Maybe some headcanons where Bakugou, Tamaki, and Mirio are hit by a quirk that makes them behave mostly the opposite of themselves for a few days to a week.

Bakugou is kind and gentle towards the reader and so visibly in love. He's become quite the gentleman!

Tamaki is super energetic, extremely romantic, and declares his affections in front of at least his entire class.

And Mirio is so very, very gloomy but he's practically attached to the reader and says they're, "One of the precious few rays of light left in this gray, gray world."

Katsuki's behavior shocked everyone, including you. Being his usual hot-headed self, he ended up in a quirk accident that changed his personality. When Mr. Aizawa assured you, the effects would be only temporary, you were grateful because Katsuki acting so…sweet, and gentle was just as frightful as when he was his usual self.

Normally, he would be protective of you, but now it's different. "Here, I don't want you to get wet," he said, holding the umbrella over you while he got soaked. "Nothing will happen to me, but someone like you shouldn't be caught out in the rain," he smiled sweetly at you while you trembled in response.

If someone talked to you in the wrong way, he'd pull you close and say, "Please don't speak that way to Y/n, they mean a lot to me, yeah?" Despite this, his loving gaze resembled his angry one and you tried to believe that the real Katsuki Bakugou was still somewhere inside him.

"Let's cuddle!" he would announce bluntly, no matter who was around. If you didn't respond fast enough, he'd pull you into his lap by force. He'd have his arms wrapped tightly around your waist as he nuzzled his face into the crook of your neck.

There was more thought put into your dates and he showed a greater interest in your hobbies. He would take you to your favorite restaurant or spend the evening in the dorm reading or watching a movie. He didn't get angry when others commented on how romantic or sappy he was, unlike before.

He could only react in anger when the effects of the quirk wore off and everyone shared the stories of what he did. "What the hell do you mean I did all that!?" He demanded, explosions sounding from his hands. It was only natural for you to smile because you missed the hotheaded Katsuki.

"Stay close to me, I love you so much…you're so kind and sweet and I can't bear to be apart from you!" To say Tamaki's reaction was surprising would be an understatement. It was like his hero persona times a thousand when he talked so bluntly about his affection for you. But his sudden personality change was credited to a quirk incident.

"I got these for you! They're so gorgeous, just like you. I…I just wanted to thank you for being my biggest fan and….love. I love you so much! I don't care who knows it!" He said after marching over to your desk in the morning and presenting you with the largest bouquet of flowers you had ever seen.

"Wow, another love letter for you! Guess this quirk accident brought out the more loving side of Amajiki, huh?" Nejire teased. It was clear she meant no harm, but Tamaki's love letters were beginning to get out of control. Since the incident, you must have found one to two in your locker every day.

During training exercises, it was normal for friends to cheer for you, but Tamaki took that to another level. The fact that he shouted your name enthusiastically and formed letters with his tentacles was endearing, but it was also distracting.

"Don't rub it off this time, okay!" He said, pressing a small kiss against your cheek. "I just want to kiss you forever!" he exclaimed trailing kisses across your reddened face. You hoped you wouldn't have to adjust to his lack of shame when it came to public affection.

"T-that's horrifying! W-why would I d-do all that!?" He squeaked out, hiding his face behind his hands as he appeared to be close to a panic attack. While part of you missed the proud and outspoken Tamaki, this version was the one you loved.

A quirk incident transformed Mirio into an emotional rollercoaster in a whole new way, and all the good parts of his personality vanished, leaving only doom and gloom behind.

As a result, he lost all his confidence and motivation, not to mention he questioned his purpose as a hero. "Don't get me wrong…having a quirk is great…but…my quirk is just so lame compared to others and if I don't have a cool, flashy quirk..then what's the point?" You wondered whether those were his real thoughts or if his mind was also thrown back to middle school.

"You're truly my only source of sunshine…the rest of this world is…dull and gray to me…" Mirio sought your company whenever and wherever he could, he didn't care if others were watching when he wrapped his arms around you and pulled you close, almost as if he was trying to hide from the gray world he described.

