This week's philosophical question is: Is it gay to think about your best friend?
The short answer is no. The long, complicated answer is that it might be.
There's logic and reasoning behind this because don't most people think about their best friend? Don't most people plan to have their best friend in the future? If not, then why would they be best friends in the first place?
Sadly, there's a rude awakening in Wanda's wobbly defense. Natasha is the only person to blame for blowing down her defense made of straw when Wanda chats with her on the phone in the evening while you're out for a photoshoot.
"How's Maria doing?" Wanda asks.
"Good," Natasha answers, and Wanda can hear the tap water running and realizes the redhead is doing the dishes. "She'll be coming to visit during Christmas."
"Oh, you must be very excited!" Wanda beams. If it were her, she'd be ecstatic to be seeing you after so long.
"Yeah, it'll be good to see her. I think she's bringing her girlfriend, Sharon. They've been seeing each other for a few months, and she doesn't have anyone to spend Christmas with since her grand-aunt passed away.
"Oh," Wanda's voice is low, brows furrowing. "That seems very fast if she's coming to spend a holiday with Maria. How do you feel about it?"
Natasha hums. "Happy, I guess? I haven't met Sharon, but I've been hearing good things about her. She's able to keep up with Maria's busy life as she's got her own, but they make time for each other."
"But what if Sharon's wrong for Maria, or Maria ends up getting hurt."
"Then I'll break Sharon's legs, but Maria's a big girl. I'll be there for her, but she'll be okay," Natasha chuckles.
"But—"
"Wanda, what's with the questions about Maria?" Natasha cuts off. "Is it something with Bug? Are you worried about Raye? She's told me they haven't even gone on a first date yet; why are you so worried?"
"It's not about that!" Wanda said defensively. "I mean—I am worried, but I just don't want her getting hurt. She's my best friend; she deserves someone perfect. Don't you want someone perfect for Maria?"
Even as the words came out of Wanda's mouth, she grimaced because she was nowhere near perfect herself.
"Of course I do," Natasha sighs. "But unless Maria is hurting, I'm not going to get overly involved with her love life. She'll go at her own pace and update me as she goes."
"But how will you know if Maria is going to continue living away? If she gets serious with Sharon, will Maria still plan to move back here? How will you guys plan on having a wedding at the same time and picking a house in the same neighborhood?" Wanda asks seriously. Her tone is distraught because it feels like Natasha doesn't care about her best friend at all!
There's a moment of silence on the other line before Natasha says, "We don't plan for that. I mean, I'll be bummed for sure if Maria doesn't move back but we'll always be best friends. We'll visit each other and keep in contact as often as we need, but we don't need to physically be in the same place."
And another realization slides into place.
"How are you guys best friends?!" Wanda yells into the phone before she hangs up without another word.
Wanda knows that she'll have to call Natasha later and apologize and say she's on her period or something, but right now, with her eyes hot and wet, she digs her face into her pillow and cries instead.
⊶⊷⊶⊷⊶⊷⋆⊶⊷⊶⊷⊶⊷
"Hey, I need to head out for another shoot today. Do you want me to pick up anything for you?"
Your voice muffles through Wanda's closed door. You've come in a few times, but Wanda had stayed in bed and pretended that she might've been under the weather.
"No," Wanda says loud enough so you can hear it. "Have fun, though."
"I'll be home soon and make you some paprikash, but there's some chicken soup in the fridge for you if you want some while I'm gone," you reply. Wanda momentarily hears your hand land on the doorknob, but you don't turn it and come in. "Feel better, brat."
You don't wait for Wanda's response even though it is a quiet, "Thanks, stinky."
Alone in the apartment once more, Wanda sighs. She's been all over the place emotionally since she last talked to Natasha on the phone. She later sent a voice memo through text apologizing and said her period just came, which explained all the craziness. Luckily, Natasha was kind enough to leave it be, but they haven't chatted much since then—mostly on Wanda's end.
Wanda's been caught between wanting to spend more time with you and distancing herself while sorting through her feelings. It was so easy at that moment to leave Vision and feel intense jealousy of Raye, but now in their own little bubble, everything was unraveling like a poorly wrapped present.
The only saving grace was that you and Raye couldn't align your schedules to go on a date anytime soon. Raye was out of state currently and was supposed to be traveling for work for the next few weeks, and you were confirming projects that were supposed to be for the entire month.
The extra time was sorely appreciated.
In short, Wanda has cried 8 times in the last week while equally getting the inspiration almost to confess 7 times.
There was a nagging fear, though. What if you didn't feel the same? What if Wanda was reading this one gigantic sign wrong, and you simply just liked brunettes with green eyes?
Or, what if you did feel the same and things didn't work out? What if the two of you date, and it goes wonderfully well before it ends? It doesn't matter what causes the end; just what if it did?
In either scenario, things would never be the same, and Wanda would lose her best friend of 10 years.
Although, Wanda reasons that even if she confessed and you didn't feel the same, she wouldn't actually lose you. Sure, things would never be quite the same, but the friendship would continue. They've endured much worse, and Wanda would probably get over her feelings.
Probably.
Because if she didn't, well, Wanda wouldn't know what to do. She's lived too long of her life with you; she can't think of what it'd be like without you. Logically, she knew she'd survive, but there'd always be a part of her missing.
Sometimes, Wanda thinks there was always a part of her missing until the day she met you. She can still remember 10 years ago like it was yesterday.
"Wanda, it'll be fine," Pietro's accent was thick and heavy, and Wanda refused to say anything out loud to acknowledge it.
The girls in her class were already making fun of her accent, and her attempts to talk to them were rebuffed with looks as if they couldn't believe she dared to speak to them.
It was too difficult, Wanda thought. It was too difficult to make friends when she transferred here mid-year, and everyone had already formed their cliques since elementary.
It was hard enough with the growing changes in her 14-year-old body, and she already felt awkward all the time—the giggling behind her back and to her face wasn't helping.
Wanda wanted to go back home to Sokovia, except there was nothing left to return to. The war had reduced everything to shambles, and everyone else in her family was happy to have been able to seek refuge in America—Rochester, specifically.
Wanda knew she should be grateful, especially since many of her aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family couldn't escape. She never really had too many friends, but the few she did went to Canada, and she knew she'd unlikely ever talk to them again.
It was a lot of change, and Pietro was the only person who understood her at this new school, but even he couldn't do much since they shared no classes together. Plus, Pietro had still managed to make a friend, and Wanda didn't have the heart to make him sit with her at lunch every day.
"Do you want me to eat lunch with you? I can ask Sam to sit with us," Pietro offered, but Wanda shook her head.
"Are you sure?" Pietro asked again, preparing to sit with Wanda anyway, but Wanda shook her head.
"No, it's fine. I'm just going to eat my lunch quick and head to the library to catch up on some assignments," Wanda mumbled quietly, waiting for some girls in her class to pass by before she said it.
"Okay," Pietro said, sighing since he was conflicted about staying with his sister or heading off to hang out with his friend. But at Wanda's insistence, he merely told her where she could find him if there was anything and took off with one last glance.
When Pietro was fully out of sight, Wanda took a seat alone at an empty table, pulling out her lunch reluctantly. She was quick to notice that the American kids typically brought a plain sandwich or bought food from the cafeteria, which usually consisted of the same foods like pizza or mac and cheese.
While the comments about the food she brought were also embarrassing, Wanda didn't have it in her to ask her mother to make something else. Money was tight, and asking to add other things to the grocery list just so she could fit in didn't seem worth it when it wouldn't do anything about the fact no one wanted to talk to her.
So, Wanda pulled out the finomfőzelék with her breaded chicken breast. She still didn't open it and let her containers sit on the table.
Wanda wasn't quite sure what was causing it. Maybe it was just this specific instance of sitting alone, or maybe it was the last week and a half of enduring this, but Wanda felt her eyes burn and water. She willed it with everything she had inside to not let it fall and took a deep breath.
"Hi."
The sudden sound made Wanda's head snap up, eyes wide with surprise. You stood there, and Wanda sort of recognized you from her classes. She thought she shared all but one with you. You've never contributed to the bullying but never stopped it or talked to her, either.
Wanda vaguely recalled you've been sick with a cold the last few days. Her eyes shifted to look behind you, and she could see your friends looking very confused and beckoning you to come back to their lunch table.
"Hi," Wanda quietly greeted you back, wincing at how the accent could even come out with one syllable.
You sat down suddenly, clearing your throat. "Can I ask you something?"
"Okay," Wanda replied warily.
"Do you practice witchcraft?"
The question stumped Wanda.
"What?"
"Do you practice witchcraft?" You repeated, looking serious.
"No," Wanda frowned, so perplexed that she couldn't even be upset about her accent. "I don't. Why would you think that?"
"Well, Hela has been spreading rumors that you're a witch from Sokovia, and that's why Mr. Coulson passed away suddenly when you came."
Then, it's suddenly so clear why no one has been talking to her.
"But if you're not a witch cursing people to death, then that's cool," you said, interrupting Wanda's thoughts. "I wanted to ask you that earlier but then I got sick for a few days. So, do you want to hang out with me?"
Wanda just stared at you, her heart racing because finally, finally, she was going to have a friend. "Yes," Wanda replied quickly, smiling. "That'd be...cool," she repeated your slang.
"Cool," you smiled back before pointing at her food. "Noticed you bring different food every other day. Can I try some? I'll trade you some of my sandwich. Heads up, though, my mom has been experimenting with food. This week was Chinese food, so beef and broccoli might be between the bread."
Wanda smiled at the memory, the ends of it tapering off. You changed her life, and even when Hela made fun of you, you shut her up with a comment about how she stuffed her bra. It was devastating to a 14-year-old.
After that, the two of you were inseparable. You still occasionally hung out with your group of friends, but you definitely drifted to spend time with Wanda.
Wanda wonders if it was actually at that moment that she fell in love with you, but at 14, she didn't know how else to interpret it other than friendship.
You and Wanda didn't meet Nat, Steve, Bucky, and all the others until high school when the other districts were poured into one school. Since then, so much has happened.
Your parents divorced.
Wanda's mother passed away from cancer.
You dated Sam very briefly, giving him your first kiss and then shortly breaking up with him after.
You came out to her, scared, hesitant, and so happy when Wanda didn't care.
Wanda started to date Vision.
Wanda wanted to go to NYU, and you happily went there with her.
You confessed you had a crush on Natasha but didn't want to pursue it.
Wanda's first break-up with Vision.
You dated Jean Grey and cried when she left you for Scott.
When you wanted to stay in New York City, Wanda decided to stay here too, rooting her career here with you.
Wanda wonders if maybe actually she'd fallen in love with you several times over and over but didn't know how to interpret any of her strong feelings for you, categorizing them as friendship just as she did when she was 14.
"I'm home!"
Wanda hears the apartment door close and the shuffling of you taking off your shoes. She looks at the time and realizes two hours have already passed. Deciding that she's wallowed enough, Wanda decides to get out of bed and leave her room, running her fingers through her hair to tame it.
When she enters the kitchen, Wanda finds you starting the process of making paprikash. It's something you've always done for her when she's sick, feeling down, or homesick. Yet, in this moment, something swells inside Wanda's chest, and she wants to burst out crying again.
"Oh, hey," you turn around and smile as you see her, and Wanda clears her throat and blinks the tears quickly away.
"Hey," Wanda smiles back as she makes her way towards you. "You didn't have to do that, you know. I'm feeling better."
You open your arms for her to dive into a tight hug. You smell like clean laundry and mint, and Wanda wants to bottle your smell. The tension in Wanda lately starts to drain from her body as you rub her back comfortingly.
"Some paprikash never hurt nobody," you joke. "I'm glad you're feeling better, though, brat. Is it the break-up with Vis?"
"Huh?" Wanda's brows furrow. "No, not really. I haven't really thought about it."
"Homesickness?"
"Er," Wanda fiddles with the back of your shirt. "Kinda, I guess."
"Well, good thing Thanksgiving is in a few months. Your dad and brother are coming here this year, right?"
Wanda nods, brightening at the thought of seeing her family. "Yes, I hope papa and Tony don't get into it again this year."
"I think your dad gets a sick sense of joy of torturing the son of man responsible for all the weapons that destroyed Sokovia," you say dryly. "I think Tony's starting to catch on he's not serious, though."
Wanda chuckles, and you pat her shoulders before you pull away and take out a knife and chopping board. Watch sits on the bar stool, watching you cook, letting things fall into a comfortable silence.
This was everything, Wanda thought.
Nothing could ruin this moment, and Wanda thought long and hard, building up the courage to say something about her feelings. She wasn't sure what to say, so she might start with something flirtatious, but Wanda would say it more sensually instead of the usual joking tone.
"Oh!" You say without looking at Wanda, chopping the onion and garlic. "I forgot to tell you. Raye's flying back in a few days before heading out again, and we planned a date this weekend."
Everything is ruined, and Wanda can't tell if the onion or the devastating news is causing her eyes to water.

"Why did you bring me here?" Yelena hisses.
"Because I can't bring Natasha!" Wanda hisses back. "And be quiet or else they're going to hear us!"
"Why not Natasha? She's your other closest friend," Yelena says, quieter as she grumbles. "You're making me miss movie night with Kate. We're supposed to watch Insidious and you're ruining my chances of making fun of her being scared."
"Because," Wanda exasperatedly says. "I've already had a meltdown with Natasha, and she's going to make all sorts of comments if she knows I'm doing this now. I can't be here alone since this is the type of restaurant only couples go to."
"You think I won't make comments?" Yelena raises her brow at Wanda, looking frighteningly similar to Natasha at that moment. "I thought you grew out of stalking Bug's dates in university."
Wanda doesn't reply, too busy staring at your table. Raye is making some kind of flirty comment, reaching across the table and lacing your fingers through hers. You're laughing—Wanda can tell with how your shoulders shake.
The restaurant you've chosen to take Raye to is a slightly upscale steak restaurant. You've ordered cocktails, a bottle of wine, and two appetizers to start.
Raye's biting her bottom lip suggestively before she takes a sip of her wine, her index finger is stroking the back of your hand, and Wanda's wondering if she can bribe a waiter to spill a glass of beer on Raye accidentally.
"Seriously, I know you're best friends, but this is out of hand. Just confess before Raye steals your girl and they get married."
Wanda whips her head back towards Yelena, eyes filled with indignation.
"THEY WOULD NEVER—"
"SHHH," Yelena hisses, and they both have to hide behind their menus when you turn around and look. "Jesus Christ, Maximoff."
"They would never get married," Wanda huffs before peeking outside her menu to see that you've returned to your conversation with Raye. But then she turns back to Yelena. "You know about my feelings? Did you always know? Did you—"
"Shut up," Yelena groans. "No, I was just fishing, and you're the sucker I caught. I mean, was there a time I thought you guys were too close? Yes, but it eventually became normal."
The two of them put their menu's down when it's safe, and Yelena seems to be carefully planning how to explain her thoughts.
"We've all accepted that you guys are very close, but you both kept dating different people—you specifically only dating boys and then Vision. It worked out that we were all going to NYU, but did you know that Bug had an offer to study abroad and do an internship that would've accelerated her graduation and then career?" Yelena carefully looks at Wanda's face.
"What?" Wanda frowns. She vaguely remembers you mentioning the program but recalled you dismissing it. You didn't tell her you were offered a spot in the program. "No, but I mean, she was building her online platform, and it was taking off. She didn't need to do an internship."
"No," Yelena agreed with a shrug, "but it wouldn't have hurt. I suspect she couldn't stand the idea of being away from you for a year. Just like how you turned down the job offer in LA at graduation when you knew she would stay in NYC."
"That wasn't—I just—" Wanda huffs. "I like where I am now. My work is flexible."
"Yeah, but being in public relations, you could've been making twice the amount you are now," Yelena raises her brow again. "Although, at this point, I suspect you both chose adaptable careers in case one of you wanted to move to another city."
"That's not true," Wanda protests.
"Do you even like being a PR?" Yelena asks. "At least Bug loves photography. You, on the other hand, have a talent for PR, but it'd be just as easy for you to do anything else."
"I do like it," Wanda stresses. "It's easy, and the clients I've got keep me busy enough. Just because I don't spend all my time on it or talk about it doesn't mean I don't like it."
"But—"
"Enough talking, our food is coming, and you better be ready to leave at a moment's notice," Wanda cuts Yelena off as the waiter arrives and sets their food down.
"Worst. Date. Ever," Yelena deadpans.
⊶⊷⊶⊷⊶⊷⋆⊶⊷⊶⊷⊶⊷
As it turns out, Raye lives relatively close to the restaurant as you walk hand-in-hand back to her place.
And not too far behind, Wanda and a reluctant Yelena trail from a distance.
"She's not going to Raye's house, is she?" Wanda whispers with a frown.
"Why not?" Yelena grunts, adjusting her leather jacket. "She has casual flings all the time, and by the looks of their date earlier, it went very well."
"Not. Helping," Wanda glares at Yelena. They enter a street filled with apartments, and Wanda is careful about not following too close and walking under the streetlights.
"This is psychotic," Yelena groans. "Can't we go home? I feel like a literal serial killer out here."
Wanda doesn't respond, just staring ahead as they continue to walk. You're swinging your hand back and forth, interlaced with Raye's. There's giggling, and Raye keeps leaning closer to say something to you.
There's so much sexual tension that it's palpable from here, and Wanda wishes there was a serial killer out here.
How was Wanda going to stop this? How was Wanda going to prevent you from going home with someone else?
Wanda picks up a small rock and chucks it hard toward your general direction, hoping to spook the two of you apart. Except, her aim is so terrible that it flies completely left and hits the car beside you instead.
The car alarm goes off, setting off flashing lights and a very, very loud beeping noise.
"Wanda, what the fuck—" Yelena is cut off when Wanda suddenly shoves her down into a bush and dives next to her. "Ow, you fucking—" Wanda slaps her hand over Yelena's mouth.
You and Raye look behind, completely perplexed, when no one is there. You try to check out the vehicle, but other than a small dent, nothing is wrong with the car otherwise. Since neither you nor Raye caused it, you continued walking.
It turns out Raye lived in the building just a few steps ahead. You both stand at the door, holding hands before Raye throws her arms around your neck, smirking.
Wanda's about to pick up another rock when Raye moves in suddenly for a hot, searing kiss.
And when Wanda watches you kiss back, her hand goes slack. Something awful builds in the pit of her stomach, and there's nothing Wanda can do when she watches you go into the apartment.
Yelena watches Wanda's crestfallen face and sighs. "Wanda—"
"Let's just get back to the car and go home," Wanda mutters as she stands up, not bothering to brush off the dirt, leaves, or twigs from her hair.
⊶⊷⊶⊷⊶⊷⋆⊶⊷⊶⊷⊶⊷
The car ride home is sickeningly pathetic—a new low for Wanda.
"PLEASE DON'T BE IN LOVE WITH SOMEONE ELSE. PLEASE DON'T HAVE SOMEBODY WAITING ON YOUUUU—" Wanda hoarsely cries out, tears streaming down her face. She's off-tune, and she's screaming more than she is singing.
"Oh, god," Yelena sighs, bringing her hand to her face in embarrassment in the passenger seat. They've stopped at a red light, and the car beside them is staring at them strangely. "This is sad for even you, Maximoff."
Wanda doesn't even acknowledge that she heard Yelena, only belting out, "I'LL SPEND FOREVER WONDERING IF YOU KNEW—"
"Just kill me, just kill me, just crash this car and kill us both," Yelena mutters to herself.
The house is dark when Wanda returns, not that it should be any surprise. Deep down, though, Wanda hoped you'd return home and somehow beat her to it.
Wanda's eyes feel tired and raw from crying the entire way home. Yelena gave her a reluctant hug, mustering all her kindness into rubbing Wanda's back and kissing the crown of her head when it was buried in her friend's shoulder.
Pulling out her phone, Wanda looks at her texts. One from work, a couple of Natasha, one from Vis, and one from Pietro. She stares at your name in her messages, but nothing comes even if she wills it.
Instead, she shoots you a quick "hey :)" and puts her phone away. You'd unlikely answer, but Wanda couldn't help herself.
Sighing, Wanda gets ready for the night, trying to not let her mind drift on what activities you and Raye could be doing.
Please let it be scrabble, please let it be scrabble, Wanda thinks as she finishes brushing her teeth.
As she walks towards her room, she pauses. It's unlikely you'd return until tomorrow morning, maybe even noon. Biting her lip, Wanda turns and walks into your room instead, crawling into your bed under the sheets. She pulls the blanket up to her chin, inhaling your scent slowly.
It both comforts her and makes her heart twinge.
After an hour, sleep falls upon Wanda easily, and she's nearly in a deep sleep when the lights suddenly turn on, and a yelp is heard.
Wanda wakes up suddenly, shooting up with her heart pounding that it's a robber, but it's just you standing at the door with your hand over your heart and chest heaving.
"Oh my god, you scared the shit out of me!" You scold Wanda. "I totally thought you were my sleep paralysis demon!"
Wanda rolls her eyes at the comment but frowns as you calm yourself and rummage through your closet for sleeping clothes. "What are you doing at home? I thought you were going to sleep over at Raye's."
"She got a call in the middle of everything. It was her sister or something having some kind of meltdown. Raye says her sister can be dramatic, and it happens once a month, but she couldn't really hang up. I got sleepy waiting, but I didn't wanna crash there to just sleep on a first date," you answer.
"I'm sure you would've gotten some in the morning," Wanda mutters.
"I guess, but feels weird since it'd definitely be rushed," you take off your jacket and socks before heading to the bathroom. "It's fine, we'll probably reschedule for another date."
"Perfect," Wanda sighs as she starts to get up.
"Stay there, brat," you tell her as you stand at the door. "If you're gonna sleep in my bed, you better commit to the sleepover."
Wanda sticks her tongue out at you, which you return before you leave.
Tapping her fingers against the sheets, Wanda smiles. Maybe the night wasn't so hopeless after all.

