It was an accident. Zayn didn't mean to hurt Rayan; he swore he didn't. But, of course, Rayan wouldn't listen. To him, this was like a betrayal.

Zayn had been the only person — other than Ivy, but the immortal rarely saw xem — who had actually taken care of him, handed him clothes when he was cold, helped him eat when he could barely swallow down a gulp of water without choking, stretched his sore limbs after being helped out of restraints. He had helped Rayan so much, but now? Even though Zayn insisted he didn't mean to hit him, blaming it on the "heat of the moment", Rayan didn't care. All trust he had in the younger man was dissipating like thawing ice, replaced with undeniable rage.

"You hurt me." Rayan stated flatly, untrusting eyes glued to the small caregiver. Zayn's eyes were partially wide, and Rayan's anger nearly grew at the amount of guilt weaved into the others gaze. Zayn's hands trembled as he tried to reach out to the immortal, who scurried away with an alarmed noise.

"Wait— Rayan, please, I didn't mean t—"

"Stay. Back."

"...Okay." Sighing, Zayn complied and instead sat down cross-legged in front of Rayan. Now that he was nearer to the immortal's eye level, a hint of what could be relief flickered in his emerald eyes. Before it was gone.

"Fuck off. Please." Rayan spoke in a snarled voice, though the last word he uttered sounded like less of a command and more of a desperate, sobbed out plea. Zayn hesitated.

"..Are you sure? What if—"

"Just fuck off!"

Zayn flinched and quickly got up again, muttering one final apology before skittering out of the basement. He left the door closed, but unlocked. Practically begging for Rayan to escape.

Rayan brought his knees up to his chest, one shaking hand rubbing his cheek. It hurt. It hurt so much. But what hurt more was that his own caregiver, the one person he trusted the most, had caused this.

A/n: uhhh not really sure what to say here, but I’m glad my posts are getting the attention similar to what I had when I first picked up writing fanfics and headcaons. Thank all of you so much hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas.

As MC spends more time in the Devildom and makes more pacts with the brothers, they’ll start to have a slightly more evil look to them. Get what I mean? Like how Megan Fox has “evil beauty.” However its not as visible, they’ll still look like your normal boring human first glance.

“The celestials know every language in the human wor-“ *LOUD INCORRECT BUZZER* Sorry but I respectfully hate this headcaon with all my heart, it doesn’t make sense. Sure these guys are immortal powerful beings that have lived for millions and billions of years, but they don’t even keep up with the human world like that and that’s CANON. Also if we’re looking at it through their perspective where as a hundred years is literally just a couple of blinks, humans would be making new languages every second.

They probably know 2-6 MAX, and that’s not me underestimating them that’s me saying that they either don’t have the time or will to care about 7,139 OFFICIAL languages there are in the human world. But enough of that let’s dive into the languages that they can speak.

Lucifer: English, French, Italian. and a little bit of Japanese due to Levi but not enough to be fluent. Mammon: English, Spanish. Levi: English, Korean, Japanese, and sign language. (idk if that counts) Satan: English, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, French, Spanish, Arabic. Asmodeus: English, French (mainly because he thinks it sounds hot 💀) Beelzebub: English and German. Belphie: English, Spanish, German (because of Beel), Japanese. Diavolo: English,Italian, a bit of Spanish but not enough to be fluent. Barbatos: Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, English, French. Simeon+Luke: English right now but Luke wants to learn Spanish.

Solomon is probably the type of person to wake up at 12:30 in the afternoon whenever possible. Mf probably has an alarm set for that exact time too, and when you ask where he’s been for like half of the day he’ll tilt his head to the side and be like “I was sleeping????”

I feel like we can all come to a sort of mutual understanding of this, but the brothers fan clubs and MC do not mix well together like at all.

“Asmo, get your crazy ass fans under control! They’re fucking insane!”

“Oh they can’t possibly be that bad dear! They’re MY fans after all!”

“I let it slip that we had a date planned for this Saturday and one of them threatened to cut me before calling me a warm toilet seat!”

