In this chapter: Jake helps Addison go shopping for something to redecorate Amelia’s room and finds something troubling in Amelia’s bathroom. Meanwhile, Amelia goes out to grab a sandwich when she starts cramping, causing the cashier to worry enough to call for an ambulance.

Whilst I've been working on some stuff for on here I've just published my first work on A03!!!!! Go check it out here!

Summary: Peter and Jay Parker where as close as you could be as siblings. Though arguments ensued over pet peeves, they cared for each other. I a way that meant they would never be able to love someone else. It wasn't a bond that was learnt or created. It was an instinct. To protect each other. That's exactly what Peter had been trying to do. He had tried so hard. He'd never wanted them to find out. Jay was a lab rat. A hydra lab rat to be specific. He'd kept him from his colleagues as long as he could. Although he trusted them he had no idea what SHEILD would do to Jay if they got hold of him. That complex revelation kept him awake more nights than he would be willing to admit.

Artemis laughs beside him, and he shoots her a glare. “You could try to be helpful.”

“Oh no,” Artemis laughs, “You’re doing great. A+ kid handling skills.”

“He’s probably lost,” Wally guesses, trying to scan the area for any frantic couples. He looks back at the kid, whose surprisingly strong grip tells him he’s not going anywhere soon. Wally sighs, trying to give another comforting pat to the kid’s head. He must admit, the dog costume is sort of cute.

Soulmate AU

Who wants it?! <3

Soul-marks are unique in that only your soul-mate can scar you - in a freak accident, with weapons out of his father’s armoury, Ben’s face is split in two and Rey receives a very prominent scar on the outside of her bicep.

Usually, when soul-marks happen, they become gilded; gold, sliver, bronze, chrome... the ugly becomes the beautiful, and you know you’ve found your mate for life. Rey and Ben are left with ugly scars that never heal away, yet never solidify into soul-marks.

Ben hides himself away, mangled in the eyes of society, a scarred man without a mate - he believes himself damaged, beyond saving, and consigns himself to a life of isolation.

Rey tries to find love in other places, making found-families and friends wherever she can, enjoying life to the fullest with adventures and food and as much fun as she can pack into a day... but at night... when she lays alone, fingers caressing the mangled skin of her arm, she wonders if anyone will ever love her... and if she can forgive herself for making her best friend just as unlovable to the world... but not to her.

How do they make their way in a universe who’s rules seemingly don’t apply? How do they repair their relationship? How do we know when love is real?

HEyyyy I bring you a new rare pairing for a change!! Amezona!! such a rare pairing and I wish there was more fics of them. You cannot tell me they weren’t a thing at hopkins because they were, they were doing it. All over the hospital.
