Not sure if crystals work or they’re just the placebo effect, but I will tell you that I get the results I want from them. I think I will continue using them because even if they don’t actually work, I feel good using them.

Black Tourmaline has ALWAYS protected me when I’ve used it. Has kept my room free of bad energy and spirits. And I know about the spirits because I am clairaudient and can also sense where they are. When I wear my necklace that has it, I feel protected.

Black Tourmaline also affects my dreams and makes my regular nightmares even worse. I have to keep it as far away as possible.

Smoky Quartz always grounds me. Keeps my anxiety at bay. And anything that does that is something I want to keep.

I also love crystal water. What I do is just put the crystals around the water bottle or whatever I’m using, so they don’t actually touch the water. It’s very effective. And it tastes so gooooddd.

GROUNDING AND CENTERING

grounding in a spiritual sense is the practice of connecting to the environment around you and releasing unwanted energies. centering is the act of clearing your mind to focus on the task at hand.

you may feel "out of balance" and unable to concentrate sometimes, this can be a sign that you need to practice grounding and centering. below i will list some ways to practice spiritual grounding and centering, but feel free to come up with your own ways as well!