Part 1 - the cave | mermaid series

part 1 summary : shuri being a clumsy ass, falling into the water. And reader comes to the rescue.😁

a/n: this shit so poetic, that my English teacher likes it. Also, I want you to imagine the whole vibe and aura just like summer walker’s voice. (If that’s making sense?) 💀

Word count : 1,603

Shuri moved carefully among the lush, green foliage, picking herbs and flowers to add to her bag. But the crystal clear waters of the sea are tinged with the brilliant hues of a rainbow at every turn. The water is so pristine and sparkling that it is difficult to believe that it is the realm of sea dwellers, what’s even better is that the sound of the waves making was so relaxing, making shuri taking a glance at it.

Shuri gazed at the glistening waters with a child-like sense of wonder. The sparkling lights and vibrant colors left her entranced, like a moth drawn to a flame, causing her footing to slip. She tripped over a submerged rock, falling into the water's depths, and for a split second, everything seemed to slow down.

Shuri let out a gentle, contented sigh as she felt the tranquil waters wash over her. The girl was not just enveloped by the ocean's embrace, she had been swallowed up by it. It was a feeling of complete surrender and peace that washed over her, and with it, she forgot the simple fact that she needed breath to survive. She found herself drowning in bliss.

When all of a sudden, A glimmering tail fluttered gracefully in the water, causing an ethereal blue-green shimmer to radiate from below the surface. The vibrant colors danced and shifted like the ocean currents, creating a mesmerizing spectacle that seemed almost inhuman.

A mermaid girl with a blue-green shimmery tail looked upon the unconscious woman, her curls spilling out like a cascade of dark locks. With her soft, gentle touch, she lifted the girl's body from the depths, gently cradling her in her arms as she swam towards the underwater palace.

“She’s a human!” The old man sitting on a gold throne sharply shook his head, denying your plea for salvation. "No," he snapped, "mermaid tails are sacred to our merfolks. You knew what exactly happened before” he huffed and shook his head again, hand on his forehead

“The humans are nothing but greedy savages who would only abuse it."

“But father-“

“No but y/n!” he sighed, and swam closer towards your figure, still holding the unconscious woman in your arms.

his expression unreadable as he scrutinized you with silent intensity. "My dear child," he began, "you must understand that the tails of our kind are sacred to us. If we were to simply give away even one, it would be a grave injustice to the mermaids who have come before us. To give away such a valuable gift to a mortal human would only lead to its inevitable misuse."

“I’m not asking to cut our tails for her father! I’m just simply asking for you to let her stay. so that I can care for her!” You retorted, still holding the woman in your arms.

“care?!” He looked at you dead in the eye. “Care you say?” He repeated.

“letting her stay is just risking the fact she may take our tails!” he swam back to his throne, and simply asked the guards to take you out of the large hall.

the tale why everything happened and lead to this starting to float in your mind. Mermaid tails were a popular myth in human world that it could bring immortality. Making the greed in humans wanting to know is it true. Lots of your civilians, friends and even your mother tragically passed because of humans, because of this myth. But that doesn’t stop you from saving the woman in your arms.

You gently carried the girl back to your chambers, where you were met with a room full of various herbs, potions, and ingredients for healing. You set the girl down on a rock and began to examine the herbs, desperately searching for one that could cure the girl's malady. After a few moments, you found one that you believed might do the trick, and you quickly prepared it as a warm, healing potion. You then slowly fed the potion to shuri, hoping that it would somehow work its magic and save her life.

You somehow also knew the anatomy of a human and a mermaid is a bit different. The trouble with breathing underwater maybe one of the issue. So you placed a glowing jellyfish around shuri’s torso, its beautiful lights shimmering in the water as it provided the girl with oxygen through a subtle, natural process. The jellyfish was gentle and peaceful on her wet cloth, and shuri slowly felt her lungs begin to fill with much-needed air. You watched anxiously, silently rooting for the girl's survival in her chambers.

days after days. You stayed by her side, also trying to not make it obvious to your father that you kept a human, in the palace of his. A sound of a hum was heard, when your mind was looking through the various glowing, shimmery potions. You quickly hovered anxiously by the side of the rock covered with soft seaweed, waiting for the human girl to wake up. You had watched over shuri vigilantly, doing everything in your power to ensure her recovery, but your concerns grew as the days passed.

