Chapter Nine: Why Did It Have To Be Me? (Anger)

Jason finished the school year with Mr. Blood, but on the first night of summer vacation, he decided he could no longer push off meeting with Bruce Wayne. He closed his eyes and replicated the illusion spell Mr. Blood taught him so that it looked like he was sound asleep in his bed. Jason knew Bruce Wayne would be hosting a gala, and it would be easier to get into his house. It took him twenty minutes to get there by cab, and he waited in the shadows for a limo to enter the gate before creeping alongside it.

He ran to the service entrance, tried the door, and used a spell to unlock it. His hands shook as he searched through the manor. A cacophony of laughter and voices carried above the live band, leading Jason straight to the ballroom. He pushed through the crowd, trying to get close to Bruce Wayne. Before he could reach the man, he was swept off the ground by the back of his collar, choking him as he let out a panicked, "Mr. Wayne! I have to talk-. " Jason struggled with the buttons at his neck.

"Put him down! You're hurting him!" Bruce Wayne chastised the man. The security guard attempted to say something, but he was immediately cut off. "Yes, because I'm sure a four-foot-tall child is a huge threat to a man my size." Jason struggled to catch his breath as Bruce Wayne approached, crouching in front of him to fix the boy's clothes. "I'm so sorry about that. Are you alright?" Jason nodded before swallowing hard.

"I need to talk to you, Mr. Wayne. It's important," Jason pleaded. Jason's hands shook so violently that he wrung them to keep Bruce Wayne from noticing.

"Call me Bruce... And, of course, we can talk. Perhaps someplace quieter?" Bruce whispered. With a simple gesture from Bruce, the party resumed.

Jason nodded and allowed Bruce to escort him out of the ballroom and into his library. Jason paced around the room, trying to calm himself. "Mr. Wayne-. Bruce... I think you might be my father," Jason announced. Bruce started choking. "Bruce?"

"I thought-. Candace nine years ago?" Bruce questioned.

"I'm almost thirteen," Jason replied. Bruce chewed his lip as he looked Jason over.

"When were you born?" Bruce asked. Jason handed Bruce his birth certificate and a picture of Catherine. "Catherine Johnson... Oh, she was-." Bruce's face reddened as he stopped himself from finishing that sentence. Jason didn't seem to notice.

Jason looked down at his feet, and Bruce returned the boy's birth certificate and picture. "I get the feeling I wasn't the first man on your list," Bruce whispered. Jason shook his head.

"I still live with him... He doesn't live too far from here... But I'm not here to make you be my father if you don't wanna be. I only wanna be sure," Jason whispered, "That's all I want."

Bruce offered Jason a seat. "Are you hungry?" Bruce asked. Jason shrugged. "It's alright. If I can feed a whole ballroom full of drunk rich people, I don't think it'll be a stretch to feed you."

"Okay," Jason whispered. Bruce told him to wait there and left Jason alone in the library. It was much larger than Mr. Blood's library. His house didn't have the same comforting smell and felt less homey than Mr. Blood's place. Bruce returned with a metal cloche on a platter and lifted the cloche to reveal a bowl of soup and bread with assorted cheeses. Jason snacked on the bread at first while Bruce stared at him. "You can ask me anything..."

"How long have you been looking?" Bruce questioned.

"Since my mom passed this February... It'll be four months in twelve days," Jason replied, "Bruce... I don't want to be an inconvenience."

"Oh no, I was bored to death in there... And you're much more interesting than the people at this party. Trust me," Bruce smiled, "Can I ask the name of the man you're staying with? He must be worried sick about you." Jason stopped eating.

"I don't want you to call him. I don't want him to know I'm gone. I was going back home to him after I talked to you-."

"Jason, I won't call him if you don't want me to, but I would like to know where I'm dropping off my potential son at the end of the night," Bruce whispered. Jason sighed and nodded.

"Jason Blood," Jason answered.

Bruce nodded and stared at Jason for a long time before asking his next question. "I have to ask. Can you tell me about what you've been through since February? This must've been a lot of stress on one twelve-year-old kid," Bruce whispered. Jason took a deep breath and told Bruce about his mother's diary and finding Mr. Blood, but he was careful to leave out details like Etrigan and why he ran away from home when he was kidnapped. He didn't lie, but he withheld certain dangerous truths out of fear that Bruce wouldn't understand.

Bruce didn't seem phased by any of it. "Oh! And I made the honor roll," Jason announced. Bruce smiled.

