It's amazing how much of my progress with understanding and working with Nikolai as a character is predicated on his backstory. His backstory, which is exclusive to me, because I'm the one who made it. But every time I'm working on any questions to do with his philosophies or motivations, I have to delve into his past. It's so essential. No wonder I couldn't get anywhere with canon Nikolai--there literally just isn't enough there. Not enough for someone like me, anyway. I'm sure it's possible.
#like I think I've just realised that it wasn't so much that Fyodor did anything in particular to Nikolai#like from his perspective they were close friends but he didn't do anything extra like manipulate him#but for Nikolai Fyodor was an aspect of his stability--his ability to feel okay#because Nikolai's always searching for peace in the wrong places#like 'if I just had this I'd be okay' but of course he's wrong. because unless he finds it within himself#any feeling of stability is temporary#but it's always been like that for him. and in his 20s finally in Petersburg acting and meeting Fyodor#he had a place he could express himself and people he could be himself around. and for a while that was genuinely enough. he was happy#happy in a way he'd never really been before#but then when Fyodor was arrested it was like it all came crashing down again. suddenly nothing felt right. and nothing he did could fix it#he tried to live in spite of it but his emotions were crippling him. he just couldn't anymore. so he ran away again.#and lost everything again#and he finally realised that as he was he'd never be free to do anything. he'd always be trapped by his own feelings#and sure he could maybe find happiness again and rebuild but it would never last. this would just happen again and again#and thus he ended up at canon#of course there's a lot more than just that. many moments that make up those broad strokes. foreshadowing.#things weren't always perfect even at their best#and when it really started with his brother's death at 9 and suddenly being the eldest--all of that had a big impact on him too#but *all* of that comes from my backstory. without it where would I be? probably nowhere#bsd nikolai#bsd#writing#this still doesn't explain why he'd turn to terrorism and not just kill himself but it's a start

Who's or what is Yeva ancestors?
Note: The only drawing i have to help me explain this-
Tumblr media
(Follow in the direction of the arrows, far down left to- yknow where to look-)
First off the very recently recorded former tsars, we have the first Tereshkov that got into this sovereignty power mess is
"Rostan", he received the powers of ecokinesis and rapid healing, on a dying wish towards a pink haired maiden wearing a red kimono in the middle of a forest.
Next was his son "Boris" who suddenly gained enhanced physical strength at the age of 14, being the opposite of his father wanting more power in the kingdom, he pulled a raging warlord for a good couple of years...
After that were the siblings "Akim" and "Daniil", now Akim was rather a really unlucky and clumsy one, gaining portal powers at the time looked like a one way ticket to death... which, unfortunately is what happened to poor Akim as he accidentally portaled himself into the frozen lake, his older brother Daniil (despite not having pure silver hair) had to take his place on the throne after the incident (at this time it was an exception...)
Daniil's son "Igor" seemed like the only chill and sane man in the family/household/bloodline, probably the only guy that decided that conquering and conquest can be the other guy's problem- anyways, he was basically the holy priest kind of guy during his reign, he used his healing abilities to cure his people when a sort of flu managed to raid in the kingdom.
Next came the generation that started depleting in terms of life force by the second, our first victim being "Leonid", after his sons "Ivanov" and "Ilya" turned somewhere 9-10, Leonid started getting nauseous every time he used his telekinesis, sometimes even through manic episodes which caused him to fling random shit around the place, it wasn't long until he suddenly became brain dead (and, to the people in this time, he was presumed dead-dead)... days after preparing his casket, his body simply... vanished...
On that same day Ivanov gained force manipulation (kind of like enhanced strength but on the mind kind of control), and Ilya became a telepath... Soon after Ivanov's reign flourished much, Yeva was born...
As for the rest of it... i think you all know the ending of that.

any Tyr and fenrir hcs?
YEAHH TYR ONE OF MY FAVE GUYS EVERRRR AND FENRIR THE BEST DOG OUT THEREEEE (sorry cerberus fans)
ok. i feel like you can't talk about Loki's children without talking about the father himself. so let's start there. note: everything i'm about to write is pre-Baldr's death by a LOT.
i don't believe that any specific lore is given regarding Angrboda besides her role as Hel, Jormungandr and Fenrir's mother, so in my invention of events, i hc that Angrboda lived in a camp of giants that, while not overtly hostile, was encroaching on Asgardian territory and Odin, not willing to provoke all out war but not ready to risk being suddenly overrun with giants, sent out his favourite "diplomat" Loki as his eyes and ears in this giant camp to make sure everyone was keeping to themselves.
but Loki's mind works in... mischievous ways. he meets Angrboda in this camp and, obviously, they develop a relationship... a relationship that detains Loki in the camp for much longer than Odin originally sent him out for.
it's pretty known that Loki comes and goes as he pleases, but i think Loki's absence worries Odin and so eventually Odin goes out to this camp himself in the guise of a crow, and he discovers why Loki has been absent for so long; there are three children there, Loki's-- Hel, Jormungandr, and Fenrir.
a war unwittingly breaks out, and i think the Asgardians lay waste to the small camp of the giants, and while i don't think Angrboda is killed, she is badly injured and too weak to put up a fight for her children.
now, i don't think Loki actually truly cares for his children. at least, he's not in the running for Father of the Year. i think he's just a manipulator and schemer, and so he asks Odin to spare the children because they are his own and they're only infants. i think Hel is just a young girl,, maybe 8 or 9 yrs in mortal terms, Jormungandr is slightly younger, and Fenrir is just a pup... a tiny little thing, still wrapped in swaddling like a baby.
so Odin relents, and he brings them back with him to Asgard. Odin has some prophetic abilities, but not clear or detailed... i think he glimpses the destruction that the children can cause and so he elects to divide the children from each other and allocates them to be certain gods' responsibilities... i won't go into details about this since you only asked for Fenrir and Tyr, but naturally, Odin asks Tyr to watch over Fenrir.
i hc Fenrir to be the youngest of Loki's monster brood. he has no recollection of his mother, no relation with his father, and though his siblings have always been "siblings" in every sense of the term, while he was with Tyr, i think he didn't remember much of Jormungandr or Hel.. these relationships only developed properly after Tyr's "betrayal".
this is important to me because i think it establishes that Tyr really was Fenrir's only family. despite Tyr, like many other Asgardians, not really liking Loki, i do not think he grudged Fenrir.
Odin did not intend for their relationship to be sweet or friendly or familial, but Tyr does not raise Tyr with contempt. he treats him with respect and kindness. they become equals.
i'm not quite sure how to categorise Tyr and Fenrir's relationship-- Fenrir wasn't Tyr's pet. nor was he really a son or a brother. he simply came to be a friend. like a best friend. someone you could count on no matter what.
i think Fenrir, while he was still "reasonably sized" would have accompanied Tyr in battles. they would fight back to back.
i also have a hc of Fenrir always finding his way into Tyr's bed, like dogs do... and that was ok while he was a cute little pup, but the bigger Fenrir gets, the less room there is.
Tyr i think, becomes closer to Fenrir than he thought he would be. Fenrir is the only one of his siblings to live in Asgard, since Tyr lives in Asgard, therefore, i think Fenrir would have seen Loki. and i hc that Tyr would get frustrated and protective of Fenrir when Loki would make comments about Fenrir or mock him as having become a "pet".
but, not everyone shares Tyr's sentiments. for many Asgardians, Fenrir is and always will be known as Loki's son. and people don't like Loki.
i hc that Odin has a dream, which of course, he interprets as a revelation-- in it, a giant wolf attacks Asgard.. a premonition of Ragnarok to come. seeing how large Fenrir has grown, Odin decides that Fenrir must be leashed for the protection of everyone.
i think Tyr protests this... he knows that Fenrir has a good soul, and he's actually nothing like Loki. but i think there's a majority vote to use a leash and chain him.
thus, Tyr is forced to participate in the scheme.. only, Tyr believes that the chain will simply hold Fenrir fast... he doesn't know it's really a muzzle, and a chain so short that Fenrir will never be able to move from that spot or open his mouth. this is something only Odin knows, and he keeps this a secret from Tyr because he knows his son will fight it.
so, as the myth goes, Tyr assures Fenrir that he can trust him, that it's only a precaution. i think Fenrir would have been very confused about it all, but he loves and trusts Tyr, so when Tyr gives him his word, he agrees to lay still while they bind him. Tyr even places his arm in Fenrir's mouth as a gesture of trust.
except... the chains are heavier than they thought... and they burn. they singe Fenrir's fur, and in pain and anger, Fenrir closes his mouth on Tyr's arm, and everyone's freaking out because there's blood everywhere and there's a giant wolf wreaking havoc... and Tyr realises Odin's true intentions, but he's wrenched away from the scene far too quickly.
and by the time he's recovered and goes back to see Fenrir, the wolf is long gone... chained up somewhere else, in a dark, lonely cave, far away from Tyr, thinking forever that Tyr knew about the chains and betrayed him.
thus the relationship crumbles into fine dust.
curiously, Fenrir is not the one to kill Tyr in Ragnarok. canonically, it is Hel's wolf, Garmr who kills and is killed by Tyr... but Fenrir does kill Odin. i don't think it contributes anything by swapping these kills around and saying that Fenrir kills Tyr and Garmr kills Odin just to add a little poetic justice... so instead, i think that maybe Hel is the one who delivers justice for her brother and slays Tyr (i do think that Hel genuinely loves her siblings, and fights for them. i think they respect her too and fight on Loki's side during Ragnarok at her say so... but i won't expand on that here hehe). and perhaps, i wonder whether Tyr truly fights back...
i do hc that the guilt of betraying Fenrir is something that weighs deeply on Tyr's conscience, and i don't really think he's the same guy after that. he's darker, and more serious, and he laughs just a little bit less.
and Fenrir's not the same either. hatred and wrath consume him... he is no longer the fun, sweet pup that ran through fields under blue skies, but a cynical, blood-thirsting wolf. he doesn't trust anyone besides Jormungandr and Hel after that.

i would like to know...
what exactly in v9 change your opinion about penny?
*cracks my fingers*
So, basically so far the message that I understood from RWBY was kinda always the same, always coming back in different ways but still : the balance of life and death, like in our world. The thing is that in RWBY it always has been THE rule, especially after The Lost Fable in Volume 6 where we saw the "Gods" ideas about it, it was their main rule. The spirits of the Relics also work according to the same rule, just like Ambrosius who can't bring people back from the dead (I think he could do it, but the rule doesn't allow him to do so).
But even at that moment I was a bit conflicted because the "Gods" didn't seem to be on the same page about this rule. The God of Darkness decided to revive Ozma even if he probably knew about the rule, but he still decided to ignore it because his ego was flattered because Salem went to him. Then the God of Light comes, they fight like child, and they break their own rule multiple times while arguing. They acted like children, made Ozma and Salem suffer and then went like "oh you have to understand the balance of life and death", this seems pretty horrible and completely selfish to me aha, but that's another topic-
So we knew the Gods weren't perfect, but they were still the "Gods". I say "Gods" because in Volume 9 we learn they aren't the real Gods of the RWBY universe, but simply Afterans who had more powers than others, who evolved and decided to experiment and create. But they are still Afterans. They aren't perfect and they aren't allowed to talk about balance when they fought each other from the very beginning after creating the Cat and the Jabberwalker.
In fact, the real RWBY God is a Tree represented in a human form as the Blacksmith, who's a sort of avatar I imagine. But even she/they said that her being the Tree was a simplistic view of what is the Tree and what it does. This avatar is gentle, and most importantly, they're from a world where death doesn't exist.
This still seems pretty wild to me to discover in the RWBY universe a place where people just don't die. They change, they evolve, they are reborn but they don't die. Their soul isn't lost like in Remnant. They go back to the very original place, where everything started, and come back different. It can be understood as some form of death, but it's still a different process than on Remnant.
So, about Penny, I'm not saying she'll definitely have a revival but a lot of things start to make me believe this could be the case, maybe in the near future, OR at the end of the series, because I imagine the Brothers/"Gods" will return to Remnant and the Tree might play its part too.
Knowing all of this BIG part of RWBY's lore now just makes me think that we just discovered such a big thing. The Brothers are so stricts about the life and death rule (that they don't even respect), and I never thought what we learned in V9 would truly be a thing. So RWBY's universe is so much more now, it's not just about it, it's about other worlds and about the Ever After that is this origin, the center of everything. It feels almost like if I had blinkers and suddenly woah, a whole new part of the story we didn't know or expected is here, and now I have like a million questions aha.
For Penny specifically, before Volume 9 I was kinda okay with the fact that she died, and was expecting her death to be announced and to be a big thing for Ruby. But we really got SO MUCH hints and references, almost every chapter except 4, 9 and 10. In a world where death doesn't exist, I think it's kinda odd we have so much references (even if it's mostly for Ruby's pain). Like, when you take a step back and look at the overall arcs and story : Penny' always been in terrible situations that ended by death. Even in V8 her "choice" in the finale doesn't really feel like one to me. Penny's never been near any of her goal and she never had the time or opportunity to do so. She was always too busy to fight for people she cared about, or just fighting to survive, to have her chance, but never truly succeeded. It just feel like her arc isn't done, and again when you watch it with an overall view, we see V7-9 being a big arc for her that only led to tragedies (got framed at the election, got the powers she didn't want, got hacked, and then got stabbed and killed).
After seeing Little being killed and come back as Somewhat, even without their memories but still remembering deep down, I have more faith about the fact that character's death don't undo any suffering or trauma the characters went through, or don't change anything for the viewer. We got some weird parts in V9 (I talked about it more in details in another post) that are a bit unclear, and I think deliberately open to the viewer for interpretation. At least this is how it feels to me. I'm thinking about the Blacksmith saying to Ruby about Penny's sword : "nothing, no one, is ever truly lost". This could mean so much things omg. And knowing how much CRWBY loves details and foreshadowing, maybe it means something for later.
Anyway, there's also the fact that at the end of Volume 9, we see Vacuo and Amity Collosseum is there. Which means that Pietro and Maria probably made it to Vacuo. But Pietro without Penny, it feels weird and so sad to me. I talked about it in other posts as well but he's already the kind of man to sacrifice parts of himself to create Penny, and remake her a second time after losing her. Would he really be able to resist to try to remake her a 3rd time ? Would he really not do that ? Pietro is also important in the series because of his connexion and bond to Penny. And I really don't think he wouldn't at least try to remake her, even if that would mean sacrificing himself...
In general, this is the RWBY lore expension and all the hints that we got that kinda made me change my mind. We had V8 that ended in a tragic way with Penny's death, and we go back with a whole volume about rebirth ? This is kinda odd to me aha
Also, I thought again about some lines from Volume 8, and again knowing how much CRWBY like to foreshadow things and add little details here and there, I'm thinking that Pietro might meet Ambrosius some day at some point. Ambrosius said that he'd love to meet him, so idk maybe, that would be really great-
There's also the fact that Ruby said to Ambrosius "We kinda want to keep her longer than that", and we saw in the finale how much Ambrosius took everything that is said to him literally. Who knows if he didn't do something with Penny to help her to remain resistant ? And this line as well, "we go to Vacuo, all of us", and it's again odd that Penny can't go in the end. Idk maybe I'm biased but I just would love that aha.
Ruby and Penny's journey together are also very important in both of their arc, and as much as I think Nuts and Dolts is endgame, both being together despite everything would be a really beautiful message, a light of hope, and they would both have a really great influence on each other.
I could continue for a long time aha but I'm tired, there are just so much things in V9 that helped me to think this might not be just over yet for her. Hope you enjoyed the reading !

