personally, i do not ship loki with anyone. but out of genuine curiosity… i’d like to see what the most popular loki ship on here is.

(disclaimer: like i said, i do not ship loki with anyone. if there is a ship you disagree with here, please do not get mad at me simply because i added it as an option. i am just genuinely curious to see who you guys ship loki with, and some of these ships are perhaps… controversial. me putting these ships here does not mean i necessarily endorse/approve of any of them. i don’t really know how tumblr feels about thorki anymore, but i added it simply because i’d like to answers from every side possible. and also because i would like to know how tumblr currently feels about them! i’ve been wondering if it is still the most popular ship here, even though they haven’t been on screen together in so long. or if people think it’s like… really weird and are less tolerant of it now. once again i am not endorsing ANY of these ships. feel more than welcome to state your honest opinions on any of these ships, but please do not harass others for having an opinion that differs from your own.)

Do you still take ship requests? If no — that's okay, I understand, and you can just ignore my message. But if you do, then could you write one of those for me, please? Stranger Things and Marvel but it's okay if you choose one of them.

So that's how it goes: I'm 5'7, pretty curvy, have really pale skin with a lot of freckles, short black hair and big blue eyes. My ears are pierced — 6 earrings on each of them. My wardrobe consists of dark clothes and that's what I usually wear — black skinny jeans and a dark shirt or t-shirt. Then black coat and combat boots, and I'm good to go.

I'm a pretty shy person who doesn't like socializing at all and would gladly stay indoors 24/7. The only exception is travelling, cause I love learning about new cultures. (And drinking nights! I hate clubbing, but going out every once in a while with someone I trust to drink all kinds of alcohol in some shabby bars? Sign me up!) You can call me a typical introvert; people say I tend to appear as a rude and cold girl, bitchy even. In reality, I love taking care of my loved ones and complementing them and encouraging them is my favorite thing to do. Like, yes, I do have social anxiety and being in public places/talking to people makes me wanna throw up but if you're afraid too, then I'm gonna put on a brave face and do everything in my power to make you as comfortable as possible.

I love reading books (usually horrors, psychological thrillers and all the books abt certain historical periods), listening to true-crime podcasts, watching true-crime documentaries (and historical documentaries, cause even tho my memory is terrible, I love history), watching TV shows and writing short stories. Some say I'm a nerd for loving Marvel goodies and literally drowning in LOTR world. Others say I'm strange, cause I love Korean dramas and movies (criminal ones!). And I say I'm just a boring fellow who doesn't have friends, so all those things entertain me daily. Then I also love... Studying people if you can say so. I just find them very interesting and intriguing, and observing them (not in a creepy way!) or reading abt them is one of my favorite things to do. When it comes to music, I love almost all the genres, but rock/metal definitely are my favorites.

My personality type is INFP-T and when it comes to zodiac sign – aries sun, libra moon, gemini rising (although I have no idea what it means, cause I know literally nothing about astrology). And I don't think I've mentioned this before but my pronouns are she/her and I label myself as asexual panromantic.

STRANGER THINGS: eddie!

i feel like y'all both have the same problem with people's perceptions being different than the actual person you are. eddie would understand what it is like to experience things like that and i think it would make your bond a lot closer. as you said you don't really like going out and i don't think eddie minds. he isn't the type to need a glamorous date he just likes the quality time. with that said tho your dates probably consist of listening to new music while jamming out and attempting to cook dinner together. although you might need to get take out because i feel like y'all would get too caught up in the music to pay full attention to preparing your meal. i'm not sure if you've heard of people watching, it's where you go into a public place and try to decipher and tell people's life stories just by looking at them. i feel like you and eddie would be at a coffee shop or dinner on a date and come up with silly stories for the different people around you guys. overall y'all are pretty low key but i think that fits both of your vibes when you're together

MARVEL: loki!

you and loki also seem alike with the outside exterior not matching who actually are. i think loki instantly sees that and you both click. when you first start dating it's a normal quaint relationship but after a while, i think you both would become very connected. loki would love to hear you talk about different things in your life and vice versa. he would come to you with issues and for guidance trusting your judgment more than most people. i also feel like he would see you need to protect everyone and want to reciprocate that ten-fold to you. i feel like a lot of the time you spend together would also be introducing loki to earth literature and such and the same with you to asgardian culture. all in all you guys deeply care about one another and it can be seen through the small actions you both take to comfort and protect one another.