Sweater Weather
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Reader Description: She/her, nerdy, often wears an outer, freshman.
Pairings: Natasha Romanoff x Sister!Reader, Wanda Maximoff x Natasha Romanoff
Warnings: Bullying, mentions of suicide.
Summary: Wanda and Natasha are friends, maybe even more. People love a classic jock and cheerleader trope. However when Natasha finds out that Wanda's little groupie had been bullying her little sister, it puts a strain on their relationship. Will Wanda be able to redeem herself?
⧗ᗢ⧗ᗢ⧗
They always said high school was the best time of your life, at least that's what they said in movies or whatever the hell that guy said in that crappy TV show, 'Highs and lows of high school football'.
Y/n thought it was stupid. The show, and high school. It could be that it's true, that this was supposed to be the best time of her life. Yet perhaps that only applies to the popular kids and the jocks who wouldn't stop reminiscing about the 'good old times.'
The amount of alumni that would go back to her class and just talk to the teacher even though they only graduated like a few months ago was insane. And most of the time Y/n could tell they are one of those popular kids. Y/n could only hope her sister doesn't end up like that when she graduates.
Natasha Romanoff, star of Westview High. Captain of the softball team. And is probably dating the hot cheerleader captain, Wanda Maximoff. Natasha is proud, confident, she strides through the hallway like she owns the school. Contrast to her sisters who stray away from the spotlight, Yelena Belova and Y/n Romanoff.
Well... perhaps only Y/n. If Y/n would put them into high school stereotypes, Yelena would probably fall under the 'Cool' kids category. One where people know her and thought she's fun to be around with, she's funny, sarcastic. People knew Yelena, and Yelena knew people, but only sticks to her group of friends and not all that into popularity. Y/n thinks that's the best type of category to be in.
You fit in with everyone, and everyone just chills with you. Unfortunately for Y/n, she got the worst hierarchy in high school society.
The nerds.
Being a nerd isn't necessarily a bad thing... Well, that's what her sisters always tells her at least. But really it's hard to believe that when she gets cornered by two cheerleaders in the bathroom, how cliche.
"Hey girl!" Shannon, probably the bitchiest out of the whole cheerleading squad. "What are you doingg?" She asked with faux interest.
Y/n doesn't answer and merely kept her head down while she washes her hand.
"Don't be rude!" The other cheerleader bumped her hips while giggling to Shannon. "Oh. My. God. I LOVE your sweater, where'd you get it?"
Christ, they literally are a walking stereotype. Y/n knew they weren't interested in her sweater, this was just one of those teasing that these plastic bitches love to do. "It was my mother's..."
"And was your mom like... an old hag?" Well that was just too far, the only thing Y/n had from her birth mother was this sweater after she died in the house fire. Y/n stayed silent.
The two kept giggling while side eyeing her on the side, occasionally re-applying their make up in the mirror. Y/n quickly finishes up, not wanting to be around them any longer. She quickly left the bathroom but she heard the two giggling and talking about her behind her back.
This has been going on for months ever since she started high school. Honestly, Y/n should be used to it at this point. But that comment about her sweater crossed the line and she needed to leave quick before things escalated.
Y/n spent the rest of the day with her head down, minding her own business and eating lunch alone at the cafeteria. Normally she would sit with her friends, Shuri and Peter, the two other nerds, but they were attending some competition at the moment.
All the while, Natasha was sitting at a different table with her group of friends which was mostly made up of her teammates and the some of the Baseball boys.
"All I'm saying is if you don't ask her out, I will." Carol said with a mouthful of food.
"And I will kick you out of the team, Danvers." Natasha narrowed her eyes at Carol.
"Seriously, just ask her out. The tension is so thick I can practically punch through it."
Natasha merely rolled her eyes, but her gaze ended up locking onto a brunette who was sitting at another table. Green orbs met hers, and Wanda gave her the sweetest smile. Natasha couldn't help but to avert her gaze whilst trying to hide the grin creeping onto her face.
"Ugh, I'm going to barf." Clint said as he fake gagged. Natasha punched his shoulder lightly and he winced.
"Shut up before I show Laura that horrendous hair you had in 6th grade."
"Don't you fucking dare-"
The group fell into an easy conversation, talking about their plans after school. Showing each other funny videos they found while scrolling through social medias. Everything wasn’t out of the ordinary until suddenly they heard yelling from another table.
"Leave me alone!" The voice yelled, normally Natasha would ignore it but when the voice belonged to her little sister, her head snapped to the source.
The cafeteria was silence, some whispers could be heard. The cheerleader table fell into a hushed giggling, occasionally glancing at Y/n's table. Natasha narrowed her eyes slightly and returned her gaze to Y/n. She could see Shannon Carter sitting at the same table with her, wait are they friends or...??
"Was that Y/n?" She heard Clint's voice.
Y/n was quickly got up from her seat, feeling uncomfortable at the amount of eyes on her. She was in the verge of tears, but manages to hold it through until she was out of sight. Natasha quickly got up from her seat, which caught the attention of the rest of the group.
"Where are you going??" Carol asked.
"I'm just gonna check up on my sister." Her friends simply nod, knowing how protective Natasha is over her family.
Natasha made a note to slow her walk as she passed the cheerleader table, with her perceptive ear she manages to caught a few sentence. "She's probably so poor, that's why she has no other clothes to wear." She heard Shannon said. Fashion police much? Especially when she dresses like a basic bitch-
"Maybe it's vintage." She heard Wanda responded with a little bit of an attitude. Wanda notices Natasha passing by and greeted her, only for Natasha to glare and ignore her. She may like Wanda, but no one messes with her little sister.
She navigates her way through the hallway, trying to find Y/n. Damn it where is she?
Think, Natasha, think! Where would she go?
She trusted her instinct and it led her to the music room, surely enough, someone was playing the piano. Natasha peeked through the window and saw a glimpse of a familiar y/h/c hair, she opened the door and her sister was slightly alarmed, but ultimately let out a sigh of relief upon noticing it was only Natasha.
"Hey Nat."
Natasha gently smiled and took a seat beside her. Y/n's hand danced on the keys gracefully, filling the room with soft tunes.
"You wanna tell me what happened?"
Y/n shook her head, and Natasha didn't budged. Natasha simply let her head rest on Y/n's shoulder listening to her play. Y/n finishes and started to play another piece, one that was special to them. Natasha recognize the song as soon as Y/n played the intro. 'Love of my life' by Queen.
"Mom would be proud of you." Natasha said in a soft tone.
Y/n didn't answer, yet she had a soft smile on her face as she played the piano. Their mother used to play this song when they were younger. Natasha, Yelena, and Y/n would huddle around her and watched as their mother skillfully moved her fingers across the keys. They would fight over who could play the piano first, as they all wanted to be as skilled as their mother.
But ultimately, Y/n was the only one who inherited her talents. They didn’t talk and only enjoyed the soft tunes of from the piano for a little while, with Natasha occasionally humming to the lyrics.
When the song ended, the room was filled with silence. After a few moments, Y/n finally spoke up. “I don’t… Feel like going back today.”
Natasha nodded, she knew Y/n had meant the orphanage. They refused to call that dump a home. That orphanage shouldn’t even exist in the first place.
“You want to crash at Clint’s?”
“I’m not that close with him, beside, I kinda feel bad to his parents.”
“I’m sure it’ll be alright, you want me to ask him?”
Y/n nodded and let out the breath she was holding, one less thing to worry about. “I didn’t mean to make a scene, they just went too far today.”
Natasha’s eyes shifted in confusion, she lift up her head that was resting on her sister’s shoulder to face her. “What do you mean?”
“They kept teasing me about the sweater, cause I kept wearing it almost everyday.”
“Well they should mind their own business.” Natasha said with a slight venom in her voice.
“It’s ok, I’m used to it. It’s just because It’s mom’s y’know?”
Wait… “What? What do you mean by used to it??”
“I mean, it’s not a big deal-“
“No.” Natasha said firmly and turned to face Y/n fully. “No, it is a big deal. You’re telling me they’ve been bullying you?”
The younger Romanoff sighed, “You could call it that. But they never went as far as teasing, Nat. It’s fine.” Y/n knew how over protective her big sister could be.
In the Red Room, Natasha would not hesitate to punch someone if they messed with Y/n or Yelena. The other girls at the orphanage was afraid of Natasha because of it. As much as Y/n appreciates it, she didn’t exactly wanted to be known only as Natasha’s puny little sister.
Especially now that she’s in high school, where she could make a name for herself. Unfortunately high school stereotypes chooses you, not the other way around.
“Please just don't make a fuss about it.” Y/n said, hoping to change the subject but to no avail. Natasha was stubborn.
“It was Shannon Carter wasn’t it? I saw her sitting next to you before you left.” Oh well rest in peace Shannon. No point in trying to cover her fake ass now-
“If I say yes will you promise not to do anything?” Natasha gritted her teeth, she was about to protest but Y/n cut her off. “Nat, I'm being serious. I really, REALLY, just want to stay out of drama. Living in the orphanage is already hell, I don't need the teasing to go further because they know I'm your little sister."
Shannon better thank the gods because if not for Y/n, she would've need to book a plastic surgery appointment. Natasha reluctantly agreed to drop the subject. What matters now is cheering up Y/n.
An idea popped up in her head and Natasha playfully bumped their shoulders, "Hey, you wanna skip school?" She asked with a smirk.
Y/n furrowed her eyebrows, "Wouldn't we get in trouble?"
"Only if you get caught. Come on! I'm pretty sure Yelena's skipping too." It took a while to convince the younger Romanoff, but eventually they were out of the school's boundaries in no time. It was kind of embarrassing that her first time skipping school was with her big sisters, but nevertheless, Y/n thought it was fun.
And she wouldn't want it any other way.
Three days later, Natasha had been trying to avoid Wanda and her cheer squad. Because if she didn't, she would've probably punch Shannon Carter straight in the face. Unfortunately for her, fate wasn't exactly on her side.
While Natasha was opening her locker, Wanda approached her with that adorable smile. "Hey." Wanda greeted her shyly. It was strange really, the girl was different when she wasn't around her friends. Natasha found it rather adorable to see this other side of Wanda.
"Hi." Natasha responded with a kind smile, ok she may be a little upset at Wanda. But really, can you blame her? Wanda's extremely cute.
"Uh... I was just wondering if you wanted to go somewhere after practice, maybe get some food or whatever?" Wanda asked with hopeful eyes.
Natasha desperately wanted to say no. Mainly because she didn't want to associate with people who are friends with her sister's bully, unfortunately she is merely a teenager with raging hormones. "Yeah, sure."
Wanda then beamed in delight, "Ok! So uh, I'll see you then." They both then went to their respective class, both with a smile on their face.
Practice was hell that day, I mean fuck, she gets that competition was around the corner but today's drill was insane. At this point, Natasha thinks their coach is just trying to kill them. Thankfully they were done for the day and she's got a date with a hot cheer captain.
Natasha finishes up in the locker room with the other softball girls, they had to change rather quickly as they shared the locker room with the cheerleaders. Though they didn't mind sharing, it just gets a little crowded. Natasha felt a tap on her shoulder and turned around to be greeted by those beautiful green eyes.
"Hey! I won't take long. Meet you outside?" Wanda asked.
Natasha nods, "Sure, I'm just finishing up. Text me when you're done." She responded rather shyly, only Wanda Maximoff could make her all fuzzy feeling.
Wanda smiled at her and returned to her place with her friends. Natasha went back to packing up the last of her equipments. Pants, towel, glove, and- shit where's my shoes?
"Did you guys see Y/n today?" Natasha tensed the moment she heard Shannon's voice.
"About time she wash that sweater." Another cheerleader said.
"Honestly, I bet it smells so bad." Sharron giggles. "It's not like her taste got any better, all of her clothes looked worn down."
"Guys stop it." Wanda said, gaining attention from her friends. Oh ok good to know she wasn't- "It's called being indie." Fucking hell, Natasha clenched her jaw. Trying to hide her disappointment.
The girls giggled and another one spoke up, "Does her parents not love her enough to buy her new clothes."
"I heard her parents died."
"If I was her mother, I would've killed myself too-" Sharron was quickly slammed against the locker by none other than Natasha Romanoff. Causing all the girls to look at her in shock. "What the fu-"
Natasha couldn't contain her anger and gave her another rough shoved, she didn't care that Wanda was witnessing the whole confrontation. "Go on. What else do you have to say, Carter?"
Sharron was lost for words, she could barely utter a word. "I-"
"What more do you have to say about my sister?" Shit.
"S-Sister?" Sharron manages to ask.
"If you so much as glance at her I won't hesitate to permanently damage your face. Got it?" Sharron didn't need to be told twice. The venom in Natasha's voice scared her to her core. She nodded frantically. "Same goes for the rest of you." That was all that Natasha said before hastily taking her leave.
The audacity of these girls.
Natasha stomps her way out of the locker room. She was filled with too much anger and disappointment. One, they insulted her sister. Two, they brought up her parents as well. And three, the fact that Wanda was no better than them. Her friend, her best friend, one she had a crush on, and maybe even love. Was a down right bitc-
"Natasha wait!" Speak of the devil.
Natasha tried to ignore her and made her way out of the school through the field. Wanda manages to catch up to her and pulled her to a stop. Yet Natasha pulled her hand away just as quick, it tore Wanda's heart. "What the hell do you want?!"
"Natasha please, I- I didn't know Y/n was your sister-" Wanda tried to reason. That made her furious.
"And if she wasn't, would it make in any better to bully someone?" Natasha asked. "Just- Leave me alone. I don't want to associate myself with someone like you." Natasha spat.
Wanda knew she was wrong, there's no denying that. But she didn't want to lose Natasha, her best friend. "Tasha, wait please just listen!"
"I have nothing more to say." Natasha started walking away again towards the parking lot, and she made it clear nothing Wanda had to say would make her listen. So, Wanda ran to stand in front of her to stop her track. Guilt smeared across her face.
"Look, I'm sorry. I really am!" She pleaded.
"I'm not the one you owe an apology too."
"I will, I promise. I just- I don't want to lose our friendship..."
Neither did Natasha. She genuinely liked Wanda, their friendship, and... well, Wanda. But nobody messes with her family. "You did that when you bullied my sister."
Wanda tried to defend herself, because yes she maybe have joined the conversation with her friends just to stay on topic, but she never actually teased Y/n. She never outright bullied her, or corner her in the bathroom. All she did was chime in here and there when their friends talked shit about other people. It doesn't make it any better, In any way It was pathetic.
But can you really blame her? She was merely a teenager trying to fit in.
Before Wanda could even explain herself, Natasha held up her hand to stop her. "Safe it. I don't ever want to speak to you."
"No... No, please. Natasha just listen-" Wanda was cut off by a honk of a car. They glanced to see Clint in a car with the window's down.
"Come on, lovebirds! I'm your chauffeur for the night." He clearly missed out on a few episodes.
Natasha quickly approached the car and got into the passenger seat. "Just drive, Clint. Date's canceled."
One of the things Natasha appreciates from Clint is that he understood her better than anyone. And seeing Natasha's distressed face, he drove out of the parking lot without another word. He gave Wanda a quick look of apology before rolling up his window.
Wanda watched as Clint's car drove out of the school boundaries. She felt sick to her stomach, tears pooling in her eyes. Wanda's heart broke into a million pieces. Not only did Natasha hated her, but she also ruined their friendship.
What can she do to restore it?
Hellooo, sorry this took a whilee. I've had many projects to do it makes my brain dead to write anything. Anyway I hope you enjoy this one! I'm planning to make a part 2, hopefully their relationship is not doomed😩

“I just don't understand why you won't tell us where you're moving to?” Kate gripes as she moves a box of your things into the moving truck. Wanda was happy to pay for it and even offered to hire movers but you didn't want to explain something you couldn't afford to your friends. After your trip to your home town, you returned to start a new semester at school. But you couldn't stop thinking about the women who made your twenty second birthday the most memorable birthday ever. They even took care of you the next morning and you never wanted to leave but you told them you had a flight a couple days from then that you couldn't miss. They understood and Wanda made you an offer that she allowed you to think about. She didn't want an immediate answer. She wanted you to think about it.
Which you did, every moment of every day. It was an unusual offer. But it was also a very beneficial one. It took her until the end of her summer break to feel confident in an answer. She had gone on several bad dates within that time and no one caught her eye enough to have a one night stand with. But she had plenty of nights by herself, masterbating to the memories of that night.
“Kate, will you please drop it? I’ll come visit when I can. Besides, we have a few classes together. It's not the end of the world,” you say to comfort your friend. When you finally called Wanda and agreed, she invited you to her office. She is a lawyer, so she had a few legal documents of the arrangement drawn up. There is a discretion clause, meaning that you couldn't just parade around that you agreed to be a sex object for the couple. She said that you are allowed to have outside relationships and even have friends over at the house. But until you could figure out a way to explain your situation without explaining it, you didn't want your friends and family to know anything.
“Alright, I guess I can't say anything to make you stay,” Kate throws her hands up in defeat. “Just know, it's your fault if I end up in prison.”
You laugh at the thought of her blaming you for her actions. “How would that be my fault?”
Kate shrugs, “You keep me from doing stupid stuff. Now I can do all of the stupid stuff I want.”
You shake your head, “I’m sure your new girlfriend will supervise you.”
“Yelena will be in the cell with me, excuse you,” she pretends to be offended.
The two of you share a laugh. You look around to see that everything you own is inside of the moving truck. “I’ll see you in class next week,” you pull your now former roommate into a tight hug.
“I’m not going to see you for a whole week!” she is upset by the idea, but you couldn't promise any sooner. Not when it's your first week on the job.
Live-in Nanny, is your official title. They don't have kids or even pets for that matter. But it looks good on paper for when you have to get a job after graduation and employers won't ask too many questions. “You’ll be fine without me for a week,” you say as you shut and lock the truck.
You pull Kate into a quick hug before getting into the cab of the vehicle. You are anxious to get to Wanda and Natasha’s. Wanda had messaged you that they have a special welcome home celebration planned. You wanted to be there several hours ago.
Arriving at the mansion again, your pussy gets wet at the first memories made here. The night of fucking and the morning of aftercare. Oh how excited you are to be back here. Once you park the vehicle, a moving team is ready to unpack the truck. You climb out and look at Wanda and Natasha with confusion written all over your face. “As excited as we are for you to move in, we aren’t going to waste time with that,” Natasha explains.
“It’s not a waste of time,” Wanda corrects her wife. “We would have been happy to help you move in,” Wanda guides you into the house with an arm around you. “We just thought it was to preserve our energy for… other things.” You shift as you think about what the energy will be spent.
“The little whore wants to ride our dicks while the movers work,” Natasha says to her wife in a low tone. Wanda shakes her head.
“Well, she will have to wait. I made a special dinner.” Wanda surprises you with a kiss on your neck. “But don't worry, babe, we'll have fun as soon as your stuff is moved in and the audience is gone,” she promises.
“Of course, uh, what are we having?” Walking into the dining room, your question is answered without either having to say a word. Displayed among an extravagant dining table is a full spread of delicious looking food. “You really didn't have to,” you say to Wanda.
“We know,” Natasha says as she pulls a chair out for herself. “But that's what makes Wanda so amazing,” she blows a kiss to her wife. She blushes and you love the way the couple interacts with each other. Wanda informed you that they've been together for close to eleven years but only married for four years. You asked her why they wanted to include you if they were happy with each other. Wanda told you that they have always wanted to have a more polyamorous relationship. But never could find someone that worked for both of them. Sure, there were people that were okay with being with a married person. But there weren't many that were okay with being with both Wanda and Natasha. You are the first.
The meal is fun and easy. You were worried that although there is a great sexual chemistry, there might not be any other connection. But, those fears fade as the three of you engage in conversation for hours without an awkward silence. The food was amazing and you made sure to compliment Wanda. She flushed and asked you to stop raving, “You can thank me later,” she continued suggestively.
“I most definitely will,” you say as you imagine what you're going to do with her once you can.
The three of you move to the living area to watch a movie. They insist that you sit in the middle and snuggle up to you shortly after the film starts. Halfway through the movie, the manager of the moving crew informs you all that they are finished. Wanda gets up to pay the man and his team. She leads him away and once the front door shuts, Natasha nudges you onto her lap. You comply out of curiosity and feel her erection at your entrance. She tries to pull down your yoga pants but finds it difficult to do so. Annoyed, Natasha rips the pants open so that your ass and pussy are exposed. She roughly massages your ass as you continue to watch the movie while getting increasingly aroused.
Then, Natasha unzips her jeans and pulls herself out. She rubs her cock along your entrance, getting it covered in your juices. “Of course, you're ready for me,” she slips inside and you let out a low moan. Natasha bounces you on her cock. “Oh I hate this part of the movie,” she says.
“Yeah, it's, it's, it's not my favorite,” you respond. When Wanda returns, she has a bowl of popcorn and she sits comfortably next to you and Natasha. You get turned on even more as they go about things as normal while Natasha is fucking you. When you had signed the contract and agreed to the FreeUse clause, you had no idea just how much you were going to enjoy it.
Natasha cums inside of you and plops you back onto the sofa. She tucks her softening cock away and they pick the next movie. Wanda takes your hand and places it over her bulge. You hungrily release her penis from the tightening pants and put it in your mouth. You love the taste of her cock, especially her cum which you are working hard to earn. Already on your first day, you have cum dripping from your pussy and cum in your mouth. You are going to love it here.
A few weeks later, you are laying on your bed as you study for an exam when Wanda enters the room. Her cock is standing out of her pants and she climbs onto the bed, hovering over your body from behind. She enters you without warning and you gasp. “Hey Wanda,” you greet as she slowly humps into you.
“Hey darling,” she kisses your neck. “What are you working on?”
“I have an exam at the end of the week, just getting some studying out of the way,” you say. Wanda reaches around your body to play with your clitoris, causing you to clench around her thick cock.
“That’s great, I love how studious you are.” Wanda praises. “You’re going to make a great business woman one day.”
“Thank you, baby. That means a lot coming from you. Oooh,” Wanda picks up her pace a little bit and you start to lose focus on your notes. She rubs your clit harder and harder until your body is spasming around her cock, milking her cum out of her.
Wanda doesn't leave before eating out the mess from your pussy, giving you another organism. She kisses you and wishes you luck with your studying. You thank her and she is gone.
A couple days later, you are making breakfast when Natasha walks in with her morning wood. “Wanda already left for work,” she says as she roughly enters you. She doesn't have a lot of time so she pounds into you until she is ready to cum. She pulls out and shoots her sperm on your back. “That looks good, have a plate ready for me when I come back down, please.”
“Of course,” you say as you finish making the meal.
One day, you arrive home after class to find Wanda and Natasha fucking on the kitchen table. You drop your things to join them. Gravitating to Wanda’s cock to suck on her as Natasha rams her cock into the woman's pussy. “Welcome home,” Wanda says through gasps. “How was your day?”
You pop her cock out of your mouth to answer. “It was good, I'm happy to be home though.” You take her cock back into your mouth and Wanda's head falls back at the over stimulation of her cock and pussy at the same time. When she is cumming, Natasha swiftly pulls out of her and pulls you off of Wanda by your hair and shoves her cock into your mouth. Wanda's cum continues to shoot out, making a mess on her stomach and table. Natasha fucks your face ruthlessly until she is releasing her orgasm in your mouth.
“We’re so happy to have you back,” Natasha says through her grunts. She pulls out of your mouth breathlessly and looks at her dirty wife. “Clean her up,” she orders you as she walks away.
Dutifully, you nod and start to lick up all of Wanda’s cum. “Thank you, baby,” she says as she lazily strokes your hair. You kiss her belly once it's only glistening with your saliva. She looks so beautiful and delicious splayed out naked on the table. You can't help kissing the rest of the way down to have your tongue in her sensitive pussy. “Ohhh,” Wanda says as you lick her just the way she likes. “I’m so happy you agreed to love us,” she says.
“Not as happy as I am,” you reply sweetly. “Besides, it's easy loving the two of you.”
Your words make Wanda emotional and she sits up on the table, requesting that you stand up. She pulls you into a deep kiss as she wraps her legs around your middle and her arms around your shoulders. “Please don't leave us.”
“Never,” you promise, because you have no plans on ever doing so.
“Nat and I have been wondering,” she starts a little nervously. Suddenly feeling very vulnerable. “Would you start sleeping in our bedroom, with us?”
You grin, feeling giddy as the relationship progresses, “Of course!”
Wanda mirrors your expression. “I’m glad because,” she pulls your ear close to her lips, “I want to wake up with your tongue inside of me,” you get wet at the idea of how much more access the three of you will have to each other now. You never thought when you agreed to go home with her almost a year ago that this would be your life. But you are so grateful that it is.

Fast Heartbeats, and Love in Slow Motion
Natasha Romanoff x reader
High school AU
Tumblr media
High school. That blend of mundane and magic that only the youthful could truly experience. Such was the existence of Natasha, a senior of elite status, known for her intimidating yet intriguing personality. Her fiery red hair and alluring green eyes captivated many, but there was only one who could really get under her skin: Y/N, her younger sister Yelena's best friend.
Y/N was a mystery to her, an introvert with a subtle charm, always in the company of Yelena and their energetic friend Kate. Unlike the rest of the school, Y/N seemed immune to Natasha's magnetic pull, and it was this indifference that caused a slow burn in Natasha's heart.
Natasha sat with her own friends at lunch, her gaze was drawn to Y/N’s table. Seeing her smile and laugh with Yelena and Kate sparked an unfamiliar warmth inside her, a longing that she was too scared to admit.
"Hey, have you heard about Peter asking Y/N out?" one of Natasha's friends, Wanda, casually mentioned.
Natasha's heart pounded in her chest at the news. She tried to dismiss the feeling, but the seed of jealousy had already been planted.
"I'm sure Y/N is too smart to fall for someone like Peter," Natasha retorted, doing her best to sound nonchalant.
Later, as she walked down the hallway, she saw Y/N, Peter by her side. He was leaning in, his words causing a shy smile to bloom on Y/N's face. Natasha's heart clenched. The jealousy was unbearable.
“Natasha, please, don’t do anything rash.” Yelena had seen the look in her sister’s eyes and understood what it meant.
Ignoring her sister's plea, Natasha sauntered over to Y/N and Peter, her every move exuding a confidence she didn't feel.
"Hey, Peter. Don't you have a Chem test to study for?" Natasha asked, her voice silky yet threatening.
Peter stammered a response and scurried off. Natasha then turned to Y/N, her jealousy masked by a cool facade. "Y/N, you're too good for him."
Y/N looked taken aback, but before she could respond, Natasha walked away.
At their next lunch, Yelena looked at Natasha, her disapproval evident. “Natasha, she’s my best friend. You can’t just play around with her feelings.”
Natasha wanted to argue, to tell Yelena that her feelings for Y/N were anything but playful, but she kept silent.
Kate, on the other hand, wore an amused grin. "Oh, come on Yelena, I think it's cute. There's clearly some chemistry there."
Yelena grumbled something about 'not having a good feeling about this', but Kate just laughed. Natasha, lost in her thoughts of Y/N, merely smiled. She had fallen, and there was no turning back.
Just as lunch ended, Natasha lifted her gaze to see Y/N walking away with Peter. The sight tugged at her heartstrings. She hadn't noticed that Y/N wasn't at their table - she had been too engrossed in her thoughts.
"Dammit," Natasha muttered under her breath, her jealousy flaring again at the sight of Y/N with Peter.
The following day, Natasha saw an opportunity to interact with Y/N alone when they coincidentally ended up at their lockers at the same time. A sense of courage overwhelmed her, and she decided to take a step forward.
"Hey Y/N," she said casually, leaning against the lockers. "I didn't see you at lunch yesterday."
"Oh... I... uh... was with Peter," Y/N stammered, her cheeks blushing.
Natasha’s heart sank at Y/N's response, but she forced a smile, "Oh, how was your date?"
Y/N looked flustered, "It... it wasn’t a date… We were just…”
But before Y/N could explain, the bell rang, cutting her off. Natasha, misunderstanding Y/N's words, felt the sting of jealousy once again. She plastered on a smile, "Well, see you later Y/N."
After that encounter, Natasha couldn’t help but give Peter a hard time. Each glance, each word exchanged between Peter and Y/N, ignited a fire in Natasha that she couldn’t control.
In the midst of all this, Yelena still couldn't shake her unease. "Kate, I just... I don't want anyone getting hurt, you know?" Yelena admitted.
Kate rolled her eyes, "Yelena, it's high school. People get their hearts broken and mended all the time. Besides, I think Natasha genuinely likes Y/N."
Yelena sighed, "I know she does, and that's what scares me."
Despite Yelena's worries, Kate couldn't help but be excited at the prospect of romance brewing in their circle. And Y/N? She was caught in the middle, blushing at Natasha's relentless flirting, yet unable to voice the truth about Peter.
The more Natasha fell, the more she misunderstood, and the further Y/N seemed to drift. Love had never been so beautifully complicated.
A few weeks later, frustration had built up in Yelena to the point of eruption. Enough was enough, and it was time for her to interfere. Storming into Natasha's room without knocking, she found her sister sitting on her bed, staring blankly at the wall.
"Natasha, you need to get it together," Yelena blurted out, her tone seething with exasperation. "Stop being so stupid."
Natasha looked up, her green eyes surprised at the sudden intrusion. "Yelena? What-"
"You know very well what I'm talking about," Yelena interrupted, crossing her arms over her chest. "Y/N. She never went out with Peter, Natasha. That was all in your head."
Natasha froze, a flicker of hope crossing her face, quickly replaced by a hard resolve. "And what if she did? It's none of my business."
Yelena sighed, frustration evident in her features. "You've had your fair share of chances with Y/N, Natasha. If you don't take them now, I swear, I'll make sure you never get another one."
The room fell into silence. Natasha just looked at her sister, a hint of tears shimmering in her eyes. She blinked them away, trying to hide the hurt.
"I... I did take my chance, Yelena," Natasha confessed, her voice barely above a whisper. "A few days ago. But she... she rejected me. She didn't even give me a reason."
The news hit Yelena like a punch. She hadn't expected this. Later that day, she met Kate, hoping to make sense of the mess.
"Kate," Yelena began, looking serious, "did Y/N tell you why she rejected Natasha?"
Kate looked uncomfortable but answered, "Yes, she did. Y/N doesn't want to ruin her friendship with you. And she's... she's not sure if she and Natasha would work out in the long run."
Suddenly, everything fell into place for Yelena. She understood the complexity of their situation, the fear of destroying friendships and relationships that meant so much to them all.
Back home, Yelena found Natasha staring out her window, lost in her thoughts. She wanted to tell Natasha about her conversation with Kate, but the words got stuck in her throat. It wasn't her place to share Y/N's feelings, but she also didn't want to see Natasha in pain.
In the end, she chose silence, hoping that somehow, everything would fall into place. In the chaotic world of high school, where emotions ran high and friendships were tested, all they could do was hold on and hope for the best.