hi there! can i request a oneshot of reader being dustin hendersons older sibling and dating steve harrington in secret? and dustin and the rest of their friends seeing them on a date/walking in on them kissing and their reactions? x
Tumblr media
THE DATING GAME  | headcannons (autumn edition)
Tumblr media
summary: you’re with steve but it’s not like anyone was supposed to find out (spoiler alert, they did) pairing: steve x nb!henderson!reader a/n: made a headcanny cuz i havent made them in a while. used prompt 9. gas station
masterlist. ☕. reqs are open for the september prompts! make sure to check out the autumn features as well! <3
right so it’s not like you and steve are slick (steve especially, any suaveness he had had in high-school seems to have vanished (maybe it was the multiple near death experiences or the humbling scoop’s ahoy uniform))
steve’s actually really obvious with his staring, and he does that a lot
just looks at you
it could be considered creepy if he didn’t look like a puppy when he did
all big affectionate eyes and a small, wistful smile
it almost made it look like he could form a coherent thought, which, as a matter of fact, he couldn’t
and you’re not the pinnacle of secrecy, either
but that’s okay since your feelings for him were just as obvious as his for you so it all worked out in the end
still, once confronted with the feelings you had harbored for him, meaning, you actually admitted them aloud, he was flabbergasted
“why didn’t you tell me sooner?!” and really, why didn’t you? so many staring matches and shy touches and awkward compliments could have been avoided if you just did
“why didn’t you?” you fired right back, and really, you did have a point. steve could’ve said he liked you from the start, but he didn’t, and he has the gall to blame you
cue some anxious shrugs, incoherent sputters, and hand gestures
“cuz you’re dustin’s older sibling!” steve finally said, “i can’t just--just like, you know, can’t--” you did in fact know what he meant, but pretended not to, only to watch him squirm, “dustin would kill me if he found out.” he lastly said, with a severity that surprised you
a plan started to form
“he doesn’t have to know”
yes, you were a genius, and so was he, that’s why he agreed so easily to just not tell your little brother or any of your friends that you were dating
it involved a lot of no so subtle “gotta go’s” and “sorry, can’t hang out, busy”
but neither you nor steve were creative enough to actually come up with believable scenarios as to why you were busy or needed to dash suddenly
it was only natural that dustin would grow suspicious and decide to investigate
he pulled the whole team together: mike, lucas, nancy, and robin
all walkie-talkies and subtle stalking following after steve’s car
it was a slow drive on a mild-september day
all orange sunset and harsh winds
once steve’s car pulled over into a rundown gas station, dustin instantly knew that a good old fashioned western shootout will take place at any moment
preferably without actual ammunition - words were enough to wound, after all
steve hopped out and filled the tank and then rushed to pay
the team, subtly hiding in their undisclosed vehicle, were waiting for you to poke your head out so the confrontation could take place
finally, steve came out of the station - two cups of too bitter coffee in hand and a cute keychain
the keychain was, of course, for you
a memento, a small, silly gift that reminded him of you suddenly as he was paying up
finally, a shadow of you could be seen through the rear window
you seemed to be smiling, and thanking steve for the coffee and the little cute keychain
dustin saw your heads draw closer to a kiss and panicked
he threw himself to the front of the car, almost smacking nancy behind the wheel, and pressed down on the honk hard
“dustin, what the hell?!” mike wheezed
“this betrayal will not be forgiven!”
dustin couldnt phantom while his operations team found the whole ordeal funny
he wasnt laughing
steve’s car suddenly sped off
“go, nancy, go, follow them!”
“are you serious?!” nancy whined, but turned the ignition on anyway
“yes, i’m serious, now fucking go!!!”

1stswagmastere said: Do u have any different lore or backstory for Vlad in your AU?
I'm going to have fun here and cover his FULL backstory lmao. As for canon -we only know what happened from the Accident in college and that's it. Nothin about his family life.
Tumblr media
[has alt id]
Vladimir Masters moved to America with his family when he was 9. They moved because his parents divorced and his father had visited the country often for work. He felt it'd be good to get a fresh start.
Vlad himself knew English but hadn't needed it for daily use, and thus struggled in practice. Plus, I'd imagine the cultural differences were a lot to get used to -suddenly living in the middle of nowhere in Arkansas must of been a shock. Even if he's visited the states before, this was a life altering experience.
Vlad always felt like a misfit, even before the move. His older brother was too old to hang out with his Cringe Fail lil bro and his father couldn't relate to him. Something about the kid was just... different, as his father put it. The two never saw eye to eye, having few things in common. None of this was malicious, his father still supported him and did his best to keep food on the table and the family happy.
I like the idea while the family wasn't perfect -the father had a drinking problem but was never abusive. Nothing super dramatic happened in Vlad's home life -notably so he doesn't have any tragic backstory or "justification" for how much of a manipulative bastard he is modern day. (not that there's anything wrong with tragic backstories. go ham if that's your jam!)
Tumblr media
Growing up, Alicia and Maddie were Vlad's best friends. Back then, Maddie was more of a "wild child" and did whatever she wanted on impulse. Alicia was a Baby Butch, a tom boy who wasn't aware of her sexuality but knew she was not like other girls. Being in a small church town in the US South, the trio were the regular misfits. (Notably Alicia is a tad older and acted as the groups babysitter just as often as an instigator to adventure)
Jack lived in the small town but wasn't friends with them until high-school. Jack was a Cool Kid Jock, well liked for his jokey personality and his mid-to-bad football playing. Which, while not great, wasn't terrible and that's an improvement to the small town's crappy team.
However, one day Jack came into the school raving about seeing a ghost. It was funny for a few days -but Jack became obsessed and upset over the whole thing. No one believed him and mocked him, Jack took it very personal.
Maddie approached Jack and gave his story a shot. There's a ghost at the lake, he says. While neither Vlad nor Maddie believe him, they give it a shot cause Maddie thought it'd be fun.
Tumblr media
Yeah. Ghosts are real. The trio are terrified but become enthralled. That summer they spend it trying to investigate the ghost -try to find her murderer and appease her vengeful spirit. The three cry and piss themselves scared but it's a major life-long bonding experience.
Turns out the ghost isn't a murder victim -she's just a woman who drowned when drunk while fishing. Her unfinished business was to escape the waters, scaring any locals who neared the water under moonlight. Sadly, without a strong tether to the ghost zone, her ghostly form fizzled out. The teens never really learn these truths.
The whole town is sick of their ghost hunting and are happy to see them leave for college lmao. The three have become Besties For Life, set out to become scientists and find an explanation to the supernatural. Vlad focused on mythology/technology, Maddie quantum physics, Jack with biology/medicine.
Tumblr media
The accident happens but it's a direct result of BOTH Fentons. I feel it's thematically important if it's both of their faults, to mirror Danny's accident. Vlad's portal is kept on the whole time, after his death he sneaks into the lab and steals it for himself to keep. It speaks to him. Whispering to him of the Hell he's opened up. This is his portal, yet unnamed and characterized cause i spent all my creative energy on Danny's Portal, Liminal Gates. I don't wanna derail the post to those OCs, but essentially think of them as sentient portal ghosts. they're... not exactly that, but that's the gist.
// OK BELOW i get into depth over both Danny and Vlad's cause of deaths, not like, SUPER gorey detail but its implied of some very awful stuff. skip 4 paragraphs if you don't wanna read that
Tangent: Danny's accident is a result of exposed wire within the portal. In my AU, he doesn't touch an "on" button but rather grabs an exposed switch, yanking on a wire that burnt through his rubber glove and shocked him from hand to foot (which then bounced up to the brain). I got the sense from the theme song that the parent's just... forgot they had that switch in the blueprints, so it makes sense to me that it'd be unfinished and left unattended like that.
anyway now for Vlad's accident. I've mentioned before that in my AU that ectoplasm is in itself the opposite of life, and when in high concentration it'll become acidic and burn through organic matter.
That uh, happened directly to Vlad's face. After the initial blast, the ectoplasm congealed with his blood creating a thick barrier between his face and the air. So even after removing the blast's plasm, it was stuck.
Vlad was rushed to the hospital and bled out, the plasm seeping through into his lungs. It wasn't a fast death like Danny's. Miraculously, he "survived" and had his face bandaged and had to have surgeries to fix the damage. Sadly, even with what little skin was left, because the ectoplasm rooted itself into the skin layer it continued to blister with ecto-acny like in the show. It left him in the hospital for years.
Tumblr media
Anyway while Vlad is also a Halfa-Paradox like Danny, he needs to consume Actual Literal Blood. (Not necessarily human blood, nor a living host's blood. usually he drinks animal blood in secret. He's a monster, but he's not THAT much of a monster!)
His body is more unstable and requires more blood to repatch itself. Danny's death was instantaneous and a 1 hour time range surrounding it to connect his timelines. For Vlad, it took 1-2 hours to die, so his timelines and time frame are more scrambled and full of various states of decay and gore. He needs to steel that life essence as well replenish his blood loss. Someone who is a Halfa-Paradox is the living embodiment of of those hour (or for Vlad, hours) they died and didn't die. They're a center point of those timeline selves, fused into one person while shifting between different bodies those timeline selves inhabit. Vlad's is incredibly unstable.
Anyway that aside, Vlad's power is blood based. He really is a vampire ghost. I know my AU mainly has been comedy but I do enjoy the darker side of the fandom (not to... the point some of ya'll go lmao) and Vlad focuses a lot more of this side of things. I've been uncertain on how to take his blood power -do I do blood bending? bleed on you until you're uncomfortable power?
Nah i think I'm going to go with a simple "those he's drunk blood from temporarily are mind controlled" or something. Vampires are a drain on society, a metaphor for their hoarding of wealth and feasting on the life force of the common man. Now as an adult, I see how some people can fall into a warped mindset that loves Capitalism even when it's the root of all evil in society. Uh. That's the best I got chief, Vlad's power is propaganda essentially.
He already uses his over-shadow power for a similar effect in canon, it's a very Vlad thing to do. It's just more.. gross and evil this time around.
Back to the Backstory: after the transition, Vlad fell onto desperate times as the hospital bills were enormous. After trying to handle it morally, he ended up resorting to petty theft using his new powers. Same as canon, this escalated to bigger robbery and then political power. Vlad is more subtle about than in canon, never showing his ghost form and learns to explain his wealth through business rather than staged luck.
Once he had some power and influence, he went back to his old friends hoping to prove to them that they did not ruin him but rather gifted him a wonderful life of wealth and success. He wanted to make them jealous and regret ghosting him and hurting him.
Except, they moved on and were forced to take on jobs outside of their ghost hunting interests. Vlad realized he hadn't actually won out here, he missed out on human connection and turned himself into a monster in the process. Now he's motivated in envying their humanity and family, rather than just a sick obsession to get with Maddie.
Vlad is a master 4D chess player, using his power to influence under his thumb. The Fentons actually were just stuck using their degrees for (gasp) more mundane use like medical research and engineering. Vlad masked his anger and played up the hero, becoming Uncle Vladdie and their boss. He funds their paranormal research, they see him as their good ol' college chum who's got everything.
But the Fentons and him don't connect well on a personal connection. Vlad is too distant and far-too-gone in his own world and self-obsession, Maddie and Jack are pleasant but never have free-time so end up blabbing about research or their kids. Not a great fit for reconnection. It's important to note these old friends have the potential to become buddies again, but Vlad feels compelled to plot and play a more distant role to get what he thinks will worm his way into their lives. Instead of, you know, being normal and just Talking Things Through.
So basically: Vlad is a lonely misunderstood kid who is befriended by some country girls and then later become a group of 3 ghost obsessed weirdos in town. Jack and Maddie are his only friends he's ever had since his hospitalization (isolated again) and later becoming obscenely rich that you stop seeing people normally. He's got rich fuckboi disease essentailly.
Tumblr media
iirc Alicia doesn't like Jack because she blames him for getting her sister into ghost hunting (OR MAYBE that's fanon idr) but I also like to think she hates Vlad for becoming so slimey and doubling down on enabling their ghost interests. Like in my timeline of events, the Fentons were able to become normal respected scientists. (albeit, obscure) it's HIS fault they're able to do whatever they want now. she fucking HATES him

