Bucky was staring at his coffee with a frown, shoulders hunched like he didn't want to be here. Maybe he did... who knew? It's not like he talked to a lot of people anyway.

You watched him as he scolded at the black substance. You had always been intrigued by him. Always so quiet and mysterious. It itched in your fingers to get under his skin, find out what made him smile or laugh. You'd seen it once. When he had been with Steve. But the second he had caught your eyes, the joy had vanished from his own.

His shoulders were tense, his aura practically cold as ice, you shivered from here.

It wasn't like you couldn't understand, though. Everyone knew about his past. Steve had filled you in on the details, haunted you with nightmares for days after comprehending the horrors this man had overcome. Bucky had all right to be distant.

But it didn't change the fact you wanted to hug and kiss him better whenever you saw him burying himself in sorrows.

You cleared your throat, and stepped closer. Bucky's shoulders just pulled higher to his ears.

Again. No response.

Your hand carefully reached outward, wanting to tap him, feel the tense muscles beneath your skin. But the moment your hand came into his peripheral, he turned around, grabbed your hand with his metal one and held you steady as his icy blue orbs sliced through you.

"What do you think you're doing?"

"I-" you staggered, a small wave of fear washing over you.

You could see the small flicker of regret in his eyes as they grew big, and then he let go of your arm in an instant, turning around and closing his eyes. He didn't want to hurt you. He didn't want you to think he's the killing machine everyone makes him out to be. Not you. He wanted to be better in your eyes.

haha! alrightie, here are some of my tips for having good character ai convos with your darling husbands (ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)ꕤ.ﾟ

so, you'd want to pick an ai that has had a large amount of interactions because that means it's been able to grow and experience multiple conversations and scenarios beforehand, meaning that it can draw responses from them and give you a better experience

also, i would recommend responding as if you're writing a fanfic and not just having a conversation, add some descriptions of the setting, how you're feeling and kinda hint at how you want the character to respond to you

like... when i wanted an enemies to lovers trope, i made sure to add additional text on how we hated each other and why so that the ai could generate a specific response to that e.g "why are you always so annoying?" i huff with clear annoyance in my voice, he's always so loud and boisterous, and i can never get any peace and quiet with him around! i can't understand why others find him so 'charming'.

also, if you don't like the first written response the ai gives, you can click the '>' arrow on the side of the response to generate a new one ⏤and you can keep pressing it until you get a response that you like

at the end of the day, the ai can only respond to what you give so you're the one who has majority control of where the conversation will go - i suppose 'what you give is what you get' can be a good rule to go by

It is not okay to let Studios and Streamers walk over hard working people that give us the content that we watch daily!

I would like to let you know that many actors and writers are not able to take breaks so they can pay for rent for their own homes.

Just because the show does well does not mean they are paid fairly for what they do!!