I am simultaneously deliriously in love with the ending of Loki season 2 and absolutely loathe it

On one hand…Shakespearean tragedy at its finest, essentially circling back to Loki’s original Thor 2011 character arc by reversing it, and Loki has literally ascended to godhood. In the end, Loki’s ultimate selfless sacrifice was to sit upon the highest throne in the multiverse, and that to me is tragically ironically beautiful

On the other hand…Loki being alone makes me want to burn Marvel studios to the ground and do other unspeakable things

“this ship is not canon” babe, they’re fictional characters. they’re not real. they’re literally dolls we play with. we don’t care about whether or not these fictional characters’ love story is canon in this piece of media that is also entirely based on fiction. I mean, sure, canon would be lovely, but it’s a bonus. it’s not necessary. what we care about is the fun of talking about these 2 idiots being in love.

we don’t give a fuck if they didn’t kiss in “canon”. they had raw sex in thousands of fics about them though. and I’d say that’s more than enough to make people who ship them happily ship them even harder. happy shipping!

What I love in this scene is Loki's reaction.

I thought that Loki would be impressed by Mobius' rage, or that he would be amused. Or that he would immediately start torturing Brad as soon as Mobius got out of the cell.

But no: Loki was stunned by Mobius' reaction.

So, at first, he took steps to stop Mobius before he went too far and escorted him away safely.

Then he followed Mobius to make sure he was okay, asking him over and over without using aggressive tones, despite Mobius trying to downplay it.

Loki saw that Mobius was trying to hide how shaken he was, so he suggested to eat a slice of pie to reassure him down.

Without pressure, he calmed him down until Mobius was ready to open.

And then he reassured him gently.

This shows how much Loki has changed: instead of being overwhelmed by anger and the desire for revenge, he put the well-being of Mobius, a person dear to him, first, without hiding the concern and affection he feels for him. And Mobius, in return, demonstrated that he placed full trust in Loki, expressing his innermost emotions to him.

I don’t think you all grasp the depth of the finale and the show as whole: Loki used to be a side chracter who was killed off several times and often used only as a comic relief, and now he’s one of the most important character in the whole mcu… His character arc is incredible, one of the best in the whole mcu.

And all some of you seems to care about is that your ship didn’t become canon. Are you kidding me?!

anyways... here's why i think Loki and Matt Murdock should be each other's narrative foil(romantic):

• Loki- famously known liar, Matt Murdock- able to tell when people are lying

• Both wear helmets with horns on them, but Matt's are small and practical and Loki's are large and gaudy.

• Matt Murdock- Practicing Irish Catholic, Loki- Norse "God" of Mischief

• Loki- Presents himself as selfish and self preserving, Matt Murdock- Presents himself as selfless and self sacrificing

• Loki- Will flee if he knows he's gonna get his ass kicked for no gain, Matt Murdock- Knows he's gonna get his ass kicked for no gain and does it anyway

• They simply seem like prime material for a "We vehemently dislike each other up until we (whoops!) realize we love each other so much we can't live without the other" type romance that I am always obsessed over.

• Thor would enjoy it, and, frankly, he deserves the entertainment.

personally, I think people are allowed to ship a “toxic ship” as long as it’s fictional and they can separate fiction from reality. shipping a fictional “problematic ship” doesn’t mean you’re “abuse apologist” in real life. the same way people who enjoy fictional villains are not “murderers” in real life.

it’s okay if you think this ship makes you uncomfortable and so you personally dislike it. what you can and should do is avoid their contents and refrain from interacting with people who do ship them. that mute and block buttons are your friends.

what you shouldn’t do, though, is harass people who ship them and brag about how they’re “red flags irl” and how you’re “morally superior” simply because of fictional characters.

I promise you, minding your own business and not caring about what ship strangers on the internet ship will make your fandom so much less toxic and a whole lot more enjoyable.