I'm really late and I apologize if you are already tired of talking about this, you don't need to answer but I would like to know your opinion on this questions I have, the first time Kakashi told Sasuke to give up on revenge, is he telling him to forget everything? to stop looking for Itachi?, does he want him to learn to forget and move forward?. I ask because one of the anons brought up the topic today and I want to clear this doubt once and for all, since with each debate I get more dizzy. I just want to understand what Kakashi means by that, because I took it as a calm scene but I'm surprised that so many people hate the characters involved (depending on the side you take) because of that scene
Kakashi was not telling Sasuke to forget about everything, or even to forget about Itachi.
If Kakashi legit believed Revenge was 100% bad all the time he would not have
Gone with Shikamaru, Ino and Choji to avenge Asuma’s death.
Waited almost a year to sit Sasuke down and tell him to ‘forget about revenge’
Kakashi see’s revenge eating at Sasuke and destroying everything he has gained. All the bonds he has bleeding away or being cut right off by sasuke because revenge is so important it overshadow’s everything
When Sasuke turned his anger to Naruto and fought him using a jutsu that Kakashi taught him, which is a jutsu that 9/10 times is used to KILL, Revenge no longer just became something Sasuke wanted
It was his only goal and he was willing to destroy everything to achieve it.
Sasuke at the formation of Team Seven wanted revenge but was still aboe to build healthy bonds, seek bonds, and work with other’s. He was not trying to distance himself and sever every bond.
Before he saw his brother again Sasuke
Was the first of team seven to reach out a hand and try to work as a team.
Refused to run away when Kakashi was captured in a water prison and worked out a plan (wordlessly might i add) with Naruto to get his Sensei free
Fought to protect his friends against Orochimaru and Gaara
Jumped in front of an attack meant for Naruto and risked dying without achieving revenge to keep his friend safe
After he met Itachi again and was defeated in .5 seconds revenge became his only focus and he was willing to cut through the friends he had made to achieve it.
The biggest difference is Sasuke before he was Itachi again was looked at Naruto and said he wanted to fight him (during the chunin exams) as a friendly challenge. After he saw Itachi he woke up, looked at Baruto, and said he wanted to fight with anger and a bit of resentment. He especially showed resentment at Naruto’s growth with the rasangan when he saw what it did to the water tower.
Sasuke went from supportive teammate to being so obsessed with strength and his revenge that he was willing to hit Naruto with an attack that could 100% kill and he knows it can.
Kakashi put his foot down when it became apparent that Sasuke’s revenge was eating away at him and destroying the kid who was making friends and bonding.
Sasuke was starting to find some small amount of healing and suddenly that was stripped away and he wanted to achieve revenge at any cost (including going to Orochimaru fully knowing they just wanted to take over his body)
Kakashi isn’t saying ‘forget everything’ he’s trying to pull Sasuke back so he doesn’t destroy himself in desperation to achieve his revenge.
He wants to save Sasuke from the path he see’s him going down (he is unfortunately not in a position to do that mostly due to outside forces (Orochimaru and Itachi mostly) but also to his own restrictions as a character) and realizes to do that Sasuke needs to let go if the revenge he seeks.
That’s not saying ‘forget the ones you lost’
Or even ‘forget you pain’
But to set revenge aside for his own good. To put it aside so it is no longer his only focus and remember that there is more than what we have lost in our lifetimes. Living in the past only hurts (Kakashi knows this from his own inability to move past what he has lost and his own perceived mistakes) and destroys you slowly.

i really think mitchell and drew were very close before silena’s death.
drew and mitch were neighbors living in the same apartment complex their entire lives - they grew up together, even though drew was about four years older than her little brother. they were, in every single sense, siblings.
drew would come over and babysit mitch when his dad was busy, mitchell would bug drew to play outside with him, they’d steal share each other’s clothes, kept each other company; both bonded at the fact their mother was never present.
when they found out they were siblings also in blood, at ages 9 and 13, drew didn’t care much.
“it’s not like it would’ve made a difference anyway”, she retorts, popping her gum in her mouth, leaning against the wooden beam that stood in front of their new home - cabin 10, they called it. mitchell and drew’s fathers both decided it was time to bring them to camp, together.
mitchell cared, though. he beamed to his half sister with his crooked-tooth smile and leaned against her, reveling when she carded her fingers through his hair. he glanced at her when she wasn’t paying attention, and he could tell in her glistening, warm, honey eyes that she was happy about the news.
they had new siblings. more sisters.
mitchell loves his new sisters, he swears. but he wouldnt have minded just having drew.
when they got older, mitch and drew started to drift. drew spent more time with silena, their older sister, and drew loved silena. loved the way silena took care of her. loved the way she mothered her. loved the way silena had gentle, lilac eyes and a smile that crinkled her nose and a laugh that resembled blue bells.
mitchell loves silena, too, but not nearly as much as he loves drew. but times change, he reminds himself, and he starts to slowly welcome the change. it’s not like drew was mitchel’s only friend, after all. the other campers at camp half blood were lovely, as well, and he was never lonely. always had the company of his other many siblings and nymphs at his side.
mitchell loves love, and loves everything aphrodite stands for, and forgives her for being absent his entire life - and he thanks her. thanks her for giving him all his siblings and thanks her for giving him drew and silena.
then silena died.
and drew changed.
and she seemed more miserable than ever.
drew was already unhappy. her father was inattentive, she had no mother, she was lonely. mitchell knew this already, and silena’s death had marked an end to drew’s freedom to rely on other people.
suddenly everyone relied on her. again. while she was still grieving for her silena. while her family was shattered, in her eyes, because of the actions of a traitor.
traitor, traitor, traitor. it’s all drew can seethe and spit these days. it’s like it’s the only word she knows.
drew barks out orders like a dictator, his siblings whisper.
“why is she acting like that?”
“why is she calling silena a traitor?”
“why is she being so mean?”
shes not mean, mitchell wants to defend her. she’s one of the kindest people i know. but he keeps his mouth shut, because even he knows drew’s taking it too far. displacing her rage and confusion on everyone else.
piper mclean comes around, and mitchell likes her. her choppy hair, her easygoing personality. the way she grins. the way she talks. they get along well.
drew, on the other hand, is furious. furious that aphrodite would send her a replacement for silena.
and piper doesn’t make it any easier when she constantly undermines drew’s authority - at least, in drew’s eyes (when she’s really just existing).
Tumblr media
but mitchell could see the relief painted all over drew’s face when she finally has a reason to step down.
“why didn’t you just duel her?” mitchell walks in on drew while she does her skincare in the bathroom, later that night. it’s quiet, and the rest of their siblings are out and about celebrating piper’s rise to the councilor position.
drew doesn’t look at him when she shrugs, and mitchell can analyze drew’s face for the first time in months. she just looks tired.
“you could’ve kicked her ass,” mitchell probes, which earns a smirk from drew.
“yeah. i could’ve.” she zips her makeup bag closed and makes a big show of flipping her hair while she walks out.
mitchell smiles. there she is.