After a few days, you knew that the human girl was gaining her consciousness little by little, and your fears and worries of maybe the myth was true flooded your mind. With an urgent haste, you quickly carried the girl back to the cave where she was found, fearing that the human might harm you in her weakened state.

Swimming back up to the cave where shuri was originally picking herbs at, you gently placed the unconscious human girl back in the beautiful cave where she was found, and looked at her sadly, your heart aching to say goodbye. Your fingers gently touched her curls. Her wet curls were soft under your touch, and you couldn't help but feel overwhelmed with sadness. You kissed the unconscious human goodbye with a heavy heart, feeling the weight of responsibility on your shoulders. But you knew that she had to return the human girl to the world above, to the people who knew and loved her. With a final glance at the girl's wet curls, you sadly bid her farewell and dove back into the water.

Shuri woke up slowly, sitting up from the soft plush bed. Her head pounding and her vision blurry. She tried to make sense of her surroundings, the wave of familiarity washed over her. She recognised it was the medical bey that was built in her own palace. Okoye, was standing by her side, looking concerned but relieved that she was awake. “Oh my queen!” She said in exclaim, sighing in relief.

shuri rubbed her eyes, looking up at the woman. “Wha- why am I here? What happened?” she said while weakly trying to sit up, her migraine still present though not as bad as before. She asked Okoye, what had happened, and she simply explained that she must have tripped while trying to collect herbs in a cave. “That, my queen. I’ve warned you before, I did suggested you to bring a few Dora’s with you to collect those herbs didn’t I? But you’re awakened from your unconscious state and that’s what all it matters.”

Shuri struggled to remember the details of what had happened, but the memory of falling into the warm, soft water starting to linger. The brief glimpse of that beautiful woman's eyes and hair filled her with such an overwhelming feeling that she couldn't describe it. Her lips, however, stayed fresh in her mind's eye, and Shuri was left longing for those soft lips and their last kiss as the woman had left her behind.

Hold up- woman? shuri thought, she remembered something about her was inhuman, “my queen- what you’re thinking about?” the voice of a doctor awakened the trance shuri was in. Overthinking, I must be overthinking. That’s what she thinks to stop the thought of whether was the woman, a mutant, or a human just like her.

But she was insanely beautiful, that couldn’t be real. She thought again, she look at the doctor. The doctor started to spoke. “my queen, you’re now out of an unconscious state of drowning because of the rare herbs, gleaweed and golden wort. They’re all rarely found in the cave you were originally picking herbs at the day you were drowned.”

Shuri look up at her in confusion “what herbs is there that I’m not familiar with? that’s impossible.” She chuckled, getting off from the bed. But the doctor stopped her, “my queen- I suggest you to rest till your body is back to normal health!”

“doctor- what’s your name?” The doctor looked at her with a puzzled face, wanting to know why she wants to know her name. “Aleyanna.”

“Doctor aleyanna, I’m a scientist myself, I know full well that I’m normal now. Look at me, normal blood rate, normal heart pressure and heart beat. Same as my temperature. Everything’s normal, c’mon this is an order. Let me go.” The doctor couldn’t resist, since it’s the queen’s own order, so she let her go.

“I won’t rest till I find who this beauty that saved me was.” The doctor next to the bed, shook her head. Aneka just came in, and a rush of wind passed her shoulder, making her go look at her left. “What was that?”

“It’s the queen, she said she wouldn’t rest till she found ‘who this beauty that saved her was.’” the doctor giggled defeatedly, looking at aneka. Knowing this isn’t the first time that shuri acted something like this.

(who at first was kind of taken aback to Razor having made a random adult friend in the woods, but after vibe checking her , and her vibe checking you, yall were cool, tho she did start reading these new lore books you didnt recognize called "Immortal They Return: A Series of Prophesies", she avoided ur questions abt it too..)

It was inevitable that after introducing you to Lisa, he'd gotten all excited at seeing two familiar figures hanging around Kathryne one day

THE BANDS GETTING BACK TOGETHER, ITS-

Fischl and Bennett !! :D the cutest adventurers in all of Mondstadt ! (besides Klee)

The two take one look at you and Razor and coming running

...

