This morning I woke up and decided it’s time for a longer break from Tumblr. I’m turning 53 in 16 days. Usually I’m giddy with excitement with lots of plans to celebrate in fun, exciting ways. This year the mood is a little different. I’m happy that I’ve been making progress on my self love journey which started last October but I’m feeling a little stuck and so I need to get unstuck. I’m listening to my inner voice...it’s time to go and figure stuff out. As I enter my 53rd year, I would also like my blog to evolve. You’ve all been so sweet and supportive, I’m so grateful. Self love. What is it? It’s what I’m asking myself as my life continues to evolve and I gain new perspectives. You may have noticed I’ve been more introspective than usual. In little over 2 weeks I’ll be 53. I’m looking at how far I’ve come, asking myself whether I’ve healed from heartbreak, and where I want/need to be physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

Last night I really wanted a beer 🍺 This one was a sour pale ale, it was so good 👍

For appetizers, these shrimp tacos hit the spot 🌮 🌮 🌮 Avocados make almost everything taste better 🥑💕

Burger and beer is a great combo. ❤️ This was one of the yummiest burgers ever. It was called the Ohio burger and it had Muenster cheese and carmelized onions. 😍

My friends opted for cheesesteak and pastrami sandwich 😋

How do you feel about the people who follow you for your feet?

I think it’s nice that people follow me for my feet! I never liked my feet and used to keep them hidden. I was so happy with a pedicure one day that I decided to share pics, and never realized there would be so many people who like my feet. The attention has helped to me in a good way because I now take way better care of them. I’ve been sharing more foot pics lately, I hope you don’t mind. 👣💕
