So, my husband says to me last night "You've been in management before...how much workplace sexual harrassment do you find acceptable?" I must have frowned at him because he quickly added "I'm not the one doing it!"

As it turns out, one of his new hires (an older lady as usual) keeps patting him on the butt when she walks past him. No pinching, not hard, just two light taps to his rear end. He thinks it may just be a granny habit as she's sometimes pats his face cheeks too, but he should obviously correct her and even more obviously has no idea how.

I've suggested he cut her hands off.
