Mafia!Jade Leech x Mafia!Reader
Link to part one, two, three, four, five, six, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve!
Notes and TW: Jade doesn't care much about the hierarchy of the mafia when it comes to you. This series will have mentions of blood, violence, crime (kidnapping, attempted assassination, extortion), and harassment, as one might expect from a mafia AU. Please enjoy!

It’s a common song and dance. Small organizations sometimes come to the Leech Mafia in hopes of garnering support for their coups. Walrus asked Jade to “lend” you to her. You’re more surprised at her audacity than her motivations.
“You’re trying to replace the Carpenter?” You occasionally see the leader of the Carpenter Mafia at formal functions. A tall, thin man with a disproportionately large head and wheedling voice. Friendly and charismatic on the surface, but known for his underhanded methods of luring people in, stranding them, and devouring them. An insatiable man who takes as much as he can get his hands on.
“Yes, so I humbly came to ask for help.” She places a hand on her chest and furrows her brows. “The Carpenter is a money-obsessed, greedy man who exploits all those who fall into his trap. I can’t watch him go on anymore. Call me a hopeful idiot, but I think with enough determination, even seven maids with seven mops could clear all the sand on a beach in half a year.”
If you were someone else entirely, maybe you would have fallen for her act. That pained look on her face and her poetic description of her tenacity could move a heart made of stone. However, you’ve spent a major portion of your life knowing Jade. You could recognize that duplicitous sorrow anywhere.
“What kind of mafia doesn’t have any suffering?” You won’t pretend the Leech Mafia is a good organization, either. There are monetary benefits, but mafias are built on cruelty, discipline, and fear of the pecking order. For example, if you dislike the way something was done, you have the authority to make sure the offending soldier who carried out the task disappears by sunset.
Walrus smiles. “I strive to create an organization where we can depend on each other.”
“And you want me to help you, huh. Is that why you told your men to attack me? It was a test to see if I meet your expectations.”
“You’re so cute, you know that? You ask questions when you already know the answer. I hope I didn’t upset you.”
No wonder why Jade looks so displeased. He likes to play pranks of that nature on you as well, but he becomes defensive when anyone else tries. What a hypocrite.
“I’m not upset.” As two-faced as Walrus is, you find that you don’t hate it. In the underbelly of society, this is what it takes to not only survive, but to claw your way to the top. In her own way, she is admirable. “Well, tell us what you want and what you’ll give us. This is a negotiation, right?”
“I’m just asking for the basics. Soldiers and weapons, that’s all. Can you spare me a hundred men?” She asks this nonchalantly, but surely she must know the weight of her question. One hundred men on land when the Leech Mafia operates mainly in the Coral Sea is a tall order. Such a number would impact your own operations in the Queendom of Roses. Again, this is expected. When you have more to lose in a negotiation, it is standard to ask for more than what you hope for.
“What a daring question. You are also quite the greedy person, Walrus.” Jade folds his hands on his desk. “Surely you have prepared something of equal value.”
“Of course.” Walrus pulls out a twisting gold wand inlaid with a red jewel. With a flick of her wrist, an image of a man appears in the air. “This is the man who cursed your parents, Jade Leech.”
A shadow passes over his face. This must be a bluff. How are you supposed to believe her when she declared such a thing without proof? To your surprise, Jade does not challenge her claim.
“That matches my findings.” Jade lowers his chin, his sharp gaze scrutinizing her. “What of it?”
“He’s dead. Carpenter personally got rid of him. No use for someone who managed to screw up an assassination, right?” She taps her wand to the image. It becomes a map with a glowing red dot south of the Coral Sea. “One of my friends has a Signature Spell that can analyze dead bodies. If we get his corpse, she should be able to figure out exactly what curse was cast on your parents. His body was dumped around here in the ocean, so you’ll need to retrieve it.”
Jade’s shoulders tense. You glance at the rigid line of his jaw. Softly, you place your hand on his shoulder blade. Calm down. A beat passes. He takes a breath and relaxes his muscles.
“Your proposal is hypothetical. There is no guarantee your friend will be able to deduce what spell was used. In the scenario which she does, there still remains the question of whether or not it can be cured.”
“It’s better than knowing nothing, right? I’ve been working for you for a month. I know there’s been no progress with your parents’ condition.” Her eyes glint. “Honestly, you should be happy to get any kind of lead.”
She has a way with words. At this rate, she will gain the upper hand of the negotiation. You stand still and believe in Jade and his silver tongue. He is not the type of person who will walk away from a discussion having lost more than he gained.
“You knew about the attempt on my parents’ lives, and yet you did nothing while under our employment.” Jade leans forward in his seat and stares her down. “Why didn’t you tell us you knew something about it? Withholding information from us until you can use it as a bargaining chip . . . I’m hurt, Walrus. It will be difficult for us to form a relationship of good faith anymore. If you had told us before it happened, we could have prevented such a tragedy in the first place. From that angle, is it not your fault that my parents were saddled with such an unfortunate ailment?”
Twisting her words and the situation until it benefits him is child’s play for Jade. No matter how contrived that reasoning may seem, at the end of the day, Walrus is the one who desperately needs resources from the Leech Mafia. As long as he does not forget who has the upper hand, he will certainly get his way.
“Of course,” Jade continues, offering her a way out, “I believe in second chances. If you take responsibility and pitch in to find a way to undo the curse, I will have no qualms in lending you my support in your upcoming coup.”
In the end, Walrus has no choice but to concede. There are other groups she could turn to, but creating good relations with the Leech Mafia can only help her if she wishes to gain influence. A weak, unstable group after an internal struggle is easy prey for older, already established syndicates to absorb. She needs their support to avoid a short-lived victory.
Walrus leaves with a promise of seventy men and enough weapons to supply them. As soon as she’s out the door, your mind drifts to the manuscript again. It briefly mentions that the Leech Mafia’s influence spreads after their parents wake up. Maybe this inner turmoil in the Carpenter Mafia causes that expansion. No details were ever given in the manuscript. When you read it over, you had the impression that the author did not have the slightest inkling towards the politics and inner workings of a mafia.
You find yourself stepping back towards the wall as you think. Your body yearns to curl up in the window seat in the attic. Part of you wants to hide up there right now and digest this information. There is so much to think about now. The division of resources, the men you’re going to lend to Walrus, the compensation for the lack of manpower in some of the Leech territory on land . . . .
A hand rests on your waist and reels you in towards the side of Jade’s chair. The perpetrator gives you an imploring look.
“If you need a space to sit, would my lap suffice?”
A few moments ago, you thought Walrus had audacity. Jade outmatches her.
“No, I’ll go up to the attic instead.”
“May I come with you?”
“Seven, you’re so persistent.” You heave a sigh and motion for him to shift so that you can sit comfortably on his lap. His smile grows unbelievably smug as you take a seat, purposely putting your full weight on him. He doesn’t show the slightest hint of discomfort.
It becomes easier to think when you have something pressed against your back. His arms surround you, providing a small space for you to retreat in your mind without any worries. Sturdy and secure like the face of a cliff or the trunk of a tree, safe despite the threat you know he is capable of being. No matter. You were the one who said you would trust him. And now that you’ve let your guard down, you find that you feel rather cozy.
“You’re being weirdly clingy today.” You notice he still hasn’t let go of your waist. “When Walrus asked for my help, you were so adamant on refusing. I could’ve gone, you know. We would’ve had a reason to lend her less soldiers.”
He huffs. “I have told you before. Have you already forgotten? There is no need for you to dirty your hands with filth.”
It takes you a moment to recall when he last said those words: outside Azul’s home while Floyd beat the living daylights out of Barry Moore. You should never have to lift a finger. Just keep making others do your dirty work.
“What’s your problem with me fighting every so often? I’m not against it.”
Jade rests his head on your shoulder. He’s been getting bolder ever since you promised him your trust.
“If you want to, I would not stop you. But I can tell you prefer to stay holed up somewhere and wrack your brain instead of using your fists. In situations where violence is necessary, you often order someone else to do it unless you are the only one around. Regardless, I would support you to the best of my ability whether you wish to scheme or massacre.” He sighs into your shirt. “I was already quite upset that I did not manage to stop Walrus’s men from ambushing you. It put our negotiations at risk.”
“You were going to refuse her terms just because of that?” It’s not like Jade to make such an illogical decision for something that doesn’t even bring him entertainment. In fact . . . “I would’ve thought that watching me struggle in a fight would be interesting to you.”
“Of course it is.” His chest rumbles against your back. Your eyebrow twitches. Laughter? The nerve! “But I would rather you struggle in a situation that I’ve created, which I can stop whenever I wish.”
“So you only like my suffering when you’re in control of everything about it?”
“Let’s not call it suffering. Challenging obstacles, if you will. But yes.” His eyelashes flutter against your cheek. “If it is ever necessary to truly put your life at risk, it means that I have failed in some capacity.”
You should be grateful to hear those words. But some part of you sours. Why is he so bent on protecting you? You aren’t weak. Your Signature Spell’s primary function is to shield you from physical injuries. Fighting comes naturally to you. In fact, when you met the twins, you were the one who fought for Jade. Sort of. You even extorted him afterwards. And in the Leech Mafia, it is your job to protect him.
“I don’t need to be protected.”
“You are correct.” He nuzzles his face into your neck. “You have survived for this long in the mafia. I don’t try to keep you from harm because you are incompetent—far from it, actually. I do so because you are too competent. You take on more and more difficult work, increasing your chances of getting hurt, but you do not stop and consider how seeing you injured may throw me into disarray—”
He suddenly pauses. You think you get the gist of it. His parents still lie unconscious in hospital beds. Perhaps a small part of him blames himself for not being careful enough. Even you sometimes lie awake wondering if there was anything you could have done to prevent it. If only you took that manuscript seriously sooner. If only you had been more vigilant. If only, if only, if only. Do you dare to assume he’s worried about you as well?
Jade’s fingers tighten on your waist. “I want to make sure you are safe and comfortable. If you will allow me, I will do anything in my power to ensure it happens. Scheme and plot, stew in your thoughts, give orders like a tyrant. I will be your hands and feet so that you never have to endanger yourself. It is only a selfish desire of mine that you will never be harmed.”
“So, if I’m understanding correctly, you’re saying you care about me?”
He chuckles. “Is it something that needs to be said?”
Answering a question with a question. Typical.
“Tell me properly.”
“Relentless as always.” He relaxes his grip. “I care about you. More than you think.”
“You said you wouldn’t lie to me anymore.” There’s enough sincerity in his voice that you don’t have to confirm. A part of you just wants to hear him say it.
“I was not lying, then or now.” Jade’s arms wind around your torso and hold you close. “I have always been truthful on this subject, and this is no lie, either.”