As his self-confidence dwindled, he refused to attend class and skipped hero training. To your surprise, he began discussing new dreams unrelated to his previous lifelong dream of becoming a hero. These included exploring new interests and hobbies and you could only remain supportive.

"I can't stand this gloomy world without you. If you left…I don't know what I'd do…I'd just wither away," you assumed this was his way of expressing his gratitude that you hadn't abandoned him during the long week following the quirk accident.

"Hah! Wow, really? I can't believe that quirk accident made me think so negatively about becoming a hero and yes, my quirk may not be flashy but I can still save the world," he said after all the quirk effects wore off. Then he poked your nose and with a cheesy grin said, "Thanks for putting up with me! I totally owe you one!"

• He doesn’t confess first. It is more like a 50/50. He would say something like “shut the fuck up or I’ll kiss you” and you would answer “yeah? Here I am, pretty boy”. And BAM. That’s how you two started dating.

• He doesn’t know what is a pet name, he only calls you “moron” and “shitty” [in a romantic way].

•Yeah, his mother knows that he’s in love. She would like to meet you because she doesn’t believe that someone would tolerate his son.

Bakugou x Quiet!GN!Reader - Too Good For The Rest Of Us?

He always wondered why you were so quiet during class. It was like you weren't even there. You sit alone in class, alone again at lunch, alone during breaks, and again, alone, you walk back to your dorms, where you spend the majority of your time in your room.

You probably spend all of your time in there shut away in the dark, he thinks, but he doesn't care. You're starting to piss him off with your 'holier than thou' attitude. What makes you so much better than the rest of them that even talking to your classmates serves as no interest to you.

You bet he's gonna call out your bullshit in front of the whole class, but as soon as the bell rings, signifying the end of class, he turns to you and you're already gone. What in the...?!

Whatever. He'll just come to you, then.

He huffs quietly as he collects his stuff together and quickly as he makes his way to the dorms and straight to your door, not even stopping at his own room to drop off his bag and blazer as his spiky blonde hair bounces with each step he takes closer to your room.

Meanwhile you sit on your bed with your laptop, typing away furiously in order to complete the assignment that you were very behind on, struggling to understand what it all means. Look, it's not your fault that words just don't stick with you as easily as they probably should.

It doesn't help that you really lacked the confidence to make friends, so you had noone to ask for help when things became a struggle. Your thoughts are harshly interrupted by a quick and thunderous knock on the door, startling you and almost sending your laptop crashing to the floor in your sudden panic.

"U-Uh-... Gimme- gimme a sec..."

You curse yourself internally for stutterring like that. Heroes don't stutter like frightened children. How idiotic.

You open the door looking dishevelled and unorganised, and your classmate probably thinks you look like a dumbass right now, but you press on, refusing to meet the angry blonde's eyes.

He's confused by this, having expected some rude or overconfident remark from you for almost knocking your damned door off its hinges, but when he's met with nothing but a shy and quiet "uh- what can I do for you, Bakugou?...", he's left feeling very much confused, and very much like an idiot.

"Uh-"

For the first time ever, you see him thrown for a loop, but he carries on with the same arrogance and annoyance as before, but not as much conviction. Especially since, damn, you're like a half a foot taller than him. He's never actually been this close to you before, but man, you're tall.

"What's up with that attitude? What? Think you're too good to entertain us with your presence, hah?!"

"N-no! That's not it at all-...

You're cut short by your own yelp as someone a few doors down opens their door and you grab Katsuki's hand to drag him into your room, slamming the door shut to hide. You breathe a sigh of relief until you remember the fuming blonde about a meter away from you, his cheeks burning as he rips his hand out of your now loosened grasp. You find it a little bit funny when he has to tilt his head up to meet your eyes. Just a little bit.

"What the fuck are you-MPH--"

Your hand is over his mouth in seconds as he starts to yell, panicked and begging with your eyes as you tell him not to be so loud, making the blush on his face even worse at your proximity.

"Look, I don't like to draw attention... I know you probably think it's lame, but I don't handle being talked to very well... I'm getting there... okay? I know I can't still feel this way and be a hero, i'm working on it... but for now, could you please bare with me? I really am sorry, Bakugou..."