"Wow, that's pretty impressive," Bruce replied as he ate a cube of cheese with a toothpick.

"You didn't even flinch when I told you about being kidnapped," Jason whispered as it occurred to him. He blocked the top half of Bruce's face from his vision. "Ba-."

"Jason," Bruce interrupted. He shook his head. "I can-."

"So it's true," Jason whispered, "And you were gonna pretend you never met me?" Jason stood up.

Bruce reached for Jason's arm. "Jason, wait-." Jason recoiled.

"Don't touch me," Jason hissed as he left the library and let himself out of the way he came. Bruce tried to chase after him, but Jason threatened to scream if he came near him. He wanted to believe he was angry at Bruce for lying. But maybe Jason just needed a reason to reject him. Jason had tears in his eyes as he walked down the road. Something about Bruce frightened him more than it angered him. He didn't reach home until close to sunrise, and he was met at the porch by an enraged Mr. Blood.

"Where have you been? I've been worried-."

"I don't want to go with him," Jason cried. Mr. Blood knit his brows before softening his demeanor and holding Jason in a comforting embrace.

"Where have you been all night?" Mr. Blood questioned, lowering his voice significantly. "Why are you wearing a suit?"

"I went to Bruce Wayne's house," Jason replied. Mr. Blood nodded, chewing his lip as he took Jason inside.

"You know everything, don't you?" Mr. Blood whispered. Jason nodded.

"He was there that night, wasn't he?" Jason asked. "He's Batman..." Mr. Blood nodded. "Why did he pretend like he didn't know me? Are any of you normal? No offense."

"None taken... And I really wish you would've spoken to me first. I would've told you everything, and-. Don't be upset with Bruce. He's a kind man... And if he is your father, I know he'd lavish you with love and affection," Mr. Blood reassured Jason. "I think he'd be a little more equipped for childrearing than I am."

"But-."

"Are you angry with Bruce or afraid to leave me?" Mr. Blood asked. Jason turned away from Mr. Blood to go to his room, and Mr. Blood grabbed his arm. He crouched down and looked Jason in the eyes. "Don't run from the truth because it's not what you imagined. I am not your biological father... And that's okay. Or at least it will be. As I told you, you will always be partly mine, but you have to be open to being someone else's now. That doesn't mean you're losing a parent... You might be gaining one. Hell, you might gain a few."

"Three months is a long-." The house phone rang, and Jason turned to run off. Mr. Blood gestured for him to stay put while he grabbed the phone from the living room.

"Hello? Yes, he's home safe... I'm speaking to him right now... I think that's fine," Mr. Blood whispered.

Jason leaned against the wall and crossed his arms. Mr. Blood stood next to Jason, playfully squeezing his nose. "Oh, no, he's just grumpy... It'll be alright. See you soon." Mr. Blood hung up and stood near Jason, making playfully intense eye contact. "You're so pouty today," Mr. Blood whispered.

"Why did you invite him to come here?" Jason whined.

"Because he's my friend, and I want to talk to him about you. You don't have to be present for the conversation, but I can imagine you wouldn't like us talking about you behind your back," Mr. Blood whispered, "If you choose to join us, please be polite. I have a lot of respect and admiration for this man."

Jason sighed and nodded. He knew Mr. Blood was right about the source of his anger. Jason didn't want to leave his new home. He adored Mr. Blood and appreciated his patience. It could've easily become an argument between them, but Mr. Blood knew him well.

Hello, I just discovered your ‘Birds of a feather’ fanfic on archive of our own and I wanted to know if you are planing to update anytime soon.

So how any of my AUs that are not Hopes for a Bastard, or a major story I'm writing, are all based off requests, so if you request it, I'll write it. Even if I'm slow, I will get to that. And just in case everyone doesn't remember the AUs to request, here's list:

JayRae:

Historical AU: Birds of a Feather on Ao3; which is the AU you're talking about, set on the cusp of WWI between Jason being a spy and Raven being a maid for his family. I do have a plot for this, but I only write it on request or if requests fit the AU.

Treasure Hunter AU: Gem of Scath or Bust on Ao3; set on WWII Professor Raven and Treasure Hunter Jason racing against Nazis to find the Gem of Scath.

Constantine Dad AU: Fatherhood; By John Constantine on Ao3; I think everyone knows this particular AU of mine at this point, whether through others creating their own versions or talented and lovely artists like @mobz-art who've created a master piece with this AU; I blame mobz-art entirely for my reignited love of this AU, their work is stunning. It's about the premise of if Constantine adopted Raven when they met in hell. My particular AU does involve Constantine adopting many young magic users, and JayRae romance.