We Could Have Been Anywhere Part 7/9
Warriors meets Linebeck. Legend has an (unrelated) bad time.
--
When Warriors was still a knight in training, they had a week where everyone camped out by a river and were taught how to swim out of a fast current and avoid being pulled under by an enemy lurking below.
In the end, it was treated as more of a reward for how hard they were all training disguised as an exercise. No one really thought war was that close on their horizon. Warriors spent one day laying back in the water, floating and basking in the sun (it was decently cold out, but not enough that he couldn’t enjoy himself. The barracks were much colder at night, even in the summer).
As a portal sends tumbling down into the ocean, he wishes that exercise was taken seriously. This adventure has seen him fighting in water far too much for his comfort.
As he resurfaces, he coughs up the water he swallowed and begins his headcount, catching sight of his brothers easily despite the cloying fog around them.
Wind and Four tread the water easily, Time flounders a little in his armor but not enough to urge Warriors to make his way over to help, Twilight hacks up a lung next to him looking more annoyed than hurt, and where is Sky-
Sky surfaces with a hearty splutter, taking in some deep breaths but nothing too concerning.
The air is heavy with salt, and Warriors glances around to see…
Nothing. No islands, no ships, only a thick fog.
“Wind? This is yours?” He calls out.
Wind nods, face pinched, “yeah, but I don’t see an island.” He’s looking off into the distance, like he can see through the fog through sheer willpower. Honestly, though, maybe the kid can. He’s got some tricks up his sleeve that he hasn’t shared, even if he pretends to be an open book.
Early on, it was a concern to Warriors. Secrets during the war meant betrayal, death, and pain. But now, after so long getting to know everyone, he trusts them. He trusts Wind. Even if he’s pretty sure the kid can see ghosts (and that was a weird and scary night. He chooses not to think about it or bring it up).
Bringing himself back to the present, he’s almost afraid to ask the next question. If there’s nothing around them, they won’t last forever just treading water. Time will need to lose that armor, and soon. Boots and bags will have to be dropped next. He knows Wild has an absurd amount of wood stored in his slate, but it’s nowhere near enough nor large enough logs to build any kind of raft.
At the thought, he whips his head back over to Legend. His face is deceptively blank, but he’s responsive enough as he keeps his attention on Hyrule. Not the best coping mechanism, but this isn’t the time to delve into it. Warriors doesn’t know the full story (barely knows anything beyond Legend hating the open sea, small boats, and lighting) but it’s enough.
Time speaks up next, “what’s the plan, sailor?”
It’s always a little strange deferring to Wind. He’s by no means incompetent, and Warriors listened to plenty of captains younger than him in the war (replacing dead men and traitors meant the pickings got slimmer and slimmer as the battles wore on). There’s a difference between young and almost fourteen, however.
Doesn’t mean he won't listen to what he says. Probably.
Wind looks off into the distance, and doesn’t answer, squinting heavily. Warriors almost tells him to just pull out his telescope before he starts shouting, “Over here! Men overboard!”
Everyone tries to see what has caught his gaze, but all Warriors can see is the fog. He shrugs and begins calling out, and soon everyone is yelling.
A form slowly begins to take shape through the fog, quickly getting bigger and bigger. Suddenly, Wind gasps. “No fucking way!” He ignores Legend’s (hypocritical) call of language and begins swimming towards the boat, “fuck yeah! Over here!”
It’s an old looking thing, worn red and white paint along the sides, old wooden wheels, and a sharply curved prow. There’s no sail in sight, but Warriors has seen enough weird stuff in his adventures for that to be the least of his concerns at the moment. The boat comes to a (rather quick, for a boat) stop close to Wind, and everyone begins swimming after him.
A high voice calls out from the deck, “I don’t fucking believe it!” A rope ladder sails downwards, and Wind scrambles up it like his life depends on it. He’s not sparing the others a second glance, and all Warriors can hear is Wind’s cheerful yelling and fast talking intercut with what sounds like a man about to cry but playing it cool.
He gets to the ladder just behind Twilight, who is holding it steady. Time swims up behind him, and he lets the old man go up first. Water pours off of him in droves, leaving through slits in the armor.
Legend and Wild pull Hyrule up next. Legend goes up first and turns around to hold a hand out to Hyrule. It’s rather unnecessary- the hero may not be able to swim but he can climb a simple ladder, even if it’s swaying in the breeze. Wild follows, and Warriors gestures for Four and Sky to go next.
Sky huffs, “you’re in armor too, you first.”
Rather than argue that it’s just chainmail, he begins the rocky climb. His hands slip a little halfway up, and he’s eternally grateful that Legend is already on deck. The others made this look much easier.
He grips the railing and hauls himself on deck, pausing as he takes in the sight of a man (around Time’s age- or, physical age) holding Wind up and shaking him like a stubborn dog trying to win tug-of-war.
He would put a stop to it, but Wind laughs and laughs- carefree and happy in a way Warriors isn’t sure he’s heard before.
“I knew it was all real! Fuck yeah! I’m rubbing this in Niko’s face forever!” Wind’s words come out in varying pitches as he’s shaken, before he brings his arms from the man’s sleeves to his shoulders, pulling him forwards into a hug.
They part after a moment, and when the man looks at them, Warriors realizes he hadn’t even noticed they were there, and he looks very alarmed at the sight of all the heavily armed men.
He’s a taller fellow, a long blue coat and red ascot standing out on top of relatively cheap looking clothes. He’s got the wisps of a small beard and mustache, and some of the heaviest eye bags he has ever seen on someone.
“Link, you brought some friends?” His voice is hesitant, the underlying meaning clear. He’s making sure Wind wants to be with them- that the kid is safe with this group that could very easily be deadly mercenaries. Admirable, even if Warriors is certain he could toss the stringy man overboard without a second thought.
He misses Wind’s response, but catches the new man’s next statement almost all too clearly. “You’re finally going to pay me back for dragging your butt halfway across the world? Found me some treasure?”
Warriors almost intervenes, he’s known men who are only helpful as long as the rupee’s are flowing, and isn’t about to let Wind get caught up in that, but Wind just laughs. “I’ve got plenty of treasure- but like Farore’s backside am I sharing any of it with you, Linebeck.”
So the mystery seaman has a name.
“Then you better start paying me back by helping me sail to Molida Island, I’ve got plans to relax there after being on the open sea for weeks.”
“Sail your own damn ship, freeloader!” Wind shouts as he climbs up Linebeck’s back onto his shoulders.
“You’re the freeloader- making me worry about your disappearing and then just- what! Appearing in the ocean! And now with a bunch of mouths to feed! You’re lucky I stock extra rations or we’d all be eating Octorok.”
“With how you cook, it may as well be.” Wind mutters, his arms around Linebeck’s neck. Warriors would find it sweet, but he’s not stupid. He’s been traveling with Wind long enough to know-
Wind yanks the man’s ascot off, turning and sprinting below deck with it. Lineback spares them all a quick glance before chasing after him.
Legend shuffles up neck to him with a snort, “Wind’s not normally this much of a handful. I have no idea how that guy managed to cart him across the sea like this.” His voice comes out tight.
He opens his mouth to respond, but with silence that rings in the air now that Wind has gone below, he pulls his eyes down to take in Legend. He doesn’t know the full story, but the man is soaking wet and shaking far more than the warm sun should warrant. “Come on, let's get out of these wet clothes before we all catch a cold.” He slings a heavy arm across Legends shoulders and pushes him forwards.
Legend moves with him all-too easily.
Wind and Linebeck haven’t gone far, the ship is far too small for that. Below deck is one large room, sectioned off by hanging curtains. There are some hammocks on the left, a small kitchen area that is mostly storage barrels, a strange and clanking… machine puffing steam towards a porthole, and more barrels.
Warriors is going to run with the assumption this man is a merchant of some kind, and not a pirate. He does not seem like he could hold himself in a fight, especially with the way Wind is running circles around him.
He keeps moving towards the hammocks, “you said something about rations, Linebeck?”
Linebeck stops his unsuccessful attempts at catching Wind, “yes, yes. I’ll grab you all something to eat. Once Link returns my-” His ascot is placed in his hand as Wind moves towards the barrels in the kitchen. “Make yourself at home, I guess, kid.”
“You missed me, old man.” Wind says as he pops one of the barrels open. (Warriors thinks he’s the only one who noticed how Time looked up from removing his armor, but then he feels Legend stifle a laugh at his side. At least he’s present enough to pay attention to that, mean’s the panic attack isn’t too bad.)
“At least you learned how to open a barrel properly in your time away from the greatest adventurer ever.”
Wind glances up, eyebrows high on his face. "Do you want me to throw this against the wall?”
“No! I don’t- it’s a barrel, it’s supposed to be reusable- put that down!”
Warriors busies himself with changing into his spare tunic. Thank the goddess for waterproof enchantments. When he glances over the rest of the chain, he notices Wild has dressed himself in a blue coat that looks strikingly similar to what Linebeck has on, and promptly decides to ignore whatever he is whispering with Four about.
 That’s Twilight’s problem, he decides.
Legend is struggling to unclasp the buckle of his sheath, fingers shaking a bit too much to get a good grip on the metal. Warriors shifts his body so he’s blocking Legend from the others and silently lifts his hands in an offering.
When Legend looks up at him, he pinches his face but drops his hands. Warriors unbuckles it quickly, busying himself with pulling the sword out and wiping it dry with a rag while Legend finishes changing.
He then begins work on his own sword, and when Legend sits down next to him, he offers him a spare rag. Legend gets to work on his shield. Warriors offers to dry everyone's gear, and everyone accepts, besides Time who refuses to make him painstakingly go through his armor and chainmail (which Warriors will not protest to), and Legend, who offers to help.
“That was an unlucky portal.” He says, conversationally.
Time hums, “or very lucky. We were close enough to Linebeck's ship to be found easily. And Wind seems very excited about seeing him again.”
“I’m glad the kid had a companion on one of his adventures that wasn’t a boat- which I still don’t believe, for the record,” Warriors adds, “but it’s strange that he never brought him up.”
Time nods, “did you hear when we first arrived, he said something about knowing it was real. I want to ask him about-”
The second he feels Legend tense besides him, Warriors cuts Time off, “the kid probably just never said his name, now that I think about it. Besides, his business is his business.” Warriors glances at Time’s armor, “how do you clean the chainmail so thoroughly? I had the worst time of it during the war.”
Time takes the topic change with grace, going on about his armor care as they work.
When Legend falls asleep next to him, Warriors just pulls the rag out of his hands and lays a blanket over him. He shoots Time a glance, but the old man just smiles and continues working on his armor.
How Legend can sleep through Wind and Wild’s shouting right across the room, he doesn’t know.

{The First Bloodshed} I made a somewhat long story of how Sanity was awakened within Flynn. is not that good tbh but MEH!! TW:- MENTION OF MURDER AND IMAGERY OF BLOOD, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Two years… two years ever since Flynn had lost his older brother Phineas after discovering his dead burned body inside the sauna. To this day he is unable to forget the horrific state his dear older brother was in when finding him… He can even still hear his own horrified scream inside his head to this day and then just passed out to only wake up to be told that it was way too late to save Phineas and he had passed away. He desperately wanted this to be a lie and even one of Phineas' pranks even tho it was not funny at all… he refused to believe he lost him doing that whole week and kept saying that he is still alive and he would walk into his room any second to surprise him and then he can just hit Phineas on the head for this sick prank.
But he was forced to finally give up and believe the harsh reality that his brother was no longer around anymore and he will never be able to see him again when he finally stand before his grave when Phineas’s funeral was being held.
His world was completely shattered and whatever was left of his old self suddenly disappeared and was replaced with a shallow shell of who he used to be, he wasn’t even able to let a sob or a voice out doing the funeral and just tearfully watch as the coffin slowly being covered by dirt and buried alongside the graves of his parents… he is now but an orphan… no parents nor a brother to be with him… part of him just really wanna now join his family and leave this world that not even worth living anymore.
That was until he looked around and saw HIM… Bernard Morton, behind the crowd, as he watches alongside them the end of Phineas Smith’s journey in life, unlike the rest of the people who are crying and sorrowing his passing. Bernard can only smile wickedly while trying to hide his ugly smile with his hand to act as if he is also sobbing but Flynn can see throw his acts.
The feeling of depression and wanting to disappear immediately been replaced by anger and revenge, he KNOWS that Bernard was for sure behind his brother’s death and it is not just a stupid accident of a broken door as many believed. He swore after that day he would get revenge on Bernard Morton, he would expose his crimes to the world even if it is the last thing he would do.
Yet it is easier said than done… he was but a 9-year-old back then and his words hold no meaning to the adults around him even if he would try and beg them to believe that Bernard was a murderer, they would only think he lost it after Phineas’s death and just send him to the asylum and he does not want that… so he just hold his tongue and acted as normal as he can and just do as the adults tell him from taking medication and visiting a therapist and all that stuff that hardly helped him heal from the trauma.
The years passed and he still can hear the voices that started to appear in his head one by one and each of them is worst than the other. Yet that didn’t stop him from acting to the point of mastering it and also looking into his brother’s death case and trying to frame Bernard for his crimes not only against his brother but everyone.
Flynn even managed to hire a private detective to help him but to only be disappointed by the way this private detective acted and even still treat him as a child even tho he paid him way more than needed to help him and yet it was clear he did not take the case seriously and only wanted the money and when Flynn confronted him about it the private detective only smirk and told Flynn he can and will throw him to the asylum… he even had the audacity to say “a murder or not, who would care about a stupid showman’s death that happens two years ago?”
That was the final straw for Flynn… a snap was heard within him and all the voices in his head suddenly went quiet and a new one that sounded more sadistic and joyful talked to him and just told him “If you want something done right, do it yourself~”… truly he can never trust anyone… and he can not risk going to the asylum when he still has unfinished business to do and so he just smiles to the detective and walked away.
—A Week Later: 2:45AM—
When the moonlight is covered by dark clouds and only a small part of it can light the sky bright. The detective that once threatened Flynn was walking back to his apartment yet it seem he was drunk and took a different longer route to his home in a dark alley within an abandoned area.
While walking in this dark alley, he suddenly heard the sound of footsteps coming forward towards him from the end of the long alley… it was a short figure of someone that wears a dark rope that cover his head and cloves with a white mask that covered their face as well. The detective was way too drunk to realize the danger and so he just called out for this person to approach him and that is what the unknown person just did. Slowly walked towards the detective only to soon started to dash fast towards him and pulled a big kitchen knife from god knows where and tried to stab the detective but the detective managed in the last second to avoid the attack when he saw the knife but still got injured.
That led to a heated fight, the unknown person started to attack fast and flexibly while the detective try to shoot them with his gun and yet it did not help he was drunk so he kept missing all the shots while the unknown person keeps landing hits on him.
Finally, the detectives managed to shoot the left arm of the unknown person that trying to kill him, leading them to almost scream in pain before holding it back. The detective takes advantage of this and hits the person on the face with their mask still on and which made the mask break and finally shows who keeps trying to kill him—
It was of course none other than Flynn Smith.
The fact it was Flynn, an 11-Year-old kid who he thought was but a crybaby who is unable to move from his brother’s death is the one that tried to kill him was enough to make him freeze in place in pure shock and Flynn just take this chance and attack and finally stab the detective in the chest and made him fall to the ground.
Before he know it he find himself keep stabbing the detective many times… 47 times… all the while a blank unreadable face was on his face.
Finally after awhile he stopped the stabbing and got up while panting heavily and just looked down at the corpse before him and then at the knife in his hand. He kept looking back and forth between those two to realize what he just did and slowly started to smile and an overwhelming feeling of joy yet confusion started to rise within him that he couldn’t help but let a huge screaming laughter that was more like a bloody scream then a laugh out in pure joy
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
“That was… FUN”
That was the first thing Flynn… no… Sanity said after finally being awakened and in control within Flynn's body. He enjoyed this way too much that he found it sad it had to end fast. Still, oh well~ at least it seems that this part of the town is so abandoned that nobody even heard all the commotion and screaming that was happening here so far he can make quick work on getting rid of the body or at least make it so it look like a dog attacks him or something.
And just like that… Sanity take care of the rest and manage to hide the body so well that to this day nobody able to find it at all and he make sure all evidence are destroyed that may link to him.
Of course, Flynn was not that happy with what he had done, he was not even sure what provoked him to do that or even think this was a good idea but he knew that he could only not just blame himself for this but also mainly blame the new voice that suddenly appeared within him that seems to be different from the rest given it has its own consciousness.
But one thing is for sure… this wouldn’t be the last time something like that would happen and only more victims would die by his hands if he is not careful with Sanity.
-End
(Fun fact:- the bullet that was shit at Flynn’s arm is still inside him to this day~)