Top Semblances in RWBY
I've never seen anyone talking much about the Semblances, I have gone to see the profiles of some RWBY characters on the website: rwby.fandom.com/wiki/Semblance
Some semblances are real shit, like in My Hero Academia where there is an extremely strong Quirk and others that are completely useless.
This list will not be from strongest to weakest or best to worst, I'm going to make a numbered list.
1 - Aura Amp, user Jaune Arc, in RWBY, the person who has the most aura reserves can be considered a GOD! Jaune has the best Semblance in terms of aura, which allows him to improve not only his own Aura, but also the Auras of other people. Not only this, but Jaune is able to restore a person's aura completely, If the person's aura has been broken.
Your Semblance will improve the Shield, Healing, Physical abilities, and Semblances of others, If the topic is aura, then Jaune has the best semblance for it.
I have already criticized this semblance because I thought it was very bad, but after studying the aura a bit, I saw that this is the best semblance. It is related to the aura.
2 - Tranquility, user Lie Ren, At various times, Ren's Appearance has proven very useful, against Grimms Grimms, it's a wonder he can go through multiple Grimms as if he just didn't exist. If Ren were to be an assassin, he would probably be the best one, the evolution of his Semblance is not very good for him, but if he were to become manipulative, it would be perfect.
3 - Polarity, user Pyrrha Nikos, It allowed Pyrrha to control the magnetism of metallic objects. Do I need to explain?
In the world of RWBY Gun-weapon where the vast majority are made purely of metal, Pyrrha's semblance is a wonder.
4 - Overactive Imagination, user Neopolitan/Trivia Vanille. Neo proved to be extremely adept at using her appearance. She used it on several occasions,
After the evolution of your semblance in Ever Alter (which may or may not have affected your Semblance ) your illusions that could not be touched before now become real.
Becoming capable of creating numerous tangible clones of herself or others and even replicate the abilities and weapons of those she copy. She can also grant her clones the ability to speak with the voices of the original. If her illusions could use people's semblance it would be greatly broken.
5 - Numbing Agent, user Hazel Rainart, allowed him to be completely insensitive to pain. I don't need to say anything else, for a Berserker this semblance is heaven on earth.
6 - Aura Disruption, user Tyrian Callows, so aura for Tyrain is even something that nothing, he completely ignores the aura, at least if the person is wearing armor, some other protection other than an aura, it is death.
7 - Photographic Memory, user Velvet Scarlatina, The name is self-explanatory, It allows her to mimic people's moves, including their fighting style.
8 - Beast Mode, user Fenix Nemean, ( Fenix Nemean is a character that appears in RWBY: The Grimm Campaign ) it allows him to transform himself into a beast like state that enhances his abilities.
Beast Mode allows Fenix to enter a berserker rage, increasing his physical capabilities. This can be triggered at will, but will also be triggered automatically if Fenix is afraid or extremely angry. However, he can be forced out of it if he becomes charmed, incapacitated, stunned, or unconscious. When he enters Beast Mode, it becomes harder for him to maintain his humanity.
Fenix's transformation has been described as visually similar to Hazel's transformation from injecting Dust crystals into his body, achieving greater musculature temporarily while giving into his primal instincts
9 - Telekinesis, user Glynda Goodwitch, this woman used her semblance in basically all of her appearances during volumes 1 to 3.
Then she became an unforgettable character.
10 - Invisibility Field, user May Marigold, It allows her to create a movable field of invisibility that makes things inside unseen.
11 - Pocket Dimensions, user Fiona Thyme, It allows her to absorb and hold objects inside of a personal pocket dimension.
Her Semblance seemingly allows her to absorb and store matter into herself through the palm of her hand. The exact upper limits to how much she can absorb are unknown, though Fiona has displayed the capacity to absorb an entire cargo truck complete with its cargo. One limitation appears to be that she must physically touch the object that she is absorbing. Fiona is able to then release said stored matter in whole.
12 - Mind Control, user Jax Asturias, It allows him to control the minds of others.
Mind Control allows Jax to dominate the wills of others he makes physical contact with. This is typically achieved by telepathically influencing their minds in the form of pushing a subconscious suggestion to them.
Jax is able to use his Semblance on multiple people at a time, with its effects lasting for extended periods of time, lasting from weeks to even months. When used on others, their Auras take on a nearly identical appearance to his own.
This list was made based on my personal opinion, you can research the Semblances and make your own list but be minimally coherent.
For example, Nora's Semblance is good, but that's the problem. She can't handle large amounts of electricity, she still feels pain, and as shown in volume 8 when you can see the large amount of electricity she fell unconscious.
Adam and Yang, Both have Semblances similar, the difference is Adam needs to use weapons and Yang needs to take damage, as soon as Adam loses his weapons it's over for him his semblance is useless.
Yang has a higher risk because in addition to taking damage, she runs the risk of having her aura broken. That is why your semblance is a double-edged knife.
I must remember that all semblances feed on the aura.

𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗣𝗟𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗨𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗘𝗦
The time has once again come for me to talk about some plot bunnies!! These are some all of the plot bunnies I currently have that I haven’t really talked about much, at least on here - feel free to ask me any questions you might have about them!!
Arabella Larson, Percy Jackson OC, OC + OC ship. Daughter of Aphrodite. Super sweet, sees Grover as a little brother figure and is very protective over him, has amazing fashion sense and is amazing at doing makeup. Girlfriend to an Ares girl named Noelle.
Tumblr media
Noelle Perez, Percy Jackson OC, OC + OC ship. Daughter of Ares, Arabella’s girlfriend. More skilled with hand-to-hand combat than weapons. One of the oldest kids in Ares cabin, so she acts as an older sister to everyone. Gets a bit protective over Percy immediately and doesn’t approve of Clarisse bullying him at all.
Tumblr media
Lydia Chen, Percy Jackson OC, Percy ship. Daughter of Apollo. A total theatre kid who’s a great singer and actress and wants to be on Broadway one day. Pretty much the only one to try and help Percy in his first week aside from Luke. Has a bit of healing ability, but can only fix minor cuts and scrapes. A bit dramatic, but still a sweetheart.
Tumblr media
Eleleth, Supernatural OC, OC + OC ship. Girlfriend for my other Supernatural OC Via Winchester. Young dominion angel who comes to Earth with Castiel to teach Via about her own abilities and her role in the coming fight, and winds up falling in love with her. A bit uptight and doesn’t think much of humans, but she grows right along with Cas. Via considers her name “too fancy” and calls her Elle, with she hates right up until she doesn’t.
Tumblr media
Morvant Bellatrix, One Piece live-action OC, Mihawk ship. Former assassin, of the all-female Fatale pirate crew. Known as the Siren of the East Blue because she has a Devil Fruit power that lets her inflict pain on people by singing a specific song (think kind of a dark Rapunzel). Basically unofficially adopts Luffy and the other Straw Hats and goes out of her way to keep bounty hunters and other pirates away from them. Mihawk takes one look at her torturing someone and immediately falls in love. She is cold and calculating but she also can and will kill for the people she cares about.
Tumblr media
Yami Corvo, One Piece live-action OC, Shanks ship. One of the most deadly assassins in all four Blues. Has a Devil Fruit power that allows them to manipulate their own blood and make it into weapons (think Marie Moreau from Gen V). Tries and fails to kill Mihawk, but he takes a liking to them and offers to bring them along with him on his travels, which is how they meet Shanks, who takes one look at this feral assassin and instantly gets heart eyes. They are very much a golden retriever/black cat ship and it’s lovely.
Tumblr media
Phoebe Mosley, The Magnificent Seven OC, Vasquez ship. Bounty hunter with incredible shooting skills who’s an old friend of Sam’s, so he recruits her to help protect Rose Creek. Closed-off and not receptive to Vasquez and Faraday’s flirting at first, but warms up to everyone on the team eventually and becomes besties with Billy. Name is inspired by Annie Oakley’s real name, Phoebe Ann Mosey.
Tumblr media
Santiago “Tiago” Rojas, The Magnificent Seven OC, poly Goody + Billy ship. Outlaw wanted for the murder of a preacher he’d found to be abusing his children who helps Faraday out when he’s approached by the men he owes money to and receives the offer to help Rose Creek along with him. Eventually falls in love with Goody and Billy, but also becomes Spanish-speaking besties with Vasquez and good friends with Jack because they’re both religious. Very good with knives and an axe when he can get his hands on one.
Tumblr media
Sophia Ramos, M*A*S*H OC, Father Mulcahy ship. Former USO girl and aspiring Broadway chorus girl who volunteers as a nurse when the army asks for more. A total girly girl who always wears makeup and her nice dresses whenever she doesn’t have to be in uniform. Incredibly cheery and playful, and often entertains the 4077th by singing and dancing to keep morale up. Becomes unexpected besties with Margaret, and just so happens to fall for the company priest along the way.
Tumblr media
Anastasia “Ana” Upland, The Hunger Games OC, poly Katniss and Peeta ship. District 3, Career victor of the 72nd Hunger Games. Eagerly volunteered for her Games, but became disillusioned with the Capital after having to kill just to survive and win and sought out the rebellion after Katniss and Peeta’s victory. Gets to know Katniss and Peeta during the Quarter Quell Games and slowly falls in love with both of them as the rebellion progresses. Very closed-off and cold because she’s haunted by the things she’s seen and done, but fiercely loyal and would do anything for the people she cares about. Skilled with a variety of weapons, but best at close hand-to-hand combat.
Tumblr media
Delilah “Lila” Wills, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen OC, poly Tom Sawyer + OC ship. Added to the relationship between Tom and my other OC Enola Holmes. Works as a secretary and assistant for Enola’s small detective business in London before she gets recruited by the League, and when the League comes back for another mission in London Enola convinces the other members to make her a part of the group. She and Enola were definitely something more than friends before, but when she sees Enola is with Tom she thinks she has no more chance until all three of them realize they’re all falling in love with each other. She also becomes besties with Skinner because they’re both crafty buggers with Cockney accents and a loose relationship with the law.
Tumblr media
Tagging everyone who might be interested in some of these babies: @auxiliarydetective, @luucypevensie, @xoteajays, @themaradwrites, @endless-oc-creations, @starcrossedjedis, @ginevrastilinski-ocs, @oneirataxia-girl.

