—Yoichi and Second decided this was a quirk to kill All For One. And maybe even more importantly than that, as far as he is concerned, he has to fight: not for the dead, but for the people who are still alive. The people who are going to be.
Third had to send One For All to the future, maybe even very far into the future, because it couldn't win right now. And in order to send it to the future, he may have decided to give up his fight against All For One. But now. Now, the meta ability is safe inside Shinomori—Shinomori, not more than twenty-two years old, of whom he has asked something enormous already, of whom he is about to ask something so much worse—and he still has its embers. He has to try.
And maybe that was a change in plan.

Ramblings about BNHA chap 383
And, after waiting for a while, comes chap 383…
…and we go back in time, to when the news of Touya’s supposed defeat at the hands of SHouto spread around, to see what happened in Jaku hospital ruins, where Gigantomachia was held and guess what, there’s a battle taking place there because the Villains want to free Gigantomachia and the heroes are trying to keep him captive.
Really, I’ve no idea why AFO took so much time trying to free Gigantomachia, Gigantomachia was his strongest assets, he went and broke people out of 8 prisons but not Gigantomachia?
The guy back then was likely even less guarded with so many heroes wounded. But whatever.
To lead the Villains we’ve the guy from the PLF who was implied to be Midnight’s murderer as in chap 278 seeing her he said ‘she’s mine’ and the next we saw of her was she was dead and in chap 353 he claimed he would crush people like he did with ‘that U.A. schoolteacher’, the visual showing us an image of Midnight.
One thing I hate though, is that we don’t even have a backstory or a name for him, he’s just a ‘random’ Villain who killed Midnight.
Anyway Midnight’s killer thinks to free Gigantomachia by having the latter wake up because they’ll make him hear All for One’s voice (Machia has superior hearing due to his dog Quirk so he’ll surely hear it).
Mountain Lady does her best to stop this and she says something interesting here.
She says ‘the big guy, from the standpoint of ordinary people embodies pure psychological scarring’ and, as she sees so, we see Mina whom, we know, had been traumatized by her meeting with Machia when she was a middle schooler (and, back then, Machia wasn’t even destroying anything).
It’s true, Machia caused a lot of destruction and have a monstrous look so people don’t think at him as a human, living being, but just as a thing, the embodiment of their psychological scarring.
Even a part of the readers of the manga don’t see him as a person, just as a monster.
And it’s interesting to wonder what Horikoshi is trying to do here. Will Machia remains something that is meant to be dehumanized? Or will he denounce how dehumanizing a human, no matter if he’s a Villain or not, is always wrong?
We’ll see.
Now, I know in the fandom there’s who wonder why we should care for Machia for assorted reasons.
He’s a Villain, so far he doesn’t have a known sob backstory that makes you empathize with him, we actually know very little of him,
I think what’s important is a little different. It doesn’t matter if you like Machia, it’s perfectly fair not to like him, not to emotionally care about him.
What’s interesting is the idea the story is trying to push forward with this situation.
Because Machia is, as far as we know, a human being and, many countries and many people judge wrong to dehumanize human beings a priori. It doesn’t matter if they are bad guys, if they are unknown to you, if they look so very different from us.
Of course it’s not the same for everyone and every country so yes, the fandom can be split on this but for me the interesting part is where Horikoshi stands.
In a manga that starts saying ‘people are not born equal’ is he going to support the idea of equal human rights at any cost or he’s going to make exceptions?
I like to hope for the former but we’ll see.
Anyway Machia wakes up and tries to get free.
Meanwhile Kirishima is searching for Shinsou as they’ve warped him to where Machia is because they planned to use him as a backup plan. Basically, in case Machia were to wake up, the plan was to brainwash him. Shinsou though had been captured by an old acquaintance of ours, the sludge Villains who, in the first 2 chapters of the story, first tried to posses Midoriya then Bakugo.
Meanwhile the PFL begins quoting PLF philosophy.
‘The weak are meant to suffer and submit. It’s the law of the jungle – Might makes right. The authority of the strong is self-justified.’
I’ve always found the PLF sat at odd with the league because the PLF valued strength (or better Quirk strength) and wanted the ones with a strong Quirk  to rise high. They’re also well introduced in the society, with respectable important jobs and all. They preach about ‘liberation’ but they’re so extreme they don’t seem to want just liberation from a system that strictly control Quirk usage, more like they seem to want to have freedom to do as they please and impose their will. They don’t want a fair society, but one that will see them to the top.
The league instead is a bunch of people who were rejected from society, who couldn’t fit in it. Even though they claim they do what they want, what they truly want is to have a world in which they can fit. They were the ones oppressed and rejected by the system for their Quirk. They believe they want a better society, more than one that place them to the top.
So, even though they could seem similar, the PLF is actually closer to the current system… only they want to implement changes that will allow them to be at the top of it, where the league is searching for a place to be and for a way to return the hurt they suffered.
‘The weak are meant to suffer and submit. It’s the law of the jungle – Might makes right. The authority of the strong is self-justified.’
This sentence is also interesting because, when there’s a war going on, this is sadly absolutely true.
The winner will decide what’s right or wrong and, what’s more, the heroes are, of course, also fighting strength with strength. It’s not really a complain, more a statement, because the easiest way to oppose to strength is by using strength. The strong decides. If the heroes will be the stronger they will decide what’s right or wrong.
Vice versa, if it’s AFO, he’ll dictate rules.
But back to the story.
While Machia is desperately asking where is his master, Mina attacks him with his acid. She’s apparently become really strong thanks also to learning Bakugo and Shouto’s special training method. Mina feels guilty because she froze during the last battle (chap 280) and she hates how she failed to protect what she cared about (which might also tie to how Midnight’s death hurt her greatly)
Anyway Mina’s acid affects greatly the Sludge Villain, who has to let go of Shinsou and even makes the mistake of answering him, ending up as a victim of Shinsou’s brainwashing.
Mina starts talking. It’ll turn out she’s talking to the MLA guy who killed Midnight.
Her sentences don’t connect smoothly but it can be because she’s under emotional stress. She goes and says since Shoji never had revenge on his mind and mentions how she loved Midnight’s classes (the unsaid thing here is how she doesn’t want revenge for Midnight despite loving her because she takes example from Shoji).
She then goes and claims she knows about fear because she’s weak and therefore she forms group to get close with people.
At this point she goes and claim this makes her and the PLF one and the same because this defines them.
The PLF guy thinks back to Re-Destro claiming everyone is one and the same, but he rejects Mina’s words claiming her problem is just she can’t stop Machia who, meanwhile, has tossed in the ground Mountain Lady. Shinshou though gets in behind and brainwash Machia into doing his bidding before ordering him to attack the PLF guys using his ‘persona cord’ to recreate AFO ‘s voice..
Mina failts because all the acid she used dehydrated her supposedly and Kirishima catches her.
Kirishima feels bad for having been a letdown but Mina clams she just paid him back (which is likely a reference to how he helped her in the previous war) to which Kirishima replies she owns him nothing and she always was his hero.
Meanwhile the battle seems to have ended with the heroes finally signing a point.
No such luck as Tsukaushi contact Mt. Lady sooner or later and expose them his plan… which lead a brainwashed Machia to attack his leader, aka the person Machia cares the most. And that’s how the chapter end. I guess we might get Aoyama in the next.
All in all it’s not a bad chapter. I’ve already voiced my doubt about having the way they handled Machia and they’re more or less unchanged. The most I can say is that I’m glad it’s, at least, the sinful adults who’re deciding to use brainwashing on Machia and it doesn’t come out from him.
Takeyama Ruu
The bit with Mina and the PLF guy would have probably come out better if we had known more about the PLF guy. As it is, we don’t even know his name. Still that’s just me.

So I think there has been a Sludge Villain sighting in the new chapter.
HOW WE FEELING, BKDK CROWD?
Think he'll re-enter the story, come to harass Kacchan and Deku again? Think we'll get a full circle thing where the boys finally roast this guy on their own since he was integral to both of their origins?
Also somewhat related, Does Kacchan even know that Izuku was almost killed by the villain in the same day he was?

Anyone!Touya, Tenko, and Hawks get isekaid into canon/replace their canon counterparts. Before the events of canon
I don't think you realize how things would go to hell if those current Anyone!Characters went into canon BEFORE the events of canon.
Tenko just nods at whatever this weird misty man and this weird voice over the computer tells him and as soon as he looks away, he walks to the Might tower, hugs the crap out of a very confused Yagi, and tells him everything. Including that AFO is apparently not in Tartarus/presumed dead in this universe and that his quirk is going to be stolen soon. And that AFO and him will fight in a parking lot but the thief will drop a crane on him to stop them. No filter.
Meanwhile, Dabi wakes up in a place filled with hair product and edgy stuff so he doesn't notice anything wrong for a while but at some point, he realizes that he isn't in his universe anymore so he naturally blames Yami for it. Except he doesn't know where Yami is so he breaks into the Todoroki home, gets mistaken for a raccoon by every Todoroki until he reaches Shouto's room and asks his very confused little brother where his best friend/crime lord is. Yes, he is his dead brother, no, he doesn't have the time to explain, he just wants to come back to his reality where his fridge is full and his bank account not crying. Unfortunately, Shouto and Izuku aren't friends at the time. It doesn't prevent Shouto and his not-quite-brother from finding him in Aldera, only to tell him that he will soon become the head of a criminal organization and be a badass. So Izuku calls the cops on them, because he had a hard day and he disliked people making fun of him.
Hawks is the one closest to Aldera when he heard about a blue-fire-lunatic and a candy cane sidekick bothering a scared middle schooler so he arrives and the Spiderman meme ensues but Hawks confirms that Izuku is the second most dangerous villain of Japan so Izuku goes through the three stages of corruption, aka 1. O.o 2. "Uh, I hope it doesn't awaken anything in me." 3. "That would be pretty cool..." Hawks and Dabi are very worried but that's the problem of this universe and Izuku agrees to help them go home by looking for a quirk that can yeet them back to where they belong. Because that's what heroes do.
So they find out that there is someone with the quirk to just do that but in this universe, he became quirkless a decade ago so that means AFO is the one who has his quirk. So Dabi, Shouto and Izuku makes a plan for Izuku to ask AFO to do him a favor, because 1. Izuku has no quirk to lose 2. Dabi insists that AFO will never hurt Izuku. Hawks hates the plan. Hawks keeps screeching that this is a bad plan. It doesn't matter. Canon!Izuku has been infected by the Anyone brand of craziness. He is doing it. Tenko is kidnapped by Hawks while he was grocery shopping acquired at some point and Izuku goes and meets AFO, who is "Oh, I guess you want a quirk, child I definitely don't know, also does your mother know where you are?" and Izuku told him he wants him to send three people back to their universe because he certainly doesn't want to have people knowing so many of his secrets running around + waste all the brainwashing he did on Tomura. AFO accepts and everyone is back where they belong: Dabi tries to kill Shouto as soon as he sees him (which is rude), Tomura is back with a dog and knowing what it's like to be loved by a found family, and Hawks goes straight to a bar because there are things for which you need to drink to forget.
All Might is looking for Tenko, finds Tomura who is still hugging his brand new corgi and rethinking his entire life, when he sees a green haired child in the middle of the chaos so he immediately asks him if he has notebooks about heroes and when Izuku says yes, All Might, terrified at the idea of losing his quirk and sending someone on the path of villainy, basically screams "YES, YOU CAN BE A HERO. BEING QUIRKLESS IS HARD IN THIS DAY AND AGE BUT IT DOESN'T CHANGE THE FACT THAT IF YOU REALLY WANT IT, YOU CAN BE A HERO!" Izuku falls to his knees, crying every tears in his body, which puts out Dabi's blue flames. All Might picks up everyone (minus AFO ofc, who left long ago) and brings them back to the Might tower. Izuku is still crying, which is good because Dabi is still trying to set everyone on fire. Shouto is gently patting Izuku on the back and Hawks is still holding his bottle of gin.
+1. All Might gives Dabi back to the Todorokis so he doesn't have to deal with a rabid racoon and is in the process of luring Tomura to a nice warm home with chicken nuggets and enough space for the corgi to be happy. Because of that, he forget to keep his eyes on the nice young man who really doesn't look like a villain and Izuku kinda creates a... a book club! He calls that a book club! With Shouto (they exchanged numbers), Tomura (they both love dogs.), Dabi (who is still feral and murdery but they are good at handling them) and Hawks (he keeps being dragged in their bullshit every time he goes grocery shopping).