Calm in the Storm AU: Calm in the Storm as a whole is just whatever prompts I feel fit this AU and whatever requests come for this AU happen. It's an out of sequence story centered around a secret relationship initially and how it grew to be something more between Jason and Raven.

Percy Jackson AU: Queen of Darkness & King of Trouble on Ao3; Daughter of Hades and Son of Posiedon wreaking havoc and unleashing chaos upon the Children of Jupiter.

Explorer AU/Pocahontas: This AU set on the premise of a Union Officer post Civil War in the late 1800s and a Navajo medicine woman crossing paths and banning together to travel the precarious southwest.

Japanese AU: Homeward on Ao3; in which Jason is a foreign ronin sold into slavery by Talia al Ghul and eventually bought and freed by a tengu version of Raven who is taking him home.

Hopes for a Bastard Universe: which depends on what your requesting on if it will or won't fit. Batfamily, other pairings, JayRae, the actual series, it all fits in this Universe, so if you have specifics you're curious about just ask. @ravenfan1242; I'm still working on Is Now 'Yet'? so yes, you guys can request more.

Crime Lord AU: Devil's Deal on Ao3; my coffee shop AU really, in which Jason and Raven are each other's morning routine at the local coffee shop, from the moment they walk into the shop, to the point where they get to the counter, then part ways to their respective lives. Jason is a Crime Lord and Raven is a local writer.

Hogwarts AU: Diné in Scotland on Ao3; Raven is a Navajo witch from America, post Revolution, and Jason is a Scottish auror; their pathes intersected somewhere in 1781 and now Raven finds herself in Europe with no idea how she got there.

Star Wars AU: Walk the Stars on Ao3; Raven is a bounty hunter and Jason is a Jedi Warrior with Kyle Rayner as his unfortunate padawan as he tries to navigate the Clone Wars with the Roy clones, and evade King Bruce of Gotham who is convinced Jason is his son.

Gladiator AU: Slaves of Rome on Ao3; Jason is a Jewish slave, who took the blame so his little brother wasn't arrested for murder, son of Bruce who is a prominent Merchant, and is forced into the role of Gladiator. Raven is a Celt who's been captured and forced into the Colosseum, together they've banded an unlikely alliance in a vain hope to escape the Roman Empire

1930s AU/Addams Family: Abyssinia on Ao3; set in the 1930s in a sleepy town where strange happenings are afoot, and the newest slew of murders slay the strange town, as does the passionate love affair of Jason Todd and Raven Roth.

Vikings AU: A witch sentenced to die by the church is rescued by the very Viking raiders burning her home to the ground. Now the Viking finds himself with not only a single thrall, but four thralls as the witch protects her cousins. Jason and Raven must learn each other and the other's culture to survive and raise Raven's cousins.

Prince & Bodyguard AU: The Crown on Ao3: Jason is now crown prince of his country, he was never supposed to be the crowned prince. Now he's hired the medic he served with to help him find who assassinated his elder brother and his family. Jason is the Crowned Prince of Gotham, Raven is his smart ass bodyguard and medic.

Mermaid AU: is set when Jason and Raven both have unexpected encounters with the other and continue to have their lives intersect.

Supernatural AU: Jason's a Hunter abandoned by his family, and he used to hunt her. But they struck a deal and now he's partners with the most powerful Natural Born Witch of the age, and they travel the country handling out of control supernatural activity while Jason's lost family hunts for him.

Lost Son AU/Once Upon A Time: A chance one nightstand resulted in an unexpected child, who she gave up for adoption. Now, years later, that child has come for her to break a curse set on his father and the locals of his town in a vain hope to give Raven back the family she never had. Jason is the local bookstore owner who's vastly unamused with this tale, but puts Rae up in his spare room while she keeps an eye out on their son.

Modern AU: ER Nurse Raven is stress certified dating Petty Officer First Class Jason Todd, and it's never simple. Dating is hard!

Witcher AU (which I remember writing but don't know if I posted it... When I find it this is one of my AUs): Witcher Jason Todd's Destiny has long since been bound to the powerful sorceress Raven since he saved her from herself and now there is a child of surprise who's bound them both to the inescapable weavings of fate itself in brewing chaos.

