And it’s HIDEOUS. About 4 feet high, 5 feet wide, dressed in rags and garbage with a rotting Doberman pincher face.

It shuffles fast and sideways when it comes to your bed, with a high pitch giggle bubbling from its decaying mouth.

Then it rests it head on your hand, daring you to move with its onion pearl eyes, teeth gnashing in anticipation.

But you can’t. You can barely breath and most definitely can’t scream. Mercifully the paralysis start to ease and the monster fades back into the shadows, not in a hurry, knowing it’ll see you again.

My mom and I had watched the Nun 2 the other day, so I suspect this is where this came from, but I just woke up from a dream where like this village or common was being terrorized by a smiling shadow demon, and I had teamed up with an ex sniper to try and hunt the demon, idk if he was also a priest or anyone who was qualified to hunt demons, but if it showed up you had to not look at it and hold your hand out like you were Swiper, no swiping, and you had to say a rhyme that was like, go away or whatever, but I made up one and the demon just kinda stared at me then it said that I had technically fulfilled the requirements so he was going to leave but he wanted me to know that the rhyme I made up was terrible. Then the dream randomly changed and suddenly I was at work talking to my manager…. On second thought maybe the demon lied and killed me when I tried to leave and I was immediately transported to Hell where I would have to work my grocery job for all eternity.

I just had a dream where there was a cursed area in the forest, where any creature would be dragged into a death spiral (ant mill) until they dropped dead, and me and a bunch of friends went near it. one started playing a flute nonstop, of a song I had been singing earlier, and we were all really freaked out bc SHE DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO PLAY THE FLUTE. when we were dragged into the circle, I would try to get away, and I would jump off a really steep hill, being able to glide away. But every time I would have to maneuver to avoid hitting the ground, and end up back in the death spiral. A big part of the story was that we went near it bc we heard children screaming and crying. A school camping trip had been trapped there. It was implied that they dropped dead from exhaustion and starvation sometime after the dream ended.

Any way, I bet this is something a time loop demon would do. (Check out the wiki page)

Also look up ant mills if u don’t know what they are, it’s really interesting, and a bit sad.