Gosh, the Hawks x intern! Reader sure made me tear up :(
Like imagine him regretting not being there for her and his baby girl from the start and trying to make up for it now 😭😭💖
I was going to imagine this, but I couldn't because I ended up writing 3000 words. 😭 I just love fictional babies so much and want them to be happy, okay? I left it open-ended, so I wouldn't betray the "kick his ass" gang. I'm a weak woman 🥺 I still don't know much about him other than what Wikipedia and memes tell me but here we go!
Part One | Part Two
Tumblr media
Hawks doesn’t think you’ll ever let him in, not that he could blame you. Every time you see him, your expression hardens, pretty eyes narrow into a glare, nostrils flare, breathing heavy. His only bright light during your last exchange is that you wait three seconds before slamming the door in his face rather than the usual zero.
Oh, he’s definitely softening you up. Not.
It’s been a month now that he’s been at this, and he is starting to wonder if this entire thing is worth the headache. All he’s accomplished so far is bothering you with his requests to talk. Then, he remembers the little angel that you have with you and thinks it’s worth the headache.
At first, he had ignored your previous exchange that day at the park and the nagging feeling in the corner of his mind upon seeing the two of you. Until that same feeling started to weigh on his heart. He quickly realizes what those feelings were. Guilt and regret at not taking another path with the high schooler he so carelessly took advantage of and impregnated.
If he had, he could be annoying Endeavor about his cute little wife right about now.
Hawks feels a bit like Icarus flying too close to the sun and now sinking in a turbulent ocean of his own making. Instead of drowning, the world decides to throw him a lifeline as the receptionist patches a call through to him.
His heart jumps when he hears you on the other side, resistant but succumbed in your plea, “I need your help.”
The very next day you arrive at the agency, a small hand latched in your own as you stand in the middle of his office. You didn’t want to be here. The thought of being in the same place where your daughter was conceived with the same man who left you makes you antsy. You can’t believe you actually let Fumikage talk you into this.
You remember that phone conversation.
Your daughter’s quirk had been coming in full force, so fast you didn’t know how to handle it. You hoped that Tokoyami would have been able to help her control it since he trained with the very person she received her quirk from much longer than you had and that he was part avian himself.
“Please, Fumi. It’s getting worse,” you begged over the phone. “She accidentally hurt a few of the kids at school. No. No. They’re fine, some cuts and a little shook up, but fine. They won’t let her back in until she gets it under control though, so please.”
“I told you there’s not much else I can do. The best solution would be to go to the person with the same quirk.”
He’s right. He’s absolutely right, but you don’t want to rely on someone like that man especially now. What if he ended up hurting her?
“I don’t want to do that.”
“I know you don’t, but he’s been trying to contact you, right? So I'm sure he'd do it if you asked.”
“Yeah…” You growled. “I swear if he makes one smart-ass remark, I might kill him in front of her.”
“Remember it’s not for you. Although, I don’t think you could kill him even if you tried.”
“If we combined our strength…”
“No,” Tokoyami immediately shot down.
You sighed. “I’m only joking. Do you have the number to the agency still?”
Now you’re here, watching the very man who abandoned you kneel down to your daughter’s eye level. Hawks couldn’t believe he’s actually seeing her. It’s a bit exciting to see how much bigger she’s gotten in such a short time with big fat wings at her back holding way more feathers than she can probably deal with.
“So, this is the special girl,” he says. She shies away from him, hiding behind your leg for protection. “Come on out, Baby Bird, you don’t have to be scared of me.”
Slowly, she peeks from behind you, fingers still clutched in your pants leg, and Hawks smiles.
“There you are. Did your mommy tell you who I am?”
“You’re her and uncle Toko’s old teacher, and you’re going to help me control my quirk.”
“That’s right. You just turned five, right? That’s when a lot of quirks can get kind of hectic.”
“Yeah. I had a birthday party with Elsa last month.”
Hawks’ smile falters for a second as he thinks he doesn’t know exactly what day her birthday is. At least now he knows the month. Quickly, he’s back to normal to keep an air of happiness in the situation. “You know I know a lady that looks a bit like Elsa. She has ice powers like her too,” Hawks says, having grown a little closer to the number one hero's family as he tried to figure out what to do about his own family situation.
When her eyes widen, Hawks knows he has her hook, line, and sinker. She throws her initial shyness to the wind in exchange for excitement. “She does? Can I meet her?”
“I’m sure we could make that happen. If not, her son has an ice quirk, too. I’m sure he’d show you.”
The young girl smiles at him, but Hawks notices her vision drifting to something else. Cautiously, her tiny hand stretches out to him, making him nervous as to what she’s doing, before chubby fingers clutch around the edge of his wing, squeezing into his feathers. “They’re pretty,” she mumbles.
“Want one?” he asks, and she nods.
“This is my birthday present for you, don’t lose it,” he says, offering her a single long feather from the back of his wings. She clutches it to her chest tightly, a happy smile plastered on her face.
Then, you interrupt.
“Baby, mama has to run some errands, but she’ll come right back to pick you up when the clock says twelve. You remember how that looks like, right?”
“It’s a 1 and a 2,” she says, bringing up her hands to show you.
Hawks decides to walk you out as your daughter sits in his office chair, twirling around his feather in her hand. He isn’t sure what to say to you now that he has you near him. Should he thank you for bringing her? Or would that only serve to piss you off since it’s not like you wanted to do this by choice?
“Hawks,” you say, bringing him out his thoughts. “There’s one more thing before I go.”
“What is it?”
“Don’t tell her,” you order. “Don’t you dare tell her.”
His chest squeezes at that but he can understand why you wouldn’t want her to know that information when the two of you aren’t even on speaking terms outside this issue. He didn’t want to do anything to make the situation worse either, so he brings his fingers to his mouth and zips his pinched thumb and index finger across his lips. “I’ll make sure mine and anyone else’s lips are sealed if they want to keep their job,” he calmly reassures you, always calm and carefree so you wouldn’t think that your rejection is successfully deterring him.
From then on, you drop your daughter off at his office twice a week to get a better handle on her powers. You didn’t stay long aside from that, but Hawks likes the small moments when all three of you are in the same room together.
The hero can be thankful that at least one of his girls likes him. His Baby Bird quickly attached herself to him, always pattering after his footsteps like a shadow, and always asking if he’d hold her hand, a smile forming whenever he engulfed her smaller one. He even keeps his promise to let her see Rei, or Elsa as Baby Bird so passionately refers to her, now that the woman is out of the hospital.
He thinks that if that family can recover from what happened then his shouldn’t be much different as long as he keeps trying to put in the effort and not step on your toes too much.
It isn’t long before Baby Bird begins to get a hang of her powers. At least enough that she wouldn’t be hurting anyone at school. Hawks had hoped you would still allow him to train her past that point though, but you quickly told him that she wouldn’t be returning to the agency when she reached that point.
He was sad to hear it of course, but he didn’t want to cause what little progress he made to be broken even if he really wanted to see her fly at least a few inches before she left. She’s been getting into the habit of jumping instead of walking to practice like he used to do. Although, she resembles more of a bouncy frog than a bird, to be honest.
He watches, amused, as she bounces along next to him in the hallway.
“You’ve gotten good at that,” he compliments, drawing her attention upwards.
“I’ve been practicing lots at home, but I’m not that good yet. Will you teach me how to fly like you do tomorrow?” she asks.
“No, Baby Bird. Didn’t your mommy tell you that we’re done with training after today?”
She hangs her head down, her bouncing stopping as she drags her feet. “…Yes,” she answers, letting his arm go lax as she releases his hand. Hawks pauses, watching as she draws her hands to her waist and anxiously bunches and twists the bottom of her shirt, and Hawks throat goes dry as she asks with glossy eyes, “Daddy, why doesn’t mommy like you?”
He’s completely silent, wondering exactly when she figured it out or if someone in the office had told her, let alone told her the fact that you didn’t like him. Well, he guesses it doesn’t take a genius to figure that out. “How do you know to call me that?"
“Yesterday, my teacher told us that we inhe-inhe-inherent our quirk from our parents. I remember you said Elsa and her son had the same quirk, and you have big wings like mine and can make your feathers move.”
Hawks smiles. She’s a sharp one to piece it together in a day. “Your teacher is right. I bet you’ve never seen anyone else that looks quite like us.”
“No,” she answers, sniffling. “I don’t want to go home. I want to stay and play with you. Mommy is so mean to you. I hate her!”
Hawks cups her chin in his hand, forcing her to meet his eyes. “Look at me. Don’t talk about your mommy like that. It’s my fault she always gets upset when I’m around. I was mean and bullied her a lot, so if you’re mad, be mad at me. I’m the reason we can’t play together more.”
She sniffs again but it isn’t enough to stop the globs of tears running down her cheeks. “When we saw you at the park, mommy started crying when we went home. I didn’t know why she did.”
Hawks knows why. The reason you’re always so angry at him is because of the hurt you still hold inside for what he did to you. Otherwise, you wouldn’t have cried. The opposite of love is indifference as they say, and he knows it’s true because he had been indifferent to the pain he caused ever since the day you came to him with weepy eyes and shaking arms as you told him you were pregnant. You had been scared, and he told you to deal with it.
Hawks scowls. He’s starting to feel sick.
"If you make someone cry, you should say sorry."
Hawks smiles. “I know, baby. I'll apologize to your mama, and I’m going to try my best to make it up to her, and you, too. I’m not going to make either of you cry anymore. Then, when she forgives me, we’ll play together again.”
She looks to him, a small glimmer of hope. “You promise?”
Hawks chuckles and grins at her, the same charming expression that made you fall for him in the first place. He holds out his hand. “Even better. I pinky promise,” he says and confidently hooks her finger with his. “Repeat after me: birds of a feather stick together.”
“Birds of a feather stick together.”
“That’s my girl,” he praises before dropping her hand to pet her head. “I think we might have a little time for me to teach you something before your mommy gets here.”
At the end of the day, Hawks is already waiting for you at the front steps of the agency as your call pulls into parallel park at the sidewalk. You step out and walk towards the steps, but your daughter meets you halfway by hopping over them, her wings flapping to hover before she falls back down onto her feet.
You smile at her. You can’t believe she’s actually flying, at least a little that is, but your surprise is ruined when she cheers. “Mommy, look at what daddy taught me,” she says, bouncing to show you her new hovering skills. “Are you looking? Are you looking?”
“Yes, I’m looking. You’re so good at that. You need to show me more when we get home,” you say but to be honest it’s the last thing on your mind as you glance over to Hawks. “Baby, why don’t you go sit in the car, and I’ll be right there.”
Hawks watches as she obediently follows your instructions, turning her back and happily hopping towards the vehicle.
“(Name), I-” Hawks says, unsure what to expect when your angry glare turns back on him. It isn’t until his yellow visors are already clicking against the pavement that he realizes you hit him. He hisses at the sting on his cheek. “That actually kind of hurt. I guess I had it coming, but I’m not really sure what I did at least recently,” he tries to play off, but you aren’t having it.
“You told her, you told her,” you keep repeating, and he’s backing away in case you decide to strike him again. “Are you trying to get her on your side?”
“Not in the way you’re thinking, and I didn’t tell her,” Hawks explains. “She pieced it together on her own. She’s sharper than you think, she can see that we look alike when she looks in a mirror, and she knows how quirks work. That’s more than enough for her to tell.”
His explanation is enough for you to halt in your assault, and you angrily huff under your breath. You don’t shift to leave, and there’s no door for you to slam away. He finally has you available. “So, what do you want to do now?” he asks.
“What do you mean?”
“I mean she knows; and honestly, I’m glad she does,” he confesses. “I wouldn’t mind seeing her again if you’d let me.”
Hawks swallows his anxiety as he waits for you to answer. Your eyes shift from him back to where she sits in your car, fiddling with the toys obviously left to clutter in the back before you look back at him, thinking.
“She does seem to like you…for some reason,” you add distastefully, but you know full well how happy training makes her. How her little smile beamed when she fluttered over those steps. How the word daddy came from her so sweetly. “She always likes talking about you after she spends the day here. You make her happy. But that’ll just make it harder for her when you leave ag-“
“I won’t,” he cuts off.
“How do I know that?”
“You don’t but I promise not again. (Name), I’m sorry. I’m sorry for telling you to go away like a burden and for not being there. You must’ve been scared, but I won’t leave either of you alone from now on even if you don’t want me there. I’ll be there if you need me.”
“Drop it. I’m not a part of this,” you tell him.
He knows that you’re rejecting his apology, but his ears can pick up what others can’t. He can hear those soft inflections in your voice right before you harden it into aggression, the slight stutter that you so cleverly thought you hid from him as you nearly fumbled your words, a little glimpse of a teenage girl with a crush on her sensei. “Not yet but do know I plan on trying until I make you fall for me all over again. I miss your cute little face when I'd smile at you.”
You glare. “Say that again, and I will smack you in your "cute little" face.”
"You already did that, but if it makes you feel better go ahead, I can take it if it helps you forgive me.”
He just didn’t expect you to actually take him up on the offer. This time, it’s the other cheek that burns.
“You’re right. That did make me feel better,” you say, smirking as you shake the sting from your hand. Hawks grunts, rubbing his jaw as you begin to walk towards your car. He bends down to pick up his shades before following close behind. You open the driver’s door, and say, “I expect you to pick her up at 9 tomorrow. If you’re late, don’t bother showing up ever again.”
Hawks smirks. You certainly became aggressive these past few years, but he thinks he kind of likes it. As you get in your car, he notices Baby Bird smiling at him from the window, her hand up and clutched around that birthday feather he gifted to her as she waves him off.
He’ll definitely be there on time.

