okay, i mean he's still my life, only a few hours away vs 1 hour. but i would do anything for him, to see him. i don't care about a 3 hour drive i wanna be with him and he's telling me we cant he doesn't see how its possible but i think its just he wouldn't wanna try to make it work with me. someone else maybe but not me, why not me? its not that hard to plan dates and trips we can easily meet in the middle and only drive 1.30hr and see each other like why not just say you don't wanna commit to me bc i'm not good enough.

gaius/mc where mc becomes typical i can fix him girl for gaius is so boring to me and also coddles him which is annoying af trope. she can sympathize with him but ultimately HE has to do the work and she isnt required to "fix" him. gaius is a character who doesnt know how to live without dedicating his life wholly to someone else so let HIM do the work. he adores mc and her kindness and thats what inspires him to do better, not mc going all "oh poor meow meow i will fix you" on him