Cowboy AU: Jason found himself free of the service, and after twenty years of having no family and now free, went on a bit of a trip to evade his crazy family. Somehow he landed in New Mexico where he got tangled up in the Roth Family and their Family Ranch, which has a far more complicated and tangled, bloody history than he'd have expected; as he is bewitched by the Ranch Owner, Raven Rachel Roth.

Lord of the Rings AU: Ranger Jason and his elven companion are on the hunt to stop the brewing darkness and save all of Middle Earth, while protecting Hobbits of all things. Raven is an Elf of Azarath who's run from her domineering grandfather and seeks to remain with the lost Prince of Gotham.

Werewolf AU: To be posted in the next week or two; all I'm going to say is that it's set more on the Irish Werewolf myths than the traditional werewolf myths.

Regency AU: To be posted in the next week or two; cliche I know, but it's going to be unique, I promise it will not be like anything you've read for this kind of AU in either DamiRae or JayRae.

Beauty & the Beast AU: @titanstalesofmidnight is the main blog this will be posted on as @shewhowillnotbenamed1 & I will be writing this particular AU when we can and when we want to.

DamiRae:

Greek AU: This is really my Odysseus AU, and there's only going to be 5 for sure plotted parts, but if you should have a request, feel free to ask. The premise is set upon Damian waking on Azarath where Raven resides as punishment from the gods, they slowly entwine their lives together and fall in love.

Royalty AU: Is to be set in modern times, where Damian is Prince of Nanda Parbat, and Raven is Princess of Azarath, they are to be having a turbulent affair which brings their nations on the brink of either war or peace, the results may vary as nefarious ex-lovers, and rival nations seek favor with the royals.

Bridgerton AU: This is Scandal on Ao3; there's no real big plot planned, but it is set on the premise of the broke Duke of Gotham seeking a fortune as a means to save his family from ruination because of his youngest brother, Richard, and the Duchess of Azarath evading any and all marriage proposals set to her until... the Scandal!

Vampire AU: Take a Bite Out of You on Ao3; when Damian Wayne invests a good portion of his life in disproving the supernatural while his half brother Timothy insists in it's existence; after the brutal and mysterious murders of their family. Unbeknownst to Damian, he's about to step right into the very world he does not believe in as the First Vampire and First Werewolf continue to hash out their break up; thousands of years later.

Into the Dark: Is not yet posted, though I will be posting it when Classes are over, is a similar premise as Calm in the Storm where it will be an out of chronological order story centered around the relationship of Damian and Raven, I just haven't gotten a good opening yet, but I do have a few snippets of it written out, but when I have that opener; sometime before the New Year, I'm hoping to kick start that series.

Nanda Parbat AU: Raven is a nameless, voiceless slave of the League of Shadows, summoned from an unknown hell for the Church of Blood, before Ra's al Ghul saw better purpose for her. She is the right hand of the heir apparent; Damian al Ghul, and rival of Mara al Ghul. Much is contingent upon Damian's heir apparent status as his elder sister is the disgraced shame of their family, and his cousin is psychotic, he is to keep the League of Shadows alive for the next millenium, but only if he weds assassin Lian Nguyen, daughter of Jade Nguyen, notorious assassin outside the League of Shadows, trained by Lady Shiva.

Neighbors AU: Damian is a world class pianist who's just moved in above a reclusive writer. They clash rather instantly when they meet and she learns he's the one disrupting her life with his constant practicing. Damian is merely unimpressed with the frumpy woman who scolds him mercilessly, until he finds out she's his favorite murder mystery writer.

CEO AU: Damian Wayne is the eldest son of Bruce Wayne, and CEO of Wayne Enterprises, putting him in a wealth bracket like Elon Musk. It is all well and good to have all the money in the world, but he desperately craves love which is not attracted on his money or status. Unsurprisingly Raven, a caretaker of her cousins, working on a struggling family ranch; helps Damian when his car breaks down in the middle of New Mexico, on the reservation, and she has no idea who he is.

Mafia AU: She is the most ruthless mob boss to ever reside in Hell's Kitchen, granddaughter of the Devil, Princess of New York City, and the most powerful woman in America in the 1950s. He's the competition's most secret weapon, their hitman, and he's been hired to take her out. Can he take her out before she puts him in her own crosshairs?

Dystopia AU: After Covid killed off most the world's population, survivors scattered all over the globe of a ravished world, he was running for his life from his grandfather. Somehow he found himself making a home in the ruins of the lost city of Azarath, which houses one of the last sects of humans alive. Raven is their Queen, and his fate is in her merciless hands.