MC is Half Demon and They Look Awfully Familiar
(Lessons 1-5!)
Part 1 Part 2 Lessons 5-6 Group Retreat Lessons 10-12 Lessons 13-15 Part 3 Part 4
So we obviously know that things would run a little differently with L!MC instead of a normal human MC, but just how differently do things go?
No Mammon, you are not allowed to babysit!
Unlike in canon, Mammon needs to be kept away from MC at the start. Why? He’s known this kid for less than a day, he’s gonna try and use them for scams.
Everyone else in the house? Well, they’re of... observing MC. This is a first, a half human kid just wandering around the house...
MC and Lucifer, despite their amicable meeting, were in this really awkward beginning stage where they didn’t really know what to do with each other.
“So...” MC resisted the urge to twiddle their thumbs as they followed their father through the halls of the House of Lamentation. This was their home for the next year. It was very grand... and also very creepy in some places. “Where’s my room?”
“Right here.” Lucifer stopped suddenly in front of a door in the hallway, nearly causing MC to crash into him. He opened up the door, the room was very very pink. “Asmodeus decorated, you can redecorate as you see fit.”
MC popped their head in and looked around, there were approximately a thousand pillows scattered around the bed. It was the perfect amount! The very pink colour scheme was... okay. Maybe they’d be able to switch some of it out for a nice blue.
“It’s nice! Thank you,” MC was about to say Lucifer, then father, then just shut their mouth. What were they supposed to call him? They had known each other for like... an hour. He seemed like the type to want to be called father, he was too posh to be ‘dad’ or ‘pops’, and calling their father by his first name seemed way too casual as well... Parental Figure..? Guardian? Sir..? Should they call him sir???
The fact that MC ended their sentence like they were going to continue it left the two in a very awkward silence. A+ job at conversation.
“Anyway,” Lucifer finally broke the silence. “If you need time to settle in, we can pick up the tour later.”
“N-no, it’s okay! I didn’t really bring anything so...” MC was in the middle of mentally cursing themselves out, they thought they had successfully avoided falling into the awkward middle schooler stereotype! “We can keep the tour going.”
“Alright then.” Lucifer turned and motioned for MC to follow. Wow... he was very... curt? Was that the right word to use? MC hoped this was as awkward for him as it was for them.
The next stop was the portrait staircase, Lucifer explained each one down to each minute detail, MC listened in rapt attention.
“We received that one from a painter from the sixth layer of the Devildom, it was quite a rare find.”
“How many layers are there?”
“Nine, we’re in the centre most layer. This is the most highly defended part of the Devildom.” Lucifer explained.
“Oh,” MC smiled. “Cool, so it’s like how Dante described it in the Divine Comedy?”
“Mostly, some changes have been made since that time.”
“Ah, okay.” MC nodded, a thought came to them which made them clear their throat to suppress a giggle. “May I ask a question that might bother you?”
Lucifer turned and raised an eyebrow at them. “You may ask one such question.”
“Why did Dante say you were frozen in an ice lake?”
Lucifer looked around, once he was sure that no one was listening, he turned back to MC, his voice was slightly lower when he answered. “I was ice skating with Lord Diavolo, I fell through the ice and into the lake right as Virgil and Dante arrived. Of course, Dante had to embellish or I’d smite him, if only he left out the ice part.”
To MC’s credit, they didn’t laugh, but they weren’t doing a very good job of hiding how hard it was to not burst into laughter. “Oh my... how upsetting...”
Lucifer rolled his eyes. “I’d tell you not to tell anyone but,” his lips quirked up into a smile. “No one would believe you if you said anything anyway.”
MC gasped, but the gasp ended up releasing the laugh they were holding in.
The half demon noticed some of the other portraits on the wall, each of the brothers had a portrait, there were two demons that MC didn’t recognize. So that was their family... they wondered if their picture might be on that wall one day...
“Who’s he?” MC pointed at the portrait between Mammon’s and Satan’s.
“That’s Leviathan, the third eldest, the Avatar of Envy, and the Grand Admiral of Hell’s Navy.”
‘Oooo, so he’s a military guy!’ MC thought to themselves. ‘And the third most powerful brother? Wow... he must be crazy scary...’
“What about him?” MC pointed at the seventh and final portrait.
It may have just been MC’s imagination, but they swore they saw Lucifer’s expression sour slightly.
“That’s Belphegor, the youngest and the Avatar of Sloth.” Lucifer explained. “He is currently in the human world as an exchange student.”
“Oh,” MC studied the portraits a bit more. “Cool! I hope he’s having a good time up there.”
“As do I.” Lucifer replied. “Now we should move on to the Underground-”
“LUCIFER!” Asmodeus cried. “MAMMON’S BEING STUPID AGAIN!”
Lucifer sighed and dragged a gloved hand down his face. “We’ll continue this tour later, MC. Feel free to explore some more, try not to break anything.”
“Because the things might be cursed?”
“That and the things are old and expensive.”
MC spends the rest of the day chilling in the house with Asmo, who peppers MC with ALL the questions.
They does their best to answer... but it’s clear Asmo was hoping for something a little more interesting.
“So, do you run the human world?”
“No. No I do not.”
Finally, Mammon escapes whatever punishment Lucifer’s got him caught up in and tried to get MC involved in something that’ll probably make them lose their money.
Mini HC! A demon’s wings, tail, or horns might pop out randomly if they aren’t paying attention! The demon doesn’t even need to be in their true demonic form for this to happen. It happens more often with younger demons like MC!
Mammon stops his little scheme when he notices that MC’s wings have popped out and left a few stray feathers lying about... he can hear the CHA CHING sound already.
Our favourite dummy tried to Mission Impossible his way into MC’s room but MC caught him trying to make off with some loose feathers after they came back with a dustpan to clean them up.
Eventually, it was dinner time, and Levi was still camped out in his room. Mammon got sent to get him out, and he decided to drag MC along with him.
“I don’t think we should bother him-”
“Sh! We gotta get him out of his stupid room or he’s gonna stay in there until the exchange year’s over.” Mammon snapped, stopping in front of Leviathan’s door.
“I still don’t think we should-”
Mammon rudely interrupted poor, aghast MC by slamming his fists against the door. “LEVI! GET UP! DINNER’S READY!”
The only response was someone increasing the volume on whatever show was playing behind the door. Wow, petty. MC suppressed a snort until they realized exactly what they were hearing.
Was that...
“Is that the Sailor Moon theme?” MC turned to Mammon and asked. The moment the question left their lips the pair heard someone practically bolt to the door. It swung open and hit Mammon right in the face.
“MOTHER FUCKER-”
“You!”
Ah, so this was the Grand Admiral of Hell’s Navy. MC didn’t know that track pants and headphones were a part of the uniform.
“You like anime?!” Levi asked, MC slowly nodded.
“Y-yeah..?”
Quick as lightning, MC was pulled into the room, and Levi slammed the door shut, tragically, the door hit Mammon again.
“LEVI YOU ASS-”
Leviathan didn’t seem too interested in Mammon’s chorus of curse words and angry knocks, he was grabbing some figurines off shelves and showing some to MC.
“Do you know who this is?!”
“That’s White Blood Cell from Cells at Work. What about Mamm-”
“How about this!”
“Violet Evergarden from the show of the same name, now Levia-”
“Whose this?!”
“LEVIATHAN!” MC stomped their foot and pointed at the door. “Mammon said we need to go eat dinner.”
“Don’t interrupt me, human!” Levi hissed, MC rolled their eyes and snorted.
“Nice to meet you, by the way.” MC crossed their arms and let their wings appear and puff up behind them.
“...w-whu-WHAT?!”
“We have to go to-” MC was cut off yet again by Levi passing out. Wow... what a day...
Mammon was still pounding on the door, MC rolled their eyes and opened it.
“He passed out, can you carry him?”
Mammon was decidedly not careful with his dear little brother when he dragged him out of his room and into the dining room. When Levi finally woke up, he got an earful from Lucifer, and tried to kill Mammon.
Apparently money was owed that Mammon wasn’t about to pay.
So yeah, MC and Levi’s alliance did not stem from desperation, it stems from otaku-camaraderie.
MC and Levi planned their credit-card hostage situation over a fun evening of watching anime.
Mammon never knew what hit him...
“Okay Mammon, pay up or your credit card gets cut up.” MC playfully opened and closed the scissors before poising them to cut up the helpless credit card. Mammon let out a shriek and shook his head.
“NONONONONO- don’t do that!” Mammon put his hands up and let out a nervous laugh. “MC... wh-what’s with all the animosity..? We’re buddies, right?”
MC snorted and rolled their eyes. “Buddies don’t try and make money off each other’s feathers.”
“You heard them, Mammon.” Levi snickered. “Pay me back the money you owe me!”
“I don’t have the money right now!”
MC shook their head. “Pity... oh well, bye bye Goldie-”
“The money’s in my sock drawer- just please put the scissors down!”
They slowly lowered the scissors. “What do you think, Levi?”
“Hmmm... you have two minutes.” Levi said, Mammon took off in a sprint out of the kitchen.
“Nice job Agent L!” MC chirped, holding their hand out for a high five, Levi looked positively elated and gleefully hit his hand against MC’s.
“We did it! I’m finally going to have enough money to go to the live show! Couldn’t have done it without your help, Agent Near.”
“Wait- why am I Near?” MC asked. “You get to be L and I have to be Near?”
Levi crossed his arms and huffed. “Would you rather be Mellow?”
“No! I want to be Light! We agreed that I’d be Light!” MC hissed. Levi, literally hissed back.
Rude.
Anyway, Levi got paid, and everyone had a very entertaining breakfast. Well, Mammon didn’t have a very good time, but boo hoo he should have paid Levi back sooner.
I think MC felt legitimately bad for Mammon, all the insults and jabs being aimed at him made MC feel a little guilty...
MC took care to be extra sweet that day, and it made Mammon feel a bit better. You know what made both of them feel amazing?
Screwing with the dipshits that were talking crap about the two of them.
MC didn’t need super-hearing to notice that some of the demons at RAD found it to be peak comedy that Mammon got slapped with babysitting duty.
“...do you want to mess with them?”
“What?”
“Too late, I’m doing it with or without you.”
Mammon was totally in, obviously. A little magic to move some of the lesser demons’ things around and voila! They were all at each other’s throats and Mammon and MC got to enjoy a fun lunchtime show!
The Purgatory Hall crew got to meet MC too, of course!
“And this,” Lucifer gestured to MC. “Is the other human exchange student.”
MC popped up from behind one of the rows of desks and gave the three newcomers a toothy grin. “Nice to meet you!”
Simeon’s calm and serene expression dropped almost immediately as he quickly looked from Lucifer to MC. The latter just gave him an innocent smile and tilted their head.
“Is something the matter?” MC asked, through the corner of their eye they saw Lucifer smirk slightly.
“N...” Simeon snapped back to reality. “No, nothing’s the matter, it’s nice to meet you, MC.”
“You awful demons!” A much younger voice yapped. “You brought a human child down here?! Shame on you!”
Lucifer rolled his eyes. “I’m overwhelmed with guilt, put me out of my misery.”
“Oh!” MC gasped. “You’re the chihuahua!”
“Wh-what?!”
“What?” MC shook their head and shrugged. “What’s the matter with me being a kid? You look like you’re ten.”
“I’ll have you know that I’m well over-”
“Am I just going to go ignored?” The third and final stranger asked, a cheeky/very suspicious looking grin on his face.
“Right, you.” Lucifer sighed. “This is Solomon, another human exchange student.”
“It’s nice to finally meet the other... human exchange student.” Solomon offered a nod.
“Likewise.” MC pretended not to notice the pause before he said human.
The first bell that meant “haul your ass to next period because if the cleaning staff finds you skipping class you will be maimed” sounded. MC slung their bag over their shoulder and brushed past their fellow students.
“Have a nice rest of your day, everyone!” MC chirped as they and Lucifer headed off to their next class.
“What do you stand to gain by pretending you aren’t my child?” Lucifer asked.
MC snickered. “It’s funny! Didn’t you see their faces?”
Lucifer half smiled and shook his head. “Perhaps.”
—————
“That kid is Lucifer’s.” Solomon said the moment Lucifer and MC were out of earshot.
“Oh thank heavens someone else saw too... I thought I was going crazy...” Simeon sighed in relief.
“Hey! We’ll be late to class if you guys don’t hurry!” Luke called from down the hall.
Solomon chuckled under his breath. “This whole year just got way more interesting...”
A lot of MC’s time got devoted to getting to know their newly found family.
Satan was proving to be very... polite? Almost weirdly so? He’d address MC like he would address a formal acquaintance, not like one would address a family member... or even a roommate.
MC tried the delicate dance of trying to respect his boundaries and trying to get him to like them...
Once the glasses incident happened everything kinda caved. MC had been quite rudely shunned by Satan and they were quite done trying to be his friend! Hmph!
...hmph :(
At least Beel was nice... despite MC being a little intimidated by his size and resting bitch face, MC soon found out that Beel was a massive cinnamon roll.
In return for all the snacks Beel shared with MC, they introduced him to at least five human world cooking shows.
“MC, why is the music so dramatic? They’re just revealing the cooking supplies.”
“It’s a reality TV thing... everything is 10 times more dramatic than it needs to be. The music’s doing its job though, I’m very impressed by that pie dish.”
Overall, MC’s first week at RAD was pretty decent! Until... well... until Friday.
MC could only hide their demonic side for so long...
“That’s them?”
MC slowed their steps and turned to look for the source of the voice.
“Yep.” A second voice confirmed. “Human kid, like I said.”
Ugh... of all the times to have needed to stay late after school... the hallway MC was in was completely empty and they had no clue where anyone they actually knew was-
“Boo.”
MC whirled around to see the two gossiping demons standing right behind them. They instinctively took a few steps back before the taller of the two demons grabbed them by the wrist and yanked them forward.
“Geez, are all humans this tiny?” The taller one asked as he slowly lifted MC off the ground. MC fixed him with the nastiest glare possible, he tried to scowl back, but ended up looking away and laughing to the shorter demon. “Look at them, barely enough for a snack, no wonder Beel hasn’t eaten them yet.”
Turning to the shorter demon, MC gave them a similar glare. “Put me down.”
“Tsk, quiet.” The taller demon snapped, he turned back to the shorter demon. “So if we just nab them now, how much do you think someone’ll take for their soul?”
“I-uh...” the shorter demon couldn’t pry their gaze away from MC’s as they tried to sputter a response. “I don’t think we should...”
“Why not? The exchange program’s still in its trial phase anyway, we kill this human and they’ll just bring in another one.”
The way he was speaking about them made MC’s skin crawl. How dare he? How dare he talk about them like they were just common trash? Who did this... person think he was?
An old familiar feeling bubbled beneath the surface. It had always been there, the intense, sometimes overwhelming desire to let the whole world know that they were better. The feeling coiled its way up MC’s spine and wormed its way into their head where it settled.
“You can’t be spoken to like that.”
Every single time this feeling had flared up, MC had done their best to suppress it. They didn’t know what would happen if they gave in, and frankly, they didn’t want to know.
“Let them know you’re not to be trifled with.”
The burning desire to crush the two demons like ants was almost impossible to ignore. MC felt their hands twitch and sparks snap between their fingertips.
“I’m not going to tell you again,” MC growled. “Put. Me. Down.”
“Human,” the taller demon turned back and cooed, his mocking tone made MC want to rip his throat out. “I said be quiet.”
His grip on MC’s wrist tightened until a sickening crack echoed through the empty hallway.
Bile immediately rose in MC’s throat as they let out an earsplitting scream. Their wrist seared in pain and their heart began to race hammer against their ribcage.
The desire to give in only grew and became harder to control, MC could feel themselves slipping. The feeling only had one simple question to ask, one that MC knew the answer to.
“Are you going to let them get away with that?”
Their face morphed into a cheek splitting grin despite the pain, their head tilted to the left as they stared down the two demons.
“No.”
Horns twisted and burst out of their skull as they dug their rapidly sharpening nails into the demon’s arm. Their teeth grew and sharpened while formerly hidden fangs burst through their upper gums. The agonizing pain of their bones growing, snapping, and shifting in and out of place as their demonic form took hold for the first time numbed as MC revelled in their new power.
Through the reflection in the taller demon’s horrified stare, MC could see their pupils stretch into almost catlike slits. He dropped them onto the floor while he and the shorter demon backed up. MC’s impossibly wide smile only grew as they watched the realization dawn upon the lesser demon as he stitched together what he had just done. The human he had decided to bother wasn’t quite so human after all.
“Oh?” MC cooed as their wings split through their back and unfurled behind them. “Where do you think you two are going? We haven’t even gotten started yet.”
—————
Lucifer was jolted from his conversation by a sharp blast of blue light and the sound of screams from a nearby hallway. He instinctively rolled his eyes.
“Lord Diavolo, pardon me but I need to go deal with a disturbance in the halls.” Lucifer said, Diavolo sighed mournfully on the other end of the call.
“Alright, if you must, but make sure to come over later! There are events that need to be scheduled.”
Lucifer knew full well that Diavolo was making half of the school events up as an excuse for basic social interaction. Oh well, it wasn’t the time to think on his prince’s social woes, he had a problem to solve.
How many times did he have to tell some of those idiotic students to take their petty squabbles outside?
Lucifer made his way over to where the fight was happening, he wasn’t walking with particular urgency, a fight on school property wasn’t too unusual, until a massive shockwave spilled through the hallways and slammed into him.
The Avatar of Pride felt the hairs on the back of his neck stand straight up, that was his magical signature... wasn’t it? No, it was just different enough...
“Dammit.” Lucifer doubled his pace, when he reached the end of the hallway, the sight was just what he feared.
MC stood straight in the middle of the hallway with their back to him, two other demons were lying in crumpled heaps on the ground, one was next to an incredibly dented row of lockers while the other was lying next to an almost completely broken drinking fountain.
Lucifer’s own true form was out in a flash as MC turned to look at him. their eyes glowing a shining blue. Their lips curled into a snarl as they let out an otherworldly growl.
“Go away.”
“MC, calm yourself down.” Lucifer said slowly as he approached them. “Return to your normal form.”
The half demon bowed their head slightly and took a few steps back as he stepped closer. Lucifer almost patted himself on the back for such a show of authority, until MC paused and looked up defiantly. The glow in their eyes doubled as any sense of fear left them completely.
“I said, GO AWAY!”
They lunged at him, which he easily sidestepped, only for MC to quickly turn and latch their claws into his arm.
The child packed a surprising amount of force into their strikes, but he was able to block and redirect almost every single one. If this were any normal fight, Lucifer would have just swatted them away and have been done with it, but this wasn’t any ordinary opponent.
MC was his child, the exchange student, and going through their first transformation. They weren’t exactly rational or directly responsible for any of their actions at that moment.
During a first transformation the demon is almost completely relying on base instincts to function, they’ll go completely ballistic for a while, trying to tear through anything in their way until they run out of energy and pass out. Which is why during a demon’s first transformation usually happened much earlier in their lives under the watchful eyes of parents or guardians.
It was clear to anyone with even casual knowledge of demons that MC had fully given themselves over to their pride and wouldn’t stop trying to prove their superiority until they passed out.
Even though Lucifer was blocking and avoiding most of the blows, MC had managed to get in a few good scratches.
They snapped at Lucifer’s right hand, narrowly missing it and aimed their elbow at his jaw. Almost casually batting the hit away, he hissed in frustration.
“Damn it... MC, control yourself!”
MC snarled and sloppily lunged forward, only for Lucifer to use his wings to bat them to the side. They slid across the floor, their glasses falling off and skidding away from them. MC lay still for a few moments, their chest rising and falling rapidly.
Lucifer stood in place, waiting for any sudden movement. For a few moments, the hallway was quiet, save for the massive gulps of air MC was taking and the occasional groan of pain from one of the demons on the floor. MC slowly sat up and blinked a few times, then looked from side to side.
Something important dawned on Lucifer, he didn’t know just how blind MC was without their glasses.
MC’s rapid breathing began to slow as they continued to squint and search the area around them for their glasses. Lucifer almost audibly sighed in relief as the blue glow in his child’s eyes began to dull.
“MC.” Lucifer allowed his demon form to disappear as he slowly moved towards them, making sure MC could hear him approaching.
The half demon stopped scanning the area for their glasses and looked up at him, they awkwardly covered a yawn with their hand as their wings sleepily fluttered behind them. It would have been much cuter if MC wasn’t spattered with blood.
Lucifer slowly offered his hand, which MC eyed suspiciously. “Come on, let’s go.”
MC blinked a few times, then yawned again and awkwardly accepted his hand. “Mmph... m’tired...”
“That’s good,” Lucifer said quietly. “Everything’s okay.”
MC half nodded and awkwardly stumbled as they tried to find their footing. Lucifer tried to help steady them, but it proved ineffective as MC collapsed into his arms. Sighing, he picked them up and began to walk back to the House of Lamentation.
Just before leaving the school, Lucifer passed by Simeon and Solomon, who looked from MC, who had curled their wings around themselves and was sleeping soundly, to Lucifer, who had a few scratch marks on his face and whose hair was a complete mess.
“Ah, you two, one of you do me a favour.” Lucifer said as he brushed past them. “One of you go to the biology hallway and pick up MC’s glasses.”
Simeon and Solomon nodded and mumbled out an affirmation as Lucifer left the school with MC. Hmph, it seemed MC was right, their confused/shocked faces were quite funny.
MC woke up the next morning with the worst muscle pain they had ever and hopefully would ever feel. On the bright side, their wrist wasn’t broken anymore :D
They had literally built their true form. Their skeleton just stretched and rearranged itself, horns grew out from their cranium, their wings broke through their back and a new set of fangs decided to break through their gums... and then all of that new stuff was gone as MC lay in bed in their normal form like a deflated beach ball.
Not wanting to seem like a wimp, MC dragged themselves to breakfast, and everyone was all: “MC, go back to bed, you can’t do anything when you’re like this.”
“Quiet, I’m fine.”
“MC, if you’re fine, then give Beel a high five, make sure it makes the slap sound.”
“Alright then, Beel, come here.”
Beel didn’t exactly think to take MC’s shorter stature into account when holding up his hand for a high five. He’s tall, okay?
MC then proceeded to grit their teeth and try not to scream as they lifted their arm to weakly hit their hand against Beel’s.
“It made the noise..!”
“No it didn’t, I didn’t hear it.”
“Fatherrrr!”
“Couldn’t hear it, go back upstairs.”
When MC trudged upstairs, Asmo practically squealed and pointed out that MC had called Lucifer father for the first time. It’s a shame no one took a picture of happy/surprised Lucifer.
Side note: after the whole event calmed down, Lucifer was crazy proud that his kid kicked the asses of two grown demons.
Funnily enough, this incident is what kickstarted MC and Luke’s friendship! Luke heard MC got into a fight and brought over get-well cookies! Sure... Beel, Mammon and Levi stole most of the cookies but they were still good!
At school on Monday... hooooooo boy... the two demons that tried to kill MC had lived to tell the tale thanks to MC getting distracted by Lucifer, and now the entire student body knew NOT to fuck with MC.
A few weeks into the exchange year, things had settled into a somewhat normal routine... until one really shitty night in particular.
MC was curled up in bed, their new comforter and sheets were a pain to put in, but they suited MC’s taste much better than the pink that had been there previously. Sighing in contentment, MC felt themselves drifting off to sleep-
Mother fucker who was texting at the ungodly hour of 10:30 pm on a Sunday? ‘Twas the lord’s day and the lord of the house stated that everyone needed to get their asses to bed at a reasonable hour.
MC picked up their phone and put on their glasses. After being blinded by the light of the phone for a brief moment, MC read the text.
Not-Rich Uncle Pennybags 💰🕶: Oi! MC! U want a snack?
Not-Rich Uncle Pennybags💰🕶: I’m in the kitchen! Get down here!
After debating whether or not to throw Mammon to the wolves and rat him out, MC decided that they did in fact want a snack and hopped out of bed to go to the kitchen.
“Hey kiddo!” Mammon said through a mouthful of something in a container, a loose note hung limply from a piece of tape that was stuck on the Tupperware. “Next time, hurry it up, got it? Ya can’t keep me waitin’ like this!”
“Mm...” MC grumbled, rubbing their eyes and looking around the kitchen. “What are you eating?”
“Custard!” Mammon smiled brightly. “Ya gotta try this!”
Oooo, custard! MC grabbed a spoon and practically skipped over to try some. Right before they were about to try a bit of the heavenly deliciousness, MC paused and finally caught a glimpse of what the note said.
‘Property of Beelzebub, you eat it, you die.’
Uh oh-
———————
Okay, the next few bits of this WILL come out in order, I promise! Kinda... not really... eh... but it matters not! I hope you all enjoyed this! I didn’t leave you with a cliffhanger this time considering Lessons 5-6 are already out ^_^
So uh- wanna fight the demons that tried to hurt MC? I’m bringing the pitchforks, who’s driving?