Still wonder if the Ashura/Kid brothers twist was planned or not. They did have simmillar hair and all but on the other hand dunno, atleast the details probably came later (like in my oppinion the whole "Madness of Order", Great Old ones, fragments of shinigami stuff came later, maybe Asura and Kid were supposed to be biologically born and not created, eh who knows)
A story doesn’t have to have everything planned from the beginning to be good.
What makes the story good typically has more to do with the end result, including engaging with it in the order it was released.
Even if Ohkubo planned all of this out from the beginning, it wouldn’t suddenly make the work better; what makes it better is getting a new story that retroactively makes the earlier stuff better.
And I don’t feel like the stuff that came later made the earlier stuff suddenly better.
TL; DR: I don't think Ohkubo figured out Kid and Asura were related until after he started work on the Monotone Princess video game, around the same time he was doing the Baba Yaga arc. But even if he had the idea at that point, he didn't really do much to reveal it until the actual reveal--robbing readers of the chance to re-read the story and see how it was there all along, because it wasn't there all along.
Spoiler warnings for the ending of Soul Eater and the ending of Fire Force.
There are three moments in time that would seem to be when Ohkubo may have anticipated:
Asura being Lord Death’s child
The Madness of Order
The Lines of Sanzu
The Great Old Ones
And Kid’s creation
And those three moments are:
Kid’s creation
Kid finding the book checked out by “M”
And the Lost Island / BREW arc
When Kid was introduced, Lord Death does emphasize his three lines. I get that it is in part a gag around how Kid hates his asymmetry. And sure, this is right upon Kid’s introduction, before Soul Eater existed as anything but three one-shot stories connected only by Lord Death’s presence. But it is a Checkov’s gun: Kid dislikes asymmetry, he has the three lines, at some point he will connect those lines, then something major should happen. Whether Ohkubo knew what that “something” was remains to be seen: this is a one-shot, he may have not thought to a conclusion where Lord Death gets replaced once Kid connects those three lines.
Kid finding the book checked out by “M,” which is supposed to set up the Book of Eibon arc. But did Ohkubo know he was ever going to introduce the Book of Eibon?
Let’s go with the timeline on this.
After Autumn 2003: Prologue 3 comes out, where Lord Death first mentions Kid’s three lines.
January 2007: Volume 8 is released, the first time Eibon is named.
May 2007: Volume 9 comes out. In it, Kid finds “M” checked out a book that mentioned Eibon. Also in this volume, the gang arrives on Lost Island and get a flashback to Arachne collecting Eibon’s blueprints.
September 2008: Monotone Princess comes out. This video game introduces Grimoire and his book (the proto versions of Noah and the Book of Eibon).
October 2008: Volume 13 comes out. This is the first time the manga shows the Book of Eibon, at this point in Noah’s possession.
November 2008: Episode 34 comes out. It adapts Volume 9, only now Eibon’s blueprints are designed to look like the Book of Eibon.
July 2010: Volume 17 comes out. This is the first time the Great Old Ones are mentioned, as well as how they inspire various types of Madness--hence showing that Madness doesn’t come just from the Madness of Fear and Asura but from other Great Old Ones, such as Lord Death leading to the Madness of Order.
December 2013: Volume 25 reveals that Asura is Lord Death’s fragment of fear, hence his child.
February 2022: Fire Force ends with an explanation as to Kid’s creation. Just before this time, Fire Force also reveals Lord Death’s creation came about at the same time with something akin to Madness globally, which may or may not have something to do with the Evangelist with the Kishin eye.
So, back to the question I asked: did  Ohkubo know he was going to introduce the Book of Eibon?
Based on this timeline, I don’t think he had this figured out until the anime started showing something like the Book of Eibon. Things are not quite accurate in my timeline when referring to Monotone Princess, Volume 13, and Episode 34. Now, my dates are accurate for Monotone Princess and Episode 34, while Volume 13 was a collection of the manga chapter, so, really, Book of Eibon in Noah’s possession would have appeared before October 2008.
But I expect making Monotone Princess would have taken another year at least to develop, so Ohkubo may have designed Grimoire’s book around September 2007 for Studio BONES to use in the game, Studio BONES modifies it to be the Book of Eibon in Episode 34 in November 2008.
But before Studio BONES gets to show that off, Ohkubo was already revising the design of Grimoire’s book, making it into the Book of Eibon by October 2008 when it appears in Volume 13 (and even before that, since the actual chapter was months earlier before collected into that volume).
So, we can revise this further: I doubt it wasn’t until September 2007 that Ohkubo, when designing Grimoire, that he hits upon leaning more into Lovecraftian lore. Sure, he already named Eibon (in Volume 8 in January 2007; the chapter itself was out earlier), which would naturally then lead to introducing the Book of Eibon. But naming Eibon and actually getting to the Book are two different things, and it wasn’t until after work on Monotone Princess that leads to actually showing Eibon’s manuscript notes as a book in the anime, not just as loose pages as in the manga.
What does any of this have to do with revealing Asura and Kid as brothers? In this timeline, I have shown how Ohkubo didn’t hit upon the Lovecraftian stuff until, at earliest, Volume 8 (January 2007) with Eibon’s namedrop, and at latest whenever development started on Monotone Princess (maybe September 2007 at latest). It was the Lovecraftian angle that got the ball rolling to show different types of Madness, which further associated Asura and Lord Death as each embodying a form of Madness.
But neither Madness is necessarily as directly connected, and any physical resemblance between Lord Death and Asura is limited, at least as limited as you could say Eibon looks like Excalibur or the Great Old One.
What would have pushed Ohkubo to making any similarity more explicit? All that comes after, when you just flat out put Asura and Kid in juxtaposed panels and have Asura claim they are related.
If I’m being generous, maybe you could say Ohkubo had this idea earlier, when he started having Kid link together Lines of Sanzu, chipping at Lord Death’s mask, so, around July 2010.
However, this was also around the time we first see the Book of Eibon in the manga, so, again, this is all stumbling out of Monotone Princess and the Lovecraftian leaning. (And that’s not getting into the anime showing Kid’s lines linking, but that’s an entirely different context and continuity.) If you start linking Kid’s lines, that starts to look like the lines in Asura’s hair more, and then Ohkubo can re-design Asura to look more like Kid (...similar to how he ends up re-designing Kid yet again to look more like Shinra to force that bullshit connection…).
To summarize all of this rambling, I don’t think Ohkubo had this planned out, at least not at the beginning, and not when Asura first escaped Death City. This would account for how little of a parent-child interaction we get with Lord Death and Asura during the latter’s escape--although, from a Watsonian point of view, we can chalk that up to 800 years of separation between a parent who is acting more like a brutal authority figure, and a child who is not about to act friendly to an abusive parent. I therefore can forgive the story for not making that apparent at the time when it happened.
However, I can say that, by the time of the revelation, the setup is just not there. We needed foreshadowing. We needed more emotion out of Asura revealing this to Kid, and Lord Death’s anxiety about Kid learning this. It’s bothersome to me, just tossing off abruptly that Asura was fragmented from Lord Death to embody his fears, then abruptly revealing Kid was not born the same way--as bothersome to me as just as abruptly revealing at the end of Fire Force that Lord Death just summoned preschooler Kid into existence (and basing his face off of Shinra’s, which, no, Shinra and Kid do not look alike).
To end this already: Ohkubo probably only had the idea of Kid and Asura being siblings around the time he started the Baba Yaga arc, but it’s not really clear until Asura reveals it, so I don’t think the setup and payoff were very good.

BIG BULLY 6
I looked at his smiling face with fear in my eyes. I saw his finger start snaking towards me. “Last chance.. What are you?” he asked, his finger mere inches away from me (human sized). “I'm not anything. I'm the only one of me!” I yelled in anger. bracing myself for his giant fingers. I looked in his eyes, I saw shock and surprise swirling around. “A-are you really all alone?” he asked, his voice quieter than expected. “Yes! And I have been for 9 years! What do you care? I can take care of myself!” I yelled, my anger was getting stronger.
“But that's so sad.” he said with a frown. I stared at him for a while, only seeing pity in his eyes. I hated pity, I am fine by myself.
Suddenly his eyes lit up as he had an idea, “i know what will cheer you up” he said as his fingers quickly appeared right in front of my stomach. ‘no,no,no,no,no,no,NO.’ I looked at him pleadingly to which he paid no attention.
Then it started. Why did Noah have to tell Jaden my one weakness? Besides size that is. I couldn’t stop a smile from forming a smile while laughing non stop, this didn't mean i wasn’t still mad. I was, but I was being tickled. What did you expect?
“So, are you going to tell us what you are?” he asked, continuing to tickle. “N-never!” I stuttered through laughter. I refuse to let them know there's a whole species of people my size. He may seem nice but that was going against everything I've ever been told. “St-stop!” I yelled. “Not until you tell me!” he said, his smile only growing. “Fine!” I said in pure desperation. “I-i’m a borrower” i said making sure to practically whisper the last word. I hadn’t realized I was so out of breath until he stopped and let me catch my breath. “Wait , borrowers are real?” he said with surprise.
The entire time I was giving him a death glare. “Stop giving me that look. It's not like I was hurting you.” he said with an eye roll. “Here.” he said as he set me back on the coffee table. I glared at him and turned to look at Noah, only to see that he was gone.
‘How did I miss him leaving?’ I was confused. I looked around the table only to realize my marshmallow had fallen on the floor. I frowned.
The last thing I needed was my marshmallow to be ruined. I felt the vibrations of footsteps and looked up. Noah was coming back to the couch with something concealed in his hand.
“I see you stopped the gentle torture.” he said looking from me to jaden. “Did you find out what she is or did she just give you the puppy dog eyes and make you cave?” he asked, chuckling in response to my glare. “No. I didn't cave.” he said mockingly. “Well… what is she?” asked Noah expectantly.
I looked at Jaden with a pleading look, this was the moment that decided if my entire species would be put on the line… all because I just had to get caught by a human. 9 years in solitude, you'd think after that long i would have been able to think of a way to avoid sight. Or at least find a way to escape. Sure Noah had not hurt me, but that doesn't mean he won't. For all i know this was all just a trick, all just him trying to find more. For all i know he got what he wanted, and i would be of no more use to him.
I was snapped out of my trance when a giant finger poked me in the side, not quite hard enough to leave a bruise but hard enough to startle me out of my thoughts.
I looked up to see the two brothers staring at me. I started shaking under their gaze. “Hey, april a-are you ok?” asked Noah, breaking the silence suddenly. “I-im sorry.” I said looking away, I was apologizing, apologizing for revealing my whole species, apologizing for not staying hidden, apologizing for not keeping my guard up. All my life I was told not to trust humans, all of that was thrown out the window when I entered that backpack. Mother would be disappointed.
Jaden placed a finger under my chin and lifted my head to face him. I looked in his eyes expecting to see mischief, anger, maybe even pride. Surprisingly none of those emotions showed, only, only confusion and was that, pity? I hate pity.
I tried to pull my head away but he was much stronger than me. “April, it's ok.sorry if i scared you.” said jaden in a calm voice, being mindful of my small ears. “y-you’re not gonna hurt me?” I asked, in disbelief. “After all this time here…. You still think I'm going to hurt you?” asked Noah with a slight smile. “Yes. all humans do is destroy! Humans took my parents! Humans are the reason I've been on my own for 9 years! 9 years! My entire life I was told not to trust humans, th-then you come along! I don’t know what to do! I-i’m scared.” I said, quieting down at the last bit. I was tearing up. I can't believe I just said that. How could I freak out like that? I looked between Noah and jaden. Both of them looked shocked by my sudden outburst.
“S-sorry- '' i started but got cut off as i was suddenly held to jayden’s chest, still light enough that i was fine though i wasn’t able to get away, much to my displeasure.
“Don’t apologize. I never thought of why you might be scared of humans, i always just assumed that it was just you not being used to us.” said Noah as he tapped jaydens arm, signaling for him to let me go.
“no. I'm not going to give her to you. She obviously needs to be hugged right now.” Jayden replied to Noah's tapping by pushing his hand away with his free one.
I struggled against his grip, trying to signal that he should let go. “Fine. but at the slightest hint of tears you're back to me.” Jayden replied as he slowly moved his hand away from his chest. Noah looked down at his phone and checked the time. “It's around lunch time if you guys want me to make something,” said Noah as he started to stand. Jayden reached a hand over to his brother to keep him from getting up. “It's cool. I can order us a pizza.” said Jayden while putting me down onto the coffee table and pulling out his phone. “I've never tried a pizza.” I said looking up at Noah.
It was true, I hadn't ever tried pizza, though I've heard from bits of human conversation that it was considered amazing in human eyes. I was, dare I say, excited to try it. ‘Geez, today has been such a rollercoaster of emotions’ I thought as I began to zone out of this world and into one of my own.
I can't remember what I was thinking of, all I can remember was being shocked out of my thoughts by a knock on the door, causing me to stumble back on the table. I fell on my back and heard two chuckles from the brothers.
I glared up at the two, only to see them already looking at me. We held the makeshift staring contest for a few minutes until Noah started to stand. “I need to get that before we lose our pizza!” he exclaimed, still being conscious of his volume. I smiled at him. “Well aren't you just the cutest.” he said as he reached over for me. He received a quick slap to the wrist from his brother, causing me to giggle. Noah looked at me with a smirk. “Look who's finally warming up.” he said as he made a face, resulting in more laughter. “Am not!” I called back to him as he started to walk towards the door.
“Sorry can't hear you.” he said in a mockingly sarcastic tone and shrugged his shoulders. Luckily I received justice as Jayden threw a pillow at the cocky man's head. He smiled at me and we both chuckled when we heard a few groans of annoyment from his brother. “So, what are we thinking? Movie, game? He asked obviously trying to find something to lighten the mood. “NOT a game! How would that even work?! I'm the size of a game piece.” I said with sass lining my voice. “Exactly.” he said with a smirk, he started to reach for me and i backed up.
“We could play monopoly and you can be my piece.” he said as he reached me. I wasn't fast enough to get away from his hands and ended up once again, sitting on his palm.
“N-no! I don’t even know how to play monopoly.”I replied. I knew he wasn't serious but the doubt didn't leave my mind.
Eventually Noah came back with the pizza and took me from Jayden, who had been too busy teasing me for being the size of a game piece to notice his brother coming back. “Heeeyyy” Jayden whined, he may have been the older brother but he sounded like a toddler who just got told the word “no”.
“She's not a toy you big oaf.” Noah replied to his whines. I was smirking knowing until I heard Jayden whisper under his breath “she's the size of one.” with a smirk of his own. “Ugh, can we just have pizza and not play any games.” I requested. Today had been full of too much excitement already. I didn't need anymore.