....well mostly Fischl,

Bennett got his boot laces tangled together somehow? And is kinda hopping his way over

Immediately the electro vision royalty launches into their quintessential speech (they/them fischl SUPREMACY)

And as u get introduced,

U watch the pyro boy hop and trip over while trying to untie the laces

And just as he's about to go down, and ur debating reaching out and supporting the poor guy bc geez this looks sm worse in person-

Bennett has finally gotten his shoes untied!

Even he looks shocked 💀

And he like, apruptly stops falling over too?

And walks over with no issue??

Theres even a few out of place cobblestones in his path which he sees and moves to avoid

You dont know who looks more shocked and kinda scared you, him, or Fischl/Oz or Razor

Fischl and Razor have stopped talking bc it was more distracting Bennett didnt fall 😭

...yall all just kinda,, stand in a circle of silence (well fly in oz's case)

Staring at Bennett.

(Even Katheryne looks impressed😭)

After a couple of shook seconds, Fischl is nearly yelling about some kind of curse being lifted?? , Razor is like, sniffing Bennett's immediate area for sus scents, Bennett is kicking rocks to see if any of them hit him anymore, and poor Oz is trying to calm them down

(none of the rocks hit Bennett btw, or anything valuable around him)

So after that fiasco, u offer to take them around to the parts of Mondstadt they weren't allowed to go to w/o at least 1 adult :)

Theyre pumped and yall set off!

At first, Bennett hangs back, as Fischl and Razor throw themselves into monster battles yall encounter, as per what seems like a routine u assume bc of his bad luck

Eh, u figure while hes here, u might as well reveal u can make him stronger, u think he definitely needs the HP...

If there were any characters youd be worried about needing more power/HP in Mondstadt that u could level up besides Razor, itd be Bennett, hands down.

Between his adventuring, unnatural bad luck, and no parental supervision..

(even Klee seems better off than him, and shes like 7 💀)

Yeah, needless to say u were worried abt the guy

So he looks adorably fascinated <3, bc turns out they can see some of ur interface!

Mostly it looks like floating magical icons and that weird Teyvat language u saw in game, like that Abyss/ruins language u see all the time?

Bennett showed u his perspective in a sand drawing, hes actually pretty good at art wow

Razor couldnt rlly find the words to describe it before which is why u werent sure what they saw before now

And with that hes called into battle last by the others, mostly to apply pyro 🔥

and he fights at the edges to be further away from ppl u notice so he wont affect their luck..

But as he draws his sword and ur getting ready trying to become a cheerleader for both Razor and Fischl but particularly Bennett,

He full on takes out 3 hilichurls at once 💀

...then with the dramatic down swing he does, he accidentally launches a rock right at the bigger hilichurl's foot..

...which trips him out of his axe swing...

...which makes it let go of the axe...

...which goes flying...

....breaks the last bit of the cryo abyss mage's shield bubble...

....

......

........and smacks it on the head too.

..fischl, oz, and razor halfway thru this insanity just like,, lower their weapons and stop to watch

Even the abyss mage is looking at Bennett surprised 😭😭

Common chests, Razor/Fischl gets what u expect, you personally maybe get a little extra materials and money,

But Benny?

He opens a common chest and suddenly it's a secret Precious chest

The pyro boy honestly looks a little afraid

You guys have a picnic later on for lunch together, partially bc Razor rlly wanted them to try ur food !! :D

Fischl and Benny were drooling over garlic salt, jesus- Teyvat's been deprived-

The blanket u used was a custom one u got made for Razor for his bday awhile back, all diff shades of purple and some silver wolf puppies and pawprints on it, 10/10 vv cute he loves it :)

(and also showed it off to his friends, Benny in particular looks smitten by it..)

Fischl eventually gets herded by Oz back to Mondstadt bc of their parents wanting them back by dinner,

So u Razor and Benny r left to wander around :]

As u guys explore and get chests and talk,

U all begin to gather ingredients for dinner (not that u dont have an inventory but the boys dont wanna cut into ur supplies, the sweethearts)

... Benny slowly starts to find and accumulate foodstuffs

Those Phileano? mushrooms (the white toasty looking ones that r always on roofs or windmills?)