Split up - Part 12
PART 11 HERE
(little reminder that this mess of story is self indulgent af so sorry not sorry if you find this update a little occ, I really wanted to read this so I wrote it lmao)
___
“Hey”
“Wha- Hm. Do-do you need something?” Izuku struggled with his own tongue, trying to mask his surprise upon seeing the 14yo boy in front of his door.
“I just… Sorry, I guess” Blurted the blonde in front of him.
“What? For what?” Izuku was beyond confused.
“Being an asshole with you for years?” Katsuki raised a brow, looking at him with low patience. That confused Izuku more, who only opened his mouth to let out a little “Oh, that...”. They shared a weird silence for a few moments and Izuku could tell Kacchan was struggling and not enjoying the uncomfortable atmosphere, so he tried to make it easier for both of them.
“You don’t have to do that. Kacchan already did. The Kacchan my age, I mean”
“I supposed. But being here and all this shit…” Kacchan seemed confused as well, something Izuku wasn’t able to see in his eyes before. For the first time, Izuku thought about how all this might be impacting the younger boy. If himself was confused and feeling too much, he couldn’t imagine just how much of that this young boy might be feeling. He felt bad about not having done anything for him, even if the boy wouldn't want Izuku to do anything for him.
“It’s okay. I understand it’s overwhelming. Thanks for coming here to say it to me. I appreciate it so, so much”
The teen huffed annoyed and hid his hand inside his pockets. He remained silent for a few moments, looking somewhere down the corridor. “Is it true?” Katsuki asked. When Izuku didn’t respond, looking at him with a crooked head, Katsuki clicked his tongue and looked at him with an exasperated expression. “Did you obtain the quirk when you were fourteen?”
“Oh, that. Yeah” Izuku nodded his head. “And in fact, you were the only one who knew that information for a long time. Well, the other Kacchan, you know” Izuku started fidgeting with his shirt. “I-I obtained it from someone else”
The silence they shared was full of emotions, full of unsaid words; neither knew how to feel or what to say. Until Katsuki murmured “Why?”
“Why what?” Izuku was still fidgeting with his shirt.
Katsuki stretched the silence some more until he finally asked, looking intensely at Izuku’s eyes. “Why? Why couldn’t you just stay quirkless and live a normal life?”
Izuku’s eyes widened, not believing what he just heard. “What!? Kacchan, it was always my dream to be a hero, you know it!!”
“I know! I fucking know! But you don’t have even a little bit of self-preservation. You are gonna get yourself killed!” The blonde had an expression Izuku was sure he was one of the few people who had ever seen it.
He looked... vulnerable.
Izuku opened his mouth, then furrowed his brows and closed it. His eyes widened slowly in realization. “Is that what you always tried to make me quit my dream?”
“Yeah!” Said the blonde, like stating the obvious.
“...I didn’t know it”
And Kacchan seemed startled by that. “The other one didn’t tell you...”
“No, I- I had no idea” Izuku shook his head, his face dropping to a pensive expression.
At that moment the kid slid beside Izuku, looking up at Katsuki, who ignored him completely. "You are not Big Katsuki, you are the middle schooler, right?” He didn’t wait for an answer and asked. “Are you worried about him? You don't need to, I'm right here"
"What the fuck? Who said I'm worried, brat!" The teen scowled at the kid.
"You are, I can tell!” The kid looked up at Izuku and repeated. "He is. I told you he loves you, this one and the other two as well. I always will!"
Both Izuku and Katsuki stopped dead at that, eyes widening and faces starting to blush. The silence felt tense as their eyes collided. Izuku yelped and tried to fix the situation, face completely red out of embarrassment at that point.
“Do-don’t mind him. He doesn't know what he’s saying” Izuku shook his hands in front of him, scared of the reaction of that Kacchan. He had enough drama that day. “We were talking earlier about how Kacchan and I are friends again and-”
Katsuki interrupted him, looking annoyed but not sounding too harsh. "So you two are friends now huh?"
"Um, yeah" Izuku nodded his head effusively, still trying to prevent an explosive reaction from the teen. But Katsuki kept talking, his face changing to a more pensive expression.
"And what? You ask each other about your days and talk about your feelings and shit?"
"Yeah? Well, kinda, yeah" Izuku started to relax, letting his hands fall down to his sides.
"But you two are only friends, right?" The blonde raised a brow at him.
"What do you mean? We are still rivals, in some way, if that's what you are asking for" Izuku crooked his head trying to get where the boy was trying to get.
"Okay" A brief pause before a light smirk danced in the blonde’s lips. "You know what? Fuck it" Katsuki reached a hand forward and catched Izuku’s shirt to pull him towards his face, making their lips collide in the middle. After a few seconds, Katsuki pulled Izuku off a little and whispered at him. “That bastard spilled too much at me to handle at once and didn’t even break a sweat. I’m just returning the favor” He then let go of the other and turned around in time for Izuku to not be able to see his face. “Just so you know, I always wanted to do that”

Official Accounts Part 34 (Bakugo Route)- Together
Summary: (y/n) was perfectly happy remaining anonymous, even if her best friends were all pro heroes and she worked under THE Hawks. Handling the technical aspects of hero work from the background suited her just fine, thank you very much. That goes out the window when suddenly her twitter blows up thanks Denki and the famed no. 2 hero is asking her to run his own official twitter as a result

You’re nervous too. The information crashes over Bakugo like a wave. You’re nervous too. You’re nervous too. You’re nervous too.
Granted there are a million reasons you could be nervous. You could be nervous about going to such a formal event. You could be nervous about mingling with so many top heroes. You could be nervous because it’s such short notice. But you could also be nervous because it’s him that invited you. You could be nervous because this feels like something more. You could be nervous for the same reasons he is. Maybe, just maybe, Hawks had been onto something. So for the first time in five years Bakugo allows himself to hope.
Hawks’ teasing grin softens. If anyone got to take advantage of his missed shot he’s glad it’s Bakugo in all honesty. “Don’t be. I’m almost positive she sees you the same way,” he assures Bakugo and he watches some of the tension ease out of the other man. Hawks likes you a lot, don’t get him wrong. Given enough time and healing he thinks he could’ve loved you just as deeply as Bakugo must. He doesn’t yet though, and the part of him that already loves you platonically couldn’t justify making you wait around for the romantic side to catch up when there was a perfectly good man right in front of you who already looks at you like you hung the moon. “Hey Bakugo,” Hawks pipes up, causing the other man to turn to look at him, “she’s lucky to have you.” Bakugo blinks at him in surprise a few times. “Thanks... For everything I guess,” Bakugo replies. Although he doesn’t look Hawks in the eye as he says it, Hawks knows it’s genuine all the same.