The boy may be impulsive and brash, but he's not a horrible person, and he scoffs but gives you a curt nod, able to see your anxiety for what it is. He still thinks it's stupid, of course, but it's not his problem so he doesn't bother meddling with it.

His eyes dart around your obviously dark room, your lights off except for the fairy lights on your headboard and your laptop, which holds your own assignment.

"Tch, what? Struggling with the assignment? That was piss-easy, so if you're struggling you really must be dumb..."

You stand in the middle of your room, dumbfounded by the quite frankly rude remark, not realising that he's using it as an excuse to help you out, the blonde sitting down in your bed without permission and typing on the keyboard like he would if he were helping out Eijirou or Denki.

"You know, what you've written already isn't half bad, just stop waffling. You take too long to complete your sentences and you end up digressing. Stop that, it's stupid."

You're still equally as confused as you were earlier, if not more, but you shake your head and just think to not question it. Bakugou does what Bakugou pleases and if you want to keep your face then you'd best let him to his own devices.

You can't say you don't appreciate the help though, so when later that evening, after Bakugou had left and it was now dinnertime, you present him with freshly made spicy soba, he looks at you in mild surprise and gruffly, awkwardly takes your gift and drrags you into his room to finish it with him.

You could've never imagined him doing anything like this at the beginning of the year, but you now realise how much he's grown as a hero since then, and that inspires you just a little bit. You don't let him know that, though.

He would probably take you out on a date seeing as you had the same problem it would cause him to eventually be more comfortable with you then with anyone

He thinks your cool he won't admit it out loud well yeah nvm he will no one would believe you anyway

Izuku (Not vigilante)

Lucky for you he knows sign language! He mainly learned it because he felt that bakugou might lose his hearing and he wanted to still talk to his childhood best friend.

But hey he's glad he can use it with other people with the same problem (If you know it)

Talks to you a lot reassurance is key in his mind.

Gives you compliments and would gladly admit out loud that he thinks you're awesome and everyone would believe you ;)

Kirishima

He also would not mind but be would take pity on you.

Anytime bakugou got too loud he would cover your ears not wanting your hearing to get worse.

He also started saving money for hearing aids seeing as he wanted to always talk to you.

He would learn sign language! Probably ask izuku to teach him.

He compliments you and gives you pats on the head while covering your ears since bakugou cannot stop screaming.

He does not recommend sitting at the bakusquad table

Denki

Exactly like kirishima in this situation except he would have a little fun with it.

Such as messing with you about but He is joking keep that in mind.

Sometimes he does take it too far and you don't talk to him.

He would feel horrible and hold you while whispering he's sorry and he would live with the guilt forever

He still jokes but keeps them small now scared of hurting your feelings.

Someone bullied and yelled at you because of it? That's okay he'll kiss your forehead and make all the bad thoughts go away.

lida

As class president he makes sure no one bothers you about if they do they Will get a very long lecture

Doesn't really do PDA as it's against the rules but if you really are feeling bad he would gladly hug you and no kisses but you'll get some in private.

He knows sign language Incase your hearing goes out claiming it is unfit of him if he doesn't know it.

Make sure that your school time goes smoothly and when you're alone in your dorm the class president phase goes away and he'll hold you and everything.

Shoto

He is not good with feelings but he doesn't mind your situation. Someone messes with you?

Easy he glares till they go away

If you're upset he'll give you an awkward hug before offering some of his cold soba ♥️

He does eventually get better at affection and hugs you whenever you feel down.

He does not know sign language! But that's okay he'll give you a notebook to write your words in if you ever lose your hearing.

He'll probably even steal his sperm donors credit card to buy you hearing aids :)

"y/n. cmere." a rough voice caught your attention and you looked up from what you were doing.

"hi." you smiled softly at dabi, who was leant against your bedroom doorframe.

"cmere." he repeated, so you got up from your bed and stood in front of him.