Curse AU: Damian made a deal with the devil's granddaughter, and now the time to pay has come. In order to save his sister, Athanasia, he sold his soul to the demoness known as Pride, and she's come to collect what is due to her. Can he keep the curse at bay, or will he surrender his soul to her when she summons him?

Princess of Thieves AU: She's an illusionist and a renown thief; stealing from the wealthiest and seeking the most unobtainable goods. Damian is the competition who's always a step behind, until he proposes an alliance between them when she's framed for a murder she did not commit. Together they plan to steal her freedom back, as well as the life of the unknown targeting her and her reputation.

So if you specifically request the AU's above, I'll be happy to write it whenever I have a minute; holidays have me a wee bit busy at the moment, but I will get to it. Any and all 'Private' Stories I have on my profile will be made public again by the end of this coming week.

I made this for @strange-birb for their Batkid Secret Band AU, it is their artwork in the background too. Please go and check out their art it's awesome!

About the stuffs:

I decided to call them DeathwalkerS because they've all died at some point and they're still walking around. Plus I think it sounds edgy, which I think these guys would definitely go for. They also have a wide range of alternative music genres because all of them have different tastes but they're still very alternative.

The bands colour scheme is purple and green because I thinks it's a funny bit of irony. We're stealing the Joker colours the same way Jason stole the Red Hood look.

Gotham by Gaslight is the name of the album whish is why the font is larger than all the other songs, and why it's the first song on CD. Pretty sure the song is pretty self explanatory, but it's about being gaslit by adults they thought they could trust. With fun little metaphors that use examples of /actual/ gas attacks that have happened in Gotham as a comparison to what it feels like to be gaslighted constantly by someone you love.

The capital letters in the song named 'DaRCy' stand for 'Dead Robins Club'. In this song they sing about all the things they hate about Bruce under the guise of singing about a crazy woman named Darcy. It's a perfect way for them to get out their frustrations and feelings of betrayal at Bruce's actions, and it can be disguised as a break-up song or a song about a really unhealthy friendship.

'Fear in The Well' has the same vibe and sound as 'Fear of The Dark' by Iron Maiden. It's also a funny reference to how Bruce became Batman in the first place, by falling down that Well surrounded by his greatest phobia: bats. Just thought it'd be fun for them to sing this as a jab at their old man, even though he is currently unaware of their band.

'Skin Tight' is a reference to their vigilante suits, but it's actually a sex song. Because every band needs at least one really sexy sex song in their debut album. Like I'm thinking of one those heavy rock songs where the lead singer is doing more moaning than singing and the lyrics are literally about kink culture. (Welcome To The Jungle is the first thing that came to mind, but then I started thinking about Gerard Way moaning. Though I think the sound of the song would be more like what Judas Priest has going on.)

'San Fransisco Party Memories' is supposed to be super nostalgic. It's about the time they spent at Titans tower; the friends they made, the friends they'll always remember. The fun they had and the challenges they faced. It's about underage drinking and dancing on the beach. It's about helping each other with their soul deep pain, and probably not the in the healthiest ways but definitely the most fun kind of ways. It's about longing for those days in the warm sun and cool salty water. It's one of the songs that are super fun to dance to, but when ur said the lyrics really hit.

'Dead Bird Walking' is a Heathers reference to the song 'Dead Girl Walking', but with a much heavier and alternative sound. Could also technically be referred to as a sex song, like it's not as explicit as 'Skin Tight', but it is pretty suggestive. It basically just has that "I might die tomorrow so let's make the most of right now" vibes. (Pushing my theatre nerd Jason agenda here, can you tell?)

'Bats out of Hell' is a reference to Meat Loaf's song 'Bat out of Hell". DeathwalkerS' song has a similar sort of vibe, and it's basically about them all dying and coming back to life and doing crazy cool shit.

'Drywall' is the only unserious song in this album, it's one of those silly ones that doesn't really make sense but the sound is awesome and you just need to dance and headbang to it. Like it makes you need to move around. Same sorta vibe as 'Chic N Stu' by System Of A Down I guess?

'Wake The Dead' is probably the heaviest song on this album. It's about grieving and the pain that comes with that. It's about wanting to wake up all their dead friends and realising that can't always happen, not everyone comes back. They have to at some point accept that they can't bring back the people they've lost. There's also a really really awesome guitar solo in this one.