Before the two can exchange any more words, Mina exits from your bedroom and quickly closes the doors behind her. She gives Bakugo an appraising look. “You clean up nice, I approve,” she decides causing Bakugo to roll his eyes. “Whatever Ashido,” he retorts back. “Ohhh using my last name instead of a nickname huh?” she teases. “He must be really nervous,” she whispers conspiratorially to Hawks. “He is,” Hawks whispers back. “I’m right here,” Bakugo huffs, causing both Hawks and Mina to laugh. “Mina can I come out now or what?” you call from the other side of your bedroom door. Bakugo’s grip around the flowers tightens imperceptibly. “Ok, ok one second!” Mina calls back to you. She throws a wink Bakugo’s way and then grabs hold of one of the door handles. “Now presenting, as styled by Mina Ashido and Momo Yaoyorozu, the stunning (y/n) (y/l/n)!” Mina announces as she opens the door with a flourish.
You finally step out of your room in a long silver dress and Bakugo is literally speechless. He always thinks you’re stunning but wow. You are absolutely radiant as you enter into the living room, spotting the flowers still clutched in his hand. “Aww you remembered my favorites!” you grin as you step towards him. “Of course I remembered dumbass,” he scoffs, trying to cover his reaction to your entrance although the blush on his cheeks gives him away. You gently take the flowers from Bakugo’s hand and he tries to ignore the way his heart races in his chest when your hands brush. He needs to get a hold of himself, but he just can’t seem to. He shoves his hands in the pockets of his pants to hide their slight trembling. “You ready to go or what?” he asks. “I’m ready!” you grin as you hand the flowers to Mina. “Hawks and I will hold down the fort, you two have fun!” Mina tells you as you wave goodbye and you and Bakugo make your way out of the apartment.
“Is that a fucking limo?” you ask incredulously as you and Bakugo step out onto the street. Sure enough a long black limo is parked in front of your building and as the two of you approach a driver steps out and opens the door for you. Bakugo looks back towards your building to see Hawks and Mina giving him a thumbs up from the balcony, causing him to roll his eyes. “Should’ve known bird brain was gonna be extra when he said he had our ride handled,” Bakugo huffs. “May as well enjoy it then, cmon Kacchan!” you grin as you grasp hold of Bakugo’s arm and drag him into the waiting limo. You let go once both of you are safely seated inside but he can feel where your hand was like a brand. He must admit your excitement is infectious and it’s starting to erode away the nervousness that’s been dancing under his skin. You always have had that effect on him and god how he’s missed one on one time with you like this. Training isn’t the same. Those early mornings together the focus is on improving your control of your quirk, not catching up or recounting how your day went. He distantly wonders if maybe he should’ve been a little less focused during those morning training sessions. Or maybe he should’ve come up with an idea like that sooner. Could he have avoided you dating Hawks altogether if he had? Would the two of you be back together by now?
He’s pulled out of his musings when the limo pulls to a stop outside the event venue and the sound of the paparazzi is loud outside the car door. “Sounds like a lot of press out there,” you note somewhat apprehensively. “You gonna let some idiots with a camera scare you off?” Bakugo scoffs. “To be fair some idiots with a Twitter account got me kidnapped,” you point out and Bakugo visibly winces. “Yea, well, this time you got me to protect you alright?” Bakugo encourages as he extends a hand out to you. “Alright,” you smile. He laces your fingers together and as the driver opens up the car door again and the two of you step out, he doesn’t let go for even a moment, instead keeping you close and shielding you from the paparazzi as much as possible. Whenever one of them shouts a question at you that Bakugo deems inappropriate or too personal, he fixes them with a glare that could kill, his crimson eyes hard and threatening. He promised to protect you and damn it he meant it. He doesn’t yell or scream or get violent, just delivers a silent promise with his eyes. It’s one the reporters instinctively know he’ll make good on.
When the two of you are finally inside the venue and safe from prying eyes Bakugo turns back to you and looks you over to make sure you’re ok. You watch him in almost wonder as he frets over you. It’s not as if any of them had gotten anywhere near you, there was no way you could have been physically injured. So why then are his eyes roaming so worriedly over you? It occurs to you then that he isn’t looking for physical injuries, but rather the physical manifestations of emotional ones. He’s checking to see if your hands are shaking or if your knees are looking weak or if tears are collecting in your eyes. When your gazes lock together you find yourself sucked into the carmine depths and are a little shocked by the softness you find there. “You’re different now,” you find yourself saying. And it’s true. He is different. Some of his edges have softened over the years. He’s still blustery and his temper is still a force to be reckoned with but there’s a lot more control now. He’s more cognizant of how his temper affects those around him. “That a good thing?” he asks, and you’re surprised to find he seems nervous of the answer. “Old Katsuki would’ve blown some of those reporters sky high,” you reply by way of explanation. “Not too late for me to.” “No, no I prefer the death stare method.” “You noticed that huh?” “Of course I did. I always notice the stuff you do for me.” “Oh.” “Yea. Now come on before we miss the festivities,” you say as you drag Bakugo to the elevators by your still intertwined hands.
The actual event is a little intimidating. Pretty much everyone in attendance has been in the hero business far longer than Bakugo has. Some of those in attendance were already top heroes back when you and Bakugo were just middle schoolers. Bakugo wonders if you’re as keenly aware of the fact the two of you are still holding hands as he is. He wonders if it’s as grounding for you as it is for him. He knows it used to be. You used to always make him hold hands with you when you were feeling nervous. He took it for granted then, always too stubborn to admit he loved it and kicking up a fuss. Sometimes he wonders if it’s not a miracle you didn’t leave him sooner. Even as Mirko and her girlfriend find the two of you and invite you back to their table, Bakugo stays caught up in the mistakes of the past. He thinks back through every misunderstanding, every fight over the course of your relationship, and he wonders if he isn’t a little naive to think he has a shot at rekindling what the two of you once had. There’s a brief pause in the conversation he’s been paying almost no attention to so he uses the opportunity to excuse himself to the bar. “You want anything?” he asks. “I’m good. Everything ok?” you ask, your eyes brimming with concern. You always had been able to read him well. “I’m fine idiot, just gonna get a drink,” he assures you before giving your hand once last squeeze and heading over to the bar. Once there, he flags down the bartender to order, and then promptly sighs, hanging his head as he leans his forearms against it. He knows he’s killing the mood. He should be focused on showing you a good time but he can’t stop reliving the past.
“Kacchan?”
Bakugo looks up at the sound of a familiar voice. “Deku? What are you doing here?” Bakugo asks curiously. “All Might didn’t feel like coming so he gave me his ticket instead. You?” he replies. “Same deal but with Hawks.” “You two must be getting along well then.” “Yea, he ain’t half bad.” “That’s surprising coming from you.” “What’s that supposed to mean?” “It means even if you think that I’d never expect you to say something nice about someone pursuing (y/n).” “He’s not pursuing her anymore,” Bakugo admits and Midoriya’s eyebrows shoot up in response. “Really now?” Midoriya asks. Bakugo nods as his drink arrives before elaborating. “He actually gave me these tickets explicitly to bring (y/n) with me. She’s over there talking to Mirko and her girlfriend,” he explains with a nod over in your direction. “If Hawks is playing wing man,” Bakugo rolls his eyes at the pun but that doesn’t deter Midoriya, “and (y/n) is here with you right now, then why are you here alone at the bar looking miserable?” “I’m not looking miserable.” “You’re definitely looking miserable. You should be ecstatic, isn’t this what you’ve been hoping for for the past 5 years?” “It’s not that simple dumbass.” “How so?” “Maybe I don’t deserve a second chance,” Bakugo admits, and there’s the root of the issue. It’s the thought that’s underlaid all others he’s had. He finally has his second chance but what if he’s just destined to hurt you all over again. You deserve better than that. Better than him.
“You’re fucking kidding me right?” Midoriya asks incredulously and Bakugo blinks over at his friend in shock. He’s almost never heard Deku swear. The profanity almost sounds wrong coming from him, but Midoriya presses on anyway. “You have been calling me up on and off talking about what you’d do in this exact scenario almost our entire careers and now you’re going to blow it because, what? You were an asshole five years ago?” “Well, I-“ “Kacchan, the you of five years ago never would’ve admitted to me there was even a problem. You’re not the same person you were then, you certainly aren’t the same person you were back in UA. I’m sure she’s not the same person either. So you gonna let past you hold you back or are you gonna get your act together so you can finally stop drunk dialing me whenever you get emo?” “When the fuck did you get enough of a back bone to talk to me like that?” “That doesn’t answer my question.” “Fuck off you shitty nerd, I’ll talk to her after this stupid event,” Bakugo grouses. “Or you could talk to her now,” Midoriya offers. He loudly calls out your name to grab your attention. “What the fuck are you doing?” Bakugo hisses. “I’m doing you a favor,” Midoriya grins as he waves you over.
You excuse yourself from the table and go to where Midoriya is flagging you over. “I was wondering what was keeping Kacchan! Long time no see Midoriya,” you greet him with a grin. “Good to see you too! How’s work been going?” he asks. “A rollercoaster but good,” you laugh, “what about you? You’ve been climbing the charts like crazy haven’t you? Congrats!” “Thanks! I actually should get back to my table, the speeches are about to start, I just wanted to say hi.” “What speeches?” “A few of the heroes are gonna talk about the glory days.” “Oh joy...” Midoriya laughs at your unenthusiastic reaction before giving Bakugo a mischievous look. Bakugo’s answering glare is a warning that Midoriya happily ignores as he turns back to you and says “I have an idea. If that sounds boring you and Bakugo should check out the roof. You have to take the emergency stairs up but I hear the view is gorgeous,” Midoriya suggests. Your eyes light up as you turn to your date. “Ohh that sounds so much better. C’mon Katsuki let’s go to the roof!” you beam. “I don’t know,” Bakugo hedges, determinedly ignoring Midoriya’s judging look. “Come on please?” you beg and immediately Bakugo crumbles. “Ok, ok we’ll go to the roof,” he cedes but it’s worth it to see your smile grow even wider. “You two have fun,” Midoriya says cheekily as he waves his goodbye and turns to go back to his own table. “Bye Midoriya!” you call back before latching onto Bakugo and dragging him towards the exit. “Let’s go slow poke get moving,” you whine as you tug him. “Fine, fine relax,” he huffs as he finally starts moving at a pace you approve of towards the emergency exit.
The night air is crisp as you and Bakugo step onto the roof. You close your eyes and inhale deeply, letting the cool air fill your lungs before exhaling and feeling the tension leave your body along with your exhalation. You open your eyes, step up to the edge of the roof, and gaze out at the cityscape. It’s just as beautiful as Midoriya had promised but as you turn back to Bakugo to say as much you realize his gaze is fixed entirely on you. “Ok spill it,” you tell him. “What?” he asks, his tone slightly defensive as he shoves his hands in his pockets and hunches forward. “You’ve been off all night Katsuki. Don’t think I haven’t noticed,” you tell him. He thinks carefully over his words for a moment before saying “I never apologized to you.” “What are you talking about?” you ask. “I never apologized for how things went down between us,” he sighs, his eyes trained on the ground to the left of you. “Wha- that’s what you’ve been in your head about? Katsuki you don’t need to apologize for something that happened years ago.” “Just because it happened years ago doesn’t mean it’s unimportant.” “You’re right. But it still feels weird for you to apologize for it now.” “How so?” “Well for one I forgave you a long time ago. And two because like I said downstairs you’re different now. It almost feels like you’re apologizing for something someone else did.” “But it wasn’t someone else it was me.” “I guess that’s true. Well fine if it will make you feel better, I accept your apology.” “Don’t patronize me.” “I’m not patronizing you!” “Yes you are!” “Are not!” “Are too!” “Are not!” “Are too!” “You’re impossible oh my god,” you laugh incredulously, turning back to face the cityscape once more. “Too impossible?” he asks hesitantly, moving closer towards you. “Never too impossible,” you confess, eyes still trained on the lights in front of you.
A thought crosses your mind and you smile to yourself. There always has been one sure fire way to show Katsuki just how much you trust him. Maybe it will also show him you’ve meant every word you’ve said tonight. “Hey Kacchan?” you call, your back still turned to him as you stare out over the city. “What?” “Think fa-“ your words are cut off by a hand on your mouth, your forward momentum off the edge of the building halted by Bakugo’s arm around your waist. He hauls you back against his body, simultaneously turning you to face him. The two of you are so closely pressed together there’s nowhere else for you to look other than into his scarlet eyes. It’s been a very long time since you’ve seen That Look in Katsuki’s eyes. You’ve missed it. That look of fondness and care and love. “Not this time idiot. This time, we fall together,” he whispers into the limited space between the two of you.
Then he makes good on his promise and steps off the roof with you wrapped up safely in his arms.
Author’s Note: FINALLY GOT THROUGH IT! I’m sorry this one took so long. Life got kinda hectic and writer’s block was dragging on me too but I’m glad it’s finally here and I hope it’s worth the wait. Just like in the Hawks route there will be both a SFW and NSFW version of the next part which means it may take a little longer to write especially since I need to write the next part of physical fatality now BUT WE’LL GET THERE I PROMISE