Whenever bad things happen, everybody thinks it's the worst it can be and that they'll never get out from it. And that was exactly how I felt with the whole Thomas situation. Turns out all I needed to do was share my feelings with somebody.
After Yelena discovered the truth about our break up, it became a lot easier for me to move on from it. I didn't feel like I was holding it all alone, and if I ever did feel lonelier than usual, she was always there for me to call.
I was surprised she didn't do something horribly irreversible or probably illegal to him in some form of payback, considering she was still very much pissed about the whole thing. I'd made it clear I didn't want her to, and I was very appreciative of her listening to me.
A month passed and I didn't even care for Thomas anymore. It was easy to let it all go, to an extent. I tried to focus on myself again and appreciate what I did have in my life. And one of those things was Yelena, of course.
We were out on a coffee date during our lunch break one day. It was nice to get out of the Compound, especially during the few breaks I got, and Yelena happened to be mission-free so was able to join me.
"Sorry, one second, my phone keeps vibrating," she said when we were mid-conversation.
I waited patiently, watching as she quickly flicked through her messages.
"Who is it?" I asked, before sipping my iced coffee.
She sighed, tapping away quickly before locking her phone. "Just Nat. She can't find her hoodie."
"Oh, d'you know where it is?"
"Uh-huh."
I quirked a brow. "And you told her?"
"I told her I don't know," she said casually, before slurping her fruit drink.
I tried not to laugh as I glanced at what Yelena had on. "Is it the hoodie you're wearing by any chance?"
She didn't respond, but a smile curled on her lips as she met my eyes playfully. I chuckled, shaking my head at her silliness.
"I don't know how you're so confident lying to her. When she finds out, she'll be so angry," I said.
"She doesn't scare me," she answered with a shrug.
I raised my eyebrows in disagreement. "Seriously? She's intimidating as fuck! The Black Widow!" When Yelena didn't seem to agree, I scoffed quietly. "Honestly, I probably never would have talked to her if it wasn't for you. She's scary."
Yelena snorted with amusement. "Please. Natasha is the least intimidating person ever. Even you're more intimidating than her."
I rolled my eyes playfully. "Of course you're saying that. You're her sister after all."
Enthused, Yelena leaned back in her seat and eyed me curiously. "I'm now wondering what you thought of me when we first met."
"Well, I thought you would be intimidating," I began, suppressing the urge to smile, "but then you came in because of a bad mission report and started pouting like a baby when I corrected you. So, from there, I knew you were harmless."
She opened her mouth with disbelief, lifting an eyebrow. "Wow. Seriously?"
"You're a softie deep down, I know it," I said convincingly, and she tried not to smile but it was impossible.
"Whatever," she mumbled, avoiding my eyes.
I grinned at her pout and the fact that she was only proving my point. "It's true! You would do anything I ask. Soft–ie."
She scoffed under her breath, crossing her arms, only making me laugh. I knew it and she knew it, but it was okay. That was why I loved her.
"Sorry to interrupt, but are you finished with your food?" a waitress asked, stopping by our table.
"No worries, that's fine, thanks," I said to her politely.
She smiled, nodding, before stacking them and saying, "Can I get you any dessert?"
I shook my head, but Yelena bit her lip as she glanced at the dessert menu sticking out between the salt and pepper shakers.
"Hmm, maybe," she mumbled, before pulling it out to have a proper look.
I crossed my arms and leaned back in my seat, amused. Of course she'd want dessert.
"You know, the chocolate cake here is very good," the waitress recommended, leaning down slightly to point it out on the menu to her. "Or if you're not a cake person, there's pie."
"That looks pretty good actually," Yelena agreed, nodding slightly.
"Something sweet for someone sweet," the waitress flirted, glancing at Yelena with a smile.
Either oblivious or not knowing how to react, Yelena clapped her hands together and nodded. "Well, I can't say no to that. Can I get a slice of your apple pie with some ice cream, please?"
"You got it," the waitress agreed, eyes lingering on Yelena a lot longer than normal, before collecting our plates and leaving.
I raised my eyebrows, trying not to laugh, as I looked over to Yelena with disbelief. Feeling my stare, she looked up and raised her chin.
"What?" she questioned.
I glanced over at the waitress who was behind the till getting her pie, and then back at Yelena. "What? Seriously? Did you not see what I just saw?"
Confused, Yelena tilted her head. "What? The picture of the pie? It's on the menu, Y/N, of course I saw it."
I tsked, shaking my head, before giving her a knowing look. "That waitress, idiot! She was totally into you!"
Taken aback, Yelena shook her head. "Pfft, no she wasn't. You're seeing things."
I rolled my eyes. "Yelena. She was literally checking you out."
"She was taking my order, that's all," she disagreed, getting comfortable in her seat. "It was good customer service is all."
I snorted. "Okay, whatever you say."
The waitress soon returned and gave Yelena her dessert, and not without checking her out yet again. Yelena glanced at me disapprovingly when I gave her another look, but said nothing else. We chatted for a little longer, her enjoying her dessert and me finishing my drink, before my lunch break was over and I knew I had to get back.
The same waitress – whose name tag read Andrea – gave us the bill and let us split it. But just as I predicted, she wrote a little something extra on Yelena's card receipt and slid it over to her before leaving.
"It's her number," I said with amazement, laughing when I put my jacket on. "I was freakin' right! God, I'm good."
"Maybe you were," Yelena said with mild surprise, looking at the receipt, before putting it in her pocket. "Probably won't do anything with it."
I quirked a brow. "Seriously? You should talk to her. She seems nice. And she was definitely interested in you."
Yelena considered it, glancing at the till where Andrea was serving another customer.
"It's really easy," I assured her, realising she'd never dated before because of her past, and so this would all be new to her. "No pressure or anything. Just approach her and say hi. And then the rest will play out itself."
"I don't know," she said, looking back to me with disinterest.
"Yelena, go over there," I said with encouragement. "You'll be fine. Promise."
She hesitated, watching me as if searching for confirmation. When I nodded, she took a deep breath and went over to the till. I smiled as I subtly watched their conversation, too far to hear anything but it looked like it was going well. Yelena was smiling shyly which was rare with her, and Andrea seemed to be enjoying the attention, checking her out and flirtatiously touching her hand on the counter.
Without thinking much of it, my smile faded when I saw just how flirtatious she was acting. It was a little icky to witness and left an unpleasant feeling in my stomach. I think I felt... jealous? Which was stupid, because I'd literally talked Yelena into going over there and I had no reason to be. But seeing it all play out was a different story, and a small part of me wanted to yank Yelena away and forget this ever happened.
It was a momentary feeling, strange, and I tried to ignore it. She was my friend and this was the first time she was putting herself out there – I was merely being overprotective.
Though, when Yelena finished her conversation and left with slightly pink cheeks, I realised it might have been more than a little jealousy I was feeling.
Trying to push that to the side, I plastered on a smile as we walked out the store. "So? How did it go?"
Yelena shrugged, smiling a little. "Alright. You were right. She was nice. I said I'd call her."
"That's great," I said, sounding excited for her, but I wasn't too sure I actually was.
"Enough of that anyway," Yelena said, giving me a sideways glance. "We don't want you back to work late. Let's go."
"We've got time, don't worry about– woah!"
I was cut off when Yelena put her hand out across me, stopping me from walking further forward. A cyclist suddenly sped past us, inches away from knocking me down if she hadn't stopped me, and I widened my eyes with surprise at the suddenness of it all and also the feeling of Yelena's hand protectively over me because she still hadn't let go, even when she yelled out a string of Russian curse words to the cyclist. It was kind of attractive, admittedly, seeing her so protective, and that's when I realised...
Oh, no.
"Are you okay?" she asked, finally dropping her hand and looking to me with concern.
I swallowed uncomfortably, avoiding her eyes. "Yep. All good here. Thank you."
She breathed out with relief, squeezing my arm gently. "People can be such idiots."
She began to rant about how inconsiderate some cyclists could be when riding on the pavement, but I was barely listening. The realisation that I may be attracted to my best friend was enough to silence me for the rest of the walk back to work.
Tumblr media
It didn't long for me to realise that, yes, I do in fact like my best friend.
Though I tried to pin it down to a momentary lapse of judgement, or a mere appreciation for the beauty that was Yelena, I knew it wasn't that. More so when she actually began to see Andrea outside of the coffee shop and went on a few dates with her. The jealousy that went through me was too fierce to be purely platonic. And I hated that I only noticed too late.
Despite this, I tried to be as supportive as possible, especially because it was Yelena's first true taste of a relationship. There was a chance I was finding things to pick on without meaning to though...
"She's just really nice," Yelena was telling me one day after another date she'd been on. Her smile was permanent and she was gushing, making me feel icky because it was about someone else. "We went bowling and it was simple, but she makes me feel good. I didn't think it was possible, you know? I'm usually the one who doesn't feel like this, but something about her..."
She sighed contently, probably falling into a daydream about her, and I couldn't exactly do anything about it because I was the one who pushed her to go out with her.
"Does she know who you are?" I asked, trying not to seem too interested, when deep down I hated the irrational jealousy in me.
She shook her head, trying not to laugh. "I'm not stupid. Of course she doesn't. As far as she's aware, I work in admin at S.H.I.E.L.D."
I narrowed my eyes without meaning to. "So, my job."
She grinned, winking. "Exactly!"
I shoved her arm gently from across the table. "Just be careful. She's still new and you don't want to let anything slip up."
She gave me a disapproving look. "Y/N, I think you forget I'm a fully trained assassin. I don't let things 'slip up'."
I rolled my eyes. "Still."
And that was only the start. The more dates she went on, the more unreasonably jealous I was becoming. I tried my hardest to be supportive, but it was hard seeing her be so happy with someone else.
I wasn't sure how I'd never looked at Yelena in this light before, especially when she'd been nothing but kind and caring towards me. Probably because I was in a relationship, but now I wasn't and she was, so everything was the wrong timing. Whatever it was, I just knew that now I'd become aware of how great she was in a more-than-a-friend kind of way, it hurt seeing her with someone else.
But, like I said, I was nothing short of supportive. I helped her get ready for her dates, I gave her advice whenever she asked for it, and I even hung out with Andrea whenever they invited me. She was just as nice as she was at the coffee shop, except now I hated everything about her for the sole reason that she was dating Yelena and I wasn't.
It was a horrid feeling, jealousy. But I tried not to let it get the better of me. Yelena was in her first proper relationship and she needed support, not bitterness.
Unfortunately, as time passed, there were a few times when Yelena and Andrea would have plans and Andrea would cancel last minute, unaware of the way Yelena's feelings would drop in an instant. Or sometimes, we'd all be grabbing lunch together and she'd cut Yelena off mid-story, highjacking it with her own. I wasn't sure if it was on purpose or not, and Yelena never seemed to mind, so I didn't comment on it. But I always thought about it, hoping it wasn't my jealousy just picking things to hate on.
I knew I wasn't just seeing things when it happened again, though this time it was their two month anniversary (whatever the hell that meant). I was helping Yelena get ready at hers, doing her hair for her and listening to her ramble all about what she had planned and what restaurant she'd booked for the evening. She looked stunning, I wouldn't lie, but even more so because of the sparkle in her eyes and the glimmer in her smile when she talked about Andrea. As much as I disliked the girl, she made Yelena happier than I'd seen her. And as much as that broke my heart, it warmed it, too.
"So, the waiter said he'd prepare this special chocolate cake that's cut into a heart–" she was telling me as I put some pins in her hair to keep it out of her eyes, but was cut off by her phone ringing.
I passed it to her from behind me on the bed, happening to catch the caller ID as Andrea's. When she saw it, her face lit up and she answered it.
"Darling, hey!" she greeted, making me insides turn uncomfortably. There was a pause, then Yelena continued, "I'm almost ready and I'll come to pick you up. It's a surprise after all." She laughed, but then she fell silent, listening intently.
I finished her hair and smiled at my handiwork before taking a step back, only to realise the lovely smile on her face had disappeared.
"No, I understand," she said, voice lacking the same excitement it had all evening. A fake smile was on her lips as she looked down, playing with the hem of her dress. "It's okay, don't worry. We can reschedule. It happens all the time. Just a mix up, I know."
I frowned, wondering what was up, before watching her say her goodbyes and hanging up. It was quiet and she didn't say anything, so I decided to speak up.
"Is everything okay?" I asked gently, moving around so I could see her face.
She nodded, faking another smile as she met my eyes briefly. "Yes, but Andrea won't be able to go out this evening."
I raised my eyebrows with surprise. "What do you mean? You've got a whole plan. I thought you were picking her up."
She bit her lip, looking away. "She didn't realise she'd promised she'd go out to a party with her roommate tonight. Mixed up the days."
Without thinking twice, I said, "What the fuck? That's rude."
Yelena shook her head, visibly upset but defensive. "No, it was just an accident. Her roommate needed a wing woman and she promised she'd go. She said she'd make it up to me."
"Yelena, that's not an excuse," I told her with furrowed brows, not recognising this version of my friend. "It's your two month anniversary, right? You both knew the date. She should have cancelled with her friend and chose you."
"Y/N, just leave it," she said quietly, before standing up and taking out the pins in her hair.
"No, I won't leave it," I said, earning her attention. "This isn't the first time she's cancelled on you last minute. You put a lot of effort into tonight and she should be here!"
"It's not a big deal," she defended again, and it frustrated me to no ends because if the roles had been reversed, Yelena would have killed the person who did this to me. But ever since she'd dated Andrea, she'd become submissive.
"It's a dick move, Yelena!" I exclaimed, and she clenched her jaw. "She's a–"
"Don't," she warned, shooting me a look. "Don't talk about her like that."
"You always defend her," I said with disbelief. "Yelena, she does this regularly! And not just this."
"Oh, just say how you really feel," she said sarcastically, turning to walk to her wardrobe so she didn't have to look at me.
"Ever since you began dating her, it's like you've changed," I finally told her what had been on my mind. "She makes the decisions. She tells you what to do. She cancels, she takes advantage of your patience and you let her! That's not what a relationship is!"
"Stop talking badly about her!" she shouted suddenly, spinning around to glare at me. "I don't know where all of this is coming from, but stop it! It's not your place, Y/N!"
"Yes, it is!" I shouted. "She's a shitty girlfriend, Yelena! Who the hell leaves someone alone on their anniversary?! And for what – a dumb party?! That's fucked!"
"Stop it! You–" She began to curse in Russian, looking up with frustration, before settling her fiery stare at me. "You're the one who told me to date her!"
I scoffed. "Well, that was before I knew how badly she'd treat you."
"No!" she yelled, pointing an accusatory finger at me. "Stop it! You don't– fuck! You don't get to say all of this now! Not when–!"
Stopping herself, she squeezed her hand into a fist and looked the other way. I hated that she couldn't just see how badly she was being treated, how she couldn't believe me when I told her.
"Whatever, enjoy your cancelled date," I told her with a frown, before grabbing my phone and leaving her place.
So much for being supportive, I guess.

THIRD PERSON POV
"She's just being such a– such a–"
"A concerned friend?" Natasha filled in for her sister, making the blonde groan with frustration.
"Why are you sticking up for her right now?!" Yelena exclaimed. "You're supposed to be on my side!"
"Sorry," Natasha apologised, hardly meaning it.
Since Yelena burst into her room at the Compound the following day of her cancelled date, ranting about how rude Y/N was being and how she didn't approve of Yelena's relationship, Natasha was forced to hear it all.
"She doesn't get to comment on this!" Yelena continued to rant, more upset than angry, Natasha noticed. "I waited for her, for crying out loud! I– fuck, I was in love with her and she didn't see that, so no! She doesn't get to tell me what my relationship is."
"I mean, regardless of all of that, she wasn't wrong," Natasha commented, wondering if she'd regret it given Yelena's current emotional state right now. "The way Andrea treats you... it's not how a relationship is supposed to be."
Yelena narrowed her eyes at her sister. "Are you just team Y/N all the way now? Didn't know you loved her so fucking much."
Natasha ignored her bitterness and continued, "I'm not taking sides, Yelena. But I've seen how Andrea treats you, heard from yourself how she treats you. It's a dick thing to do."
Yelena clenched her jaw. "You've never said this before."
Natasha sighed, looking over her cup of coffee and to her sister. "I didn't want to get involved in your first relationship. It's something you had to figure out yourself. But Y/N... she cares about you and said it first. She's right. You deserve better, Yelena. And you're only not listening to Y/N because you're holding a grudge at the fact that she didn't love you back. That she didn't know you loved– love– whatever it is, her. But that's not fair to hold against her when she doesn't know. You didn't tell her and that's on you. Not her."
Yelena began to unclench her jaw and looked away, her anger fading and being replaced with hurt. There was truth to Natasha's words, she knew that, but she couldn't accept it just like that. It wasn't fair. She waited for Y/N. She wanted her. And when she finally had her chance, Y/N convinced her to ask Andrea out instead. All Yelena ever wanted was Y/N. It should have been her.
It wasn't fair.
Tumblr media
YOUR POV
Yelena and I had never argued before, not like this. Small, stupid, petty arguments, sure, but never this. I hadn't seen her as angry as I had that evening. We hadn't gone this long – a whole week – without speaking, ever.
I missed her.
After being left alone to replay that evening over in my head, I knew I shouldn't have snapped like I did. Letting my concern and jealousy both get the better of me like that... it wasn't fair on Yelena. She didn't know how I felt, she couldn't have, and I was the one who talked her into dating Andrea. I couldn't take it out on her like I was, so I knew I needed to apologise. And tell her the truth, even if it meant saying goodbye to our friendship forever.
I went to visit her at her apartment, hoping she'd be in and also actually let me see her. Sucking up a deep breath, I knocked on her front door and waited. Finally, the door opened and Yelena was standing there, certainly surprised to see me. She didn't look like she wanted to punch me in the face, which was a positive sign...
"Hey," I said, embarrassed at how quietly it came out. Clearing my throat, I repeated myself, "Hey. Hi."
She pressed her lips together, green eyes flickering between mine. "Hi. I didn't expect to see you here."
"I know, sorry for showing up unannounced." I swallowed the lump in my throat. "I understand if you want me to leave, but I came here because I want to talk to you. I need to apologise, Yelena."
She raised her eyebrows, clearly surprised. "I see. It's funny you say that. I was actually going to visit you. I wanted to apologise also. And talk."
I was surprised, not expecting to hear that, and as much as I was curious about what she felt she needed to apologise for, I knew I needed to go first, it already on the tip of my tongue.
"Can I come in?" I asked nervously.
She nodded, stepping to the side. I let myself in, stopping in the hall and not inviting myself in any further.
"Y/N, I–" she began after closing the door behind me, but I cut her off instantly.
"Please let me go first," I pleaded. "I have to tell you something important. It can't wait."
She nodded reluctantly, eyes locking on mine as she waited for me to speak. This was it. The truth. Possibly the last exchange I could have with her if it went so badly.
"Firstly, I'm sorry for how everything went down between us last week," I said with a frown. "I shouldn't have flipped on you like that without warning. What I said... it could have been said better, at a better time and in a better place. But Yelena... it's true. I don't want to see you being used like that and forgotten about. You're amazing and you deserve the world."
She looked down at her shoes uncomfortably, and I worried I was going too far. But I sucked it up and powered through.
"The reason I was so bitter about it was because I was concerned as your best friend, yes, but also because I was jealous. I'm in love with you, Yelena."
Shocked, she looked up at me, eyebrows raised. Realising what I said, I cursed inwardly and tried to backtrack. That wasn't how I planned to tell her.
"Sorry," I said quickly, "that's not fair. You're in a relationship and–"
"We broke up," she cut me off abruptly.
I blinked, confused. "What?"
"That's what I was going to tell you," she said softly. "I broke up with her. You were right. I deserve better."
It was my turn to be surprised, eyebrows raised and her words digesting. "Oh."
It went quiet between us, our words hanging in the air, and I didn't know what else to say when she watched me closely.
"I've been in love with you for a long time," she finally spoke, taking me by further surprise.
"What?"
She released a deep breath, sad smile on her lips. "You never knew and I couldn't tell you because you were my first real friend. And I didn't want to ruin that."
She'd been in love with me this whole time? How was I so blind to miss it?
"Since when?" I asked, like it would make a difference, genuinely shocked by this revelation.
She swallowed thickly. "Do you remember that time when we went out to that sushi place? And I accidentally dropped the soy sauce all over you?"
How could I forget? It was shortly after we became proper friends and was the funniest thing to happen at a sushi bar. I smelled like soy sauce the whole afternoon at work but I didn't even care because Yelena was so embarrassed it was adorable.
"Yeah," I answered quietly.
"Since then," she said awkwardly, looking away.
I opened my mouth to say something, but I didn't know what to say. I was too taken aback, overthinking every moment since that sushi date. She'd been in love with me for that long?
"Well, now what?" she asked nervously, a nervousness that was rare with her but reminded me she wasn't just the stoic assassin everyone thought she was.
I pressed my lips together, eyes studying her expression with intrigue. She was avoiding my stare, eyes glued to the ground, and I let mine fall from her bright eyes to the slope of her nose, the dip of her cupid's bow, the fullness of her lips. She loved me, too. But she wouldn't make the first move, that much was clear. Why wait any longer?
"Maybe I could take you out on a date," I offered, earning her attention. "A proper one. And I can show you how you're supposed to be treated. How you deserve to be."
I held my breath, portraying a confidence I definitely didn't feel inside. I was certain she was, too, the both of us awaiting an answer that felt like it wouldn't come.
And just at that moment, her phone began to ring.
Startled, she pulled it from her pocket and checked the screen before declining the call. Clutching it tightly, she looked up to me again, eyes flickering between mine.
"I–"
Her phone began to ring again, only making the nerves in my stomach tighten with each passing second.
"You should answer," I told her before she could decline it. "It could be important."
Reluctantly she nodded and let out an annoyed sigh, putting the phone to her ear. "Hello?"
I couldn't hear the conversation, but it sounded like her sister and there was a sense of urgency in her voice. Something must have been up. Yelena kept a passive expression, humming before promising to be there and saying her goodbyes.
"I'm sorry, I have to go," she said afterwards. "There's an emergency at the Compound."
I smiled, hoping she couldn't see my deflated expression, and shook my head. "No, it's okay. You go. I'll leave, too."
Turning around quickly with the only thought of mine to curl in my bed and sulk, I tried to leave, but Yelena grasped my hand and spun me back around. Before I could ask her what was up, she pulled me close and kissed me.
I closed my eyes, wrapping my arms around her waist like it was second nature, and kissed her back. It was gentle, lasting only a few seconds, but my cheeks flushed and my lips were tingling when she pulled away.
"I would love to go on a proper date with you," she muttered, a smile creeping on her lips. "It's all I've ever wanted."
I began to smile, too, speechless and breathless all at once. I could have stared at her for a long time, merely admiring her pretty eyes and heartwarming smile, but I remembered her sister's call and reluctantly pulled apart.
"You should go to the Compound, it sounded urgent," I told her.
As if suddenly remembering, she breathed out and nodded. "Right, yeah."
"Let me know if everything is okay and if we need to rearrange tomorrow," I told her, going to the door. "Be safe."
"I will," she promised, unable to stop smiling, just like me. "See you, Y/N."
"Bye," I said, bringing myself to leave because if I stayed a second longer, I knew I'd end up pulling her in for another kiss.
I left and the smile on my face was permanent, I was certain.