I am back with my Dadknight bullshit after procrastinating on the Danny Phantom fandom for so long-
Anyway, you know that feeling of putting so many headcanons on a character that they become another character?
Me @Fright Knight.
I will separate this into 4 "Acts".
His Childhood, his Adulthood, his ghostly afterlife, and his servitude under his kings.
Tumblr media
1. His Childhood
Fright Knight or Ferdinand (the beautiful name @jadenoryuu came up with a few months ago) was raised by his older sister after their mother died during childbirth and his father died of an infection.
He also had 6 younger siblings, though only 2 of them survived past the age of 10.
(What can I say? Dark age and all of that.)
From a very young age, he had to help his sister with raising their siblings and spend most of his time working in the fields of a minor noble to ease their debt of living on his land.
Despite his rough upbringing, he used to be a cheerful child.
He liked to create fairy tales and stories to make others happy.
Then, at the ripe age of 13, small but bloody battles started to happen around the borders of the minor noble, as another blue-blooded idiot had taken his place and now wanted to expand his lands.
It's important to say that said noble couldn't count on his fellow nobles to help him and also didn't want to lose parts of his lands.
So he did the unorthodox thing and gave his workers and villagers weapons.
It was a stupid thing to do, but he was able to manipulate his men into thinking that this was for their own protection.
Ferdinand was 14 when he killed for the first time.
As the battles became more violent, it happened again and again, till his hands stopped shaking whenever he had to use the sword and people started to see him as a ruthless monster.
He was 16 when this battle stopped for him after he was sold by the noble to a group of mercenaries, who saw his "talent" at killing other people.
There, he was given some actual training with the sword, learned to ride a horse, and even the basics of reading and writing.
It was pretty much the best thing that could have happened to him, even if it meant that he never saw any of his siblings ever again.
2. His Adulthood
Ferdinand spent most of his adult life as a hired blade for various nobles and as such backstabbed his way into infamy.
As long as you could pay the price, he'd do any deed for you.
(Most of his earned money still went to the group that trained, fed, and clothed him)
It was only after he was 29 that he found his permanent Master in the form of an equally infamous noble that he was supposed to kill.
He wasn't able to assassinate him and when he was at the end of the others blade, he had taken a liking to him.
The noble paid off his debt to the Mercenary group and made him his knight, which was a great honor to a lowborn man like him.
Ferdinand looked up to that noble.
He was strong. Stronger than himself and anyone he ever had to work for, unlike the other, fearful and weak nobles.
He was also kind, despite being known as a cruel ruler.
Ferdinand was allowed to read and create stories and poems.
Nightmare stems from one of them. She was originally a creature that he had created as a child to help his siblings fall asleep.
An Alicorn that appeared to those with the purest of hearts, turned into a being of Ruthlessness that hunts down those who stand in her way by the trauma he had gone through in his life.
He died in battle at the age of 35, after his ruler turned his back on him, to flee against the lowborn villagers that revolted against him.
3. His ghostly Afterlife
He formed because of his obsession to find a master who is strong and wouldn't turn their back on their subordinates.
Ferdinand spent most of his time tearing down and destroying ghost after ghost to find that master, giving him the name Fright Knight.
Due to this unrelenting fighting, he became strong enough to create Nightmare into reality.
4. His servitude under his Kings
Pariah Dark was the first ghost that was able to beat him and he started to follow him like he did with his former master when he was alive.
It was comfortable for him.
Easy.
It was his King that gave him the soul shredder and he did like to fight alongside him.
But he was also more than aware that he did not care for him or anyone else outside of their power.
After all, there were times when he forced his hand with his crown of fire and ring of rage.
After Pariah Dark was sealed away, the same fate awaited him in the form of a pumpkin, a throwback to his beginnings as a farm worker.
Meeting his current King for the first time was an... event.
Having the gift of his former king stolen from him was worse than the joy of getting free.
He ended up defeated, sealed back, by him and it made him furious.
How could someone so young and foolish do that to him?
Somehow, he was more angry about not getting a real fight against him and wanted to remedy this.
Because there is a difference between losing a battle and getting tricked.
This was abandoned after Vlad promised him a way to free his (former) King.
So he decided to follow him and train that potential.
Then that kid showed up again, beating not only him and his army but also his king, solidifying his potential over them.
This boy could become a real monster, if someone trained him, similar to how the group of mercenaries had helped him become one.
His King wasn't amused about this in the beginning, not trusting him for the things he had done before.
But he didn't have a chance, because he needed more allies in the ghost world and Fright Knight was a powerful creature.
___
This is it for this post! I hope that I was able to build a okish backstory for him.
I will make another one detailing more of his relationships between Danny, the rest of the everlasting trio, Jazz, Dani and Mr Lancer.
(I am also really interested in your guys opinion on this)

a least to most likely list of which of the robins would hide injuries
dick, is surprisingly the least likely to hide injuries. he got told sence he was able to walk and do stunts that improperly cared for injuries could not only harm him but other performers and thats stuck with him. add in being the leader of the teen titans and trying to set a good example for them, hes fully open with his injuries when hes hurt.
--dick has a spread sheet of injury and when he got them, he thinks it funny
tim is the second least likely to hide injuries, now this is only because in the first year or two of being robin haveing a infection or improperly cared for wound would take him out of the field and away from doing damage control with bruce. and now its just a habit too keep track of his injuries
---tim would hid older injuries that wouldn't effects his field capabilities (spleen spleen spleen) but not anything recent or pressing
up next is duke! duke as the leader of the we are robins thing has had to deal with idiots under his command hideing injuries and he refuses to add that stress onto bruce and alfred. he knows how annoying and worrying it is to have to wonder if your people are actually field ready or lieing too you.
--he would only hid injuries if they came from civilian life or for a stupid thing like triping off a roof or swinging into a wall, but like tim he wouldnt if it was something big or would affect his capabilities
steph is next up, were edgeing into would definitely hide shit, steph does not see bruce as a parent and barely sees him as a boss. shes a latch key kid with a terrible dad and a try her best but not get mom, no way in hell would she come out with injuries outload but she would let alfred treat her if it came up. prefers to go to Leslie cause she trusts her more, and as such bruce usually only hears about her injuries after the fact.
---steph fully mocks bruce that if he was the worlds greatest detective he would know when shes hurt, goes to Leslie or alfred if its really bad
this was a toss up, but damian is next, assassins dont really lend them selves to being good people to tell that your injured, even the ones ment to serve you. damian is basically allergic to telling anyone anything is actually wrong with him ever, unless its him and bruce one of one. bruce is essentially the only person he trusts enough to admit hes injured.
--getting damian to admit hes injured is like trying to give a feral cat a bath, no one likes doing it but its necessary sometimes
jason!! second to last on the list, jason would actually fully chew off his own leg then tell the bats hes injured ever. not only because he doesn't trust 90% of them not to use it to fuck him over, but also because bruce will become simultaneously the most helicopter parent and the emotional brick wall the second he knows Jason's hurt, its honestly worse then being shot to see him try and ground jason like hes still a child, while also being full emotional brick wall batman mode
--jason has pushed tim down the bottomless pit in the cave before just so he could bolt before bruce could quarantine him in the cave cause he got hurt, jason would fully fist fight his way out of the batfam then ever admit hes hurt
and to round it off cass! cass will slink away to hide and lick her wound and you would never know shes hurt unless she lets you. raised as a weapon i dont think David cain was the kinda person to treat an injury with anything other then disappointment, and cass still sees her own injury as failures in her training. shes fully capable of doing most of her own medical care and useing it to her advantage in avoiding telling anyone her injuries.
--cass broke her arm once and as soon as it was put in a cast no one saw her tell it was fully healed. not even bruce is sure where she was or what she was doing during those months

