Romanogers Theory
I think that Marvel did both Steve and Nat wrong in Endgame. Like I get that maybe Steve went back and stayed there and that Nat dies getting the soul stone because of the whole, "a soul for a soul." But if Steve gave the soul stone back wouldn't that mean that he would get the soul which was sacrificed back as well? Meaning that Nat would've come back to that time...So what if when Sam asked, "are you going to tell me about her?" at the end of Endgame and Steve replied, "no I don't think I will," he wasn't talking about Peggy, maybe he was talking about Nat. Steve would've known going back and being with Peggy would've changed the entire course fo the timeline since she had kids without him, but he and Nat were both out of place, they both could've been together without anything being changed in the future.
Idk tell me your comments on this....

Loki is the Catalyst of Marvel
‪*If he didn’t let the Frost Giants into Asgard to interrupt Thor’s coronation, Thor wouldn’t have come to Earth and met Selvig who then later helped Loki create the ‘space portal machine’ in the Avengers. ‬
*If he didn’t try to destroy Jotunheim then he would never have fallen into the black hole, gotten the Space and Mind stone and got the Avengers to assemble and ‘deliver’ these Infinity Stones to them. He let himself get caught by the Avengers because he WANTED to LOSE!
‪*If he hadn’t of killed Coulson, we wouldn’t have Agents of SHIELD.
‪*If he hadn’t got the sceptre, Wanda wouldn’t have gotten her amplified powers nor would Vision or Ultron ever have existed. Thor & Tony wouldn’t have had their prophesying visions about what would likely happen in IW ‬‬
‪*If he didn’t let Thanos kill him in Infinity War, Thor would have been snapped out of existence and Thanos would have succeeded in erasing half‬
‪of the universe‬
‪*In Thor The Dark World, he saved Jane in order to prevent the Aether (the Reality Stone) from disappearing into the void‬
*He accidentally got his mother killed & therefore banished Odin which caused to age faster which resulted in him dying and Hela to be released.
‪*He also called for Skurge to take them back to Asgard via the Bifrost but Hela caught the ride with them which resulted in he and Thor to be sent to Sakaar where Thor reunited with the Hulk and met Valkyrie and Ragnarok to be caused. ‬
‪*If he didn’t take the Tesseract from Odin’s vault in Thor Ragnarok, Thanos wouldn’t have been able to find it therefore the snap either wouldn’t have happened or been delayed.
‬ *If he didn’t use the Tesseract to escape in Endgame, we wouldn’t have the multiverse since he wouldn’t have become the ‘God of Stories’ or create the TVA.
‪*Sylvie Killing Kang at the end of ‘Loki S1’ made the next big villain for the Avengers to face in Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars. ‬
‪*In ‘Loki S2,’ he has to save the multiverse from being destroyed.

‪So there. Loki is indeed more important to the Marvel Universe than we all realised. 😌‬
Doctor Strange saw that the only way it would all work was if Tony sacrificed himself. He saw what Loki was doing behind the scenes. Loki recruited HIMSELF into the TVA after recruiting Mobius and other underdogs in order
to humble him. He was ‘acting’ bad in the Avengers!! Loki admired Tony because of what he was doing. Btw: Loki called Don ‘Mobius’ due to Tony discovering the ‘Mobius’ strip’ in Endgame. He always admired Tony’s ‘glorious purpose’ and that’s why he keeps referring to him in the ‘Loki’ series and Mobius knows ALL about Loki because HE, Loki as the ‘God of Stories’ MADE him that way!😉🧬
Loki’s Impact on the Marvel Universe So Far
He deliberately got caught by the Avengers so that the respective items got delivered and he WANTED to LOSE!

He actually planned to get killed by Thanos in order to save Thor from being snapped and he knew that he would come back one way or another. He said these things for a reason! “I assure you brother, the sun will shine on us again” and “You’ll never be a God!”
Despite Frigga saying: ‘You’re so perceptive about everyone but yourself,’ the older, wiser Loki knows himself well enough in order to change the other, younger version of himself. He knows EVERYTHING about the Avengers members in the first Avengers movie for a REASON! 😉
So there. Loki is indeed more important to the Marvel Universe than we all realised. 😌‬💚
Thor, Hulk and Loki about the ‘Sun.’ God of Stories Loki made it so that the phrase the ‘sun is going down’ to calm the Hulk down and subdue him and the ‘sun shining on him and Thor again’ was to inspire hope and energy.
The Time Stone is green because of Loki. ‪Did he create it? Did he some how get it to Sanctum Sanctorum?‬
‪Did Loki make Heimdall send Bruce to the Sanctum in Infinity War since Loki had been there before (in Ragnarok?) Is that why Bruce mentions ‘Loki’ to Tony, Stephen and Wong informing and warning them about Thanos?‬
He created the World Tree Yggdrasil and quite literally erased, reset and rebooted the MCU! 🤯
Loki is the ‘World Serpent’ Jörmungandr
It really was ‘Loki All Along.’ 😉

