Izuku would want your face to be the last thing he sees before he falls asleep and first thing when he wakes up. Having said that, he would always hold you in his arms and your face would always be close to his so he is sure that you would never leave him. Not that you ever would.. picture

Katsuki wouldn’t want you too close to him, especially the hot months, due to his quirk. He would be afraid of accidentally getting sweaty and turning on his quirk. That’s what the truth is. What he told you was that, he didn’t like cuddling or that he gets too hot, which is a total lie. He is a sucker for cuddles. Picture

He loves cuddles. He generally loves having you in his arms. Similar to Izuku, he would be afraid of loosing you but Shoto would want you to hold him. He would feel so safe in your arms, he could sleep in seconds. Shoto needs someone to hold him. His trauma and hero work get him in a weird mental state. The only thing he wants and thinks about in patrol, is when he could be home and have him in your arms. Picture

I love her being friends with both the Black Brothers actually (since Sirius does refer to both her and James being his best friends) but I feel like her and Regulus could get each other, being the unwanted younger sibling ya know? Like not that Sirius and (young, fuck older Petunia) Petunia were wrong in their feelings exactly but also like Lily and Reg could def bond over feeling hurt that they’re estranged.

Yes! The bonding over Older Sibling Trouble! Because while things with Sirius are infinitely more complicated than they are with Petunia - though that is still //complicated// - there is a universal agony to being betrayed and hurt by an older sibling, and they'd absolutely find empathy in one another for that.

And!! They're both in Slug Club! There is criminally little fic out there with Lily and Regulus being stand out favourites of Slughorn and bonding through that - be it long-suffering exasperation over Slughorn himself, or just 'you're a muggleborn in a party full of purebloods and I'm generally Really Bad At People, let's stick together where it's safe' - and I will Absolutely write it myself if I must.

And listen I love that 'Regulus demanding SPEW badges from the afterlife' text post as much as the next person but you better believe Lily's right there with him, brandishing her knitting needles and demanding her son get with the program and help Hermione free those elves!!!!!

Acrobat: What keeps your character going? What are they in this all for?

i answered a similar ask from the lovely @vedam on character motivation a while back which more or less answers this question! tldr; what keeps Jórunn going is the thought that maybe when/if this is over she can build a real life for herself. Her motivations are primarily selfish in that regard, but she does submit herself to a sense of duty, as in she accepts her fate as LDB and resigns herself to the responsibility which comes with that.

Agent: How would you describe your character’s personality? Do they have an easy time making friends? Are they very diplomatic?

I’d describe Jórunn as outwardly closed-off, a little difficult to read, taciturn and probably quite standoffish. She definitely doesn’t have an easy time making friends; I think, though she may have been on friendly terms with some of her fellow workers in the brothel, her first real ‘friends’ are the people she meets over the course of the fic. She takes a long while to open up to people, but when she does, she reveals a dry, slightly mean sense of humour, a curiosity to learn about things beyond her very ‘sheltered’ upbringing, and a side of her that’s a lot more caring and selfless than she probably realises or is able to admit.

I wouldn’t call her at all diplomatic; especially once she starts absorbing dragon souls, she becomes quick to anger and slow to calm down. I think she’d always been somewhat ill-tempered, given her own ‘draconic’ nature, but the presence of other souls really exacerbates and agitates that. 

Mathyas

Bard: What does your character do to relax?

Pre-fic, Mathyas was pretty well-adjusted and would have enjoyed a wealth of hobbies (despite having only limited free time bc he was kind of a workaholic)… I think to relax he would have enjoyed reading (probably historical nonfiction), then maybe chess or some equivalent Velothi game, good conversation over a glass of shein with friends and family, that sort of thing. he also would have enjoyed long coastal walks in the summer months and training or sparring when Raydrin or Cassathra were around. This doesn’t really come through in the fic, but he also had what I’d call a relatively high libido and would have treated casual encounters as one of his primary forms of stress relief (though he always made sure to be discreet about it). 

During the fic his chronic stress kind of kills off any drive he feels in that regard lmao. Not sure he ever truly feels ‘relaxed’ anymore but he probably comes closest to it when he’s on the road: he can focus on the practicalities of keeping himself warm and fed and not think too hard abt his larger circumstances. In the Sanctuary, not a chance lol.

Also increasingly aware that a LOT of people "manage" getting through the 40+ hour work week by sleeping less than is healthy and relying on stimulants like coffee and energy drinks to keep them going.

For people who are unwilling or unable to do this...work really does just dominate your life. Like we really should not have to rely on unhealthy practices just to have a social life or keep on top of housework or whatever.

I know I post about this a lot but I'm so TIRED all the time and it's just so depressing that this is how we're expected to spend the one life we have.