Noah’s pov:
I looked at her small form, she seemed very interested in the movie, she was watching it intently. Who knew she would enjoy a comedy this much. Sadly i was reminded that all good things come to an end as the credits started to roll and she turned to see me looking at her, “stare much?” she asked in a joking tone. She sounded sleepy.
“Time for bed everyone!” said Jayden at that same moment, as if reading my mind. As if on que april yawned at the same time. Damn she was cute. She was cute, and not cute baby bunny cute (though she was that too) she was also cute as in blushing and mumbling in front of her cute. Shit. i can't be falling for a four inch person right?......right?
I picked April up to head to bed “heyyyyy im not even tired!” she yelled as I headed towards the stairs. “It's either me or Jayden but you're going to sleep either way.” I said with a slight chuckle, “you called?” Jayden said as he suddenly appeared next to me, i jumped slightly at the startle though not enough to disturb april luckily. “Well our little guest is being given the choice of where to sleep.” I replied, “Any input?” “Well I would like to say that she needs to pick fast cuz im going to bed.” he said with a tired smile. “Ugh fine ill sleep with noah.'' April said in sleepy annoyance.
I expected her to pick me due to the familiarity but apparently Jayden had assumed that she would want to sleep with him, wait. That sounds so wrong, ok, sleep on him just because of his childish charms.
“What did I do?” asked Jayden with a pout. “Nothing, I just know how to get away from this buffoon, though I have no idea about your methods of restraining me.” she replied with a sassy smirk, she yawned near the end and it was just about the cutest thing i have ever seen. I don't think she or Jayden could see my blush due to the dark of the room and for that, I was grateful.
“Fair.” Jayden’s short reply was unexpected but he was tired so I thought little of it. “Wait, you couldn't get away from me if you tried.” i said with a fanned hurt and some sarcastic confidence thrown in there as well.as i started moving up the stairs to my awaiting bed i herd april grumble a grumpy reply that was to quiet for me to hear and felt her shift into a curled position on my hand, probably soaking up all the heat she could get.
I smiled and moved my hand closer to my chest. I slowly opened the door to my room and set her on the nightstand. She was out cold and I walked to the bathroom to change into some shorts and no shirt. It would be summer break in just a week, meaning that it was already hot as hell in my house.
I walked over to my bed and swiftly and gently picked April up from the night stand, layed down, and set her on my chest, placing my hands over her. I used both hands as an extra precaution, based on what she used as a reason to sleep here and not with Jayden. I felt she was planning another one of her famous escape plans and it was school tomorrow, meaning I had no time for her shenanigans.
“Good night” I mumbled as I was lulled to sleep by the calming sounds of the still busy street and the quiet patter of calm rain on my window.
*****************************************
Next morning.(still noah’s pov since im lazy)
***********************
I could’ve sworn I heard a tiny voice, though it wasn't the normal annoyed voice of April that I had gotten used to these past two days. Instead it sounded hushed and rushed (heh it rhymes) it sounded like a boy too, it sounded just as small as april though so it couldn't be Jayden. As if he would come into my room unannounced. I remembered how he and April met and realized that yes, that was indeed something my brother would do. However even his “gentlemen '' self couldn't be that quiet.
That’s when I felt a sharp pain like being stabbed with a toothpick shot up my leg. I Opened my eyes and looked over to my leg, shocked and confused but what I saw was even more shocking. There was another tiny person standing right next to my leg with a long shard of glass covered in what could only be my blood. It looked almost like a small sword. “Wh-who are you!?” I said in surprise. As I reached my hand (after taking it aff april) over to the tiny man. “Stay back, human!” he said, holding his makeshift sword up as if warning he would cut me if i reached any closer. I stopped my hand from moving. “Put the girl down.” he said with anger lacing his voice. I don't know why but i did, i put april down onto my legs.
I realized that she had been struggling in my hand though i hadn't noticed in all the confusion. “Thank you!” she yelled running over to the boy, he looked to be a few years older than her but he didn't look any older than early 20’s.“Wait april!” I said as I reached my hand over without thinking. I was met with a swift slash of the makeshift glass sword. I pulled my hand back quickly to look at the cut, there was a straight cut across the top of my palm. I am angry now.

Starting again
Here I am again, trying to lose weight AGAIN. I’d had bariatric sleeve surgery in 2016 and lost 100 pounds in about a year. I wasn’t at goal yet, still had about 40 pounds to go. Life happened. I got married, moved to a new place, turned 50 all in 2019. I was started to see some cracks in my goals, but nothing big. I was still going to to gym three times a week, still walking a lot......them BOOM...
2020 happened. It was one of the worst years of my life, and trust me when I say i’ve had bad years. It wasn’t just COVID, wasn’t just COVID shutting down my gym...My brother Mike suddenly died on April 1, 2020. He’d been in ill health for many years, he’d had at least 9 or 10 heart attacks, had at least 9 or 10 strokes. He had really high cholesterol for years. He had issues with so many things, including a drinking problem he developed as he got sicker. In the end he was tired and left us at only 53.
It was soul crushing for me. He was my only sibling, We lost out parents three years apart as teenagers so it was just him and me against the world. He was all I had. Yes I have his widow, two adult kids and his grandson. Yes I have my husband, stepkids, grandkids and nieces and nephew from the marriage, but i’m still at the core of my being alone.....i’m now 53 and have outlived my family.
In my grief I allowed myself to be derailed. I’ve gained back about 60 of the hundred I lost. While i’m happy to know I didn’t gain it all back i’m said that i allowed myself to go off track. Mike would kick my butt if he knew I let his death stop me from all the hard work i’d done  I can and will do this

The genshin men: fatherhood edition
With: Childe, Zhongli, Kaeya, Diluc, Xiao, Venti, Albedo and Baizhu
—————————
Childe:
Ajax loves kids and he’ll make that known early on in your relationship
Like...This man wants five or more kids but he’ll settle for four. He dreams of a big family, getting to surround himself with you and your kids every night for family dinners, everyone getting together for big birthday parties or reunions! That’s his dream life! Plus, in Snezhnaya, most families have more than two kids anyways
He will cry so hard when his babies are placed in his arms for the first time, I mean he’s a mess. Nose is running, eyes puffy, lost of sniffling lmao he is so excited to be a dad!! Don’t you dare tell the other Harbingers how much he cried...What do you mean you took a picture when he wasn’t looking??? Hey??!?!
With his obscene amount of mora, he’ll buy a huge house that will accommodate everyone. Anything you want will be purchased that day or within 48 hours, the same goes for the kids
But they’ll all learn to be thankful for what they have. They’ll learn to fight, fish and speak multiple languages. He has high expectations but let’s face it, he’ll be proud of them no matter what
You’re gonna have to be the one to put your foot down though because Ajax doesn’t enjoy being the ‘mean parent’, he has trouble saying no to the kiddos which can create some tension between you and your husband. He has good intentions of course!! He doesn’t wanna say no to those cute, freckled faces!!
Zhongli:
Zhongli is nervous about having kids because he’s immortal. So this will go one of two ways. 1. You have the baby and the baby ends up not being immortal (or you adopt a baby who is not immortal) Then he loses you both. OR 2. You have the baby and it inherits his immortality and becomes an adeptus. Now he and the baby will have to watch you die while they both life forever.
Either way...It hurts him to think about because he loves you!! He wants to have a family with you!! He wants to give you that perfect family life every human desires!! But he’s torn
You two will just have to figure it out.
Zhongli will be a strong, male figure for your kid(s) and he will instill that traditional kindness and respect into their behavior. ‘Please’ and ‘thank you’ always, always offer to help someone who needs it, do good deeds and you will feel accomplished, be the best you you can be, alway try your hardest because that’s all that matters
He will be sure that your kid(s) always feel loved ALWAYS. Zhongli will tell them stories, cook for them, take them to school, anything that needs to be done. When you’ve had a rough day, he’ll step in to take over for the night without being asked. He shows interest in everything your kid(s) like and he will do his damn best to display every piece of artwork they make or every pretty rock they find
He...will make a great dad :’)
Kaeya:
Ooooh brother, at first Kaeya says no he doesn’t want kids but...Then he starts thinking about it
He observes the happy families that walk around the cobblestone streets of Mondstadt, how the kiddos smile and laugh with their parents. He’ll patrol in the afternoons, usually rounding the corner just in time to see the city’s kids leave school for the day, watching as they all run down the street to go home to their parents or play in the fountain together...Yeah, that really warms his heart
He’d want one or two kids, preferably two to avoid an only child being lonely. He isn’t on the best terms with Diluc but he can admit that they had a great childhood together, playing at the winery and running around as brothers do
Kaeya would be a very patient, understanding father. He doesn’t have much of a temper so he’d use the kids’ mistakes as learning opportunities instead of getting upset at them
He would be obsessed with the kids when they’re babies though oh man if you thought you had baby fever, he has it times ten! He loves holding the baby, watching with a twinkling eye as his baby grasps his thumb with its tiny hand... adorable
And if your kids inherited his eyes, his star shaped pupils that his ancestors passed down to him...He’s gonna get emotional
Everyone at the knights’ headquarters and the Angel’s Share will get sick of him REALLY fast cause he won’t stop bragging about how cute and smart his kids are lmao
Diluc:
Diluc would be such a soft dad don’t even get me started
He loves you so much of course he wants to have kids with you! Is that even a question?? He won’t be the one to bring it up unless he gets the feeling that you want kids but once you ask, he’ll agree so fast
He’ll be grateful to even have one kid with you :’) and he’ll be fine with however many kids YOU want. You want one kid? Perfect! You want four? No problem, the manor is big enough for ten! You...you want ten...? Time to hire some more maids then lmao
Diluc is a worry wart though, he’ll be afraid to hold the baby, feed it, bathe it, he’s terrified of hurting the baby or the baby suddenly hating him. So just help him out!! Cause when he gets comfortable with the baby, he’ll be in full dad mode
He isn’t embarrassed to walk around the manor, conducting business with a baby strapped to his chest!
Diluc is a very kind, gentle dad who will always offer helpful solutions to the kiddos’ problems. He’ll make sure all of their needs are met while also trying to avoid spoiling them... Too much... There will be a fair amount of spoiling...
His own father wasn’t too affectionate with him so that’s why he’ll be affectionate with his kids! Hugs and kisses when he tucks them in at night, big dad hugs when they get home from school, holding their hands in the busy streets of Mondstadt. His father was a great dad! He just aims to be better.
Xiao:
Like Zhongli, he worries about the mortality thing. Since he’s an Adeptus, his kid will certainly be an Adeptus too if you have kids together.
He also worries that his kid(s) will hate him. His duty is to kill demons which means that rain or shine, holidays, special occasions, day or night he’s gotta be ready to go slaughter demonic beings. So he’ll inevitably miss out on important stages in the kiddos’ lives
And admittedly... He’ll be scared of his kids lmao
They’re screaming, crying, barfing, pooping, laughing, screaming again...He can’t predict their behavior. It’s unsettling. All of that goes away one night when you sit him down and place your sleeping baby in his arms. His eyes go wide...And he just watches. This tiny, little baby...Feels no fear for him. It’s comforted by his presence. He almost cries...ALMOST
He’s still pretty much the same Xiao we all know and love but now he has a kid. “Slaying demons is what I do...Hey, go back inside and finish your dinner. Yes, even your vegetables. I don’t care that you don’t like them-...Fine. Don’t tell your mother, bring them to me. I’ll eat them” cute :)
He’s a protective dad and husband, he’d never let anyone or anything harm his beloved family
Venti:
Venti....does not want kids. He thinks they’re cute! He likes the idea of kids but he knows he wouldn’t enjoy actually having kids
You two already have so much fun together!! You don’t need a kid!! You guys have dogs!! Dogs are like kids! But they’re more independent and they’re cuter!
He’ll feel bad if you want kids and he doesn’t, he really will! But it’ll be nearly impossible to convince him cause he’s made his mind up :/
Venti’ll make it up to you somehow though, he’ll take you out more and show you all of the adventures you guys can have if there aren’t kids around
But for the sake of fatherhood headcanons, let’s pretend he gave in. Venti would be a very caring dad. He would cuddle the hell out of this kiddo and sing to them :’) the only problem is that Venti doesn’t like being tethered to one place for too long so he tends to take off and not come back for a few days... :(
Albedo:
Albedo wants kids mostly just to see what fatherhood would be like. He’s always been curious about what that part of his life would be like so why not have a kid
He’d be good with one kid, two at most cause after practically raising Klee, he knows how some kids can be and...He doesn’t have the mental capacity for more than two kids at a time lmao
He tries his best to show more emotion in his face. We all know he usually sits like this 😐 and goes ‘wow im so happy right now’. If you didn’t know him, you’d think he was bored out of his mind right? So he’s gotta work on that. And when he musters up a smile for the baby and it smiles back at him????? Yeah...He’s gonna try to smile a lot more now
He definitely softens up once he becomes a dad, he shows emotion more than he used to and surprisingly, he takes time off of work. Shocker, I know! He decides that he’s been in the lab long enough and that he wants to be able to be there for these moments with you and his kid(s) :’) :’) He trusts Sucrose and Timaeus to take over for him for a couple hours
He keeps a journal for each kid and writes down the date and time they have their firsts or just interesting things they do ->
- 8/4: Baby sees and plays with a cat for the first time
- 9/5: Baby smacked me in the face and laughed so hard she threw up
-9/12: Baby learns that pulling my hair gets my attention. She now continues to do so
-10/15: Baby stays at Aunt Klee’s house for the first time
Baizhu:
Baizhu really loves kids, he works with them a lot and he considers Qiqi to be his daughter anyway but in terms of you guys having a kid together, with his condition he can probably only handle one kid running around
He will do his absolute best to be a good dad. Even if he feels like death, he’ll help change diapers, feed the baby, care for it when you need a break. He isn’t contagious so when you’re sleeping and he feels gross, he’ll sit back against the pillows with the baby on his chest, the three of you resting together (though he doesn’t fall asleep...that would be dangerous for the baby)
Baizhu already tends to nag at you about your health and lifestyle choices but now?? He’ll be a menace. He’ll be constantly evaluating your baby’s condition, checking to see if a certain food is giving them a rash or making sure their skin isn’t drying out. He’s hyper aware of your baby’s health and will be the one to treat them if they get sick
He’s a busy guy since he runs the pharmacy but he will always do his best to be present for your baby’s big milestones! And when your kid cries cause Baizhu’s medicine tastes like shit, he’ll do his best to not be disappointed in their reaction lmao
When you leave him alone with the baby, he’ll wrap a scarf around himself to tie the baby to his chest while he works and...he looks so cute :) dad baizhu <3 <3 <3 <3
Bonus points for him buying the baby toy medical equipment so he can get your kiddo interested in medicine :)