Synopsis: When the beautiful hero Creati dies what emerges from the ashes of her end is anything but beautiful.
✩✶✩❇✩✶✩
The winds of the outside world spoke softly as they flowed into an empty apartment. Why the window was open, to begin with, was unknown, the world was too cold, too harsh for any window to be open. But if you looked closely, if you concentrate just as much, smoke billowed out of the window and panicked breathing could be heard.
It mattered not to Todoroki Shouto how cold the outside world was because he was always colder. As tears poured from his eyes he couldn’t remember why he was feeling this way.
Was it because Momo or was it because of you.
It couldn’t be you, that was pathetic of him to believe.
Momo was the love of his life, the reason why he was able to overcome his past. Momo wasn’t pushy and let him overcome his demons at a slow pace, the battles he fought took years when he was with her, and every step of the way she never faltered in her smiling personality. Momo was an angel in both life and in the afterlife. But you?
You were everything that Momo wasn’t.
Brash and down to the point. You challenged his every move making him think about the decisions he made, making him own up to the things he’s done, correcting his behavior so that it would take weeks to overcome and not years.
There was no goddamn reason for him to be missing you, not more than Momo.
His eyes focused on the white air expelling from his breath and Shouto finally realized that he was cold. His eyebrows came together as chills sank into his bones. Shouto knew what coldness was, he’s given himself frostbite and hypothermia from his quirk before. He knew the cold like it was a friend, but this was a different cold, a cold that he had forgotten about.
It chilled his skin and made it hard for him to breathe, his body trembled as he could only remember your tear-filled eyes, the defiant yet exhausted tint to them that he would always associate with you. This was the cold he recognized as the bitterness he had been familiar with throughout his childhood. The frost of not having you around him, the stabbing horror of loneliness.
He stood to his feet, his head spinning as he stumbled to the window. The metal steaming against his fingers as he closed the window. His eyes closed as he pressed his forehead against the glass and he trembled.
This wasn’t coldness, no Todoroki Shouto didn’t get cold after all. This was a question of who he missed more: Momo or you?
✩✶✩❇✩✶✩
“I’m sorry sweetie,” Uraraka mumbled as she gave you a large shirt to wear.
You nodded numbly as you held the soft material to your chest.
You hadn’t been broken up with Shouto for more than twenty-four hours and yet your breakup was being broadcasted through every national TV and tabloid. You really did hate Western influences sometimes, you were a pro hero, not some celebrity who needed her private life exposed.
The air of Uraraka’s apartment was too quiet for your liking, the only noise you could hear was her air diffuser in the other room. Your tongue ran against your chapped lips, your fingers fisting into the shirt as you hated the way she was staring at you.
“If you want to say it, just get it out already,” you snapped as you began stripping out of your wet clothes and into the pajamas she had loaned you. There was no reason to be shy or nervous, this was just another day in the UA locker rooms.
“Say what, y/n?”
“‘I told you so.’” you rushed as you pulled the cotton t-shirt over your head. You frowned as you looked up at your friend, “This relationship with Todoroki… it was a mistake, a dumb idea, and you told me that.”
Uraraka’s eyebrow quirked as a small frown played against her lips, “Was it?”
Heated anger flashed through your body as you glared down at your feet, “Yes, it was.”
“How so?”
Hot and angry tears welled into your eyes as you looked back up at Uraraka who looked curious, her arms now folded as she stared at you. Her brown eyes taunting you almost as if she knew the answer but you were some child who needed to be scolded and to be able to figure out the answer yourself.
“Because I didn’t want to admit that I wasn’t healed from Momo’s death yet, and I still… I wanted Todoroki still, like some fucking dumbass middle schooler,” you hiss out, your hands fisting at your chest. “I fucking slept with him on the first date which wasn’t even supposed to be a date! He was hurting and I was too! I let myself go because I wasn’t fucking thinking like a rational person, but this desperate horny little girl who’s crush finally fucking acknowledged her!”
“Y/n--”
“No--!” your hands slam up with your fingers spread-- “And then because we were caught we-- we decided we had to be in a relationship! Not because Todoroki liked me but because that scandal wouldn’t be as fucking catastrophic! I knew that he never fucking liked me but since he never left I thought maybe he did! Then every goddamn critic started accusing me of killing Momo, like-- as if I would ever do that! Todoroki never publicly addressed it, and he would only comfort me in private! How the fuck is this not an I told you so situation?!”
Uraraka stared at you, her eyes wide, scared almost. Of what she was scared of you had no idea but the pit in your stomach told you that it was you.
“Say it,” you hoarse as you look at her, exhaustion running rampant through your body as tears poured down your face. You had no idea why you were crying, was it for her or for you or for Momo.
“She told you to take care of him, and although it was-- it ended disastrously, that doesn’t mean you didn’t do it,” Uraraka stepped towards you, her hands taking your trembling fist in hers. “She was your best friend, and you had to not only manage her death on your own, but she asked you to take care of Shouto-kun who was as far gone as you were. I mean yeah, I didn’t want you ever going on that date or dating him, but it happened. It wasn’t the healthiest in the beginning, but I thought you t-two were finally healing together…”
Your eyes snapped to Uraraka crying face as she rubbed falling tears from her rosy red cheeks, “If anything, g-get mad at me, I was the one who thought you two were going to be happy together.”
“I can’t do that,” you whisper as you hug your crying friend, “but he’ll be happy one day… I’m replaceable after all.”
✩✶✩❇✩✶✩
Before you could fully realize it, it was nine months after breaking up with Todoroki.
Taking an entire month off of work you had gone to therapy, working with professionals to make sure you had finally gotten onto a healthy path of healing three years after Momo’s death. The mention of her name no longer hurt you, nor did it make your stomach shrivel up at the thought of her.
Things, while not perfect, were looking up.
Urakaka, Midoriya, and Iida had gone to retrieve your items from Todoroki’s apartment.
While replaceable, you realized that you couldn’t replace everything you owned. Somethings were too costly, others had too many memories linked with them and so you didn’t want to see them go.
The rumors of you killing Momo had finally dissolved as Todoroki finally addressed everything and clips of the horrible day had to -- once again -- be reviewed to shut everyone up once and for all.
So far you had been able to successfully move on from everything except a confrontation with Todoroki. Despite everything you felt too nervous and shameful to see him again, while you didn’t have any regrets about leaving him that night, you felt childish about it. You didn’t seek him out, and you believed he didn’t look for you. As you can imagine any future class event would forever be awkward.
But time went on even if you didn’t want it to.
Your sight was blocked as the brown paper bags obstructed your vision. Grocery shopping was one of the most disastrous things in the world, in your honest opinion.
You grunted as you tried to balance the many bags in your arms, the keys to your apartment stabbing at the air as you tried to find the lock.
“Y/n?” A voice called for you and you froze, turning around you saw Todoroki standing there. He was dressed in casual clothes his hair pushed back in the way you liked it to be, it seemed that he had the day off too.
“Um, hi?” Your cheeks twitch into an uncomfortable smile as you turn back to stab at the air, the need to unlock the door much higher than it had been before.
“Can we… can we talk?” He asked you and you turned your back to him, the key inserted into the lock and you unlocked it and walked in.
“Depends on what you want to talk about,” you hum as you look at him.
“Us.”
Your throat tightened as if on instinct. Were you healthy enough to have a conversation with him? Your lips twisted as you stared at him. You were healthy, you were renewed and ready to face the last thing on your list.
“Come on in,” you say completely walking into your apartment and Todoroki was hot on your heels.
The air was intense, goosebumps and chills rampant through your skin as you made Todoroki a cup of tea as you put things away.
“I wanted to apologize,” Todoroki began and you passed him the steaming cup of green tea. “For that last day especially.”
“It’s okay,” you smile thinly, there was tension in it as you remembered how heartbroken you were that night. “We’re both still alive.”
“Yeah,” he muttered looking down, “I’m just— I’m sorry for how I behaved that night. I was cruel and cold to you and there was no need for that.”
Your teeth bit into your lower lip as you nodded, “Well, we both are very emotional reacting people…”
A huff of amused air escaped his nose as he brought the steaming cup to his lips, “That we are.”
The two of you fell into silence as you watched Todoroki drink his tea, you always thought him being able to drink all his fluids at the perfect temperature at once was such a blessing.
“I realized that I was using you from the very beginning,” Todoroki gasped as he placed down the mug. Your eyes trained on him as his eyes looked over you, they were so intense, they were the eyes of a man who’s been through so much despite being less than twenty-five. “You weren’t wrong when you said I thought of you as a replacement for Mo— Yaoyorozu, because i’m the beginning you were. I needed a distraction, someone who was like her without being her—“
“So you used me,” you laugh humorlessly, your hands folded in front of you. “I mean, I can’t be mad, because I used you too.”
Todoroki expelled another puff of air as he nodded, “I know… I don’t feel proud at all, but we both suck at coping—“ you smiled in agreement— “But it’s been three years since she passed, it’s been ten months since we broke up and… it fucking sucks. I don’t understand why I still feel the way I do, and I know I shouldn’t because I don’t deserve to feel this way. I should be able to move on but I can’t!”
A chill ran down your spine as you straightened up, “Todoroki—“
“In the beginning I wished that I could bring her back, that there was something I could do to bring her back—“
“Shouto—“
“But I don’t want her back anymore! Every time I wish there was someone by my side I want it to be you, because I’ve realized—”
“Don’t say something you’ll regret,” you heave. Your heart roars in your ears as the two of you stare at each other. The air is electric, your body trembles, and the renewed you comes crashing down.
The sweet summer air drafts in as you stumble to your feet as Todoroki stares at you. For once his eyes are cleared and the word’s that pass his lips are the truth, his words are a reality you didn’t know how to comprehend. Your head dropped as tears welled in your eyes once more as you sink to your knees sobbing and he’s quick to surround you, his arms immediately wrapping around you.
“I’m in love with you, y/l/n y/n.”

Can I get a story for Iida where y/n is really insecure about being so small, she’s never seen as a threat or strong and physically she’s just so small that in top of it all she never felt womanly because of her stature. Very fluffy and comforting.
[No words can describe how much I love my boy Tenya Iida, I just love him so so so so much <3 I hope you enjoy!]
Tumblr media
Sometimes you wondered if someone had been laughing or playing a cruel joke when you came into existence. You were by far the smallest in your class, next to Mineta and you often got made fun of because of it. But Iida would always defend your name, along with Midoriya and Tsuyu. “Now, it’s my personal belief that being a hero is not so much about the stature of your physical being but the strength you carry in your heart. So kindly refrain from words of slander towards y/n. Thank you.” he’d push his glasses up and turn to you with a kind smile, damn you loved that smile.
But one would only do so much to defend your name, it wasn’t that their words necessarily hurt you. It was more so your own sense of self-confidence and the self-image you had of yourself. You were so damn small, lacked muscle, you looked like a trinket toy and no one really saw you as a threat. Even at your angriest, people would just laugh and comment about how cute you were. Though their compliments would make you blush, you still hated it. You were beginning to worry that no one would see you for the Pro Hero you hoped to be one day.
On top of that, you had never felt quite feminine given your stature. Perhaps womanly was the better word, your height and physical appearance made you feel more like a child than a woman and you were often mistaken for being a Middle Schooler rather than the High Schooler you were and that made it worse. You tried your hardest to push past your own doubts, especially during training where comments would be muttered about your performance. No one thought you were a threat and while your quirk wasn’t impressive and you needed to work on your combat skills. You would hear the words “Cute”, “Short”, and “Baby Doll.” thrown around.
You always felt like crying after training and this training session was particularly the worst. You had lost focus when you heard one of their comments and ended up slipping. You fell a good five feet and tumbled on the ground, covered in dirt and bleeding cuts. Iida was the first one to rush to your side. “Are you alright, y/n? Please do not move,” he instructed as Aizawa ran over. “What happened?” he demanded in a flat tone and Iida looked to his teacher after he had bowed in respect.
“I believe y/n simply miscalculated their foot placement, please may I be permitted to help them to Recovery Girl?” he asked and Aizawa nodded, “Just come back when you are done,” he said and Iida nodded before helping you to your feet. He was gentle as he wrapped one arm around your waist and patiently walked you back inside. Once at the nurse’s office, Recovery Girl sighed at the state you were in, and with one kiss, she healed you. She had insisted you change back into your school uniform, which you did with little resistance.
But you sighed as you sat on the bed, feeling embarrassed. Everyone in the class saw you tumble and fall, you probably looked pathetic but that wasn’t the biggest thing that was bothering you. Iida seemed to notice your saddened expression and reached up to tap his chin. “Is everything alright? I know you are rather coordinated when it comes to your combat skills, did something distract you?” he questioned as he looked to you, but your eyes were still looking at the floor. You took a breath, trying to wipe away the tears that threatened to come.
Iida frowned and took a step closer, “May I sit next to you, y/n?” he asked, being as polite as ever. You sniffed and nodded, feeling the mattress dip as he took his seat. Your shoulders brushed together and you could feel his stare on you. You sighed and turned to look at him, he was wearing a concerned expression and it almost killed you to see that. A moment of silence passed before you looked away from him. “The ...things they say when ...when I’m trying to ...train I ...I hate it!” you exclaimed and Iida frowned.
“I see,” he said as he reached up to hold his chin, his eyes looking towards the ceiling. “I was not aware that harassment continued outside the classroom, I’m afraid I must apologize. If I knew, I would have put a stop to it,” he said and you latched onto your lip as your eyes watered and a few single tears rolled down your cheeks. Iida was quick to grab your face. You looked surprised, he carefully turned your face to look at him and his thumbs brushed away the tears.
“It pains me to know that I have not performed my duties as the class president, as a hero, and more important as your dearest friend. Y/n, forgive me,” he said before bowing and though more tears came, you were shocked that Iida felt so guilty over it. “Iida …” you said as you reached up to take his hands and lower them onto your lap. “It’s not ...your fault. I ...I’ve been feeling ...bad about myself lately …” you confessed and Iida’s jaw dropped. “Why?” he questioned, “You have no reason to limit yourself to your own self-expectations! You are a wonderful hero! Your quirk is quite useful and I-” you interrupted him.
“That’s not true …” you said and once more looked away from him. Your hands curled into fists, “I hate ...those comments. Saying I’m so short, s-so small and that I-I’m not a proper threat. It m-makes me w-want to give up being a hero! I-If I can’t be threatening, if I c-can’t appear strong then w-what’s the point of being a hero?!” you cried, turning to look at Iida who looked surprised as if he didn’t know how to take your words or what to say as a response. “Hm …” he glanced down, his hands were still respectfully on your lap.
“I’ve n-never felt feminine because of ...w-well I look like a kid and-” your words came to a stop when you felt Iida grab your hands, giving them a squeeze. “Your stature and appearance should not play an important role in the factor of being a hero. Countless heroes have proved such before and I do not care what the others say, I will debate them if I have to.” Iida said in a stern tone. “Y/n, your height, your stature, your weight. All the physical aspects you doubt about yourself have nothing to do with being a hero,” he said before bringing your hands up to his lips.
You gasped as his soft lips pressed against each one, causing you to blush. “You are wonderful ...I adore you.” Iida said softly, but you still frowned. “I still ...don’t feel feminine …” you said, looking down and Iida scooted closer to you. He placed your hands back onto your lap before pulling you against him, his arms securely around you. Your heart raced, you were so close to Iida that you could smell his aroma which was similar to books and cider. You swallowed and looked up at him, but his stare was directed forward.
“I have always found you to be beautiful, even so, feminine and masculine are merely aspects of one’s personality. You may be one or the other, you may identify as neither. But the most important thing to me is that you are yourself. Even if you do not feel feminine or as if you aren’t a true woman. I’m afraid I must disagree, dear y/n. I find you very attractive and rather ...dare I say ...adorable. I know you do not like being called that, but the only thing I wish to do, is never let you go.” he explained and his hand came up to run through your hair.
His chin came down to rest on your shoulder and you were frozen in shock. Your heart was pounding and your face was still glowing red. “Please do not think such negative things about yourself, you are wonderful and you will make a true hero someday and I shall be by your side as I always wish to be. I will not abandon a friend, I will not abandon someone I wish to be more than just a friend with someday.” you jumped at his words, more than just a friend with? You weren’t sure what he meant and you didn’t want to jump to conclusions.
But still, you replayed his words in your head and found yourself smiling. Bringing your arms up, you finally returned his hug and nuzzled against his shoulder. “Thank you, Iida,” you replied and he smiled. “I am quite happy to help, now …” he pulled back and looked down at you. “Shall we return?” he questioned and you looked to the side, shaking your head.
“I want to hug you a little more, is that okay?” you didn’t wait for an answer as you leaned against him once more, he trembled in response and his cheeks turned red. “Oh uh …” he cleared his throat, “O-Of course,” he replied before taking a deep breath, though he looked calm and collected. His own heart was racing and a certain kind of happiness that only you provided came to him. Yes, he’d protect you and he’d have a talk with the ones that dared comment about you. No one would make you sad as long as he was around.

