1. L: Change The World introduced a shit ton of Wammys lore for apparently shits and giggles.

3. I can understand not finding a U or V, but how the hell were there no genius orphans with S or C names??

4. It is impossible for a Death Note title to not have a : in it.

Summary: You have an unpleasant encounter with an older man.

You turn onto the sidewalk, the world turning white with the snowstorm. Your boots slip, untied and loose on your feet, as you put your head down against the swirling flakes. All sound is dampened by the thick heaps on the ground and the continuous flurry all around.

It takes you a moment to get your bearings. You’re pretty sure you’re going the right way. You should’ve paid more attention on the drive over. There’s a lot of things you should’ve noticed before now.

You slip on a thick patch of snow and catch yourself on one knee. You blink as snow clings to your eyelashes as you peer around. Your ears are whistling but hot with the plummeting temperature and you can barely see the glove on your own hand. If the bus even comes, it won’t be for some while, and it will be at least one transfer to get back to familiar ground.

You squeak in fright as you feel a tug on the back of your coat, then a hand on your arm. You’re hauled back to both feet and turn to face your accoster. Bucky doesn’t wear a coat as his silver hair collects white powder and he squints against the wind.

“H-hey,” you try to pull away.

“It’s bad out. You won’t make it–”

“St-stop!” You holler in a pitchy tone, “I-I-I’m fine.”

“I can’t let you go out into this,” he insists, “look around,” he points to the house nearest but you can’t see much through the wall of white pelting down, “power’s out. Plows won’t be for a while. Come back, just until the roads are cleared.”

“N-no, I’m f-f-fine. I c-c-can take care o-of myself,” you wriggle free of his grasp.

“I know you can,” he puts his hands up as snowflakes melt into the fabric of his shirt, “please, they got travel warnings out. You can’t be out here right now.”

“Why w-w-won’t you l-leave m-me alone? Y-y-you don’t e-e-even l-like me,” you accuse.

He’s quiet, face contorted against the whipping snow, his cheeks tinged slightly with the cold. He shakes his head, “I never said that.”

“Y-you don’t g-gotta.”

“Well,” he grabs your elbow and yanks you around, “I don’t hate you.” He marches you down the walk, your soles slipping, making resistance perilous, “so get inside.”

“W-w-woah,” you stumble as he keeps a brisk pace, his soles mulching into the layers of snow, “s-slow–”

He takes you back down the walk towards his house. The pool of sick you spat up is already hidden. He shoves you ahead of him as you get to the steps and follows you closely, reaching around you, nearly flush to your back, to open the door. He points you inside.

You kick your boots off and clamour in onto the mat. You turn to face him as he snaps the door shut behind him. He combs his fingers into his hair, messing it up to shake off the snow. You ball your fists as you stare at him, dizzy from the suddenness of your return.

“You have no idea, do you?” He sneers. “You go out there without a thought. A storm like this is dangerous, you know?”

“J-j-jeez,” you chatter, “you s-sound like my dad.”

He growls as he rips his boots off, shaking his head, “sounds like a smart man.”

“B-B-Bucky, I would b-be f-f-fine–”

“I made you tea before the power cut,” he interjects, “drink it, wait for the storm to calm. Then you can tell me to fuck off. How about that?”

“I d-d-didn’t–”

“Are you so unused to people giving a shit about you that you can’t accept a single nice thing?” His voice rises, startling you. “I mean, I heard your mother on the phone, I hate to put my nose where it doesn’t belong but Jesus Christ–”

“H-hey,” you murmur meekly, but not loud enough to stop him.

“You’re a smart girl, you just don’t give yourself a chance because you got all these other idiots dumping on you,” he rants at you with his hand in the air, “you shouldn't listen to them. You’re thirty years old, goddamnit, and you wrote a damn good script.”

You blink at him dumbly. He cringes as he seems to remember himself, to recall that he’s a grumpy old man, and that you’re just some irritating bug flying around his head. He lifts his hand to the back of his neck and scratches as you sway and look at the carpet.

“Take your coat off and come get your tea before it gets cold,” he sidles past you, brushing closer than you expect. He stalks off behind you but you’re too nervous to look after him. You hear another raspy hiss, “fuck…”

You put your armful down on the low bench, your movements slow and slightly shaky. You wet your chapped lips with your tongue as you stare at the door. You shrug off your coat and hang it on the rack then leave your boots on the rack.

You turn to face the house and wring your hands. Somehow, he can make hospitality seem like an attack. You hear the gales battering outside the walls as the snow continues to trim the window frames. He’s right, you were just as stupid as ever to go out into that. You’ll never tell him that though.