'Loki' takes over: Tom Hiddleston on his new TV series and a decade in the MCU
Ten years after Hiddleston first chose chaos in Thor, Marvel’s fan favorite God of Mischief is going even bigger with his time-bending Disney+ show.
Tom Hiddleston is Loki, and he is burdened with glorious purpose: After playing Thor's puckish brother for over a decade in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, no one understands the mercurial Asgardian God of Mischief as well as the actor. He can teach an entire seminar on Loki if given the opportunity — which he actually did during pre-production on his forthcoming Disney+ show. In conversation, Hiddleston quotes lines from his MCU debut, 2011's Thor, almost verbatim, and will playfully correct you if you mistakenly refer to Asgard's Rainbow Bridge as the Bifrost, which is the portal that connects Loki and Thor's homeworld to the Nine Realms, including Midgard, a.k.a. Earth. "Well, the Bifrost technically is the energy that runs through the bridge," he says with a smile. "But nine points to Gryffindor!" And when he shows up to the photo shoot for this very digital cover, he hops on a call with our photo editor to pitch ways the concept could be even more Loki, like incorporating the flourish the trickster does whenever magically conjuring something. The lasting impression is that playing Loki isn't just a paycheck.
"Rather than ownership, it's a sense of responsibility I feel to give my best every time and do the best I can because I feel so grateful to be a part of what Marvel Studios has created," the 40-year-old Brit tells EW over Zoom a few days after the shoot and a week out from Thor's 10th anniversary. "I just want to make sure I've honored that responsibility with the best that I can give and the most care and thought and energy."
After appearing in three Thor movies and three Avengers, Hiddleston is bringing that passion to his first solo Marvel project, Loki, the House of Ideas' third Disney+ series following the sitcom pastiche WandaVision and the topical The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Led by head writer Michael Waldron (Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Heels), the six-episode drama sees Hiddleston's shapeshifting agent of chaos step out from behind his brother's shadow and into the spotlight for a timey-wimey, sci-fi adventure that aims to get to the bottom of who Loki really is. "I wanted to explore slightly more complex character questions," says Waldron. "It's not just good versus bad. Is anybody all good? Is anybody all bad? What makes a hero, a hero? A villain, a villain?"
Even though Loki — who loves sowing mayhem with his illusion magic and shapeshifting, all with a major chip on his shoulder — has never been one for introspection, the idea of building an entire show around him was a no-brainer for Marvel. When asked why Loki was one of the studio's first Disney+ shows, Marvel president Kevin Feige replies matter-of-factly, "More Hiddleston, more Loki." First introduced as Thor's (Chris Hemsworth) envious brother in Kenneth Branagh's Thor, Loki went full Big Bad in 2012's The Avengers. That film cemented the impish rogue as one of the shared universe's fan favorites, thanks to Hiddleston's ability to make him deliciously villainous yet charismatic and, most importantly, empathetic. The character's popularity is one of the reasons he's managed to avoid death many times.
"He's been around for thousands of years. He had all sorts of adventures," says Feige. "Wanting to fill in the blanks and see much more of Loki's story [was] the initial desire [for the series]."
The Loki we meet on the show is not the one who fought the Avengers in 2012 and evolved into an antihero in Thor: The Dark World and Thor: Ragnarok before meeting his demise at the hands of the mad titan Thanos (Josh Brolin) in 2018's Avengers: Infinity War. Instead, we'll be following a Loki from a branched timeline (a variant, if you will) after he stole the Tesseract following his thwarted New York invasion and escaped S.H.I.E.L.D. custody during the time heist featured in Avengers: Endgame. In other words, this Loki hasn't gone through any sort of redemption arc. He's still the charming yet petulant god who firmly believes he's destined to rule and has never gotten his due.
Premiering June 9, Loki begins with the Time Variance Authority — a bureaucratic organization tasked with safeguarding the proper flow of time — arresting the Loki Variant seen in Endgame because they want his help fixing all of the timeline problems he caused while on the run with the Tesseract. So there will be time travel, and a lot more of it than in Endgame. As Loki makes his way through his own procedural, he'll match wits with new characters including Owen Wilson's Agent Mobius, a brilliant TVA analyst, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw's Judge Renslayer. The question in early episodes is whether Loki will help them or take over.
"One of the things Kevin Feige led on was, 'I think we should find a way of exploring the parts of Loki that are independent of his relationship with Thor,' or see him in a duality or in relationship with others, which I thought was very exciting," says Hiddleston, who also serves as an executive producer on the show. "So the Odinson saga, that trilogy of films, still has its integrity, and we don't have to reopen it and retell it."
Yet, in order to understand where Loki is going, it's important to see where he came from.
Hiddleston can't believe how long he and Loki have been connected. "I've been playing this character for 11 years," he says. "Which is the first time I have said that sentence, I realize, and it [blows] my mind. I don't know what percentage that is exactly of my 40 years of being alive, but it's substantial."
His time as Loki actually goes a bit further back, to 2009 — a year after Robert Downey Jr. big banged the MCU into existence with Iron Man — when he auditioned for Thor. It's no secret that Hiddleston initially went in for the role of the titular God of Thunder, but Feige and director Kenneth Branagh thought his natural charm and flexibility as an actor made him better suited for the movie's damaged antagonist. "Tom gave you an impression that he could be ready for anything, performance-wise," says Branagh, who had previously worked with him on a West End revival of Checkov's Ivanov and the BBC series Wallander. "Tom has a wild imagination, so does Loki. He's got a mischievous sense of humor and he was ready to play. It felt like he had a star personality, but he was a team player."
Hiddleston fully immersed himself in the character. Outside of studying Loki's history in the Marvel Comics, he also researched how Loki and the Trickster God archetype appeared across mythology and different cultures. "He understood that he was already in something special [and] it was a special character in a special part of that early moment in the life of the Marvel universe where [he] also needed to step up in other ways," says Branagh, who was impressed by the emotional depth Hiddleston brought to the part, especially when it came to how isolated Loki felt in the Asgardian royal family.

There was a lot riding on that first Thor feature. For one, no one knew if audiences would immediately latch onto a Shakespearean superhero movie partially set on an alien planet populated by the Norse Gods of legend. Second, it was integral to Feige's plans for the shared universe. Loki was supposed to be the main villain in The Avengers, which would not only mirror how Earth's mightiest heroes joined forces in 1963's Avengers #1 but also give Thor a believable reason for teaming up with Iron Man, Captain America (Chris Evans), and the rest of the capes. Feige first clued Hiddleston into those larger plans when the actor was in L.A. before Thor started shooting.
"I was like, 'Excuse me?' Because he was already three, four steps ahead," says Hiddleston. "That took me a few minutes to process, because I didn't quite realize how it just suddenly had a scope. And being cast as Loki, I realized, was a very significant moment for me in my life, and was going to remain. The creative journey was going to be so exciting."
Hiddleston relished the opportunity to go full villain in Avengers, like in the scene where Loki ordered a crowd to kneel before him outside a German opera house: "It's the unspoken truth of humanity, that you crave subjugation," says the Machiavellian god. "The bright lure of freedom diminishes your life's joy in a mad scramble for power, for identity. You were made to be ruled. In the end, you will always kneel."
"I just knew that in the structure of that film, I had to lean into his role as a pure antagonist," Hiddleston recalls. "What I always found curious and complex about the way Loki is written in Avengers, is that his status as an antagonist comes from the same well of not belonging and being marginalized and isolated in the first Thor film. Loki now knows he has no place in Asgard."
Loki did find a place within the audience's hearts, though. Feige was "all in" on Hiddleston as his Loki from the beginning, but even he couldn't predict how much fans would love him. Feige recalls the reaction at the 2013 San Diego Comic-Con: "Did we know that after he was the villain in two movies, he would be bringing thousands of people to their feet in Hall H, in costume, chanting his name? No, that was above and beyond the plan that we were hoping for and dreaming of." It was a dream Feige first got an inkling of a year earlier during the Avengers press tour when a Russian fan slipped past security, snuck into Mark Ruffalo's car, and asked the Hulk actor to give Hiddleston a piece of fan art she created. "That was one of the early signs there was much more happening with this quote-unquote villain."
Despite that popularity, the plan was to kill Loki off in 2013's Thor: The Dark World, but the studio reversed course after test audiences refused to believe he actually died fighting the Dark Elves. Alas, he couldn't out-illusion death forever. After returning in Taika Waititi's colorful and idiosyncratic Thor: Ragnarok, Hiddleston's character perished for real in the opening moments of Infinity War. In typical Loki fashion, before Thanos crushed his windpipe, he delivered a defiant speech that indicated he'd finally made peace with the anger he felt toward his family.
"It felt very, very final, and I thought, 'Okay, that's it. This is Loki's final bow and a conclusive end to the Odinson saga,'" says Hiddleston, who shot that well-earned death scene in 2017.
But, though he didn't know it yet, the actor's MCU story was far from over.

