Marcy is healing.
Despite the trauma, the loss, and the pain, she is healing. Arguably the best out of the three of them.
She is still moving.
But she is ready.

Quando é que surge o medo, afinal?
(consci here)

if you're dealing with haters, remember that most of the times it means you're doing something right: they're just envious of you, or you're triggerig them for some reasons. don't mind them, cheer them and let them speak what they want. it's not someone else's fake opinion of you that makes you. you are you.

Reasons that should not affect your self-regard and self-worth/values vs reasons that should
Reasons that should not: - The amount of failures that you've had (failures and successes are always in flux - basically anything in flux should not be something you depend your worthiness on. That's kind of like depending your worthiness on the stock market). - Taking more time to complete life milestones (for example, someone completing a college degree early or faster doesn't make them better than someone who takes an extra year or fails but eventually gets it). It's not a race, even though society tells us it is. - The state of your room / bed/ etc- having a messy room doesn't mean you're a piece of shit or you're a slob - Being a virgin/not having had romantic experiences. (Think about who that perception is defined by- our patriarchial society and its obsession with people pairing up and virginity. ) - Not having a job or having a job (again, something that's in flux) - Any mental health illnesses (for example you have anxiety- its not permanent. There was a time when you didn't have it, therefore it doesn't define you or your worth. - How you look (looks are in flux, we're going to age. Also, being fat is a state of your body- bodies are going to change and always be in flux, they're not the same forever). - Enjoy your youth while knowing it doesn't last forever. Even models have insecurities. Stop zooming in on tiny flaws while ignoring that overall you're in good health. That's something that many would kill for. - Any mental disabilities (ADHD for example- can you control it ? Would you see someone with the same disability as not as worthy? - Your sexuality - Your race (society may value a certain skin color but you need to recognize that's bullshit and so are racists. ) - Your biological sex (For example, by being a woman some people may see you as inferior but that's an external opinion , that's not an inherent truth) - Living with your parents (again, a societally influenced opinion. People that live at home for whatever reason are not less worthy of respect. ) - Basically, critique any opinions you hold and see that are they truly your own ? Or are they something that society's smuggled in your brain ?
Reasons that should affect your self worth / value / etc - Because on your deathbed, do you want to be someone who wasn't in your own corner, and didn't see yourself with self respect because you weren't good enough for you ? - Do you want to be someone that idealized others and put yourself beneath them ? - Or do you want to be someone that valued and accepted yourself and held yourself with a modicum of high regard and self respect ? - Do you want to be someone that focused on what you could control, and not your self perceived flaws like anxiety/adhd/autism ? - Do you want to be someone that punished yourself for not being perfect ? - If you're only going to hold yourself in high regard when you have no external or internal "flaws", or you've accomplished certain things, or, or , or. It's never going to happen. - You don't need a certain "requirement" for seeing yourself as valuable/worthy of respect and high regard. - Things you can control and what your self worth should be based on - not things in flux, not things out of your control. Like being perseverant, being hard working, having high self belief. Knowing you're able to do things with enough practice. Knowing you're generally intelligent.
