today I planted the gifted seed bombs I’d been meaning to get in the ground -

in pots along the fence row by the fire pit: swamp rose milkweed, cup plant, new england aster. all to be moved when they get big or when the mulberry tree gets its leaves and blocks their sun.

along the fence row itself: golden rod and spotted joe pye weed.

just strewn about the yard: black eyed susans, blue aster, coneflower.