"what's up?" you asked sweetly, reaching a hand up to his face and stroking it softly. he tried not to react, any reaction to your affection was, in his eyes, a weakness. but you could see his eyes soften.

he leant forward and stopped just in front of you, before grabbing your waist and pinning you to the wall in one swift movement. his mouth met yours and he kissed you deeply, and to your slight surprise, the taste of blood and the cold touch of metal met your tongue. he kept kissing you deeper still, hungry for you, his hands roaming your hips. he pulled away, blood trickling from his lips.

"shit." he breathed, wiping it away. "i guess it's still fresh."

"you got a tongue piercing?" you grinned, the metallic tang still in your mouth.

"mmmmhm." he replied. "you like it?"

you kissed him, gliding your tongue over the metal. he moaned into your mouth as more blood seeped from the new wound.

you pulled away, panting slightly, blood now trickling from both of your mouths.

it doesn’t matter what your quirk is or what you can physically do (as far as fighting and flexibility) you train in every aspect

so like rescue, fighting, timed bomb, etc

and yes you do get scolded by him

He loves you and your his boyfriend butttt…

Alright, alright, I have this little crossover idea of sorts!

Trigun is an anime in the world of MHA, and reader is crushing on Vash the Stampede. Reader has the manga, the anime on Blu-ray, figures, a plush...

How would Izuku, Bakugou, and Mirio react to their crush having a thing for Vash, who is fictional? Would they possibly get jealous, wondering what it is about him they like so much? :3

[ I love this cross-over idea. Fuck yeah! You know, it's funny. I wrote a few headcanons between the BNHA boys and them having a plushie a long time ago. I think the reader being obsessed with a fictional character, Vash in this case, is awesome and quite relatable. I honestly have to say I'm in love with Vash from the 1998 animated series, he is just so cool and I'm also currently reading the manga which is just mind-blowing. ]

His words were stolen from him when he entered your room to see endless amounts of manga, plushies, and even figurines of Vash the Stampede. Although given his collection of All Might merchandise, he knew he couldn't judge. But he also couldn't stop himself from feeling the tiniest bit jealous.

"W-what is it about t-that guy that makes them a-admire him…so much?" He asked after successfully convincing you to allow him to borrow the Blu-ray Trigun Stampede series collection you had. He didn't understand why you liked the characteristics Vash displayed but nonetheless jotted them down in his notebook as he watched.

Unfortunately, the attempts to display the same characteristics he saw to capture your attention were unsuccessful, and honestly, he felt a little pathetic about trying to be someone he wasn't. Plus, the look on your face made him feel like a bigger idiot than he was.

"I d-don't know what I was thinking…" he whined, pressing his head against his desk. "Will they…l-like me like they do V-Vash?" It was pitiful to think he was jealous of a fictional character.

"Perhaps you are approaching the problem incorrectly," Tenya suggested. "While the feeling of affection can extend to…fictional aspects, I'm certain that Y/n is aware of reality and will look at you the way you desire as long as you remain yourself." He wasn't sure how much faith he put in Tenya's words but knew he was right. Comparing himself to Vash wasn't going to get him anywhere.

Accepting something was the hardest thing but given that he was once the quirkless boy who dreamed of being a hero, he would face this issue the same way. He could accept it but not for long. He'd prove he was better than Vash The Stampede and then maybe…just maybe you'd see him as your hero.

"Tch, reading a lame manga, huh!? How stupid!" He remembers those words from his middle school years, and how you would always huddle in the corner with a stupid smile as you read 'Trigun Maximum.' The thing that years later became your obsession.

"What the hell is all this shit!?" He demanded. "This is worse than that damn Deku's room!" You had shelves filled with manga, and Blu-rays, not to mention plushies of the same character scattered around. "You shouldn't be obsessed with fictional dumbasses that swing guns around! I'm the only badass here!" And he'd prove it.

His jaw clenched tighter and tighter whenever he was in class, hearing you go on and on about your love for Vash. How cool and handsome he is, how amazing he is in combat. Damn, he hated it. He would never admit he was jealous, but what made Vash better than him!?

"What do you mean I can't take these!?" he demanded after irrationally barging into your room and stealing your Trigun manga collection. Nevertheless, after a heated argument, he settled for reading it in your room. "What the hell is so damn great about this dumbass?" From what he could gather Vash was nothing but an outlaw with a gun.