I don’t know about y’all, but I have been perpetually disappointed in franchise/series endings for years now. Is fandom the problem??? Like, we all get on here and theorize and come up with bangin’ meta… and then the writers give us a steaming pile of 💩 for the actual film/show/book ending… How are the fans better at coming up with amazing story ideas while the people making the big bucks are making lousy stories??? All these things that end up in story for us to analyze can’t just be accidents, but then why do they never get fleshed out and come to a logical conclusion???
I’m just confused. Should we stop doing this, hyping ourselves up and setting unrealistic expectations on story writers…?
I feel like I’m being punked… where’s Ashton????

Stan Lee died in 2018. Marvel started filming Endgame in 2017 (I think) and it released in 2019.
Marvel movies have gone down in pretty much everything since then...
since Stan Lee's death...
Coincidence?

Avengers: Endgame
hypothesis: Steve and Natasha are both alive and young at the end of endgame.
facts:
the way they explained time travel and the multiverse, Steve would not have been able to return to his own timeline if significant changes had been made.
when retrieving the soul stone, Clint and Natasha were told it's a trade of "a soul for a soul"
the present-day soul stone was destroyed by Thanos, and Gamora did not return.
observation:
the only things we were shown on screen for sure were 1) Steve leaving to return the infinity stones to preserve the timeline 2) him dancing with Peggy and 3) him appearing to come back as an old man, and refusing to answer questions.
theory:
when Steve returned the stones, the "soul for a soul" deal was enacted in reverse - therefore Natasha should have come back.
based on the explanation, the only way Steve could have come back to this timeline was if little to no changes were made in the past. (therefore not creating another branch in time)
Steve had a dance with Peggy to say goodbye, then returned to the present with Natasha, both the same age as when they left.
Steve used the same technology that Natasha did in CATWS to disguise himself as an old man.
conclusion: it's very much possible that Steve and Natasha came back alive and well, but faked their endings to 1) maintain their cover to go on a secret mission 2) escape responsibilities and retire or 3) for shits and giggles.
secondary hypothesis: if Steve ever gets spotted in public he whispers "no one will ever believe you" and promptly disappears.