~ “Yelena! Let me go!! Yelena!! Help!!”
“Y/n, it’s okay!! I’ll be with you again soon!”
“I don’t want to go Lena!! Please!” ~
“Yelena, are you okay?” Natasha clicked her fingers in front of her dragging her back to the news that Melina had just delivered. “I’m fine” Yelena mumbled. Flashbacks of her younger sister replayed in her mind, “are you sure?” Melina tilted her head slightly in Yelena’s direction. “Where is she?” the question was quickly asked, coated with concern, “can I see her? I need to see her”
“She’s with Alexei right now. She’s not in a good state, but when she is, of course, you can see her” Melina explained. Natasha sat across from her with a supporting hand on Yelena’s back. “No, I need to see her. I haven’t seen her since she was four” Yelena shrugged Nat’s hand from her back.
“I know honey but she’s” Melina paused as she tried to paste the words together in the nicest way she could. “Melina, she’s my little sister!”
“Yelena, she’s not okay right now. Alexei and I need to monitor her for a couple of days at the most. You have to understand, she was trained differently from Natasha and yourself. She just needs a couple of days to adjust then, I promise, you can see her” Melina explained in a soft and comforting voice. The look on Yelena’s face told her dysfunctional family that she didn’t like the idea of having to spend a few more days away from her sister. She shook her head in frustration before excusing herself from the family’s dining table.
“How bad is she?” Natasha looked to Melina once she was confident that Yelena had gone to her room. “Dreykov isn’t going to take it lightly that she’s gone. I read her file” she chewed her bottom lip, “he was doing new tests on her, ones I’d never heard of” she went on to explain. “And the training?” Natasha frowned lightly, “Alexei and I are still trying to work out how extensive her training was. So far, we know she was trained harder, harsher, more intensive than what you and Yelena went through. I’m worried that he had a lot of hope in her”.
Alexei placed a plate of food in front of you, the vegetables had a stream of steam waving from them, the pasta sauce thickened the longer it sat untouched as the pasta soaked up its goodness. “I wasn’t sure what you liked” Alexei’s deep voice made your eyes travel from the plate of hot food to his eyes as he sat in the seat across from you. You wondered where the woman had gotten too, since being picked up by the couple they’d been inseparable as they cared for you day in and day out. Even though you’d been mute since meeting them, they held no threat to you.
“Wh-where’s Melina?” you finally spoke for the first time in serval weeks. Alexei looked slightly surprised, “she’s at home with the girls” he replied. The girls? You never heard him, nor Melina talk about anybody. “You have kids?” you asked him, wanting to know more. “Yes, adoptive but I love them as if they were really my mine” he spoke in a promising tone. You saw his eyes light up as he mentioned his love for the mystery girls he loved deeply.
“I had a sister” your voice broke but your eyes stayed connected to his as he lent forward, “do you remember her?” he asked. You nodded sadly, your memories of the older girl you once called sissy was faint, fading away as you got older, “they took her away from me”.
Alexei knew Melina would have more of an understanding of what you were saying given her past working relationship with Dreykov and being a widow herself. “They told me I didn’t need her anymore, but I did” you slowly picked up the polished silver fork, stabbing it into a piece of sliced carrot, “I did” a tear rolled down your right cheek before the carrot found your mouth.
The sound of the small apartment’s door unlocked; a strong wave of Melina’s perfume entered the room before she did. “Ah, there she is” Alexei smiled as he made eye contact with the dark hair woman. “Did I miss something?” Melina joked as you took another small piece of food from the white plate, Alexei shook his head “I’ll tell you later” he whispered as she took the seat next to him.
“How are you feeling?” Melina softly smiled at you.
“T-Tired” you mumbled before stabbing your fork into another vegetable. Melina instantly turned to look at Alexei who only nodded letting her know that what she heard was words coming from your mouth. “I can imagine” Melina replied, “you haven’t slept in a couple of days. Do you feel any different from yesterday?” she asked.
“I feel like I’ve missed a lot…the memories I had don’t seem real to me anymore…” you admitted. “That’s because Dreykov biochemical enhanced, chemically subjugated and implanted fake memories into your mind” Melina explained with a frowned of concern, “you received a special treatment that allows you, for decades, to remain young, healthy and resilient at superhuman levels” she added.
The information didn’t exactly surprise you but made you question why. Why would somebody do this to you?
“But it’s okay now, you’re safe. Alexei and I will look after you, we promise” Melina spoke when she saw worry take over your face. You only nodded in reply before sitting in silence as you finished your dinner. “Could I go to bed? Please?” you asked once both your knife and York rested on the empty plate. “Of course, you can, you don’t have to ask. If you’re tired and need a rest, you can just go to your bed” Melina smiled.
For the first time in many years, you had freedom, something you’d have to get used too. You weren’t control anymore but still you weren’t sure what you were supposed to be doing or who you truly were.
“Thank you” you rose from your seat, “goodnight” you spoke before walking down the hall to the room that quickly gave you a sense of comfort. It was a lot different from your room at Red Room, it was bigger and more like an actual bedroom rather than a prison cell with dark colours.
“Hey, are you okay? I know you didn’t take Melina’s news too well” Natasha stood in the door frame of Yelena’s room. Yelena was five years younger than Natasha and two years older than her long lost sister. At the age of three she and Natasha were adopted by Alexei and Melina for an undercover mission for Dreykov, 3 years later when the mission was completed the girls were sent back to Red Room where they continued their intensive training until Dreykov’s control but Melina and Alexei struggled to adjust without the girls they grew to love as their own and made it their own mission to retrieve them, protect them and love them like they had all along.
Now Yelena is 17 and Natasha is 22. They have been free from the darkness of the Red Room and Dreykov’s control for the past 3 and a half years. Yelena struggled more than Natasha to adjust to her new lifestyle but thankful she was finally home with the only family she knew of.
During Yelena’s recovery, the fake memories that Dreykov had implanted into her young mind soon faded away and she was able to remember the short life she had before being taken into Red Room. Memories of her younger sister clouded her mind daily, she wondered where you were taken too, how you were, what you looked like, if you remembered her, if you still giggled when you ran too fast, she wondered if she’d recognise you if she saw you.
“They’ve had her for months and didn’t say anything” Yelena looked at Natasha, “I’m mad” she adds.
“I understand” Natasha stepped a foot into the blonde’s bedroom. “You don’t understand Natasha. You don’t know what it feels like to lose somebody so close to you. She’s my baby sister, I should’ve protected her” Yelena slightly raises her voice causing Natasha to sigh with hurt. “But I do understand…I lost you” she says hurtfully, “they took you from my arms, you begged me not to let you go”
For a moment Yelena forgot about that night when Natasha held her tightly in her arms as Dreykov’s men walked around with their heavily armed guns ripping other young girls from each other. “I’m sorry” Yelena spoke softly as Natasha sat beside her on the bed, “I want to know she’s okay” she adds with teary eyes.
“She’s being looked after by Melina and Alexei, she’s in good hands. You know Melina will do whatever she needs to do, Alexei as well” Natasha comforts the blonde with a gently pat on the knee.
Meanwhile, Alexei had explained to Melina that you mentioned your sister, the memory of her blonde hair, green eyes and button nose faded more and more, day by day. “Did she say Yelena’s name?” Melina asked while washing up the dishes Alexei had created. “Nope” he replied as he dried each dish from the drying rack. “Yelena’s not happy we kept this from her” Melina flicked her wet hands of access water before using a towel to dry them, “I can’t imagine she’d be anything else” Alexei replied.
-The Following Day-
“Do we tell her?” Melina spoke softly as she looked to her right where Alexei stood downing a mug of coffee. “About Yelena? Not yet” he replied. Both watched you from the kitchen as you picked at the healthy breakfast Melina made. The morning was fresh but not cold, you sat by yourself flicking a small piece of cut up apple around in your bowl. You could hear the faint whispers coming from the two adults and the feeling of their eyes watching your every movement, something you were used to and unfazed by.
“How about we go for a walk today? Would you like that?” Melina asked you with a soft smile, you didn’t reply as your eyes fell back to the bowl of uneaten fruit and yogurt in front of you. “Or, if you had something else in mind, we could do that” Melina suggests, trying to get your attention but again, no reply. Melina just assumed you had another bad night, since escaping Red Room and being in the care of Melina & Alexei you’ve had to adjust to normal life like things.
Understanding that what happened to you wasn’t right, that you’re more than just a weapon of darkness, that you were now free to do as you pleased, within reason of course. The nightmares were the hardest for Melina to watch, seeing you have such an out of body experience made her guilty of the work she once did for Dreykov and swore that she’d never do such a thing to anybody ever again. Alexei would have to hold you down given his strength was enough to keep you from lashing out and ripping the apartment to pieces as your mind detoxed from Dreykov’s injections. Then suddenly, you stopped sleep for days at a time. You’d lye on the double bed staring at the wall with no expression or movement. Almost like you were frozen in time.
“Alexei mentioned you told him about your sister” you watched as Melina slowly sat down in the seat across from you, she smiled softly once more hoping for a peep out of you, but it was clear now that today was one of them days. A day where nothing fazed you, a day where you looked through everything around you, words went through one ear and out the other, objects around you seemed almost invisible. Alexei wouldn’t admit it to Melina, but these were the days that worried him the most, seeing you so distant, lost within your own body, a scream for help that was so loud but yet so silent.
Melina looked back over to Alexei who was watching the two of you from the kitchen, she gave him a worried look before he head guested to talk to her more privately in the living room of the small apartment.
“Maybe we do tell her” Alexei spoke, “it might help” he adds. “Are you sure? With the state she’s currently in?” Melina ponders. “She’s going to have to find out sooner or later” he points out.
Melina played with the idea in her mind, a few moments ago she was all for telling you but given it was one of your bad days, she worried it might push you further backwards.
“The first time she spoke was about Yelena, I think she’s trying to remember her” Alexei’s comment brought Melina’s thoughts to an end. “We’ll tell her” She nodded more so to herself.
Alexei and Melina were able to find an affordable and comfortable apartment to rent while they help you, leaving their main home for when you were truly ready. They took turns in being with you and switching back to make sure Yelena and Natasha weren’t pushed aside.
“I’ll tell her, maybe you should go home and check in on Yelena” Melina suggested earning a nod from Alexei. It was no secret that deep down Yelena was a daddy’s girl. Alexei held on to the thought of his girls while they were in Red Room, he hated himself more and more daily that he allowed them to take the girls from him.
At first, it was just a mission that he and Melina were assigned too, play a marriage couple with two children wasn’t as hard as he thought. The hardest part was when he grew to realise, he found a real love in the two girls and the woman who played wife. Yelena was always so excited to see Alexei walk through the door at dinner time after work, always calling out “Daddy’s home!” before rushing to hug him tightly. Natasha on the other hand, she never truly let herself get used to the feeling of a family, even if it wasn’t exactly what she’d dreamt of. She’d been through Red Room before being assigned to the mission, being with two adults she called Mom and Dad felt more like a holiday in paradise compared to the strict rules of the Red Room. But Natasha never truly let herself get comfortable, she knew there would be a time the mission would come to an end, and she’d have to return to Dreykov’s workshop.
Yelena was too young to understand the new life she lived, at the age of three Dreykov took her and her little sister in, her sister being just shy off her first birthday. She never let that image of her baby sister leave her young mind. Dreykov eventually reunited the two of you when you were four to help Yelena adjust to being back in Red Room after the mission and like Natasha, Yelena quickly became protective of her little sister. Yelena told you all the fun stories she had while with Alexei and Melina and would refer to them as Mommy and Daddy but for you, the only motherly figure you knew was the caregivers that Dreykov had assigned to care for the infants until they were old enough to start their programs.
~ “Do you think Uncle Dreykov will let you stay with me?” your green eyes looked at Yelena.
“I don’t think so” she replied with a shrug. ~
The way you called such an evil man ‘uncle’ hunted Yelena as she got older and understood what was happening in Red Room wasn’t right. Yelena saw you once more after that, it was on a day where Dreykov set up Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter all in one day. She’d been through this a few times with Natasha but to have that with you, just once almost broke her heart.
“Y/n, there’s something we need to talk about” Melina returned to the dining chair across from you. Your eyes looked up at her with no emotion, but you gave her a soft nod to allow her to go ahead.
“Do you remember the name of your sister?” she asked studying your body language as you shook your head. “I called her сестра” you replied to Melina’s surprise. “Would you like to see her again?”
Your eyes widened slightly at the question. Spending a moment to yourself to read Melina’s intentions, was this a sick joke? You wondered but you quickly remembered how highly your sister spoke of Melina and Alexei. You nodded, “I do. Do you know where she is? She spoke of you and Mr. Alexei once” the softest smile tugged on your lips at the memory. Melina lightly chucked at your choice of words for Alexei, “I do know where she is” she confirmed. “She’s at home with Natasha” she adds, “Do you know Natasha?”
You took a moment to think but being so young at the time you couldn’t remember everything that Yelena told you but the name ‘Natasha’ sound familiar. You shrugged, “I’m not sure” you spoke, “Unc…he spoke of a widow name Natasha, that we would be better and stronger than her. Is that Natasha?” you added. Melina nodded, “that’s my Natasha” she smiled softly.
“Why is сестра with her? She is no good, yes?” your brows slightly frowned.
“No sweetheart, Natasha is good. What Dreykov told you about Natasha is lies. I promise you, Natasha is not evil”
A sense of warmth rushed through your body when Melina called you sweetheart, nobody has ever called you that before, it confused you. “Sweetheart? That is not my name” you questioned causing another light chuckled from Melina, “no it’s not but somethings when somebody loves you, they call you sweet names. honey, sweetheart, bug, darling” she explained.
The worded love seemed foreign, what was it to be loved? What did it feel like? These questions you wanted answers too.
“Does that make you uncomfortable?” Melina brought your traveling mind back to her.
“I have never had love” you spoke with a broken voice. Melina knew this, the confused crushed her heart once more. “I know but you have love now. I promise, if you let us, Alexei, Natasha, Yelena, and I will shower you with love and safety. You are safe now, Dreykov has no hold over you anymore” she reached over the table for your hand, gently taking a hold of it. She quickly saw how uncomfortable you got at her promise, as expected she thought.
“When can I see сестра?” you asked, moving your hand out from under hers.
“Whenever you feel up to it” Melina replied.
“T-today? Please?” you begged, “I miss her” you add.
“Okay” Melina smiled softly once again, “I’ll go and give Alexei a call”
----
“I just want to see her! You and Melina have kept her from me for months!” Yelena argued as Alexei’s phone started to ring. “Melina is telling her about you today” Alexei let the call go to voice mail only to have it call again, “just answer it!” Yelena snapped. “It’s Melina” he looked from his phone to the blonde.
“Is everything okay?” he asked with the phone to his ear. Yelena rolled her eyes and stormed out of her room in frustration. “She’s mad” Alexei spoke as he watched Yelena leave the room.
“I’m going to see her myself!” Yelena called from the front door.
“Wait!” Natasha raced down the stairs, “you can’t just barge in there, Yelena” she places her palm flat on the door before Yelena could turn the handle. “Why not?!” she argued.
“It’s okay Tasha” Alexei stood on the staircase watching the two, “she wants to see you” he looked to Yelena.
You sat by the window that looked onto the street as you impatiently waited for the black four door car to pull up. Melina watched your excitement from the living room with a soft smile. She swore to herself she’d spent the rest of her life doing good, making up for the bad Dreykov made her do. She was so unaware that all the things she was ordered to do were harming such young people.
“Y/n, come sit on the sofa, they’ll be here soon” Melina suggested only to get a shake of your head. For the first time since she found you, you were acting like a normal child. At 15 years old, you’ve been through more than anybody could imagine which only led Melina to wonder about the long road ahead. Dreykov wasn’t dead, the worry of him hunting you downplayed on her mind day in and day out.
“They are here!” you turned to Melina with an excited smile, the first smile she’s ever gotten from you. “сестра” you whispered to yourself as you saw the familiar blonde step out of the back passenger seat, followed by a tall red head and Alexei. Once again, you turned and looked at Melina, “come on, come see her” she smiled to you. You jumped from up onto your feet and waited by the sofa as the sound of keys ruffled in the door. Your palms felt sweaty, your heart racing as the door slowly opened.
Alexei allowed Yelena and Natasha to step foot into the apartment before himself, Yelena first made eye contact with Melina as she walked into the living room. The soft smile still on Melina’s lips as she gave Yelena a confirming nod.
“сестра” you spoke softly again. Yelena’s eyes looked at you, a breath of air came from her lips, “плющ” she whispered, taking a step closer to you. The nickname made your eyes tear up. “Oh плющ” she spoke before pulling you in for a tight hug. “I missed you” she whispered. You quickly wrapped your arms tightly around her before breaking down into tears. “Shh, I’m here. You’re here. We’re here together” Yelena whispered over and over to calm you as she squeezed you tighter.
It had been many years since you were able to hug your older sister, being in her arms you felt protected once again. “I thought” you sobbed, “I thought you forgot about me” you stumbled on your words as you pulled away to look into her eyes. Yelena’s own eyes wet with tears, “Never” she pulled you back into her embrace, “I thought about you every day
маленький плющ” her hand stroked your back.
She called you ivy because of how green your eyes were, similar to hers but slightly darker.
Alexei, Melina, and Natasha stood back to watch the reunion, hoping this would help bring you out of your closed off shell more.  You spent what felt like hours just in the arms of your older sister as she strokes your back in comfort. “Are you okay?” she asked when finally releasing you from her embrace, you nodded. “Mrs Melina and Mr Alexei have been very kind to me” you replied to causing Yelena and the others to lightly chuckle.
“Honey, you can just call us Alexei and Melina” Melina spoke. There it was again, a name that wasn’t yours.
“Is that Natasha?” you whispered to Yelena, she nodded. “That is Natasha” she confirmed. You remembered all the evil things Dreykov had said about the woman known as ‘Black Widow’, but she didn’t look as bad as he made out. She stood tall and watched over Yelena with the same protective look Yelena had given the guards the last time you saw her. Yelena watched as you looked over at Natasha, “you can say hi” she spoke, you quickly shook your head. Natasha sent you a light smile to show you she wasn’t a threat, “I know how this must feel for you” she spoke as your eyes dropped to the floor. “I know the things he told you” She adds, taking a step towards you. Melina shook her head at Natasha, “it’s okay” she mouthed to the older woman.
“He told you I was the enemy, didn’t he?” she asked as your eyes ran up her body and nodded. “He told you what I’d done?” she took another step forward. “I heard things” you replied, “that you – “
“I know” she cut you off, not wanting to hear her past doings. “I know he told you the stories and I know words mean nothing to people like us, but I promise, I am none of those things” she adds looking into your deep green eyes. “It’s okay, Natasha isn’t going to hurt you” Yelena whispered as you stared deeply into Natasha’s eyes like you were trained too, never take your eyes off the target. Natasha started back, sending you unspoken mental messages. You took notice of the arrow necklace that sat on her chest as it shined in the rooms lighting, the way her hair was slightly messy but still styled, her lips had a slight pout to them, and she had a scar on her left eyebrow.
“I think that might be enough for today” Melina speaks up worried about the way you stared at Natasha. “What? No, I just got here” Yelena frowned, your eyes still glued on Natasha for a second longer. “You promise?” you spoke, Natasha nodded “I promise” she repeated. With that your eyes travelled to Melina, “please don’t make her leave”
“I’m not leaving you again” Yelena spoke before Melina could, “right, Melina?” her eyes now also on Melina but her eyes were locked on you. “Are you sure? Are you ready for this?” she asked.
For serval months you’d been living in this small apartment with the two adults coming and going. It was Melina’s idea to keep you here while your mind and body detached itself from Red Room. Melina taking notes of the way you did things and how you reacted to the different lifestyle. She was certain there was more to you and the test done on you but without your file from Red Room it was a guessing game, a missing piece to the puzzle.
“Please, I want to be with my сестра” your eyes begged for Melina to trust your state of mind. “Okay, we’ll take you home” she spoke after minutes of silence, a sigh of relief came from Yelena’s lips. “You’re coming home, плющ” she couldn’t help but smile.
Home. Another foreign word to you, the only place you called home was Red Room, but you soon learnt that Red Room was no home but more a prison. “Home” you said more so to yourself.

Upcoming Plans:
To Complete:
Finish "A Window Closed" (Bruce x Nat)
Start "A Window Opened" (Bruce x Nat)
Start "A Special Election" (Jim Gordon x NEW OC) - I have one chapter written and some dialogue prompts for chapter 2. I'm soooo excited for this one.
Other Ideas:
Continue one-off Sirius and other Gary Oldman character one-shots on Tumblr.
Write a Jackson Lamb piece
Maybe write a Kate Bishop x Yelena Belova one-shot if the mood strikes
Write another Gary Oldman RPF (many dialogue prompts already written). Here's my first Gary RPF if interested... it was set during the Dracula filming. The new one will be set after his divorce from Alex but before Gisele.
Reflection
I took a couple long breaks from writing this year. After finishing "Submissioner Gordon" in December of 2022, I was at a pretty bad low from lack of interaction with that fic. My heart has NEVER been in something as much as it was that fic, so to have so many hits and so little interaction made me think everyone hated it. Yet I continued the story with the Kinkuary prompts, where I wrote a short fic every day for 28 days. Again, I feel like it bombed.
At the same time, I made what I thought would be my last hurrah in the Harry Potter fandom, and it didn't do so great either. I was in a BAD spot comparing myself to other writers, so I took a long hiatus.
During that break, I started watching the entire MCU with my son, start to finish. My brain grabbed onto Bruce Banner and Natasha Romanoff and would NOT let go. So in May, I began publishing the "Never Say Never" series, where I try to fix their story.
The feedback from the Marvel fandom and Brutasha readers/writers really warmed my heart and got me back in the groove. I am forever thankful to them, because it truly restored my confidence in writing.
I will always be thankful for my Wizarding World series and the Submissioner Gordon/Daddy Issues universe, and my brain loves to revisit those stories and characters. It's just bittersweet because it never really found its audience. However the feedback I got from my foray into the MCU fandom has built my confidence enough that I am able to write in HP and Dark Knight without really worrying what others think. I am just doing it for me and my love for the characters. I know my writing isn't bad--- it's just not a lot of people's cup of tea.
I also want to give a shoutout to the small but steadfast Gary Oldman fandom I have found on Tumblr and Instagram. They've become very dear to my heart, and I love that we can share random thirst posts together when so many others just don't get it.
If anyone is reading this, please share your 2023 stats and reflections as well! I love writers supporting writers. Happy 2024 to you all!

