You never imagined that this would be how Katsuki confessed to you, but you couldn't say you were upset about it. He looked like his eyes could burst into flames from the passion behind them and you were overwhelmed with wanting to be burned up in that passion.

"Well fuck are you going to say something? I just layed my feelings out for you."

You just smile at him and hold his hands to keep them on your cheeks. He knows you, He knows what it means for you to keep the contact up. He has a small smile of his own spread across his face before kissing you and giving into the passion that had been plain to see.

Neurodivergent Head Cannons:

- Smokescreen hates physical touch -

Remember that time when Bulkhead gave Smokescreen a really hard pat on the back and Smokescreen just stood there for a moment before standing back up. Yeah, that's my proof. Also the entire Knockout and Omega Key thing was just a big fat no no for Smokescreen.

- Smokescreen owns non-verbal cards -

Ratchet had dealt with nerodivergent bots before, so with the help of the kids he made non-verbal cards. After Smokescreen's arrival, and Ratchet giving him a check up, Ratchet quickly realizes Smokescreen is nerodivergent. He gives Smokescreen the non-verbal cards just in case, he's not sure if Smokescreen would ever use them though. He does use them every once and a while though. (Especially in the Predacon AU I made)

- Smokescreen can and will run his mouth -

Smokescreen can talk for hours about random stuff he knows. And he knows a lot thanks to his time in the Hall of Records. One minute he'll be talking about something about Earth he finds interesting, the next he's talking about how in ancient Cybertronian history bots were sacrificed to Primus or something.

- Smokescreen bites -

Nom nom urges are strong in this one. Give him adult chew toys so he doesn't gnaw on Ratchet's tools.

Other Head Cannons-

- Fluffy Weighted Octopus Toy -

He owns a fluffy weighted Octopus toy. It didn't need to be an octopus, but it felt fitting. He uses it for comfort. Don't ask me how he got it, I don't know. (Might be a neurodivergent thing...)

- Smokescreen has Narcolepsy and Insomnia. As well as the fear of sleep. -

Bro would be terrified of falling asleep for another million years, and I don't blame him. (I've found this is a very popular head cannon)

- All Cybertronians can purr -

You know when people say an engine purrs... Yeah.

- Smokescreen owns reading glass -

He probably read a lot of stuff at his time with Alpha Trion. I always thought that Smokescreen having those reading glasses, with the small chain at the end to keep them from getting lost, was a cute idea.

- Smokescreen has PTSD -

When anything, inanimate or not, touches his abdomen he's immediately taken back to the Nemesis. Sometimes when he sees someone sleeping his mind goes back to when Optimus died the first time. The first few days after everyone started rebuilding Cybertron Smokescreen had multiple episodes. Every time he saw a building reduced to rubble he remembered dragging Optimus out. It took a while for anyone to notice.

- Claustrophobic -

After spending a long time in an escape pod can cause some serious Claustrophobia.

I actually hate how there is a not insignificant portion of the one piece fandom that is insistent on infantilizing and dumbing down Luffy as a character. Like, even just beyond the typical shipping wars bullshit where people paint him as being 'too innocent' to understand what romance or sex is and saying that is is therefore 'problematic' to ship him with others somehow, there is this idea that he is stupid to the point of mentally being a child.

I have seen a decent amount of people talk about whole 'no thought bubbles = no thoughts' thing. It is a funny joke, I will not lie, but the more I see it in the wild, the more I think that people don't just mean it as a joke. Like, yeah, Luffy's impulsive and often speaks without thinking, but to act like a 19 year old (who is in charge of a WHOLE ASS pirate crew) legitimately has NO thoughts, no internal monologue just because we the audience are not privy to it rubs me the wrong way.

One Piece does not rely heavily on the stereotypical animanga internal monologue trope where we are given insight into what the characters are thinking at any given moment. It's not just Luffy, most of the characters in one piece do not have a consistent inner monologue (if any at all), and we instead have to rely on the emotion being conveyed though the artwork to infer what these characters are thinking.

There is no way in hell that Luffy is not thinking during moments like his and Usopp's fight in Water 7, during his speech to Sanji in Whole Cake, etc. Or hell, even in smaller moments like between him and Vivi when entering drum island. I would even go so far as to say it OBVIOUS that Luffy is having some sort of inner monologue during these moments, but that it is up to us as the audience to interpret and infer what exactly he is thinking and feeling based on the dialogue and expressions drawn.

TL;DR I'm tried of people flattening Luffy's character, he is legitimately such a nuanced and well written character, and I'm tried of him being portrayed as some sort of petulant child incapable of complex thought by a portion of the fandom.