PROPAGANDA
Amy Propaganda
"Despite the fact that Sonic has said outright that she is important to him and someone he's glad to have around, fans choose to ignore that she is shown to be a good friend and has lots of friends- Cream, Big, Tails, Blaze, Knuckles, Shadow, Rouge(? They didn't seem to get along, but she invited Rouge to her birthday), Vector, Espio, Silver, E-102 Gamma, Elise, Belle, Sticks, and again, Sonic- in favor of pretending that she is a creepy, obsessive fanatic and a stalker who forces herself into Sonic's life and the lives of those around him without ever being wanted. It's quite frankly disturbing."
Kairi Propaganda
"The Kingdom Hearts game series is about Mickey Mouse battling the forces of Darkness with an alliance of fashionable anime boys. Kairi is a major character, and one of the few female characters. She is part of a trio of childhood best friends, with the protagonist Sora and their other friend Riku (who had a villain arc and then a redemption arc). Though Kairi is constantly and clumsily sidelined by the canon narrative, she arguably has more backstory going on than any other major characters. She is a refugee from another planet. She implicitly lost her beloved grandma at five years old in the traumatic destruction of their hometown. She was kidnapped and experimented on by an evil wizard-scientist—she escaped thanks to having a magic charm that basically teleported her to her soulmate(s). Then she had to adjust to living on a new planet and being adopted by a new family. In the very first game, when she's 14, she turns out her pure heart is one of 7 in the entire universe to be free of Darkness—she shows a full emotional spectrum of fear, sadness, frustration, defeat, but she isn't vulnerable to corruption. In KH2, she becomes one of the Chosen Ones who wield a magical weapon called a Keyblade. She loves her friends very much, and she has the unique talent to instantly recognize them even when they've been transformed into monsters. She has saved them several times with nothing but the Power Of Love in her heart randomly manifesting in, like, telepathy and teleportation and resurrection—she doesn't even consciously know that she has powers, her love is just so great that it's accepted as a tangible force of nature. She is frustrated and ashamed by her role as a damsel in distress, and she wishes to be stronger and combat-capable so that she join her male friends on their adventures instead of waiting around where it's safe. Also she was kidnapped by an evil assassin clown who's ten years older than her, and then they became friends. NOT ONLY does the fandom plug its ears and claim there is nothing interesting about this character and no potential in her story—Kairi has been demonized by the fandom for about 20 years. Somehow Kairi is useless and boring while also being a Mary Sue at the same time. She was called a bitch and a slut and a whore. She was hated for wearing too much pink and wielding a girly weapon with a floral design. She was criticized as a slut for wearing a short skirt, and for THE PLAYER being able to manipulate the camera into a contrived angle to look up her skirt to see her panties in the first edition of KH2. You can find nearly 20-year-old fanfiction and fanart of her being twisted into an evil schemer driving her friends apart, and of her being gleefully brutalized and insulted. Haters STILL comb for every crumb to make elaborate anti-canon theories about why she's an agent of evil, even though canon has FIRMLY ESTABLISHED for TWENTY YEARS since the very beginning that she's THE ONE CHARACTER incapable of growing Darkness in her heart. The theory is that she exists only as a puppet sent by the main villain to sabotage her friends (the plot for two out of the four main female characters) for all ten years of their friendship. The theory is that she's been using her powers to force her friends to love her—and their Power Of Friendship that is the EMOTIONAL BACKBONE OF THE STORY, and THE MAJOR FORCE OF GOOD IN THEIR UNIVERSE, and THE MOST CONSISTENT MOTIVATION FOR THE HEROES is all Just Misdirection LOL building up to a shitty Plot Twist. The theory is that she's secretly a custom-manufactured Chirithy (a cute talking animal companion that serves and guides humans)—and not a human girl with her own natural feelings and aspirations. AND THEN after stripping her of every important trait and role, these fans claim they're making Kairi more important and interesting than she is in canon. I don't know what causes the fandom to so desperately hate a sweet 14-year-old girl who literally canonically never did anything wrong."

Hey, out of curiosity, do you have any ATLA ocs, and if you do, for your main oc[s], lore?
Also, any hc's about Azula, cuz I think she's my favorite character in the series :DDD
AYYY PUMPKIN LOVE YOU <33
Hmm,
One of my fav headcanons is that Zuko and Azula were very very close as kids, even closer than normal sibling pairs But then Ozai began to mold Azula, causing her to become distant, and even cruel enough to the point she’d hurt Zuko just to gauge his reactions
------------
ATLAVERSE OC LORE
you are going to regret ever asking about my oc lore :D
okay okay so basically
We have 7 ocs (<33), all based in a modern AU for ATLA. Its in todays world, so we have all of the tech of today. In this world, benders are the minority and the subject of a lot of prejudice. Some people love em, most hate them because they’re far more powerful than the average human and everyone is threatened by them. A few smart people make friends with the benders (big brain) but most everyone is terrified by them (peasants).
In Tabs' words:
"Benders in the modern world are a minority and are oppressed and demonized. Any person known to have bending powers are locked in jail, killed, or sent to illegal bending arenas to fight to the death.
The Avatar spirit has been missing for generations. There is no hope, there is no brighter future for benders.
The Avatar is gone. Lost.
Until he was found in the body of a man named Revon.
Revon, forced to hide for the entirety of his life, seeks not to bring benders and nonbenders together, but to eradicate every last one of the benders so that he alone holds all the power.
He will unite the world, under his rule.
That’s where a small rebel group, known as the Steel Hearts, comes into play. A vigilante group dating back to the times of Avatar Korra, it is led by a young waterbender. Once, her parents led the group, before they disbanded under mysterious circumstances.
For five years, the waterbender has languished in hiding. Once a formidable assassin and a powerful bloodbender, now only a tender of a tea house.
Her tranquil life is flipped on its head one day, when an airbender running from her past seeks the waterbender out, begging her to pick up the pieces of the decades old rebellion and put them back together.
And here is where our story truly begins."
Put simplistically,
nonbender government: bending is bad kill all benders avatar: non-benders are bad, benders are bad, kill all of the benders so i can be the only bender and threaten the non-benders the group: hey what the fuck
The characters are based off of my best friends, the people in the infamous Infinity Gauntlet GC, and the adults are based off our teachers (they love it i swear)
Characters below the cut!
Steel Hearts
Kara [she/her] (me) -> Waterbender, Bloodbender, trained assassin, weapon of choice: throwing knives <33, Orion's S/O
Akira [she/they] (@tabsters) -> Firebender, Lightningbender, (lore to be revealed), weapon of choice: pistol, Rexen's S/O
Rexen [they/them] (@iirexenii) -> Earthbender, Metalbender (second to only Ren), (lore to be revealed), weapon of choice: dual scythes, Akira's S/O
Ren [he/him] (@halfghostlyfires) -> Earthbender, can literally bend every sub-element, most powerful earthbender right after Toph Beifong, resident rich guy #1, weapon of choice: Kyoketsu-shoge (“KNIFE ON A ROPE” according to tabs)
Amara [she/her] (@serenaisproblem) -> Airbender, hacker, weapon of choice: pocketknife (violence when she has to)
Artemis [he/him] (this is the Artemis that Tabs and I refer to) -> Waterbender, resident rich guy #2, weapon of choice: handheld dagger (only resorts to violence when he has to)
Zephyr [they/them] (@im-just-here-for-the-comics-r18) -> Non-bender, absolute badass and will not hesitate to kill, weapon of choice: a goddamn flame thrower
Akio [he/him] (@tdog451) -> Firebender, one of the most powerful in the group, weapon of choice: also throwing knives and his firebending, if you haven't guessed by now, this is Kara's lost lost twin brother
Orion [he/him] (@yourlocalapplejuice) -> Airbender, doesn't do violence except to protect those he loves too, weapon of choice: airbending, Kara's S/O
Villains:
Revon: based off of my humanities teacher, has some history with Kara (we literally dont know what yet), the Avatar and Kara’s direct opponent, weapon of choice: throwing knives
Vexx: based off of no one because Vexx is creepy and weird and none of us like him, weapon of choice: literally any kind of knife and gun, Artemis’ direct opponent
Lilith: also not based off of anyone because she is terrifying, runs an illegal bending arena, both Rexen’s and Akira’s direct opponent, weapon of choice: gun
Those are the three main villain as of now, we’re still developing Amara’s and Zephyr’s
Backstories:
Kara: parents were assassins, bloodbenders, and leaders of the Steel Hearts, passed that down to Kara. Her parents ended up killing each other (no explanation yet <33)
Akira and Rexen: both were kidnapped at a young age and forced to fight in a bending arena. Rexen escaped first, but was forced to leave Akira behind. Akira finally escaped, met up with Kara's gang, then finds Rexen, and now those two make out at every opportunity after 6 months of being apart
Ren and Artemis: their stories are intertwined. Both were best friends in their youth, but Artemis’ parents being killed led to a rift in their friendship (if you want more on this specific one, tabs and I have a ficlet)
Ren: abusive parents, rich dude, but runs away, ends up getting kidnapped and arrested, his parents have put out a bounty on him
Artemis: actual loving parents, but they’re dead now (heheh) so artemis is forced to live on his own at 12, ends up being successful but chooses to look for his parents’ killer
Amara: oldest kid and has to take care of her siblings. After striking a deal with some pretty shady people, amara shoves her family in a safe place and runs. She is the first member of the steel hearts, and she is the one who encourages Kara to restart it
(We’re still figuring out Zephyr’s backstory lmao but I will put it in here soon)
YEAH THATS ABOUT IT IF YALL WANT SOME OF THE FICS ASK TABS OR ME AND WE’LL BE VERY VERY HAPPY TO SHARE
AAAAAAAAAAAAAA THANKS FOR THE ASK, PUMPKIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hubristic Assholes Tourney Round 1 part 3a
Lelouch vi Britannia (Code Geass) vs Bedman (Guilty Gear)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Propaganda below cut! (spoiler warning)
Lelouch
Lelouch thinks he's singularly strong enough to take down an entire empire that controls two-thirds of the planet and owns giant murder robots. There are many, many times where he nearly gives away his secret identity, get himself or his allies killed, and/or ruins his own rebellion because he overestimates himself. Most notably, the entirety of his hubris throughout the series culminates in all of his allies turning against him and him only being able to survive because his "brother" has the exact required superpower to be able to sacrifice himself to save Lelouch. He also believes (mostly correctly, in the case of Code Geass) that he is so important that his death will bring about world peace; Lelouch is very similar to what happens when you take Light Yagami and make him both effective and actually a decent person.
Bedman
SO ngl I'm not entirely sure if this counts as hubris or not But. Him and his sister were both born with a condition that made their brains go too fast and forced them to have to be in a coma so their brains don't overheat. So Bedman was in a coma, dreaming, and found out that dreams were connected to a different dimension called "The Backyard". Now, there's a lot of confusing lore when ot comes to The Backyard, but it's essentially the "code" or "operating system" of reality. So what do you do when you find out that you can basically manipulate reality via your dreams while in a coma? Try to become a god of course! Well, kinda. More specifically he wanted to create what's basically a new world, one where he can rewrite a few things so that him and his sister don't have to deal with being in a coma. But that'd require basically god like powers to actually pull off. Now, at some point while he was making his plans in The Backyard, he met the pope (no like, literally the pope,) otherwise known as Ariels. Before this he was full well ready to die to meet his goal, but Ariels offered a few alterations to his plans that would allow him to live (and allow her to meet her goals as well). So with her connections as the pope, Ariels was able to fashion him a mechanical weaponized bedframe that he could control and use for his missions (aka murder lots of murder). Fast forwards a bit and surprise surprise! The plans are kinda sorta falling apart. He's still sticking with it to the bitter end and, by God, is the end bitter. A retired vampire and some people who used to/still work for the assassins guilt he used to run (long story) figured out Bedman's weaknesses, then put together a plan to defeat him. Of which involved a gay man who uses a billiards que as a weapon and a robot (who's also gay long story). So these 2 confront Bedman, the robot tells him to touch grass before blowing up in his face and allowing the gay man to crush Bedman with a giant que (again, long story). This act wakes Bedman up. After this they kinda fuck off, then Ariels appears. Bedman, who looks like a literal wet cat at this point, informs Ariels that he is no longer useful in combat, and will use his remaining power to heal the casualties. What does Ariels do? Laugh. She fucking laughs and tells him that she's been manipulating him all long, and that he did so perfectly he even dies for her in the end. So he, understandably tbh, gets absolutely fucking furious with her and proceeds to begin creating an absolute world and prevents her from killing him. Telling her that he could've just, done this the whole time on his own. But it's already too late, he's dying from being awake for too long. So he uses the last of his power to do... Something. We aren't sure what Exactly he did, but he did something that allowed his sister to be awake. After which he turns to stone and Ariels is upset that she wasn't able to kill him herself. NOW, if this at all makes him sound super sympathetic, that's because I was trying to skip over a lot of stuff to save time and that included the part where he uhhhh, you know, kills hundreds, potentially thousands and enjoys it. The first scene you see of him is him choking a man in his dream world while tauting him and grinning. He isn't a good person and fully deserved what was coming to him (in fact his original plan most likely involved more people dying). Anyways, if you want to know more watch the Xrd arcade mode cutscenes and then watch the Xrd story mode they're all on YouTube;
So here's the other stuff I want to say about him: I LOVE HIM SO MUCH he's such an asshole he's great. Whenever you win a match as him he goes on a rant that could be summed up as "sucks to suck" but is 10 times longer than it needs to be while talking at mach 10. Example of this: "We talk about 'survival of the fittest' a lot but all that really means is the skilled live and the unskilled die. Since you're clearly in that second group, maybe pick your fights a bit more carefully? Do you understand what I'm saying? It's never going to matter how much you 'want it' when you're up against someone who can kill you with a sneeze." He also has an instant kill (a special attack that every character has a unique version of, it's also usually very over the top and flashy,) that is called The Theater of Pain. Basically, what he does in this attack is drag the opponent into his nightmare world (which is a movie theater) and subjects them to their worst possible trauma. He watches this with a grin and proceeds to fucking CLAP afterwards. My dude literally has his very own personal murder torture dimension and still felt the need to remake the whole world. If this doesn't sound like an asshole who's be done in by their hubris idk what does.