Merry Christmas 💖💖🫶🫶
I want to take this time to thank everyone on here for being amazing supporters of my work 🫶 getting into this fandom was a huge leap of faith and I had no clue if I’d stick the landing but the love I have felt like is truly remarkable and you all hold a special place in my heart
However, I need to highlight the utmost importance of one of you in particular
@the-widow-sisters aka Rosie2009 on Ao3 has been my biggest inspiration for diving into the Black Widow Fandom. I started following her back in September 2021 and became a fast fan! The past couple years have held some very dark and intense situations. As a solace I went and sought out anything that would bring me joy and nothing brought me more joy the the widow sisters themselves Natasha and Yelena. Hardly ANY fics had been written about them before.
Then she came in and changed it
Over +150 fics later and she still continues to be one of the best. The pioneer of the fandom, launching more and more people into creating their own stories and taking a chance on their craft. My confidence is at an all time high since doing so. But I’m not even talking about that aspect of her 🫶
I followed from afar for months with the itch to wanna dm or even send her an ask. But being my shy, self conscious self, I didn’t reached out. I took a chance finally in February of this year and asked if we could dm each other and maybe become friends. And she said yes 💖💖
And I have never made a better decision. She has helped me through so much and has fast become one of my absolute closest friends and is just one of the best people I know 🥺🥰🫣 and because of this, I had to make this for her for Christmas
Tumblr media
For those that don’t know, this little ragtag team is a compilation of some of her favorite mcu characters that she created into this little group that I dubbed myself “the lifetime gang” (that’s not the official name I just call them that bc every fic involving them has ‘lifetime’ in the title 😂) and this is from the most recent fic of them at Christmas.
I think I speak for multiple people when I say you’re one of the best people to ever come to this fandom 🫶 you pioneered the launch of hundreds of fics involving my two favorite sisters and have just been an overall wonderful person and friend 💖 I can’t even imagine where’d I’d be today if it wasn’t for your constant support and humor. You made me laugh when I didn’t think I could smile ever again. Please from the bottom of my heart, have a Merry Christmas my friend 💖💖💖💖💕💕💕💕

hello! can i request fem!reader x wanda where is avengers movie night and it's natasha's turn to pick to movie and she chooses a horror one. reader is legitimately terrified of anything to do with horror, she has never been able to watch an entire movie, but she also knows that if the other avengers, especially tony and yelena, find out about this fear she'll never have peace again, so she says nothing, but wanda notices that she's almost crying and just hold her tight and whisper sweet nothings in her ear and tells her something like "don't worry, ok, i'll always protect you, you're my girl" and reader feels so safe that she even sleeps in wanda's embrace, pretty please <333
oh, to have wanda maximoff as a viable source of comfort

Tumblr media
You don’t think you’ve felt this kind of dread in quite some time. It’s the kind of slow burn fear that makes you sick to your stomach, some invisible, intangible parasite worming through your insides and making your entire body wrack with discomfort. You thought you’d only feel this afraid going into a fight with the Avengers that you know you won’t win, but no. Right now, you’re paralyzed from the thought of a far worse fate:  movie night.
You don’t usually associate team movie nights with this sort of raw agony. They’re honestly quite fun, despite the polarity in movie preferences between the Avengers. Most nights, you can hardly hear a shred of dialogue in between everyone’s sarcastic comments.
Tonight, though? This is different. It’s Natasha’s pick today, and instead of saving you from a less than promising night of tedious historical fiction or gloomy war flicks, she’s damned you completely. Of all the countless films or shows to start, Nat has gone and picked a horror movie, and that means you can harbor no illusions about having a good time.
You can say with the greatest confidence that you are not a horror movie buff. In fact, you’re as far as you could possibly get from saying you like those sorts of films. You don’t know what it is about them, but the second you see anything remotely relating to horror, you have to turn it off.
Maybe it’s the fact that jumpscares make you flinch so bad you practically jump in the air, or the way you start to vividly picture every horror villain appearing in your life, but you just can’t take it. And, seeing as you do your best to avoid horror movies whenever possible, the thought that you’ll be forced to sit through this one is making you feel physically ill from dread.
The easy thing to do would be to bow out of tonight’s showing, claim that you have to do homework or you want to train or any other excuse. However, Natasha has invited her sister over, and you could never admit a shred of weakness to Yelena lest she pounce on it in an instant. Between Yelena’s knack for noticing flaws and even Tony’s biting sarcasm, you can’t afford to let your hatred of horror movies come to the public's attention.
You can only imagine the sort of hell they’d wreak on your life were they to find out. No, you conclude, you can’t avoid tonight’s horror movie, even if you’d rather chop off your own arm to get out of it.
So, with the monotonous terror of a dead man walking to his execution, you watch the hands of the nearest clock tick closer and closer to dark. You eat your dinner without much of an appetite, and before you know it, Natasha is calling for everyone to assemble in the movie room. Tony designed the place a long time ago with this sort of thing in mind, and he always takes great pride in making sure everyone fully appreciates the design of it.
Right now, though, you can’t spare even a second towards the aesthetic of the movie room. You watch through gritted teeth as Natasha happily picks the goriest, creepiest movie she can find. The opening credits begin, and just like that, your fate is sealed.
You had hoped that maybe this horror movie wouldn’t be as bad as your past experiences, but barely fifteen minutes in, you’re already shifting uncomfortably in your seat. You all but shrink back against the back of the sofa, grateful that you’re in the farthest corner of the group so not as many people can see how obviously unhappy you are.
As the movie progresses, you only feel worse and worse. Your fingers worry the edge of your shirt, tugging at the fabric as the tension builds. Your entire body feels tense, ready to break. This is quite possibly the worst night of your life.
A particularly brutal death happens on screen, completely out of the blue and startling you more than anything. It’s sickening to watch, and the knots in your stomach only make themselves more known than before. The fact that the movie has barely even reached the halfway mark is impossible. How can you possibly take any more of this?
You feel as if you’re going to cry. Why did Nat have to pick a horror movie, of all the possible options? Why couldn’t you just leave? There’s no way for you to discreetly slip out of the room, and if you close your eyes for even a second, you’re sure to be called out. There is no escape, and you hate it.
Just when you’re certain that you can’t take any more, you feel an arm tap your shoulder. Looking up, you realize that Wanda Maximoff, who had been previously sitting next to you, has scooted even closer. She smiles understandingly at you, and holds out her arms to you. You slide wordlessly into her embrace.
“Not enjoying the movie?” She whispers.
You nod against her collarbone. “I hate horror movies,” you murmur emphatically.
Wanda chuckles softly. “I can tell. Don’t worry about it, sweetheart. You’re safe with me, aren’t you?”
You nod again, unable to trust yourself to words. In all honesty, you trust Wanda more than anyone else here. You’ve certainly been dating long enough, but even without your relationship, Wanda means more to you than you could possibly describe.
It still comes as a surprise that Wanda only joined the Avengers about six months ago. You think she should have met you when the two of you were just young kids for all her influence on you. Wanda knows exactly how you think, your favorite things, how to talk to you when you’re in a foul mood and make sure you leave the encounter smiling.
Wanda claims that you’ve done just as much good for her, that without you she never would have been able to pull herself out of a post-Sokovia haze, but no matter how many times you make her laugh, it never feels like enough. You may not have escaped a war torn city, but that doesn’t mean you need Wanda any less than she needs you.
Case in point:  right here, right now. The horror movie is still raging on, but it seems to have settled into the background, a distant distraction compared to the warmth of Wanda’s embrace. This is what you need more than anything, a reminder that you’re not alone even in the face of all this turmoil.
Wanda presses a kiss to your head. “Feeling better?”
You nod. “Much better. I know it’s just a movie, but I hate these sorts of things so much. It’s silly, but I can’t help it.”
Wanda shakes her head. “It’s not silly at all. Sometimes, the line between movies and reality can be far harder to decipher than anyone could ever believe. You never know for sure what’s actually happening and what’s just a figment of your imagination.”
You’re just glad that she doesn’t think any less of you to pay any heed to the darker tone of her words. “Thanks for sticking by me,” you whisper back to her.
Wanda smiles. “Of course I will. You don’t have to worry about a thing, you know that? I’ll protect you from serial killers and horror movie monsters alike. You’re my girl.”
She says it so simply that it makes you laugh, coupling it with a kiss on your cheek. Up a row of seats, Yelena turns around to glare at the two of you.
“If you’re going to interrupt the movie, can it please not be for something as annoying as the two of you making out? Find a quieter place to idolize each other, please.”
With that, she turns back to the movie, receiving only a swat on the shoulder from Natasha for her comment. You and Wanda are likewise unaffected, and the chastising remark only makes the two of you giggle harder. You do try to acknowledge the viewing needs of the other Avengers, though, and quiet down soon enough.
Now that you’re safely tucked within Wanda’s arms, you don’t feel nearly as scared as you were before. In fact, during a brief lull in the on screen killings, you’re even able to close your eyes for a little while. The late hour, coupled with Wanda’s fingers tracing invisible patterns on your arms, pulls you into sleep sooner than you thought possible.
You spend the next hour in patches and whispers of sleep, dozing in intermittent stretches. You aren’t entirely sure what’s a dream and what’s just the sounds of the movie reaching your subconscious, but you never feel too worried, so you let it rest.
When the movie ends, you wake up at last to find Wanda smiling at you. The rest of the Avengers are already filing away, turning on the lights and commenting on who’s going to pick the movie for next week.
Wanda pulls back a little, letting you sit up. “Sleep well?”
You shrug. “Well enough. Thank you again for being so sweet.”
Wanda laughs. “I don’t think you need to thank me for wanting to cuddle. I enjoyed it just as much as you did.”
You smile back at her, leaning forward to kiss her. “It’s a good thing that the next movie night is coming up, isn’t it?”
Wanda nods emphatically. They should be good again after this, but you learned tonight that horror movies aren’t nearly that bad when you get to have Wanda so close to you. Who knows, maybe you wouldn’t even dread another horror movie being picked, not when you can reach out to Wanda for comfort. You suppose you’ll just have to wait and find out.

Fanfic idea! Kate is slowly building up confidence being around Yelena, especially after the talk they had in the gym. Kate goes to Natasha to ask for help, since she wants to prank her as revenge for the endless teasing. Natasha easily agrees, knowing that the two of them will definitely succeed in the prank, yet also knowing that Yelena would instantly get revenge on Kate. And of course, what kind of sister would she be if she didn't help Yelena by tickling Kate to death?
GIVE ME THE FLUFF SISTA
A/N: Thank you so much for the request! This one was pretty fun to write since Kate finally was able to get some revenge on Yelena 🤣💕 Also, I changed up the ending a little on this one, but hopefully it’s still good 🥰💗
I hope you enjoyed this one! 💖
Word Count: 3258
“Hey, Tasha?” Kate called carefully and somewhat quietly as she approached Natasha in the gym.
Kate had been looking for the redhead around the compound that day, trying to find her when Yelena was not around her so that Yelena would not overhear their conversation. Unsurprisingly, it was exceedingly difficult to find Natasha when Yelena was not right at her side.
At the sound of Kate’s voice, Natasha paused in the midst of wearing out the punching bag as she looked over in Kate’s direction curiously. Natasha immediately smiled at the sight of the brunette, and Kate felt her heart swelling as she took in the affectionate expression, knowing it was for her and still somehow unable to believe that it was.
“Hey, shchenok,” Natasha softly greeted, extending her arms when Kate had gotten close enough to her. Kate eagerly went in for the hug, embracing her as she enjoyed the feeling of one of those amazing Natasha hugs. Natasha rubbed her back softly and comfortingly, and Kate found that she could almost forget everything in these comforting arms.
However, she finally forced herself to pull away, remembering that she did have an ultimate purpose and goal in coming here. Natasha smiled at her softly, stroking her face and
“Is Yelena around?” Kate asked, keeping her voice somewhat quiet as she looked around for the woman. Yelena was fortunately nowhere in sight, but knowing Yelena, that did not mean anything at all, and she could just be lurking around the corner.
“No, she went off to go get a nap. She was super tired today. Which she honestly didn’t really have any reason to be, but she has those days,” Natasha chuckled warmly, shaking her head at the thought of her goofy sister. Kate allowed herself a small laugh as well, thinking of Yelena and how her favorite things in life were undoubtedly primarily consisting of simply Natasha, eating, and sleeping.
“Okay, so… We’re alone, right?” Kate asked in a whisper, leaning closer to Natasha in case someone was around. She also wanted to keep FRIDAY from overhearing her. Natasha furrowed her brow a little and looked to the rest of the room.
“FRIDAY, sound barrier the room, please,” Natasha spoke up, and FRIDAY immediately took action. Natasha then looked at Kate with concern, waiting patiently for what she would say.
“What is it, sweetheart?” Natasha asked quietly.
Kate suddenly felt a little embarrassed as she realized that she had accidentally made Natasha believe that something was wrong. However, she pulled herself together and started to speak.
“So I really need your help with something… Um,” Kate trailed off, trying to get up her nerve since she realized that she really was asking Natasha of all people. She was simultaneously the best and the worst person to make this proposition to.
“Anything you need,” Natasha assured her, tilting her head as she listened to her carefully, and Kate found herself relieved that Natasha was always so understanding. Even if she did not agree to help Kate in her ultimate goal, Natasha was not going to be inconsiderate or unsympathetic about it.
“Could you maybe help me prank Yelena?” Kate questioned uncertainly, and Natasha just paused as she looked at her for a long moment. Kate felt a bit of nervousness within her, and Natasha remained stoic for just a moment.
Kate had been wanting to prank Yelena and get her back for all of the times that Yelena had pranked her. Unfortunately, when she came up with this idea, she knew that there was only one person that could possibly help her get through it and actually manage to best Yelena, and that was Natasha. Natasha knew Yelena better than anyone, and they were practically inseparable and joined at the hip. If anyone could prank Yelena and actually pull it off, it had to be Natasha.
Kate was starting to get a little worried about Natasha’s answer, concerned that because Natasha was Yelena’s sister that she would not agree to help Kate. However, Natasha suddenly laughed, a wide grin spreading across her face, and Kate felt relief running through her as she laughed with her. Natasha reached out to her, gently squeezing the joint between Kate’s neck and shoulder.
“Of course, good grief… I thought something was wrong,” Natasha chuckled warmly, and Kate shrugged sheepishly with a grin.
“Sorry,” Kate apologized, and Natasha shook her head as she eyed Kate lovingly.
“It’s alright. Don’t worry, I would be glad to help you prank Yelena,” Natasha assured her with a wide grin, and Kate let out a breath as she grinned, pleased that she officially had an ally in this endeavor. After all, she was going to need all the help she could to get Yelena back.
“So what are we doing?” Natasha questioned, and Kate smiled just a little as a thought came to her mind.
“You said she was napping, right?”
Natasha grinned widely and evilly, and Kate chuckled as she nodded to her slowly, already having an idea.
This was going to be good.
    ………………………………………………………………………………………………………
Yelena suddenly woke up, realizing that someone was gently rubbing her stomach softly as they laid there just behind her and held her against them. Yelena immediately took in Natasha’s scent washing over her, and she grinned sleepily as she pushed back and nestled further into Natasha’s hold. Natasha pressed her forehead to the back of Yelena’s neck.
“Mm… Morning,” Yelena expressed, and Natasha chuckled immediately. She sounded far too awake to have been sleeping with Yelena for very long, so Yelena knew that she had probably just come to bed.
“More like evening, but okay,” Natasha playfully poked Yelena’s stomach, and Yelena just halfheartedly swatted at her as she relaxed against her trustingly. Yelena huffed a little at her.
“Whatever, you stinky poser… Always having to get technical,” Yelena complained, and Natasha giggled warmly.
Yelena furrowed her brow a little as she took in the sound of Natasha’s laugh. Something was off about it, but Yelena could not exactly put her finger on it. She had the strangest feeling that something was not quite right.
Yelena wordlessly rolled in Natasha’s embrace, and Natasha was just smiling softly as Yelena met her eyes. However, as Natasha slightly shifted her eyes to take in the entirety of Yelena’s face, she huffed a little, a giant grin on her face as she looked at her. Yelena furrowed her brow, eyeing Natasha strangely.
“What’s so funny?” Yelena questioned skeptically.
“Nothing. You’re just cute,” Natasha expressed, and Yelena narrowed her eyes a little, her guard going up as she realized that Natasha sounded far too amused for Yelena to entirely trust the statement. Besides, Yelena did not really appreciate being called cute, anyway. She was tough and threatening, even if Natasha tried to say otherwise.
“Why do you keep laughing?” Yelena inquired, pushing a little further as she stared down the older woman. Natasha huffed as she grinned widely. She leaned forward and kissed Yelena’s nose.
“You’re just cute,” Natasha repeated simply, and Yelena huffed before suddenly getting the weirdest feeling that something was on her face.
“What? Did I drool or something?”
“No,” Natasha laughed a little, sounding somewhat heartier in her mirth as she gazed at the blonde. Yelena immediately knew something was on her face as she realized Natasha was looking more in the area of her cheeks.
Yelena looked at Natasha a moment more before getting up and heading for the bathroom connecting to their room in the compound. Natasha was laughing as she left to the other room, and Yelena could not help but wonder what was going on.
She soon enough found out, however, as she flipped on the bathroom light and took in the sight of herself in the mirror.
There before her very eyes, she realized that her entire face and neck was covered in random doodles and small phrases. Yelena just stared silently before looking down at the rest of herself.
While her arms were not covered, her leg up to where her shorts reached the top of her knees was thoroughly drawn on where she had left it out from under the blankets, and she growled under her breath as she looked in the direction of the bedroom. She wasted no time in stomping out as she glared at Natasha.
To her horror, Natasha had her phone out and appeared to be videoing the entire thing. Yelena’s eyes went wide, and she gaped at the redhead.
  “What— Are you recording me?!!!”
“Maybe?” Natasha spoke, and Yelena growled before making a mad dash for the bed.
Natasha swiftly took the phone and shoved it under the bed. Yelena launched herself onto the mattress on top of Natasha, and Natasha grunted with her sudden weight, but was mostly so busy laughing at Yelena’s expense that she could hardly defend herself.
“Why?! Why’d you do that?!” Yelena demanded as she grabbed onto Natasha and tried to keep her pinned down.
Natasha swiftly grinned and pushed back against the blonde, forcing her over as they started to wrestle on the bed as they had so many times before. Yelena fought back against her, a little more serious this time about remaining on top, but as they continued to push and shove at each other, Natasha kept coming out victorious.
Yelena used her full strength as she forced Natasha over onto her side. Yelena tried to swing her leg up and over the redhead to straddle her. However, Natasha brought her own leg up to block Yelena, hooking her calf around Yelena’s leg as she forced her back over.
“Seriously?! I didn’t do anything to you!” Yelena cried, and Natasha simply laughed as she leaned forward and kissed Yelena’s cheek playfully in far too slobbery, playful kisses. Yelena tried to pull back a little, making noises of disgust. Natasha chuckled warmly.
“It’s revenge, little one,” Natasha stated cryptically, and Yelena scoffed, raising an eyebrow.
“I’ve left you alone lately! What gives?” Yelena whined unceremoniously, and Natasha gave her one last kiss before pulling back and moving off of her as she sat up on the bed. Natasha had a far too self-satisfied grin, and Yelena sat up alongside her, wiping her face off with her arm.
Once she moved her arm back, she noted that there were black markings left behind, and she let out a breath as she rolled her eyes.
“Well, at least it’s washable. That’s kinder than what I would do,” Yelena pointed out with a slight grin, and Natasha nodded slowly, looking at Yelena with a raised eyebrow.
“Trust me, I’m well-aware. You’d use permanent marker,” Natasha pointed out, and Yelena smirked widely as she looked over at her big sister smugly.
  “Without a second thought.”
“Yep,” Natasha agreed with a shake of her head, chuckling, and Yelena then took it upon herself to examine the writing and whatnot on her leg. She first spotted the crudely drawn stick figure with angry eyes and what looked to be a ponytail on her knee. Yelena raised an eyebrow as she looked up at Natasha, completely unimpressed.
“Is this how you see me?” Yelena asked, and Natasha shrugged.
“Who knows,” Natasha mysteriously replied, and Yelena immediately got the inclination that Natasha knew something that she did not. However, she did not push her just yet, and decided to keep inspecting the drawings to hopefully get an answer of her own.
Soon enough, she saw “Property of Natasha Romanoff” written along one side of her calf, and Yelena narrowed her eyes as she glared at the redhead. Natasha grinned winningly, and Yelena let out a deep sigh. But Yelena could not really deny the flood of warmth that ran through her at being claimed by her big sister. It was always nice to be so obviously wanted and loved by one of the few people that she considered to be her family and her favorite person in the world.
Yelena then continued to follow down her leg, finding more and more crudely drawn doodles as well as some goofy phrases like “Lot of Pockets” and more dumb things. Yelena was quickly starting to realize that these writings did not really resemble Natasha’s handwriting at all. The only one that vaguely resembled Natasha’s writing was the “Property of Natasha Romanoff” one and a few of them that she had seen in the mirror, but the rest of these looked like someone else’s work altogether.
She finally reached one on the outside part of her calf, and she suddenly realized precisely who the handwriting belonged to.
“‘Kate Was Here?’” Yelena stated before remaining silent, and Yelena narrowed her eyes as she glared over at the redhead expectantly. Natasha grinned widely, quirking her brow as she gazed back at the blonde.
“Surprise?” Natasha questioned with a grin, and Yelena sighed deeply.
  “Her idea?”
There was a pause before Natasha finally answered.
  “Yeah.”
  “Hmph.”
There was another silence before Yelena finally looked over at Natasha with a deep sigh as she started to get up and head for the bathroom.
“And of course, you know this means war…”
    ………………………………………………………………………………………………………
Kate was running the treadmill in the gym, and she could hardly keep running at this point because of her laughter at the video that Natasha had sent her. She finally turned off the treadmill, getting off of it carefully as she laughed hard and took in the look on Yelena’s face as she screeched about Natasha recording her.
However, in the midst of her laughter, she suddenly received a text from Natasha. She furrowed her brow, looking at the oddly cryptic message.
“Are you ready?” it read, and Kate suddenly felt a feeling of dread even though she did not totally know what was about to happen.
She quickly got her answer when arms wrapped around her waist, and she was being dragged backwards.
Kate immediately yelped, trying to fight back, and as she caught a flash of familiar blonde hair, she felt horror running through her as she suddenly found herself understanding Natasha’s weird text message. It had been a warning.
“No, no, no, please, don’t do it, I’ll be good from now on!!! It was just a joke!” Kate cried, but she suddenly found herself flying up into the air as she was suspended by her ankle. Kate let out a deep breath as she narrowed her eyes a little, knowing that she was likely in for fifteen to thirty minutes of hanging like this. She always was in for it when Yelena decided it was time to give her payback for something that Kate half of the time did not even know what it was for.
However, to her shock, Yelena had a far too wide grin on her face, and Kate spotted Natasha not too far from her. Kate’s eyes went wide as she looked at her old partner in crime.
  “Tasha?!!!”
“I’m sorry, Kate. I helped you, so it’s only fair I help her, too,” Natasha regretfully informed her. However, while her tone was apologetic, the look in her eyes was anything but. Yelena was grinning evilly and she reached into her pocket as she handed Natasha something. Yelena then withdrew something for herself, and Kate was horrified as she suddenly realized that they had markers.
“No, no, no, wait, wait, wait!!!” Kate cried quickly, but Yelena quickly grabbed her by the chin to hold her still as she started to write. Kate let out a deep breath, letting her hands drop from where they had tried to reach up and stop her fate. She decided that if Yelena was going to write on her, she did not particularly want it to look too bad and ridiculous even though the sayings and drawings were no doubt going to be embarrassing.
Natasha then approached as well, writing on her neck as she gently placed a hand at the back of Kate’s head to steady her. Kate tried and failed miserably to keep from squirming underneath the touch and the weird feelings squiggling along her skin.
This went on for just a moment, and as soon as Kate noted Natasha’s gaze meeting her own, she pouted heavily, looking as sad as she could. Yelena just scoffed, rolling her eyes.
“Look, Katie-Bear, it’s not so bad… Poser made me use washable marker,” Yelena pointed out, and Natasha chuckled warmly as she used her own marker to write underneath Kate’s chin. Kate wriggled a little, trying to evade their markers ticklishly tracing themselves on her neck and face.
  “Don’t call me Katie…”
They continued and Kate kept trying to hold back her huffs as she did her best to stay still as she could. Natasha suddenly paused as she zeroed in on what Yelena was writing.
“Rooskaya, you can’t write that,” Natasha laughed, looking at her and trying to sound chastising despite doing a terrible job at it. Kate felt a pit of worry growing within her as she realized that it must have been something horribly and awfully embarrassing.
“It’s washable, don’t be a stick in a puddle,” Yelena shot back at her, and Natasha rolled her eyes affectionately with a huff.
“Stick in the mud, sweet girl,” Natasha corrected gently, and Yelena scoffed as she stepped back to view her handiwork. Natasha followed her lead, and once she shared a glance with Yelena, they both nodded. Yelena went over to let Kate down, and Natasha grabbed her shoulders softly as she helped guide her down from her suspended position.
Kate soon was laying on her back, and Natasha patted her cheek softly, bending down to press a kiss to the tip of her nose. Kate scrunched her nose a little, but nevertheless felt her heart swell at Natasha’s tender affection. Natasha then pulled back, offering a hand to help her up.
Kate took it, and as soon as she was on her feet, she turned to face Yelena uncertainly, and to her surprise, she suddenly found herself face-to-face with a phone camera. Kate groaned as the phone clicked in indication of the picture that was made.
“Here, Little Bishop, I thought you’d want to see what we wrote,” Yelena told her, and Kate looked at the screen as Yelena’s held the phone firmly in her hand to presumably keep Kate from snatching it.
Kate squinted a little, and quickly took in the sight of Natasha’s writings along her neck. There was something written in the Russian alphabet and something in Kate wondered if it was shchenok as Natasha always called her so affectionately. There was what looked to be a poorly drawn bow and arrow on her neck and she took in a few other random words and phrases and little drawings on her neck.
However, when she got to her face, she was positively horrified at what was written. Yelena had mostly written phrases and words, some of which included “Katie-Bear,” “Chicken Wing,” and “#1 Dorkface.”
But when she spotted what Yelena had written on her forehead, her eyes went wide in pure horror.
There written in big letters on her forehead was “I LUV CLINT BARTON.”
Kate immediately took off running for the closest bathroom, swiftly pulling up her hood on the sleeveless hoodie she was wearing as she made a run for it and prayed that no one would stumble upon her in this state.
While Kate guessed that she should have probably seen this coming…
She was honestly just glad Yelena did not use permanent marker.