He finds at eye level on nearly any building u come across.

Crabs?

Benny currently has his shirt turned into a basket trying to contain them, and more are flocking to him lol

Snap dragons? Calla lilies?? Even violetgrass, those purple horsetails, lotus heads, and a few qingqin from Liyue somehow make it into his bag 💀

The real question to ask at this point is, when wasn't Bennett lucky today??

(wow never thought youd hear that one)

So its a few weeks later, and Benny is like spending, every day with yall now lol

Ur getting dinner ready for u guys, and ur hopefully gonna make enough to leave leftovers for Lupical and Andrius,

So Razor has gone off to get some water to boil,

And Benny is climbing this huge tree to reach some eggs

And as he gets farther and farther up the tree away from you, he starts to slip more often 😬

Finally as he reaches the top, u realize after weeks without even a trip from him whenever hes around yall, why he wasnt unlucky-

...the closer he is to you, the luckier he is, and the farther Benny is-

He steps on a dead branch and it snaps :0 !!

Just as he falls, he screams and yells,

"DAD!!"

U push together some thick bushes and vines to catch him luckily

(lord knows u couldnt have caught him no matter how light he is, rip benny)

..Benny is okay, but he does go red in the face, and when u ask if he wants u to get one of his dads from the guild to check him over/make him feel better?

He says quickly "NO THANKS!"

Then Razor comes back like, "You call Lupical dad now?"

Benny: "What? No!"

You: "Do u see me as a, father figure, Bennett?"

Benny: "NO- more like I see u as a BOTHER figure bc ur always BOTHERING ME-"

Lol anyways jk

(Ur Creator vibes made him feel vv at home in a way he hasnt felt before, so u got the honors early <3)

He looked sufficiently chastised, but when u originally found out Fischl and Razor were nearby,

And u just hear snickering behind u as u bop him

(U bop them later too for that lol)

Benny is also very good at treating injuries bc of this too apparantly,

So one time when you Razor and him were engaging with a couple hilichurls again on the way to Windrise,

Benny applied pyro, and bc u were standing father away than usual (there was an archer earlier u were dodging)

His bad luck crept in and when Razor went to charge up his wolf spirit electro ult-

...everyone went flying back.

...Including Benny and Razor 💀

You heard a really sick pop!

From Benny's shoulder :(

You quickly start pullin out the healing foods lol shove a fishstick in his mouth screaming IT HEALS like a crazed grandparent lmao

But Benny has already sighed and sat up, popping his arm back into place

While u do praise his healing??? skills,

U have found out thru him that apparently ur food also gives some pain killer effects

So u scold him and bop him on the head with some dango 🍡

For not waiting on u to help him lol

Which btw-

Any healing food u give him, he treats like the bandages many others give him, like Barbara, Katheryne, his guild dads, etc.

And holds onto them, rarely eating them

(Ur stuff preserves until needed bc its magical Creator powers surprise, surprise)

Benny feels like its a tangible piece of your care he can keep with him <3 sobs

Ok so youve been getting Razor and u furnishings right

And youve been asking him what he wants to add to the caves digs ! :]

(U made a more fortified "front door" to the cave entrance, its also not that deep of a cave so there r only like 3 other "rooms" besides the main entrance area)

U improved both of u guys beds (tho razor will crash urs if he has a nightmare)

Along with some new outfits for him!

And so he has requested some stuff, but as time goes on,

Slowly, Razor goes from telling Benny about what new thing u added or telling his friend abt what he wants for the cave/himself,

To asking Benny what he wants bc he stays over so often 😭

(Youve gotten Benny factored into ur finances now lol, u gave him new clothes, new gear, amenities, etc. It also helps him bc he doesnt rlly have a main caretaker, so if he needs money he has to take commissions, which can be dangerous to him alone bc if u dont know, Benny's Adventuring Team only has him as the single member of it, plus thats not good if he is too sick or too injured to work, so a 2nd source of lowkey income is good for him <3 )

U now have a coffee table as the dinner table (razor was used to sitting on the ground to eat so a high table felt weird to him)

And it has a few pillow chair thingys?