He didn't think his jealousy would affect him just like he didn't think his feelings for you would sway him from his dream of becoming a hero. But he found himself being fueled by the hatred of your Vash The Stampede obsession. Because of this, he grew extremely cocky during training exercises. He even went as far as shouting that he was better than some stupid outlaw which you found...odd, to say the least.

It didn't take a genius to realize you were unimpressed by his attempts and criticism of your favorite character. Yet, as usual, he'd be damned if you continued to idolize someone else when he should be the one idolized by you. Whether you liked it or not, he'd be the object of your affection next.

"Heh, wow...you really like this guy." Of course, it was an obvious statement with all the Vash the Stampede plushies, and merchandise that littered your bed and shelves. He picked up one of the plushies, staring into its blue button eyes that reminded him of his own and a strange feeling made his stomach twist. Was he feeling insecure?

"Oh, is that Vash the Stampede?" Nejire asked, pointing to the plushie Mirio held. "Huh, wait you know about him!?" He exclaimed. "Yeah, I-" He grasped her shoulders before she could finish. "What do you like about him!?" He demanded, and although Nejire didn't have a solid answer she settled for Vash's bravery and caring for others.

While Mirio was happy that he shared some favorable characteristics with Vash the Stampede, he still struggled to think of how to get your attention while respecting your love for the fictional character. How could you view him as you did Vash? Of course, he could never tell you who you could and couldn't love, but gosh wouldn't it be amazing if you did love him?

"So, what do you think!?" Mirio demanded with a bright smile. He was dressed in a red trench coat and orange glasses, the key pieces of clothing Vash wore. "You like Vash, right? I sure look like him now, wouldn't you agree sunshine?" To see your eyes light up when you looked at him, even in the silly little cosplay he was wearing, meant the world to him.

He convinced you to hang out with him and took you to a special area resembling the setting where the Trigun show took place. It was part of a beach, with endless sand everywhere. He wanted to impress you while respecting your feelings, and maybe make you have feelings for him. Overall, your reaction was so-so.

Despite his jealousy, and his somewhat successful attempts at trying to sway your attention away from Vash the Stampede and onto him, he wanted you to be happy. "Heh, who knows, maybe I will be their Vash someday!" Until then, he'd just keep smiling.

M/n knew how the blonde explosive boy looked at him. It was strange but he couldn't care less about the child's feelings. He only cares for Izuku and his mother, some boy who gave him flowers and a small clay abomination wasn't important...

"Wow, Kat-chan! That's amazing," he heard his brother shout looking at the mess. His cold and sharp words could no longer be said... 'For Izuku.' he thought as he reached over and carefully took the presents. With the same smile he gave his brother he sang praises.

The light in his eyes when he did. It was something that was amusing. Like a pet getting a treat. No, a pet would listen more... They wouldn't leave such a bruise on his brother's body. At night, he would stare at the clay mess. His hand clenching over the object like it was filth before Izuku gently grabbed his hand. "Don't hurt yourself."

"Oh," his smile appeared again as he picked up the greenette and sat him in his lap. "It's okay. He'll just make more anyways." He spoke calmly as he crushed the mess in his hands. Izuku stared in shock. The flowers were in the trash. Unlike the ones that he gave. They were littered around his room, some even hanged to dry.

Though he was quirkless, he didn't treat him any differently.

"Mama?" His eyes gazed over his mother's pained face as she hugged her son tightly. "Mrs. Midoriya, as you know, there was an incident at your son's school," oh right. They kept talking as he just stared. "What do you have to say for yourself?" The teacher asked as the principal watched. "Mama, did I make you cry? Km sorry," he stood up and took a tissue. Gently wiping her tears away. Resting his head on her shoulder.

His eyes gazed over the two adults...

She was crying again. What happened? She covered her face as she dropped to the floor. The nurses rushed to her side as the doctor carefully pulled him away. "Mama..." He whispered. "Hey, how about we play a game." He turned his head towards the man who tried to take his attention away from his weeping mother. "Something's wrong with me, isn't there?" He asked while glancing at his hands.