You slowly traipse down to the kitchen and find him there. He has his elbow on the counter as he leans over a mug and a book. There’s a booklight clipped to the top of the page in the dim of the power outage. Another glow comes from behind him, a candle lit and flickering with the scent of burning wood.

As you approach, he slides a mug towards you without looking up. You thank him in a mousy voice and let the warmth of the porcelain soothe you. You inhale the scent, it’s an interesting flavour but still steaming too hot too taste.

“Gingerbread…” he intones without looking up, “it looked interesting…” he pauses and lets his eyes flick up, “seemed like a you thing.” He reaches to the front of his shirt, unhooking the wire framed glasses there. He wipes them with his sleeve before putting them on and refocusing on his book, “you can tell me if it’s shit.”

You’re silent. You don’t know what to say. You were more than prepared to disappear into the blizzard, but not this. The realisation slowly sinks in. You’re trapped here and not just by his indomitable will.

B: Character A tells Character B they feel bad about themselves. Character B responds by giving them the saddest look they've ever seen, and hugging them so incredibly tight as they whisper reassurances over and over again.

C: Character B kisses all of the places Character A is insecure about.

D: Character B gives Character A a nickname thar directly contradicts their insecurities. (EX: Calling them "Gorgeous" when their biggest insecurity is there face.)

E: Character A wakes up one night with Character B gently trailing a finger down their jaw. When they ask what they're doing, they reply, "Sorry. You're just so beautiful."

N: Character B takes nonstop pictures of Character A because they find them so gorgeous. Character A is so shocked and flustered when they find out.

O: Character B has a chance to change Character A through magical means. They choose not to because they think Character A is perfect the way they are.

P: Character B shocks Character A by saying "I wish I was (trait they don't think they have.) like you." with a very genuine grin.

Q: Character A asks Character B how they would describe them. Without hesitation Character B responds with "Talented!"

R: Character B has a hard time fully grasping A's insecurities because they think so highly of them. In a weird way it's very reassuring on it's own.

S: Character B draws Character A and Character A realizes how beautiful they see them.

T: Character B is always there to listen and reassure if Character A needs to talk about their insecurities.

U: Character A is good at telling when people are lying. When Character B compliments them, they can tell that they're being nothing but truthful.

V: Character A can see how Character B's jaw drops whenever they entire the room. Their repeated reaction is a deep reassurance.

W: Character B always loudly acknowledges when Character A does a good job. They want them to understand how proud of them they are.

X: A very drunk/tired/under a truth serum Character B tells Character A that they think they're perfect.

Y: Character B is very full of themself. When Character A admits that they're insecure, Character B responds with "What?! But I am the most wonderful person alive and I assure you we're in the same league."

Z: Character B doesn't need to speak to reassure Character A. All they need to do is look at them with that loving look swirling in their eyes.

Some Rotten Man: A Book of Bad Decisions by Maggie Clef (Preview)

The following is the first half of the prologue to the upcoming SCP Wiki interactive novel, Some Rotten Man, starring the Baddest Man in Hell, Alto Clef.

The story is a part of the W H O R E O F B L O O D canon, and should be considered separate but adjacent to other commonly known depictions of Clef, the Goddess, and SCP-166, as it was made from what @ashes-and-pudding and I loved most about the characters, and made into a new take.

With that all said, I hope you enjoy a preview of his better days:

A strong breeze graced the two children on the cliff. One a kid, and one a fawn.

The kid stalked through the brush like a hunter, his two small hands in the shape of pistols. His footsteps were light. He knew his target was near. “Ya can’t hide forever, ya know I’ll getcha.” The warm, bright Grecian sun made his black fur feel even hotter. Sweat trickled down and stung his eye. “Come on out! No sense bein’ a sore lo-” The kid bleated slightly, as he felt two fingers press against his lower spine. “Bang! Gotcha!” The fawn smiled. The kid spun around just a little too slow as the fawn pressed two fingers against his chest. She mimicked the sounds of a gun firing.. Each imaginary bullet punctured the kid’s torso. “Gotcha again! You’re dead twice now. Good job.”

“Nuh-uh! I got armor!” The kid said, puffing his chest out. “I’m bulletproof!”

“Wh- no! That’s cheating! How’d you get that?!” She huffed, pouting as she looked at him in disbelief. “Cuz I’m the bad guy! I stole it offa lawman I shot down.”

“That’s not fair!”

“Yeah it is! I earned it! From when m-” The kid couldn’t finish. The fawn tackled him to the ground as she cracked a smile. “Shut up!” She laughed as they both hit the ground. “I put you in the ground fair and square, Alto!” The kid blows a raspberry at her. “Fuck you, Gaea.”