'Angels of Death' is a song about the the spirits of the watching over the innocent people of Gotham. The song is a story about these guardian angels; these Cryptid-like creatures that watch over Gotham City, making sacrifices to her and protecting her people. It has a really eerie, creepy vibes, like some old legend or Folklore about mystical creatures living in the shadows.

'All We Are (Street Rats)' has those indie rock sorta vibes. Did I get that right? Or is it alt rock? Like the Front Bottoms and McCafferty. 'Twin Size Mattress' and 'Trees' are the songs I'm thinking of right now. (It's those queer undertones they both have that I'm trying to encapsulate here). Some Radiohead vibes here too honestly.

I wish you guys could craw inside my head hear the music I'm imagining right now. I've got serious brain worms right now and I NEED to share them!

Oliver Queen- both, business teacher and Roy’s foster father. Will either come in on Monday morning hungover or just not show up. Mostly plays movies.

Every once in a while a sub will come in (Mr. Shazam? Mr. Marvel?) oddly enough He’s never subed for Billy’s class or he’s absent in said class.

Dick Grayson- on the gymnastics team. The most popular boy in a cheesy movie about high school romance

Roy Harper- looks like a drug addict, probably is a drug addict. Voted most likely to shoot up a school. Jason Todd is his partner in crime.

Jason Todd- voted most likely to blow up the school. Has the hot bad boy routine DOWN. Wake me up WAKE ME UP INSIDE I can’t wake up.

Tim Drake- is literally a walking mess. Always has coffee. Will probably find him hunched over computer watching buzzfeed unsolved.

Kara Danvers- is a cheerleader. Tries. She really tries but she’s a hot mess. (But to be honest most in this school are) in the journalist club. (Clark and Conner’s cousin)

Wally West- track star. Will take food from anyone. Is actually a nerd.

Conner Kent- it’s almost like these hot blue eyed black hair boys are being cloned. Will flirt with anyone and everyone. Has a great style. Will tell you if what you’re wearing is bad. Is dork though.

Bart Allen- is everyone’s little brother. The cute one. Also weird. And get this boy a haircut. (Not really it’s cute) like his cousin Wally he will eat everything however his is more absurd. Like fries off the ground or random sludge he was dared to drink. Somehow related to Barry (know one knows how though)

Kory Anders- head cheerleader. Is nice but intimidating. Looks like a Brazilian super model. Also plays volleyball.

Cassie Sandsmark- also cheerleader🤷‍♀️. Akward and weird.

Cassandra Cain- quiet, cute and can kick your ass. If you mess with her and she somehow doesn’t fuck you up, you bet her four brothers will. Is a dancer. Knows asl

Garfield Logan- basketball player. Funny dorky kid. In drama class/theatre.

Rachel Roth- goth girl. Meditates. Might be possessed but is easily calmed with tea.

Damian Wayne- isn’t actually in high school but has ap classes. Will get picked up by his older siblings and will end up hanging with who said sibling is hanging with. Will usually get picked up by Dick or Jason will force Tim to pick Damian up for him.

Barbara Gordon- computer wiz. *Hacker voice* I’m in. I’m a boss ass bitch plays in the background.

Billy Batson- is that one freshman that doesn’t annoy everyone. Is kinda an outsider. Makes friends with everyone though, even the teachers. Is actually really smart and somehow knows everything. Is the one who would find ‘Secret’ passages and sneaks around a lot.

Stephanie Brown- WAFFLES! Wears a lot of purple.

Donna Troy- yearbook photographer. Is mom friend to everyone. Tells you when you’re being stupid.

Duke Thomas- doesn’t want to be here. ”All those idiots over there? Yah I don't know them.” He says like a liar.

Jon Kent- not in high school but is Conner’s little brother and Damian’s best friend.

Querl Dox- Big nerd. Everyone goes to him when the Don’t get their Math homework. Resting judging you face.

Couples

Hal and Barry- the cute teacher couple

Dick and Kory- prom king and queen. Will probably get married once they graduate. On and off a lot though.

Conner and Bart- (Okay listen, they need more love)- somehow works. If you touch Conner’s baby you will probably get thrown through a wall.

Garfield and Rachel- That’s my wife! She’s a bitch and I love her. He may be an idiot but he’s my idiot.

Harleen and Pamela- the lesbian teachers who might adopt you.

Tim Drake and Stephanie Brown- is honestly perfect for each other.

Kara Danvers and Querl Dox- most don't realize they're dating.