Here they are! The sillies!!
They're a group of fantasy misfits and outlaws, each trying to escape from something. They all cross paths and become a found family in a story I have in my head but they mostly just vibe in there.
Closeups and info about each of them under this
Angel Goodsprout
Tumblr media
A fairy traveling around the world and exploring herself after escaping a magical, astral themed cult. Having been part of a pyramid scheme her whole life, unaware of her situation, made her optimistic, hardworking and considerate, but then again also naive and a people pleaser. She's a very powerful magic user but the leader of the cult put a spell on her so she can only use her powers when the sun is out.
Isaac Graves
Tumblr media
A human disguised as a warlock traveling elf and magic territory, where humans are generally unwelcome, looking for his lost brother. He fakes having magic of his own using the special properties of plants and potions. He's cunning and emotionally shut-off but is very protective of those he cares about. Maybe bit overbearing, even. His good heart made him earn the trust of a mischievous little fire spirit.
Jasper char Elvenstone
Tumblr media
A young elf who uses his extraordinary archery skills as an assassin. He can be pretty immature, making bad decisions like joining a gang, but also paradoxically he also acts too old for his age, thinking that doing these things will serve as vengeance for the loss of his family. He's impulsive, and cocky, and bold, but overall a good kid that's just misguided.
"Mae"
Tumblr media
A creature of origin so ancient it has been lost to time, Mae is an old witch doctor with a keen interest in the bridge between life and death, among magic and non-magic beings. They're basically escaping death playing god with their own soul and giving themselves a very long lifespan. They are morbidly curious, a bit scatterbrained, and outright unpredictable. However they grow fond of the group and decide to stay around.
Felix Graves
Tumblr media
Ran away from his small-minded human hometown to achieve his dream of becoming a great inventor. An expert on mechanics and a lover of astronomy, he studies the magical properties of stars and constellations to use as power for his machines. He wants to make use of his talent to help people, but he's very awkward when trying to show it. He's quiet and self-contained, and usually deadpan and brutally honest when talking to others.
Selene Noir
Tumblr media
Another refugee of the astral cult, her magical powers are limited to work only when the moon is out. Unlike Angel, she was skeptical of the cult's methods, and her rebellious nature got her in trouble. Even after escaping, she stays distrustful of the people around her, and she struggles making close connections with others. Alternatively she is very good at manipulating and scamming, so she makes a business selling overpriced magic weapons for non-magics.

So I got the main guys of the 141st done, but what about other CoD characters? Do they have dragons? Abso-fucking-lutely! And I'm gonna continue this little series with a recently found favorite and his dragon:
König and Amsel
Tumblr media
König
1. König is of course a title. For the sake of this AU his name is Kaleb (I refuse to call him Kilgore because that sounds WAY too extra/on the nose).
2. He is, of course, king of his own kingdom, called Edren, which borders Athana to the north.
3. He became king at fifteen, after his father was killed by an assassin from another kingdom. At the time he was considered too young to rule, but he was a fast learner and took to heart both the words of his advisors and the needs of his people.
4. Kaleb is betrothed to Princess Lyra of Athana, and has been since they were both children. There's a five year age gap between the two, and they alternated visiting each other's kingdoms during the summer months, so as to not interrupt either of their studies, until they were both adults.
5. He does deeply love Lyra, but admits he's jealous of her close connection with the Ghost of Dragon's Keep...
6. Claimed Amsel at the age of seventeen, which actually angered a lot of the common people in Athana, as they saw Amsel "The Black Bird" as their primary protector.
7. Has impeccable aim with a crossbow, on both dragon and horseback.
8. Has been teaching Lyra his language. He's basically like her own version of duolingo.
9. While a good ruler, Kaleb is a jealous man. He sees Simon as competition for his betrothed, and does what he can to keep Lyra from him while he's in Athana.
10. Let's just say hell has no fury like a giant scorned. A giant who also happens to have the second largest dragon in existence at his disposal...
Amsel
1. Known as the Black Bird to the commoners of Athana, Amsel is the second largest dragon in the known world. Only his mother Nova is bigger than him.
2. Is the brother of Lyra's dragon, Talaera. The two were nest mates and are still close. Their riders are betrothed but that doesn't mean they'll mate. Dragons are cool, but incest isn't, even among them.
3. His scales are a deep purple that they look almost black, hence the name Black Bird. His flames are deep violet with veins of black and red.
4. He can eat cattle and other livestock whole, and often does. This actually angers a lot of the farmers in Edren, who've been calling for Amsel to be locked up.
5. Is protective of his sister and family, as well as his Rider. Amsel has a relatively nasty temper towards anyone who dares to think of harming them.
6. Amsel tolerates humans. He doesn't necessarily like them, but he tries not to harm them either. They're like insects to him: sometimes fascinating, other times a pest.
7. Refuses to wear a saddle as he finds them binding. Also has a deep hatred of chains. Do not bring a chain anywhere near Amsel, as he will melt it.
8. Like his Rider sees Simon, Amsel sees Brightfire as a threat rather than competition. He believes Talaera deserves better, but Tala is stubborn in that regard.
9. He has defective muscles in his throat, so rather than roaring he screeches. His voice is a little higher pitched than one would expect (kinda like his Rider...).
10. Has no desire to be used as a weapon to hurt people, fearing he'll become as notorious as his father, Daharak the Hellborn, who is now seen as a force of evil.
And that's it for these two! I really hope you guys liked it! I have a few more characters for this AU already made (Laswell, Graves, and, because I actually do love her, Farrah). I don't know if I'll do anyone else from the game after that. If the interest is there I might take suggestions and include others in this AU. I'd like to incorporate Alejandro and Rudolfo, possibly even Valeria and even Makarov into this at some point. Let me know what you guys think!

