It was a normal day at classes.

Well, how normal could it be being in the hero course with your bunch of noisy classmates ?

However, you had your boyfriend by your side, Sero Hanta.

An amazing long black-haired, tall boy, with great and contagious positivity, unbreakable spirit, high intelligence, strong quirk and most importantly, a noble heart.

Or was it really so ?

You entered to the classroom where Aizawa was about to start explaining the new project you'll be delivering in a few weeks. People on their sits talking silently with each other.

When the teacher had finished with the instructions, everyone was quick to pair up and discuss the details.

Minutes later, to be more specific, ten minutes before the bell rang for the lunch break, friends of your boyfriend came to talk with you two about everything and anything.

As you got distracted for a second watching an insignificant notification on your phone, you heard laughing on the background and turned to your favorite voice pronouncing words you never thought him, of all people would say.

" Yeah, I'd leave Y/n for that one ". Sero said with such a joking tone you'd confuse it with it being true, so you thought that it was true.

Just as he finished saying that, wiping a tear from his eye by the laughs he had seconds ago, he saw his friends all quiet and serious, looking at you.

" O‐Oh, Y-Y/n, it's not what you think, it was a joke !" He said still laughing a bit, not convincing enough. None of his friends dared to say a word.

" Come on, don't make that face ! It's not true, I wouldn't really leave you, promise !". He said now sounding a tiny bit more genuine, but you couldn't shake the sinking feeling of your heart and a deeper one beneath it.

Trying to brush it off and play it cool infront of his friends, you said it didn't bothered you at all. So everything continued normal.

Except that for the rest of that night you couldn't shake the eerie feeling of something bad coming soon since Sero said that.

Sero didn't mean it. He made it clear that day, or so he thought, but why weren't you your usual self ? Why were you acting so weird now ? He keep thinking you'd explain to him first what was going on, but as he kept waiting, his patience became thin until there was nothing to hold from.

" So he gave up and threw the relation to the trash in one night ?! That's just pathetic and so humiliating " Mina said after watching a photo in Kirishima's phone.

" What are you talking about ?" The boy asked as he knew nothing about how you've been feeling and didn't think much of the disaster you seeing that photo could make. To him, you and Sero had broken up since you stopped talking that now counted up to more than four weeks.

" Sero hasn't said anything to you ? Like, anything ?" Mina asked with franctic eyes. Trusting Kirishima being closer to him than she was.

" He said he had enough and everything ended in a break up, then went to the bar and... well, the picture captures everything else as you've seen now ".

There he was, kissing a new girl, unknown to you, the girl he'd joked about that day. It seemed like she was finally his.

And there you were, behind Mina being witness of that photograph that had been taken just two days ago, with the thought of scaring her from behind vanishing quicker than anything you could think about in the moment, which was everything.

Everything came crashing down to you. Your hand came to choke down a sob of yours and tears were rapidly filling up your eyes as Kirishima's eyes widened.

Did it... did it count as cheating if one in the relation thought everything was over ?