The fawn slapped him lightly across the snout, causing the kid to bleat. “Watch your mouth, Alto! I’m still the law around here, and I can bury you again.” “Yeah, and I’m an outlaw! No one kills the bad guy, he’s too tough!” “I just did!” “Well then why am I still here, dummy.” The kid stuck his tongue out at the fawn before she jabbed him right in the snout. “Ow! Quit it, I’m sensitive there.” She giggled. “Aw, looks like Mr. Outlaw is sensitive isn’t he?” The kid lapsed into an embarrassed but comfortable silence as they laid side by side, staring up at a blue summer sky. The cry of gulls filling the air.

It had been a few moments until the fawn broke the silence. “Hey Alto? Do you ever miss the Seventh Circle?” The kid was quiet for a bit. Dark memories lapped at the edge of his mind. “Naw… I- We weren’t very happy there. I just- I miss my family, I guess. The ones who didn’t make it, I mean.”

The fawn was silent, not sure what to say. “… How many?”

“... A lotta ‘em…” He sniffed, trying to hide it from her, despite already noticing. “I, uh, didn’t used to be the youngest, ya know.”

“… I’m so sorry, Alto.” She sat up, placing a supportive hand on his knee. The kid sat up, and looked off to the side. “Ain’t nothin’ you gotta be sorry for. You weren’t the ones that killed ‘em… but thanks.”

“Of course. I’m your friend, that’s what I’m here for.” She gave a reassuring smile. “At least you’re safe here, right?”

“Yeah… Yer safe with me too, ya got that? I ain’t lettin’ nothin’ happen to you.” He put on a tough look, the best a boy could do at his age. Even if it was all smoke, the fawn still smiled and drew the kid into a warm embrace. “Well, thank you for keeping me safe, Mr. Bad Guy.” The kid blushed as he felt her arms around his neck. He gingerly returned it with his arms around the small of her back. The fawn wished in her heart that he’d never let go. The kid broke the hug first, as he remembered what he spent all of last night doing. “Hey, uh… I made ya a lil somethin’.”

“Oh yeah? Like what?” The fawn tilted her head.

“C’mon, I left it over here so we wouldn’t mess it up when we were playin’.” He stood up, gave his hand to the fawn to pull her up to his level. He brought her near the edge of the cliff, where they often sat. “Ok, you wait here, just close your eyes, and hold out your hand. I’ll be right back.” “Alright!” She waited as she was told to. She could hear him curse under his breath in the distance, and fumble a bit. “You, uh, doing okay back there, Alto?”

“Yeah, yeah, just- fuck, hold on, I messed something up.” He responded, walking back over to her. Gaea could feel something land in her hand. “Alright, open yer eyes!”

She did. What lay in her hands was the worst flower crown she had ever seen; poorly knotted Bear’s Breeches.

“I hope ya like it!” The kid smiled, proud of his handiwork.

“I… I love it.” She looked up, giving him a genuine smile. She donned the crown alongside her fledgling antlers. Or rather, tried to, as it immediately fell apart.

“Aw shit! Come on!” The kid groaned, embarrassed. “I ain’t no good at this, am I?”

“Alto, don’t be so hard on yourself, okay? You know I still love it.” She sat down at the edge of the cliff, gathered the flowers, and got to work. “Here, we can fix it together. Come on, sit down with me, alright?” “Yeah, sure, I ain’t… very good at makin’ shit.” He sighed, sitting down and letting his legs swing off the side of the cliff. “I uh… hope it ain’t too shitty or nothin’.” “Not at all!... You uh… chose a heck of a flower to make this out of… We’d have to get rid of some of this mess…” She held it up for the kid, stripping the flower of the superfluous petals. ”Like this, see?”

The kid nodded and watched intently. “When you’re done with that, can I try again?”

“Of course! Almost done.” She smiled, handing the prepped flowers over to the kid. “There you go! Now, you just gotta put those stems through those stems, and keep on going till you reach around to the start.”

The kid focused on threading the stems through the other stems, the fawn only occasionally interjecting to fix a mistake or two. Soon enough, the kid wrapped the crown around the fawn’s head to measure, closed the loop, and placed the much-improved and much more stable flower crown on her head.

“There you go! See? Easy, right?” She smiled, bringing her hands together in a clap.

“Yeah, you’re really good at this… guess it comes free with bein’ a nature god.” He playfully punched her shoulder.

“Maybe, but I also just like making stuff in general.” She giggled, and put a single flower in-between the kid’s long ears.. “... Especially if it’s for you.”