Accidental Insanity
(Cicero x Assassin!Reader)
Tumblr media
A/N: I did this in the really early hours (around 1-2am) so I'm sorry if it seems kooky at some points.
The sun hung low in the sky. Pretty purples, oranges and yellows covered the sky. Inside a hidden sanctuary lived an organization of highly trained assassins. The people you called your ‘family’. You were currently sitting in your private room. The cream colored candles on your desk burned with a soft glow, the wax slowly sliding down the sides from how many times you used them. Dipping a quill in the inkwell, you started writing on the paper again. The sound of mumbling and light laughter caught your attention. You knew who the voice belonged to, Cicero. The deranged man who was accepted into the organization by your boss and ‘sister’, Astrid.
An older voice spoke up, the person sounded annoyed. “Will someone shut up the clown!” You sighed and set your quill down before standing up and making your way to the main area. There, you saw Cicero tapping his lips with his pointer finger, like he was thinking.
When he saw you, his eyes lit up and he happily skipped to you. “Happy to see Y/n! Yes yes indeed!” If he had a tail you swore it would be wagging. “Are you done with your writings?” You nodded with a friendly smile. Cicero basically bounced on his heels in excitement.
The old man Festus Krex walked to you both, his famous sour expression showing on his face. “Y/n, are you just going to talk or actually work?” Cicero’s eyes darkened and a look of pure hatred appeared across his face.
He unsheathed his dagger from his side and pointed it at Festus Krex. “You dare speak to my Mistress in such a way?” His voice spoke with intent to kill.
The shock on Festus Krex’s face only showed for a second before it turned into irritation, his teeth gritting together. “Like you have the nerve to wield that steel to my throat.” Cicero’s actions spoke for him as he lunged forward and placed the steel dagger to Festus Krex’s throat. The smile spreading across Cicero’s face could creep out even an Orc warrior. Other members who saw the scene either put down or ignored what they were doing and ran to them.
Astrid was the first to get to them. “Cicero, stop this madness!” Her voice sounded rushed and slightly panicked.
Cicero’s eyes never left Festus Krex with that grin still plastered on his face. “He disrespected the Listener, now he faces the punishment.”
“Cicero…” Your voice was soft but stern. After what felt like an eternity, he finally lowered his weapon from the old man’s throat.
“Do you not have any sense? You could have actually hurt him, you fool.” Astrid’s husband, Arnbjorn, pushed the jester to the ground causing his clothes to become dirty. Cicero’s dagger sliced his own hand during the impact.
You noticed this and glared at the man, helping Cicero up. “Do you? Maybe he shouldn't have acted like he did but at least he has more brains than you, mutt.” Before anyone could speak, you led Cicero away from the group of armed assassins. He didn’t protest but why would he? He trusts you more than anyone. You brought him to your chambers, making him sit down on the bed.
He watched as you went to and fro looking for stuff. “What are you gathering dear Listener?” His voice seemed less cheery than before.
“Looking for stuff to clean that hand.” you replied. Cicero raised an eyebrow in confusion. Why help him? Nobody does so why are you? Why now? He didn’t notice you as you came closer to him, lifting his chin to look into his eyes. “Are you alright? You look spaced out.”
Cicero came back to reality and smiled big. “Oh yes, yes! Cicero is glad youre the one helping him!” You observed his face, knowing there was something gnawing at him. You took his chin between your fingers and made him fully look at you. The beat of his heart pounded faster and he could feel heat rise to his cheeks. He was so confused about what this feeling was.
“Are you sure? You're red as a tomato. Feeling sick at all?” you asked Cicero. Cicero shook his head, not trusting his voice. You took his jester's hat off him and placed it to the side. His red hair cascaded to his shoulders, some strands getting in his face. “Maybe that will make your temperature less hot.” You took his injured hand and put ointment on the cut gently. You then wrapped his hand with bandage wrappings and when you were finished, you kissed his palm. “There, all better.”
Cicero cleared his throat and smiled. “Oh, so polite and friendly! Yes, Cicero thanks your kindness!
You put the wooden bowl down which contained the ointment. “Don’t thank me. I’m just showing genuine care.”
He tilted his head to the side, authentic confusion in his eyes. “But, no one else does!” You cupped his cheeks, your eyes softening as you looked at him. ‘Oh no, there's that feeling again!’ Cicero thought to himself. He looked back up at you and into your eyes that he very much adored.
“If you need me, you know where to find me. Alright?” Your voice spoke like velvet. He nodded and watched as you smiled and walked away, leaving him to ponder. Ever since then, Cicero followed you wherever you went. Either just walking across the room or traveling to a city, he was there. You did not mind his company that much. His jokes and boisterous personality made the trips more entertaining.
* * *
Your heart still hastily beats from the battle you just witnessed. You made sure to check if anyone followed you from the fort and dismounted your horse. You stood outside the sanctuary with your black horse, gently stroking its mane and whispering praises to the proud creature. You walked to the door past the hanging moss from overhead. The first thing that you heard was Astrid's voice, yelling with anger. “Astrid! What is causing you such distress?”
“Cicero has crossed the line this time! He went nuts and stabbed Veezara! I want you to find him and kill him. And make it slow…” Your heart plummeted to your stomach. Astrid’s words replayed in your head. You turned your head to look at Veezara who was sitting down and clutching his side. “Yes, Sister…”
* * *
You rode to the old sanctuary on your horse through the cold wind and blistering snow. With each step the horse’s hooves made, a crunch could be heard. Red liquid was all you saw when you got to the stone door. Pushing it open and making your way through the old structure, you followed the blood droplets leading you further in. Then you saw him, Cicero. He was pacing back and forth, rambling to himself. Your eyes softened slightly but you put your feelings aside and went to him.
“Cicero is sorry…He didn’t mean to!” It seemed the panic was still in his eyes.
“Yes I know.” You carefully stepped closer. When he’s in this state you know to be slow and cautious with everything you say or do. Cicero laughed, the sound of it made your skin crawl. Before you knew it, tears were escaping his eyes like waterfalls. His psychotic laughter rang through both of your ears as you watched him. “Let’s–” You didn’t finish your sentence when Cicero suddenly came at you, his fingers wrapping around his dagger. Your instincts kicked in and you drew your weapon.
Cicero’s body fell limp in your arms as the steel sword plunged into his stomach. The musty room you were in felt almost suffocating as you sat on the cold floor. Your hands couldn’t stop shaking as the bloody sword you held finally fell to the floor with a clang. The images of the day ran through your mind like a slideshow. Your breaths became jagged as you looked at the pool of blood that had formed under his corpse. His body still layed there, his head facing away from you. Sure you had killed many times before but this time, it was different.
“I just wanted to save him…” You kept whispering these words over and over again. His once beating heart now could barely be felt or heard. You felt like crying as you placed your hands over your mouth. You never knew why his crazy personality interested you but it did. You slowly pulled yourself up onto your legs that threatened to go out. You took the items off his dead body and left without looking back.
* * *
Everytime you turned you could have sworn he was there. You opened the door that led to the place you called home. Astrid looked up from the blade she was holding and smiled at you. “I suppose Cicero is dead?”
You nodded, refusing to look her in the eyes. “Yes, now if you don’t need me I'll be out for a while.” Before Astrid could answer, You walked away with your hood up which concealed the tears that tried to break out. You hopped onto your horse that you kept tied up outside and instantly made him go into a fast trot.
Soft whispers and tsk sounds made your ears perk and a chill to run through your spine. The horse's movements slowed to a near stop and your eyes racked over your surroundings. All you heard was the wind but then you heard it.
Cicero watched you as he sat on a nearby cliff, a sorrowful look on his face. “My my, tears don’t look good on you…”
Your eyes widened and then your eyes landed on him. “Cicero…no it–it can’t be…”
“Hello, My Treasure…”

you mentioned two more opla ocs on the discord, now im putting u on the spot! i wanna hear about em!! or whatever details/ideas you have currently ✨🩵 — @xoteajays
Ahhh, thank you so much for asking about my newest pirate show babies, TJ!! I definitely don’t mind being put on the spot if it’s for them <3. And I’m also gonna tag the One Piece gang @auxiliarydetective, @oneirataxia-girl, @starcrossedjedis, @supermarine-silvally, and @endless-oc-creations!!
Tumblr media
Now, first we have Morvant Bellatrix! She’s a former assassin, basically born and raised to kill (she was orphaned as a baby and the people who took her in were Not Great), and while she was doing this work she was one of the most feared people in the East Blue. This was mostly because of her incredible fighting skills and talent with almost every weapon you could think of, but it was also because she’d eaten a Devil Fruit as a child (the exact name of which is still pending) that granted her the ability to inflict pain on someone just by singing a specific song. Think a very twisted version of Rapunzel’s healing song from Tangled, that’s basically what she can do. Eventually, though, she got tired of killing all the time and decided to do the only thing she could think of to get out of it: she went back and killed the couple who had raised her (turns out they’d trained her a little too well) and eventually went on to become the captain of the Fatale Pirates, an all-female crew of fearsome pirates who sail on the ship Belladonna.
Bellatrix first meets the Straw Hats at Baratie, where her crew just happens to stop for some food at the same time they do, and takes an instant liking to all of them (even if she does persist in calling Zoro Green Bean after he sasses her). She makes a silent promise to protect them, and after their whole fight with Arlong and the other fishmen when Luffy finally gets a bounty placed on him, she does her best to use her terrifying reputation (which even if she isn’t an assassin anymore she still has due to her Devil Fruit power and penchant for ruthlessness in battles with other pirates) to keep bounty hunters and other, crueler pirates off the Straw Hats’ tails. It doesn’t always work, because you can’t ever fully control pirates, but she does her best because damn it, those are her children (that she’s adopted only in her head after exactly five minutes of knowing them).
She’s also a Mihawk ship! The two of them have known each other since Bellatrix’s assassin days, and Mihawk has even been asked by Garp to “neutralize” Bellatrix a time or two (which he’s never done and would never even try to do, because he both respects her too much and is just a tiny bit afraid of her). The two of them have never really officially gotten together or even put a label on their relationship, but they’ve spent a lot of nights together and you don’t have to know very much about either Mihawk or Bellatrix to know that they both have a weakness for the other. (Although if anyone ever tries to hurt Bellatrix in an attempt to get to Mihawk, they will find out just how dangerous she can be on her own.)
Tumblr media
And then we have Yami Corvo, my Shanks ship! Like Bellatrix, they also have assassin experience, but they’re currently participating in the art of killing, and one of the most feared killers in all four Blues. They’re also a Devil Fruit eater, and their power includes being able to manipulate their own blood and be able to solidify it into weapons (I’m pretty sure you mentioned you’ve seen Gen V, TJ, so just basically imagine Marie’s powers). Unlike Bellatrix, they were raised as an assassin or fed their Devil Fruit, they ate theirs by accident, but the powers it gave them made them such an outcast and lead even their own parents to believe they were a monster, so eventually they just decided that they might as well give in to what they saw as their “true nature” at that point, running away from their small village and seeking out various other assassins to teach them how to kill, and honing their powers so that it would be even easier for them.
And unlike a lot of other assassins, who might refuse to kill older people or poor people, Corvo has no such moral code; if you can pay the price they charge, they’ll go after anyone you want them too. Killing isn’t even really something they enjoy, but again, they see it as just being what they’re supposed to be, what those around them when they were a child always told them they were: a rabid dog, a monster to be unleashed. At some point, they just stop caring, growing completely numb and almost wishing that one of their targets would fight back and kill them so they could stop… which is probably why they accept money from an angry former pirate captain whose ship was destroyed by Mihawk to kill the dangerous War Lord.
They completely fail, of course, because there’s almost no one who can beat Mihawk in a fight no matter what kind of cool powers you have - but Mihawk, seeing an opportunity to have someone incredibly dangerous and powerful on his side, spares Corvo’s life and offers to bring them along with him on his travels. Originally Corvo is furious that Mihawk didn’t just kill them, but despite how awfully they think of themself they’re still absolutely desperate for companionship and anything at all like a friend, so they accept his offer and the two of them set off together, carrying out Mihawk’s little escapades and occasionally doing the bidding of the Marines - which is how Corvo finally meets Shanks, when Mihawk shows up to show him Luffy’s new wanted poster.
Honestly, they and Shanks are such an amazing and sweet couple; Shanks becomes interested in Corvo roughly five seconds after meeting them, and after realizing how terrible their self-esteem is and how much of a monster they think they are makes it his mission to get to know them and help them see that they really aren’t as bad as they believe themself to be. It takes them a good while to actually get together, because Corvo has to find who they actually are outside of killing and their Devil Fruit power and realize that they aren’t going to wind up killing anyone they dare to care about (and because Mihawk has actually become kind of a protective bestie over them and gives Shank several very intense shovel talks), but they’re amazing once they actually do get together and Luffy pretty much immediately sees Corvo as a stepparent when he and Shanks finally see each other again.
Anyways, thanks again for asking about my new babies!! Hope you’re doing well, love. <3 <3