Never Know Who’s Watching
You know who's watching, you need to all ways watch your back especially when you know you’re doing something wrong.
This is a fan work I make no profit off it. My Hero Academia belongs to its original content creators.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The teachers looked uncomfortably at the rat, dog, bear creature at the head of the table. Nezu didn’t seem all that put off by the pair of eyes staring at him, he was after all used to it. Why wouldn’t he be? He was an animal with a quirk, after all, this was bound to cause stares. This, however, wasn’t the cause of the stares.
Instead, it was a screen with what some might consider disturbing footage of a student threatening another student with their quirk. Not to mention all the comments, who appeared to be students from the same school, classmates of both students. Only the comments seemed to be focusing on all the wrong things, in fact, it seemed to be egging on the behavior.
One comment said, ‘Looks like he’s at it again.’
‘What did that loser do this time? Can’t he just keep his head down.’
‘Some people just don’t know how the world works.’
‘Who wants to bet that he said something dumb again. LOL.’
‘OMG, that kid is still around, I swore that he killed himself.’
Normally it wouldn’t be any of the teacher's business, this wasn’t any of their students. The problem was that the tags on social media clearly stated that the abuser was going to be a student at their school. UA takes its reputation very seriously, their students and potential students represent the school with their behavior reflecting on the school. To see such awful behavior in plain view being witnessed by their own possible student just goes to show the oversight on the school's part.
Which is why the teachers were here. To make a decision on the boy in the video's future, ironically the other student being assaulted was also an incoming student. What should they do? Changing his homeroom teacher, it looked like they would be in the same class. Place him in general studies, that way he can get his act together. This wasn’t only the principles decision to make, it is the teachers as well.
Nezu linked his paws together, “So, what should we do about this incident?”
Thirteen raised their hand, “We can place him in another department, it’s too late in the year for him to apply for another school, at least even if it’s not Heroics he can still get an education.”
“Wouldn’t that send the wrong message though?” Present Mic said, crossing his arms over his chest, “General Education isn’t a punishment, and a lot of the time students who didn’t make the cut to Heroics go through General.”
“That’s right,” Vlad King said, “I saw his exam scores, General would be a waste for him, why not keep an eye on him, if it’s a first offense then, I don’t see why we should ruin this kid's chances at becoming a hero.”
All Might was strangely silent to the entire discussion.
Nezu listened as the teacher's debate or argue over a course of action. In a perfect world Nezu could imagine helping this child on the right path, with them being able to achieve their true potential. It’s what any teacher would want for any child. In reality, though, some people can’t be helped by others. They had to help themselves before others could help them.
“Aizawa, this young man is supposed to be your student, it ultimately falls on you to have the final if any actions should be taken.
The shaggy-haired man glared at him tiredly, to him the solution was obvious to him. He had seen many punk kids before, growing up he even dealt with them. “ We revoke his acceptance.”
The teachers stared, that was too harsh.
“What a minute Aizawa, I get the kids a little rough around the edges,” Vlad said in the kid's defense, “but there’s no need to go that far.”
Nezu raised a paw, silencing the homeroom teacher, “Can you explain why this course of action would be best?”
“It’s because he should know better. I don’t know about his home life or what he’s thinking, but I do know one thing, his behavior is unacceptable.” Aizawa looked at the principal in the eye, “The way he acts, shows that he’s done this before and to the same kid no less. This is a grudge that should have no place in a school environment, this behavior should have been stomped out ages ago.”
Nezu took the heroes' words into consideration. He’s right, like many times. This child was another one in thousands, they are a school for heroes and frankly, despite his impressive performance, he still has a lot to learn. He just hopes that the child could use this as a wake-up call, if he still aspires to be a hero then there is no reason why he can’t apply again next year.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bakugo Katsuki couldn’t believe what he was reading, what the hell, right? Why was the greatest hero school in the world rejecting someone like him? The stupid letter was making bullshit claims about him being out of line or some shit like that. He read the letter:
Dear, Mr. Bakugo Katsuki
Thank you for your response to our letter of acceptance. The Admissions Committee has discussed at length about your prospects for the upcoming academic year. It is with a heavy heart that we send you this letter.
As you know, the Committee takes seriously the qualities of maturity and moral character. After careful consideration, the Committee voted to rescind your admission to UA High School.
We are sorry about the circumstances that have led us to withdraw your admission, and we wish you success in your future academic endeavors and beyond.
Yours sincerely,
Nedzu
Principle of UA High School
Bakugo exploded the stupid letter with his quirk, the fuck did they mean about rescinding his acceptance, this was complete and utter bullshit. He was leagues above everyone else with his kickass quirk and smarts. They were making a mistake if they couldn’t see the mistake they were making by rejecting him. This was shitty Deku all over again.
“Deku…” Katsuki growled, letting out a string of explosives from his hands, “it was him, it’s always him. THAT BASTARD!”
Katsuki stormed out of the house, but not before causing his mom to yell at him and him to yell back at the crazy bitch. Every time something wrong happened in his life Deku always had something to do with it. Getting accepted into UA. The sludge villain incident. Mumbling about heroes. That day in the stream. WHO THE HELL DID THAT BASTARD THINK HE IS!?
“DEKU!” Bakugo called from outside Izuku’s apartment, banging on the door, “GET OUT HERE YOU PIECE OF SHIT!”
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unknown to the explosive teen, Izuku wasn’t home that day. It was the weekend and he was off with All Might who wanted to spend time with him for some reason. Izuku had told his mother Inko that he was meeting with a friend, who helped him train for UA which technically wasn’t a lie, but not the entire truth either. It was just luck that he missed Bakugo’s rampage.
Inko, however, was home alone and scared out of her mind. There was someone at her front door banging on it, calling out a name. Inko didn’t see much point in trying to calm down the clearly feral individual at her doorstep, so she called the police.
Inko kept her tears at bay, glad that her son was out right now, who knows what he would have done. He was a sweet boy, so he would have tried to defend her. “Hello, this is the police speaking, what is your emergency?”
“There’s someone trying to break down my door,” Inko whispered trying to keep her voice steady, flinching at every bang at the door. “He keeps calling for someone, and he won’t leave, I’m too scared to tell him he’s got the wrong house, I think he might turn violent.”
“Don’t worry, help is on the way.”
Inko dropped the call. All she could do now is wait and hope the intruder doesn’t have any quirk that might be able to break down the door.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Back outside Bakugo could feel his anger and frustration rising, the bastard was ignoring him. Who the hell did that Quirkless reject think he was, ignoring him? Not that of it mattered anymore, all his hard work went down the drain when that letter came in. So Bakugo let loose all his power onto the poor door.
A scream was heard, from the inside of the apartment. Glaring through the hole, all the middle schooler saw an empty house, but someone was there, just not Deku.
It was probably just his bitch of a mom. Deku should have been out by now, it didn’t look like he was home. Bakugo kicked the door, he had come here for nothing.
Police sirens echoed from the entrance, along with the sound of rushing footsteps. Bakugo was met with hero rejects of police officers pointing guns at him. “Freeze, don’t move, and drop on your knees kid.”
Bakugo wasn’t stupid, he knew he was in trouble, he lost his cool and stomped to a nerds house. Bakugo went on his knees, there was no way he was going to be some villain in his story. He’ll get out of this and do what he is meant to do, he’ll win this and then everyone will be sorry.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tsukauchi couldn’t believe the utter garbage coming out of this kid's mouth. Who the heck did this kid think he is? In what world did causing a public disturbance and threatening a single mother would be grounds for a slap on the wrist? The kid was taking it all cooly or as cooly as he could with his poor attitude.
This kid was angry, but this was an entire level of anger. Thank goodness the person he was looking for wasn’t home, because, from the look in that kid's eyes, Tsukauchi would have been sure that the call would have been more serious. He fears that someone could have been dead in his altercation.
The police were able to take a statement from one Midoriya Inko, who couldn’t for the life of her understand what the boy’s problem was. Inko, however, cared very little, gave her statement and left hoping to put the entire ordeal behind her. Not that the man could blame her, it looked cut and dry to him. Not to mention that the mother had filed a restraining order for Bakugo to stay away from her and her family.
There will be consequences for this, he would make sure of it, not to mention he’s glad that her son had missed the entire encounter. The detective had heard a lot about him from Toshinori and it seemed like a stroke of bad luck that the kid would have had an encounter weeks before the end of the year. The least he could do was tell Toshinori that the kid's mom was alright.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bakugo could only stare angrily at the entire thing. He was being treated as a common villain by people who couldn’t even cut it as heroes. He looked to the side at his “counsel”, some lawyer bitch who came in talking about how she would get the charges dropped against him. Before he could even run, her off his mom punched him over the head to shut him up and to accept her damn counsel.
Which is how Bakugo found himself staring face to face with her. A woman with a face so fake that he knew this was an act, she wanted something from him. “So, what do you want bitch?”
She smiled, “My my, what poor manners you have, how are you going to get out of this if you can’t even play the part of a troubled teen?”
“THE HELL YOU SAY!”
“Don’t worry, we’ll get you a plea deal and then this episode will be behind you.”
“LIKE HELL!”
The lawyer gave him a dead-eyed stare causing him to freeze, he didn’t know what it was all about, but something about her told him to shut up and listen, “I know you were just showing off your power, nothing wrong with that sweeter, but you gotta play the system, if you don’t then you end up here. Let me do all the talking and everything will be okay.”
Bakugo couldn’t help but believe her.
“Now look I’m friends with the judge, he’s going to send you to a special place where you can use your quirk all you want, as long as you don’t get cause everything will be fine, for now though,” the lawyer rummaged through her purse and placed a book in from on the restrained teen, “why don’t you catch up on some light reading.”
When the woman left Bakugo stared at the book reading the title, Meta Liberation War.

Fic Prompts: Free Day Thursday
(Another Everybody Lives au idea, in bulletpoint form)
• All for One starts missing his brother more than he'd thought. The longer he lives, the more hollow his achievements start to feel. Without realizing it, he begins to act a little like his brother here and there in an attempt to keep the memories alive.
• you'd never call him a hero in the traditional sense. But after a hundred years give or take, he behaves like a Time Lord. One of the crabby incarnations of the Doctor, maybe.
• AFO (who changes names like the seasons and is currently calling himself The Professor) develops an obsession with keeping his little brother's quirk "in the family". Which eventually involved a somewhat ludicrous and yet successful plot to marry his sixth-youngest son (he's had ten of them over the years) off to the seventh wielder of One for All. Even though he knows he Will Not get along with his new daughter-in-law.
• it is necessary to point out that he and Nana had already tried to kill each other at least once before AFO hit upon the idea of arranging for Nana to rescue Kosuke. He knows darn well that Kosuke is going to develop a Crush. Somehow, he thinks he's being subtle by telling Nana to stay away from his son. And yet he pays for the entire wedding.
• Nana and AFO still fight like cats and dogs, primarily because AFO is still committing crimes of a bizarre and dubiously prosecutable nature. But once Nana has Kotarou, they tone down the fights for the kid's sake. AFO really only makes sporadic appearances, usually, in his dozen or more grandchildren's lives, but it's usually entertaining and probably not entirely legal when he does.
• Basically he's what happens if Loki ever became a grandpa.
• Nana Shimura's husband/AFO's son works on a military base as a sort of Coulson type character. He uses his father's vast amounts of information to help fight the Quirk Liberation Army, who are A Big Big Problem.
• Kotarou ends up playing with the children of his dad's fellow agents, including a little boy without a quirk who wants to be a hero regardless. When Destro kills Agent Yagi and his wife during a raid, Nana and Kosuke end up offering to foster their orphaned son, Toshinori.
• Toshinori and Kotarou are raised as brothers, and when Nana chooses Toshinori as her successor, AFO/"The Professor" starts pondering the possibility of making a little dynasty out of their two quirks. After they deal with Destro, of course. He can hardly expect to train his grandsons properly if it's not even safe for them to play outside, right?
• AFO has gotten very good at rationalizing his more heroic acts.
• All Might becomes the Symbol of Peace, and Kotarou Shimura becomes a top agent in the same SHIELD style organization as his father. Nana is able to retire and enjoy her grandchildren, but she has a hard time staying retired. Yet another thing she and her father-in-law squabble about.
• When AFO learns that Toshinori has chosen a quirkless middle schooler as his successor, he instantly starts scheming again. He passes an element of his own quirk to his great-grandson, Tenko, as a way to control his rather destructive mutation of his mother's quirk. And then he starts trying to set up at least a camaraderie between Tenko and Izuku.
• Tenko is 18, and he has his own friends. He doesn't particularly care for Great-Grandpa asking him to take the Midoriya squirt along with him.
• when AFO finds out that Midoriya's mother is single and kind of likes Toshinori, the scheming and finagling reaches new heights of Ridiculous. While fending off less than subtle hints about settling down with a nice widow with a middle school son lady, Toshinori ends up explaining the situation to Inko as "My great-grandfather is a menace to society."
• unfortunately for both of them, Gran Torino is Also a menace to society and an agent of chaos. He joins the matchmaking plot and peer pressures Kosuke into talking Nana into wing-manning for their boy. What with him being nervous about asking the lady out and all. Poor, shy Toshinori never had a chance.
• by the time he starts UA, Izuku has gained a dad, grandparents, weird older cousins, and an even weirder great-granddad who drops hints about making him a new Symbol to reorganize society.

February 8, 2021
Welcome to the final part of the Introduction of Nijisanji. Thanks for going through all of them, if you did. It was pain to work with so much and so little. This part would cover everyone who has debuted in the year 2020.
Nijisanji IN 1st Gen
Aadya - The name means beautiful. 21 year old, who likes to play games and sing. Does dancing as a day job, so acts as a gaming nightingale. She has a knack for games in my cursory view, but that might be just the competitiveness.
Vihaan - The name means breaking dawn, kind of. Likes gaming very much, and plays them very loudly and complaining... which to be expected from this crew.
Noor - The name means light. Likes BL, coffee and beer, BL to the point she learned chinese from watching a BL drama. Basically a middle-aged man at heart, including a very nice husky voice. Does talks and games. Sings randomly and looks up to Rion, of all people. Ange mentioned her, Ange likes to mention foreign people.
Nijisanji KR 1st Gen
Min Suha - Knows the culture through their parents and has a nice voice. Sister Claire likes him, and who doesn’t? He’s freaking cool, man!
Shin Yuya - College student in virtual Seoul. Always has a smartphone at hand, does self-searching on a constant basis. Definitely has otaku knowledge, likes singing, drawing and cute things. Doesn’t like horror games, but played a lot on stream.
Plays a lot of different games, including FPS like Apex, and this is where she gets to collaborate with Japanese senpais, which is always fun to see.
Gaon - Originally Moarin’s brother, but Moarin left, so the lore changed. Has a twintail for attention purposes. Only member of Nijisanji KR to work as a job, but quit as the end of 2020. He’s pretty cool. Not nice, but definitely not a mean person either.
Han Chiho - He’s a time-displaced psychic, and so speaks with a high register. High register is usually seen as old, people don’t use it anymore, but it’s usually perfectly understandable... it’s an interesting quirk. Other than that, pretty normal streamer.
2020 Part 1 (Jan-Apr)
Furen E Lustario - During debut, expressed a liking choking oneself... so we know who we are dealing with. Has to add using fingers, as to illustrate her math prowess. But overall a fun person to watch, and has a pretty good variety of streams.
Melissa Kinrenka - Wants to be a songwriter, but still needs help. But she is a great singer, and can write and mix songs. Usually called Meli. Has a deep side, basically.
Ibrahim - Originally an oil prince, but now runs an onsen. Acts like a child at times due to his supposed past, and he is muslim, as the lore and name implies. But overall, fits right in with the child-like male of Nijisanji... kind of.
Nagao Kei - He’s an exorcist, but really does any job. Pretty good at all kinds of fighting. Pretty old in terms of human member at the age 26. Very much like Ibrahim, but much more bishonen, which melts a woman's heart. Oh, he’s good at learning stuff. Like he tries to learn morse code, and completely memorized the KTANE manual. Just to make Fumi, one of his seniors, happy for a while. That’s some big dedication.
Genzuki Tojiro - Works as a secretary for the gods. Has that unmatching haircut. Very good at making songs and does mixing for Nijisanji events.
Kaida Haru - A demon researcher, but too lazy. Quiet and nice voice leading the viewer to see him as a mother figure, but as you guess, he doesn’t like it due to the work. Oh, said a slur on stream but got banned less than Yumeoi, which is quite sus.
Nijisanji ID Gen 3
Azura Cecillia - An alien angel. Has a sword with a really long name, but calls it Chonsuke for short. She’s pretty cute and a little bit ditzy, from what I remember. Got mistaken as a boy, which is such an odd thing, but maybe it’s the deep voice?
Nara Haramaung - A princess of a tribe. Originally released as part of 1st gen, but got delayed here, but the gen mates fit together very well. Sings spontaneously sometimes.
Layla Alstroemeria - Time-traveling history major. Definitely more airheaded of the group and most child-like of the generation. But she’s pretty fun to watch, regardless.
Nijisanji KR Gen 2
So Nagi - Traveling virtual Japan, speaking fluent Japanese with a nice clear voice. Likes Ange Katrina, which she readily repriocates. Seen as the top seed in Nijisanji KR.
Lee Siu - A female kitsune, and yes from the same illustrator as Fubuki. Likes dad jokes and an endurance player and does speak three languages. Roha likes her. Occasionally can hear the apartment announcement, which is always a fun moment.
Chae Ara - She’s an angel, and a great singer. And likes to people-watch. Has a cute voice, and good at hosting. I really liked her in the streams that I watched. There’s something about her personality that speaks to me.
2020 Part 2 (May-August)
Sorahoshi Kirame - Made her name through twitter, and traded fan art with KR members. Has the same illustrator as Kanata. Couldn’t stream due to money purposes for four days, got his PC after a month of hard work. Overall a poor and diligent girl.
Asahina Akane - 1st year high-schooler. Very energetic and follow people well. Likes a Jpop band, and likes to travel as well. Also does a lot of collabs with senpais.
Suo Sango - The youngest member of the theater club, which is the theme of the latest generation. Has a wide range, and likes Sanrio and tomato. Very motherly calm voice.
Like girly anime, you know Pretty Cure and stuff. Likes western pop music as well.
Todo Kohaku - Third-year high schooler. Said she’s a lady, but she’s definitely just a normal girl. Had a good cover of Mela, and overall a decent streamer.
Kitakoji Hisui - Middle-school transfer student. Likes a lot of different things, but Minecraft is what she is most known for... I guess it makes sense.
Nishizono Chigusa - She’s the troublesome one of the theater group. Very frequently makes sexual quips. Also I thought she was a boy when I first saw her. Definitely my favorite of the newest group, and also did a stream with Matsuri as well.
And that actually has a history. You see this is not Chigusa’s first rodeo... as it is apparent, and during her previous life Matsuri and her did a sleepover, and was quite close as well... so this is actually a really nice reunion. I didn’t know that until now.
Nijisanji KR 3rd Gen
Nun Bora - A second-year high schooler, likes drawing and playing the recorder which she has a battle with So Nagi. Quick learner, apparently. Plays APEX and Fall Guys, but is competent in pretty much any game. Definitely top tier APEX player.
Akina Ray - Japanese streamer who streams in virtual Seoul. Does a morning talk show, likes baseball, since she’s from Hiroshima, and Shadowverse. She’s actually an art student and a meat lover. But overall, the most seiso art student of Nijisanji.
Lee Roha - Idol trainee from outer space, a mixed race. A bit of a ditz, with the appropriate thumbnails. Streams in Japanese on YouTube, in Korean on Twitch. Does a lot of League of Legend on twitch, and does evening piano stream. Likes Lee Siu.
Nijisanji ID 4th Gen
Etna Crimson - Half supernatural, likes to make everyone happy. Definitely not Amber from Genshin Impact, because Amber is Kizuna Ai. Okay, bad joke. Yeah, she’s good.
Bonnivier Pranaja - Originally a fisher, but quit after being swindled. Usually appears with KR streams, actually. Maybe likes Hana? Who knows.
Siska Leontyne - Security officer for shady company. Pretty good at games involving killing... make sense considering her profession. Pretty cool and laid-back.
Nijisanji KR 4th Gen
Ryu Hari - Likes to collect nightmares, likes reading and playing the electric guitar.
Shin Kiru - A 25-year old NEET, has an odd way of speaking and strange topics. Likes Rock and horror movies. He seems pretty laid-back as well.
Yang Nari - 19-year old girl from a different world who now lives in the countryside. Pretty good at hosting with her cute voice. Likes sewing, and talks in high status. She has a thing of suffering, and that kind of comes out from lore.
Oh Jiyu - She’s a female vtuber, although she looks and sounds boyish. Third-year college student representative. Speaks Korean and Japanese, and like gacha and also singing... so maybe a boyish Suisei? I’m sure she’s more normal, though.
Nijisanji ID 5th Gen
Nagisa Arcinia - Wannabe fashion designer, speaks a bunch of languages... but that’s normal for ID... yeah, she’s cute and might be a little psychopathic. Typical.
Derem Kado - 16 year old girl going to magical school, always looking for a cat, but a special cat that makes contracts and stuff. High pitched scares and gets lost.
Reza Avanluna - He’s a world chronicler, he visits and chronicles worlds in his dreams. Has a ship going on with Hana, I think? I’m not sure. Please correct this, if untrue.
There you go! All 139 extant members as of February 8th, 2021, which is the third anniversary of Nijisanji... that was a long post... even though it was in three parts. Sorry for filling the days with this... I have been busy with collecting data and so on. But I hope you have a good inkling of the landscape that is Nijisanji.