When Hiddleston returned to film two scenes in Avengers: Endgame in 2017, he had no idea where Loki portaled off to after snatching the Tesseract. "Where'd he go? When does he go? How does he get there? These are all questions I remember asking on the day, and then not being given any answers," Hiddleston recalls. To be fair, it's likely the Powers That Be didn't necessarily have answers then. While Feige can't exactly recall when the writers' room for Endgame first devised Loki's escape sequence, he does know that setting up a future show wasn't the primary goal — because a Loki series wasn't on the horizon just yet.
"[That scene] was really more of a wrinkle so that one of the missions that the Avengers went on in Endgame could get screwed up and not go well, which is what required Cap and Tony to go further back in time to the '70s," says Feige. Soon after that, though, former Disney CEO Bob Iger approached Feige about producing content for the studio's forthcoming streaming service. "I think the notion that we had left this hanging loose end with Loki gave us the in for what a Loki series could be. So by the time [Endgame] came out, we did know where it was going."
As for Hiddleston, he didn't find out about the plans for a Loki show until spring 2018, a few weeks before Infinity War hit theaters. "I probably should not have been surprised, but I was," says the actor. "But only because Infinity War had felt so final."
Nevertheless, Hiddleston was excited about returning for his show. He was eager to explore Loki's powers, especially the shapeshifting, and what it meant that this disruptive figure still managed to find a seat beside the gods in mythology. "I love this idea [of] Loki's chaotic energy somehow being something we need. Even though, for all sorts of reasons, you don't know whether you can trust him. You don't know whether he's going to betray you. You don't why he's doing what he's doing," says Hiddleston. "If he's shapeshifting so often, does he even know who he is? And is he even interested in understanding who he is? Underneath all those masks, underneath the charm and the wit, which is kind of a defense anyway, does Loki have an authentic self? Is he introspective enough or brave enough to find out? I think all of those ideas are all in the series — ideas about identity, ideas about self-knowledge, self-acceptance, and the difficulty of it."
“The series will explore Loki's powers in a way they have not yet been explored, which is very, very exciting.”
The thing that truly sold Hiddleston on the show was Marvel's decision to include the Time Variance Authority, a move he describes as "the best idea that anybody had pertaining to the series." Feige and Loki executive producer Stephen Broussard had hoped to find a place for the TVA — an organization that debuted in 1986's Thor #372 and has appeared in She-Hulk and Fantastic Four stories — in the MCU for years, but the right opportunity never presented itself until Loki came along. "Putting Loki into his own procedural series became the eureka moment for the show," says Feige.
The TVA's perspective on time and reality also tied into the themes that Waldron, Loki's head writer, was hoping to explore. "Loki is a character that's always reckoning with his own identity, and the TVA, by virtue of what they do, is uniquely suited to hold up a mirror to Loki and make him really confront who he is and who he was supposed to be," says Waldron. Hiddleston adds: "[That] was very exciting because in the other films, there was always something about Loki that was very controlled. He seemed to know exactly what the cards in his hand were and how he was going to play them…. And Loki versus the TVA is Loki out of control immediately, and in an environment in which he's completely behind the pace, out of his comfort zone, destabilized, and acting out."
To truly dig into who Loki is, the creative team had to learn from the man who knows him best: Hiddleston. "I got him to do a thing called Loki School when we first started," says director Kate Herron. "I asked him to basically talk through his 10 years of the MCU — from costumes to stunts, to emotionally how he felt in each movie. It was fantastic."
Hiddleston got something out of the Loki school, too. Owen Wilson both attended the class and interviewed Hiddleston afterward so that he could better understand Loki, as his character Mobius is supposed to be an expert on him. During their conversation, Wilson pointedly asked Hiddleston what he loved about playing the character.
"And I said, 'I think it's because he has so much range,'" says Hiddleston. "I remember saying this to him: 'On the 88 keys on the piano, he can play the twinkly light keys at the top. He can keep it witty and light, and he's the God of Mischief, but he can also go down to the other side and play the heavy keys. And he can play some really profound chords down there, which are about grief and betrayal and loss and heartbreak and jealousy and pride.'" Hiddleston recalls Wilson being moved by the description: "He said, 'I think I might say that in the show.' And it was such a brilliant insight for me into how open Owen is as an artist and a performer.'"

Everyone involved is particularly excited for audiences to see Hiddleston and Wilson's on-screen chemistry. "Mobius is not unlike Owen Wilson in that he's sort of nonplussed by the MCU," says Feige. "[Loki] is used to getting a reaction out of people, whether it's his brother or his father, or the other Avengers. He likes to be very flamboyant and theatrical. Mobius doesn't give him the reaction he's looking for. That leads to a very unique relationship that Loki's not used to."
As for the rest of the series, we know that Loki will be jumping around time and reality, but the creative team isn't keen on revealing when and where. "Every episode, we tried to take inspiration from different things," says Waldron, citing Blade Runner's noir aesthetic as one example.
"Part of the fun of the multiverse and playing with time is seeing other versions of characters, and other versions of the titular character in particular," says Feige, who also declined to confirm if Loki ties into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and/or other upcoming projects.
Making Loki was especially meaningful to Hiddleston because they shot most of it during the pandemic, in late 2020. "It will remain one of the absolute most intense, most rewarding experiences of my life," he says. "It's a series about time, and the value of time, and what time is worth, and I suppose what the experience of being alive is worth. And I don't quite know yet, and maybe I don't have perspective on it, if all the thinking and the reflecting that we did during the lockdown ended up in the series. But in some way, it must have because everything we make is a snapshot of where we were in our lives at that time."
While it remains to be seen what the future holds for Loki beyond this initial season, Hiddleston isn't preparing to put the character to bed yet. "I'm open to everything," he says. "I have said goodbye to the character. I've said hello to the character. I said goodbye to the character [again]. I've learned not to make assumptions, I suppose. I'm just grateful that I'm still here, and there are still new roads to explore."

twins have always been viewed as a bad omen for the parents - there are high chances of both twins developing no Cursed Technique at all, or have a Cursed Technique that is not desirable. So there had been no hope when one of the wives from the main family of the gojo clan was pregnant, and from what they can tell with twins at that
so it was a huge surprise to not only the elders but the entire jujutsu world when not one, but both of the twins were born with the coveted Six Eyes - something that had never happened in the history of the gojo clan. it was a moment to be celebrated!
if only they knew just what was lies ahead
much to the delight of the elders, the older one of the twins was the boy, satoru, while the girl was born 20 minutes after - it wouldn’t have mattered if it was the other way around, but just having the young boy being the one born first was definitely the icing on the cake
both of you were an absolute headache to deal with, causing so much chaos and mayhem that the elders had wondered if they should have celebrated at the idea of having two Six Eyes users under the same house was a good thing
the both of you trained together throughout your younger years, with satoru becoming super overprotective even though you were twins - he understood from a young age that the both of you were starting at different levels of footing because of your gender
yes, you are a girl - but at 7 years old you had exorcise a Grade-Two Curse by yourself with no more than an annoyed click of your tongue and a snap of your fingers, walking away whilst whining about how it got your favourite dress dirty
with that being said though, he loves to tease you are still the younger one between the both of you, and had teased you about how you should refer to him as ‘onii-chan’ instead of his first name
“come on, Y/N~ it’s a sign of respect~”
“i am going to spend you to outer space one of these days.”
the two of you were already known about the jujutsu world way before you even became old enough to enroll in Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College - you two were even allowed to enter without an interview with the then principal of the school
who would want to waste their time interviewing two highly over qualified teenagers anyway?
the first time you met geto and shoko, they were both intimidated by your sheer presence. the both of them have heard talks about the gojo twins entering their year as a pair
so when they had first met you, standing there in your uniform with your bright blue eyes hiding behind a pair of blacked out sunglasses and an indifferent look on your face - they definitely felt a shiver go through their bodies
however, when they saw your twin brother appearing behind you with the biggest grin, hugging you from behind whilst you scowled and tried to push his head away - they were definitely less intimidated now
“now, now, Y/N-chan, stop being so scary~”
“nii-chan, i am giving you three seconds to let go of me.”
the two of you quite the duo, especially when you two are always pinned against one another with more difficult and more challenging missions compared to when you were under the care of the gojo clan
geto felt less pressure to match up to his friend, since satoru and Y/N are always at each other’s throat - wanting to outmatch the other and one up the other with silly things like Curse head counts and how difficult its level is
with that being said, satoru is very protective of you - if any so much as speaks poorly of you, he would not hesitate to put them in their place
“oya? what makes you think you can speak of my baby sister like that?” satoru had hummed towards the small group of men, who were commenting on how beautiful the young woman was followed by a lot of unsavoury comments.
satoru still sported his casual smile, yet there was a certain air around him that made them shut their mouths up real fast. “mind repeating that? just want to make sure that i have a good enough reason to put your lazy asses six feet underground..”
after that specific incident by the way, satoru had you and your friends out on a little excursion around tokyo - where they just did a bunch of stupid things together to calm down
you can read him like the back of a book though, so when both of your friends went away to browse through some shelves in a video game store, you just wrapped your arms around your brother with a smile. “you know, nii-chan, you don’t need to go about protect my honour. i’m a big girl now.”
he’d just blink down at you before giving you a soft but genuine smile, petting the top of your head with one of his hand while the other was resting inside of his pocket. “if i don’t protect you, who am i going to protect?”
that statement was proven during your second year - a cursed user had overpowered you and shoko and had taken the both of you hostage. the curse user had practically beaten you into a pulp, knowing that you were the stronger one between the two
shoko had been tied up and beaten as well, but you were definitely taking the brunt of his anger - along with being forced to listen about how he was going to sell you to some low life family that had been trying to get you to marry their sorry excuse of a son.
you don’t even remember meeting the father of the boy, who had claimed to visit the gojo clan home a few times now
“you gonna be a good girl for me?” the man had gripped as he gripped your hair in his hands, giving you a smirk whilst you scowled over at him in annoyance, blinking the blood out of your eyes from the wound on the top of your head.
before you can give another snarky answer in reply that will get you another beating, the sound of someone kicking the door in. before either one of you can move, the man suddenly let go of your hair with a pained gasp as someone grabbed his hair and forced his head back, looking up into a pair of glowing blue eyes
“get your filthy hands off my baby sister.”
geto was in charge of taking care of the both of you, leaving the room with a simple reminder to satoru that they needed to bring the man back alive
both of you spending most of your time trying to unlock the many secrets of the Limitless, and how to control it better
during the entire star plasma vessel fiasco, you had stayed by geto’s side. and while you didn’t manage to save rika from being murdered, you had, like gojo, managed to touch the core of cursed energy
toji had ‘killed you’ before he went after geto, yet like satoru, he did not decapitate your head; so you had slowly started to use the reverse curse technique to heal your wounds
so you couldn’t believe satoru’s belief when he found you using reverse cursed technique to heal geto, wrapping you up in his arms while you just smile and hold him as well
the three of you plus shoko had turned to one another for comfort, because along the way you four have grown close to the young girl, and her death really affected all of you
but if there is something bright that came out from this, is that you and your brother had really elevated yourselves to become the strongest duo of the new generation - both pretty much an entire chest above the current active sorcerers
after satoru had calmed down, he had told you about what toji had said to him before his death - about how he has a son that he had planned to sell of to the zen’ins
the two of you went to visit the young boy, discovering that he had an older sister as well; and without hesitation you had taken the both of them under your wing, pulling a few strings behind the scenes while also trying to provide him with as normal as a life as you two could
megumi had viewed you as a mother figure, someone who looked out for him and tsumiki, teaching the two of them life skills like sewing and cooking, making sure they always have warm meals.
you never miss their birthdays either - always making sure to get them either a cake or a small cupcake with a candle on the top to blow out just for the sake of tradition
sure, satoru loves to spoil them too, but he acted more like their chilled older brother - he definitely relies on you more as a parental figure he had lacked for quite a huge part of his childhood
he had remembered how once, when you had made him his favourite curry and rice after a long week, he just sighed and said, “thanks mum,” before he started to eat his meal
at first you froze in shock, and  megumi did too - but before the blushing teen can apologise, you had already wrapped him up in your arms as you just cried your heart out
satoru had teasingly asked him if megumi can call him ‘dad’, to which megumi just scowled and sent his divine dogs after your brother
satoru loves to introduce you two as the ‘strongest duo’ by the way - which makes you super awkward and you hate it with a passion. he wasn’t wrong, but it’s still awkward
“we’re the Gojos - the strongest duo out there.”
“please stop calling us that.”
feel like because you’re there, geto might still be on the path to the light lmao - like mans will be a teacher in school and you three will be dub the ‘idiot trinity’ or some bullshit nickname lol - the three biggest troublemakers in the jujutsu world
yet the three most capable ones as well - absolutely drive the higher ups of the jujutsu world insane
with that being said though - the three of you definitely hashed a plan to change the jujutsu world together. even shoko agrees that there should be some change to the old ways of the jujutsu world; so the four of you decided to sign up to work as teachers at Jujutsu High
the first group of students you took under your wing was the then first years - maki, toge, panda, and eventually yuta when he joined your little class
you are the mother for the students while geto is the responsible dad; satoru is the crazy uncle that is not allowed to supervise the students alone, and shoko is the cool aunt who lets you skip class in her office if you want
all the students have, at one point, just referred to you as ‘mum’ and you had always just accepted that with a soft smile and a pat on the top of their head
even if they are taller than you, they will willingly bend down to your height so you can pet them on the head - even megumi lets you get away with it
when itadori and nobara came into the picture, you had taken them un as your own as well - but you did spend a good 5 minutes laughing with geto at the idea that yuji manages to control sukuna like he is just an annoying imaginary friend in the back of his head that refuses to shut up
you had tried to give them some form of normality and comforts as teenagers, even if many times they were forced into very uncomfortable situations
all in all - it was utter chaos the moment both you and satoru were born. yet it was a miracle nonetheless. many times you prove to the world that your bond is stronger than people think it is, and that you two will go through anything to make sure the other is safe.
you are the younger one, but the more responsible one too. the motherly figure that everyone turned to, even your friends and brother, who needs comfort and a warm meal. yet if provoked, you can become deadly and kill with no hesitation. it’s because of this, both you and your brother are considered as quite the deadly duo; the strongest ones around.