WandaNat Foster Parents
Chapter 3 - Family
Pairing: WandaNat parents x y/n female reader
Overview: The avengers rescue you from a HYDRA base during a mission and Natasha doesn't want to hand you over to social services so she and Wanda take on your care.
**********************************************
You squeezed Natasha's hand tightly as she lead you into the meeting room with Yelena and Wanda close behind. They had been reassuring you it was okay the whole way to the meeting room but you were having trouble believing them.
"Yelena m-my chest hurts" you stutter softly.
Yelena gently wraps her arm around your shoulders. You feel a soft push on your mind as Wanda gives you a happy thought to relax to. You give her a smile as you all sit down.
Steve comes barging in and stands at the front with Tony, staring at you.
"We know you have powers y/n but we need to know everything else you're trained to do. If you miss anything out we will find out" He says harshly.
Yelena takes your hand under the table.
"Take your time Detka" she says gently.
You nod and turn back to Steve and the team.
"Okay so we have knife combat, close combat, gymnastics, archery, bomb skills, Applied Science, engineering and technology, chemicals, alien matter, 17 languages and interigation" you list, counting them off on your fingers.
The team look shocked.
"So you're basically the widows, Wanda, Clint and me rolled into one?" Tony asks.
You shrug and look down to the table.
"I guess" you mumble.
"Avengers don't mumble, be confident" Clint chuckles across from you.
You look up and he smiles at you. You smile back and Steve nods.
"We'll start training tomorrow. For now I'll head off to get your security clearance done, for now if you want to get anywhere I'm sure one of the girls can get you in." He says calmly.
You nod and turn to Yelena.
"Have you got any training clothes I might fit into?" You whisper.
Yelena smiles and you girls head back into her room. She pulls out a t shirt and shorts and smiles.
"Try these on they should be okay" she giggles.
You nod and slip into her bathroom, quickly getting changed into the clothes. When you're done you tie your hair back and head out.
"Thanks Yelena they fit really well" you chuckle, giving her a hug.
She smiles and you head off, managing to remember the way to the gym. No one else is in there which makes you smile. You begin with some of the basics; pull ups, some basic gymnastics moves, crunches. When that's done you decide to practice some more hard-core stuff. You look at the climbing rack for a moment and nod, heading over to the other side of the room. You take a run up and sprint, jumping from the floor to halfway up the wall rack. You grab on with one hand and propel yourself up using one hand. When you reach the top you take a breath and set your feet on the correct rung. You close your eyes and push backwards, throwing yourself off. You manage to somersault twice and land perfectly. You get up and dust yourself off before going at it a few more times and throwing in some other experiments along with it. When you stop everything in your body feels like lead and you feel so dizzy. You lay on the training room floor with your knees pulled up.
"J.A.R.V.I.S can you run a health scan please? I don't feel so good" you breathe.
After a few seconds you hear a beep.
"Miss y/n your blood sugar levels are critically low. I've contacted Dr Banner and Miss Belova for you"
You smile and fight to keep your eyes open. Your hear the door open and heavy footsteps to find Bruce above you.
"Hey y/n I know we haven't been formally introduced. I'm Bruce. I'm going to sort your blood sugar out for you. Is that okay?" He asks gently.
You nod as the door opens again.
"Oh my god y/n! Detka are you okay?" Yelena gasps, rushing to you and gently taking your head in her lap. You look up at her as she gently strokes your hair from your sweaty forehead.
"I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you. I pushed myself without knowing what it was going to do" you whimper.
Yelena shakes her head.
"No need to apologise detka. I'm just glad we can help you feel better" she soothes.
You feel a shot in your upper thigh and squeal. Yelena leans down and gently kisses your forehead.
"ty v poryadke, malen'kiy voin" she whispers.
You nod and Bruce smiles.
"Sorry y/n it was a glucagon shot. It'll bring your blood sugar up faster than getting you to eat something" He explains gently.
You nod and you all just sit for a while until J.A.R.V.I.S reports that your blood sugar is much better. Bruce leaves and Yelena scoops you up and takes you into the lounge.
"Where are Wanda and Natasha?" You ask sleepily as the pair of you settle down.
"In a mission briefing. They have a mission starting tomorrow with Steve and Clint. They'll be gone for a few days" she explains gently.
You feel panic rising in your chest. You've just found two women who you would consider as mother's already and they have to leave you, you know there is a chance you might not come home.
"I don't want them to go" you say in a tiny voice.
Yelena gently strokes your hair and kisses your cheek.
"I know how you feel angel. I don't want them to go either but they are the bravest, strongest women I know. True warriors." She says gently.
"You'll stay here with me right?" You ask softly.
Yelena nods.
"Of course I will angel" she soothes.
You smile and get up, heading into the kitchen with Yelena following you. You immediately head to the fridge, getting out a pack of chicken breasts, milk and eggs. You set everything down and go into the cupboards for flour, baking powder, noodles, salt, chilli oil and peanut butter. You set everything out on the counter and smile at Yelena.
"Let's make them a nice going away dinner!" You giggle in excitement.
Yelena smiles and you divide the tasks. She starts by boiling the noodles and you start with the batter for the chicken. It doesn't take long so Yelena gets the oil set up for frying and you both enjoy getting your hands messy whilst you batter the chicken. When it's done and you've washed your hands Yelena puts the chicken in the oil to fry and watches it whilst you start the sauce. It's pretty easy, just melted peanut butter with chili oil. As it heats up you drain the noodles and smile, getting a small spoon and tasting the sauce.
"Oh my god its so good! Try it!" You giggle, holding a spoonful to her lips.
Yelena tastes it and her eyes widen.
"Yummmm where did you get the recipe for this?" She says, licking her lips.
You smile.
"I just made it up in my head. Sitting in a cell gives you a lot of time to think" you chuckle dryly.
Yelena rubs your back and gets the now golden brown chicken tenders out of the oil and onto a napkin to soak up any extra oil whilst you mix the noodles into the sauce. When it's done you place all the now sauced noodles into a dish and lay it out on the table. Yelena does the same with the chicken, leaving two strips out for you guys to taste. There's a bit of leftover sauce so you both dip the chicken in and taste it.
"Oh that's so good!" You groan, sauce dripping down your chin.
Yelena wiped it away with a soft giggle.
"That it is malyshka, you're a great cook" she giggled.
You look up and smile at Yelena.
"I love you Aunt Yelena" you mumble softly.
Yelena stares at you for a moment before scooping you up and snuggling you.
"I love you too detka" she whispered into your hair.
You heard footsteps and turned to find Wanda and Natasha smiling at the adorable sight. You smiled and jumped down from Yelena's arms, running to see your two mother figures. Natasha scooped you up easily and Wanda quickly joined the cuddle.
"I love you both so much. You will always be my mama and my mumma, no matter what happens" you say softly into Natasha's neck.
Both women hear you and squeeze you even tighter, kissing you and whispering sweetly to you.
"Yelena told you about the mission I guess?" Natasha asks.
You nod and kiss her cheek.
"Yeah but she also told me how strong you are and how amazing you'll be. I made a special dinner because you're leaving tomorrow. Aunt Yelena helped me. I made enough for everyone!" You giggle.
Wanda nods and uses her powers to send the message. Within minutes everyone is in the kitchen and you all sit down together and serve yourselves. As you eat everyone compliments you on your food but all you can think about is Wanda and Natasha leaving for their mission until the thoughts just become so overwhelming that you get up and run out of the compound, sitting on the lawn and dissolving into floods of tears.
"Malyshka look at me, please"
You shook your head simply.
"Mama"
"Right here detka"
You opened your eyes to see Natasha in front of you and without words you fell into her arms, hyperventilating slightly.
"I-I only just g-got you mama. C-Can't lose you now. Or mumma. I'm scared y-you won't come h-home" you sob out weakly.
Natasha felt her heart break and gently kissed the top of your head.
"Detka look at me so I can tell you this" she says softly.
You look up and she smiles.
"I want you to know that as long as there is life in my bones and air in my lungs I will come home to you. It might not always be very fast but I'll come home. You, your mumma and your aunt Yelena are my reasons for doing this every day, so you live in a safe world. You are also my reason to stay alive and come home every day okay? I swear we will come home because we love you okay. One day soon you will fight in the field with us. Even if that thought terrifies me. You need to build yourself some tech first but then you can come and fight alongside us." She says gently.
You nod and snuggle into her as Yelena and Wanda join the cuddle.
"I'm sorry I ruined dinner" you whimper softly.
Yelena shakes her head.
"You didn't dorogoy. You can't help having anxiety. It's a cruel thing to suffer with, most of us know" she soothes.
You smile up at your new mini family.
"Race back for ice cream?" You ask cheekily.
All three women nod and you get into starting positions. When you shout "go" all four of you go sprinting back, laughing at each other. You collapse through the door in first place but land flat on the floor in the process. Yelena comes in next followed by Natasha who rushes to you.
"Hey you okay down there detka?" She asks gently.
You give her a thumbs up.
"I won... and made a grand entrance" you giggle into the floor.
Natasha giggles and helps you up as Wanda finally comes running through the door red in the face and out of breath.
"Never... again..." she gasps.
You giggle and give her a cuddle.
"You did just try to race three widows" you giggle.
Wanda chuckles and picks you up.
"Let's go get my little champion some ice cream" she says happily.
You nod and she carries you to the kitchen, getting you a big bowl of chocolate chunk ice cream topped with whipped cream, sprinkles and chocolate syrup. You grin and head into the lounge with the others. As you sit there you can feel your mind working and smile.
"Aunt Yelena do you know where I can find some paper and pencils?" You ask.
Yelena nods and sprints off, returning with a blank notebook and some stationery. You smile and lay content on the rug, sketching out new designs for tech and an outfit.
"Tony do we have vibranium here?" You ask, looking up at him.
He smiles.
"If it's for that outfit then we have tons of vibranium thread" He chuckles.
You smile and tuck your book away, crawling onto Yelena's lap with your ice cream and settling down to watch some old film Steve put on...

“You’re not supposed to be there,” the crinkly voice of Y/N’s eldest sister dodged in and out through static over their comms. Despite the sound being muffled, Y/N could detect a clear tone of disappointment not bothering to be hid.
“Story of my life,” the youngest sister quipped flatly, albeit truthfully.
1) She wasn’t supposed to even be born as the daughter of a Red Room general and a one night stand
2) She wasn’t supposed to be added to Agents Shostakov and Vostokoff’s mission last minute
3) She definitely wasn’t supposed to have gone off route for her mission, which led her to come into contact with Yelena carrying a cure
. . . Need the list go on?
While all three big examples had ended up being good things in the end, there were plenty of times and places that Y/N was when and where she wasn’t supposed to be that ended up not-so-great for her. This was one of those times, even though she didn’t know it yet.
“Y/N,” Natasha firmly pressed, so clear that Y/N could almost hear her eye roll on the other end.
“Being where I’m not supposed to be is my specialty. I’ll be fine, Tash,” Y/N assured her off-handily, letting out a small grunt at the lack of room that this air vent was providing her. Granted, she didn’t expect much when she broke into a brainwashed Red Room agent’s secret base. But if Hawkeye could craw through air vents, Y/N supposed that so could she.
“You better be. You know, you’re lucky that you found the base when Yelena and I weren’t there or else we’d drag you out of there ourselves. Though, at the rate we’re going, we’ll be there within seconds with Yelena’s speeding,” Natasha said, and a muffled “Hey!” could be heard from their blonde sister in the back.
“I’ll be done by the time you get here,” Y/N proclaimed confidently, getting off the comms just as she arrived at the end of the trail.
Peering through the vent itself, she spotted the agent standing almost directly below her. She carefully got the cure out of her pocket, and then worked on quietly removing the vent. It took more time than she would have hoped for, but she eventually succeeded without noise.
Unfortunately, the agent chose that moment to turn around and away from the desk she was at, leading her to get a direct view at Y/N.
She reacted quickly, pointing her stunner at Y/N. Y/N had enough time to raise the vent and use it as a shield as the stunner hit, and then threw it back at her. It hit her stunner, knocking it out of her hand and, as Y/N hoped, broke it.
Using the agent’s surprise to her advantage, Y/N leaped down and tackled her, wasting no time in smashing the cure. As red dust enveloped them both, the last thing Y/N expected to see was the agent laughing.
“You thought I was brainwashed? Please, I voluntarily joined the Red Room and I’m going to build it from the ground up!” She declared, throwing Y/N off of herself with great strength.
Shit, Y/N thought, scrambling to stand up. She was forced to stumble backwards as they exchanged blows. She attempted multiple times to maneuver around the agent, but failed. It got to the point where she was backed against the wall, and felt her blood run cold when she was harshly shoved against it.
“And now you’re going to help me do it,” the woman declared, grinning evilly.
Doing the last thing she was able to in her position, Y/N subtly pressed down on her comms. As the agent’s fist swung up to meet her face, Y/N could only hope that she had pressed the right button at the right time.
Tumblr media
Fiddling with her comm, Natasha frowned. “Can you hurry up a little?” She politely asked her younger sister, looking out the window.
“Thought you didn’t want me to speed,” Yelena pointed out through a quip, but nonetheless pressed down on the gas pedal.
“Call it sisterly instinct,” Natasha muttered, and didn’t miss how Yelena shifted in her seat a bit. It wasn’t like she expected Y/N to be talking throughout the mission, but something was off.
When the comm’s alert went off, both women quite literally jumped out of their thoughts. Looking down at both hers and Yelena’s comms, Natasha said, “She’s sending out an alert but . . . It’s only for me, not both of us.”
Yelena furrowed her eyebrows. “Why not both of us? Does she trust you more?” She asked, only partly meaning it.
Natasha rolled her eyes, inspecting the comms as she tried to concentrate. “Something must of gone wrong,” she stated the obvious. There had to be a reason that Y/N would opt to alert only one of her sisters, not both . . . “Maybe she wants only me to go in? Wants you to wait?”
Yelena scoffed. “I see how it is,” she pouted.
“Yelena. Despite getting herself into trouble, Y/N’s smart. I think she’s trying to tell us a plan,” Natasha theorized, hoping that her spy skills and knowledge about her sister would pay off.
They pulled up about a block away from where Y/N’s tracker pinged, at a large, abandoned house not too deep into the woods. Sneaking up to the building itself, they peeked through a window and saw Y/N tied to a chair, bruised. The Widow’s back was to them, and she held what looked suspiciously like the device that the Red Room used to brainwash Yelena.
“She’s lucky that you’re going in, because I’d rip her apart for doing that to Y/N,” Yelena hissed when they saw the Widow smack their sister.
Natasha didn’t say anything, but silently echoed her sister’s statement.
“I’ll go in through the front door. You need to find another way in. I’ll alert you with comms when I need you, like Y/N did,” Natasha ordered, passing Yelena her comm.
She nodded and the sisters went their ways.
Tumblr media
Kicking open the door, Natasha shoved her shoulder against what was left of it and marched inside. She rounded the corner to see the Widow facing her, with Y/N to the right.
“You have five seconds to stand down before I make you,” Natasha commanded loudly, lacing her words with a threatening undertone. She did her best not to look at Y/N, knowing that if she did, she’d lose the patience she needed.
Even though an Avenger was standing mere feet from her, the woman didn’t even flinch. She calmly raised her hand and uncurled her fist to wave the device around tauntingly. “Actually, you have five seconds to stand down before your sister gets hurt even worse.”
Letting her gaze slide over to Y/N, Natasha realized that she had more bruises and other injuries than they had seen at the window. “You have some nerve,” the redhead observed, knowing that she needed to buy Yelena more time. “I admire it, really. Foolish desire to do an impossible task in hopes of recreating the Red Room. I assume that’s why you have the brainwashing thingy, yeah? I had that desire too . . . The difference is that I wanted to destroy the Red Room . . . And I succeeded.”
The Widow scoffed, distracted by her need to prove herself better, which is what Natasha was counting on. “You got lucky. I, however, have a real plan. Haven’t I proved myself worthy at a chance to succeed? I managed to capture your little sister, did I not? Hah. Not that she put up much of a fight, though,” the agent said.
Taking the opportunity she was given when the woman looked at Y/N, Natasha pressed down on her comms, sending out the alert to Yelena.
“Yeah, yeah. You’re starting to sound like Thor with all that worthy talk. If anything, I’d say, you proved the exact opposite of it,” she claimed.
At that exact moment, a rumbling good be heard. Everyone looked over to see a mess of blonde hair and limbs roll out of the chimney, managing to land in the classic Natasha Romanoff pose.
“It’s Santa Claus, bitch!”
With that, the chaos commenced.
Natasha used her shock to tackle the woman to the ground, knocking the device from her grip. In a few fell swoops, she had knocked her out.
Meanwhile, Yelena immediately set to freeing Y/N. Natasha joined her and together they removed the tag around her mouth and her restraints. Y/N made to get up almost instantly, but was stopped by the need of support.
“Woah, there,” Yelena said, wrapping an arm around her sister to steady her while Natasha did the same on her other side.
“Let’s get you out of here. I’ll have some old S.H.I.E.L.D friends clean this mess up,” Natasha said as she and Yelena helped Y/N walk, nodding to the unconscious Widow.
“I’m—I’m sorry, guys. I shouldn’t have even been in here,” Y/N apologized meekly, mustering up all the strength she could find in the pain that she was in.
Natasha was quick and adamant to brush those worries away. “We can talk about it later. Right now, you’re right where you should be.”

Your head fell back against the brick wall as you exhaled heavily and let the thick smoke escape your parched mouth. You stared up at the clouds amongst the perfectly blue sky and made out various shapes the clouds displayed, each telling their own story. You smiled when you spotted a laughing dragon.
"Y/n." Came a snappy voice that pulled you from your daydreaming. You recognised the voice instantly and clenched your teeth together as you dropped your joint to the floor and stepped on it.
"Yes, Miss Romanoff?" You rolled your eyes and glared at the teacher approaching you.
"You know smoking is not permitted on these grounds. Neither are the those." The redhead stated as she eyed the the packet in your pocket and held her hand out for it. You begrudgingly handed it over.
"Detention. 7 o'clock. Do not be late." She warned before heading back towards the old building. You continued to glare daggers into her back as you watched her leave, those damn hips swaying with every step.
You would be the first to admit your teacher was hot. With all those curves and a look to kill, yes you were attracted to her. But there was a lot of teachers at the school that were easy on the eyes. The difference with Natasha was she seemed spent on making your life at that school a living hell.
It felt like she was always out to get you, giving you detentions left and right and shouting at you for seemingly nothing. So being attracted to her while she played the role of the your own personal guardian devil wasn't easy. Plus: it was beyond frustrating being horny at a boarding school.
The day dragged by after that. Every time you looked up at the clock on a classroom wall it had barely changed. You just wanted the day to be over with.
Finally, 7 o'clock came and you dragged yourself to Natasha's classroom a few minutes late. You would be lying if you said you hadn't deliberately been late to piss her off. Not to mention you had made it quite the habit with your teacher. You were a sucker for tradition.
"I do hope that one day you'll learn the importance of being punctual." Natasha said from her desk where she didn't look up from marking.
"I guess today just isn't that day." You said as you slouched down in your seat in the back row.
You frowned as you noticed a workbook wasn't placed on your desk already. That was usually all your detentions consisted of, you doing more work. You looked up and saw Natasha watching you darkly. You struggled to hold her gaze for more than a couple seconds.
"On the contrary, y/n. I think today is exactly that day." She said with a small smile you didn't trust at all. You rarely saw her smile. Brief, forced ones towards her colleagues was all you thought she was capable of. But the one she gave you, it was hiding something.
"Come here." She said suddenly and you found yourself getting to your feet rather hastily.
You made your way down the room and stood infront of your teachers desk with some nerves. While you had never strived to piss off any teachers, their threats never seemed to scare you because you knew there was nothing they could really do. It never got any worse than a series of tedious detentions. But you found yourself not wanting to test your teacher that evening.
Natasha stood up from her chair and put the papers to the side before walking around the desk and past you. You didn't look back to see what she was doing but you could hear her open the door to her supply room. There was one in every room in the generously sized school. All stocked with books and alike, but you had never seen the inside of Miss Romanoff's supply room, it was always too dim.
Her heels clicked against the wooden floor as she made her way back to you. You still didn't dare turn around, maybe if you had Natasha wouldn't have pushed your back down with alarming force that had your front pressed against her table in less than a second.
You gave a startled cry in alarm and went to get back up but Natasha's hand stayed firmly between your shoulder blades and forced you to stay flat against the desk.
"Miss!" You called but she didn't respond. Instead, her other hand wandered up the back of your left thigh. Her touch was light as a feather and it brought out an involuntary shudder from you despite the screaming in your head.
Natasha then hiked your skirt up over your hips. You stayed silent at the act. In shock more than anything else. Perhaps part of you wanted to know what she was planning.
What you didn't expect was to feel a sharp sting across your ass and a cracking sound echo across the room. You cried out again and tried to get off the desk but your teacher was too strong.
"What the fuck was that?" You demanded as your ass continued to sting furiously.
"I thought some old school punishment would fit you better, y/n. Nothing else quite seems to suffice." She explained and brought the cane back down on your thinly covered ass. You jerked forwards and gripped on to the edge of the desk firmly as another cry was ripped from your throat.
She hummed in consideration for a moment, most likely pausing for an extra second just to taunt you, before dipping her fingers under the waist band of your panties and pulled them down your legs. You whimpered quietly and pressed your thighs tightly together, not wanting your teacher to see any possible and surprising signs of what her actions were doing to you.
When your panties were at your feet you breathing became more shallow and you awaited the next strike in fear.
"I think ten strikes will suffice." She declared and your eyes widened. "But let's not forget I also have to teach you the importance of punctuality. How many minutes late were you, y/n? Seven?"
"Please." Spilled from your lips. You weren't sure you could handle seventeen strikes from the devil crafted stick in you teacher's hand.
"You can take it, darling. After all," She started as she leant forward to whisper in your ear, "Daddy knows best." You shivered from her words and tried to ignore the way they seemed to travel through your body.
A harsh strike came down suddenly and you cried out pathetically and gripped on to the desk like a lifeline. The cane in harsh, random strikes after that, each one as unpredictable as the last and all of them hurting more.
Tears sprung to your eyes and yet every hit added to your arousal that filled you with shame. You were sure Natasha noticed it because every time you pressed your thighs together she kicked your legs apart again, surely seeing your wetness as she did so.
"That's it, sweetheart, it's done." Natasha cooed as she ran her cold hand over your throbbing ass. "You took it so well." You flinched from the contact but luckily she didn't linger too long on the broken skin, instead letting her hand drop further down.
You couldn't help the breathy whine that escaped your lips. "Perhaps too well." Natasha mused as her slender fingers glided over your glistening folds. You leaned back into her touch and was partly surprised that she let you, consequently slipping the tips of her fingers through your folds.
You whined louder at the teasing contact but Natasha withdrew her hands and instead smacked your pussy hard. You lurched forward and moaned at the impact.
"Come here." Natasha said but didn't give you much chance to respond because she gripped the back of your shirt and hauled you through the room. You stumbled the whole way but didn't dare question your teacher. She pushed you into the storage room, much to your confusion, until you stumbled into what felt like a table and the dim light flickered on.
Your breath caught in your throat as you caught sight of all the packed shelves around the room. There were more sex toys in the surprisingly small room than you could even process with more range than you could ever beging to fantasise about.
You admired as many as you could in the time Natasha stripped herself of her clothing and stepped infront of you to pick out a dildo to attatch to the harness she wore. Her eyes raked over the large collection and landed on one of the biggest with a confident smirk on her face. She grabbed the toy and some lube and stepped behind you again where she attatched the toy and prepared it with the lube before tangling her hand in your hair to hold you against the oak table.
"You like my collection, sweetheart?" Natasha asked as she ran the strap through your folds. You hummed vaguely, too caught up in the thought of her using the toy on you.
"Answer me, slut." Natasha said lowly and thrust the strap in.
You moaned loudly as your teacher pushed more of the inches in and you squirmed beneath her. She gave another harsh thrust and burried the rest of the strap in to your pussy.
"Well?" She asked teasingly as she withdrew the toy only to slam it back forwards harshly.
"Yes!" You cried out as you squeezed your eyes shut.
"Yes what?" She tested.
"Yes, daddy!" You moaned in bliss and desperation.
"Fuck, this pussy's so tight." Natasha smirked above you, no doubt knowing the slight buzz of pain you were feeling at the stretch of her toy. You moaned in response as she continued to thrust the toy in at a merciless pace.
You were so lost in the overwhelming pleasure Natasha was giving you you were unaware if anything that wasn't her or the toy. Even the cold surface of the table pressed so harshly against you had slipped from your mind. So it was no surprise you didn't hear the heavy footsteps entering the room.
"Evening, Danvers." Natasha greeted and your eyes snapped open. You tried to look back at who ever Natasha was talking to but she gripped your hair tighter and held your head down against the desk making you whimper.
"You finally did it, huh." Came the voice from behind you that you definitely recognised. "And I thought you were chicken shit." She mused.
You whimpered when you felt a hand snake down to your clit and rub the neglected spot slowly. But it was gone barely a second after it came.
"Wait your fucking turn, Danvers." Natasha spat at the blonde but you whined desperately.
"Please, daddy!" You begged, missing the contact instantly.
"I think the little whore wants me more." Carol chuckled and Natasha snapped her hips particularly hard at her words.
"Oh but she's going to cum all for me now, aren't you, y/n?"
"Please, please!" You begged more as Natasha's pace increased and you moaned more frantically, still trying to get a look at the blonde.
"Fucking cum." She demanded and at that, you lost all control. You clenched around the fake cock and trembled on the table as the brutal waves if your orgasm washed over you again and again.
But to your distraught, Natasha pulled the strap out as you came and effectively ruined the full effects of your high. You whimpered again at the loss but your legs felt too numb to fully do anything about it.
"Don't be so ungrateful." Natasha warned as she slapped your pussy making you jump slightly.
Carol stood infront of you as she started to unbuckle her belt and freed the strap she had been packing underneath.
"You're gonna use that slutty mouth to get my cock ready for your pussy now, Princess." Carol explained as she tapped the head against your cheek. You happily obliged and opened your mouth for the strap that Carol wasted no time in easing in.
She held your head in place where Natasha had let go and pushed the strap against your gag reflex. You coughed around the toy but the blonde shushed you as she kept pushing forward in a thoughtful silence, admiring the tears that sprung to your eyes.
"You look so pretty with my cock in your mouth." Carol muttered as she withdrew the strap slightly only to snap her hips forwards to effectively fuck your mouth. "You want it in your slutty hole now?" She asked with faux sweetness.
"She'll take whatever you give her." Natasha mused. You looked up and saw her in a dark red chair against the wall facing you, her eyes glued to your form.
Carol slipped the strap from your mouth when she deemed you had done a good enough job. It glistened in the dim light and disappeared from sight when your other teacher strolled back behind you.
You locked eyes with your red headed teacher as you felt Carol's presence behind you. Natasha pulled something from the cabinet besides her that you instantly registered as your amateur cigarette and the little tobacco that was still in the bag. She chuckled at the rookie joint you had made yourself but you didn't have much chance to feel any embarrassment or annoyance because the woman behind you gripped onto your hips tightly and pushed the entirety of the toy in in one thrust forward.
You moan was bordering on a scream at the action. Carol set about a merciless pace that rivalled your other teacher's and had you trembling instantly. You gripped on to the edge of the table tightly and babbled incoherently about how good it felt and pathetic pleas not to stop, all of which Carol had no issue aiding. She pounded the strap into you and revelled in your pleasured cries all while you tried desperately to hold eye contact with Natasha.
The red head was looking through her cabinet again until you brought out a box of Humidor cigars that probably cost more than a year at your school. Your cheap tobacco had been thrown to the side as she lit the expensive cigar all while smirking at you and your limited responses to her.
She brought it up to your lips with a knowing smile but you had no energy or ability to make an annoyed comment about how unfair the teacher student hierarchy was because Carol's pace seemed to increase.
"Don't stop!" You managed to cry out to the blonde. You clenched around the strap desperately as your breathing increased and.you could feel your high approaching at a fast rate.
"Cum, slut." The blonde ordered and with that, you fell apart again. You bucked back against the strap as Carol fucked your through your orgasm and kept going. You were becoming sensitive from the intense pleasure you had been feeling and all of a sudden it became too much.
You thought Carol stopped when she pulled out, but she swiftly flipped you on to your front and sunk the strap back in. Your head threw back as you moaned lowly and instinctively wrapped your legs around your teacher's waist to help you handle her deep thrusts.
"I want to see you cum this time." Carol said as she eyed you greedily.
You felt a pair of soft lips meet your exposed neck and turned your head away more to give Natasha's wandering lips further access. Her hands crept up under your shirt and massaged the soft skin contained by your bra. She pinched your nipples as she sucked and lightly nipped at your neck, all while the blonde continued to fuck you into your next orgasm.
You gasped before giving a long moan in relief as your third orgasm washed over your body. You trembled in the women's gripped as they guided you through your high that had you seeing stars.
Your head fell back against the table with a light thud as you tried to steady your breathing.
"Fuck." Carol smirked as she combed her hair back away from her face and grinned down at your body arrogantly. "We're going to have to do that again." She sighed as she pulled the strap out slowly making you whine.
"You want that baby? You want to be our secret slut?" Natasha muttered into your ear and bit down gently. You groaned and nodded your head in response.
"Please." You whispered, your voice going hoarse.
"That's a good girl." Natasha praised as her hand wandered down your body again.