I wish you would write a fic where Izuku is in Gen Ed and wrecks havoc.
(Sorry, you just get tired Gen Ed teacher.)
Kazuko’s phone was out of battery or it would at least be the excuse she would use to explain why she wasn’t answering the dozens of calls that were probably saturating her voicemail this very moment.
She didn’t want to know. She longed for the bliss of ignorance. And even if, rationally speaking, she knew that there was no proof that one of her students was connected to whatever had sent a dozen of heroes running/flying/driving at full speed to Tattooine, she simply knew that he had done something.
But it didn’t concern her before her first coffee. Every morning, she had fifteen blessed minutes where she could just relax at her desk, without anyone interrupting her, right before her students arrived.
She just had to walk through the hallways without being noticed… get in the teacher room… grab one of the coffees that Yagi-san, the new teacher, brought every morning… and then… just…
Something appeared as she was making a quick get-away and she screamed, her high-pitched-shriek echoing on every wall. Heroic heads popped up from every room in that specific hallway, only to disappear when they saw what had surprised her.
“Hello to you too, Kurosawa-san,” the principal cheerfully greeted her. “Would you mind accompanying me to my office?”
Kazuko was a nice person who didn’t deserve this but she still complied, pushing back her hair with one head and straightening her bag so it would stop hitting her hip every time she took a step.
They took the elevator reserved for Nedzu’s exclusive usage (which meant that she had to crouch a little) and discovered Aizawa-san already here, though his sleeping bag was crumpled on the ground. He had just gotten out of it.
“What did he do this time?” she sighed, because of course, this was about Midoriya Izuku.
Most of Gen Ed was made of students who had tried the entrance exam of the hero course and accepted that maybe becoming a hero simply wasn’t the right path for them. However, since Aizawa-san had arrived, she had met another kind of hero course rejects: those who had passed the exam only to be expelled on their very first day.
Midoriya had clearly ignored that this was an option and had been in the middle of a mental breakdown when she had met him, only to bounce in the most chaotic way possible.
Every year, Kazuko organized a visit to the USJ.
This year, a new group called the League of Villains had attacked the site, expecting to kill All Might while he was teaching a hero class.
Instead, they had met a class full of high schoolers literally ready to kill to get a place in the hero course. Somehow, this had ended with what was left of the League running for their lives and Midoriya keeping one of their most dangerous member as a class pet.
“Earlier this day, Midoriya encountered the villain Muscular during his morning run,” Aizawa-kun announced.
A violent headache started to throb inside Kazuko’s skull.
“Muscular was trying to kill Pro Hero Death Arms at the time. So Midoriya recruited about ten random civilians and quirk-engineered an explosion that embed Muscular into the side of a building.”
Kazuko drank her coffee. It was rude and inappropriate to drink it righ now but she needed it.
“No need to worry,” Nedzu gently patted her hand. “Midoriya’s bio enhanced weapon apparently sat on Muscular when he woke up so the police was able to apprehend him quickly.”
“We prefer to call him Ren,” Kazuko couldn’t help to say.
Her students were very attached to him. He kept following Midoriya around like a lost puppy so Nedzu had given the permission for him to live in UA. One of Aizawa’s students, Yaoyorozu, had even made him a uniform his size.
“Of course,” Nedzu nodded. “Ren it is. But what Aizawa-kun and I would like to talk to you about is that… we think that there is no need to wait how Midoriya will do at the Sport Festival to bring him to the hero course.”
Technically, it would be to bring him back. But Kazuko knew better than to say it out loud.
Just like she knew better than to clearly tell Nedzu and Aizawa that there was no way she was going to announce Midoriya that there was a chance he could go back to a situation where he could be expelled once again from the hero course.
She emptied her coffee cup in three gulps, letting the caffeine clear all her stress and replacing it by a lack of patience for nonsense.
“Apart from the USJ accident, Midoriya had met three villains since the beginning of the year but he has also been working closely with a student from the support course to equip Gen Ed students and he is trying to adopt the weapon made to kill the number 1 hero. Only the hero course can deal with such a student,” Aizawa declared.
Well, now that he was mentioning it.
“Oh, I agree,” Kazuko smiled. Well, showed her teeth but really, who could see the difference? “Midoriya shouldn’t be in gen ed. Instead, he should be in the hero course. Where he had applied. And where he was received, until he was expelled on his first day.”
“He couldn’t control his quirk. He was a danger to himself and to everyone else. I am far from opposed to him getting back in the hero course after the Sport Festival…”
“Sorry to interrupt you but Midoriya and his uncontrollable quirk were accepted in the hero course,” Kazuko reminded him. “I don’t think you’re realizing the effect it had on him. I mean, there is a reason why he doesn’t bother calling adults for help anymore. Which is why I am grateful that his second shadow/bodyguard is supposedly on All Might’s level.”
Midoriya wasn’t able to stop saving people. But now, he was convinced that he had to do this on his own.
So now, it was Kazuko’s job to do something about his self-esteem. Fortunately for her, All Might and Gran Torino (who she suspected to be his father and his grandfather but that was a story that could only be shared in front of the coffee machine in the teacher room) were already his quirk training.
“It was really nice to have this conversation with the both of you,” she smiled. “Unfortunately, I can’t advise one of my students to go back to 1-A. It seems premature. Especially when I am trying to build trust. I am actually hopefully optimistic that he would consider going to therapy.”
And as soon as she was done here, she would find out more about Aldera middle school.

Shouji Mezo X Reader part 23 Remember
They got to the empty dorms. The remainder of the walk back they agreed they would keep things in the down low, not only because of the class/ assumed rules, but they were each other’s first not girlfriend/boyfriend. Just to say that out loud was overwhelming.
Y/n sat on the kitchen counter as Shouji cleaned her neck wound. She told him he didn’t have to worry anymore since Dallas did get caught. He held the back of her head as he dabbed the wound with a washcloth. She even told him the full story about how Dallas tried to kill her, but she didn’t seem too bothered by that fact.
“You don’t hate him?” Shouji asked.
“No, he was losing his mind. No one was giving him a second chance like I got here.” she told him.
Shouji didn’t feel the same. He hated the fact how easy it was for Y/n to be put in danger, no phone, lost in a mall, and doesn’t have a quirk to depend on. That wasn’t completely true, she did hold her own with her combat skills, but looking at those marks she didn’t use them, probably because it was Dallas, her knight that let her escape her tower.
“He still shouldn’t have sliced your neck like that.” Shouji put a bandage on the wound.
“Well he’s going to jail, so you won’t have to worry your handsome, big heart anymore.”
“Han- you don’t think anyone else would be after you?” He asked her.
“You’re on edge aren’t you?”
“This wouldn't be the first time that my class was targeted.”
“Oh yeah, the USJ, I doubt the people I worked with are connected with them. They were mostly drug dealers and thieves, not like assault people or murders...I hope.” She told him.
“You don’t know?”
“I knew the inner circle, but I wasn’t a part of it. I didn’t even get anything when we were robbing. I was just happy to be in something like gym class again.” She told him, sliding off the counter. “I’m sure if they told me they killed someone they knew it would scare the crap out of me.”
She took Shouji’s hand and twirled herself off the kitchen tile. Completely unafraid of his appearance. Y/n dramatically stuck her landing like she was a ballerina, or maybe she was. Shouji was learning all the things he didn’t know about her.
“You think if I never got my ass beat by Aizawa, that one day you would have to arrest me and it would be like enemies to lovers kinda deal?” She asked him. “Because when I first saw you I knew I wanted to converse with you.”
“Maybe when I’m reading you your rights you would get me with your Y/n charm lines.” he laughed.
“Damn, guess I gotta stay on the straight and narrow if I wanna keep you around.” She joked.
Though Shouji was wearing a mask, his hand naturally felt the need to cover his face. He didn’t think that he really turned a criminal into changing sides because of his so called “good looks”, but it was still fun. Their feelings were said, and now they could just be young students with their feelings out in the open with one another.
They found themselves sitting on the couch. Y/n was leaning into his chest with her legs up. His hand was resting on her knee as she painted his nails black and told him silly ideas and concepts about just general topics.
“You and Tokoyami are probably the most goth boys in the class.” she said.
“What group do you fit into?” he asked.
“I guess technically since I was friends with Brittany, I was a popular mean girl, but I didn’t pick on people that much. Just a couple of guys who ruined my locker, so I never got over that.”
“How did they ruin it?”
“I was just getting my books and they were spraying their water bottles at each other, the water got all over my binders and homework. Losing my crap I ruined their chances of dating two of my gorgeous friends Regina and Brittany and I would insult them everyday, they didn’t even try to apologize.”
“Did anyone even want to date Brittany ?” He asked her, not really fond of that name.
“Yeah, she had a pool, and her mom packed her lunches so full that she always shared with Regina and I. Her mom always got the fancy snacks.” Y/n explained.
Those things did raise status in the eyes of middle schoolers.
“Isn’t your family loaded?’ he asked her.
“Doesn’t mean they wanna spend that money on me!’ She laughed. “But I guess since I have my mom’s credit card I could give the dorms a pool.”
“We already have one, but you need permission.” he told her.
“I need a pool of my own just to piss off Aizawa.” she told him.
“During the USJ attack I actually had to carry him. The fighting got real bad when there was this thing that looked like a bird with a brain sticking out of it.” He told her.
“Aizawa got hurt by a what?”
“If I remember right they were called a NOMU.” he told her.
“Huh. Do you think you need therapy from carrying your teacher’s almost corpse?”
“The school has counselling sessions I’ve used once.” he told her. “They got a little off track.”
“Do you wanna talk about it?” she asked in the same tone he asked about the cut on her neck.
“Maybe later.” he ruffled her hair.
It was nice how Y/n let Shouji communicate with his touch. How nice it must be to have a mutual crush with feelings open and there. Y/n took the hand she just painted and pressed his palm to her cheek.
“I think black is your color.” She told him. “That and pale blue looks good on you.”
“It’s because of your talent for painting nails.” He told her.
Y/n went to his next hand and started painting it pale blue. His arms kept her legs and feet warm as she painted. He was just enjoying her talk about silly things. It was calming for him. Typically he would rather just have silence, but Y/n was special. He wanted to learn more and listen to her. Some of the class began coming into the dorm door. They were all shocked at the sight.
Yeah Y/n and Shouji seemed close, but the first glance seemed like they were cuddling just out in the open, but two more seconds they saw she was painting Shouji’s nails. Weird, and they were confused, was there a move made or not?
“What are you two doing?” Iida asked.
“I’m painting Shouji’s nails, what does it look like?” Y/n said.
Like they were cuddling. Shouji’s arms were around her legs for crying out loud.
“Like you’re making me jealous.” Mineta said.
“Why is Y/n painting your nails?” Momo asked.
“She offered.” Shouji said.
Y/n and Shouji may have only known each other for a short while, fell hard for one another, but they had an unspoken language and that was, don’t announce the relationship to the class just yet.
“Are we still on for movie night?” Y/n asked.
“You look like you’re feeling better after getting attacked.” Jirou said.
“It nice having wonderful friends who support you.” She told them.