Benny also originally wanted to help make smth for u guys as a house warming gift

but bc he would try to work on it away from ur influence, it would break everytime :(

Eventually u just coninvced the poor kid to help u pick out some nice rugs and stuff lol

He also has surprisingly good interior design tastes, huh, who knew?

(cough when benny stays over he usually stays in razors bed, but occasionally theyre both lonely had nightmares and ask to crash with u, i love these kids sm cough)

Recently youve been visiting Benny in town even w/o Razor sometimes (rare as it is lol)

Mostly bc it seems like he needs the attention too <3

U gotta make sure hes eating real food okay

U dont want him to end up like u in ur world where u ate snacks for dinner when u were his age...

And Benny gets super hype about it every time, hes grabbing u by the arm, hauling u around to talk to ppl etc.

(Did i mention ur one of the few or not at all ppl who he can freely hold onto no matter the weather/situation bc his bad luck doesnt happen to you?? Oh no??? Well there u go :)

Most notably, to talk to the other Guild Dads™️

They deadass lowkey postured at you for an hour at you before giving in bc u seemed to be the only good luck charm the kid's ever gotten in his entire life 😭

They also r rlly happy someone is able to bc of his rlly bad luck willing to look out for him when they cant :)

For his birthday, you guys all celebrated by doing a picnic again like when u first met them, and you made him a cake

Benny's face rlly said " :'D !! "

Later on, for presents, you got him a blanket matching Razor's !!

Shades of red, with some good luck symbols thruout to maybe make up for when ur not there, and puppies all over <3

And at the top, you yourself embroidered (attempted, so its kinda sloppy but still readable, its endearing you like to think)

I just want y'all to know.

I had like this whole thing ready to post.

Then tumblr decided it didn't like any of my writing, and deleted half of this post.

U probably saw the spot i marked where i lost it all :'/

I think it took an hour? Or at least 30 minutes to write.

Guess tumblr didn't like that I was adding so much in one go.

So now it's gone.

Doin smth ballsy bc in order to avoid that, ive just rewritten that lost half, and am just going to post it straight up rather than expecting it to save my draft 🥲

Those beautiful moments between Bennett and us, are gone forever. My memory isn't good enough to rewrite it all. ;-;

If you don't mind, I'll be crying somewhere over those lost Benny moments that I drafted on here and can no longer remember to add.

I guess that's tumblr's cruel way of telling me to go the extra mile and draft my bullshit on a literal Google Doc then come back here and deal with the formatting transition hell.

•the fighting immediately at the gate should have tipped everyone off this wasn’t going to go well💀 doomed from the start

•the hand holding with Gold star of Venus and Wukong I am not okay, I’m exploding it’s so cute

•Holy shit the poem about Heaven is LONG

•Wukong handles being called a bogus immortal very well?? I thought he would be angrier about that… I guess he knows its true tho🤷‍♀️

•Wukong is fantastic at his job- the best horse girl around (for the 2 weeks he was there lol)

•tantrum™️ kicks over his desk and smashes everything with his ruyi bang, causes property damage and LEAVES

•interesting that I’ve seen a lot of adaptations have him release the horses and do a mini havoc in Heaven

•Gold Star realizes that he may get bored so they give him an extremely tedious task that will also probably bore him JAKDJAJAJD

•HELP HE JUST STARTS EATING ALL THE PEACHES WHAT- he behaved for probably like 2 weeks (again) and then decided he couldn’t wait any longer to try the OLDEST AND RAREST FRUIT IN THE GARDEN!!! AND HE PICKS MULTIPLE, NOT JUST ONE

•I’m yelling he does this multiple times

•okay but him playing around and eating making him tired and taking a nap on the branches when he’s 2 inches tall?? Adorable, no longer mad he ate all the peaches, he’s just a little guy

•next day/year Everyone one complains about the Havoc LMAO, they just kept coming, I know the Jade Emperor is distraught HAJDJAJ

•Wukong was going to straight up ignore the heavenly army they sent if they hadn’t busted down his door😂

•all his demon Allies were captured while he did a 1 v 6 with Nezha and the 5 Devarajas

•Wukong starting to get lost in the sauce, doesn’t care his ally’s were captured as long as his monkeys are okay

He has six eyes bloodshot eyes. He was no longer human.