The kid looked away and blushed hard. “... Thank ya, Gaea. I… can’t really do much. I’m not good at a lotta things. Besides, ya know.” He shaped his hand into a pistol and went ‘bang’. An imaginary bullet pierced the heart of a gull flying high overhead. “I just- I wanna take care of you, I guess. Like how you do for me.” “Yeah and I think you’re doing a great job.” The fawn hugged the kid’s arm. Her head rested on his shoulder as the both of them looked at the sea. The two enjoyed the silence. The cold breeze of the open air and the warmth of their bodies right next to each other. “... Hey Alto?” “Yeah?” “What do you wanna be when you’re older?” “I told ya, didn’t I?” The kid smiled, wide and bright. “I’m gonna go back to the Seventh Circle. And when I do, I’m gonna be the Baddest Man in Hell. I’m gonna show those rent-a-cops with their fuckin’ tacked on tin stars who’s hot shit.” “... Why?” The kid blinked. “Huh?” “Why do you wanna be ‘Bad Man’ anyways?” The kid had a fire in his voice as he spoke. A fire that always made the fawn weary. “I like you the way you are already.” The kid was quiet for a while. He looked at the fawn’s worried face. Concern etched all over her pretty eyes. He sighed. “Cuz I’d rather be a bad man than stuck as… ‘river trash’.” He looked away. Embarrassed or maybe just ashamed. “River scum can’t take care of their family, can’t stop when bad men wanna hurt ‘em. River scum can't do shit." “Alto…” The fawn grabbed a hold of the kid’s hand, gently. “And ‘sides…” He turned back to “I was already a bad man before you met me. I might as well try and be the baddest there is.” “... You wanna know something, Alto?” “What’s that?” “I don’t think you’re a bad guy.” She puts another flower on his ear. “I think you just try too hard to be one.”

The kid sat there. And said nothing. He did nothing. He merely looked off to the horizon.

“I hope I’ll always have a place in your life. I don’t want you going away forever.” “Of course you will! When I’m the meanest, baddest sumbitch in Hell, I’ll do whatever I want. I’ll get a whole world just for you! Just for the both of us!”

The fawn giggled. “You don’t gotta! I think I like this world just as it is already.” “Maybe… but I think you deserve better.” “... You know, you can always just stay here, right? You don’t have to go anywhere. You, your family, you’ll always have a place right here, with me.” “Yeah… yeah… I know…” the kid was aloof. His thoughts elsewhere.

The fawn pouted once more, and thought of a way to get him out of his stupor. She leaned in quick, and pecked him right on the cheek.

“Wh-” the kid bleated once more, his face beet-pink. She simply giggled. “C’mon, Mr. Bad Guy. We gotta get dinner ready.”

Meeting once again!

ALRIGHT I AM S T I L L LOOSING MY M I N D OVER THIS JUST SJSMLDJSSSJ AAAAA LOOKS SO GOOOOOOOD-

OKAY- FIRST THINGS FIRST- H U G E S T fucking preesh to my dear friend and INCREDIBLE artist @athenaistrapped who wanted to do this wonderful collab! We had actually done a similar collab a LONG whole ago (2 years) when I was just first starting my FNaF AU, so we just kinda...put these two in a room and see what happened:

But yeah! For the new collab decided to place them on the office this time around both cause last time we were kinda in Warfdice's world, so this time we did it in Funtime's, which I think worked great a n d gave me some practice with kinda redesigning it! Which reminds me...

For those who don't know, I've been trying to work on an AU of mind pretty much fusing Markiplier and FNaF, and for a while...it's been pretty much dead. BUT- I've now got some plans...so if you wanna see more of this or are interested in what this AU is about, maybe give it a peak if you want...

Hey thank you for the links! They are working. Werewolf Sykes is sooo cool. And, I love dark fic so I thought the drabble was awesome. Pulling a gun on his s/o? Yeah. He would. His gentle, quiet, dangerous voice...👌👌

I had a dark thought, too. Warning for dub-con. If your family happened to owe Sykes a debt...imagine him demanding you as part of his payment. Promising them that the amount they owe will be reduced if they hand you over. He'll say you'll be working for him, helping with accounting and bookkeeping, that your services will take some of the weight off his shoulders...they can't see any other option but to accept.

He walks to you to his car, whispering silkily into your ear not to worry, all your needs will be taken care of. One of his big, warm hands on the small of your back as you climb into the back seat. Just a hint of a threat in his voice and his imposing size sending a shiver through you. You soon find out that the services he mentioned aren't exactly what you were expecting ;)

That's it. 😁 You must have some Toon Patrol asks then. 😁 I like the Weasels too, Wheezy being my fav. What else do you have asks for? It's ok if you don't want to share- I am just very curious. I have a feeling I'm going to like it here!