Wanda watched for a month across the hall as you took Asya’s torment, knocking your books out your hand, slamming your locker door on you as you tried to put things away, pouring soda down your socks as she walked past, putting her foot out to trip you, whispering horrible things when in passing. Wanda didn’t understand why you took Asya’s crap. But you didn’t mention anything about it to anybody, especially Yelena. You wanted little attention as possible and if this was all Asya could throw at you, you could handle it.
“Had enough yet?” Asya smirked before slamming your locker door on your hand. You bit your bottom lip harshly at the burning and tingling pain. “What’s wrong? Did you hurt your hand?” she chuckled before continuing to walk by you. Looking at your hand you were sure it would bruise, the purple and blue marks faintly appearing through the redness. “Why do you take her shit?” Wanda’s thick Sokovian accent spoke as she lent on the lockers next to yours.
Since meeting Wanda you’ve grown slightly to reasoning with her, understanding there is more to her than the hard ass she shows to the world around her. She intrigued you in a way you’ve never experienced. You wished to know more about her, why she was in the states, how long did she live in Sokovia, why she broke the rules and did as she pleased, why did she feel the need to smoke and ignore the warnings on the box, why she would stare at you longer than you’ve known anybody to stare.
“I don’t” you mumbled before grabbing the textbooks for your next class. Wanda chuckled in a huff, “I’ve watched for weeks and not once have you mentioned it to Yelena or Kate. What’s Asya got against you?” Wanda asked with confidence. Your brows frowned, zipping up your backpack, “Nothing” you muttered before closing your locker, “it’s fine” you added.
“Fine? If it’s so fine, why haven’t you told Yelena?” She started to follow you. “Wanda…please, just leave it. It’s fine, I’m fine. It’s nothing, just forget it… please” you turned to face her. Your eyes begging for her to drop the conversation. Wanda, without your knowledge, read your thoughts and nodded softly. “Whatever you say” she shrugs. Not sure what to say you just smiled lightly before making your way to class.
Wanda made note to keep an eye on the two of you, given your thoughts told her a different story then what your lips did she felt if you wouldn’t tell Yelena about the issue than she’d keep an eye out for you, to make sure you were okay.
Then by Thursday, Wanda had seen more than enough, and she wasn’t going to stand for it anymore. You excused yourself at lunch from the group of Kate, Yelena, and Wanda to use the toilet, Wanda watched you walk away before her eyes caught Asya following closely behind you, she wanted to tell Yelena that something was going on, but she didn’t want to ruin the little trust you had in her. From the day she met you, there was something about you that caught her attention, she felt oddly close to you in a way she’s never felt about anybody. Did that scare her? Maybe so but she was good a hiding it and treated you the same as she treats Kate and Yelena.
Your head was pounding with a headache from the extra noise from those around you, all the small talk, loud laughter and the jocks being extra loud just to have people pay them attend was driving you insane. The bathroom was oddly the only place at school where you were able to have a moment to yourself, refresh your face with cold water and escape from the noise. Even if it was of for a few short minutes, you’d take it for what it was worth.
Splashing the cold water on your face was bliss for the shortly lived seconds it lasted before you grabbed some paper towel to pat dry your face, sighing to yourself as you looked deeply into your own eyes in the mirror. The flashbacks of Grace have haunted you more times than you wanted to admit and seeing Asya 5 days a week wasn’t helping at all. “How does it feel to look into the eyes of a murder?” Asya’s voice spoke, your eyes shifted to her figure standing behind your with her arms across her chest.
“Asya…please” you sighed, dropping your head from the mirror. “You know I di- “
“What? That you didn’t have a choice? That you were made to do it?” she stepped closer causing you to turn around, leaning your lower back against the sink watching her footsteps getting closer. “You had a choice” she muttered, “you didn’t have to do it. But you did and you didn’t even think twice about it” she adds. “You did it!” you snapped, “if you didn’t try to leave that night then Grace would probably still be here!”
Asya grabbed your jaw in a tight grip with her right hand, her top lip twitching with anger. “I asked you for help and you turned me in” her grip tightening, you didn’t break the eye contact that was burning through you, “Let her go!” another voice spoke, a familiar voice. “Mind your own business Red” Asya spoke, her eyes never leaving yours and her grip only tightening even more. “I said, let her go!” Wanda spoke more sternly. “Or what huh?” Asya replied.
Wanda’s eyes turned red, and balls of red glow came from her fingers, you’d never seen this before, the red outline glowing strong from behind Asya. You desperately wanted to shift your eyes from Asya’s, but you were trained to never take your eyes off a threat. Her grip was sure to leave a bruise now, tiny droplets of sweat formed on her forehead as she ignored Wanda’s requests. “Go away Maximoff, this doesn’t involve you” Asya spoke clearly.
“I asked nicely, now you’re just pissing me off” Wanda spoke before Asya was throw to the floor half away across the girl’s bathroom. You watched as Asya gathered herself back to her feet, “what the fuck?!” she spat, looking at Wanda. “I said to let her go” Wanda tilted her head.
“And I said this doesn’t involve you” Asya glared. “Oh, cry me a damn river, come near her again and we’ll have bigger problems”. Asya huffed shaking her head before she stormed out of the bathroom. “Are you okay?” Wanda asked when the door was closed. “I didn’t need you to do that” you turned your back to her, “I can handle her” you added.
“A simple thank you would’ve been fine”
“Well, I’m not thanking you!” you turned back to face her, “I told you everything was fine! I don’t need you to fight my battles for me, now you’ve just made things worse!” you grabbed your backpack and pushed by her ignoring her call of your name as you left the bathroom.
After school Wanda pulled you back into the girl’s bathroom as you were trying to make your way through the hall to meet Yelena out the front.
“Please, let me explain” she said before you could speak. “About today and what you saw…from me” she added in a concerned tone. “Y…you don’t have too” you replied. “No, I do… can we hang out for a bit? Now?” she asked. You were unsure what to say, you were mad with her and forgot about what you’d truthly seen but when she mentioned it, it came back to you.
“I… I have to meet Yelena”
“I know” she let go of her grip on your arm, “it would only be for an hour, and I’ll make sure to have you home” she added. The look in her eyes were begging you, you saw she was worried about what you saw, and she wondered if you had questions, but truth be told, you didn’t. “Just leave me and Asya, alone…that’s all there is to say” you replied, letting her down. “Y/n please” she begged; her tone different from any other time you’ve spoken to her but still you shook your head and wanted nothing more than to go home.
“Ready?” Yelena looked at you as you walked out of the building, Wanda following behind with a defeated look. “What’s wrong with you?” Yelena asked Wanda who shook her head, “just homework shit” she muttered, “I’ll see you guys tomorrow” she added before walking off to meet her twin, Pietro. “Can we go now, please?” you asked Yelena who nodded.
The drive home with Natasha and Yelena was once again silent from your end like it had been since Asya came into the picture. Your mind would process the day with a million thoughts as your eyes followed the passing trees and houses out the window.
Saturday you found yourself sat up on your bed with your back resting on the head rest as you continued to read the book you started after school on Friday. Last night wasn’t much fun, another sleepless night to add to the books and more flashbacks of Red Room to drain your energy. Melina came into the room to put your clean laundry on your dresser without disturbing you, a light smile formed on her lips when she saw you head in yet another book. You could read for hours and not notice how much time would slip by it was peaceful and it was the perfect distraction from the things going on in your mind.
“Don’t read them too quickly now” Melina chuckled making you lose your place on the page. “I’ll try not too” you replied with a light smile before she left your room. It didn’t take you long to get back to where you were up too and once again, you were lost in the fictional world of your book.
“So, this is your room, it’s cute” a familiar voice tore you away from your book, only a few more chapters in this time. “W-Wanda, what are you doing here?” you closed your book and watched as she entered your room. She started by your bookcase and ran her index finger along the spines before slowly walking over to your desk where your homework and thick textbooks sat waiting to be completed. “Yelena invited Kate and I over, is that okay?” she spun on her keels to face you, smiling lightly. You didn’t say anything but kept your eyes on her as she peeked around the rest of your room, “So, what do you do for fun?” she asked to break the silence.
“I like to read” you answered softly, looking down at your book as Wanda made herself comfortable on the edge of your bed, “anything else?” she asked. You shrugged without saying another word. Wanda’s eyes burned into you making you slightly uncomfortable as you shifted away from her a bit hoping she wouldn’t notice. “You have questions, don’t you” she spoke again, this time causing you to frown in confusion. “I don’t” you mumbled, “it’s okay, I also have questions” she replied, “look, Y/n, about Thursday in the girl’s bathroom – “
“Please, keep your voice down” you quickly shuffled off the bed to close your door, “I don’t want them to know” you replied after the click of the door closing. “But why? Asya is an entitled little bitch!” Wanda huffed. “Because it will just worry them and I” you paused, eyes dropping to your feet, “I’ve done enough of that”
Wanda watched as you slowly stepped towards your desk, avoiding to look at her. “Well, if you’re not going to tell them, you have to tell me”.
“N-no I don’t” you looked up at her with another frown. “Then I’ll have to tell Yelena” Wanda replied with a slight head tilt. “Why do you care? You barely care about anything, you skip school when you’re not allowed, you smoke when the box clearly states it could kill you and you don’t do your homework because you think it’s ridiculous and not to mention you barely speak to me and now suddenly you can’t leave me alone” you snapped without control. Wanda smirked, “feel better?” she asked with a huff like chuckle. “What? No! you’re…you…you’re frustrating me!” you stuttered as you tried to find the word of feeling.
“Good, I like that”
Her words only made you more mad and confused, “You haven’t really expressed your feelings before, have you?” she asked and suddenly you felt small, tiny like an ant to her. “Will you let me explain now?” she added feeling your thoughts. You looked at her with another frown and nodded slowly. “Good, now how about we do this fairly. I’ll say something about myself and then you can do that same, deal?”
You nodded once more. Wanda smiled softly, “ask me the question” she said. “W-what question?” you asked before sit on the chair at your desk, swinging it to face her. “The one you’re thinking about right now” she added.  Her eye contact with you was strong, like she was truly reading your mind, “H…h-how did you do that…on Thursday…to Asya?” you stuttered with a shaky voice.
“My brother, Pietro and I were experiments of HYDRA when we were younger. They took us from our beds late one night without making a sound. We spent years with them, it was all we knew. They did things to us, tests, isolated us, muted us almost” she starts to explain, “then we were free, it was not easy, but we managed. Pietro, my twin, he has superhuman speed, stamina, reaction, and reflexes which is why he is so good at sport. And me, well, I have telekinesis, I can mentally and emotionally manipulate people, I have telepathy powers and some other things, but they are the main ones” she continues.
“You can read minds?”
“Yes, I can also experience the memories and thoughts of others” she explains, “now it’s your turn” she adds.
“Why don’t you just read my mind?”
“Oh, you have jokes now?” she chuckled, “come on, a deal is a deal. What’s the story with Asya?” she asked. Your eyes dropped to your feet once again.
~ “убей ее” he said coldly before taking a step back. His words ringing in your ear, “NO Y/N PLEASE DON’T!” Asya screamed, “PLEASE Y/N STOP!!” she screamed once more to hide the cracking sound of bones breaking. ~
“I- “you took another moment, swallowing the lump in your throat, “I m-murdered her sister” you admitted, your eyes slowly tracing back to Wanda’s. She didn’t have a reaction on her face, probably because she already knew what happened but just wanted to hear you say it. “Asya tried to escape R-Red Room but Dre-…he found out and as punishment he made me murder her sister in front of the rest of us Widows” you explained, tears filling your eyes once more at the flashback. Wanda stood from your bed and gently placed a hand on your shoulder, “it’s okay” she said giving your shoulder a gently squeeze.
“No” you shook your head, “it’s not okay. I should be punished, I should be put away or killed for what I have done, for all the things I have done” the tears falling from your eyes. Wanda gently brushed the lose lock of hair behind your ear, “you shouldn’t be punished for things that were out of your control. Yelena told me some things about Red Room and I’m sorry you had to go through that, you didn’t deserve that” she says in a comforting tone, “we didn’t deserve that” she adds. Slowly you looked up at Wanda, cheeks wet from your tears, “but that’s not what is right. I should be punished like everybody else for what I have done” you spoke, your brows frowning.
Wanda couldn’t help but feel for you, “you’ll learn soon that it wasn’t your fault, none of it. Whatever you did, it wasn’t a fault of your own” she says leaving the two of you in a moment of silence. Wiping your tears, you looked at her once more, “why do you smoke? It’s really not good for you, have you read the box?” you asked simply to change the conversation.
“Oh, Мэри, you’re too cute” she smirked. “That’s not my name” you said in a confused tone, “I know”
“Wanda let’s go!” Yelena called from downstairs. “You should come with us” Wanda suggested, you shook your head, “I have homework I need to get done” you replied. Wanda chuckled, “Alright, Мэри, I’ll see you Monday I guess” she turned and left your room just as quietly as she arrived.
After listening to her story with little detail your book didn’t seem to interest you at the moment, the name ‘Hydra’ ran through your mind, a name you’d heard before.
~ “This way gentlemen” Dreykov led the men in suits to the room you were held in. “I assure you, the experiments are working” he adds. “Very well, General” one man spoke sternly. You were trained not to look too long so you kept your eyes forward as the men examined you and looked over your charts.
“She seems completely at your control, General” another man’s voice spoke. “Oh yes, she’s my best Widow since that disappointment, Black Widow. I raised Y/n since she was barely a year old. She’s a daughter to me, my most successful Widow” Dreykov explain with a proudness in his voice. His words were comforting for you, who only knew him. He is your father. The only person who’s protected you and kept you safe.
“I see. Our latest projects, the Maximoff twins are being experimented as we speak. We have high hopes for what will come of that” the man replies. ~
Monday morning was a drag to get out of bed, since talking to Wanda your mind has been non-stop racing with flashbacks and Dreykov’s voice running around like it lived in your mind. Sleeping only brought back the nightmares and trauma from Red Room.
“She won’t get up” Yelena said to Melina before sitting down for breakfast. You laid on the bed staring at the ceiling unaware of Melina’s presences until you felt the dip on the bed where she sat. “What’s going on?” she asked, snapping you out thought. “Nothing” you mumbled like any normal teenager would say.
“Did you sleep last night?”
You shook your head, the dark circles under your eyes to confirm the lack of sleep recently. “When did you last sleep?” she asked another question, “I had little sleep Friday night” you admitted. “You haven’t slept properly since Friday?” Melina’s brows frown as you nodded to confirm your answer. “Y/n, you have to tell me when you can’t sleep or eat, it’s important”.
“I don’t want to worry you and Alexei anymore…I’m sorry” you looked at her with sorry eyes. “We are going to worry about you whether you like it or not. I’m going to call Dr Banner and we’ll try and get something to help you sleep, no buts” she spoke. You didn’t give her any buts about it, too tired and drained to truly care. “Do you think you could get up and dressed? If you don’t feel like going to school today, I’ll call them and explain you’ll have the day off” she added.
You wanted to see Wanda, you weren’t too sure why that was, but you nodded and managed to get yourself up, showered and dressed for school just as Yelena and Natasha were about to walk out the door.
“I’ll call Dr Banner when his office opens and if he can see you today, I’ll come and get you from school, okay?” Melina said. “Okay. Thanks” you smiled softly before following the two out the door.
Walking to your Art class you passed Asya who shot you the dirties look you’d seen so far from her, no doubt she was pissed about Thursday. Her stare didn’t intimidate you by any means, by now you were used to her always looking at you or you’d catch her already watching you from across the hall while you were at your locker. “You’re dead Belova” she muttered under her breath before giving you a hard shove into the cold lockers, chuckling as she walked away.
You had Mr Rogers for Art and History, he excused your lateness and continued on with the class as you found your seat at the back of the room, hard to say if you remember anything that he was talking about as your attention was distracted by the outside world by the window. The dark storm cloud rolling in, only a matter of hours until it breaks you thought to yourself.
“Y/n” Mr Rogers voice snapped you back to reality. “Huh? Sorry Mr Rogers” you felt embarrassed and as if all eyes were on you, “Do you have your project ready to hand in?” he asked. Shit! The plans of getting through the homework over the weekend completely slipped your mind after Saturday’s conversation with Wanda. “N-no, I’m sorry. I left it at home” you mumbled, “Mhm” he sighed, “Not a good enough excuse but I’ll let you off easy this time. I’m still taking a few points off your grade though” he replied with a stern look, you nodded just to get him to return to the class.
When the bell went for the next class, you waited behind to allow the rest of the rushing class mates out the door, you were greeted by Wanda as she leant against the lockers with a smirk like smile. “How was class?” she asked. “Fine, I need to talk to you” you said, slightly looking around you. “What about?” she wondered. “Not here” you replied when your eyes locked onto Asya walking towards you.
“Okay” Wanda picked up on your worry, “come with me” she added, pushing herself off the lockers. “What? No not now, I have class” you turned to her. Wanda chuckled, “Oh, Мэри, it’s okay” she smiled with a slight head gesture to follow her. You did so with a sigh and drag of your feet, worried about what Melina and Alexei might think of you skipping class. You followed Wanda out to the bike shed where students locked their bike cycles up while in class, away from any of sight of teachers. “What’s up” she smiled and leant against the shed.
Frowning, you looked around for any signs of life. “Don’t worry Мэри, nobody can see us, I come here all the time” Wanda pulled the packet of cigarettes from her jacket pocket. “Really?” you shook your head, “yes” she chuckled putting the cigarette to her lips and lighting it, making sure to blow the smoke away from your direction. “So, what did you want to talk about?” she asked once more. For a moment you watched her huff and puff on the very thing that could kill her if she kept doing so, she licked her lips after each puff before sticking it back onto her lips. “He met with them” you started.
“Who?” she frowned confused. “Dre…he met with the Hyda people you told me about. They gave him things t-to use… on me. Tests, experiments…I need to know if you remember what they used on you and Pietro” you stuttered but manged to explain, talking about Dreykov became harder as the time away from him went. Wanda pushed herself off the shed and paced around for a moment. “It was some stone, I don’t remember the name” she finally spoke, “What did they do to you?” she asked, “What powers do you have?”
“No powers. Just harsh training in karate, judo, kung fu, wrestling, gymnastics, acrobatics, and weapon training” you replied.
Wanda tilted her head slightly, “what else?” she asked. “I have enhanced hearing and vision” you replied with a sigh. “Neither Pietro nor I have that…it must’ve been something else” Wanda said, “tell me more about it” she adds.
“Well…I guess for you, you read minds but for me I can hear conversations and noise from a good distant away and my vision, that’s more of a night issue. I can see heatwaves and longer distances than most” you explained your eyes falling to your feet. “I just want to understand why we are like this” you spoke softly.
“Because we were in the hands of people who didn’t care about us or what would happen to us. You were taken, right? like Yelena and Natasha. Do you think Dreykov cared about that? Taking you from your parents, your sister? To train you the way he did? Do you think Hydra gave a crap about Pietro and me? We were built to be weapons for their own fucking use” Wanda snapped in frustration towards the end of her words, startling you just enough for you to take a step back from her. Her chest rising and falling quicker than before as she threw her half-smoked cigarette on the ground and squishing it with her foot.
“We have to live with the effects of that. It’s not fair, and I ever saw any of those men again I’d tear them apart with my own hands. The things they did to Pietro and I, treating us like animals, doing whatever the fuck they wanted to us like we meant nothing if it failed. I saw people come and go; people being pushed by my cell in a fucking body bag!” Wanda went on, it was clear she’d kept her anger built up, her eyes flashing red every few words. You weren’t sure what to do or what to say but a new feeling was unlocked, and you found yourself stepping towards her, stopping her from pacing by gently placing your hand on her shoulder and behind you knew it you had your arms wrapped around her in a tight hug. Something you’d never done before but it felt right, like Wanda was screaming for the warmth of a hug. She melted in your arms and gripped you tightly, letting her tears soak your shirt.
It was then that you discovered you’d found somebody you could talk too, somebody who understood how you felt and the fear it gave you deep down. That’s not to say that Wanda and Natasha didn’t understand you, they did but they also weren’t treated the way you were, but Wanda was, she understood, the words she spoke about feeling like an animal, a weapon, being used for their own will was exactly how you felt.
“Don’t you tell anybody about this” Wanda pulled away slightly after letting her tears out, “I can trust you not to say anything, right, Мэри?” she added as she looked into your eyes. “Only if you stop calling me that, my name is not Mary” you replied earning a chuckle from her, “I know” she spoke softly, wiping her wet cheeks on her sleeves, “I know, Мэри” she added causing you to roll your eyes.
“Maximoff and Belova, you should be in class!” a voice startled you both, turning around and seeing the Principle, Mr Strange standing sternly with his arms across his chest. “It’s my fault Mr, I dragged Y/n out here” Wanda spoke. “I don’t want to hear it Wanda, you’re already on thin ice as it is. Now get to class!” he frowned, “And you Y/n, Melina is waiting for you in the general office. Best you get your things and make your way there” he added. You nodded and followed Wanda back to school building.
“I can hear your heart racing Мэри” Wanda chuckled just to annoy you once more. “Please, my name is Y/n!” you muttered, “and like I said, I know” she smiled to you before you both parted ways.