"M-Michi what have you done." You backed up until you back hit the stove, burning your hand in the process. He tried to reach out to you but you held your hand close to your chest.

"I gain the curse mark, like my brother, on my mission but the mark has a strain on its holder and they die when they reach 25. I was going to accept my death until a man offered me eternal life in exchange for my skills and loyalty." He explained but you couldn't look him in the eye.

"We can live together forever, We don't have to worry about death or anything for that matter you and the kids will be safe." He tried to hold you but you stopped him with your burnt hand.

"My love, I would never do anything to hurt you. You know this." Kokushibo opened his arms, usually, you would gladly jump into his arms but instead, you flinched away from him.

"Do I? I have seen what demons do. How would I know your not the same." You questioned.

"Because I love you, I would do anything for you."

"You traded your humanity for immortality. To be human is to live and die. You are no longer human, no longer the Michikatsu I know." You scowled at him.

"Mama is something wrong?" One of your youngest children said from behind your husband. You quickly rushed to hug him.

"Everything is alright, go get your siblings we're going on a trip for a little while."

Your child seemingly ignored you as he looked over your should at his 'dad'

"AAHHHH THERE'S A DEMON." They cried. That broke Michikatsu's heart. He couldn't see why you couldn't accept him anymore. You had loved him for years without fail.

He stood there and watched as you took his children and ran to the safety of his brother and wife.

After that he had fully embraced the name Kokushibo, as given to him by Muzan, and let you live your remaining days with your humanity intact.

Lilia is happy that he has someone to relate to. Y’all have been alive for a while, and it only makes sense that you both tell the other about your individual lives. You both will casually hang out and have tea as you chat at each other’s dorms

You both are very clever pranksters. You applaud Lilia for his typical hang-up-side-down-and-scare-people gig, but you bring other ideas into the light and the former general is on-board with you.

You both do love to do a bit of teasing here and there, and especially when the teasing is directed towards each other. Other students either laugh it off or get annoyed, but neither of you care.

Lilia has taken quite the interest in how you managed to make pacts with 72 demons. He is very impressed with your skill and your charisma. However, he is concerned about the terms and conditions of the deals.

Silver sees you as his mom, tbh. You’re dating his dad, and you seem to be a tad motherly towards him, so it makes sense. Malleus, too. Sebek, however, doesn’t seem to mind you but he doesn’t exactly like you, if you know what I mean.

The whole dorm volunteers to cook in place of you and Lilia. They don’t trust either of you in the kitchen, but none of you understand. You both love each other’s cooking, and you love to cook. Solution? Picnic dates!

You both destress and make food to share with each other, even if no one else sits with you both to enjoy it. Then, you both pack the basket and set out to find a peaceful meadow where you can spend your time together in solitude.

No one in the Diasomnia dorm trusts you or Lilia to cook, let alone together, because last time the spaghetti fought back and the meatloaf blinked its eyes. So, you both aren’t allowed in the kitchen unless you’re cooking for yourselves.

Other than that, Lilia loves you dearly. When he talks to the others, he refers to you as their mother or Mrs. Vanrouge, even though you aren’t even engaged… yet. To get him back, you would refer to him as your husband, and that begins another teasing war.

Personal Opinion:

I think it’d make more sense if Darlin said no to being turned.

Darlin has lived with their mortality and accepted what it’s like, we all have. We all have accepted that some day we’re going to leave this earth and it’s sort of comforting in a way. We all have the same ending, so take this in turn with Darlin being attached to their wolf form, their connections in the pack as a wolf. What it could mean and what they could lose. I also think it’d make more sense for Sam as well. I saw a post talking about how if Sam 💀 himself since he can’t live without darlin, which is pretty angsty it could also be like, full circle in terms of his story. He got his mortality taken away from him from someone he trusted, now he can choose what he wants to do with himself if Darlin says no, taking control of his own life, which is in a sense him taking control of his own “Immortality” with someone he trusts completely.

IDK IF THIS MAKES SENSE BUT IT MAKES SENSE TO ME BUT ALSO ITS REDACTED erik comes up with great story lines back to back so we’ll just have to wait and see 😭😭