Stranger Things 5 Theory/Prediction: The Importance of Max’s Letters.
So, i’ve been thinking a lot about season 5 over the last couple months, and how i think a lot of things left unexplored in s4 will come into play in the final season. Originally, when i made my ST4 bingo card before volume 2 dropped, i thought Max would end up in a coma (bingo!) and that her letters would be read aloud at the end of the season, much like Hopper’s at the end of ST3. Obviously that was wrong, but i still can’t help but feel like the Duffers would not have Max write letters that are clearly holding weight within her relationships and her life, and have it go nowhere. So, i’ve come to the conclusion that Max’s letters will play one of 2 purposes next season. I’ll be using clips from Avengers: Endgame, so if you haven’t seen that and want to avoid spoilers, here’s your warning. If you want to come back after watching, i’ll see you then. Here we go!
Theory 1:
I for one think that Max’s letter will be the post time jump motivation for the other’s returning to Hawkins. I think after they fail in the beginning of ST5, they’ll decide it’s hopeless and will let Vecna do his thing. More likely, they’ll think Vecna might be too weak to do anything and ignore Will’s tingle. Imagine Lucas or El, years later finding Max’s letter and deciding that they can’t just leave her there. Max loves them. She deserves to be fought for. Hawkins might not, but her and the rest of the world do. Think of the scene in Avengers: Endgame. Tony refuses to make the time machine until seeing a picture of Peter and realizing he’s worth saving. He’s worth the risk. (“I accept the risk” - Max, ST2)
Link to Endgame scene:
youtube
Alternatively, i think El could just not be strong enough, and she’ll have to go train w/ Owens. This leaves the characters going their separate ways until El is strong enough. I think El brings her letter from Max with her to Nina 2.0, and is motivated to carry on every day because of it. At some point she’ll be strong enough and ready to fight. Imagine some dialogue from El (or maybe even Lucas) when Max is revived to some degree, and El parallels Mike in ST2 (I called you everyday…), telling Max that she never read her letter, because she knew she wasn’t gone. This would be so sweet #elmaxrights. Max’s letters can’t be for nothing. Now i bring you to the less fluffy alternative.
Theory 2:
Since i believe the letters must have value, but i know the Duffers don’t believe in fan service and the executives at Netflix cried over the ending pitch, i feel the need to acknowledge the very real possibility that Max may die in the end. I’ve said before that Max is the only character (in addition to Hopper) that i believe is safe from death. This is mainly because she’s died before and it would be repetitive. But, seeing as she’s the only character who has written a letter (that we know of. Looking at you Mike.) and in that letter she addresses her death, i think it’s possible her letter will be read aloud by Sadie over the final moments of the show. This would be similar to the end of ST3, but more-so like the end of Avengers: Endgame. In the end, Tony dies saving Peter and the other half of the universe, but not without the last word. He has preemptively left a goodbye message in the event of his death. It is played over shots of various characters happy after the war, and people celebrating victory. His letter also addresses “not being alone”, something that Max’s Dear Billy letter also does. I will also say that in a true parallel, El would be the one to die saving Max (Would parallel the end of ST1, and Tony’s sacrifice.) However, I don’t think El would write a letter. I could be wrong though. The only other character i can see this going down with would be Mike. He is a writer after all. He could (in the context of flickergate, and him going in the UD to save Will) write a letter admitting how he feels and addressing that if he dies he had the time of his life fighting dragons with you (😉) (you being Will + the party?). This wouldn’t be revealed til the end of the season, giving the Duffers, Netflix, and the homophobic GA/Milevens an out to a byler kiss or full on acknowledgement of it the rest of the season. This is my least favorite outcome. I hope you guys find this as interesting (and tragic, a word used to describe the end) as i do. Here’s to more theories over the next 2ish years! Happy New Year!

This song from David Hodges' latest album took my breath away with how well it works for Steve and Peggy in Endgame, and I want to gush about it.
(Please note that this only works with my Two Steves reading of Endgame, which is not how most people see the movie - please feel free to ask me about it if you don't know what I'm talking about!)
If I had a time machine That went right back to you and me for a minute I wouldn't get in it Okay, maybe I would climb inside Press some buttons, turn the dial to that summer When my heart felt younger And I'd say Things were better then I wish I could see you smile at me again
As soon as I heard that first line, I was already listening for Steve in this song, because of my music video of David Hodges' song "Time Machine" ^^'
But yes, this definitely made me think of all the time travel shenanigans they all get up to in Endgame, and the possibility that opens up for Steve to use it to go back to Peggy. It brings to mind that scene when Steve sees her through the window in the S.H.I.E.L.D. base.
'Cause I was in love, I could not explain it We spoke in tongues written in our own language I was yours, and you were mine I made you mad, you drove me crazy So simple then, but so complicated I think of you, and I don't know why 'Cause I can't go back in time
The thing is, Steve and Peggy definitely were in love with each other. Anyone who tries to deny that simply isn't paying attention to TFA. It was a relationship both simple and complicated - they both loved each other, there was no one between them, but they were at war. No time for romance. But there was so much potential for happiness once everything was over. They thought they would have time to do more about it than just promising a dance and sharing a kiss.
And if I had the chance again To stop the ending when it came I wouldn't do it We were done, and we knew it See, I remember how it felt All the heaven and all the hell That we went through It doesn't mean I was meant for you
But what this song captures is the realization I believe Steve comes to when he faces this chance to go back in time and get back everything he once had. He knows he isn't going to do it, because he and Peggy are over. It's not that it was never real - it was. He really did love her. They went through "all the heaven and all the hell" together during the war. But like the song says, "It doesn't mean I was meant for you." Their choices, and the situations they ended up in, closed off the possibility of them being together.
But I was in love, I could not explain it We spoke in tongues written in our own language I was yours, and you were mine I made you mad, you drove me crazy So simple then, but so complicated I think of you, and I don't know why 'Cause I can't go back in time
That line "I made you mad, you drove me crazy" puts me in mind of that scene where Peggy shoots Steve XD
You're happy now I've settled down Guess that life is full of things that you can live without But that doesn't change the truth Part of me was made by you
This part actually brought tears to my eyes, because it fits so perfectly. After losing Steve, it's not like Peggy's life was over for the next 70 years. She found love, her life had meaning and purpose, overall she was happy. And Steve, though it was certainly a rocky road for him, has settled into his life in the 21st century. He's made friends. He found Bucky again. He's met Sharon, and started a relationship with her. You could say that he's able to live without Peggy. But he still looks back and acknowledges that an important part of who he is was made by Peggy.
'Cause I was in love, I could not explain it We spoke in tongues written in our own language I was yours, and you were mine I made you mad, you drove me crazy So simple then, but so complicated I think of you, and I don't know why 'Cause I can't go back in time
The line "We spoke in tongues written in our own language" makes me think of the little inside jokes and references they make with each other in TFA. A relationship of any kind is like a long, drawn-out conversation that (hopefully) stretches over years and years of your lives together. The real tragedy of Steve and Peggy is that their conversation was cut short.
If I had a time machine That went right back to you and me for a minute I wouldn't get in it
This is why I say that the Steve we see at the end of Endgame isn't the Steve we've come to know over the course of the series. He wouldn't go back in time, not even just to have a dance with her. Their story has come to an end. Their lives will continue on without each other. It's not meaningless. I don't think either of them would say they regret meeting and loving each other. But there's no going back in time for them. Not even when Steve has access to a literal time machine. Because he can't turn the clock back on himself. He's a different man than the one who went into the ice.
This Steve Rogers is meant to go back to the 21st century, to pick up the life he's made with Bucky, with Sam, with Sharon, with all of the friends he's made there. That's the true ending of Endgame to me.