Ever since joining the Avengers, you no longer had a private life. In a way you did because the Avengers were very private people especially so the enemies don't have an upper hand over them.
But you couldn't step out into the world without being recognised everywhere, you along with the rest of the avengers where plastered everywhere, even to the point where there were posters and drawings made of yous.
Whilst your team didn't really like that kind of publicity, you loved it which only encouraged you to make your own account where you displayed exclusive Avengers content.
You gave whatever the fans wanted, whether that was making Thor show off his powers or Sam showing off his suit or even showing the less popular people like Carol or Yelena.
But you never really showed off your private life, who you were dating and that kind of things, you felt like that was something you wanted to hold for yourself, especially not knowing how people would react.
But not addressing it made it a little worse, people assumed and that was slightly worse than just coming out with it. You crushed on both redheads; Natasha and Wanda.
They were everything anyone could ask for, fearless, confident, funny, cute and definitely jealous because they never liked how people would comment under your videos like you were theirs.
They weren't obsessively jealous but felt that they needed to address that you were theirs even if you didn't even know it, but that only worsen when Yelena joined the Avengers.
By the time Yelena was here, you and the two redheads were already together. You remember when Natasha introduced Yelena, like if it was yesterday.
You and Wanda have been laying together, cuddled on the bed like if there was no tomorrow, it was always like this with Wanda, she always told you how each day could be anyone's last one.
Even if that might've sounded a little depressing, it was a way to appreciate being with the people you love, and you certainly did, your arms tighten around Wanda as you had a huge smile spread across your face.
This caused her to look at you, she whispered loud enough for you to hear "Are you okay дорогой (Darling)?"
You nodded "Yes, I'm just happy"
Your words melted Wanda's heart, you were happy with her and Natasha and that was really important to her, she wanted you to be happy because you deserved it "I'm glad.."
Her fingers found themselves under your chin as she made you look into her eyes, placing a gentle kiss on your lips and pulling away to look into your eyes again "I don't ever want to see you sad.."
You still had a smile across your face as you cuddled even further if that was even possible "That's impossible with yous around because, one, Natasha would suffocate me with tickling and two, because I-"
Because you could finish, Natasha barged into the room as she pouted at the sight of you and Wanda wrapped up in each other "heyyy!"
You looked over with shock at her outburst whilst Wanda giggled "Cute"
She shook her head "Nooo, you guys left me out again!"
This time you had a small smile across your lips at her being such a softie around yous but around the team she acts like she would kill anyone in her path.
"Well you are never around for cuddles and we were cold" Wanda spoke up again as she pouted a little.
"Not fair.." Natasha pulled one of her best pouts when she wanted something.
You pulled your hand out "Well then come and join us Natty"
As tempting as it was, Natasha shook her head which caused you to frown "I want to introduce someone to yous"
As you and Wanda shared a confused look causing the both of yous to sit up, Natasha let Yelena walk through into the room "This is my younger sister Yelena"
The younger Russian looked back at her sister with a smile at her words and her sight landed on Wanda who was first to greet her, when they finished, it was your turn.
When Yelena looked at you, you nearly fell out of the bed before making your way towards the blonde.
Natasha smiled "Yelena this is-" Before Natasha could finish.
"Y/n Y/l/n..." Yelena spoke up with her sight glued to you and you only.
"You know me?" You asked as your eyes were glued to her as well.
She nodded with a smile "You're the most famous Avenger, how could I not?"
You shook her hand as she leaned down to kiss it "They just failed to mention how beautiful you are"
Your brain couldn't process her words, she was complimenting you and it seemed like you never received them from your reaction "Beautiful? Yes beautiful, you are beautiful"
Natasha and Wanda shared a amused look as you never gave out compliments to anyone, it was rare but Natasha was happy that you and her younger sister got along.
"Natasha if you leave her, I'm taking her" Yelena directed her tone to Natasha but her eyes were still on you as if you were going to disappear.
Now this had Wanda frowning, she walked over to you as she pulled you into her, making Yelena let go of your hand "IF Natasha leaves her, she still has me so.."
You couldn't hear what they were arguing about, you were too consumed by Yelena to even process their words, it was like she had you under some kind of spell.
Yelena awkwardly smiled "Right.."
Natasha could feel the awkwardness and tension raising so she spoke up before anything else happened "How about I show you your room Yelena?"
She nodded with a sigh as she looked back at Natasha "Yes please, a long shower is needed."
She looked over at you and winked "See you around Котенок (Kitten)"
Your cheeks flashed red as she walked out, before Natasha disappeared behind her, she walked over to yous, giving each a quick kiss before speaking up "Later we can cuddle, I really miss it"
Wanda smiled softly at Natasha's words before kissing her again and letting her follow her sister to show her around.
Wanda looked over at you "Is everything okay?"
You nodded to which Wanda walked back to bed as you stood a second longer with a smile before joining back to continue the cuddling.
And that's how it went, every time Yelena was around, you were a blushing mess, it's not that you didn't love your redhead girlfriends because you did but Yelena was different.
She paid attention to you which made you feel special, of course Natasha and Wanda paid attention but it was different kind of attention, they would love to spend time with you but they never were interested in the famous part of you.
Whilst Yelena did, she asked questions and listened to you ramble like an idiot but she was there, she even helped you with some ideas and that was what made you like her.
In Natasha's eyes you two got along quite good whilst in Wanda's she wasn't too happy with how close Yelena has gotten to you, of course Wanda never was a controlling type of person but she saw the way you looked at Yelena.
Whilst you and Yelena were out on a mission, saving some people around the city, Wanda and Natasha were back in the tower filling out some reports with the Tv on.
You seemed to be doing a good job since the news were all about you and Yelena, which caused Wanda's attention almost immediately when they mentioned you.
"Nat look, it's Y/n/n" Wanda spoke to Natasha who wasn't that far from her, she looked up at the tv and there you were, helping a little dog as he was stuck in some little container.
"Aww, look at her being a hero" Natasha melted at the sight of you being so caring over a little animal.
The news reporter approached you, trying to catch some sort of conversation with you before you had to go "Y/n! Your fans want to know why you have been so absent lately?"
You looked up from the little dog at the reporter "Being an Avenger is really time consuming as you can see"
She nodded and that's when Yelena walked into the frame, the reporter smiled "Or is it because your new girlfriend takes up all of your time?"
Wanda narrowed her eyes at the tv "New girlfriend?!"
Natasha raised her brows at Wanda then looked back at the tv, you were red as Yelena laughed but you managed to speak up before Yelena did "N-no girlfriends here thank you"
The reporter smirked as she started to pull out bunch of photos of reflections where you could clearly see Yelena "Then how can you explain these photos?"
You raised your brows in shock at the pictures "She was simply helping me film some videos, I don't see how that means we are dating"
Yelena moved closer to the photos "Damn we look good in these"
You choked on air at her comment "Okay, we have to go!"
You manged to pull away Yelena from the reporter and made your way to the jet, whilst Wanda had nearly everything in the room flying "Wands?"
She looked over at Natasha with her eyes red, the Russian stood up making her way to the other redhead "Hey, what's wrong?"
As soon as the Russian's hands made contact with Wanda's back, she immediately calmed down, letting everything that floated fall down with a slight bang, as she took a deep breath.
"Hey, hey it's okay, take a deep breath I'm here" Natasha pulled Wanda into her as she rubbed her back.
The redhead nodded slightly as she took a deep breath, sometimes when her emotions were out of control her powers would be too, it wasn't a often occurrence but Natasha and you always knew how to deal with it.
"What's wrong?" Natasha asked after she noticed that Wanda was a lot more calmer.
She took a deep breath "I can't stand this anymore"
Natasha frowned at her in confusion "Stand what красный (Red)?"
"This whole media thing, how they always try to pair Y/n with everyone" Wanda leaned back in the chair as she looked up at the ceiling.
Natasha placed her hand on Wanda's thigh "And the fact that they are pairing her with Yelena too?"
Natasha knew, she knew that Wanda's wasn't really fond of you and Yelena together, and frankly even Natasha was jealous herself but she knew that you would never do anything like that, especially with her sister.
It was harmless even if it made both of them jealous, Wanda looked at Natasha and groaned "How did you even know?"
Natasha chuckled slightly "Wands darling, I was taught my whole life how to read people like an open book, I know these things but also it's because I feel it too"
This pulled Wanda's attention "What? You get jealous too?"
Natasha nodded "I know my sister and Y/n would never do anything but I have seen the way Yelena makes Y/n a blushing mess"
Wanda's face softened as she cupped Natasha's cheeks "I saw it too, but she's so happy, I don't want to ruin her happiness"
Natasha nodded with a slightly sad smile "I know.."
This caused a bulb to light up in Wanda's head "I know a way we can remind our dear Y/n that she belongs to us.."
Natasha noticed the not so innocent smirk across Wanda's lips and she knew what this was going to be about, she smirked back and they patiently waited for you and Yelena to come back, whilst continuing their reports.
As soon as you came back to the tower with Yelena by your side, Wanda was the first to greet you, pulling you away from Yelena as quickly as possible.
She pulled you towards the bedroom and that day they claimed you over and over until the only thing that came out of your mouth was their names...
Whilst that was happening, the news were blowing up with you and Yelena being together, the images that were taken out from multiple videos.
Whilst Yelena was smirking like crazy, your two girlfriends weren't impressed, multiple news outlets had mentioned all three women and how you have been changing them.
You wanted to address it the next day and that's what you were going to do, you found a place where the Avengers weren't around and started to live stream, letting thousands of people join before clearing the news up.
As you placed your phone down so it's propped up and not falling out of your hands, you took couple steps out so you were in the frame "Hey everyone!"
You waved and before starting to attempt a clean up, you answered a few questions and greeted a couple of fans, as you took a deep breath and your face turned serious "I wanted to talk to everyone here about what has been going around the news"
Yelena made it inside the room where you were and decided to mess with you and the fans for fun, as you started to explain "Me and Yelena are not dating-"
She walked up to as she grabbed you and pulled you into her as you were couple inches away from her face, completely shocked and frozen by her sudden action.
The comments were going crazy as you could only focus on the blonde in front of you "W-what are you doing?"
She smirked at your question "I'm messing with everyone here"
The distance between the two of you was unimaginably close, you could feel her breath hit your lips and your cheeks were turning red, if words could only come out of your mouth but they weren't.
You managed to finally push her away when she was too close and grabbed your phone to end the live "What were you thinking?!"
Yelena crossed her arms "It's just a little bit of fun"
You shook your head "No Yelena, this isn't a little bit of fun, this will end up going viral-"
"Well isn't that good? That means more fame for you" Yelena sounded a little confused.
Your hands ran through your hair "No, no this isn't good. I like to keep my romantic life private"
You opened your phone as you refreshed your page and saw no videos of you and Yelena almost kissing, you took a deep breath and that caused a little guilt to appear in Yelena.
"Look, I'm sorry, I didn't know-" She tried to apologise.
"Exactly you don't know so maybe ask next time then act" You stormed off annoyed at this, leaving her there as she looked down on the floor, knowing this time she messed up.
You have been checking the internet for anything but you couldn't find it so you assumed that maybe it won't make to on the internet but little did you know that it was far from that.
Wanda was entertained by the games on her phone whilst Natasha was laying on her chest, watching her play. She slowly started to close her eyes when Wanda received a notification from the news about a recent situation that happened.
Wanda being Wanda, she would've ignored it if it wasn't for Natasha "Open it"
She rolled her eyes with a smile as she clicked on the notification and that's when the article had you and Yelena close up, nearly kissing displayed right on the front.
Wanda scrolled down trying to find out if this was fake which caused Natasha to sit up and grab her phone as well, as soon as she opened any social media, you and Yelena were plastered all over it with multiple edits and cute comments.
"I am so happy Y/n finally found someone as hot as her?" Natasha read out what one of the comments said with a little frown.
"I am going to kill them!" Wanda raised her voice slightly as she got up from the bed and ran to find you or even better to find Yelena.
"Wands! Wait!" Natasha shouted as she tried to follow her still trying to read what the comments said.
"How could you!" Wanda run in to the sight of you panicked as you looked up at Wanda who seemed very pissed.
She wanted to be mad but the sight of you stressed and panicked was enough to break her down, you stepped forward "I- I didn't do anything"
"I-I was t-trying to c-clear up the accusations and s-she just walked up to me and-" You tried your best to not stumble over your words but having Wanda being mad at you always made you nervous, especially if she thought that you would cheat.
Wanda took a step forwards as she took your hand into hers "It's okay-"
You shook your head as you took your hand away "No, I-it's not, you're mad at me and Natasha will be even more mad because that's her sister, she will hate me"
Wanda tried again, she took your hands into hers as she gave you a squeeze to bring you back to her "Y/n take a deep breath"
She started to take deep breaths and you mimicked her, letting your heartbeat calm down a little, that's when Natasha came in and it only made it worse.
Before you could ramble again, Wanda made you look at her "Remember big breaths okay?"
You stared at her for a second and nodded to which she smiled, Natasha walked over to the two of you as she looked at Wanda a little confused.
"Y/n/n.." Natasha spoke your name softly which made you look at her.
"What happened?" She asked as she placed her hand on your back.
You took a deep breath as you let it out and finally looked between the two redheads "I was going to live to clear up what the media has falsely uploaded and when I started, Yelena walked up to me and just grabbed me, making it look like we are dating which just made everything worse"
Before they could speak, you manged to "Now you both are mad at me.."
Wanda cupped your face as she shook your head "No дорогой (Darling), we are not mad-"
You leaned into her touch but still managed to nod "Yes you are, you believed it when you marched in here"
Wanda had a sad smile as she couldn't come up with anything to explain her way of entering the room, Natasha manged to save her though "You know how Wanda can be sometimes, we were both shocked by what we saw, she is still practicing her self control детка (baby)"
You manged to giggle as Wanda smiled even though she rolled her eyes at Natasha, but she wasn't wrong, Wanda could've approached this differently if it wasn't for her jealousy getting the best out of her.
You sighed with relief "So yous are not mad at me?" Your voice was small when you asked and they both shook their heads.
"That doesn't mean I'm not mad at her for just thinking it's okay to grab you without consent" Wanda spoke up as one of her hands caressed your cheek.
Natasha nodded "Yeah, I don't like that either, I will talk to her about this. She cannot go grabbing my girlfriend and think it's okay"
You nodded at their words as you hugged into Natasha, letting hers and Wanda's hand make all of your remaining stress disappear. Yelena walked in as she was searching for you "Y/n look at the news we are a couple now"
This caused both redheads to look at her with narrowed eyes and she knew she was in trouble, as Yelena wanted to run Wanda already had her wrapped in her red mist, pulling her right back to them.
This time they stood in front of you "Yelena..." Natasha spoke with a warning tone.
"Look, I was just messing around, the news already were saying I was dating Y/n and what's life if not without fun, I was just trying to mess with her fans" She explained with a slight smile across her face.
She was more terrified of Wanda than anyone, she was capable of throwing her out the window if she could but she was lucky that Natasha was her sister.
"I don't care what you were doing, you don't grab our girlfriend without asking her first" Wanda spoke with a little bit anger in her voice.
The younger Russian nodded quickly as slight fear glistened in her eyes as Wanda let her go, you poked your head out which Yelena caught.
"I'm sorry Y/n/n, I didn't think which you were right, so next time if I ever want to do something, I will ask you" Yelena kept her sight on you.
You nodded with a smile that didn't really meet your eyes "Just remember that I do have two girlfriends.."
She nodded "I know that but do they?"
This made you stop and think, she was right, everyone here knew but they didn't, the people who supported you outside the Avengers were awaiting some type of clearance about this mess and you had to give it to them.
You smiled once again and just walked out with your phone in your hand, Wanda and Natasha looked at each other and walked on out to follow you.
You cleared your throat as you placed down the phone and started a live again, this time you were going to definitely clear this up, not only for you but for the fact that you wanted to show the world that you were taken by the most two incredible women.
You made sure you looked decent and started the live, not even 10 seconds in and there were thousands of people flooding in with comments.
You smiled at some of the comments "I'm glad some people respect my privacy but I decided today that I will come clean of the elephant in the room"
"I am dating but it's not Yelena. As most of yous saw and now the media as well, she was trying to mess with everyone on the internet but we are just friends" You managed to finish with a slight smile.
"I can see that were are multiple comments right now asking me who I am dating" You smiled once again and took a deep breath "I'm dating.." You looked over at the door where Wanda and Natasha stood.
"I'm completely in love with Wanda and Natasha and no one could ever replace them in any way" You still had been looking off camera as the comments started to go crazy again.
There were people saying that they knew it, there were people who didn't believe it and there were people who still shipped you with anyone but them two.
You took your hand out as you gestured for them to walk over to you and they did, they pulled you into a hug and nearly everyone exploded from the cuteness they were witnessing.
Wanda pulled away first as she looked at your phone and squinted her eyes to see better "People are calling us cute"
You smiled as your eyes were on her all the time, you found Wanda adorable whenever she would squint her eyes to read something that was a little further away.
You placed your fingers under her chin like you have done million times and made her face you, as you placed a soft gentle kiss on her lips, pulling away and turned your head to face Nat.
Natasha always liked to be a little extra when it came to kisses, she couldn't just be gentle, she liked to show that she claimed you or Wanda as hers.
Her hand wrapped around your neck as she placed a rough-ish kiss, making sure that everyone who was on that live saw that, you pulled away from her as you stared into her eyes with a grin.
"Keep it PG Natty, we could have kids here" You whispered it loud enough for her to hear and even though you whispered it, everyone heard it.
You looked over at the comments when Wanda giggled "18+, kids get out of this live, we need to see what happens next"
"Really? You people need to get your heads out of the gutter" You laughed a little, as Wanda placed her head in the crook of your neck and Natasha placed gentle kisses on the other side of your neck, giving you the attention and love you deserved.
"I love you two рыжие (redheads)" You spoke as you rubbed Wanda's back.
They both looked up at you with theirs eyebrows raised "What? I can speak Russian too, you two are just show offs" Natasha shrugged with a smirk and Wanda threw her head back with a laughter consuming her
"We love you too Y/n/n" They both said at the same time, placing a kiss on either side of your cheek, letting a slight blush settle on your cheeks.
"Okay okay, we have everyone watching.." You sounded embarrassed which only drove Natasha to do it more.
"And what?" Natasha said with a smirk and suddenly you were being attacked with kisses from both redheads, making you giggle forgetting to turn off the live.
You managed to escape and grab your phone "Okay, the show is over, bye!" You ended it with your face red and some lipstick being all over your cheeks because of Wanda.
You faced them again and just smiled, this was the only two women you wouldn't mind spending the rest of your life with.

Hi! Can you please write a story where the reader is a rescued widow who’s around ten or eleven years old and she’s like a little sister to Natasha and Yelena? Maybe Natasha, Yelena, Kate, and Wanda are all armed with tickle bites and they’re running around the compound trying to get each other. The reader runs away and hides in a closet or something to escape, but Natasha and Yelena find her anyway and tickle her. Thanks!
Hi anon! Thank you so much for this request, it is so cute!! I hope you enjoy!
Word Count: 1780
------------------------------------------------------
You had been back at the compound for about a week now. After Natasha and Yelena had taken down the Red Room and freed all the widows, they decided to take you in, as you didn’t have a family to go back to. However, the love and attention that you received from them and all the other Avengers was beginning to fill your empty heart.
At the time, you were only ten years old, and still a little shy and reserved around the others. The two widow sisters helped you in every way they could to help make you feel more comfortable. You were their official little sister.
At the moment, it was pure chaos in the compound. Tony had altered 5 pairs of widow bites for you, the two sisters, Kate, and Wanda, where the bites tickled instead of hurt. You had all started a war, chasing each other and hoping to land a bite on one another. You really wanted to join in, however, you felt like your aim and accuracy with the bites weren’t the best, so you were just watching for now.
Right now you were watching as Yelena zoomed after Kate, her number one target because she loved to torment her at any chance she got.
“YELENA STOP CHASING ME!” Kate screamed, turning her head every so often to see how far of a lead she had.
“NEVER!” Yelena cried, all while cackling like a maniac.
With that, the blonde saw an opening and shot the bite, as it landed perfectly on Kate’s side.
“GAH AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA YELEHEHEHNA YOU JEHEHEHERK,” Kate cried out, as she crumpled to the floor in laughter.
“Consider this revenge for when you slapped me in the elevator!” Yelena cried evilly, as she held Kate’s arms away from her body, making it impossible for her to rip the bite off.
Meanwhile, Natasha was hiding around the corner, waiting for the opportunity to get Yelena. However, she saw you sitting off to the side, clearly wanting to join in.
“Hey Y/N, why aren’t you getting in on the action?” The redhead asked.
You began to fidget uncomfortably, not wanting to seem inexperienced in front of someone who had a lifetime of training.
“Well, um, I’m not really confident in my abilities to shoot the bites,” you said quietly.
“Oh, Y/N, don’t worry about that! It’s just for fun! They won’t hurt if you miss your target, and the only way to get better is to keep practicing!” Natasha said encouragingly.
“Um…okay, I guess I can try,” you said shyly.
“Here, let’s both try to get Yelena. I’ll tell you when to shoot and where to aim and then I’ll shoot after you, got it?” Natasha asked with a smile.
You nodded and joined her in the corner.
Meanwhile, Kate was still a mess of laughter on the floor, while Yelena had also begun to tickle the poor girl’s feet.
“YELEHEHENA GEHEHEHT OHOHOFF OF MEHEHEHE,” Kate shouted desperately. Yelena just continued tickling her with an evil grin on her face.
“Okay, you see that small opening right?” Natasha asked, helping you level your arm to aim properly.
“Now go! Shoot it!” Natasha whisper-shouted,” as you fired your bite.
You could both hear Kate’s laughter stop, as she was free and could rip the bite off. Her laughter was replaced by loud screaming and laughter from the blonde instead.
Your bite had landed on her ribs, while Natasha fired one that landed on her bare foot.
The two of you high-fived, as Yelena was overwhelmed with laughter.
“AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA WHEHEHEHRE DIHIHID THIHIHIHIS COHOHOME FROHOHOM,” Yelena screamed out, hoping someone would give her an answer.
You and Natasha stepped out of hiding, quickly pinning the blonde so she couldn’t use her hands to rip the bites off.
However, at this moment, Wanda flew in out of hiding, shooting a bite onto Natasha’s neck and armpits, causing her to squeal and let go of Yelena.
“WAHAHANDA YOU BIHIHITCH,” Natasha squealed out.
Wanda smirked cockily, but was soon turned into a puddle of giggles as your confidence grew, and you shot a bite at her hips.
“NOHOHOHO Y/N NOHOHOT FAHAHAIR,” Wanda laughed out, as you took this opportunity to get off of Yelena, and run away for now.
You knew you were in trouble, since you were the only one who hadn’t been tickled yet. You ran into the room that you shared with Natasha and Yelena, closing the door of the closet and going as deep as you could into the closet.
It was super dark, much to your displeasure, but you remained quiet, only hearing your nervous heartbeat. You could still hear the loud laughter ringing out, but it soon came to a stop.
You leaned closer to the edge of the door, listening carefully for any clues.
“Hey, where did Y/N go? Yelena asked.
“I bet she ran off to hide because she’s scared of being tickled,” Wanda commented, as you could hear the playfulness in her tone.
You felt your stomach drop, nervous now of what was to come.
“Oh boy, Y/N is in big trouble,” Natasha commented.
You decided to start shifting a few things in the closet to help hide you better. However, most of it was clothes, so it was hard to make a barricade. You even threw clothes on top of yourself to make it seem like you were a pile of clothes. A grin formed on your face, as you thought your plan was genius.
You waited for a bit, not hearing many noises or anything. You thought you were in the clear for now, as you let out a sigh of relief. However, you quickly held your breath as you heard the faintest sound of footsteps approaching.
“Oh Y/N~~, come out, come out wherever you are~~,” Natasha called out teasingly. You tried to stay as still as possible, now feeling very in danger.
“Wherever could Y/N be? She’s too scared to go around the compound by herself so she can’t be far right?” Yelena asked out loud.
With that, the closet door was yanked open, as you saw the flood of light pour in. However, you knew you were well hidden thanks to your genius plan, so you weren’t too worried.
The two girls smiled as they noticed two very noticeable giveaways that you were hiding there. One, the closet was a mess, which it never was to begin with, and two, you had forgotten to hide your feet, as they were sticking out from the pile of clothes on top of you.
“Oh, Y/N, when will you learn that you will never outsmart us,” Yelena tsked, as she began to lightly scratch a single finger up and down your sole.
A snort escaped you, as your foot wiggled madly from side to side.
Yelena kept lightly tickling you, waiting for you to burst into giggles. However, you were stubborn and just threw some of the clothes from on top of you at both of them.
“HEY!” They both cried, as you laughed at their reactions. Your laughter soon turned quiet, as your eyes widened at the smirks you could now see on their faces.
You felt yourself being dragged by your ankles out of the closet, as they threw you onto the bed gently.
The fear in your eyes grew, as Natasha lifted both of your arms above your head, and Yelena climbed onto your waist.
“So, Y/N, you thought you were so clever, didn’t you?” Yelena asked with a smirk.
“Well, yeah it took you guys forever to find me!” You retorted back, as you then burst into loud giggles when Yelena began to softly knead your hips.
“Nohohoho stohohohop,” you giggled out, bucking against her to try and throw her off. However, your strength for a ten year old was no match for the buff blonde.
“You think I didn’t know you were the one who shot me in the ribs with the bite?” Yelena asked teasingly, as she shook her fingers into your own ribs.
“NOHOHOHO NOHOHOT THEHEHEHRE,” you cried out desperately, trying to pull your arms down.
“You’re not going anywhere little Y/N~~,” Natasha said, smirking down at you.
“Oh, did I hit a bad spot?” Yelena questioned, raising an eyebrow at you.
You were now laughing too much to respond, much to the girls’ amusement.
Natasha then pinned your hands under her knees and joined in by tickling your armpits.
“NOHOHOHOHO STHAHAHAHAHAP IHIHIHI CAHAHANT TAHAHAKE IHIHIHIT,” you screamed out, trying to kick your legs around.
Yelena then shook her hand into your stomach, causing you to belly laugh for the first time.
“ENOHOHOUGH ALREHEHEHADY PLEHEHEHEHASE,” you begged, unable to stand the torturous sensations.
The two of them gave you a small break, as they switched places. This time Yelena held your arms up, as Natasha sat on your legs.
“Just because you helped me get Yelena, doesn’t mean I won’t get you back for running away,” Natasha said with a wink.
Before you could protest, you felt all ten of her sharp nails stroking up and down lightly over your baby-sized feet.
“OHOHOHKAY ENOUGH IHIHI LEHEHEHEARNED MY LEHEHESSON,” you shrieked, as Yelena gave your ribs a squeeze every now and then.
“Did you learn your lesson? Did you really?” Natasha asked, just to drag out the amount of time she had to torment you.
“YEHEHEHS IHIHIHI DIHIHIHD.”
“Well then what did you learn?” Yelena asked, as you caught your breath.
“I…I learned…that…” You paused, not sure how to respond. On one hand you wanted them to stop, but you also wanted to say something snarky.
Before you could say anything, Natasha had moved up to your waist and began wiggling her nails all over your sides, causing you to jump and burst out with new laughter.
“The lesson was that Yelena and I will always tickle you to pieces!” Natasha shouted over your laughter.
“OHOHOHKAY LEHEHESSON LEHEHEARNED LEHEHEHET MEHEHEHE GOHOHOHO,” you screamed, as they finally let you go and stopped tickling you.
You lay there panting, as the two girls planted a kiss on each of your flushed cheeks.
“We love you so much, little Y/N,” Yelena said, looking at you adoringly.
“We’ll always be here to tickle you for sure,” Natasha commented with a smirk.
You rolled your eyes, but moved over to snuggle between the two of them, knowing that they would do anything to protect their little sister. You soon fell asleep, as the two of them cooed about how precious you were. Little did you know that the two of them were scheming to playfully torment you again.