Throne of Glass bad things I guess. This is a list of bad things that happened to Aelin starting when she was 8 to 18. This contains extreme spoilers so yeah.
Aelin 1. When she was 8 her parents, family, and everyone she carried about died. Then Marion made a sacrifice for her, which might have been what she carried with her most because she felt like it was a pointless sacrifice, she almost didn’t get away. Aelin’s biggest weakness is arguably her loyalty to her friends, she would do anything for them do anything to keep them safe. One reason I believe this is because of is Marion’s sacrifice. She doesn’t want anyone else to make these sacrifices for her. She only barely got away because of the wyrdkey around her neck and Elena. Then of course Arobynn found her and took her in. Because someone wants to kill her, (she doesn’t know who at that point) and because she is the princess to be queen of Terrasen, Arobynn gives her the name Celaena Sardothein, and raises her as an assassin. This it’s self is another thing on the list, because she wished to become a healer.
2. Her training with Arobynn was nothing outside of torture, with Arobynn’s brutal methods one was to get her able to use a weapon easily with either hand, he had her break her own wrist. All of this led her to become the best assassin ever, (Adarlan’s Assassin) though she still vowed never to kill anyone from Terrasen. This went on for ten years.
3. just before she turned 17 She went on a mission to skulls bay, where she found out about Arobynn’s business in slave trades. Of course, Aelin being Aelin, she released the slaves and when she came back to the Assassin’s keep, Arobynn beat her and sent her packing to the Silent Assassins. And then of course when she got back (she turned 18 over the time) Arobynn pulled another lie on her and got her an avocation to kill this ‘slave dealer’ who turned out to actually be someone trying to save slaves. Aelin was crushed with this news, it was easily enough to convince her to use the money she’d gotten from the mute master to free herself from Arobynn. This brings up another thing he did, paying for her to have the best training, the best clothes, food, whatever she wanted, then turned around and said that she had to pay him back for all of this, and until then, she was bound to him. He also did this to Sam, his second favorite young assassin. (Aelin had to sell her horse to get the money to free him of his dept)
4. Sam died. Aelin and Sam now away from the Assassin’s keep couldn’t find and contracts, until they agreed to go after one of the most dangerous people in Adarlan, Rourke Farran. Sam walked right into a trap and was tortured and killed by Farran. This broke Aelin. The first person she had found since the downfall of Terrasen that she actually loved died, was killed, she failed him. She could barely move when she found out, then deciding to inflict her revenge on Rourke she jumped into Arobynn’s trap, and was sent to Endovier, where she worked as a slave.
5. Endovier, is a torture camp set up by the king of adarlan. Aelin was tortured there for a year, only trying to break free once, on the anniversary of her parents death. All of these events in Aelin’s life take place before the events of Throne of Glass, another thing to notice is I basically did a run through of Aelin’s life up to Endovier starting at Terrasens diminish. Yeah, Aelin doesn’t have the best life. But these events are what shape her as a character, they outline her loyalty and felt responsibility to her friends, and show what she had to go through. Another thing she carried is the ten years she was with the assassins, she wasn’t doing anything for Terrasen. She was the rightful queen of Terrasen, and felt like for those years she abandoned it, while others fought for it.
if you read to the end I’m surprised but thanks!!! This is my show of how I can’t seriously discuss things, I’m considering doing more of these with the other characters and finish going through the rest of the bad things in Aelin’s life. If you think I should please tell me that in the comments!!

On TOP OF the furry thing I also just got an idea for an... AU? Kind of?
More just a series of concepts rather than a comprehensive storyline, but basically, it's a role swap AU.
Except. I mean role very specifically. As in, the role of the character in-game (Tank, Damage, Support) is swapped.
Say for instance, Tracer. Instead of a hyper-evasive assassin playstyle who uses her time powers to move faster and get out of risky situations, she'd instead be able to share her rewinding abilities with allies to heal by rewinding the damage they've taken. She'd still have Blinks to get where she needs to be quickly, but Recall now has a slightly different function, instead allowing her to bring back and restore an ally to a safe position along with herself. Pulse Bomb would be replaced with Rewind Charge, flinging a device that fully heals allies in its radius and restores any of their cooldowns. Her general backstory would be the same, but her powers would be slightly different, thus giving her the means and motivation to take the position of field medic rather than... whatever formal title she has normally. Scout? I guess? That seems a little on the nose but... anyways. I'm also not sure what visual changes she'd get. Obviously probably a slightly brighter color scheme, a more "combat medic" kind of outfit, and some extra little doodads she keeps on her belt to make it look like she's stocked up on as many medical supplies she can carry without slowing down.
Another idea is for Reaper, instead turning him into a Tank. The backstory here actually changes a little. Now, after the Swiss HQ explosion, Reyes was in a lot worse shape. In order to salvage him, Moira had to up the dosage of Reaper Stuff, which led to... interesting consequences. The chemicals destabilized, and instead of a wispy smoke-like form that he could take before, Reyes seemingly melted along with the liquid chemicals he was injected with, slowly dissolving into an almost tar-like substance. Moira was tempted to finally give up on this experiment, but miraculously (or in another lens, tragically), the fluid slowly but surely rose up and took a form... similar to the man it once was. "A man" would be a generous interpretation of Reyes now, with his form now becoming massive, monstrous, and even more unstable. Eventually, using her newfound allyship with Talon to fund her research, Moira was able to at the very least make something "useful" out of Reyes, at least in service of her new benefactors. Using a specially bonded containment suit, he could now maintain a stable humanoid form, but could slink back into a semi-liquid form at will. More notably, this suit was accompanied by a pair of shotgun-like weapons, connected by tubes to his body, and capable of using an additional chemical process to convert small amounts of his body's mass into a fluid ammunition that not only ravaged whatever living things it came into contact with, but could drain their vitality and return it to its source, making the creature once known as a man even harder to lay to rest. Reyes was dissolved into nothing more than primal instincts and a craving for further violence, and The Reaper rose up from the remains.
...so yeah he's like. all big and kinda like Venom now instead of a gassy boy. I don't know why I felt the need to write it out like that but. I mean hey, I did it. I felt it in the moment. His kit wouldn't even change that much, he's already got lifesteal to keep himself healthy and wraith form to mitigate taking big damage, just some tweaks to make him work less with stealth and more being in the frontline. maybe like a Goop Ball projectile ability to slow down enemies from a distance so he can close in on 'em. nothin' too fancy.
Now to be frank I don't think I could make every character into a new role. With the Tanks especially, it's hard to justify them as anything else when many of them are just naturally big and it'd be weird to shrink them down to fit into a different role. I mean D.va and Hammond can just get different mechs or other means of fighting, and Ramattra can just not go into Nemesis Form... but like, physically shrinking down any of the others feels wrong. Going the other way around, making non-Tanks into tanks, is a little easier, at least for my brain, but still not exactly easy. For one, there's just so damn many of them, but you still have to find some way to make them big enough to fit the role. I mean... besides Bastion, at least. For others it's probably gonna be either some kind of mech suit or power armor deal, weird sciency stuff like Reaper, or somebody's been hitting the gym and got hit a little harder by puberty in this timeline.
For the Supports thankfully things are a little easier. A number of supports are just one reliable healing ability away from being DPS anyways, and you don't have to scramble their anatomy to make it work physically. I mean I'd make some of them into Tanks, at least two relatively easy ones come to mind, but for most of them just take away their healing abilities and add some more damage-dealing tools to compensate, and you won't be too far off already.
I'm currently got a list of who might go where, but admittedly it's still a little shaky.
Tumblr media
Genji and Hanzo somehow swap roles with each other instead of changing to Tank or Support mostly since Damage was shockingly underpopulated, while Rein. stays exactly where he should be.
Also I'm aware a lot of these make next to no sense without context, so uh. Hear me out on these if I ever get to these one day. I mean some of them should be self-explanatory, it's not like Doomfist as a Tank or Symmetra as a Support are new concepts at least.
I might try and sketch out some of these, or at the very least try and sort out the hero kits, but uh. Don't count on any art being great, soon, or existing at all.