I still think about the theory that came after What If...? ep 4 that maybe Vision's death is an absolute point in time. That Vision is not meant to grow old with Wanda, that in every universe he has to die (relatively) young.

so guys i have been living under the glorious delusion that everything from endgame and onwards was just some fanfiction given the distasteful nod for the big screen because Natasha Romanoff, the first lady of the mcu, badass bitch™ is NOT dead on some far flung godforsaken purple fucking planet in the middle of nowhere and i gotta let u in on the secret guys this has done absolute wonders for my mental health i 10/10 recommend

I think it's very telling that I can more easily headcanon Deke saving Bucky in the '80's than EG Steve saving Bucky in the '40's. Deke, who has never met Bucky, and has never mentioned him versus Bucky's best friend since childhood. EG's writing for Steve is so bad that I see several of his moments as a different character, a character that wouldn't save his best friend who he knows is being tortured.

✨why loki gave up the tesseract✨
(disclaimer! this is just a theory of mine!) :)
okay, loki’s mischievous yes, but he’s not an idiot, and he’s pretty clever.
i’m not sure if the reason why he gave thanos the tesseract was ever stated by the creators (if someone has proved it plz lmk!) :)
my reasoning is that he knew it would save thor’s life, and possibly save the whole universe
to start off, loki knows what it’s like to be tortured and abused by thanos; therefore, he most likely understands what thanos repeats to gamora later in the movie, the fact that if she’s lying, he’d know (like a creepy, purple, nutsack-chinned matt murdock that can see)
he most likely could also figure out what nebula states in endgame, the fact that thanos doesn’t lie
understanding both of those things, he knew that if he lied to thanos, he’d know and kill thor
to add on, at first, i thought maybe loki’s jab at thanos’ throat was a suicide to finally escape thanos’ reign, but after seeing how loki’s character has developed since the first thor, i have another theory
in thor ragnarok, loki tells thor that he can’t see into the future because he’s “not a witch;” however, in avengers endgame, frigga tells thor that she was raised by witches
after practically raising loki on her own, i could imagine that she taught him a few tricks (and of course he would lie because he’s loki)
i’m not saying loki can always see what’s going to happen (i mean did you see how terrified he was when he saw thanos’ ship again right before he massacred everyone?), but i’m thinking that, like strange, he saw what was going to play out
and he knew what he had to do to make sure that happened
because he was always the god of mischief, but he wanted to be more :)

Hot take on the MCU that probably isn’t hot but the internet is vast so who knows if that theory is already out there :
If Dr. Strange had stayed in the time loop pissing off Dormammu in the first Dr. Strange movie, than Thanos would have never been able to get the Time Stone, and therefore would never have been able to do the snap.
Thoughts??
