Happy 2022 fuckers!!! Here's some hc about how my faves of 1A celebrates

Baku Squad New Years

If bakugou can avoid it, he doesn't at all

He gets grumpy staying up that late

Kirishima asks really nicely so he stays up until midnight

He's still grumbling, but he secretly enjoys seeing his friends hapoy

Kirishima and Denki are a little over excited

This noise makers, confetti, loud music

They let jirou DJ

First song of the new year was 22 by Taylor Swift

Mina, the dancing queen, forces them all to dance with her

Some do so willingly, (Denki, Kiri) others require a little persuasion (Jirou, Sero) she had to basically drag Bakugou

He enjoyed it

Denki was really sad no one would kiss him

Jirou punched him in the shoulder at midnight tho

Maybe Kirishima kissed Bakugou, maybe he didn't. Bakugou will deny it anyways

Mina kisses Sero on the cheek, bestie goals

Mina and Denki made new years resolutions like "kick mineta, don't fail exams, make bakugou admit he loves us"

Bakugou doesn't believe in them, but says he wants to be top of the class

Kirishima refuses to share his, some superstition about not sharing but he wishes to be braver in the new year

Jirou also refuses to share hers, she has a few. New instruments to learn, things she wants to do, certain creation heros she want to talk to more.

Sero refuses to take them seriously, jumps on to their "kick mineta" plan

Mina makes a speech at new year that got way too emotional, about how she loves them and is excited for the new year.

Then calls them stupid to even out that she may have cried a little.

They didn't stay up much past midnight, sleepy hero kids who work too hard

Ends in a cuddle pile

Bakugou, though he wanted to be asleep hours prior, is the last to fall asleep

He acquired blankets for them

Which bakugou will also deny

uraraka, jirou, denki, and tokoyami x reader (separately)

a/n: uhhh i wasn’t expecting people to like these so much, so here’s a part two! i hope you enjoy :)

warnings: none (just some soft girls and bois), fluff, gender neutral reader, these are video calls btw

part one

Uraraka

• listen, she can make herself float, but sis sleeps like a log

• when your third call manages to wake her up, she’s groggy

• does her best, but is basically incoherent

• between your sleep deprivation and her drowsiness, you’ve made your own language

• while it’s mostly random words and noises strung together, the message gets through

• she passes out after 25 minutes

• she’s cute though so it’s fine

• once you’re both properly rested and functioning the next day, you try to recall what you talked about

• neither of you can remember

Jirou

• when you tell you can’t sleep without her, she genuinely needs like a solid two minutes to recover cause that’s the cutest thing she’s ever heard

• once her heart is beating normally again, she’ll ask what you want to do

• you quietly tell her that you want her to sing for you

• face flushed, she’ll grab her guitar and softly hum her favorite love songs to you

• when she thinks that you’re out cold, she plays an original song that she wrote for you

• as she finishes, she looks at her screen and is met with your wide eyes, and she stills

• then hangs up in a panic bECAUSE YOU WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO HEAR THAT

• you screen recorded it though, and now you play it every night when you go to sleep <3

Denki

• Literally the second before you were about to hit the call button, he calls you

• He looks so sad

• He missed you so much and couldn’t go to bed without seeing your face

•god I love him so much

• you’re both just saying how much you love each other and it devolves into an “I love YOU more” battle

• it goes on for like…. 45 minutes

• you eventually give in and let him win

• he has the biggest grin on his face, which makes it worth it

• you both fall asleep on call

• when you wake up, you have the rest of the Bakusquad complaining to you

• apparently he spammed the group chat just saying how much he loved and missed you until Sero finally told him to just call you

Tokoyami

• he may or may not have been listening to his Sad Boi Hours playlist

• but when you called he flipped off the switch

• when he hears that you can’t sleep without him, he’s grateful that you can’t see the deep blush beneath his feathers

• he’s flustered so the conversation is awkward for a bit, but it’s endearing

• when you’re both comfortable again, Tokoyami goes into a deeply philosophical speech about life

• you accidentally fall asleep while listening because….. you did not have the brain power for that

• after a while of no response from you, he realizes you’ve fallen asleep

• smiles at you…. then picks up his notebook and begins writing poems because you are his greatest inspiration

My Hero Academia x Miraculous Ladybug

Theres this really cool oneshot fanfic I like on AO3 which is a crossover of MHA and ML. Basically Class 1-A has the Chinese Box Miraculouses and Aizawa is realizing how terrible his class is at subtlety. I got inspired by it to combine the Students of Class 1-A with their given Miraculous to give them a whole new name and costume. It's not completely accurate to the fic but I thought it'd still fit.

the thing thats so interesting about fandoms headcanoning characters that have been written unintentionally as lgbtq+ by straight writters is that it proves that its not hard to sympathize with gay people. We are people, we struggle with other things aside from being gay, we thrive on other things aside from being gay, we exist, media, stop making it more complicated than its. I really like Jirou from MHA, she is one of my fav MHA characters.

I am gonna write some headcanons for some of my fav female characters from other media later today. (Cottia from TEOTN, Hungary and Belgium from Hetalia, Kohaku from Dr. Stone, Minami Shimada from baka no test, and because it will be funny Izumi Tachibana from A3! and Anzu from ensemble stars, both are the 'main' characters from 2 games that got made into anime.)