I should be prompting you to sleep rather than asking but I’m curious.
Sheikah Link AU?
Ah, sorry it has taken me a while to get to this ask AJ! I got a little distracted, sorry for the wait 😅
So basically my idea for a Sheikah Link AU (written in my notebook) was that Link was raised by the Sheikah, aka Impa and Purah's family.
There was a lot of thing that I had written from BotW/Age of Calamity, such as there's no ancient technology nor Master Kohga; since this is technically 100 years ago, Sooga is basically the leader of the Yiga Clan and Link's evil counterpart. I had written a whole history about how the Yiga Clan came to be despite there not being any technology to banish, so in a nutshell basically Ganon basically used telepathy on a bunch of people, and some of the Sheikah were affected by this and joined his side and remained loyal.
Also apparently the Sheikah live extra-super long but age really slowly. Like Impa is 104 in this AU but looks 20 years old. (I have no idea what was going through my head while writing this...)
Anyways, Link becomes Zelda's bodyguard after a failed assassination attempt on her life, leading the King to give him also a secret mission to investigate the assassination attempted (leading him to the discovery of the Yiga, which is unknown to all except the Sheikah tribe). Paya (who also appears in this AU and taking the role of Link's younger sister even though she was the daughter of Robbie and not the chief; I think I might've forgotten while writing in my notebook or retconned myself anyways--) also becomes the princess's handmaiden (not really that plot relevant; I'm sure past me was going to do something with that but that's what I have written down).
A few things about the other characters: Impa has a rivalry with Link, due to it being unfair because she is a lot more wiser than him due to age, etc. Purah is also the chieftain, taking over when her father dies (probably Link had played some part of it; past me wasn't sure either). Princess Zelda instead of being interested in Sheikah Technology (since there wasn't any) she is instead interested in the science of magic; aka trying to make sense of all the magical shenanigans around Hyrule such as fairy fountains, wizzrobes, etc., mainly out of her own insecurity of feeling magicless (this was probably my way of making sense of the whole "oh if Zelda focused on the ancient technology she would've found the answer to her powers" that BotW tries to keep telling us which didn't make sense to me).
Back to the story (sorry if I'm hopping all over the place): Zelda is trying to learn about the Sheikah magic but ignores Link because, despite being raised by Sheikah, he's still Hylian so in her mind he wasn't really useful, so she talks with Paya a lot (despite being physically, and I guess mentally 10 (is what I had written in my notes) despite being 53 in Hylian years). In my notes apparently Link and Zelda argue a lot, but about what I have no idea lol (Paya is the messenger between the two for a while though lol). But then the Yiga tried to assassinate her again and things started to heal between them (also confirming Link's suspicions that it was the Yiga Clan behind the assassination attempts).
From this attempt, they had gotten a Yiga weapon to which Zelda was able to analyze because they were covered in a kind of dark magic, something that only the Master Sword could cure of (so thank goodness Link was there). I had written in my notes that this dark magic was caused by the triforce of power, sooooo guess what the triforce is back in this au lol.
Anyways, they go to Korok Forest to retrieve the Master Sword (how Zelda knew that the Master Sword was the key to repelling the dark magic idk either lol), as she kind of assumes that the Link is the reincarnated hero (and if she was wrong, well she could pull the sword due to having the blood of the goddess, right?). She leads him through the Lost Woods due to the secret being passed through the royal family, where they arrive in the sacred grove with the last remaining Kokiri guarding the Master Sword. He could only grant those access to the sword through a battle, so Link steps up to the challenge. The Kokiri guard was able to match Link in skill, and Link proves himself worthy of the sword when the Triforce of Courage glowed on his hand. He pulls the sword, becomes the hero of legend, and everything is all fine (except now Zelda is sad because her theory was right and now he has fulfilled his divine destiny).
So nearing off what I had written in my notes, Zelda goes to pay a visit to Urbosa (her excuse being to help with Urbosa's baby once it comes, but we all know it's probably to help sort out her feelings about Link and divine destinies and all that jazz) and while Link is wandering the desert trying to even grasp his newfound destiny he gets kidnapped by the Yiga. Aaaaaand that is where my notes leave off XD
I have more, bullet point notes at the end of it but its just some random ideas, like changing Kohga to being the main antagonist and the rules of the Triforce (like having their piece being awakened by a selfless act), and an idea for the sequel where Link and Zelda goes adventuring with Urbosa's son who is named Ganondorf (and also gets the Triforce of Power despite already establishing that the Yiga has the Triforce of power. Oops).

can you tell me about Blaid? Like who is he. What’s he do, etc etc
Sit down pls. It'll be long.
Blaidd is basically some sort of werewolf. In fact, "werewolves" in Elden Ring are called Half-Wolves.
In fact, his name is "Blaidd, the Half-Wolf". He appears to be the last one of his kind, however I dunno if Maliketh can be considered a Half-Wolf too
If Maliketh is actually another Half-Wolf (or at least in part), then they'd be two
Anyways, Blaidd is Ranni's shadow, created by the Two Fingers, to protect her.
They are like- the physical manifestation (like a messanger/harbinger/oracle) of the Greater Will, which is basically one of the many Gods of the mythology of this game. This one controls the Golden Order. The famous Erdtree, is its very own symbol. Both of the Greater Will, and the Golden Order.
Tumblr media
Ranni is a demigod, and she's the Snow White Lunar Witch
Tumblr media
(Blaidd, Ranni, and War Counselor Iji, an ally of Blaidd and Ranni)
To explain Blaidd I'd basically have to explain u EVERYTHING, cuz it's all connected lol
But, I'll try to summarize it as much as I can.
Blaidd is basically like a step-brother for Ranni. He was there (with her) since she was a child (he was a child/pup too).
So, they grew up together.
---------------------------
Now, before we continue, let me tell u a couple of other things.
When we, the Tarnished, arrive in the Lands Between, we find a destroyed, shattered world.
This is because of a really big war, happened ages before our arrival. The Shattering.
The Elden Ring was shattered by Radagon of the Golden Order.
Queen Marika the Eternal, the True Ruler of the Lands Between, tried to repair it, but she failed.
Thus, the Great War began.
_____________
Now, a twist. Marika and Radagon are the same person, or rather, they're two different people trapped in the same body.
One can take control at any moment, and when that happens, the body changes.
Now, we don't get to know how they "merged", or if they have always been like this.
Anyways, let's move on.
Tumblr media
This is the complete family tree.
What u really have to know is that
- Godfrey and Marika had three children: Godwyn, and the twins Morgott and Mohg
- Somehow Marika and Radagon gave birth to the Empyrean Twins Miquella and Malenia;
- Radagon and Rennala had three children, them being Radahn, Rykard and Ranni
- Maliketh is Marika's Half-Brother, and he's also Marika's Shadow, created by the Two Fingers to protect Queen Marika. (Like the Two Fingers created Blaidd to protect Ranni)
___________
Now, other things
- Ranni (I still don't fully understand why) is an Empyrean too.
Empyreans are Demigods that can ascend and become Gods, and can replace Marika as Ruler of the Lands Between.
If it's true that Marika is the true leader, she still needs a consort. That is the Elden Lord. Godfrey was the First Elden Lord. Technically, Radagon is the Second. But that's just because nobody knows that Radagon and Marika are two different people trapped in the same body.
Empyrean are demigods born from the body of a God, from what I understood. I might be wrong tho.
Also, Maliketh protects the Rune of Death. This Rune, from what I understood, was originally part of the Elden Ring, but it was removed, to grant immortality.
Now, Maliketh holds the power of the Rune of Death (also called Destined Death), and he swore to protect it with his life.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
___________________
Now, lets return to the Shattering.
A war from which no one emerged victorious.
But, something else happened before that. The Shattering was a consequence to Ranni's plan. The Night of the Black Knives.
Ranni dared to steal the Rune of Death.
She succeeded. However, she only stole a fragment.
But it was enough to create lethal, mortal weapons. The Black Knives.
So, in the Night of the Black Knives, the Black Knives Assassins murdered Godwyn the Golden.
That was the first ever recorded case of a demigod's death.
And after a while, the Elden Ring was shattered. And thus, the Shattering began.
The demigods started a war against the Royal Capital.
There were epic battles. In the end, only the two strongest demigods remained. And they continued fighting.
But, as I said before, no one won.
After those events, the demigods claimed their shard of the Elden Ring.
And so now, every demigod had a piece of it.
In the game, those who bear the shards are
- Godrick (obtainable)
- Rennala (obtainable) (from what I understood, Rennala's Great Rune is actually Radagon's Great Rune)
- Ranni (unobtainable)
- Miquella (?) (we don't know that much about him tbh) (a lotta people hope that more about him would be explained in a future DLC)
- Malenia (obtainable)
- Rykard (obtainable)
- Radahn (obtainable)
- Mohg (obtainable)
- Morgott (obtainable)
- Godwyn doesn't have a shard cuz he was killed before the Shattering
--------------------------------
Okay, I explained u the basics. Now, time to explain the rest.
When we arrive in the Lands Between, Ranni is making a plan. A final plot against the Greater Will and the Golden Order.
She sent Blaidd on a mission.
And, if we join her, she will send us with Blaidd.
Now. Blaidd. Finally. He is a beautiful character. I love him so much. He's really sunny person. And the thing that I love about him the most is how well he can hide his bad experiences.
As Ranni and Blaidd's questline (two in one questline) continues, I've grown fond of him (i already loved him cuz y'know, a werewolf character) (but really. He's soo sunny, always happy) (plus he's soo cool) (and I'd love to pet him and cuddle him)
At a certain point, u'll continue alone. Blaidd is nowhere to be found. That's because Iji trapped him in an Evergaol (eternal prison), to save him and to save Ranni.
I didn't know this. So I couldn't free him. However, he somehow managed to escape alone
And... after u finish Ranni's questline, and u return to Ranni's "HQ", u'll find Blaidd at the entrance.
Mad. Went insane.
However, before going totally insane, he says...
"No. I’m part of her very being! I could never betray her! No matter what might happen... Ranni... She needs me..."
And then, his mind becomes totally clouded, controlled by the Two Fingers... because Ranni betrayed the Golden Order.
That's simply because the final act to end Ranni's quest was to marry her.
And by doing so, we betrayed the Golden Order. And the Greater Will.
U can hear perfectly that Blaidd didn't want to kill us, nor Ranni.
The Half-Wolf we killed was NOT Blaidd. It was just a marionette.
If Blaidd wasn't born thanks to the Two Fingers, he would have had a happy ending. Or, if Iji would have created a helmet like his (a helmet make of special glass that doesn't allow the influence of the Greater Will) and he would have gave him to Blaidd... maybe...
The Tarnished wouldn't have had to kill him. I wouldn't have had to kill him...
That's all... I hope u liked everything...
I promise... I will never kill him again. I can't. It was... too painful.
P.S. Blaidd is Welsh for Wolf. So he's literally called Wolf the Half-Wolf.
