[‼️TRIGGER WARNING: Implied decapitation, blood. Discretion is advised ‼️]

It’s done! Yay! 3 days of work later, but super worth it!

Now- what is going on?? Well. Like the previous post, this comic takes place in a timeline in which the Lamb decides to willingly return the crown, resulting in their demise, yet find themselves brought back to life shortly after by the god of death himself. Why did he do it? What is he planning? What could he possibly need the lamb for? Why won’t he let them rest?

Hopefully all these questions will be answered in further updates (definitely simpler than this comic) but I’ll gladly take asks if anyone’s curious =v=

Sadly I still don’t have a name for the au—but hopefully I’ll settle for something soon! In the meantime I’ll just tag it as “vows to ash au” or smt like that. Until then!

i have a thought about pjo that i can't quite articulate but it goes along the lines of:

athena gave annabeth as a gift to frederick because she liked his search for knowledge. in athena's eyes, any action of annabeth's reflects herself, which is why annabeth 'embarrassing' her had such strong consequences

poseidon fell in love with impertinent, stubborn sally jackson. percy wasn't a gift to her - he is a cumulation of all of her stubborn, steadfast love.

why wouldn't poseidon still love and aid percy when all of percy's insolence is why he loved sally in the first place?

Can we talk about the parallel between Guillermo's turning and un-turning.

His turning went so wrong, it wasn't what he wanted at all. We know our crazy, dramatic baby. He wanted a ceremony, he wanted it to be romantic and soft, he wanted vows and sacred words. He wanted to slowly expose his neck, he wanted whispered words, he wanted to feel safe and cherished. He wanted to be asked and be held and be seen and be accepted.

What he got instead was a badly lit horrifying ordeal. He had to take charge. Derek had no idea what he was doing. It happened in a backroom of a store, they kept getting interrupted by Derek's boss asking him to clean out toilets. Derek fucked up his bite. He almost died. "Have you done this before". Derek fainting. Blood everywhere. Anticlimactic, disappointing, not at all the culmination of his life long dream, of decades of service and love.

His un-turning on the other hand.

Oh Nandor knows him. He made up a ritual for him with a suitably dramatic name: "The Ceremony of Vampiric Transmogrification". He dressed him in robes which he put on him so softly and spoke to him so kindly beforehand. He got all the other vampires ready for him. He hung banners and lit candles. He wrote and spoke vows and sacred words to him. He gave him a choice and asked him a question. And when he got his answer he took charge and made sure everything went exactly as it should. He made Guillermo feel seen and loved and accepted, even if it broke his heart.

headcanon that percy and annabeth play the most intense game of tag. it starts like your typical game with a light tap on the shoulder. and then it progresses. percy once threw a cup of water in her face and declared her the tagger. annabeth lit his shirt on fire and he had to jump into the lake. percy once kicked annabeth off the lava wall and she sprained her wrist. grover once witnessed annabeth putting percy in a headlock until he had to tap out due to a lack of air. it got so bad, that they lost dessert privileges for three weeks, earned permanent spots in the infirmary, and were instructed to separate for an entire weekend.
