The equinox is upon us! Connect yourself with nature on the equinox, and prepare for the new beginnings that come with spring. Here is a list of things that you can do to connect with mother earth, take steps toward the future, and better your life:

🌷Plant some flowers/trees! Spring brings new life. What better way to connect with nature than to help bring more natural energy and beauty into the world? Seedlings planted on the equinox may carry more positive energies.

🌷Spring cleaning! You can never truly transform into the majestic butterfly that you are meant to be if you're personal space is cluttered and messy. Decluttering and cleaning the house is the perfect way to work on your success and happiness. Even if you take it slowly and do little bits at a time, it is still progress, and that is what this equinox is for!

🌷Go out into nature! Take a walk, go hiking, go to a park, or any other way that you can be outside. Take in your surroundings and notice the signs of spring. Look for birds, insects, flowers, green grass, etc. Seeing these life forms and energies in bloom with your own eyes can really help you appreciate the meaning of spring time. It can help you be grateful for our Mother Earth.

🌷Take the necessary steps to better your future! You can submit job applications, plan a trip, cut your hair, work out, start a savings account, etc. Anything that you can do to begin something positive for your life. Spring is about new beginnings. We sow seeds in spring so that we can have a good harvest in fall. Sow the seeds of your future during the equinox, and benefit from it later on.