The doctor seemed shocked.

"I've noticed. I don't care for others. The only people I care for are my mother and brother," He spoke as he stared deeply at the doctor who slowly became uncomfortable with the intense stare. "My classmates, they wanted to kill me," he remembers why he was sent home that day. "Why am I here? Shouldn't they be evaluated? They threatened to kill someone who is quirkless,” his voice slowly became agitated. "They were going to shove a pencil in my mouth and they used their quirks on me," he remembers the blood.

The screams.

"Oh, is it because they were girls in the mix? Damn, I should've kept their mouths shut."

"Oh, you should keep your mouth shut. You may have a quirk but it doesn't stop you from dying. A gun is easy to purchase these days."

The doctor stared in disbelief.

The doctor didn't stay quiet.

He was sent to therapy, so much therapy and given pills to keep his symptoms at bay. He was somewhat better, he clearly had interest in anyone other than his family. "M/n!" Katsuki rushed over with another flower. He reached over and took the flower with a smile. Without Izuku's praises... "Thank you, it's wonderful."

The flower was thrown away later that night.

Years later...

M/n was part of the Shie Hassaikai. Overhaul was obsessed with the quirkless male, he was perfect. He was stronger without the quirks. He was able to aim perfectly. Everything was perfect to be a right hand man. The fact he couldn't care for anyone was a bonus.

And that he became.

Eri, a child that reminded him of Izuku. His eyes widened as he read the experiments she endured and was heartbreaking. But he needed to make the world perfect. So Izuku could be the only hero. So he could be like All Might. "They could never outshine him." He spoke as he hugged the very thing that could make it happen.

Eri mistook that as love. She saw his face. "Shh, my little brother looks like me. If you ever see him. Run to him. Let him be your hero."

She found him. He was her hero.

He smiled.

"M/n!" Izuku shouted as it was his turn to visit his brother. His classmates stared in shock. This was new! He gave a soft smile towards his brother, he was lifted up with ease before being put down. "M/n." His head turned to see Katsuki. That same light... It was amusing to see it again after so many years.

Izuku was now a teen. He knew that look and blocked him. "M/n! Let me show you the dorm! Even the school!" He grabbed his hand and dragged him away. He knew about M/n's diagnosis. "I was going to say hi," he spoke up after they stopped. "No you weren't." He glanced away. "He's so pitiful, still having a crush after so many years. Isn't that pathetic?" Izuku flinched.

"Not now." He whispered and dragged him away. "It's funny, how do you think he would look if I told him I broke every one of his gifts?" He pushed his brother's button knowing he still cared about his best friend. "I want to tell him. How disgusted I was to pretend to like them." It seems they didn't notice the group stopping and listening.

"Stop it, did you take your medicine?" Izuku asked, his fists shaking holding in anger. "Plus those kids he hung around? Did he think being so annoying was cool? Ah," he sighed out. "I guess I don't need to even hide it anymore." Izuku's eyes widened turning to see his class staring in shock.

Katsuki's eyes shadows as he clenched his fists.

"Oh dear," M/n walked over and ruffled his hair. A gesture that would bring many feelings... Now it only felt fake just now. "Don't feel bad. I was born this way. Even if you try your hardest," his hand moved away with a fake smile reserved for only Katsuki. "I won't be able to love you or anyone for that matter."

Harsh reality.

They were young adults now.

Katsuki didn't care anymore... But every time he heard Izuku talk about what his brother was up to... He couldn't help but feel hurt but didn't want to miss anything. "M/n is getting married," Katsuki's eyes widened. He said he couldn't love. Did someone achieve what he wanted?

The wedding was beautiful, and the bride was just as beautiful. The kiss they shared made Katsuki sick. Izuku and his mother smiled tearfully.

Katsuki couldn't handle it. He walked out quietly for a smoke. The party was loud and it managed to snap him out of his thoughts when he drifted too far. M/n appeared out of nowhere, smoking as well but away from the blonde who only stared.

That smile again, so fake (yet so handsome). "Oh, hey," his voice was terrible (beautiful). "How's my wedding, nice right?" Salt to the wound.
