Thanks for creating it, and for sending this ask! I went with number two: What would you wear to the banquet where you intend to poison a king?

An outfit with many simple, changeable layers seems like it would be good for the getaway!

The undershirt is one I made a couple years ago for my Viking/early medieval gear, and the outer skirt is one I made when I was about 16, but still use for not-very-historical purposes. (Or if I can hide the modern waistband, privacy panel, and metal grommets!) It’s over a modern long, full skirt that is functioning as a petticoat.

I used a red scarf for the wrapped top.

The surcoat/hooded vest is by @wingsofsin and the matching crow pitcher is by @hannahhones on IG, where she posted some clips of the process of making it, for those who like a behind the scenes glimpse!
