Stop using terms such as psycho, schizo, psychotic, bipolar, borderline and so on to address your boring personality. If you're not diagnosed, even more.

Phrases like

"omg I'm such a psychooo"

Or

" you're psychotic. "

"I'm feeling borderline manic"

Demonise the illness, create stigma and impact the lives of those who actually suffer.

Not to mention that it silences our voices.

( I'm somebody with BPD. I would know from experience.)

So stop it, drop it, and move on.

Or get off my page.
